Now, that got delayed a little bit because Chris Stegall had some other plans, and our morning host… Decided to run for Congress, and we’re so excited for him, but sad that he had to leave his show. But in the meantime, we got some rotating guest hosts, including my pal Mark out of Dallas. And so he doesn’t want to do the podcast, which is going to be unique just for podcasts. While he’s filling in, because he has to get up in the middle of the night, it’s an early morning shift, and he’s a big baby. But it’s coming, because people love… The chemistry, the camaraderie we have. He’s really one of my best friends in the world, and it shows in what we call the Eminem experience. I visit with him every day at 735 Texas time on his show on 660 AM, The Answer, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Well, now we’re going to do a podcast since it has gone off. Been so well received over the years. We’re going to do a podcast with the two of us with no time constraints, including maybe some guests, clips, everything, and the two of us. So the Eminem Extra is coming. It should be any day now. We will let you know. Speaking of Mark, you know how you get into something because a friend is into it? I admit I’m not a big space person. fan. I remember, you know, I had great memories of even watching the first, I remember watching the first walk on the moon with my mom and dad. My dad was still alive. That would have been, I think, 1969. My dad died in 1971. So I remember where we were in Ohio, in the sunroom there, we had a black and white TV and And we watched Neil Armstrong with those famous words, one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind. But it just is not the kind of, I have to be blunt here. For over the years, I kind of feel like we got enough things to spend money on here on earth than we do chasing the stars. It’s just never really been my thing. And I don’t want to make fun of you if you’re into all that, and Mark Davis is definitely into all of that. And yesterday was the launch of Artemis II. Four astronauts are going to circle the moon. Now, the old cynical Mike would say, who cares? How many billions of dollars is that going to cost? And they’re not even going to the moon. They’re going around the moon. Everybody likes to say, well, they’re going to the moon. No, they’re not. They’re just going to circle the moon. They’re going to be up there 10 days. You know, you pray for them. I hope and pray everything goes well. I saw something on social media last night that the toilet stopped working. And I don’t even want to go there. I can’t imagine how that even works with no gravity. I’m sure they got it figured out. It’s NASA. I mean, how would that work? Got to be a tube, right? And that’s, well, again, I can’t, I’m not going to get graphic. Anyway, I saw somewhere in local media in Tampa Bay that you could see the launch from Tampa at 624 p.m. If you look east over Tampa Bay, you can see the launch. Now, if you follow me on X, you saw that I got into it. I got very excited about it, all because of Mark. Because Mark is like a little kid. He’s like a giddy little boy on Christmas morning, opening up his presents. And Artemis II, it was majestic. In fact, pretty neat. In Washington, D.C., they projected the launch of Artemis II live. On the Washington Monument at night, it was the coolest looking thing. You can check it out online, but it was really very creative and very well done. Anyway, my balcony, where I live, I live in a condo on Tampa Bay, on the body of water known as Tampa Bay. And I look due east. And I thought, well, heck, I think I’ll be able to see it, even though I’m in the Tampa area. and this is the Kennedy Space Center on the other side of the state, I’m told that if I’m looking out over the horizon, I’ll see it. Do you know? I could. I did. And I got all excited about it. I took a picture or two on my iPhone. You could see the plume. I didn’t hear anything. I hear some people in Tampa actually could hear it. They heard like a sonic boom. But I could see it, and I was like a little kid too. I was yelling, there it is, there it is. I can see it, I can see it. And I posted a picture of it on X. So if you follow me, please follow me on X, at Gallagher Show. I’ll do my best to follow you back. And you can see the picture I took of the plume, and you can see the thing going up. And man, did it go fast. I mean, that thing is moving. But there it was off to the left over there. I was looking out over the water and the plume of smoke. You could see the whatever you call it, the streak up into the sky. And so Godspeed to those four astronauts. Tracy informs me they got the toilet working again. That’d be a deal breaker for me. I just have to say, yeah, I got to come back. Bring me home. In fact, did you get to see it? You know, then I got mad. After I watched it from Tampa, I thought, I could have driven over to the Kennedy Space Center. It’s only a couple hours. Just go across the state. And I could have gone and watched it in person. I saw videos of Benny Johnson. He was over there. Glenn Beck. Glenn was bawling his eyes out. I mean, it was like a spiritual moment for Glenn. I mean, Glenn, I guess, is like Mark. And either you get it or you don’t. And I admit I kind of don’t, but then again, I’m excited for my pal Mark. But there was Glenn, just weeping like a, crying like a banshee. God is good. He’s crying away. I mean, that’s good for him. That floats your boat. but maybe you saw it. Some people posted their own picture of what they captured on my X account as well. Let’s go back for a moment to this birthright citizenship debate that was heard yesterday, the opening oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court. I want to take you back to 1993. Remember Dianne Feinstein? Dianne Feinstein was one of the lionesses of the Democrat Party, one of the superstars of the Democrat Party, one of the legends of the Democrat Party. And we know that Medicaid laws are being used and abused to do just this in the state of California. I’d like to see that stopped. About 13% of the California prison population costing close to $300 million a year are illegal aliens. I’ve had judges in Los Angeles and Orange County tell me one half of their criminal dockets are illegal aliens. Presently, a convicted illegal alien has the option of serving their sentence in California or being returned to their country of origin. I think that option ought to be removed.

Republicans are unified in moving forward on a plan that will reload funding for our fantastic Border Patrol and Immigration Enforcement Officers. Because the Democrats are fully and 100% committed to the radical left policy of open borders and zero immigration enforcement, which will hopefully cost them dearly in the midterms, allowing murderers and criminals of all types into our country totally unchecked and unvetted, I will soon sign an order to pay all of the incredible employees at the Department of Homeland Security. Their families have suffered far too long. at the hands of the extreme liberal leaders, Kryon Chuck Schumer and Hakeem high-tax Jeffries. So many times he does joke around like that, and rather than the media acknowledging it was a joke, they just use it to bludgeon him. They just use it as a weapon. They turn a joke against him to make, you know, what did Rush used to call them, the low-information voters? The low-information voters think it’s true. They have hundreds of these companies that solely arrange for Chinese citizens to have to give birth in the United States. It’s done in the open. And it’s It’s making us into a laughingstock, but it also has robbed us of control over what it means to be a citizen in this country. The day is not over for the government. It’s still possible that they could win. But this was not a promising oral argument in that sense. So we have to look at where we go from here. And he got mad because I had the audacity to point out that I just think there’s a better use of our money than the space program. And he was mad because he felt that I was insulting all the hardworking people of NASA who live in and around Houston. And that certainly wasn’t my intent. The guy was kind of a I don’t know. I don’t want to badmouth him in case he might be listening, but kind of adult. He was always a sourpuss, complaining all the time, and he never stopped complaining about me for years. He complained about me saying that on the show. And I just wonder, do you think I’m out to lunch on this? I mean, it is a big deal. Artemis II’s you know, lunar flyby is going to mark the closest that humanity has come to the moon since the Apollo days. And people are very excited about it. And I got kind of swept up in it yesterday, watching from my balcony, taking a picture of the plume and the whatever you call it, the rocket ship. What’s it called, Eric? Is it a module? Lunar? I don’t know. Lunar module. But it’s not lunar. It’s just flying around the moon. It didn’t even land on the moon. Land it on the moon, then I’ll get excited. No, I’m kidding. But I just wonder, on a scale of 1 to 10, how excited were you about the launch of Artemis yesterday? I’m just curious. Let me just take a little sampling here.
