SPEAKER 11 :
This is Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 07 :
You are going to shut your damn yapper and listen for a change because I got you pegged, sweetheart. You want to take the easy way out because you’re scared. And you’re scared because if you try and fail, there’s only you to blame. Let me break this down for you. Life is scary. Get used to it. There are no magical fixes.
SPEAKER 06 :
With your host, John Rush.
SPEAKER 07 :
My advice to you is to do what your parents did. Get a job first. You haven’t made everybody equal. You’ve made them the same and there’s a big difference.
SPEAKER 13 :
Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life. That there’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there. It is this feeling that has brought you to me.
SPEAKER 23 :
Are you crazy? Am I? Or am I so sane that you just blew your mind?
SPEAKER 05 :
It’s Rush to Reason with your host, John Rush. Presented by High Five Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, where every call ends with a high five.
SPEAKER 11 :
All right, we are here. Tuesday edition, Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Myself, Andy Pate, Charlie Grimes, your engineer, of course. Going to get a little colder, Andy.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, I know. I’m in shorts today. I was out this morning. It was like, you know, approaching 70. Wasn’t bad. Yeah. And I’m on the way driving down here, and I stopped to top off the tank, get my gas tank filled. It’s 55. I’m like, wow. I’m dressed wrong. Yeah, it dropped pretty quickly. Can I just tell people it’s because I’m so tough and manly? That’s it. Well, it’s 62 now. It’s not because I’m stupid and dressed wrong.
SPEAKER 11 :
No, it is going to get cooler. So, no, you’re right. Yes. All right. Yesterday’s question of the day. What catchphrase did David Hasselhoff retain as a part of his divorce settlement along with his nickname Hoth? It would be, don’t hassle the Hoth. You ever heard that expression even used? I have not.
SPEAKER 04 :
I have not, but I mean, it’s funny. I like it.
SPEAKER 11 :
Don’t hassle the Hoff.
SPEAKER 04 :
Why would he need to retain that as part of a divorce settlement? What does he care?
SPEAKER 11 :
I suppose she could have used it if not. I don’t know. Beats me. I guess she could have. I suppose. I mean, if he owns it, he wanted to keep it, I guess.
SPEAKER 04 :
I didn’t know he was divorced, so it’s all a surprise to me. Actually, that shows what I know. Okay.
SPEAKER 11 :
All right, today’s impossible question of the day. What does the Oxford Dictionary, Oxford English Dictionary, identify as the most commonly misspelled word In the English language. Charlie, any thoughts? You’re Mr. Speller. The most misspelled word in the English language. Nuclear.
SPEAKER 04 :
Because everybody thinks it’s nuclear.
SPEAKER 11 :
Oh, Charlie said against. No? Both wrong. Well, I took a shot. Those are good guesses. Anyways, answer that on our Facebook page, Rush to Reason. That’s where the question of the day is. Some of you will even go back and forth on that a little bit. That’s always fun. So just enjoy yourselves and have fun. Just be nice.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, but what do we care what the bloody Brits think anyway? Who are they to talk about our language?
SPEAKER 11 :
I don’t really care.
SPEAKER 04 :
I guess because… We threw them off. We threw off the shackles. Of Britain. A couple hundred years ago.
SPEAKER 11 :
And in a lot of ways, we have a really dumb language.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, we do.
SPEAKER 11 :
I mean, some things like, you know, why is comb spelled like it is and tomb, but they both sound completely different. It’s not coom, it’s comb. Right. Tomb is tomb. Tomb.
SPEAKER 04 :
She’s so dumb. Let me ask you this, John. Why is it that you could have a complete idiot, right? They can be a complete idiot, but if they speak with a British accent, they sound smarter. I don’t know.
SPEAKER 11 :
Isn’t that true? It is true. You are right. Yes, Australian, British, whatever, they sound smart.
SPEAKER 04 :
There’s something classier about a British accent.
SPEAKER 11 :
About that accent versus us as rednecks?
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 11 :
Well, we had that accent for a long time, right? Yeah. Yeah, we threw that off, too. We got rid of it also, right?
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah. Then we started wearing buckskin, and that was the end of it.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah, yeah. Well, let’s just say we won, they didn’t.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, we won, they didn’t. There you go.
SPEAKER 11 :
It has never changed. We’re still winning.
SPEAKER 04 :
And we’re bigger.
SPEAKER 11 :
Let’s hope. And Tuesday we keep winning.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, please.
SPEAKER 11 :
Speaking of that, and I don’t know how true this is. I didn’t get a chance to verify this or anything, but I saw a video of a parade in Okinawa, Japan. And it was a Trump parade. What? They were literally going down the streets talking about how great Trump was and how great the U.S. is and they want to see a Trump victory. And this was in Okinawa. What would drive this? I don’t know. Is it because of our base being there or what?
SPEAKER 04 :
I don’t know. Well, I mean, we have a big base there, of course. But, I mean, I know that China right now is up in arms. They are absolutely over the moon terrified of Trump winning.
SPEAKER 11 :
But keep in mind that Japanese and Chinese don’t get along either.
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, that’s just it. That’s why I’m asking.
SPEAKER 11 :
They’re like the opposites.
SPEAKER 04 :
They don’t get along.
SPEAKER 11 :
No. They don’t get along. So maybe that’s part of it, Andy.
SPEAKER 04 :
I’ve never known Trump to be pro-Japan or anti-Japan or anything Japan.
SPEAKER 11 :
Typically, it’s a pretty friendly country to, you know, back and forth, even though we were at war, you know, some, however many years ago it was. Oh, yeah. But we put that. That was gone. Yeah.
SPEAKER 04 :
We became big time trade partners, allies. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER 11 :
Through the Warren Act, right? Didn’t we rebuild them through that?
SPEAKER 04 :
We did, and also we’ve just gotten along very well in trade negotiations and so forth. It’s not this incredibly antagonistic trade negotiating that we have with a number of other countries.
SPEAKER 11 :
Like China.
SPEAKER 04 :
Like China.
SPEAKER 11 :
Anyways, I just thought that was interesting. You just reminded me of that a moment ago, and I thought, well, I saw that last night. Again, I didn’t get a chance to verify that, so please, all of you listening, you’d need to verify that, but I did see a video along those lines.
SPEAKER 04 :
How come those people don’t immigrate here, the Trump supporters?
SPEAKER 11 :
Open the door. I’d like to know more, to your point, I’d like to know more of the backstory of just why. And it wasn’t all just Americans. You could see from the video, it wasn’t just Americans. These were Japanese people doing the parade. So I don’t know why, Andy. It’s not that long of a clip to get into the backstory.
SPEAKER 04 :
Do you think it’s possible there could just be a little bit of stick it to China?
SPEAKER 11 :
I would say that’s a lot of it, yes.
SPEAKER 04 :
I’m telling you, John, and I am not overstating this, China’s terrified. And we’ll talk about this later in the show, but this could go either way. This election could go either way. We’re going to talk about the various facets that could drive it to a Trump win or drive it to a Kamala win. But the fact is, China absolutely desperately needs a Kamala win. And you’ve got to believe that they are pouring money into our election through all kinds of sources.
SPEAKER 11 :
They and Russia both. They have to be. Because neither one of them want to see, you know, Trump win. No. Despite what those on the left think. It cracks me up. Oh, yeah, the left thinks Russia. I was watching a live video today of Trump. He was speaking somewhere. I don’t know exactly where I didn’t pay attention, but he was speaking. And I’m watching some of the comments scroll by from some of the folks that are, you know, and the majority of people are very pro-Trump and this, that, and the other. And some stupid person comments, oh, that’s just Putin’s puppet. And I’m thinking, you
SPEAKER 04 :
are an absolute idiot you have no idea what you’re talking about all right because what russia really wants john is for us to get a leader who drastically devalues their number one export oil yeah that’s what they really want oil and gas because russia wants to be broke you know what i think russia and putin they wake up every day saying i want to be broke oh i know can i be broke because that’s what’s going to happen to them if trump takes over
SPEAKER 11 :
Andy, this is the misinformation that gets spread among the left continually, and it’s literally these people, I’m convinced, Andy, have zero brains. They have no way to decipher real from fake, and they have no clue how to figure that out.
SPEAKER 04 :
John, they have zero brains, and they also have an absolute vice grip on all of our educational institutions. All the colleges. You’re right. All the high schools.
SPEAKER 11 :
You’re correct, Andy.
SPEAKER 04 :
Everywhere you’ve got kids learning about the political parties, you’ve got these imbeciles who actually believe that a country that would be bankrupted with Trump is supporting Trump behind the scenes, and they’ve convinced tens of millions of young people this is the case.
SPEAKER 11 :
Because don’t forget. It’s incredible.
SPEAKER 04 :
It’s incredible.
SPEAKER 11 :
For those of you listening that are on the left, don’t forget the other thing that Trump will do with Russia to get this war over. Number one, it’ll be over by the time he gets inaugurated. That I believe in wholeheartedly. And the way he’ll do that is by everything Andy just said. And on top of that, he’ll sit down and say, OK, guys, here’s the deal. If you don’t get this handled by the time I’m inaugurated, I’m going to sanction you guys to death. You will no longer be a country when it’s all said and done because of the sanctions we’ll impose on you. Yeah. Correct.
SPEAKER 04 :
I’m going to sanction you to death. And one more thing, John.
SPEAKER 11 :
You think it was bad for Iran? Wait till I get a hold of you guys.
SPEAKER 04 :
Oh, yeah. Yeah. And by the way, John, how about this? OK, Putin, let’s say you even do take over a big swath of Ukraine. OK, what if we drill, baby, drill your economy into nonexistence? How well are you going to hold on to Ukraine?
SPEAKER 11 :
You’re not.
SPEAKER 04 :
You’re not.
SPEAKER 11 :
So at the end of the day, let’s get this thing settled. Let’s get it handled. Let’s move on. Yeah, exactly. And frankly, I think that’s the biggest thing that Russia is afraid of is because they don’t want to lose any of the ground, quote unquote, they’ve gained. Not that they’ve gained a lot because they’re struggling to make headway just as much as the Ukrainians are struggling to make headway on their side.
SPEAKER 04 :
So the reality is… They’ve taken out the east. They have.
SPEAKER 11 :
They have, but… there’s some debates on how much of that did Ukraine really own control and handle in the first place, knowing the population that was there. But regardless, Trump will have all that ended and done by the time Inauguration Day comes.
SPEAKER 04 :
Oh, it will be very much to the benefit of both sides. If Trump gets, if he wins, it’ll be very much to the benefit of both sides for this war to end quickly. If Trump loses, it will be very much to the benefit of both sides for this war to go on and on.
SPEAKER 11 :
To keep rolling. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, because it’s lining their pockets. It is. Both of them. So, all right, we’ll be right back. Don’t go anywhere. Bruce Simmons is next. He’s our reverse mortgage professor. Find Bruce at kozradio.com.

SPEAKER 06 :
God. Country. Reason. Now back to John Rush.
SPEAKER 11 :
All right, we are back. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. All right, we’ve got a Trump ad to play. This is a two-minute ad. You may have seen it already. If not… Here we go.
SPEAKER 09 :
When I left office, it changed. Inflation destroyed the lives of so many people. Interest rates went from 2% to 10%. Millions of illegal immigrants, traffickers, and drugs coming into our country. Our country has gone to hell. So I made a decision to run. We’re gonna make America great again, greater than ever before.
SPEAKER 08 :
I will fight for you with every breath and I will never let you down.
SPEAKER 18 :
President Trump is literally putting his life on the line, and he’s willing to risk it all because he loves this country. He is strong, he is fearless, and he is what this country needs right now. Our cities will be safe, our streets will be clean, and our border will be secure. We can’t allow our country to be destroyed by politicians who will put their own power ahead of the interests of the American people, our freedom, and our future.
SPEAKER 19 :
The left told me to hate Trump. When you cut through the lies, you realize the truth. American families were better when Donald Trump was president. We were safer, wealthier, and stronger.
SPEAKER 03 :
So if you love this country, if you want to stand up and fight for the future of our nation, you must reelect Donald J. Trump.
SPEAKER 11 :
I’m Donald J. Trump, and I approve this message. All right, there you go. That was almost a two-minute ad. It played in a lot of areas across the country already. You may not have seen it here unless you’re watching national TV, because he’s not running that on a local basis, because why?
SPEAKER 04 :
Right. You know, I really like the musical background to it.
SPEAKER 11 :
Good job. Good ad. And there’s been others. I should have saved a few more. I’ve seen several this week that I just thought, man, these are really great ads. And in some cases, I saw an ad the other day that had nothing to do with Trump, just all of these stupid things Kamala has said. Right. Literally, just her word salad after word salad after word salad, elect Donald Trump. Then I’m Donald Trump.
SPEAKER 04 :
I approve his message. By the way, with the music of that ad you just played, do you kind of get a feeling that he’ll build the elegy? Right. J.D. Vance. There’s kind of a down-home feel to the Trump campaign that you have this time that you didn’t have the first time. Remember, he’s a New York boy. And for the first couple election cycles that he went through, yes, he appealed very well to the South and to a lot, you know, a lot of the more down-home folk, which, honestly, you and I are. Rednecks. I am one.
SPEAKER 11 :
You can say it, rednecks.
SPEAKER 04 :
I don’t care. But, I mean, this time he seems to have embraced it more, and I almost think that that is helping him with men voters. Notice how it had, what was that, his daughter or his daughter-in-law saying he is strong, he is this, he is that. These are things that a lot of men voters, male voters, want to hear. Mm-hmm. They don’t want to hear weakness because everybody who thinks, and by the way, is it really just men voters or are there also, I think, a lot of women voters who think, I do not want Kamala Harris sitting across the table from Putin.
SPEAKER 11 :
Oh, my word.
SPEAKER 04 :
And Kim Jong-il.
SPEAKER 11 :
Oh, sorry.
SPEAKER 04 :
You know what I mean?
SPEAKER 11 :
Can you imagine? I don’t even want to picture that, Andy. That would be a dismal failure.
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, yeah.
SPEAKER 11 :
Was she going to just laugh?
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, they’re both Marxists, so I guess she would simply side with him. Could she simply sign over America to him? Might as well.
SPEAKER 11 :
That’s what she’d like to do. Yeah. I’m being serious. That’s what she’d like to do.
SPEAKER 04 :
Oh, she hates America.
SPEAKER 11 :
She hates America. Yeah.
SPEAKER 04 :
Look, and folks, I’m telling you this from the heart. Remember, I was raised by the hard left. The hard left, which she is, she is a San Francisco liberal. Marxist. All the way. They look at America. They believe you should not exist as a country.
SPEAKER 11 :
You’re the scourge.
SPEAKER 04 :
You are the virus on the planet that needs to be removed. And once America is removed, we will have Marxist utopia all across the world.
SPEAKER 11 :
Because we’re the ones stopping it.
SPEAKER 04 :
We will redistribute what we have taken from the world all around the world, and then the world will be okay. Never mind that our economic system is the one that people are fleeing to get to from all over the world.
SPEAKER 11 :
They feel like that’s their utopia. The reality is that won’t happen. I mean, if that were to take place, there’s no utopia. There’s just death.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yes. I grew up in, you know, and I’m not just talking my personal family. I’m talking extended family. I’m talking sitting at the feet of my grandpa, you know, who was a union Democrat and so forth. A good man. Don’t get me wrong. A very good man. But the hate, the vitriol. for the right for america blaming america for everything that’s happening on the planet and that that of course made the environmental movement very easy you know the environmental movement looked at democrats as a very easy target and they were able to sweep them under guys i don’t think people out there understand i know we talk about it all the time but they don’t understand just how much the left looks at america and our freedom your liberty is what’s ruining the world why do they see that that way andy
SPEAKER 11 :
Why do they feel that way? Because it’s not true. So why do they feel that way?
SPEAKER 04 :
Because they resent your liberty. When you resent anything or anyone, you want to paint it as the villain. Look, every Bronco fan wants the Chiefs to be the villain. Well, they are.
SPEAKER 1 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 04 :
See what I mean? See what I mean? Okay. Well, every liberal, everybody who was raised as a liberal, you’re raised in these left-wing academic settings, right? You are raised to look around, and I was too, you were raised to look around at everybody around you and disapprove of them unless they become more like you in this way, this way, this way, this way, this way. You look at them and you say… Mankind is wrong and needs to be fashioned more like me. Now, we on the right can feel that way, too. The difference is we don’t make them do it.
SPEAKER 10 :
We don’t force that.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, we don’t use, you know, as Kim says in the morning, we use freedom, not force. And so what they do is when you want to control people and you want to make them be like you, not offer to them to be like you, but make them be like you, okay? Mm-hmm. When they won’t do it, you immediately grow to resent them. You resent the fact that they will not be like you. Therefore, you want them to be the villain on the planet.
SPEAKER 11 :
It’s a lot like, and I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, it’s a lot like that legalistic church where everyone outside of the church is the enemy.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 11 :
They don’t think like you, you’re the enemy. Right. Right?
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah. Liberalism, let me tell you something, liberalism is a— It’s its own religion. It is, but it’s also a philosophy of hate. Right. Because it is a philosophy of control— And that is only non-hateful if everybody agrees to be controlled. Okay, if everybody agrees to be controlled and agrees to be like you and nobody drives an SUV and nobody flies and nobody does anything you don’t want to do and nobody, you know, nobody is a Christian.
SPEAKER 11 :
We’re all cavemen.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yes. Nobody likes Jesus. Right. Right. And so forth. Nobody uses sir and ma’am. See what I’m saying? As long as everybody agrees to be like you, you like them. You as a liberal value everyone in so far as they not only agree with you. We all kind of fall into that. But I mean, submit to you, submit to what you want them to be. And you look around and that is why you want them all wearing masks during covid. Even when you don’t want to wear one yourself. Why? Because you’re so enthralled with the idea of making them do it that you’re willing to do it, too. Right. It’s incredible. The desire in the left to subjugate other people, it is a philosophy of hate. It’s unreal. Yes.
SPEAKER 11 :
It really is.
SPEAKER 04 :
They despise people.
SPEAKER 11 :
Which makes no sense because they’ll act like the opposite.
SPEAKER 04 :
Right.
SPEAKER 11 :
But they’re not.
SPEAKER 04 :
I remember Rush Limbaugh. He did a great speech one time and he said, I’m going to sum up conservatism. I’m paraphrasing here. He rolled down for a while. He said three words. Conservatives love people. Right. And then he went on to explain it. And it was just like, look, if you want people to be free and free to follow their own designs, even if those designs are not yours, you must really love them. Right. Okay. If you want them to go off and do and listen to music that you hate and drive things that you don’t like and live in ways that you don’t and believe belief systems that you think are the wrong ones. And you want them to have the freedom to do this and this and this and this and this. You must really love people. And that just described it.
SPEAKER 11 :
a conservative right does that make sense no makes total sense it’s it’s again i have a hard time wrapping my head around it because to me it just is opposite of common sense Literally. It’s this ingraining of, to your point, hatred and vitriol and denial and, and, and. I can just keep going down the list, Andy. It’s literally just the denial of how the world works in general, and yet they believe in it lock, stock, and barrel.
SPEAKER 04 :
They do. At the heart of Kamala Harris is a person who hates Americans. And I think this is the big problem she’s having closing the deal is that, you know, she was doing well as long as they hit her away, hit her away, hit her away. She’s out in the public. Okay. So, you know, she finally went out in the public and she started doing these interviews. And I think a lot of Americans looked at this person and said, well, setting aside, I may agree with her here, disagree with her there. I don’t really think this person really likes me as me. I think this person only likes me insofar as I become like her. Whereas I listen to Trump, I don’t hear any of that. He doesn’t care.
SPEAKER 11 :

HVAC companies often offer a tune-up but won’t clean the system or they’ll wait till after they check things to clean up. That means false readings and fixing problems you don’t have. Other companies only do a visual inspection. Cub Creek connects to your system to get real readings and fix real problems. The truth is, you don’t really know if your heater is going to work efficiently this season, and Cub Creek can come out now while it’s warmer and ensure that you’re ready for another cold, wet Colorado winter. Contact Rheem Certified Pro Partners Cub Creek Heating and AC on klzradio.com’s advertisers page to save $50 on your tune-up and be ready for when the weather comes.
SPEAKER 05 :
Now, back to Rush to Reason, presented by High Five Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, where every call ends with a high five.
SPEAKER 04 :
And welcome back to Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560, John Rush, together with Andy Pate. John, I want to give a quick example. Remember, I was saying that the left, especially the leftist leadership, the leftist intelligentsia, okay? They only value you insofar as you agree with and submit to them. Let me give a quick example of this, of what happens when they see you not doing that. Barack Obama, his recent comment to black men, right? The brothers. Yeah. Well, Michelle all the time.
SPEAKER 11 :
She did that this last weekend, too.
SPEAKER 04 :
Michelle’s such a hate-filled racist. It’s just beyond belief. But, okay. I mean… The second he sees that his supposedly his people, right? The ones who supported him are actually straying off the reservation. What does he do? He talks down to them and he basically tells them in no uncertain terms, you are sexist. You’re chauvinist. You look down on women because you’re not willing to support Kamala Harris, who is somebody who hasn’t inspired you at all. By the way, Kamala actually came out with a much better line to that. She says, no, I need to earn every single vote, and I think it’s wrong to assume that I should have their votes. I wonder where that came from. They will turn on you in a heartbeat the millisecond they think that you are departing from their way. And this is, by the way, this is another reason you and I get so angry at the current leadership of the Colorado GOP. Why? They act in the exact same way as the hard left.
SPEAKER 11 :
Absolutely.
SPEAKER 04 :
The second somebody is not 100% with them, what do they do?
SPEAKER 11 :
They’re against them.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah. Okay, what do you got?
SPEAKER 11 :
Well, I want to play the chameleon Kamala, because part of what Andy’s saying you can prove by how she talks to different segments of the population. But before I do that, I want to further along with what Andy was saying a moment ago. By the way, this is what I feel—those of you that are on the left, this is what I feel your party and the leadership of is making huge mistakes, and bear with me here, because the Church made these same mistakes years ago. The church made the mistake years ago of talking down to men. All men are bad. What you’re doing is awful. You’re not being the leader you should be. You’re not being the husband you should be, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I’m not saying, by the way, that the church was wrong in that, because, yes, we men need to be instructed on how to do things, how to be good leaders, how to be good husbands, fathers, and so on. But it’s how you do it. It’s what you say and how you say it that matter at the end of the day. And where I’m going with this is the church, the church in general, all sides, Catholic included— ran off a lot of men because of the constant barrage against men in general and the feminization of the church, and in turn they lost a lot of men that would rather go golfing, hunting, fishing, backpacking, you name it, rather than sit in a pew because of what I just said. And by the way, I’m not wrong in what I’m saying, and a lot of pastors out there are probably agreeing with me because this has been going on in the church for decades. It’s now happening inside the Democrat Party.
SPEAKER 04 :
John, not only are you right about that going on in the church, but remember, even when you had a men’s movement, which was very strong here in Colorado, called Promise Keepers. Remember, though, the underlying message of Promise Keepers basically looked at men and said, if… Everything that’s going wrong in your marriage is your fault. If you were to do everything right, everything would be okay. And finally, there were some men who kind of rose up and said, you know what? That’s not really true. There are two sides to a marriage. Right. I can make mistakes. She can make mistakes. I can do good things. She can do good things. Why are you putting it all on me? I mean, yeah, I want to keep my promises.
SPEAKER 11 :
Another example of where…
SPEAKER 04 :
But did you notice how that was?
SPEAKER 11 :
they got into some areas that frankly weren’t true across the board. It may have been true for some factions of what was going on in the church and certain individuals, but it wasn’t a point-blank statement across the board, and it turned off a lot of men, and it killed the movement. Yeah. Explain it how, Charlie. Well, promise keepers got off in this hole that, you know, all men are racist no matter where they are in the church. And they started going down the same path that literally the Democrats have gone down that no matter what, you’ve got racist roots and you’re a racist no matter what. I’m paraphrasing a little bit.
SPEAKER 04 :
We need to apologize.
SPEAKER 11 :
But I’m really not because that happened inside of the promise promise keepers movement. And literally it killed the movement. Yeah, it literally killed the movement. And it’s happening inside the Democrat Party right now. And trust me, those of you that are Democrats, if you don’t think what I’m saying is true, go back and look at some of the things I’m talking about. And you’re going to kill your own party with some of the things you’re doing.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, right now the Democrat Party, a party that believes in no genders, is running one off.
SPEAKER 10 :
Correct. Men.
SPEAKER 04 :
Why would you want to run off either gender? I happen to like them both equally. Okay, what is wrong with equality, John? When did this become such a bad thing? I thought equality was a good thing.
SPEAKER 11 :
It is, and what I’m getting at, and I said this yesterday, but I’m going to keep saying it. We’ll see how it turns out a week from today. But don’t be surprised, those of you on the left, If you lose, and I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, the reason you’re going to lose if you do, and there’s a chance you will. It’ll be men. It was because you lost the mail vote because of the very things I’m talking about and Andy are talking about right now. And those of you on the left, if you don’t believe me, we’ll see how this turns out next Tuesday.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, I mean, no, I think that our side’s going to have some real problems with the other side of the coin. John, I mean, do you kind of see that happening now? And what I mean is this. Do you kind of look at the Democrat Party right now and just think to yourself, these people have no appeal whatsoever to men?
SPEAKER 11 :
And I’ll give you an example. So let me play this because this goes along these same lines. Okay, go ahead. Let me play what Kamala does because this is, again, also some people may like this. Typically, most, especially men, alpha men especially, hate what she’s doing. And I’ll play this and you’ll know what I mean by this.
SPEAKER 14 :
You better thank a union member. For the five-day work week?
SPEAKER 11 :
Okay, really quick, I’ve got to stop because she’s lying there because it’s actually Henry Ford who is anti-union, about as anti-union as you could ever get. In fact, fought the unions physically, not just politically speaking. He literally fought them with guns to keep them out of Ford Motor Company.
SPEAKER 04 :
Isn’t it hilarious that the unions now claim credit for everything he brought us?
SPEAKER 11 :
It was Henry Ford. Point being here, she’s going to change her accent.
SPEAKER 04 :
Right.
SPEAKER 11 :
according to the individuals that she’s talking to, which, by the way, I find personally very offensive.
SPEAKER 14 :
You better thank a union member for sick leave. You better thank a union member for paid leave. You better thank a union member for vacation time.
SPEAKER 12 :
You may not be a union member, but you better thank unions for that five-day work week.
SPEAKER 15 :
Thank unions for sick leave. Thank unions for paid family leave. Thank unions for your vacation time.
SPEAKER 12 :
Let’s just get through the next 64 days. Another accident. So friends, 64 days.
SPEAKER 04 :
Four versus four.
SPEAKER 12 :
Until the most election of our lives.
SPEAKER 11 :
I’ll stop it there. There’s one more. I couldn’t find it, but there’s a clip here recently where she even acts like a pastor and even gets the whole black pastor accent going, which she’s about as far from as you could ever find.
SPEAKER 04 :
I love when she does the southern accent. It almost sounds like she wants to bring back the Confederacy.
SPEAKER 11 :
Unbelievable. For those of you that are on the left, I find that very, very offensive. And I don’t know why you don’t either, because I do.
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, it’s very offensive because you’re looking at a group and you’re saying, if I try to talk more like you, I think you’re stupid enough to be swayed by that. Notice Donald Trump talks the same to any group.
SPEAKER 11 :
Doesn’t change.
SPEAKER 04 :
He doesn’t care.
SPEAKER 11 :
Doesn’t change who he’s talking to. It is the same Donald Trump accent. Got a little New York twang there.
SPEAKER 04 :
Same with J.D. Vance, by the way.
SPEAKER 11 :
All the time. And J.D. Vance, same thing. Exactly.
SPEAKER 04 :
Now, here’s another thing, John. What about the fact that she chose, I believe, the least masculine man on planet Earth as her VP choice?
SPEAKER 11 :
He’s a doofus.
SPEAKER 04 :
Oh, my gosh.
SPEAKER 11 :
The guy’s a doofus, Andy.
SPEAKER 04 :
But, I mean, really.
SPEAKER 11 :
He reminds me of a Teletubby.
SPEAKER 04 :
If you were to write down anything that you would attribute to the word masculine, any one of the descriptors, right, any of the adjectives, none of them would define Tim Walz. None.
SPEAKER 11 :
No, he’s King Teletubby. He’s King Teletubby. I can’t, I mean, honestly, the way he looks and when he’s on stage and the way he, you can’t see me, but I’m kind of swaying back and forth. He just acts like a Teletubby. Does he not? Yeah, he does. I honestly don’t know. I gotta give my wife credit for that one because she’s the one that said, you know, Tim Walsh is a Teletubby. And he is.
SPEAKER 04 :
I honestly don’t know how Dan Muir keeps his sanity. I don’t either. Living in Minnesota in the state where this guy, because Dan loves manhood, okay? He loves him some manhood. He likes guys being guys, girls being girls, the whole thing. Never sexist in any way. Dan is just a very balanced person, right? And he has to have this totally imbalanced guy as his governor. What a moron. Oh, he’s totally a moron. How did they vote for this guy, Andy? Oh, it’s incredible. It’s incredible. How could you make that your governor?
SPEAKER 11 :
I don’t know. I don’t know. And then they made him the VP pick. unbelievable which by the way this is one of the reasons she could lose this election yeah there are so many there’s a lot we’re going to get into more of those a lot of you are asking what are our thoughts on next tuesday trust me we’re getting there we got all three hours we have a special guest at four o’clock we’ll talk to that’s running for a seat here in colorado but outside of that we got the entire show where believe me we’ll go down each level of where we think things will turn out next tuesday and i’m still one i’ll just i’ll give you it right now before we get into four o’clock hour even i’m still giving trump a slight edge not much of one but a slight edge i could be completely wrong and by the way i hope i am i hope i eat my words next tuesday but i’m giving him a slight edge and that’s about it right now i was a week ago 50 50 not giving him any edge at all. I’ve raised that up, and Andy knows this because he and I were talking even last Tuesday. I’m raising that up slightly because of this last segment of what we talked about with the male voter. The left not only is forgetting about that male voter, they hate that male voter, and that hatred is showing more and more all the time, and it’s not voting well for them when it comes to that male voter.
SPEAKER 04 :
John, do you think that male voters look at the left right now and they feel this? You, the left, are looking at us and saying you only value us if we’re not us.
SPEAKER 11 :
Right. Correct. Absolutely. And I do think this as well, despite what some of this is where I’ll say I think the polls are off on this end of it only. Not in other areas, but I do think there’s a lot of men that will tell the pollster, yep, I’m voting for her. They’ll tell their wife or girlfriend, yep, I’m voting for her, because they don’t want the wrath of telling the truth that, you know, I’m going to vote for Donald Trump. And I said this yesterday, and I’ll say it again. These are the same men that are tired of being beat up by women, and they don’t want a VP that’s going to turn president that’ll do the same thing for the next four years. So they’re going to vote for Donald Trump. And that is what she’ll do because she also chose a vice president that’ll help her do it. Correct. So they see all of this. They see the handwriting on the wall. They see the pandering that’s going on to different people’s groups. And by the way, there’s no pandering to them whatsoever. In fact, it’s the opposite. They’re saying, we don’t want you manly men to actually vote for us. You can go vote for Donald Trump instead. Right. That’s literally what the Harris campaign is saying right now. And that’s why Obama, both Obamas, are running around chastising young men, young male black voters for not being in the camp of Harris. Right. By the way, politically speaking, these are some of the dumbest political moves you could ever make. And if they end up losing this, Andy, there will be a book written about this on how they screwed this up by doing what I just said.
SPEAKER 04 :
You know, it’s been amazing also the endorsements that have not gone their way. Several newspapers.
SPEAKER 11 :
We talked about Jeff Bezos yesterday.
SPEAKER 04 :
USA Today, they came out and they are not going to endorse. You know, you got WAPO, you got LA Times. And also then you’ve got people like Kennedy endorsing Trump. That hurt them.
SPEAKER 11 :
I agree. I agree. So we’ll come back. We’ll talk more about it. But yes, for those of you listening, just stay tuned. We’re going to talk about this throughout the whole program. If you want to chime in on your thoughts as well, please let us know. You could be on the left. I’d like to hear your thoughts on this, because frankly, I think your your side is really screwing up what they really had as a chance to have this this this this election handed to them on a silver platter. Oh, yeah. And they’ve screwed this up. So we’ll be right back. High five. Plumbing isn’t next. Don’t forget, they do electrical now as well. Eight, seven, seven. We high five.
SPEAKER 23 :
High Five Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical is your source for winterizing your home before the cold comes. The mobile estate planner, Michael Bailey, will make sure that when you become a ghost and leave this earth, your family will not be left screaming at the scary government deciding where all of your things go. SPEAKER 24 :
Peter Bode here, running for state representative in Colorado House District 28, bodeforcolorado.com. Our state legislature under a Democrat majority is ruining your quality of life. They create bad legislation and too much of it. The legislature just passed over 500 new bills. That’s ridiculous. Mistakes were made. My opponent made a huge one at the behest of a special interest. I call it the big backflow blunder. I will stand against bad legislation and work to reverse the damage done by Democrats, including high inflation, a crime wave in Colorado, and roaming gangs of illegal immigrants. A group funded by my opponent’s special interest pals spent $37,000 to spread lies about me. We are not spreading lies, and I’m not beholden to special interest. Save your Colorado way of life. Vote Republican. Vote Bodie for House District 28. go to B-O-D-D-I-E-F-O-R-Colorado.com. Paid for by Bodie for Colorado.
SPEAKER 06 :
Now back to Rush to Reason on KLZ 560. All right, we are back.
SPEAKER 11 :
Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Somebody wanted me to make sure that I was very clear that, yes, right now I believe Trump will win squeak will squeak by if it’s a win it’s close i mean i’m talking a few electoral votes one way or the other could swing this thing either side nandy and i even went through that you can go to 270 to vote and actually go through the map and take some of the swing states and make them red or blue and do exactly what i’m talking about and I’m saying that if Trump wins, my prediction right now is it’s not by a landslide of electoral votes. It’s a squeaky, you know, 272, 266 sort of a thing. In other words, he just squeaks by, Andy. That’s what I’m saying. Now, what I also said is I hope I’m wrong. Right, you hope it’ll be a landslide. I hope it’s a landslide. It’s 300-plus electoral votes in Trump’s favor. But my prediction is it’s going to squeak by for Trump, and I hope I’m wrong. I hope it is a landslide. That’s what I meant to say when I hope I’m wrong. I’m not saying that I hope I’m wrong and she wins. No, I hope I’m wrong and it’s a landslide, but I think he squeaks by. That’s what I’m trying to say. Right. Does that make sense? Yeah. I think you knew what I meant, but that’s because we talk all the time, even through the breaks and so on. Right. I just want to make sure openly on air that I’m clear on that. I predict a Trump win, narrowly win on the electoral college, not that she wins. And again, what I’m saying is I hope I’m wrong and that it’s a landslide for Trump. I just don’t see that, though. I don’t see the landslide.
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, I mean, and we’ll talk about this next hour. I think Trump, he has to win, I think, five out of the seven swing states.
SPEAKER 10 :
Correct.
SPEAKER 04 :
Which means he’s got to take one of the three blue walls. He’s got to take either Wisconsin, Michigan, or Pennsylvania. I think he’s got to take one of those.
SPEAKER 11 :
To explain this, if you go to 270win.com, and currently the brown states, the undecided states, are going from west coast to east coast, Nevada, Arizona. Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania. Those are the swing states that we’re talking about right now. So we’ve got time really quick to do this. So, Andy, let’s start with Nevada. Blue or red? Red. Okay. Arizona, blue or red? Red. Okay. Let me click through this and make it do what I need it to do. Hold on. Okay, red. Wisconsin? Blue. Okay. Michigan?
SPEAKER 04 :
I’m going to say blue.
SPEAKER 11 :
Okay. Pennsylvania.
SPEAKER 04 :
There’s the key. I’ll say red.
SPEAKER 11 :
Okay. We’re going to go red. North Carolina? Red. That one I think we’ll go red. And Georgia, red.
SPEAKER 04 :
Red.
SPEAKER 11 :
Okay. If we do that, here’s the outcome.
SPEAKER 1 :
287, 251.
SPEAKER 11 :
Now, let’s just do one thing. Let’s take, for example, Michigan and go red just for grins, but let’s go blue for Pennsylvania.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s still 283 to 255. Right.
SPEAKER 11 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 04 :
If he wins one of those three, he wins.
SPEAKER 11 :
If he carries the others. My point with this is, and you guys should do the same thing. I encourage you, before you have these conversations with anyone, go to this website, use the tool that I’m using, and play with some states to see how this works out.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, and by the way, when we take a look at Nevada, go ahead and click that blue real quick. Nevada, I don’t think, is a swing state in the way of being crucial to electing. I think it’s a swing state that could go either way, but I think it’s crucial as an indicator for the other swing states.
SPEAKER 11 :
If it goes blue, it’s 261-277 Trump. Yeah, he still wins if he wins the other ones. But again, folks, that’s narrow. 277-261, that’s not a landslide, folks.
SPEAKER 04 :
Now, if Trump were to pull a huge upset and win in either Virginia or New Hampshire, and both of them, by the way, are within the margin of error.
SPEAKER 11 :
So let’s put Virginia red. Now it’s 290. It’s almost to the 300 mark. Right. Now it is more of a landslide if it gets to that point.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah. And here’s the thing. If he wins Virginia, he is probably going to win one of either Wisconsin and Michigan then.
SPEAKER 11 :
Or Pennsylvania.
SPEAKER 04 :
Or Pennsylvania.
SPEAKER 11 :
Again, you do that and even give, let’s give Michigan, let’s go blue there. You’re still 294, 244.
SPEAKER 04 :
Okay, do this really quick here. Do Wisconsin, Michigan.
SPEAKER 11 :
Okay, blue or red?
SPEAKER 04 :
Blue. And Pennsylvania, all blue. Okay. Virginia, red. Which, by the way, the chances of that are almost nil.
SPEAKER 11 :
And I left Nevada blue. It’s still 275 to 263, Donald Trump. He still wins. But it’s narrow, like I’m saying.
SPEAKER 04 :
Right. I don’t think he’s going to win Virginia. I don’t. But he has a chance there. He actually has a chance there. He has a chance. I think his chances in New Hampshire are possibly better than Virginia.
SPEAKER 11 :
Now, if he loses all of the states we just mentioned, including Nevada, he loses 276 to 262.
SPEAKER 04 :
Right. Well, if he loses Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. It’s done. It’s done.
SPEAKER 10 :
He loses. That’s right. He loses.
SPEAKER 04 :
Not by a lot, but he loses. And by the way, I think he’s going to lose Virginia. That’s why it comes down to he has to win one of the big three northern states.
SPEAKER 11 :
We’ll keep talking about this, folks. American National Insurance is up next. What you can’t lose, by the way, is on your insurance. Make sure you’re dialed in when it comes to your insurance needs. Give Paul a call today, 303-662-0789.

SPEAKER 1 :
