SPEAKER 19 :
This is Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 04 :
You are going to shut your damn yapper and listen for a change because I got you pegged, sweetheart. You want to take the easy way out because you’re scared. And you’re scared because if you try and fail, there’s only you to blame. Let me break this down for you. Life is scary. Get used to it. There are no magical fixes.
SPEAKER 07 :
With your host, John Rush.
SPEAKER 03 :
My advice to you is to do what your parents did.
SPEAKER 16 :
Get a job first. You haven’t made everybody equal. You’ve made them the same and there’s a big difference.
SPEAKER 17 :
Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life. That there’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there. It is this feeling that has brought you to me.
SPEAKER 19 :
Are you crazy?
SPEAKER 05 :
Am I? Or am I so sane that you just blew your mind?
SPEAKER 21 :
It’s Rush to Reason with your host, John Rush. Presented by Cub Creek Heating and Air Conditioning.
SPEAKER 11 :
And welcome. Happy Tuesday. Rush to Reason. Denver’s Afternoon Rush. KLZ 560. Myself, Andy Pate. Charlie Grimes. And it’s a warm one out, Andy. It is. Doesn’t look like it, but it is. Dog days of summer are back. It looks really kind of cloudy and not so warm, but it actually is very warm.
SPEAKER 06 :
It does not feel… Yeah, it’s kind of weird. Usually when you have a cloudy day in Colorado because… I’m used to in Colorado, when the sun’s out, it’s hot. When the sun isn’t out, it’s not because it’s so dry here. But I walked out today, it was cloudy and it was sweaty.
SPEAKER 11 :
Today is, and I realize we’ve got some months that have more than 30 days, of course, but July 15th, we’re like the last day of the first half of the year.
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 11 :
Rolling right along.
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 11 :
Amazing.
SPEAKER 06 :
I know.
SPEAKER 11 :
It seemed like it was just Christmas.
SPEAKER 06 :
You know, John, I think it’s because we are now working at the speed of Trump.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yes.
SPEAKER 06 :
I mean, I’m serious. Every single day, it’s something new. Every day is Christmas. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Life is just, I’m aging faster.
SPEAKER 11 :
Well, we are. Absolutely. Okay, go ahead. Question of the day yesterday. Which U.S. president dedicated the Vietnam Memorial? That would be Ronald Reagan. Today’s impossible question. Researchers have found that some songs are safer to drive to than others. Can you name the safest song to play while driving? It’s probably not I Can’t Drive 55.
SPEAKER 06 :
I would say Everything by Enya.
SPEAKER 11 :
How’s that? Everything by Enya.
SPEAKER 06 :
I don’t know.
SPEAKER 11 :
I don’t listen to much music in the car anymore.
SPEAKER 06 :
Classical music would be very safe.
SPEAKER 11 :
I’m listening to books now, so it’s, I don’t know, pass of the time by better. You listen to books? Yeah. Post-apocalyptic books, mainly for Ready Radio on Fridays is where I got started doing it. And I gained all sorts of ideas from those. And it was pretty interesting. The last one, basically, the last book I read was essentially AI had gotten so strong. And the robot itself or the AI version of that, whatever you want to call it, basically a robot. had implanted herself into, she called herself Marilyn Monroe, and she had planted herself inside of a human and kind of became this cyborg, if you would.
SPEAKER 06 :
Well, that’s pretty common in the movies.
SPEAKER 11 :
Was out to destroy the world. It was good, actually. It was a very good book, five different books in all, and the guy that wrote it did a really good job of piecing it all together, and it was interesting.
SPEAKER 06 :
Do you think there will be a time in our deep future when the AI becomes very frightened that humans are becoming too popular and too powerful?
SPEAKER 11 :
I think we’re at a point where AI probably thinks we’re all too dumb.
SPEAKER 1 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 11 :
As part of this book, actually, it was like, yeah, we’re all so dumb, we should just be eliminated.
SPEAKER 06 :
I can’t believe that you listen to that stuff. That’s interesting. I mean, I’m not against that. I just had no idea. I listen to talk radio and podcasts almost nonstop.
SPEAKER 11 :
Gotcha.
SPEAKER 06 :
That’s what I listen to.
SPEAKER 11 :
Anyways, it’s fun. Okay, so today. And we’ll get into some things here as we go through today. We’re going to talk a little bit about some things that I have noticed on Facebook. Annie and I will start off with some of the Epstein stuff, which I talked about some last week. I also talked about it again yesterday, but I think it’s important to talk about it while it’s out there. And it’s not out there, by the way, I don’t feel from… How do I want to say this? I don’t think it’s coming from the middle. I don’t think it’s coming from folks like even Andy and I. I think it’s coming from those that are on the rabid right and the rabid left. And I mean that sincerely because the left keeps drumming it up because they know it’s a distraction on our side. Right. And I will just tell you straight up, folks, it’s a distraction on our side.
SPEAKER 06 :
Oh, totally.
SPEAKER 11 :
Totally. I don’t care what anybody says. It just is. It continues to keep surfacing because of some on our side and the left. I said this yesterday. I meant what I said, and I’m not going to back down from that.
SPEAKER 06 :
You know what really offends me, John, is when we – and here in a bit, maybe in the next segment, I’m going to go into the logistics of what it would take to actually run down the Epstein list and why we’re really not doing it. But the second you lay that out, there are a lot of people online and on air –
SPEAKER 11 :
who accuse us of not caring about the topic correct oh you don’t care about young girls being raped oh you take this lightly yeah i went into that yesterday andy that is offensive well and i said that yesterday to your exactly really makes me mad well it does for me because as i as i pointed out yesterday on this particular program i have not only done multiple interviews over the years with folks that have been involved in that trying to get young girls out of it making sure people are aware how it actually happens how it can happen in suburbia. I mean, I’ve been through all of that interviewing different people, Andy, over the past decade. So, yes, it is very offensive when people say that.
SPEAKER 06 :
Oh, yeah. And how many times have you and I talked about what was going on in Hollywood? Absolutely. And these producers were getting busted. Absolutely. And when it was also going on, what about Biden himself? And, you know, we talked about this many times. We don’t take it lightly. No, no. After the break, I do want to go into a little bit of what it would actually take to run that down. I don’t think people are thinking it through. And I think when they do, they’re going to realize not only is it not a good idea to go after it, it would be stupid to pursue it at this point.
SPEAKER 11 :

SPEAKER 14 :
Air conditioning season is here. Take advantage of Geno’s Auto’s air conditioning recharge special. Is your vehicle’s air conditioning ready to keep you cool on hot days? We all know how fast Colorado can heat up during the day. The refrigerant in your air conditioning system gets contaminants, evaporates, and breaks down over time. That refrigerant needs to be able to absorb heat to be able to cool your vehicle’s interior. Geno’s uses a cooling machine that takes out the old refrigerant and cleans it. Then they put the clean refrigerant back, topping off with Freon at the right level. To make your life simpler, Geno’s offers loaner vehicles so you can drop your car off and pick up when ready. We back up our work with NAPA’s nationwide 36-month, 36,000-mile warranty. Stay cool this summer by making sure your system is up to date and ready for this year’s summer heat. Give us a call or go online to schedule an appointment. We’re AAA approved and located at Bowles and Platt Canyon. Stop in or visit us online at genosautoservice.com.
SPEAKER 07 :
God. Country. Reason. Now back to John Rush.
SPEAKER 11 :
All right, we are back. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Myself, Andy Pate, Charlie Grimes. Okay, this is a post that I read this morning in the Facebook group Colorado State Republicans, and anybody out there can pretty much join that page. I don’t think there’s much in the way of a test to determine whether you’re Republican or not. I think you can just join and start reading the stupid comments that come from there. I’m sorry. Did I say that? Well, there are some good ones, too, but yeah. There are. But there are some crazies. Go ahead. But this was the quote this morning. So lame, dot, dot, dot. They continue to insult our intelligence. DOJ has all the evidence they will ever need. Now just kicking the can with a special counsel. Bondi needs to make arrests now. And as I read that, I wanted to respond. Then I just thought, no, I mean, that’s like, you know, arguing with an idiot. So why bother, Andy? Why waste my time trying to argue with somebody that has evidence? that type of a mentality. DOJ has all of the evidence. So really quick, I know you’ve got some things to say.
SPEAKER 06 :
Sure. No, go ahead.
SPEAKER 11 :
Let me respond quickly here because, you know, this comment, DOJ has all the evidence. And what would that be? I mean, have you seen it for yourself? Do you know exactly what’s there? Have you read through all of the documents, the binders and so on? Do you know exactly what’s there? I know Andy’s going to get into, you know, chain of command and all sorts of things along those lines. But really, you know for, you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt that they have everything they need to bring people To arrest people and bring them to justice. Keep in mind, the last sentence says, Bondi needs to make arrests. Now, who would you be arresting is my question. Who would you be arresting, Andy?
SPEAKER 06 :
Right. Well, the idea, what they think is, and very erroneously, is first of all that there is just one solid list. That Epstein kept this solid list of everybody that he had have sex. with young girls that he trafficked, and he made it that easy. First of all, folks, it’s nothing like that. It’s a series of documents, and virtually all of the taped stuff is simply child porn, okay? It’s not stuff of people having sex with kids and so forth. That’s not what it is. It’s almost all child porn.
SPEAKER 11 :
Nor can they… They can’t know, do you want them releasing that? Well, of course not. The videos, I mean. Yeah, you wouldn’t. You wouldn’t do that. Right.
SPEAKER 06 :
Come on, people. Here’s what I don’t understand. I don’t understand how people on our side don’t get this concept, because they really should. I thought we were on the logical side. We’re not right now, but here we go. Chain of custody, actually. Chain of custody. Okay? And what that means is, when you get a piece of evidence, okay… Who who handles that evidence? How many times has that evidence been handled? And you need to be able to examine that chain of custody and make sure that that evidence has in no way, shape or form been corrupted. OK, you’ve got these lists. You’ve got. unbelievably brilliant young techies and corrupt people who worked for the Biden administration for the last four years. These are the worst of the worst of the worst. These are the kinds of people who are hired by somebody who says eight, six, four, seven with, you know, stones on a beach. OK, we’re talking evil. That group had all this evidence for the past four years. It’s corrupted. Now, so what you got to wonder, OK, what names were added? What names were removed? What data was manipulated? John, it boggles the mind. And so you can’t just say, oh, we’re going to post the list. They want to just post the list. Really? You want me to take this? that the chain of custody is this was in the custody of the worst of the worst of the worst for four years. You want me just to take that and put it out there as fact?
SPEAKER 11 :
It’s actually five. It’s actually almost six now. It was 2019 when he was arrested.
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah, but I mean Biden’s team.
SPEAKER 11 :
Biden’s team had it for four.
SPEAKER 06 :
Right. Biden’s team had it for four years. You want me to just post that as fact? Are you out of your mind? OK, I just can’t believe this. I’ve told you many times in the past I was used by various companies to catch thieves. Right. I would laugh that off. out of the office. The idea of that is just laughable.
SPEAKER 11 :
I think the other thing, Andy, that folks forget is, and maybe they don’t know, maybe they haven’t read through some of the details of even the arrest and so on, the indictment and what he was going through at the time of the alleged, and I don’t know if it was suicide or not, according to the current DOJ it was, but regardless, okay, that’s neither here nor there. He’s dead now. right okay so the reality he is he has passed the time frame that he was being indicted for was from 2002 to 2005 rights 20-plus years ago Andy yeah so for a lot of you that you know want people brought to justice which I always want anybody that’s committed a crime especially against children brought to justice but Folks, remember the years I just stated, 2002 to 2005. Right. And I’m going to play a clip here after Andy’s done. We might take a few segments here on this because I really want to get some details. I think there’s a lot of you out there that I think we can – we could – How should I say this, Andy? Convince isn’t the right word, but I think some of you I could explain some things to to where you might have a different approach to this moving forward after you hear some of the details and some of the backsides of this. And there’s some folks that, again, I’ll play some video or some audio for you where you might have a little better understanding of some of these things later.
SPEAKER 06 :
once i do because i’m not sure most people andy other than for face value and in the headlines i’m not sure they’ve really delved into this at all to even determine what is it that they’re angry about they haven’t they think trump is protecting sexual predators right that’s what they think they think somebody has something on trump or maybe it’s a couple big donors of trump maybe it’s possible he’s protecting a donor i don’t know john but i do know this First of all, it’s two decades ago. Right. But secondly, let’s get back to this. So every single name on there, you don’t know who was added, who was subtracted, what data was changed. The worst of the worst of the worst had this stuff for four years. Now, how do you determine that? Because then I’ve seen people. I put that out there and people said, well, that’s you just have Bondi’s team go in. Oh, OK, let’s talk about that. All right. That means with every single name and every single allegation on there, that means intensive, extensive interrogation, interviewing witnesses, finding evidence to corroborate witness testimony, researching timelines, schedules, deploying manpower to run down or dismiss every lead, the whole nine yards. We’re talking thousands and thousands of man hours and incredible resources to do that.
SPEAKER 11 :
Meanwhile… And really quick, I’m going to add in to it because I said this yesterday. Yeah. If you don’t do all of that correctly, keep in mind for all of you listening that when people are brought to justice, if you don’t do everything Andy just said correctly, you’re never going to have justice because a good defense attorney comes along and just literally blows all of that out of the water.
SPEAKER 06 :
Oh, they’re going to shred it. Okay. Right. And then you have people who say, well, there’s got to be a few names where you’re sure. Oh, okay. So let’s say that you were at least a few where you’re really sure. And they may do that. Well, guess what? Now people can say you’re doing it selectively to protect your buddies. OK, you kind of have to do it all at once or not at all. Now, they may do it selectively or they may use it as leverage behind the scenes. I don’t know how they’re going to use it, but I do know this. Trump’s a great president and I have reason to trust him. He is not protecting people. And in the meantime. Pam Bondi has been out there busting sex traffickers who are doing it right now, stopping these crimes now, stopping these people now. She’s using her manpower and resources to go after. Got to keep in mind, folks, Joe Biden let in a lot of people. Now he let in, you know, about 15 million people. In that 15 million, there was a fair number of people who were very unsavory, and they’re trafficking in young women. We’re talking a sex trade, okay? And that’s not happening 20 years ago, John. That’s happening now. Now, do you want Pam Bondi to do the salacious thing and make the big headlines and spend thousands of hours wasting all her manpower trying to pull apart fact from fiction with a totally corrupted file because of the chain of, you know what I mean? Right. You want her spending all her resources doing that, or do you want her catching people now and protecting young girls now?
SPEAKER 11 :
Right. Agree. Agree with you. No. It’s called allocation of resources. What I would say to a lot of you, too, is, again, use my words carefully here. Part of this is Trump’s own doing. I agree, because on the campaign trail, he mentioned some of these things about, you know, Epstein and finding the truth and this and the other. Now, in defense of Trump. This is where follow me here in defense of Trump. It’s a lot of you that created that statement from Trump in the first place because it’s what you wanted to hear. It’s what the MAGA movement wanted to hear. So really, if you want to blame anybody, go look in the mirror. You all demanded blood. All Donald Trump did was tell you, I’ll get your blood. That’s all he did on the campaign trail. Yeah. And now there is none. Am I correct in what I just said, Ann?
SPEAKER 06 :
Well, not only are you correct, you’re leading into my question, but I don’t want to ask it now. I want to ask it after the break. I just want to say, after the break, I’m going to ask some questions. And the first one is going to go into, why does MAGA want the wrong things? Go ahead.
SPEAKER 11 :
OK, we’ll come back and do that. Veteran Windows and Doors is next. And hey, if you’ve got any need for Windows and Doors, the Energy Star rating might change unless something changes in Washington, D.C. It will be changing at the first of the year and not for the good of us in Colorado. So find out exactly how that would work with Dave Bancroft today from Veteran Windows and Doors. Just go to KLZRadio.com and find him.
SPEAKER 05 :
Veteran Windows and Doors is committed to installing only the right windows and doors engineered specifically for your Colorado home. Every product they install is energy certified, code compliant, and carefully chosen for our unique climate and elevation. Here’s the truth. Federal regulations are written for the entire country, not for homes at Colorado’s high altitude. And those blanket rules, they can actually increase your carbon footprint, not reduce it. Windows that aren’t made for our elevation let in more heat, force your AC to work harder, and drive up your energy bills. Other companies will try to sell you windows that meet the new Department of Energy and EPA standards going into effect this January. Those windows won’t work properly here. Veteran Windows and Doors will make sure you get sustainable, efficient windows that are truly right for your home before the new laws kick in. Find Veteran Windows and Doors at klzradio.com.
SPEAKER 11 :
Cub Creek Heating and Air Conditioning, where if you’ve got a problem with your air conditioning unit right now and you may want to do an upgrade, and if you do, think about a heat pump as well. Talk to Cub Creek. Find out exactly how that works for you. Hunter will do his best to get out as quickly as he can. Just find him today at klzradio.com.

SPEAKER 07 :
The best export we have is common sense. You’re listening to Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 11 :
All right, we are back. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Myself, Andy Pate, and Charlie Grimes, of course. Jersey Joe, what’s going on?
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, the first question somebody should ask is, if there had been a consolidated, detailed list with people’s names, dates, their proclivities, you know, whatever they like, both Merrick Garland and James Comey would have seen that list.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yep.
SPEAKER 08 :
And both of them are no fans of Trump’s. I’ll go for it. They probably hate Trump. If… If there had been a list and they had seen it, why haven’t either one of them come out in the press and say, Bull, the claim that there is no list is bull. We both saw it. Why haven’t either one of them said that?
SPEAKER 06 :
Well, for one thing, Joe, not only do you make a great point, there’s obviously nothing that would be damning to Trump. But I’ll take it a step further. If there was anything damning to any of Trump’s allies, wouldn’t they have brought it forth?
SPEAKER 08 :
They would have brought that out during the election to help Calumet try to win. But the fact that neither one of them have come out and simply said, no, well, again, if there had been a list, by now it’s been several weeks, one or both of them would have been on every major talk show saying, the Trump administration is lying to you, there’s a list, we both saw it. They haven’t said it. Why, for what possible reason, why wouldn’t either one of them seize the opportunity to embarrass the administration?
SPEAKER 10 :
They would. They would, as you know, Joe. They would.
SPEAKER 08 :
So the fact that neither one of them have come out is all the proof I need. Now, is there possibly evidence of individuals scattered around within that file, notes about somebody, what he asked for? Sure. I grant you maybe that type. But the existence of a detailed list of people’s names, the dates they were there, what they liked, what they didn’t like sexually – I don’t believe there is such a list because, again, Garland and Comey would have come out and said there is a list, and we saw it.
SPEAKER 06 :
Well, Joe, it’s like I was talking to John. Chain of custody, that list, I mean, all of that evidence, because it’s really scattered documents and a ton of them, right? That’s all been in the hands of bad people for four years. And what I was telling John at break, when you are a detective, police detective, and there’s been a murder, the very first thing everybody says, don’t disturb the crime scene. Right. Don’t mess with the evidence. Don’t mess. Don’t mess with the fingerprints. Don’t mess with don’t move the body yet. We’ve got to look at this. OK, well, all of that has been moved. They have everything has been had by basically a criminal organization known as the Biden administration for four years. Right. Pulling that apart is not an easy thing. Go ahead.
SPEAKER 08 :
But Andy, even you keep referring to the list. which gives credence to the fact that it exists. No, no, no, it’s not a list.
SPEAKER 06 :
It’s not a list. It’s a scatter of documents and innuendos and insinuations.
SPEAKER 08 :
So, yes, is there evidence? Yes. Is it trustworthy evidence? No. Is there, quote, a list? I don’t believe there ever was a list.
SPEAKER 06 :
No, there isn’t.
SPEAKER 08 :
That’s as far as I go. By the way, what there is is a flight manifest showing Bill Clinton… going to the island, and there’s also documented reports by his Secret Service detail that Clinton told his Secret Service detail, you don’t need to come along, you can stay here, I’m okay without you. And that was widely reported, what, four or five years ago?
SPEAKER 06 :
Clinton went to that island so much, I thought he worked for DoorDash.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yes, but, no, but, by the way, and people make a big deal about Trump’s name on Epstein’s flight logs. Well, They both had homes in New Jersey, in New York, rather. They both had homes in Florida, and they just commuted back and forth.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah, I think there were times where each one was bumming a ride off the other at times, if I’m not mistaken, Joe. Am I correct on that?
SPEAKER 08 :
Exactly, right. So, yeah, so Trump’s name appears, I think, on seven different flights back and forth between Florida and New York, but never once between either New York and the Caribbean or Florida and the Caribbean.
SPEAKER 11 :
And I go back to, Joe, and to your point, and I’ve said this numerous times here and on our national podcast, the reality is, to your point, if in fact his name was any way, shape, or form affiliated with anything Jeffrey Epstein-wise, trust me, that would have been brought out long before now.
SPEAKER 08 :
Oh, yeah. It would have been, yeah, last election season. You know, after he had been confirmed as the Republican nominee, it either would have been officially released or it would have been leaked.
SPEAKER 06 :
Well, and here’s another one that there are people who want to insist this is Israelis, okay? There are people high in the Israeli government who are involved. You don’t think the Democrats would have used that?
SPEAKER 08 :
Right. Oh, absolutely.
SPEAKER 06 :
They hate Israel.
SPEAKER 08 :
I mean, come on. So it fails about half a dozen different logic tests.
SPEAKER 11 :
So then why, Joe, and again, I asked Andy this earlier, but I’ll ask you the same question, why then are there some on the hard right, and I hate to even use the word MAGA movement because I don’t think that’s the right description, but some on the hard right that are just dead set on this list, quote-unquote, being released? Why is that?
SPEAKER 08 :
I think people want to believe, John, they want to believe that there’s been a A crime that’s being – we all know there were crimes committed.
SPEAKER 11 :
Sure. Yeah, he was arrested for those. We already know that, yes. Like I just said earlier, he was arrested for crimes committed between 2002 and 2005.
SPEAKER 08 :
Right, but people say, hey, they were – you’ll call them co-conspirators or accomplices, and they want those people arrested as well. And they’re angry.
SPEAKER 11 :
Which, by the way, Joe, if there are, I do as well. The problem is you’re trying to prove something that happened over 20 years ago now. And, again, I realize we’ve done that. You can’t hardly find anything on television today involving Bill Cosby because he’s literally been wiped from the Internet because of his past transgressions. And I’m not saying they shouldn’t be, but I’m just saying that that’s an example of where, yes, they did go back and find some things on somebody that long ago. This isn’t the same as Bill Cosby, and you don’t have a lot of actors and other people that are willing to come forward and speak and do things. It’s not the same.
SPEAKER 06 :
And you’re not just tracking one very popular person whose movements you can very well track. Correct.
SPEAKER 11 :
You’re tracking multiples. Tracking multiples, I should say.
SPEAKER 08 :
Right. Well, you hear this on TV, and the lawyers have these ads on TV, and you hear these claims. We want people, we want so-and-so held accountable. The whole thing nowadays is we want people held accountable. Right. I think there’s a bunch of people who want the people who participated in those potentially legal, depending on the age of the women, if they were having sex with underage girls, they were participating in a crime, and people say, if that happened, I want them held accountable. Why are you obstructing our ability? Because, again, you may not be able to try them, the statute of limitations, you may not be able to try them legally, but just like Bill Cosby’s been basically wiped clean. His reputation has been sullied. People want to hold other people who committed illegal acts accountable in the court of public opinion. They want them to be blacklisted and embarrassed. And that’s what people want. I can’t say I blame them for wanting that.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah, I’ve been saying that all along. I mean, I think anybody out there that’s sane would want that, Joe. But the reality is, you know, wanting something and then being able to prove all of those things and then getting that are two different things.
SPEAKER 08 :
Right. And if you can, you open yourself up to all sorts of slander, you know, slander lawsuits. You know, if you come out and say, well, we’ve got this piece of paper here that may or may not have been written by Jeffrey Epstein. You know, it’s a second Harry, you know. I wouldn’t risk going public with a questionable piece of data like that.
SPEAKER 06 :
Well, it’s just like AOC just blurting out that Trump is a rapist. I mean, you know, you really open yourself up to charges. You open yourself up to a lot of stuff. I wouldn’t rush into any of that.
SPEAKER 08 :
By the way, ABC just got done paying a $15 million settlement for saying that on there that Trump was a rapist, which, of course, is a false statement. They said it, and ABC wrote a $15 million check saying, to one of the charities of Trump’s… By the way, that $15 million didn’t go to Trump. I think it… Library. It went to the Trump library. But ABC made that claim, and it cost them $15 million.
SPEAKER 11 :
Good. Awesome. Joe, thank you very much. I appreciate it. All right, back to you, Andy. And again… I hate to be talking about this again, but I just feel like our side, along with the left, keeps reiterating that we need to do this, we need to do that, and there is this list, and the list needs to be made public, and there’s even a lot of folks out there. And I don’t know that I can – I don’t know. I have mixed emotions with this one. There are people out there that say, well, just release everything and let us all comb through it. Well, that’s a fun thing to say, but I don’t think that’s a realistic thing to say, Andy.
SPEAKER 06 :
No, not at all. Because of the reasons we said chain of custody. There’s no way. Okay. John, I think there’s a bigger issue here with MAGA. And as you know, I love MAGA. I hate that I have to even say that. That should be obvious. I agree with MAGA on everything. Okay. But John. I’m going to ask you a few questions here.
SPEAKER 11 :
Before we do that, really quick.
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah, yeah, yeah, go ahead.
SPEAKER 11 :
Because we can do that after break. I do want to play the clip that you sent me about Dershowitz, because I think it says a lot.
SPEAKER 06 :
Oh, you got that clip?
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah, I have that clip, and I think that says a lot about what we just got done talking about.
SPEAKER 06 :
Okay, really quick, just to set mine up. When I do get to the questions, the first one I’ve got to take a minute or two laying out. The rest will be rapid fire. But go ahead.
SPEAKER 11 :
And we’ve got plenty of time, so we’ve got, you know, as we all know, the whole show. Let’s hear from Alan, because I think this is really key. This is very key, and by the way, folks… You want to set this clip up?
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah, really quick here. Tucker Carlson and a few like that have been just throwing things out when they have seen literally none of the evidence, okay? Tucker, of course, connects it to Israel. He connects everything to Israel because he hates Israel. Sorry, he does. And they… A number of people have been making a lot of assumptions. What they don’t seem to understand is Dershowitz actually handled a lot of the case and the files. He has actually seen the files. He has actually seen the evidence. He’s seen the tapes.
SPEAKER 11 :
He’s seen the names in there and so on.
SPEAKER 06 :
Right. So when Dershowitz speaks, and then, now that he’s come out and said what we’re about to play, one last thing, there are people immediately saying, well, he was mentioned in this. Yeah, and exonerated. Yes, we know. Now, move on.
SPEAKER 11 :
There you go. Ready, Charlie? Here we go.
SPEAKER 19 :
Is the government hiding a client list or anything that the Trump administration could release tonight?
SPEAKER 03 :
No, there is no client list. There never has been a client list. A client list suggests that Jeffrey Epstein made a list of people to whom he trafficked women. What there is is a redacted FBI affidavit from accusers there are several of them from accusers that accuse uh jeffrey uh that accuse various people of having improper sex and and that has been redacted the names of the people accused have been blacked out now of course because i was the lawyer and i did all the investigations i know who all these people are i could figure out based on everything that I SAW WHO MR. X IS, MR. Y IS AND MR. Z. I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW NONE OF THEM ARE PUBLIC FIGURES WHO ARE CURRENTLY IN OFFICE. SOME OF THEM WERE PREVIOUSLY IN OFFICE. SOME OF THEM ARE DEAD. BUT THERE IS NO CLIENT LIST. AND THE REDACTIONS COULD BE UNDONE IF YOU GO TO COURT. SO MANY OF THE THINGS THAT ARE BEING SUPPRESSED ARE BEING SUPPRESSED BY TWO JUDGES IN MANHATTAN, AND THEY’RE DOING IT LARGELY TO PROTECT THE ALLEGED ACCUSERS WHO ARE, IN THE VIEW OF THE JUDGES, VICTIMS, EVEN THOUGH WE DON’T KNOW WHAT THEIR ACTUAL STATUS IS. issued orders, which is why I can’t disclose things I’d love to disclose, saying that you can’t disclose this information. But Pam Bondi and the Justice Department and Donald Trump are not responsible for that. I don’t know of any information that they could disclose that they haven’t disclosed. Now, maybe there is some, but I’m simply not aware of it. And so I think it’s important to place the blame where the blame deserves to be placed. the vast majority of people who are in the files and i i know them all i’ve seen all the names the vast vast majority of them have already been disclosed um they’re in in in articles uh all over the world they’re in books that have been written so if we got everything everything you would be shocked how few Names are there that haven’t already been disclosed. The media hasn’t, by the way, done a good enough job in finding the people who have been disclosed in the public record. So that’s that list. Then there’s the videotapes. People say there must be sex tapes. I know the whole story there. There is a videotape, maybe several videotapes. THEY CAME UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES. BEFORE ANY OF THIS HAPPENED, EPSTEIN WAS ROBBED BY ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES OF MONEY AND OF A LICENSED GUN, AND HE CALLED THE PALM BEACH POLICE AND THEY INSTALLED VIDEO CAMERAS, NOT IN THE BEDROOMS, BUT IN THE LIVING ROOM. AND THOSE VIDEO CAMERAS RECORDED SOME PEOPLE, BUT THERE’S NO SEXUAL ALLEGATIONS THERE. SO THERE’S NOTHING TO THAT. AND THEN THERE’S TUCKER CARLSON’S ABSURD ALLEGATIONS ABOUT THE MOSAD. THERE I KNOW IT FROM VERY, VERY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I WAS REPRESENTING JEFFREY EPSTEIN. I ASKED HIM ABOUT EVERYTHING, INCLUDING WHETHER HE HAD ANY CONTACTS WITH INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES. IF HE HAD, HE WOULD HAVE BEEN DYING TO TELL ME THAT BECAUSE I COULD HAVE USED THAT TO GET HIM A BETTER DEAL. IF HE HAD WORKED WITH THE MOSAD
SPEAKER 11 :
I’ll leave it at that because it goes on for about another five minutes. But I think you all, hopefully you all, in that just little three and a half minute clip or so there, hopefully there’s enough conversation to maybe sway you into thinking differently than you have been.
SPEAKER 06 :
And just so people know, if you want to look up the clip, it’s about five minutes longer, too, and it’s all good stuff.
SPEAKER 11 :
And we’ll have that. I’ll put that in our show notes. It’ll be up a little bit later. So, all right, we’ll come back, Andy. Sorry, I didn’t want to interrupt you, but I wanted to get that out there because that tied in exactly to what we were talking about just a few minutes ago. We’ll be right back. Now back to Rush to Reason on KLZ 560.
SPEAKER 06 :
And welcome back to Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560, John Rush, together with Andy Pate. John, this might be a weekly thing. I don’t know. Because I want to ask you some questions today. Go ahead. Now, this first one I’m going to ask, but the other ones are rapid fire. This one I want to set up. The question itself is, why are MAGA supporters more passionate about revenge than progress? Have you noticed this? They are.
SPEAKER 11 :
They are.
SPEAKER 06 :
Now, really quick here. Look at the incredible progress being made by this administration today. Trade, inflation, economic growth, immigration, border security, peace overseas, men removed from women’s sports, government shrinking in several key sectors like education, pharmaceutical reform, get this one, unleashing oil, gas, coal, nuclear, mining, launching the Golden Dome project to protect us, our first surplus month since 2017. I could go on and on. John, that’s six months. And by the way, Tucker Carlson was complaining that he hasn’t seen peace yet in the inner cities. It’s still unsafe to go to the inner cities. It’s been six months. But setting that aside, Tucker… Get on your meds. Okay. Okay. In light of all that, that’s six months, John. I just described six months. That is more than any other entire administration has ever done that I know of. Okay. But what does MAGA do? We forget these and fixate on revenge. Listen to this. Epstein. Revenge. Get them. Autopen. Revenge. Undo them. Okay. The 2020 election. Revenge. Reverse it. Now, there’s some value in looking into that. But Russian collusion hoax. Revenge! Jail them! Once again, there’s some value in looking into that, but let’s face it. MAGA wants revenge, and it seems like every great thing that comes down the pike, they’re excited for two minutes, and then they’re back to, well, why haven’t we gotten these names? Why am I not seeing people walked out in cuffs? Answer me. Why are they more into revenge than progress?
SPEAKER 11 :
I think because they feel, and rightfully so, they feel so wronged by the other side for so long. True. It’s always such a battle. I mean, it is good versus evil, and evil has definitely trumped good far too many times. And I think that they feel like we need some revenge to basically get our name back, to basically let everybody know that we were right, they were wrong, anything. And I get that. I understand where that mindset can come from, Andy, but I also know that the Lord Himself, specifically in Scripture, said, Revenge is mine, saith the Lord. In other words, it is not for you to have that revenge they will get what’s coming to them at some point in time and by the way if we focus on these other things that andy just mentioned we are getting our revenge by doing those things maybe not in the way that you would like to see it but we are getting it john what is the best revenge Success. Win. Winning. Winning is the best revenge. Winning, Andy.
SPEAKER 06 :
I mean, I just think you’re dead on. I think that’s a great answer. Basically, it’s just been building up for so long.
SPEAKER 11 :
And I understand that, Andy. I get that.
SPEAKER 06 :
I mean, I always talk about the big four, media, academia, entertainment industry, and big tech. They have canceled us and shoved us down and mocked us for decades. And it’s built up, and we never, ever, ever… get to see the bad guys get it anymore every time you go to a movie by the end you want to see the bad guy get it right i watch movies every week right you know what if all those movies never had the bad guy getting it i’d be a very depressed andy right all right you wouldn’t want me on fridays i get it okay i get that but it’s like we don’t care about the progress okay uh here’s my next question the auto pen controversy okay biden says he gave verbal approval right Which, by the way, that’s iffy on a number of levels. I’m going to set that aside.
SPEAKER 11 :
I have my own examples that I could give you guys on that one that I won’t get into.
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah, there’s some real problems with that. But let’s just take a minute’s word. Okay. First of all, that’s impossible to prove. Secondly, it’s impossible to disprove. Then he gave verbal approval for the auto.
SPEAKER 11 :
And I think I’m safe to say this really quick. I can because you all know my my my story and where I’m at with with my own dad, who I love dearly. But he has Alzheimer’s and dementia late stage. He’s in memory care. And I will tell you that I think I and a lot of people that are in my shoes have a very direct correlation to Joe Biden and his behavior and how he acted and so on, because I’ve been watching the same thing with my own father that I saw in Joe Biden. And here’s my point. Could I have gotten my dad to have agreed to do certain things and agree that, yep, that’s the thing we need to do, run that auto pin? Yeah, I could have easily had that done. And knowing how you just have to couch and ask a question, Andy, you could have easily had yeses on a lot of those things. And even Joe Biden later saying, oh, yeah, I approved all of that. He didn’t have the foggiest idea what he was approving.
SPEAKER 06 :
Obviously, he had no idea. Obviously, he was not the president for at least the last couple years of his presidency. And you could argue his entire presidency, he was not the president. I get that. We all know that. We all know he wasn’t president. We all know that everything he did should be thrown out and reversed. I get all that.
SPEAKER 11 :
I get it too, Andy.
SPEAKER 06 :
But here’s my question, since you can’t prove, can’t disprove. Is this becoming another Epstein File moment? What I mean is, how many resources should we use in trying to prove this and fix it? Because think about it. It’s all claims. What is it going to take?
SPEAKER 11 :
I think what you need to do moving forward, this is, as a business owner, I guess this is my look at things, Andy, is while we need to look at the past, and learn from it and make adjustments so it doesn’t happen again, I can’t go back and change the past. Meaning, let’s figure out ways to where this doesn’t ever happen again. What are the checks and balances for an auto pin in the future? And let’s fix that, but there’s no way to go back and fix what’s already been done. That’s my answer on that. Ben, go ahead.
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah, a couple comments. I like your attitude. You know, you’ve got to fix what you can and Let the other stuff go by, and it reminds me of a Chinese proverb. If you sit long enough by the river of the bank, or the bank of the river, rather, you’ll see the body of your enemy float by. And I’ve had people before that have wronged me. Clearly, they’ve wronged me. And I used to, you know, want to get even. Now I just let time and God decide. Yep. Handle it all.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yep.
SPEAKER 09 :
I don’t always do that.
SPEAKER 11 :
I still have a little bit of like… By the way, I think you’re… Really quick. Very wise. I used to tell my… You know, when I was in the retail end of things, because competition can be very heavy when you’re in the retail end of things. And so I used to always tell my guys, because they would bring up something about, you know, well, so-and-so is doing such-and-such, and this shop is doing such-and-such, and this, that, and the other. And I would always tell my guys, you know what? We’re going to do what we do best. We’re not going to worry about what all the others are doing. We’re not even going to worry about what all the others are saying about what we’re doing. Because in the end, back to what I said to Andy earlier, when we’re winning and we’re doing what we need to do and we’re moving ahead of them, that speaks for itself. That’s all I need to do. Amen. I wish our party would do that, Ben.
SPEAKER 06 :
But, Ben, while that was a brilliant proverb and it’s something to live by, we don’t support the Chinese here, just so you know. I’m kidding.
SPEAKER 11 :
I like some of their cloth.
SPEAKER 06 :
I do, too.
SPEAKER 11 :
I’m just kidding. And I think really quick, Ben, you summed it up a moment ago, and I wish, and I mean this sincerely, I wish I could get some on our side to understand the quote-unquote proverb, the Chinese proverb you just stated a moment ago.
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah. Put them in front of me. I’ll tell them.
SPEAKER 11 :
Well, all I can say is for all of you listening that are in agreement with Andy and I, what you have to do is be correctly vocal in letting those out there know the very things that we’re talking about. You can’t do it in a confrontational manner because they’re not going to listen if we do that. But in a very loving, kind way, say, listen, here’s the facts of the situation. Let’s move forward.
SPEAKER 09 :
I love it. Yeah, if you try to give people advice, they fight it each and every time.
SPEAKER 10 :
That’s right.
SPEAKER 09 :
And it’s like even if it’s for their own good, they’ll still fight it.
SPEAKER 10 :
You’re right.
SPEAKER 09 :
They’d rather do something dumb forever because they don’t have to accede to a better point that would get them further down the road.
SPEAKER 10 :
You’re exactly right.
SPEAKER 09 :
And that’s the ego. And you cannot talk people. Well, I used to have a saying. I worked for a company. We did lighting. And you know how many people it takes to change a light bulb?
SPEAKER 11 :
How many? None.
SPEAKER 09 :
None. It has to want to change itself.
SPEAKER 11 :
Good one. Good one.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, anyway, you guys have a great evening.
SPEAKER 11 :
Thank you, Ben. Appreciate your vote of confidence, by the way. And, again, well said, Andy, on Ben’s part. Reality is, and I think you stated it very well a moment ago as well, let’s look at the wins we have had. the wins we’re going to continue to have over the course of the next three and a half years. Let’s concentrate on those. Yes, we can always try to fix the things that need to be fixed, as we should. But I want our side to quit wishing, because this is the other thing I was going to answer you a moment ago about. I think at times our side is always wishing for or hoping for that silver bullet that’s going to take the other side down. And the reality is there isn’t one single bullet that’s going to do that. It’s a multitude of things that will eventually take the other side down. There is no one magic bullet, Andy.
SPEAKER 06 :
Do we just want the fight to end? Is that what it is?
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah, but it’s not going to happen that way.
SPEAKER 06 :
No.
SPEAKER 11 :
As we all know, good versus evil. Andy, we’ll be fighting this until the Lord comes.
SPEAKER 06 :
I agree.
SPEAKER 11 :

SPEAKER 11 :
All right, we are back about 45 seconds left or so. And we’re not done, by the way. We’ll continue to talk about this because I do think that a lot of what Andy and I just went through over the last hour or so has a lot to do with the mental shift that I would like to see in our party to where we’re We’re getting out of this mode of hoping for one single item, and it just goes from item to item to item, by the way, that we all think we can hopefully hang our hat on, and that’ll be the savior of the party. And the reality, folks, is it doesn’t exist. There’s no such thing. It’s not out there.
SPEAKER 06 :
You know, and also, John, that Chinese proverb, folks— In the last six months, an awful lot of bodies have been floating down the river right in front of you. The left is in turmoil.
SPEAKER 11 :
Absolutely. We talk about it all the time, Andy.
SPEAKER 06 :
The left, the last six months have been their hell. Enjoy it.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah. I do. That’s right. We’ll be back. Hour two and three coming up next. Don’t go anywhere. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560.
SPEAKER 04 :
