In this engaging episode, Mike Gallagher delves into a disturbing case from Florida where a nurse allegedly made threatening posts on social media against patients with differing political views. He brings to light the ethical responsibilities of healthcare providers when handling patients with opposing ideologies. With pertinent case studies and examples, Mike challenges listeners to consider the broader implications of mixing politics with healthcare.
SPEAKER 01 :
From the wild world of D.C. politics to America’s culture clash, brace yourself for the reality check you’ve been waiting for. The one and only Mike Gallagher.
SPEAKER 03 :
I’d like to think I’m a pretty smart guy. I consider myself a reasonably intelligent individual. I never think I’m the smartest guy in the room, but I’m not an idiot. So I’m trying to picture someone who’s a nurse. in 2026, February of 2026. You’re a nurse, and you’ve got strong political views, but nonetheless, your job is to administer anesthesia or pain relief or care and comfort to somebody who’s critically ill. That’s what you do for a living. Now, you don’t like ICE or you don’t like Trump or you don’t like conservatives or Republicans. You’re a proud Democrat leftist. You’ve got your pronouns posted on your email address. I mean, you’re the whole deal. You’re the real deal. But you’re a nurse. And you decide to go take to social media and brag about inflicting harm Or worse, death upon somebody whose political views don’t align with your own. For the third time now, in three weeks, the Florida Attorney General is putting a nurse from Florida on notice that they’re going to be out. Meet Stephanie Kruger. She’s a nurse from Tampa, Florida. She had worked for Cross Country Healthcare, according to her now-deleted LinkedIn page. She posted a video online. And did we grab that video, Tracy? Do we have the video? We’ll grab it. I think we have it off of, you know, I’m sure it’s on TikTok or wherever. It’s a TikTok video. Now, this is a nurse. And… She posted a message, a meme, that said, Can someone explain to me why a patient would want to voice their strong political and social views right before going under anesthesia? Like, you are about to be paralyzed, sir. So, allegedly, Stephanie Kruger, a nurse from Tampa, Florida, proudly proclaimed on TikTok that she’s about to paralyze a guy whose political beliefs are different from hers. Now, James Uthmeyer, who we’ve interviewed on our show before, he’s a terrific AG. He’s a fantastic attorney general. He wrote on social media, here we go again. If you’re a medical professional and you threaten the health and safety of others based on their political views, we’ll send you packing here in Florida. Wednesday night, Cross County Healthcare issued a notice stating that the company is aware of a concerning post circulating from an individual who no longer works for Cross Country. She’s gone. They said, we don’t condone this behavior. These views do not represent our core values. But it makes me wonder two things. Number one, how many other nurses are out there? How do you think I feel? A big-mouth talk show host. What if I wind up in the ER? I get in a car accident on the way home, and somebody sees me laying there, broken and bloodied, and I need a care. I need care, and a nurse says, well, that’s a conservative talk show host. I’m not going to give him any pain meds, or I’m going to paralyze him when I administer the anesthesia incorrectly when we try to do an operation. Think about this. What if you get taken to the hospital and you’ve got a MAGA baseball cap on? Or you’ve got a Trump pin on your purse? And you’re somebody… I mean, I am so… I think I’m smart, but I cannot figure these people out. Because here’s the thing. This is what I don’t understand, and this is what I need your help for. I’ve asked this question a few times. Maybe today’s the day we get an answer. Surely Stephanie Kruger, this former nurse, because they’re going to go after her big time. They’re going to yank her license. I’m not sure she shouldn’t go to jail. I don’t know. I don’t know how you get away with threatening to harm a patient whose care you’re entrusted to. But more on that in just a moment. How could she not know? that to post that ugly, ominous, threatening video on social media wouldn’t come back to bite her. She wants people to see it. Her message is, look at me. I’m a nurse. See the scrubs I have on? See where I work? And this guy expressed his political views before being placed under anesthesia. Why would he do that? You’re about to get paralyzed, pal. I’m going to destroy your life because I’m a nurse who disagrees with your support of President Trump. How could she not know that her whole life is about to get shattered? She’s going to lose her job. She’s going to lose her license. She’s lost her reputation. But didn’t she know that before she posted the video? As I keep saying, these are people willing to present these odious views on social media. She wants people to see her. She wants to deliver that message. I’m going to paralyze a conservative. Because I’m in charge. I’ve got the anesthesia. I am mystified by this. I really am. And I need your help here in the Relief Factor Studios, 800-655-MIKE. Give me your best take on this. I’ll give you a theory of a friend of mine. A friend of mine, Mark Davis, says he thinks it’s because these people are so crazed and so rabid and they get caught up in the moment and they don’t think it through. Maybe, but if she’s a nurse, she’s got to have a degree of skills. She’s got to have some level of intellect. She doesn’t know her life’s about to get blown up because of what she did. She’s going to lose her job or career, her reputation. Are you kidding me? Help me understand this, please, once and for all. I turn to the smartest audience in America. You. 800-655-MIKE. One number does it all. Call or text, but join us. However you get here, I want to put your voice front and center on the Mike Gallagher Show for a Thursday, February 12, 2026. 800-655-6453. SPEAKER 01 :
I’m up. Mike Gallagher.
SPEAKER 03 :
There’s a live look at chilly New York City on the Salem News Channel camera network. Thanks for watching SNC.TV. Thanks for listening to AM 970, The Answer, where we’re heard every day right after the great Joe Piscopo. I bet Joe’s got a theory about these folks. And as expected, this smart audience already on the text line with a whole lot of smart reasons behind this nurse, Stephanie, out of Florida, posting… a TikTok video, an ominous, scary threat. She said, can someone explain to me why a patient would want to voice their strong political and social views right before going under anesthesia? Like, you are about to be paralyzed, sir. Here are some of the comments on the text line brought to you by MyPillow. Pennsylvania, horrible and scary. And it’s not just conservatives, Mike. As a Jew, I have the same fears. And I think those people know exactly what they’re doing. What a wonderful point. With all the anti-Semitism we’re seeing in America coming from the left, with progressives and their Jew hatred, how’d you like to be Jewish and wonder if the anesthesiologist is an anti-Semite that’s going to administer your anesthesia or other medical care? Here’s Phil in Phoenix. Remember, some of the biggest serial killers are nurses. That one guy, Charles Cullen, was convicted of 29 murders. He’s suspected of 400. A lot of them feel like they’re doing mercy killings. Another one from Pennsylvania. That nurse is clearly mentally ill. She certainly needs her license revoked. See, I don’t know. I don’t think it’s mental illness. I mean, look. Look at this text from Florida. The media and the Democrats have 100% emboldened these people, and that’s the answer. They feel morally obligated to act that way. Somebody else texted, she’s like a superstar to the left. She’s one of their heroes. All right, your call’s coming up. Here’s one of my heroes. Relief Factor, my friends at Relief Factor have been getting so many people out of pain. Like Brian in Alabama, he wrote in, after taking Relief Factor for three weeks, at least 90% of my pain is gone. My pain had started to limit me at work and at home. Now I’m just amazed at the relief I’ve gotten. Now those are Brian’s own words, and they speak volumes about what Relief Factor can do. I experienced it myself. I thought I had to live with the lower back pain that I was experiencing, and I heard about Relief Factor on the radio, gave it a try. In about two and a half weeks, my lower back pain evaporated. Let’s see if we can get you out of pain. Launch your three-week quick start. See what Relief Factor can do for you. It’s easy. Just call 800-4-RELIEF, 800 the number for relief, or go to relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com. Let’s see if we can get you into pain-free living like so many of us get to enjoy. It’s, of course, the Relief Factor program. Here’s Holly. We’ll start there in Pennsylvania, talking about this nurse out of Tampa. Just the latest example of a health care professional threatening to do harm to conservatives or Trump supporters. Holly, welcome. How are you? I’m good, Mike. How are you doing? I’m great. I appreciate your perspective because I understand you’re a nurse, right?
SPEAKER 06 :
Yes, I’m a home care nurse in the community in Delaware. Okay. And, you know, just because this one nurse acted and said these things, I just want you to know there’s many times where I go to homes where they’ve got Trump flags, MAGA hats, or I know that they might be liberals, Democrats, only because of the news station they might have on their TV. But I would never in a million years treat anybody differently because of their political beliefs. It just, that to me sounds crazy. And this woman is crazy. And there’s crazies in every field of work, I believe. But I do not want nurses to get this bad rap, you know? I know, I know. Because we do do good.
SPEAKER 03 :
But it makes us wonder, Holly, how many nurses and physicians assistants and paramedics and health care professionals are out there who aren’t stupid enough to post their toxicity on social media. You know, I mean, for every one of these, you know. For every one of the Stephanie Kruegers of the world, and incidentally, somebody’s been pointing out to me on the text line, Cross Country Healthcare is one of those traveling healthcare agencies. She goes from home to home. So like you, Holly, she would go, I guess, to patient to patient. She walks into a house that might have a MAGA flag. Or a Trump picture? I mean, I’ve got a picture of me with Donald Trump in the Oval Office in my bedroom. How about me being on death’s door and a nurse comes in to treat me and sees that picture? Well, I’m gone. It’s all over. It’s curtains for Mike. So I get your point. Your profession is under siege right now. Here’s James, another nurse in San Antonio. Hey, James, we appreciate your perspective. How are you today?
SPEAKER 05 :
Hey, Mike. Yes, I’m actually retired military. I was taught nursing anesthesia, oh gosh, back in 87. And so today, I really only do World Medical Mission. I do anesthetic still today. Good for you.
SPEAKER 03 :
God bless you. God bless you for what you’re doing, James. That’s wonderful.
SPEAKER 05 :
Oh, and I get more out of it than I ever put into it. But, sir, this group of people that we’re talking about, they’re really oftentimes rather isolated from… Most of you are more common folks. I mean, these people have services that come and take care of usually all their needs. They don’t really shop. They don’t have a budget. They make a lot of money. They’re very well educated. And the job actually can be rather tough, but they have a tendency to separate themselves from their patients as far as looking at them maybe necessarily as individuals. I mean, it’s a task that they’re doing that they’re taking care of.
SPEAKER 03 :
You’re a great guy. I love your heart, and I love what you do. You’re not making any sense. We keep seeing nurse after nurse after nurse posting this crap on social media. I know. And I keep asking the question, and you’ve done this for a living, and I’m sure you’ve saved lives and you’ve provided care. What would compel somebody to think there won’t be any consequences for doing this, James? I don’t get it. I don’t understand it.
SPEAKER 05 :
They’re so out of touch with the mainstream. I sometimes don’t even think that whenever they’re – I watch them post. They’re my friends. I watch them post on Facebook. I honestly don’t think that they think anyone else is even looking.
SPEAKER 03 :
But they’re posting it to get looks. But they’re posting it to have people view it, right? I mean, they want people to see it.
SPEAKER 05 :
I understand, but they also at the same time think that it’s only like they’re friends or it’s limited. A lot of times I’ve actually talked to them and I’ve told them, I said, look, this is what you’re saying. You realize that, right? And they said, well, all my friends will understand.
SPEAKER 03 :
And I said, well, you’re just putting it out there as a general post. But that’s terrifying in and of itself because you just said something that is so chilling. If Stephanie Krueger posts that she’s going to threaten to paralyze a conservative and all of her friends will like that, who are in that profession, see, that’s what I mean, James. It’s not just her. These aren’t isolated cases. If what you’re saying is true, that means a whole lot of people in the health care profession are ready, willing, and able to do bodily harm to somebody who might be a Trump supporter. And thank God, and I mean that literally, thank God for James Uthmeyer and Florida and other officials who are going to hold these people accountable. 800-655-MIKE. You’ve tried keto, paleo, Weight Watchers, intermittent fasting. You lose the weight, it comes right back, right? You blame yourself, your willpower, your discipline. Here’s the truth. It was never about willpower. There’s one thing that determines whether your body burns fat or stores it. And if you don’t fix that first, every single diet will fail. I tried everything too. I gained and lost weight. About four years ago, I discovered PhD. And the PhD program changed everything. I lost 53 pounds. I’ve kept all of it off. I still feel great. When you go to phdweightloss.com, You’re going to find out how they’ve identified the one thing and build a plan that works with your body, not against it. If you call now, they’ll give you two free weeks in the program, pay for your food, so you can finally see real results without more trial and error. If you’re done with yo-yo dieting and you want clarity, do what I did. Call PhD Weight Loss. Mention Mike G. No more guessing, just answers. Call 864-644-1900. Say Mike G. Call 864-644-1900. Say Mike G. Or visit MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
SPEAKER 01 :
From the wild world of D.C. politics to America’s culture clash, brace yourself for the reality check you’ve been waiting for. The one and only Mike Gallagher.
SPEAKER 03 :
All right, we’ve got breaking news out of Minnesota. We’ve got good news and bad news. Good news is the border czar held a press conference this morning announcing that the violence against ICE officers, the chaos, the protests have really dramatically decreased. The bad news is they’re pulling out. Tom Holman, the border czar, has made the announcement that the surge of federal immigration officers is concluding. There’ll be a drawdown set to occur over the course of the next week or so. President Trump has concurred, and the surge in Minnesota has ended. You know, just prepare yourself right now for the way the left… The vicious, angry, violent progressives are going to spike the football and say, we won. See? I mean, Gavin Newsom is already typing out his social media posts congratulating the violent lunatics who have been impeding and interfering with and blocking and harassing men and women of law enforcement who have been trying to do their job. Here’s the announcement. Let me just kind of take you through it, and we’re going to get your reaction to it all. I want you to give me your perspective, especially if you’re in Minnesota. 800-655-MIKE. Let me give you the good news first. I like to start with, and there is a lot of good news in America, so I don’t want to get too discouraged. There’s a lot of great stuff happening. The jobs number came out yesterday was soared beyond their expectations. Scott Bessett, the Treasury Secretary, says this is a harbinger of great things to come as far as our nation’s economy. The idea that somehow the economy isn’t soaring under Trump is such a joke, and they’re trying so hard. to keep from giving him any credit. Axios yesterday was mocked for their headline, oh, despite Trump’s rhetoric, violent crime is plummeting in cities all over America. Trump’s rhetoric? How about Trump’s policies? How about the massive deportation underway in America? Think that’s contributing to the decrease of violent crime in America? Of course it has. So there’s good news there. The House did the right thing yesterday in passing the SAVE Act. Even Massey voted yes for the SAVE Act. The lunacy of the way the left pretending that women and blacks are too stupid to be able to figure out how to get photo ID. And boy, do I have the perfect tweet, the perfect social media post that says it best. It came from Matt Walsh. I’ll read that to you a little bit later this hour. Talking about, look, if you’re too stupid to be able to get a photo ID, you probably shouldn’t be allowed to vote anyway. Which I love. I love that take. I love that perspective. If you’re such a moron that you don’t know, if you’re a married woman and you don’t know how to get your ID in your married name, well, you probably need to stay home and let the adults take things over anyway. I love that perspective. But anyway, all of that’s coming. That’s good news. Economy, good news. Crime, good news. Border sealed, good news. Interest rates coming down, good. Nothing but good news. A lot of good news. And here’s Tom Holman with the good news during his announcement this morning.
SPEAKER 02 :
But we all agree that the lawlessness and chaos and disruption that is occurring on the street needs to end. I want to thank Governor Walz for his messages focusing on peace and his support for the Minnesota State Troopers to respond to unlawful situations that put federal officers and the public at risk. I also want to thank Mayor Frey for taking a public stance against agitators setting up barricades that block streets and endanger public safety. and for directing the police to take those roadblocks down. Seriously, I want to thank Police Chief O’Hara, Sheriff Witt, and various other local law enforcement for their responsiveness and efforts to maintain law and order in the streets. We’ve seen a big change here in the last couple weeks, and it’s all good changes. I’m also pleased to report that we’re seeing a notable decrease on unlawful agitator activity here in Minneapolis and overall throughout the state. This is great news for Minnesota communities that have been adversely impacted by the lawlessness and chaos in the street. We have what we call here QRFs, quick response force, security teams, that get called out when ICE officers are out doing operations. They get into trouble if agitators get out of control, if there’s a danger in public safety that risk.
SPEAKER 03 :
So that’s the good news. Things are getting way better, quite faster, chaos reduced, violence decreasing, home and faking, the goofball governor and the whack job mayor. But here’s the announcement that is going to lead progressives and activists and agitators and Antifa types and CNN and MSNOW hosts. They’re going to have a field day with the announcement that the surge in Minneapolis, in Minnesota, is coming to an end.
SPEAKER 02 :
Today when I got here, I want to know what the QRF call outs are, what their deployments are. I want to know every time a QRF is called out. The QRF deployments have dropped dramatically because we have less of that occurring, less of the agitator that crossed that line. That is a good thing. That is a win for everybody, not just for the safety of law enforcement officers. It’s a win for this community. With that and success that has been made arresting public safety threats and other priorities since this surge operation began, as well as the unprecedented levels of coordination we have obtained from state officials and local law enforcement, I have proposed and President Trump has concurred that this surge operation conclude. A significant drawdown has already been underway this week and will continue to the next week. We have a lot of work to do across this country to remove public safety risk who shouldn’t even be in this country. And to deliver on President Trump’s promise for strong border security and mass deportation.
SPEAKER 03 :
Okay, there you go. 800-655-MIKE. We’ll see how you react to it. I’m disappointed, and I’m worried for future enforcement actions around the country. What are the lunatics now in Los Angeles going to do, or New York, or Chicago, or Baltimore, or Cleveland? I mean, go down the list. The mob is going to think that the mob can win. If they behave badly enough, they’ll say chase law enforcement out of their community. That, to me, is the consequence of this decision. But, hey, a lot of people are saying take the win. Minnesota, hey, you deal with what you’ve got to deal with in Minnesota. If you’re a blue state, anywhere in the country, all right, you’ve elected these people, like it or not. You’ve got to live with the consequences. New York, look what they’re going through in New York. That vicious mayor, first time in 100 years, wouldn’t attend the ceremony installing the new archbishop. Slap in the face to every Catholic in New York. He doesn’t care. He cares about the Muslim population. He doesn’t care about Christians, Catholics. He doesn’t care about, you know, he can’t even get the snow plowed. They can’t even figure out how to run the city anymore. It’s already going, hey, look, New York, you want it? You got it. You asked for it. You got it. So maybe the same thing happens with Minnesota. Maybe the same thing happens in Blue City. I just don’t want anybody else to get killed. I don’t want any more law enforcement officers to get injured or killed. I don’t want any more Rene Goods or Alex Pretties to get killed. I don’t want lunatics who think that somehow it’s their obligation to stop law enforcement from doing their job to wind up losing their lives. So let’s get your take on all of it here in the Relief Factor Studios. Big breaking news Thursday, 800-655-MIKE, 800-655-6453. Join us. I went to a garden party to reminisce with my old friends and a chance to share old memories.
SPEAKER 01 :
Breaking now on the Mike Gallagher Show.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, a lot of news out of Minnesota today as we see a live look at St. Paul, Minnesota on the Salem News Channel camera network. Of course, we’re heard every day on AM 1280, The Patriot. The border czar, Tom Holman, announced that the surge of federal immigration officers in Minnesota is coming to an end with President Trump’s blessing. The left, of course, is going to view this as a big win. They’re going to say, hey, more chaos, more violence, you know, that’ll chase the feds out of town. And so I’m pretty disappointed, but I wanted to get a perspective of one of the most optimistic guys I know. He’s a friend. He’s a colleague. We have been representing MyPillow on this show for years. It’s a labor of love. We love the company. We love him. He’d like to be Minnesota’s next governor. And, of course, he is the pillow guy himself, the one and only Mike Lindell, who joins us again here on the Mike Gallagher Show. Look at you. You’re surrounded. There’s no snow where you are right now, Mike. Where are you? Can’t hear you. Can you hear me now? There you are, Mike. Hey, how are you? Good, good. Can you hear me? I can. Where are you? It looks like you’re sitting in the middle of palm trees.
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, I’m in beautiful Mar-a-Lago, one of my favorite places, and we’ve been doing fundraisers this week for my run for governor at MikeLindaleGov.com. Everybody, if you want to get on board, we’re going to do a lot of stuff, like you said, going on in Minnesota.
SPEAKER 03 :
You bet there is, and I love that. And a whole bunch of people have been reaching out to me saying, how can we help Mike become the next governor of Minnesota? Now, look, it’s an uphill battle, but you’re used to uphill battles. Your whole life has been an uphill battle, Mike, and look at how you continue to persevere.
SPEAKER 04 :
Right. We’re still standing. My pillow is still standing. And in spite of all the attacks, the most attacked company in history. And I want to quick comment, Mike, on you. I heard what you said right before I came on. You guys, this is actually a good thing that they’re pulling out. And here’s why. They were playing this card to cover up the biggest fraud this country and the world has probably ever seen. It’s up to 30 billion now taken in Minnesota. And by them staying there and just covering it up, covering it, they played their cards too early. You pull out now and you’re going to see all these protesters are the ones causing the problems. We have protest laws in Minneapolis, Mike, that aren’t being followed. So all my friends downtown Minneapolis, the protesters are causing the problems. They can’t get back and forth from their houses. They stop them in the streets and go, do you live here? You know, and all this. And so this is the left has used this to cover up. so that we don’t, you know, all this fraud and to just keep covering up this stuff. And we’ve got to, you know, once this lifts now and is out of the news for a couple weeks, now we can go in and get the fraud taken care of and get this, all of this, your Elon Omar, your Tim Walz, and the mayor of Minneapolis, all this stuff will come out. This was a big distraction. Okay. We can all, you know, and when I’m governor, I’ve got a lot of ideas how we can really get Minnesota’s economy back, change what’s going on there. It’s horrific. We’re the tip of the spear right now for this stuff that’s happening in this country. I’d like to ban Sharia law. That’s one thing that’s also really bad, and it’s affecting our whole country. We can’t have that. You come here, you have to assimilate to our Constitution and where we are at.
SPEAKER 03 :
I had a reporter a couple weeks ago who knew we were friends and know my love for your company and your team and MyPillow. And they said, you know, what’s your answer to those who say that Mike Lindell running for governor is so improbable, is so unlikely, is so impossible? And I said, one answer. Jesse, the body Ventura. I mean, this is you don’t have to be a conventional politician to get elected to the top position in the state of Minnesota. And, Mike, you bring a level of energy and enthusiasm and common sense that that Minnesota is desperately in need of.
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, there’s a better example, and that’s President Donald Trump. They said about two weeks ago that I’m getting pushback from the own party and going, well, Mike, you come with baggage and being the election fraud. He’s a conspiracy theorist. I said, no, it’s all coming out now. And what I have is the receipts. I’ve got the receipts on Minnesota, okay? It’s a good thing. And then they say, and that you’re friends with President Trump and you’re so branded with him. That’s a good thing. He won. And Mike, there’s a quarter million people that voted for Donald Trump in 2020 in Minnesota that didn’t even bother and vote in 2022. I have a national presence where I can get these people out to vote. I can raise the money needed to win. And here, you ready for this, everybody? I am ranked number one by the poll last Friday, right before I came here to Mar-a-Lago, if the polls came out. And I’m ahead of all the other Republicans. So it’s going to happen. And I’ve got the solutions. And having a relationship with everybody in the federal government is actually a good thing, Mike, where I can pick up the phone and make calls and say, hey, what do you think we should do here? I’m working together. Working together as one, it’ll be amazing. I don’t get into things to lose. And I’ll tell you, I will be going 18 hours a day, as you know, nonstop to win this race and to save Minnesota. This is the most important midterms in our country’s history right now.
SPEAKER 03 :
So, again, MikeLindellGov.com, right? That’s your website where everybody can go to help you out.
SPEAKER 04 :
MikeLindellGov.com. Yeah, MikeLindellGov.com. That’s all I need, everybody. I need help now. We’re going against Amy Klobuchar. I’m not waiting for the primaries and all this stuff. I’m campaigning now. I’m going to go right into the… Eye of the hurricane. We’re going to win this, and we’re going to, you know. And remember, they moved Amy Klobuchar out of her Senate seat. She’s been around, Mike, for a couple decades now. All this fraud happened under her watch, too, everybody. You know, and this is all going to come out.
SPEAKER 03 :
I learned a long time ago, for anybody who criticizes you, it’s a mistake to bet against Mike Lindell. We’re praying for you, okay? And give our best to the big guy there at Mar-a-Lago.
SPEAKER 04 :
You got it. God bless you, Mike. Thank you, everybody.
SPEAKER 03 :
Mike Lindell, MyPillow. More coming up.

What was accomplished with their “No King” protest?
