Barack Obama can now be summoned before a grand jury. He cannot take the Fifth Amendment because he has immunity from prosecution. He’ll have to tell the truth. If he lies as a private citizen about what he did as president, he’ll no longer have that immunity. And that is a trap that Obama is sitting potentially facing. And I want to say the irony to that. Because on January 5th, 2017, he presided over a meeting in the White House where the FBI had just cleared Mike Flynn of any wrongdoing. And they schemed in that meeting how they might be able to jam up Mike Flynn. And they came up with the idea, we’ll lure him into an interview, catch him into a lie, and then prosecute him that way. Barack Obama now is about to face a potential similar situation as the one he created unfairly for Mike Flynn.

I’m trying to do you a favor right now. Don’t irritate me. And you didn’t call me back yesterday, so I’m annoyed at you. No, I’ll tell you what it is. I shared with you a little bit how I was trying to sell my condo. And I love my home. I just love every inch of that home. It’s not a big place, but it’s comfortable and it’s just me. And I’ve got a great, great financial plan. I’ve got good people that help me, and selling the condo was part of the plan. Look, I’m 65, and I’m thinking, what’s it going to be like when I’m 80? I want to work forever. I don’t want to retire, so that’s not in the wings, but there will be a day when I say I can’t. So they put a plan together, and I’m on an allowance, and I’m sticking to the allowance. I’m doing great. I’m budgeting for a change, and I’ve never done that before. And I put the condo on the market, and the realtor said, oh, this condo, it’s beautiful. You’ve got, you know, all these things going for it. We’ll sell this thing in five minutes. Well, I couldn’t even get a wrong number. Now, it’s Florida, and I don’t want to get into everything. The interest rates, I loathe that Jerome Powell. Because I know darn well it’s the interest rates. That’s a big part of it. But we just got like a couple of nibbles and, you know, people saw it and they loved it, but they said, nah, I’m not really. And I thought, you know what’s going on here? I’m not supposed to sell it. And you know what? I don’t really want to sell it. I love the place. And, you know, selling it means downsizing, which I’m okay with downsizing, but I don’t want to leave this. And it hit me last night. I don’t want to sell this place. I think God, maybe my Denise, somebody put a curse on people seeing the condo and me selling it. And as I was sitting there last night looking around at it thinking how happy I am here, I talked to Joey Hudson, who’s my dear, dear friend and business manager. Joey and I will be headed off to Alaska in a couple of weeks along with a few hundred of you on the Patriots Alaska cruise. Larry Elder and I will be co-hosting the trip. And I’m so excited for yet another journey through Alaska. I talked to Joey this morning. I said, Joey, I know selling the condo. And Joey’s very frugal. Look, Joey has the first dollar he ever made. I said, Joe, and he’s like my scolding guy. nagging brother because he always represents my best interests. And yes, it makes sense to sell the condo, wipe out the debt, go into a less expensive place. Maybe even rent for the rest of my life. I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to do it. It’s off the market and I think I’ve embarked upon a conclusion that at least for the next 10 or 15, 20 years, I’m not leaving. I’m staying put. I’m not going to sell the place. And I feel good about that. It’s like this giant weight has been lifted off my shoulder. I’ve got this condo exactly the way I want it. Everything in there, it works. It just works. So anyway, thank you for letting me blab about my never-ending real estate journey because I think it’s the right decision to make. All right, let’s get back to work. Caroline Leavitt yesterday at the White House laying out the newly released documents which are showing a lot of nefarious activity. A lot of bad faith actors, including Hillary, including Barack Obama, including Brennan and Clapper and Comey and all these other folks who deceived the American people into thinking that Russia colluded with Trump and interfered with the 2016 election.
SPEAKER 01 :
This should be a story every outlet in this room should be covering. This is further evidence that Hillary Clinton approved the Russia hoax against President Trump. Her campaign financed it. Again, she approved it. And the FBI and the CIA were both weaponized to, as our director of CIA has said, accelerate this hoax against then candidate and former President Trump. To answer the heart of your question, the president wants to see justice serves, and he trusts the attorney general and the Department of Justice to implement that justice and hold these people accountable.
SPEAKER 08 :
Look, at the end of the day, there’s going to be a reckoning, and I believe this time there will be. I understand how people say, well, nothing’s going to happen, nothing will… Here’s Kash Patel’s post on social media. He writes, We uncovered this annex, along with thousands of other documents, buried in a back room at the FBI. It revealed a highly classified piece of the Durham report, evidence that the Clinton campaign plotted to frame President Trump and fabricate the Russia collusion hoax. We worked with Chairman Grassley and declassified the documents immediately, and now the American people can see the truth for themselves. Patel said the Russia hoax was a disgrace that President Trump and our country should have never been put through. And, you know, John Solomon has been all over this. We ought to try to get John back on the show, Tracy. I don’t do a lot of guests. You know, if you’ve noticed, if you like our show, I’d rather hear from callers. I like callers more than guests and authors and politicians and talking heads. I was listening to somebody the other day, and they had back-to-back-to-back-to-back guests, and they were all so boring. I find what Americans are feeling and thinking way more intriguing than somebody who’s a prepared guest. But we do guests occasionally, and if it’s somebody that interests me, I think it might be somebody that interests you. So we’ll try to get John Sullen back, but John writes on social media that this memo that Hillary approved an idea of the Russia collusion, John writes, this is the smoking gun evidence. If it is authenticated by further investigation, it means they all knew, they knew that The whole team knew about the Clinton plan for the Russiagate hoax four days before the FBI opened up their investigation. And, he says, so did Obama, so did Brennan, so did Comey. Do you know how big this is? This is challenging the deep state in a way that nothing ever has. And before you think… that Barack Obama will enjoy presidential immunity from prosecution? As John Solomon put it on X last night, think again.
SPEAKER 02 :
Barack Obama can now be summoned before a grand jury. He cannot take the Fifth Amendment because he has immunity from prosecution. He’ll have to tell the truth. If he lies as a private citizen about what he did as president, he’ll no longer have that immunity. And that is a trap that Obama is sitting potentially facing. And I want to say the irony to that. Because on January 5th, 2017, he presided over a meeting in the White House where the FBI had just cleared Mike Flynn of any wrongdoing. And they schemed in that meeting how they might be able to jam up Mike Flynn. And they came up with the idea, we’ll lure him into an interview, catch him into a lie, and then prosecute him that way. Barack Obama now is about to face a potential similar situation as the one he created unfairly for Mike Flynn.
SPEAKER 08 :
Every time I think of General Flynn, I get angry all over again. Every time I think about what that man was put through, I get mad again. He was set up. He was all good to go. Would have been a loyal, effective member of the Trump administration. And they were afraid of him because he was going to take on the deep state. And they knew it. And they took him down. They set him up. They lured him into an interview that was promised to just be a friendly chat. And they took him down. They destroyed that man. And Donald Trump, I think, President Trump’s position is, you know what? Turnabout’s fair play. No more Mr. Nice Guy. You know, he has often alluded to the fact that he didn’t think it would be seemly to go after Hillary Clinton when he was president the first time. He didn’t want to do it. I think he wants to do it now. I believe there will be an accountability. I think there’s going to be a reckoning. Let’s see if you agree with me. And you and I have not spent a whole lot of time about Gaza and Israel. You and I have not talked a lot about this horrible, horrible war in the Middle East. Did you see the video that these monsters released of the young man, a guy named Ram Braslovsky? I have. Okay. Did you see the before picture? Did you see what he’s supposed to look like? Yes, I have. They have starved him. They have tortured him. They have tormented him. And in an act of cruelty, they released a video of this young man who his family said never cried, strong, tough, just beloved. He is a shell of a man. He’s a skeleton. He’s crying. He’s reciting Hamas propaganda. It is the most shocking, horrifying reminder of what Hamas is. Now, after that video was posted, I started looking at comments on social media. And people were basically saying, because here’s what Bethany Mandel, she’s a great voice, real conservative voice. She’s wonderful. Seth Mandel’s wife. Seth’s wife. And she wrote, there’s a Holocaust happening in Gaza, all right. Twenty Jewish men are being starved and tortured, and the world does nothing but reward their captors and spread blood libels. What she’s saying is, as Canada and the U.K. and Germany and all of these countries— France are lining up basically behind Hamas.

Hmm.

To recognize a Palestinian state, knowing full well who will lead it.
SPEAKER 08 :
That’s right. They know that Hamas will run the Palestinian state and do what they’re doing. Hamas, to its credit, I say, with knowing how evil they are, they have used the two million population of Gaza. to win over gradual support. And plenty of people here in the United States, Mark, are seeing images of starvation. Mike Huckabee’s headed over there to look at the Food Distribution Center and to see what’s going on and why the aid isn’t reaching them. Steve Witkoff and Mike Huckabee are going to go.

And by the way, slow to the program, Mike Huckabee is the United States ambassador to Israel now, so…

Right, but Trump evidently is dispatching them because even Trump, everybody is starting to say, Marjorie Taylor Greene, think what you will of her. Often she speaks with clarity. It’s like, this is terrible. We are wiping out an entire 2 million people. Excuse me, we? Well, Israel is, and we’re supporting Israel.
SPEAKER 10 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 08 :
So indirectly, now let me finish. Okay, please. But here’s what people are saying, and this is what we have to contend with. They’re reacting to Bethany’s post calling the 20 Jewish men who are held hostage being starved and tortured a Holocaust. And people are saying, what, are you crazy? The real Holocaust, the genocide, is what’s happening to the Palestinian people. They are essentially saying those 20 men… pale in comparison to 2 million men, women, and children. It’s not a holocaust. You know, so sorry. They’re basically saying they’re going to have to go. They’re going to die. Those 20 men are going to die.
SPEAKER 10 :
Collateral damage.
SPEAKER 08 :
Collateral damage. But then this thing ends if they can wipe everybody out of Hamas, but the hostages are going to be gone. Israel’s position is this stops when you release the hostages. Precisely. Well, Mark, why can’t we get there? Why can’t we get to a point where the world is seeing that it’s… Because I think the people who are pushing back against Israel are saying those 20 individuals, in the scheme of things, aren’t worth it. They’re not worth it. Sorry, they’ve got to die. This war has got to end because Hamas is not going to relent. They are, whether they realize it or not, siding with these evildoers called Hamas. And they do realize it.
SPEAKER 10 :
Do they know it? They wouldn’t phrase it that way, but they know exactly what they’re doing. And they are guided by… populations in Europe and in America, leftist populations of people who see things purely through the lens of oppressor and oppressed. The Israelis, most of whom are white, clearly must be the oppressors as a result. And the more swarthy Palestinians clearly are the oppressed. And that’s it. And nothing else matters. War crimes don’t matter. Atrocities don’t matter. The cruelty of October 7th a couple years ago doesn’t matter. And so there’s this enormous political pressure. Which is what Hamas is counting on, Mark. And it’s working. And it is working. And Hamas will put out the Gaza Health Authority, which is nothing but the analogy of Hitler’s SSPR team, saying, well, here’s how many children we had die today. Here’s the starvation.
SPEAKER 08 :
You saw what the New York Times did, right, with the child? They had full correction. They had to do a retraction because the child that they put in this huge front page prominent place, a mother holding a starving skeletal little child, the skeletal little child was a skeletal little child because of a physiological condition the kid has. The other kids in the picture are well fed. So the New York Times had to say, well, we were given wrong information.
SPEAKER 10 :
Oops, sorry. So what we’ve got to figure out here is this country of Israel, whom we support in their side of the war, which we view as the morally correct one, have they gone and they cranked it up to 11 in horrible ways? And are they doing atrocious things? Or are we all being hosed by the Gaza PR wing and by a United Nations that may well be blocking the delivery of food? First of all, it’s just unbelievably bizarre that there is a food and relief effort from one country to the country that they’re at war with. Did we provide food to the Japanese and the Germans in World War II?
SPEAKER 08 :
Mark, the food relief is coming from the country that the people receiving the food want to obliterate. Correct. They want to kill them. They want to destroy them. They just released another video this week, Hamas, saying we will kill all Jews, we will kill all Christians, unless you convert to Islam. That’s their goal. How do you negotiate with these people? Mark, how does this end? How does this end?
SPEAKER 10 :
There’s only one way, and it’s the Mark Davis rule of warfare. Wars end. When one side decides to stop fighting, when Hamas decides to give up… Hamas is never going to stop fighting, Mark. Well, they said that about Imperial Japan, too, and I’m not saying… Hamas, this is different.

These people are different. These people are freaks of nature. They are monsters. They have an ideological… cancer in their brains. They are sick, evil, twisted, and they’re never going to stop. They’re watching two million of their people die because they’re making that happen because they’re winning over, you know, Canada’s prime minister. And Emmanuel Macron and Keir Starmer in the UK. Oh, it’s disgusting. Well, I don’t know what the, there’s no resolution, but I’ll tell you what, there better be a resolution. Did you ever think you’d be talking about burn bags? And the annex that was uncovered, this happened during my show yesterday. Look, I think there’s a storm coming. Hillary Clinton herself, according to this newly released material, these declassified documents, Hillary. approved the idea of the phony Russia collusion. Obama is in it up to his eyeballs. And how about Biden? Biden was the first one to start talking about the phony Russian collusion. They’re starting to connect all the dots here, Mark. Now, I know what my audience says. Does your audience say what my folks are saying? And that is, oh, well, that’s big. Yeah, lock them up and nothing’s really going to happen.

Nothing’s going to happen. Frustration runs high and cynicism runs high. These are terrible things. These people absolutely knowingly concocted a false narrative in order to smear Donald Trump and ruin him.

It was sinister. It was intentional. And we’ve seen this movie before. And nothing tends to happen. The best thing we can hope for is reputational destruction for these people.
