Rapper T.I. — aka Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. — marked his 40th birthday by announcing his 11th studio album titled The Libra. The title The Libra stands for “The Legend Is Back Running Atlanta.”

T.I. also marked his birthday with the release of a new music video for Ring, a single from his upcoming album and featuring Young Thug. Rapper Gunna also makes a cameo in the video.
