FBI Oversight Reveals Deepening Political Vendetta Under Biden DOJ
Grassley to Patel: “In the short amount of time you’ve been Director, you’ve corrected whistleblower retaliation and increased transparency more than any other FBI Director I’ve seen.”

The Senate Judiciary Committee’s latest FBI oversight hearing exposed yet another chapter in the Biden administration’s relentless politicization of America’s justice system. GOP leaders, led by Senator Chuck Grassley, released a trove of whistleblower records showing an unprecedented expansion of FBI investigations into conservative groups, including Donald Trump’s political organizations and Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA—a pattern critics say signals a weaponized DOJ targeting ideological opponents.
Among several mic-drop moments was the inclusion of the Clinton Annex and the Durham Annex, which is damning to Hillary Clinton’s future prospects in politics, showing that the FBI did nearly nothing to investigate the emails that were on her private server, which consumed headlines at the time.
“The Clinton Annex showed that the Comey FBI had evidence necessary to complete the Clinton investigation – the one about her mishandling emails and classified information – but the FBI never reviewed that evidence at that time.”
“The Durham Annex showed that the Clinton Campaign had a plan to falsely tie Trump to Russia.”
“Yet, the Comey FBI failed to investigate that information.”
Senator Grassley confirmed that “Arctic Frost,” the anti-Trump FBI operation originally focused on electoral matters, ballooned under partisan stewardship to sweep in 92 Republican entities. Among their targets: the Republican National Committee and SuperPACs, as well as Turning Point USA, whose outspoken founder Charlie Kirk and his family remain at the epicenter of this institutional crusade in the wake of his political assassination last week.
This hearing cast a spotlight on the Biden DOJ’s approach: steering federal agencies toward lawfare against those who challenge the prevailing liberal order. Records revealed how FBI agents, emboldened during the previous administration, redirected resources—from fighting child predators—to pursuing January 6 defendants and allies of former President Trump. The disclosures included audio recordings of aggressive subpoenas and arrests, notably in the prosecution of Trump associate Peter Navarro—where whistleblower evidence points to gleeful partisanship from senior agents.
Perhaps most damning, whistleblower reports and newly released FBI forms charge that three separate confidential witnesses have detailed possible criminal activity by the Biden family. To date, the FBI stonewalls questions as to whether it ever seriously explored these allegations—fueling broader concerns that selective enforcement, not equal justice, was the status quo at the Biden DOJ.
As whistleblowers gain reinstatement and compensation under the new FBI Director, only Congress stands between federal law enforcement and a future where political targeting becomes the rule, not the exception. KLZ Radio will continue tracking these developments—and demand accountability from an administration many now view as dangerously partisan; a situation that was brought on during the Obama administration, where oversight was obviously a smoke screen. With the sheer volume of information that was dropped by Grassley’s team on the Judiciary Committee site, we may finally start seeing some truth come out about the Biden family’s criminal involvement around the globe. Something that conservatives railed against for years to cries of “NOTHING TO SEE HERE”.
