What we’re talking about right now is that Attorney General Bondi responded to those threats that were essentially made. And you can decide how you want to take those threats to Elon Musk. And I guess to Tesla in general, this has become a big concern. Now, look, what Pam Bondi said should not surprise anyone. I think we have to be careful. I think you got to tread lightly, as she said, because. When you start talking about pursuing violence or saying things that could be interpreted that way, who has the repercussions? Who actually fears it? And after a year that just passed of two assassination attempts, you can go back before that and go look at what happened in 2020. whether that was the riots that happened over the summer that turned violent, or you could even go back to January 6th, let’s be honest, and say that the violence has creeped up and creeped up, and that people who are getting motivated to do things that are not good, and they’re getting motivated a lot of times by the rhetoric coming from the other side of the political spectrum, who do not care about the livelihoods of their fellow representatives. Look at Chuck Schumer in the Supreme Court. Remember the death threats came upon the Supreme Court

when there was the leaked opinion overturning roe okay these are things that are happening in real time and are actually happening so let’s hear what pam bonnie responded now will she responded to this because of that statement made last week that’s right jasmine crockett had said she went on a open forum kind of online town hall that was talking about this day where they’re going to go after and try to inflict economic damage whether that be by the the news that’s out there or protesting or boycotting. Or in some cases, as we’re seeing, there is actual violence against dealerships of Tesla around the country, not just protests. But she said she was on that call for a very selfish reason because March 29th, it’s her birthday. And all she wants to see happen on her birthday is for Elon to be taken down. Now, this is what the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, had to say over the weekend about this very specific rhetoric by Six.

And, Maria, now you have this Congresswoman Crockett who is calling for attacks on Elon Musk on her birthday. Let’s take him out on my birthday, she says. Yet she turns and says, oh, I’m not calling for violence. Well, she is an elected public official. And so she needs to tread very carefully because nothing will happen to Elon Musk. And we’re going to fight to protect all of it. all of all of the tesla owners throughout this country and all it’s basic safety once again domestic terrorism is going to come to a stop in our country so very different tone coming from this department of justice saying we are not going to deal with domestic terror this way now

Here’s a big question. Where does that start to violate your First Amendment rule rights? When does that start to violate free speech? How do you feel about this? How do you feel about the rhetoric coming from not only Jasmine Crockett, but coming from Pam Bondi? I want to hear from you. Of course, if it’s violence, of course, if we’re talking about attacks, of course, we were talking about that. But look, sadly, I see all the time on social media threats. We say to the president threats to people like Elon Musk. I saw many of my friends, and I’ll put friends in quotes, but many people I know, let’s just put it that way, were out protesting in front of a Tesla dealership this weekend. And I will tell you, if you ever catch me protesting in front of a car dealership, man, I don’t even know. Don’t let me do this show because there are so many bigger things that you should be out there and actually upset about. then you don’t like that Elon Musk is a billionaire. And you don’t like it. I love when they always say unelected. It’s like, I don’t know if you know this, he was on the campaign trail. So when you elected President Trump, you knew what you were getting. For those just joining us to reset a little bit, we are talking about Pam Bondi’s comments essentially saying, quit using violent rhetoric in terms of attacking people, Americans or people in the cabinet, people in the administration, especially if you’re an elected official. Because unlike previous administrations, we’re not just going to take it. Now that opens a lot of questions. And phone lines are open for you because I want to hear your thoughts. Because violent rhetoric is a bit blurry in 2025, unfortunately. Because you’ll have Jasmine Crockett saying, yeah, I said take down Elon Musk. That doesn’t mean I was being violent. And then, of course, they’ll juke to January 6th, which, of course, we all condemn and say was a terrible thing. And a lot of these things are happening over and over again. This administration, though, has said we actually are going to prosecute when this happens. And that, of course, opened a big door because people said, oh, well, what does that mean? Yeah, thank you for what you do. I’m just I’m so frustrated and actually angry. Like, why on earth is there any special measure needed to be taken when what the people are doing is illegal? You can’t bomb places. You can’t destroy vehicles. You can’t threaten people like that. That’s criminal.
SPEAKER 12 :
Hey, that’s pretty common sense. You’d think it’s pretty easy to say, yeah, you can’t be destroying people’s private property. You can’t be Molotov cocktailing car dealerships. If you want to go and have a peaceful protest, I think it’s silly that you’re protesting at a car dealership, but that’s not my, that’s not, you know, that’s, it’s your decision. Do whatever you want. I don’t care. Like Elon Musk said, just don’t buy the product or protest the product for that matter. I don’t care. I don’t even imagine why you would do that, but okay. Say you want to do it. Fine. But when we are talking about violence and then calls to violence is where things are going to get illegal.
SPEAKER 10 :
Well, and to your point, Kay, I don’t think there necessarily needs to be any sort of special legislative help here. And Attorney General Pam Bondi isn’t just saying things in the media saying, hey, tread carefully. Yeah, she’s getting it done. They are… They have charged multiple defendants now. And this is a quote from the press release from the Department of Justice. The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended, said Attorney General Pam Bondi. Let this be a warning. If you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the DOJ will put you behind bars. One defendant was armed with a suppressed AR-15 rifle. was arrested after throwing approximately eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership in Salem, Oregon. Another was arrested in Loveland, Colorado, after attempting to light Teslas on fire with Molotov cocktails. The defendant was later found in possession of materials used to produce additional incendiary weapons. And in Charleston, South Carolina, a third defendant wrote profane messages against President Trump around Tesla charging stations, Okay, they arrested him for writing something. That was before lighting the charging stations on fire with what? You guessed it, Molotov cocktails. So there’s a pattern here of what they are using to target these places, as well as the outcome of this terror campaign going on by the left that are trying to protest. I put that in quotes that are trying to attack Elon Musk for the Department of Government Efficiency. and these are three examples these are not the end of this i have a feeling uh these are ones they were readily able to identify or were arrested on scene but i have a feeling that there are going to be more arrests like this because it’s not just peaceful protesting it’s not just even like obstructing traffic by getting out there with your signs and being loud and obnoxious although if you were a pro-life protester yeah You wouldn’t even have to go that far and you’d be facing charges from the FACE Act under the previous administration.
SPEAKER 12 :
They are threatening to violate. I guess you’d say the crimes do match the punishments of what they’re talking about here because you’re talking about destroying, again, businesses, private property and potentially risking people’s lives. And we have to make sure that we’re also not responding. in a way that is going to attract that. It’s going to attract people on the more conservative side to act in violence. You have to go above. You’ve got to be better. I know it’s tough, but you’ve got to do it. Let’s take a call. I want to go to Ben, who’s calling, who’s watching on the Salem News Channel. Ben, you’re on the air.

Hi. My question was about, Democrats love to use the phrase, you can’t scream fire in a crowded theater when they want to take down freedom of speech. And then what is the law that you can’t get out there with a bullhorn, gin up a crowd, and start a riot? You get charged also even if you’re not the one that threw the malta cocktail. And I’ll take it one step further to when they were outside of the Supreme Court justices’ houses with bullhorns over – Roe versus Wade, you can’t intimidate a judge or a juror.
SPEAKER 12 :
Look, oddly enough, Ben, we have a bite pulled that we’re going to hear. This is again from Chuck Schumer back in March of 2020, a couple weeks before the whole world shut down five years ago. And remember, this was the rhetoric coming from Chuck Schumer aimed at Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, Supreme Court justices, on some of the most important times. So go take a listen. Bite three.
SPEAKER 02 :
I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.
SPEAKER 12 :
You go back to that. I mean, there was nothing more violent than that rhetoric. You’re not going to know what to hit you. You’re a Supreme Court justice. You’re not a media commentator. You’re not caring about probably what’s in the press. What could he possibly have been inferring?
SPEAKER 10 :
Right, you have a lifetime appointment and you’re saying you will pay the price. What does that mean other than there’s going to be violence against you, people are going to harm you. There is no other way to interpret that within the American framework of how these people, it’s not like they’re going to get voted out. It’s not like they’re going to be primaried for their Supreme Court seat. There is only one way to interpret that and yet I think the difference now is there’s a different Department of Justice. That was at the tail end, that’s when the world was shutting down As you mentioned earlier, there was a lot of things going on. I don’t know. I mean, I think it would be very absolutely unprecedented for the Department of Justice to go after and prosecute the Senate minority leader. I don’t know what would happen if he said this exact same thing today, though. I think it would be a lot bigger discussion than just it’s free speech. He’s saying that was a threat. And what happened just weeks after that? Someone went to Brett Kavanaugh’s house to try and assassinate him. It was not… These things aren’t disconnected. These things don’t happen in a vacuum. And the same thing can be said through the 2024 campaign. President Trump is a Nazi. He must be stopped at all costs. Threat to democracy. Threat to the country. Exactly. And what happens? Two assassination attempts on the man running for president that eventually went on to win it. This cannot continue in the United States. And I think that’s why… These charges that Pam Bondi brought forward on the three individuals already, they carry a minimum penalty of five years and up to 20 years in prison. These are not insignificant charges. This isn’t disruptive. This isn’t a vandalism charge. She is going very aggressively to prosecute these crimes. And I think also when you start to prosecute and then you also put people on notice and saying, Maybe you need to rethink how you’re speaking because it is causing people to misbehave in very egregious ways across this country.
SPEAKER 12 :

Whether that is a pro-life pregnancy sinner that is being censored and told, hey, you have to make sure you tell people about abortion. And today we’re filing a federal appeals court case out of New York to fight back because we want to make sure that they are allowed to talk about whatever they want to talk about. Massachusetts, you’ve heard what we’ve been doing there. Choice begins here. We filed also a lawsuit, though, to stop that state-sponsored smear campaign against those pro-life sinners. The judge could rule on that at any day. And in Chicago, we are in court tomorrow to defend two more, this is more, street preachers who were arrested for sharing the gospel. The stakes couldn’t be higher right now. Winning these cases literally could save lives and protect those who want to share their faith openly in our country. We are going to talk a little bit more about what’s going on with Pam Bondi, but I did want to take a second because there are some updates of what’s happening. If you may not know about this, in California, there’s a church that meets on the beach. They’ve been around for a very long time, and they’ve been meeting weekly on the beach for years and years, maybe decades at this point. 18 years, yeah. 18 years, almost 20 years, almost two decades. And they were told… just now and they have been very cool very chill if they if there’s a 5k coming through they’re going to delay like they’ve never caused an issue with uh anyone within the state or the city or the county but now because it’s a religious meeting because it’s a christian church they are now coming in and saying hey you’re only allowed to do this a few times a year And the ACLJ said, that’s not how it’s going to go. You can’t discriminate because it’s a religious service. You can’t discriminate because it’s people of faith. And that’s what they’re doing. And these organizations and these governments, they think they can just do that. But thankfully, there are organizations like ours that take up these cases at zero cost, by the way. And that’s because people like you support the ACLJ were able to go in and help this church out and they don’t have to worry about any sort of financial obligations to the legal side of this.
SPEAKER 10 :
That’s right. So this is a church on the beach out of Redondo Beach, California. And as Logan said, they never had a problem with their gatherings for 18 years. They went through the proper permitting process. They did everything right. They would clean up after themselves, after the service. This was not an issue. But then in October, L.A. County abruptly changed the policy on them meeting there. And they informed the pastor that now, basically, they are limited to six meeting times per year. Two of those, their fee is waived. The rest of the time, they have to pay $250 for the permit fee. And that they can no longer meet in their primary location, but they can meet in four other specific locations. So they’re completely eradicating the church being able to meet where they’ve been meeting for 18 years.
SPEAKER 12 :
Which is the mission of the church. I want to make sure you understand that too. If I’m on their website right now, They said there’s no doors to walk through. It’s a space to be present without pressure because you don’t have to worry about any boxes you got to check. They said they meet in Creation’s own amphitheater. And the idea is that community can be built in a different way because there’s going to be people who are not going to want to walk into a church building that maybe they’re going to come and sit around on the beach. And again, they’ve been hosting this for nearly two decades.
SPEAKER 10 :
And one county official, which completely shows how foreign ministry is to city officials in LA County, because the city official said to one of the pastors said, you know, you don’t need the beach because you can just, you know, have a building. Just meet in the building. Completely misunderstanding the entire philosophy and mission of this ministry that has been so effective at sharing the gospel with people that may have an aversion to going to a traditional church building. That is primarily the philosophy behind Church on the Beach is to be there and be a ministry to people who may not walk through
SPEAKER 12 :
a traditional church door yeah so the aclj is there and we are actively working on this case that’s right so they are now on the clock yeah we got we got a good timeline coming for you okay you can’t just let these things go open-ended because if you do nothing happens they’ll never respond they won’t get any you know no action will happen you got to say hey we’re going to give you a little grace period here to get your stuff in line say that nicely but if you don’t respond by x date
SPEAKER 10 :
The law is coming at you. So we sent the demand letter. And a lot of times in these situations, once a city attorney gets the demand letter where our attorneys lay out how they’re violating the constitutional protections by discriminating against a church, when none of the other groups that want to use the beach have to go through any of these hoops, a lot of times that gets resolved. So we got a notice that the city attorney had received it and that they are reviewing our letter. We said, great, you have until next Friday. So this is this Friday coming up. If you don’t respond, affirming the right of our client as well as changing the city policy… Yeah, get it on paper. Then guess what? We’ll see you in court. Our lawyers right now are drafting the complaint. They will be ready to go as soon as the city responds. If the city doesn’t respond favorably for our client… We’ll see you in court because you’re violating the constitutional rights of this church by allowing any group under the sun to do whatever they want as long as they’re not a church that’s been meeting there for 18 years. Then we’re going to have special rules for you, which don’t apply to everyone else.
SPEAKER 12 :
And again, just so you know, and for full clarity, yes, these are our clients. We are a law firm. They are our clients, but they are not charged a dollar for this work. We have some of the best and the brightest lawyers, legal team, media team, all of that is because of you. It cannot be done without you. Because we know a lot of these churches, ministries, pro-life pregnancy resource centers, a lot of them are volunteer run. A lot of them have very limited funds. They certainly don’t have the funds to go file a lawsuit against the state or to take it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. But the ACLJ is able to do that because people like you say, I’ll kick in $20 and $50 or $100 or even more. Because you know we are there for you as well. And hopefully you know it’s because we’re also doing really good work. And we’re supporting your Christian values and your mission. And look at this church. This church has been meeting for 18 years on the beach in California. Trying to witness to people who are not going to walk into those buildings. We need that. We need that so much. Because if there’s going to be change, it’s got to be in the hearts and minds of people. But it also has to be in the law to make sure they’re allowed to do it. So we need you right now. Welcome back to Sekulow. I hope you enjoyed the first half hour, but the second half hour is going to be just as packed because we’ve got a lot to cover, including Bernie Sanders. You may have seen, agreed with President Trump for maybe the first time. And it wasn’t like we’re taking words out of context here. He actually… agreed with something the Trump administration is doing and I think that’s why people like somewhat respect Bernie Sanders because he won’t always tow a party line he’ll say I hate him I can’t take it I don’t like it but at least you know he may believe what he says you don’t necessarily agree with him but he will make sure that happens we’re going to hear that in the next segment we’re also going to talk a bit about this weird interview that happened because it was a semi-interview and it ended in a very bizarre way But I did want to take a minute and kind of back us up because we got so many calls coming in about the situation that was, Jasmine Crockett went on, essentially said, hey, for my birthday, I want you to take down Elon Musk. And Pam Bondi responded, Attorney General Bondi, and said, hey, and not just only directed at her, I mean, she definitely didn’t direct at her, but said, we got to cool it with this rhetoric. The violent rhetoric is not going to just go away. So if she says that and something was to happen, she will be held responsible. Of course, you have First Amendment rights, but there are First Amendment rights where you can’t encourage and incite violence. And political violence has become all too normalized in this country. We have seen it over the last four or five years aggressively turn up. And sure, historically, by the way, look at our whole existence. Political violence has been a part of our nation since the founding. But we can do better. We live in a modern society. And that modern society doesn’t allow you to spread violence this way. When you come off of a campaign where the Republican candidate, a former president of the United States, was nearly assassinated multiple times. When you have people’s cars and their car dealerships and people being attacked because of the car they’re driving. No one cares about Volkswagen. No one cares about Mercedes. Where there’s actual history there. You know why? Because in society, we move on from those things. We understand what’s actually at stake. We understand that a car does not represent a political opinion, but they’ve let it spin out of control. And that’s where we stand today. We have a lot of calls coming in. Hi, yes. I want to know why is it that we’re to accept Jasmine making a correction and saying, no, I didn’t say violence, but when Trump say, go to the Capitol, oh, it was an insurrection. What’s the difference here?
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, Kristen, she even brought that point up, which is odd to be like, well, what about over there? It’s like, so you’re saying that was good? Are you saying January 6th then was okay? Because if you’re saying that, then we’re having a totally different conversation. Because I think what Pam Bondi is saying, we got to tone down political violent rhetoric. And that can be true on the right as well. It’s not like that’s just a left-wing issue. You can go down to the streets and see people on both sides. Now, does it feel like it’s aggressively gotten more on the left? Absolutely. But that is also because you have a firebrand president and a firebrand cabinet administration. You know, my friends, I told you, I had a friend who was protesting this weekend, brought his kids out to protest in front of the Tesla dealership and put, you know, this unelected you know whatever for elon musk and will and i were talking number one if you voted for president trump and you didn’t think elon musk was going to be involved in this then what campaign were you watching he was involved this is pretty much for the last year aggressively making campaign stops fully endorsing him jumping around wearing the dark maga this wasn’t anything that we’re shocked about you know who else is unelected if you want to put that in the same way every other member of the cabinet except for the vice president Everybody else is unelected. Everyone else is… We didn’t even know who some of those people were going to be. They weren’t running and saying, Pam Bondi’s going to be the Attorney General. If you don’t remember, there was some chaos there. But no one’s complaining about that. But because it’s Elon Musk, because he is, like I said, a very interesting, outspoken guy who you can agree with or disagree with, it becomes a bigger issue. And all of a sudden, that’s the unelected. Every time I’m about to respond, I stop myself and go, why am I doing this? I’m not going to argue with someone who will protest in front of a car dealership. Okay, we’ll be right back. I did want to go to a call that has a different point of view, and I’ve asked for that point of view, and I’ve asked your thoughts in terms of how this has free speech implications. Hi. I’m taking the viewpoint that I think that Pam Bondi has gone too far because I’m willing to discuss it. I haven’t looked into this in great depth yet, but This would be unprecedented, prosecuting a sitting representative for speech. And according to what you just said, this is a firebrand president who has made many aggressive and provoking statements for the sake of rhetoric sometimes.

Yeah, but George, I don’t necessarily think that that’s good either. I want to make sure that that’s clear. is that I’m not saying what happened with President Trump and what he has done and some of the stuff he says or Elon Musk. I’m not saying that I agree with the rhetoric they use. Now, she kind of timestamped it, is a bit of the concern. She said, on my birthday, I would love for him to be taken down. That’s a little different than saying I disagree with him and I really want him out of office. I really don’t want the Doge Department to happen. You are saying on this date, go do something about it. That’s a bit more. That’s a bit more aggressive. Now, do I think that they should? As of right now, no. If something was to happen, maybe so. Because you could point a direct line to it and say, this person, it’s like encouraging someone to do harm to themselves or to others. It’s Charles Manson. It’s an interesting way to look at it. I understand there are free speech implications. I’m concerned about those as well as a free speech advocate. Look, there are Nazis, legit Nazis, that really do protest in our downtown streets. I’ve had to confront them and see them. And that’s why when these people are out in front of a car dealership, it makes me chuckle a little. And I told Will, I want to back up one statement about the car dealership. If you work at that car dealership, fine. By all means, if you need a protest, I got no problem with that. But if this is the number one thing on your concerned list, and you are a middle class American,

then your priorities are just completely out of whack. Well, and I think to George’s point that if Pam Bondi had all of a sudden like actually filed charges against her because of that statement, it would be unprecedented. And I think if it gets to the point, it would be a different precedent being set. What she’s saying is I’m hearing all this rhetoric and I’m seeing what’s playing out. So I think members of Congress should tread lightly or tread carefully. And now, is that a threat of prosecution? Many people are going to take it that way. However, I think it can also be an adult in the room saying, hey, you are an elected member of Congress. You have a responsibility to not encourage and make this a lot worse than it is. Because right now we’re seeing terroristic activities in our country, firebombing a place of business. That has no place in the United States of America. So you should tread carefully. And I think that actually is an appropriate statement from anyone that has a voice of reason that they can put that forward. But she hasn’t placed charges on Jasmine Crockett. But these people do need to realize there gets to be a point where the rhetoric you’re using is having direct impact on people’s lives. And they seem to forget that. They seem to forget that they are someone that people look up to. I know for our audience, that may be hard to believe that people look up to and take advice from these members of Congress that are so out there. But there are people that do. And I think that they need to be very careful when they’re saying, go, I want to see him taken down on my birthday. Make it a birthday present for me.

I think that’s what the specificity of that came in is where it’s like, you got to sound some alarms. You got to make sure you got extra security that day. because you have put a timestamp on it. It’s ridiculous. You are right, people do look up to these members. I think we should talk about one. Of course, that’s Bernie Sanders, who’s on tour right now with AOC, having these massive crowds show up.

All of a sudden, they care about crowd size in the Democrat Party. It’s like a thing where they’re like, we had 34,000, and then news reports are varying. So it’s weird deja vu, but on the other side, it’s a bizarro world.

Oh, well, I watched a Rosie O’Donnell clip where she was like… he won all swing states, I think there may have been some interference in there. You’re like, okay, it’s just the same word. I know, it’s just like, oh, everyone just flips. I mean, this is absurd. But you can say one thing about Bernie Sanders, and it’s that Bernie Sanders is a man who speaks his mind, whether he’s gonna get up and leave during the middle of an interview because he doesn’t like the verbiage of what’s happening, or if they’re gonna ask him a question that certainly he’s gonna say no to, which is, hey, Bernie Sanders, is there anything that you actually agree with from President Trump? Most Democrats right now would say absolutely not, abhorrent, there’s nothing that he could do that possibly could be good for this country, and Bernie… Again, you got to give it to him, says, well, there may be some things. Let’s take a listen.

Yeah. I mean, I think cracking down on fentanyl, making sure our borders are stronger. Look, nobody thinks illegal immigration is appropriate.

Illegal immigration is appropriate. I think he needs to turn that and look at his own party because that’s not necessarily where they’re headed. But the independents and Democrats are certainly not there condemning illegal immigration. You don’t hear that. Yes, you may hear violence. You may hear some of those things. But you don’t hear anyone, unlike Bernie Sanders right there, actually saying, yeah, I agree with him. I think he’s doing a good job on fentanyl. And I think he’s doing a good job on immigration.

Making the border stronger. Next thing you know, he’s going to put a bill for more funding in to build extra wall. It’s an interesting play from Bernie Sanders. Clearly, either he has other aspirations or he is trying to boost members of his party at this time. The border in Vermont. He is the biggest newsmaker right now in the party, I would say, that maybe has any sort of positive news story about getting large crowds, going on this tour with AOC. And in that light, he is… on tour with aoc yeah and gets asked on a sunday show by jonathan carl on abc news a very simple question after praising a this one turns a little strange it’s the weirdest thing i’ve seen in a long time we gotta be a little bit more careful because i’m like did he misunderstand it’s like clearly he doesn’t misunderstand but why did this happen why is this did

And I’m tired. Clearly tired because I don’t really understand at all what happened in that. If we’re not seeing an edited version of it, it is incredibly bizarre. I mean, I know that we’re having fun here. And I actually told you that I’m happy Bernie Sanders said, hey, you know what? There are places that we can all work together on. But when you have a moment where he didn’t ask anything crazy, Jonathan Karl asked, would you like to see her joining the Senate? After he praised AOC. Yes. How inspiring she is. And for some reason, Bernie Sanders thinks that’s some sort of setup and gets up and leaves and says, all right, I’m done and leaves. And then there’s a whole debate whether we’re talking. I don’t want to talk about the Beltway. It’s like you’re on Sunday morning ABC News. Like that’s all they do. It was an odd, odd moment. You know, in Portland, Oregon, when Antifa went in and burned Portland, supported by George Soros, Is there a possibility that these people that are doing the same thing, you know, they’re burning Tesla cars and Tesla dealerships are being funded by people like George Soros? And what can be done to them?

I think if there’s proof of that, sure, absolutely. If you are funding not just protests, but if you’re funding violence. And it’s provable. Of course, there can be consequences. And I think what you have is Pam Bondi saying, be careful because this isn’t the old days. This isn’t even Trump 1.0. This is the second administration that’s taking things a little bit more seriously. If you’re going after people, whether it’s Supreme Court justices, elected officials, private citizens who drive a specific brand of car. We are going to hold those accountable who need to be held accountable. Like I said, with Jasmine Crockett, I think the main thing wasn’t that she said, Elon Musk, I would love for Elon Musk to be taken down. Sure, you can interpret that as violent or not violent. But what she said was, for my birthday, March 29th, when you start saying that, I think you can infer something. I think you can actually probably look into what that would be. Now, do I think she’ll be prosecuted for that? No.
SPEAKER 10 :
But the warning has been made. Well, especially when you talk about a specific date. If you’re saying, I want his company to go out of business, that’s not something that happens in a week. So, yes, that’s where it can get concerning to law enforcement, especially that you’re putting specific labels on times that you want something to happen. But also, I think to the caller’s point, the three defendants that have been arrested and charged from the Department of Justice, If there were any coordination or communication, all that will come out. They’re going to be looking through their digital footprint. They’re going to be looking at what inspired it. And even many protests. We know the left is very good at organizing protests. They may not be directing the defendants to go and firebomb. But we know that when they pay for protests, when they get people and things start happening, nine times out of ten, it seems like with the left, someone crazy and violent shows up to that and feels like they have cover because people are protesting. So it may not be directly, hey, we’re going to fund this protest and pay someone to go throw Molotov cocktails. But unfortunately, a lot of crazy people think they have cover when there is a protest going on.

Hey guys. I just like to ask the question. Um, Democrats for years have been using, uh, ethics committees to censure or smear Republicans. Where are the Republican committees, ethics committees? to hold Jasmine Jackson accountable. Where were they when Chuck Schumer was calling for rallies against Kavanaugh and Gorsuch? I mean, at some point, the Republicans have to start using the tools that they have.

I think that’s what you’re seeing, Robert. I’m only cutting you off because we’re starting to run on time, and I want to make sure I get to the other calls, but I’ll hold it for so long. I think that’s what you’re seeing. You’re actually seeing the Republicans stand up and go, two can play at this game.

That’s right. And in 2020, the House was not in the control of the Republicans.

And the country was in chaos.

So they wouldn’t necessarily have had the power to bring some sort of ethics complaint. First of all, the House Ethics Committee wouldn’t have the power to bring an ethics complaint against Chuck Schumer in general because he’s the Senate. However, when you start to look and break this down… Conceptually. The… Yes. And there’s a different sheriff in town. So now that we see all this, I think that you could see the ethics committees. But these aren’t quick things either. You know, the Congress moves slow. Committees move slow. They have to start with their investigations and go through their reports. It’s not like you’re going to see this. She makes a statement a week later. You have an ethics report out on her.

See, but maybe that’s the one change. That’s maybe one of the things that’s happening. A lot of people are freaking out over the Doge Department and President Trump because things are moving at a very rapid pace. And sometimes it can feel chaotic. But that’s just because you’re not used to actually operating the country like a business. In businesses, things have to move on a dime. Let’s go ahead and continue on. Yes, hi. I just wanted to comment about Pam Bondi and the Justice Department. They absolutely need to go after these people that are causing all this chaos with the Teslas and firebombing and everything. We’ve got to get that under control. And, you know, I don’t think people are looking at the bigger picture. My husband works for the government, and we live every day with the possibility that he may lose his job. But the big picture is our country is like 30% trillion-some dollars in debt. And if we don’t take drastic measures to change this and turn things around, I would hate to see the country that we turn over to our grandchildren in 10 years, our children and grandchildren. I would hate to see what that country is going to look like.

What is it, rather, that the Congress people are protected within chamber for the comments they make, but when they go out in public, like what we saw Chuck Schumer do, why wasn’t he held accountable right then and there for what he stated?

Yeah, I think you’re right, Tony, especially when you actually had real attempts of assassination of those Supreme Court justices. But why? Who knows why? Maybe just because it was, like you said, a different group of people. But now Pambani has said and signaled, enough with this. If we continue on with violent rhetoric, there will be consequences. And you may agree with that or disagree with that.

Well, and to Tony’s point as well, and to your point earlier, Logan, that a lot was going on. Remember, when Chuck Schumer made those comments, it was right after the failed impeachment, the first failed impeachment of President Trump, as the world was now looking at shutting down.

This was March 4th, 2020. So the world kind of changed about 10 days later. About 10 days later, the world shut down for a good couple of years and we’re still dealing with the fallout from all of that. But, yeah. Should we take one more call?
