I saw Ted Cruz last night on Sean Hannity’s show, and I thought, why is Ted acting like this shocking landslide repudiation of the Republican Party happened? Okay. I saw last night, I think President Trump is expected to make some major announcement at 11 o’clock Eastern Time today. Anybody see that? I saw that on X. I don’t know if it’s true or not. Nancy Pelosi is retiring. I got nothing to say. I’m not going to do it. I’m not going to go there. I’m not going to go down that road. You know the old adage, if you don’t have something nice to say about somebody, don’t say anything at all? Once in a while that applies. That normally doesn’t apply to a talk show host, but it does in this case. I’m not saying anything. The team tried to bait me. Eric played some unfortunate bumper music when I made the announcement. I didn’t comment. I will not confirm or deny if it was even my idea to play the bumper music that he played. I’m just sharing with you the breaking news that Nancy Pelosi, at age 85, now that Democrats won on Tuesday and her big thing was Prop 50… She’s not seeking re-election. I can’t wait to see what kind of lunatic replaces her. Can you only imagine? Somebody told me there’s a real hard left Jewish progressive and another Muslim socialist communist type. You know the shock and the awe that Tuesday instilled in a lot of people? It’s that what if this becomes normal for communists to run American cities? I guess that’s the concern. The New York mayor’s race is probably the one race that was a bit of an anomaly. You know how unpopular Cuomo is? He’s still got over 800,000 votes. The commie, Mamdani, got over a million. But for Andrew Cuomo, the guy whose policies literally led to the deaths of thousands of seniors during COVID, a guy that was run out of town on a rail because of his scandals, he got nearly a million votes. But I’m just mystified that… At some on our side, some smart people. I think Ted Cruz must be just trying to issue a wake-up call. That’s got to be what it’s all about. I mean, I don’t know what other reason he has. I respect him. He’s a smart guy. Here he was last night making headlines when he… projected doom and despair over Tuesday night’s results where Democrats won elections, where Democrats were expected to win elections. So this idea that Zorin Mamdani is overwhelmingly popular across the spectrum, if you include a country that includes half of Republicans, not a city like New York, where perhaps seven people are Republicans and three of them voted for Curtis Sliwa in the end. I’m sorry, it’s not a representative sample. It’s like saying that AOC is representative of the broad spectrum of American politics, and she isn’t.

Hey, I’m actually in Marco Island, Florida, but I did run for city council and I won. And there are some very, very strict rules about fundraising. So I don’t know in New York what theirs are, but in Florida… If you’re in a campaign, you stop fundraising at the election day. So if you have money left over after you win or if you lose, you have money left over. If you win, there’s a couple things you can do with it. One, you can donate it to a good cause, a charity, or you can use it to fund your office or your staff. That’s what I would think.

Because that’s me. I’m in a mood today. I’m in a weird mood. I’m looking around and just wondering about our country. the direction our country is going in. I’m excited about heading to Chicago. Now I’m going to go tonight instead of tomorrow because I’m freaking out over the 10% of flights that are going to be reduced, including Chicago’s O’Hare International and the Tampa International Airport. And so that is the first word, but definitely not the last word from President Trump about this, because about 90 minutes from right now, we do expect to see him in the Oval Office. The two of them, of course, throughout his entire first term had historic battles, whether it was over funding, whether it was over his impeachment. The two of them did not get along at all.

People are mad at her for even going on The View. She’s been on The View. She went on Bill Maher the other night. She was on CNN the other day. And you know what? She’s winning everybody over. People like her. People who don’t like Trump like her. Now, I don’t know that that’s a badge of honor. You may think that’s not exactly a badge of honor. Here she was on The View talking about the men who make up Republican Party leadership.

You know, I think there’s a lot of paid social media influencers. And I found it very interesting that they were the MAGA accounts, but they’re all paid. And they all attacked me when I announced I was coming to join you ladies on The View. And I think that’s very weak and pathetic. But when I talk about weak Republican men, I’m pretty much talking oftentimes about the leadership in the House and the Senate. And they’re just not getting our agenda done.

Here she was talking about her background. You know, she’s a businesswoman. She has a successful business in Georgia, as I understand it. And she kind of talks about who she is, where she came from.

Here’s something you all may not know about me. I think a lot of people on the left are learning that when I ran for Congress in 2020, I ran criticizing Republicans and Democrats equally because I come from a working class family, ran a construction company for over 20 years. And I feel like the government has failed all of us. And it purely disgusts me. It really does. And I represent a district that is rural, a manufacturing district, blue-collar workers. And people have been crushed by decades of failure in Washington, D.C. And so I have no problem pointing fingers at everyone. And the worst thing that I just can’t get over is we’re not working right now. And I put that criticism directly on the Speaker of the House. And we should be at work. All the people sitting in this audience, they go to work every day. People at home watching this show, they go to work every day. Ladies, you go to work every day. The people on your set. I don’t always agree with you on everything, but since Charlie Kirk’s death, you seem to be studying Charlie’s Socratic method of debate. and hearing the other side a lot better. So I want to compliment you on that.
SPEAKER 03 :
Thank you. That’s nice of you. Well, I work on it every day. That’s a work in progress. I always try to keep my emotions in check, and I’ve got to remember I’ve got to do better. And I always try, but some days I fall short. But I appreciate you noticing.
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, you’re like me. We’re both passionate about our beliefs.
SPEAKER 03 :
Exactly.
SPEAKER 15 :
And it’s hard to kind of keep that passion alive. at bay when you’re debating. It’s very difficult. And I have a problem with it also. As far as Marjorie Taylor Greene goes, I don’t agree with Marjorie Taylor on everything. But I do applaud her. I think she’s a good communicator, better than Trump. And she has taken a stance on some things I agree with that are different than Trump. And she’s not as divisive as Trump is. So she can at least communicate with people on the other side of the aisle, even though she may or may not really agree with them.
SPEAKER 03 :
I’m getting a sense you’re not really a big Donald Trump fan.
SPEAKER 15 :
I’m a big fan of Trump. I voted for him three times. I don’t agree with everything that’s happened since he was elected. Unlike you, I don’t suffer from… TDS on the right side. I don’t believe Trump walks on water. He’s not God.
SPEAKER 03 :
You think I suffer from TDS on the right?
SPEAKER 15 :
Oh, yeah. You said it yourself, indirectly. What does that mean? What you said, you follow Trump, trust Trump in every way. I trust Trump.
SPEAKER 03 :
I trust the guy implicitly. Why does that mean I’m suffering from some syndrome?
SPEAKER 15 :
I’ll give an example. The big, beautiful bill I was horribly against. Mainly because of the safety. It’s been… I mean, some of the things, a lot of the things we want.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, but that’s a pivot. You’re pivoting. That’s a policy disagreement. You have every right to feel that way. And there’s aspects of the big, beautiful. Excuse me. Let me finish my point. There’s aspects of the big, beautiful bill that I don’t understand either. I don’t particularly agree with. There’s a lot of things about governance out of the federal government that I don’t agree with. That doesn’t mean I don’t trust him. Where do you not trust him? You think he’s deceitful?
SPEAKER 15 :
Trump loves death, and I am a fiscal conservative. Yeah, but that’s a policy issue. What don’t you trust about him? Well, that’s not a trust issue.
SPEAKER 03 :
Trust speaks to character. No, I mean, that’s what I mean. And you say, and this is what I mean about the people that aren’t always on board with Trump. And I appreciate you. Look, you feel that way. And I honor that. You know what? That doesn’t mean I’m suffering from a derangement syndrome because I trust him. I trust him on the filibuster. If I had more time, I’d like to pick your brain on that because I’ll bet you’re against that. I think he’s right. You better get the job done. and we better implement his agenda or we’re not going to have a country. Tommy Tuberville said it best. Democrats are going to get rid of the filibuster anyway, so we ought to do it now. Sure, I trust Trump and I’m proud of it. But that’s just me. Let’s keep fighting the good fight together, shall we?
