We have a guest in studio, his name is Zach Lewis. Hi, Zach. It’s great to be here. How are you? Yeah. So Zach is going to talk to us today about a new app and algorithm that he developed to help people who may be on the fence as far as who they’re going to vote for. Personally, I believe that if you’re on the fence right now about any of this stuff that’s been going on for the last nine years or so, then you’re not paying attention. Well, you may be paying attention, but you’re probably paying attention to CNN or MSNBC or one of those bias networks. I don’t know. Maybe you’ve been brainwashed to believe that all the propaganda is real, that they’ve been spewing on a loop for 24/7, 365. Maybe you’re paying attention to entertainment tonight. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Like you were talking about earlier, off-air, all these biases that we have. Yeah. Max platform is called Choose Between and their mission is to give people the opportunity to match with a candidate in our upcoming presidential election. In the process, provide direction to wavering undecided and independent voters and ultimately encourage people to get out and vote. And that’s the most important thing. He says that Choose Between is not biased in his outcomes and as the resulting match is based on input provided by each user. That grew up in Parker before enlisting in the Marine Corps after getting out of the Marines and I heard about you. I heard you were very, very good at all this techy stuff. So that’s impressive to me in and of itself because I’m so not that way. He went to the University of Colorado and he started a few businesses. He lives in Denver now with his wife, has one son in high school and another son attending college out of state and he’s also following in dad’s footsteps, I guess. That’s right. Because it is. He is very much. That’s awesome. I love it. He loves this country, loves our freedoms and he’s passionate about people voting their conscious in the selection. So welcome, Zach, to the tin. Here, usually I do this show remotely. So you’re here and you dragged me into the studio today. So awesome. Haven’t seen Luke in a while. So hi, Luke. Hello. Very nice to see you. Oh, it’s nice to see you. Nice to see you as well. If you guys want to talk about anything that we’re discussing today or if you want to ask Zach a question about this app and this algorithm, you can call the studio at 303-477-5600 and Zach said he would be happy to take your questions. So I have one question about what you think defines voting your conscience. Is it conscience? Conscious. Conscious. This country is so divided right now, as you know. And I’m not even sure what that looks like anymore. So explain why you created this app and kind of what your ultimate outcome is going to be. It’s interesting because in July I was sitting and watching the Republican National Convention and listening to all the different speakers and waiting for JD Vance to be announced as our Vice Presidential candidate on the Republican side. And the rhetoric and news that started to come out about some of his past quotes that he made, some of you have may have heard about. The anti-trop stuff. Well, the childless cat lady quotes and whatnot. And so I started to watch on the sidelines, people’s reaction to that. And also JD Vance as well and wanting to either steam forward with those comments or to dial them back. And I started to think about in this country how people, if they’re undecided, if they’re wavering, if they’re in one of the seven states that are, I think it’s seven right now that are independent, that represents millions of voters that they need a platform on how to match a candidate. So maybe in a more of a tongue in cheek wave saying, do they want to candidate or do they want to candidate out in this election? And for my business for the last seven years or so, we have been guiding people to compatible relationships. I partner with a co-inventor of cognitive behavioral therapy to help develop that. And thought about what has led me up to this point in time and saying, wait a second, we have a solution where we can use our platform completely reimagined to match people with candidates and have candidate compatibility. And that’s what we’ve done. So today we launched ChooseBetween.us, we call it ChooseBetween us, giving people first and foremost a platform in Colorado, the opportunity to go on and see how they match with each candidate. It’s a fun, gamified platform that is both serious and lighthearted at the same time to try to drive people to that compatibility. We’ll be rolling out later this week to the rest of the nation as well. Awesome. Awesome. So in doing this, give me a little example as far as the question, the fields that you have to fill out or the questions that you’re asked in this app, in steering you towards one candidate or the other. The hard-cutting questions. I mean, let’s talk about that right away because when you get onto a platform that is polling in nature that you want to ask hard-hitting questions of, what do you stand on faith? What do you stand on immigration? What do you stand on the border wall? Criminal justice. So we’re asking those type of questions that you’re giving us. Quick thumbs up, thumbs down, in terms of those responses if you’re for or against. We’re injecting some, maybe, questions out of left field. Are you for Beyonce? Are you for Kanye? Are you for Elon? Are you for Oprah? Are you for Mark Hamill? Luke Skywalker? Or are you for Hoke Hogan? How do these play into the election, into the candidates? Will they do? Yeah, sure. They do. And so that actually plays into our algorithm. Are you, do you love patriotic cats flying over Washington DC or chocolate labs or birds or none of the above? So is it like a multiple choice kind of thing or– Exactly right. Okay. You know, my point in saying that we’re going from very heart polling issues to lighthearted issues, which actually all pertain to the psychology of how you’re matching with the candidate. And it kind of, it probably keeps people engaged a little more too. That’s right. Is that all they’re going to ask me is, you know, what are my thoughts on the economy? That’s right. You know, it’s like the algorithm is getting to know you personally sort of. Exactly. And so, as this evolves, so, you know, I think the first comment that I get from a lot of people when asking about this platform or learning about what, you know, I’ve been developing is, why didn’t you develop this six months ago or, you know, some time ago, it’s, sometimes when you have those aha moments in life, it comes when it comes. And so, you know, this hit me over the summer just following the RNC. And we’ve had a team of a small platoon of people. No pun intended with my wrinkle background. But you know, 17 people behind the scenes, you know, trying to work night and day to bring this to life and make an impact on this election. Yeah. This really would have been useful in 2020. Sure. Sure. So this is the proving ground for this for elections down the road. Because you think about not just the election in, you know, that’s happening right now with the presidents, or the, you know, the, the presidential election, excuse me, but down ballot elections that are happening across the United States where people are just curious about how they match up with candidate one or the other. We want to be able to provide that type of direction. Sure. And I think that’s, and you know, I, when I look at, at politics in general, and I look at the, at the two sides, and if you want to, you know, say there are two sides, sure, you know, everybody talks about, like, there’s two sides. Right. Right. And that’s the, the joy and uncomplication of the moment that we’re in, the uncomplication in that, you have two clear parties, two clear candidates that people have to choose from. There’s not somebody that’s down the middle. So, I mean, this world that we’re in right now, we have a chainy endorsing Harris, and we have a Kennedy endorsing Trump. Yeah. It’s, it’s like, yeah, we’re, right? It is. It’s not confusing enough to say, you know, what alter reality are we living in, you know, in Tulsi Gabbard and Elon Musk and just all the people that are coming out and, that’s right. Yeah. And the bushes are probably going to endorse Kamala. So it’s, it’s kind of, they’re, they’re being coerced into doing that right now. It’s, it’s just, you, you, you could not write this up just a few years ago of what this script would look like. Yeah. Okay. And that’s all the more reason why we felt that we needed this platform because if, you know, you fell asleep a couple of years ago and then you woke up today and you say, what is this reality that we’re, that we’re living in? And I don’t know how to vote. I understand the listeners of this station or, or conservative in nature. That’s wonderful. I’m looking at the studio right now. Mountains, you know, the first image right in front of me is this massive, beautiful American flag. I love it. And I love America and everything it stands for. And I mentioned that to you in a note that I sent to you in this election though, I think that if you’re sitting on the couch and you’re complaining, you’re hollering at the TV and say, you know, this candidate is right or wrong. You’re lying. You’re lying. Yep. Just make a decision. Get behind somebody. And figure out based on your own research and with the help of choose between that’s it. You can actually, you know, pinpoint because when you say there’s two sides and yes, there are clearly two parties to, but there are more parties. And so the general consensus with me included in that is that if anybody says they’re going to vote green or they’re going to vote, you’re just, you’re voting libertarian or green or whatever you’re going to vote, that’s not going to help. No, it’s not. But, you know, but so many people say, I’m voting my conscious. Right. I’m doing what I think is right. And maybe they are, but they’re not, they’re not moving the needle. I think that, you know, if that is going to help you sleep better at night, that’s great. Choose between us is about who the popular candidates are that we know. One of the two are going to get in office without question. So that’s my next question for you. Is that, are your answers and your algorithm only geared toward Kamala Harris or Donald Trump or? At the moment. Yes. At the moment because it’s, you know, you think about, you know, we’re not wanting a broad team that we’re trying to choose from and people that are not going to be impactful for this election. The whole point of this platform is to get people off the couch and to vote. So first of all, you’re going through the platform, you’re learning about candidate compatibility, which is in itself is kind of fun because to think about how am I compatible with it, candidate, right? It’s just, it’s fun. It’s witty. It’s, it’s, but at the end of the day, we have voter registration links so that people can get out and, and hopefully vote, you know, inside of the selection. That’s great. You know, one thing that I’ve, I’ve always known is that a lot of times people and now is probably worse than ever, people vote with their emotions. Sure. And I would like to say that the left votes out of emotion and, and a rationality kind of, and the right is more logical, critical thinking, whatever. But the other side, the left thinks that of us and they think we’re cult members and, you know, because I’m a Trump supporter, so they, they believe the same thing that I believe of them, they believe of me. So there’s, that’s kind of that everybody’s entrenched and sort of heels are dug in. Sure. And so like you said, maybe there’s people out there who aren’t that way. They’re not a solid member of either team. Yeah. And they’re just kind of trying to feel their way through the process and discover, you know, they got people coming at them saying, you know, the, the Democrats are evil and they’ve got this side saying the Republicans are evil and they’re like, la, don’t even know what to do, you know. Yeah. If you want to pick a platform that is passionate to you and that could be a number of things. It could be abortion. It could be immigration. It could be, you know, gun rights and gun control and it could be the Supreme Court. You pick a topic, right? And the left or the right is going to be passionate about their viewpoints on this wonderful role. That’s what America’s all about is about having a difference of opinion and still being able to function as a society to get together. I think that, you know, the problem that we’re having right now is that in between is that there’s a lot of noise created in the in betweenness of those two parties about, you know, people with very vocal opinions and they’re not putting their real support as far as their vote, you know, is concerned in this election. That’s what it really comes down to. Yeah, it’s also about for me an unbiasedness, if that’s a real word, being a yes, and maybe it is being more grammatically correct, being unbiased in this and in the algorithm. The algorithm is based on user input. So the data that you’re giving me, I take that in, I output a result as far as that. So it’s completely unbiased as far as that is concerned. And that’s how we, you know, determine compatibility with a candidate or not. And so you can, once you get to the end result of the match screen, if you don’t like the results, you can start it over and try again. Maybe I answered this one wrong or whatever. You could try, yes. And, you know, here’s the thing is on the bottom of the site, I mentioned in clear lettering that this is not endorsed. We’re not endorsing either candidate in this election, but we’re just trying to give you an idea of maybe who you should vote for. Right. As you already know who you’re voting for and the people who are working on this already know who they’re voting for. Sure. And this is just a favor to everybody else. That’s right. And I put on my other sheet here, is this going to be available or is it available now? Is it just the website and a download from a website or is it? Yeah. It’s a mobile-facing site. So if you go to choose between.us, then you’ll be able to access it through your computer or your Android or iOS device, no problem. Okay. Can you go search it on the App Store or Google Play? You don’t need to. You just go to the website. Just go to the website. To choose between.us and it’s right there. Okay. Awesome. Well, I’m going to, in part, a little bit of my, anybody who listens to this so you guys know how I am. I’m kind of, I run on with conspiracy theories and I’m a little obsessed with geopolitical stuff. And I’m very conservative, very America first, and I’m very biased in my worldview. So I’m not going to lie. I don’t need your app, but I’m going to see, I’m going to see, I’m just out of curiosity. I mean, I want to go in there and I want to play with it and I want to see where I would fall. Sure. Probably, like, obvious, but you never know. You never know. So I’m not very objective when it comes to stuff like this. I look at American politics as a cesspool of corruption on both sides. And this country is led by people who have no intentions whatsoever of relinquishing their power. And I believe that the 2020 election was blatantly stolen. That’s what I believe. And I think they’re planned to divide and conquer. I think they’ll stop it. Nothing to achieve. They’re gold. That’s kind of where I’m at. I’m hoping that we end up with a too big to rig sort of situation, but I don’t know. So I believe they’re going to try to steal the election in 2024. And I, and they’re just going to expect the population, even though nobody shows up at Harris rallies, no, you know, that kind of thing. I just the fact that she was inserted into this candidacy, the way that she was outside of any democratic processes should have had the left screaming because they’re always talking about, you know, Trump being a threat to democracy. Well, how did this happen? How did this woman get placed in there? So what are your thoughts? And how can choose between help those who possibly have had their heads up their back sides for the last nine years? You know, how would you coax somebody who’s like of like I’m, I’m genuinely curious. I’m going to go check it out. Yeah. To get somebody on the left who has voted Democrat their entire life, whatever, how would you lure them into using this app? So I think that for the staunch liberal or the staunch conservative that choose between is a platform that you may dismiss because you’ll come to the platform, you’ll say, I already have my bias. So it doesn’t matter what this says, I’m going to vote what’s, you know, that inner voice inside of me that’s speaking and saying, Hey, I want this, this person to be in office. And that’s, that’s perfectly, and they’re going to answer the questions based on that. That’s right. That’s absolutely right. And so for us, you know, just, you know, blatantly, we’re not trying to, it’s peel to 100% of the market. We’re trying to appeal to the people that have a question in their head. And you made a very good point about Kamala’s entrance into this race. Some people may have been thinking about this before Biden said, I want to run that, wait, hmm, should there be another candidate that should be running? Could that be Kamala? Could that be somebody else that could be running? And it was just a sheer rip the bandaid off in July because we saw the decline of the current president, right? Which for, for me, it was, it was sad to see because you, you think of your president and this is a very powerful person and you want them to have all of their facilities in every moment. Obviously. Okay. To have moments of weakness and it doesn’t matter if you’re on the left or right, I’m an American at heart. And so I’m going to get behind the president and office because that’s what I feel that I need to do. Okay. And so for him to then bow out of the race, which was by, I agree the right thing to do. But there was no convention in terms of, okay, let’s have these candidates that are going to potentially be on the Democrat side. Yeah. No, this is Kamala, right? Here she is. That’s it. On a silver platter. Not one delegate vote. This is your candidate. That’s right. You think so? So that’s why that went into the calculus of creating shoes between because it was a whole lot of second. There’s this person that has been in office for the last three years in some change. Almost four. I don’t know a lot about her because she’s been quiet, right? And she’s been injected into certain situations where she’s not going to be vocal so that Biden can take that front voice, you know, that leading voice in the office. So if I don’t know a lot about Kamala and I feel that I’m educated and, you know, I’m not, being in politics is not my career at the moment. It’s, I’m just a novice, you know, at all this, but I’m an expert in compatibility, informing relationships and thinking about, okay, if people didn’t know much about Kamala, then maybe choose between.us is a good option for you to input some of your thoughts, maybe biases, and then see how, you know, compatible you are with a candidate. So you, Karen, I’m not going to convince you that, you know, you like, because you like maybe cats more than you do, you know, a patriotic dog flying over Washington. And because you are, no, I definitely like the patriotic dog flying. Listen, I’m a, I’m a cat and a dog person. A cat’s name is Kevin and I’ve got a dog named Willie Nelson and good work. Okay, cool. Can’t get more American than that. But, you know, the fact of the matter is that, you know, these hard-hitting questions of, of where you fall on faith, where you fall on, you know, I’m, I’m looking at the top 15 issues right now that are driving political, both political campaigns and seeing how you match up with that. To start, choose between.us is short, fast. We want to get you to your match quickly. That’s by design so that you can get on the platform and say, Hey, I match with Trump or I match with Kamla, share it to your friends, you know, and sharing it, I think, is probably going to be key as well. Yes. Big time. That’s right. That’s right. That’s just one person, maybe listening to this, share it far and wide after you’ve gotten your result, you know, if it’s very, very similar to what you thought it would be, you know, share it with your friends and maybe kind of convince them. There’s a lot of people out there who, and I have a close family friend who passed away a few years ago, but he was, he always voted Democrat, always his whole entire life, but he lived and behaved very much like a conservative Republican. But while he’s living this way, he’s, he’s saying that like Ronald Reagan was the worst president ever, but he’s living in a way that shows that he has the tendencies of being Republican. So those are the kinds of people that you just, you have to scratch your head and go, why are you voting for Democrats? You know, it’s crazy. Sure. It’s interesting because, you know, aside from, you know, Liz Cheney and, you know, RFK getting behind, you know, each different candidate and how bonkers is that, is that, you know, there are Democrats, staunch liberals that say, you know, actually, Ronald Reagan was a great president. George Bush was a great president, and I’m thinking to myself, well, wait a second, you know, I’m, I’m a guy in my late 40s knocking on 50, and, and so I remember, you know, going through these different presidents and in those times, the left or the right saying, I love this person or I hate this person, right? Yeah. And so now it’s, it’s almost just wishy-washy, right? It’s, you know, the, a Democrat saying they love Republicans is like a cow. I honestly don’t know what, what episode of the Twilight Zone that I’m living in, you know? Yeah, exactly. Yeah, not trying to circle it, but, you know, background so much to choose between, but all of this craziness went into this calculus. Well, that’s what we’re here for is to talk about, choose between and, and to get people to go and, and download it. I have one question. Is this available in a Speniel? Uh, not yet. Okay. It needs to be. It does. It does. Um, and so we’re starting in English, but it absolutely needs to be in. And, uh, it shouldn’t be too hard, right? Just a translation kind of thing and, and, but then you’d have to have a whole AI kind of database of, of, no, that’s next step. That’s right. Um, that’s a very quick next step and I’m so glad that you brought, uh, that up so that I can make a note of it. It, well, and I think I was talking to you or no, I might have been talking to our mutual friend, um, but I was talking to him about if, if all, the illegal, not the criminals, not the gangsters, not the, you know, the people who mean to do America harm, but just the normal average family people who are here to make a better life for themselves. Yeah. If, if they knew sort of, um, what they were voting for in their, their democratic vote, yes, they may change their mind. Yes. If they’re here and they just, you know, if I’m, if I’m Hispanic and I’m on American soil, I have to vote Democrat. And that’s just the way it is. That’s the way I’ve been programmed without actually doing any research. They probably could, um, can you stay just, just beyond the break and, and you can give people more information about where to find you and all that. Okay, we’re going to take a quick break. We’ll be right back. [Music] [Music] Now that school’s back in, mom and dad can enjoy some alone time and that means heading to the range to fire off a few rounds. And we’re back with Zach Lewis, who is the founder, I guess the founder and CEO and creator of ChooseBetween.us, an algorithm that’s kind of basically there to help the undecided to decide. Get off the couch, get out there and vote. And give people just a little bit of information and then you’re free to go if you’d like. Give people the information on how to the website a couple of times and sort of what they can expect when they get there and how they can get it on their phones and all that good stuff. Yeah, you just go to ChooseBetween.us. It’s pretty easy. It’s accessible by web or by mobile device. And once you go to the site, you’re able to get started right away. So, my business has been building apps and building technology solutions for the last 25 plus years. And so, we have thought about the user experience inside of this app and making it frictionless. That’s a term that we use a lot so that it doesn’t take a lot of brain drain to use this. It’s like user friendly but a cooler way to say it. Absolutely. Absolutely. You get on your age, your location and then boom, it starts to go. It’s a lot of fun. That’s great. Well, I’m looking forward to using it and I hope everybody out there listening right now will go to ChooseBetween.us and get the app, download it, use it, share it, share it. Share it, share it, share it. That’s like the biggest thing right there is there’s. Because it’s exponential. When one person hears this and then they use it and get it on there, then they share it out to their whole network of friends and that’s how it gets. And share your candidate that I mentioned this earlier. Share your candidate or your candidate because if it’s your compatible with Trump or your compatible with Kamala, it is what it is. Yeah. And I think that it’s just the whole concept is very cool anyway. And I remember a long time ago, I had, you were talking about dating apps, I had a vision, this was during the Obama years. And I had the vision in my head to create something that I wanted to call “politadate” and just compatibility based on just your political beliefs and stuff because it is, I mean, I know that James Carville and his wife, it’s the exception, it’s not the rule for them to be that compatible with one another. Because I don’t think I could be married to a liberal. Not in today’s day and age, right? Where he’s funny leading up to this vice presidential debate and there were ads that I’d see on TV about how friendly candidates were to each other in the past and good job, good job. And then debates of the last several years and have not been that way. And so, yeah, I think that that is not the norm where a very liberal, very conservative can live coexist together. It would be wonderful if that could happen. Yeah. Yeah, the whole, I see co-exist bumper stickers. And you know exactly who’s driving that car. It’s pretty obvious. It always is. Unless that co-exist is spelled out with all the different gun manufacturers. Sure. You can tell a lot by that. Yes. So, yeah, it’s always been in talking about the, the, the, the, the, it’s been y’all. It’s always been my assertion that if these people were here and they knew the, the, the culture and the politics of everything, I remember, um, did, were you here when they were trying to recall pull us? Yes. Okay. So, I worked on that recall pretty heavily. And we were down at the Western conservative summit and all this stuff. And we went out to different locations and when the petition was out and we were getting people to sign the petition and we had these big, you know, cardboard things up on easels talking about the different bills that were going to be passed and all that. And I remember many, many Hispanic people coming up to our booth and reading all the stuff. And in the very thick accent, we’re like, I don’t like any of that. Sure. And then you, you have to sign this petition. Let’s get him out of here because this is what he’s about. And I really think that overall, by and large, when it comes to this election, I think the same kind of thing I do. I think that they would think twice about voting Democrat if they knew what they were voting for. Well, I think that if, if you’re newer to this country and that you are able to vote in this election, uh, where are you getting your media? What’s being fed to you? How should you think and people are typically going to, to vote in terms of that media bias, right? Is that your own bias? Are these your real thoughts? Yeah. Or is it coming from Bravo or whatever the other Spanish-speaking TV thing? There’s several channels. Sure. Sure. If it’s, you know, univision or whatever that is saying, you know, this is who they’re putting their way behind as far as a candidate. Is it really unbiased or not? You know, people need to be educated in this election. And so much right now is that, you know, megastars are getting behind both candidates. You have Taylor Swift getting behind Kamala. That was predicted and expected. But that’s a, her boyfriend, Pfizer boy. I’m sure also getting behind Kamala. It’s to be determined, right? He hasn’t said anything, at least to the best of my knowledge, hasn’t said anything yet. And, you know, I’m a diehard Broncos fan, so go Broncos. And then on the other side, you have the most, one of the most influential business men, people of our time with Elon Musk saying, I’m getting behind Donald Trump. He’s jumping up on stage the other day showing him America is his amazing belt buckle that he’s wearing, you know? And he’s saying, “Eha, I love Trump.” And so that alone, those people, without knowing anything about candidates, those endorsements are going to cause a ripple effect for people to vote. I think that one of the statistics that I heard after Taylor Swift endorsed Kamala, close to 400,000 people, you know, that night, based on her post, went to vote.org to sign up to register. Massive. Yeah. Massive influence. But gone either way, you know, if Taylor Swift is endorsing this person, then good grief, what it, you know, it could have gone either way. I’m going to assume that most of them were, oh, she’s endorsing Kamala, then I have to vote for Kamala, obviously. Right. Right. So, you know, if you’re not into politics and you love cats and you’re hearing sound bites, then, you know, is your vote, are you going to cast your vote so that it actually matters to you? Does it matter to, you know, the society that you’re living in, the political system that, that you, you can’t close your eyes or your, your ears off to because, you know, no matter what, we have politics, we have healthcare, we have gun control, gun rights, we have all these really important issues. You know, abortion is such a hot button. Right. Absolutely. It’s probably one of the, the, the biggest topics, and there’s a lot of other topics to think about in terms of what your president is, is going to accomplish for you, the people inside of this election, right? So, you know, get off the couch and vote. Yeah. And make it mean something. I’ve heard so many people, so many podcasters, maybe six months ago saying, you know, and usually the really strong Christian podcasters were like, I’m not voting. It’s pointless, you know, just because everybody was so disgruntled from 2020. Sure. And I don’t see anything being fixed. So why am I to believe? Why should I believe that anything is going to be different this time? Sure. And that’s valid. That’s, that’s fair to, to think that because, you know, it is what it is. And when I was talking about all the, the Hispanics that are here, there’s information that I have with the voter rolls and how bloated they are in all the people that need to be taken off of the voter rolls. And it’s astounding in Arizona alone, 1.3 million people, should not be on the voter rolls. And that’s horrifying to me. Because I think that it’s not so much when it comes to an election, it isn’t so much getting the votes as it is getting ballots. And they can get those ballots from, you know, they do, they go to the cemeteries, they write the names down, the phone books, they write them down, compare them, whatever, they spit out the stuff. And it’s like, here’s a whole stack of names that we can use to, but here’s the thing, Karen, is that you said earlier that you thought that this election was stolen, right? 2020. So, the, what a lot of people don’t understand in the political process, and this is not you, this is some other people that don’t know anything about politics and have just been combatose to everything is going on in our country, is that you have the electoral vote in the popular vote, right? And so, which one matters in the selection? The electoral. So, you know, when you look at the last election and you look at the numbers, you know, and say, it doesn’t matter how many votes you get, it’s a matter of which, it matters which way your state leans, okay? So, I’m thinking about the seven states that are undecided. Is it the same swing states that were in so much controversy after 2020, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Wisconsin? Yes, and Arizona is part of that, right? Part of that mix. And even though Colorado is blue, it’s on the fringe of blue red, right? Not, it’s when you look at the political map and you see Nebraska and there’s just clear it’s blue, but with red lines, what does that actually mean? Yeah, I don’t think so. But the majority of the middle parts of the United States are pro Trump. And then the outer fringe of the United States, you know, the most populous areas are pro Biden, right? So, you know, thinking about a valid vote is so important. I love your idea about bringing Spanish to choose between us and we’re going to get on that within days. So, okay, well, I’m glad I can help. Yes, yes. You’re helping drive the development. Yeah, exactly. So, yeah, just it’s frightening to me. And like I said at the beginning of the show, it’s a, if we can’t make this election too big to rig, I don’t know. And it’s my bias that’s going to come out again in talking about this. But I have a lot of stuff after you, even after you leave, I’m going to be talking about her came, Helene and the FEMA response and all that stuff. I don’t other than the single issue voter, which is primarily in my point of view. And from what I’ve seen, I spawn TikTok on X on Instagram, all that stuff is abortion. The lie that they’ve been told and that they believe is that Trump’s going to sign a federal abortion ban. Trump has come out against that, right? So he’s talked on numerous occasions about his viewpoint on that. But I think that there is a bias behind it. It doesn’t matter how many times I tell you something, it’s what you believe in your heart to be true, regardless of what you keep telling me. Well, and that’s the whole thing. It’s like even if Trump comes out and says, you know, there’s a, he’s very pro-life. We know that. But because he’s pro-life, that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s going to sign a piece of legislation that bans abortion on a federal level and makes you a criminal for getting an abortion or performing an abortion. He can feel one way and legislate another way or, you know, that couldn’t, but people don’t believe that. That’s the whole thing. And those are the people that aren’t really educated in how politics and how government works. Yeah. And the separation of powers and all that, they don’t get it. And they just think, oh, Trump is evil. He wants to make it to where it’s healthcare. He wants to take away our healthcare and make it to where you can’t have an abortion anywhere in the United States or you’re going to go and go to jail. Having you notice that it’s interesting in this election how it’s not so much that we’re talking about pro-life and pro-choice. We’re talking about term of abortion because there’s, it’s too much of a political land mind to say that I’m pro-life. Well, if you are pro-life, that means that you’re not pro-choice. So in reality, both candidates are somewhere in the middle and now they’re talking about, you know, what is the duration of time that it should take to, you know, for an abortion to occur? And that’s what they’re really debating on. And the instances of incest and rape and all that stuff, which is also, you know, it’s very, very important. Sure. But you don’t hear about that in Colorado so much, right? No. But you may hear about that more in other states. Yeah. Where that kind of evil happens. It is. Yeah. And so if you’re in Colorado, you’re just, you’re really blind to, you know, the thought about incest and rape, but not other parts of the country. No. And I do believe, you know, I’m always talking about like child sex trafficking and this botanic ritual abuse and all the stuff that we know happens. Yeah. And, you know, it’s a trafficking as a multi-billion dollar a year industry. Yeah. It’s just the way it is. And so the thing, you know, in the pregnancies that happen there and it just, it’s disgusting. But one of the things that bothers me is, and it’s probably my main focus on why I consider myself to be pro-life. And that is when somebody uses abortion as a form of birth control. Sure. That’s unacceptable. Unacceptable. And but there are people out there. There’s women out there that say it doesn’t matter. It’s my choice. Right. I can go have unprotected sex every single day of my life. And however many, you know, pregnancies come as a result of that. I’ll just abort them and everything’s good. There are people that think that way. Yes. Yes. So anyway, it didn’t mean to go off on a tangent. But no, I appreciate that. You know, I told you how there’s one screen inside of a choose between that US where you are choosing between icons. And you know, one is Beyonce. One is Kanye. We didn’t put Diddy inside of it. Oh, thank you. Thank you for that. Oh. That’s a whole different subject. Yeah. Yeah. A big subject. Yeah. He’s the Epstein of Hollywood from what I understand. So yeah, we I’ve talked about Diddy a lot in past shows. And yeah, that’s, yeah. And I’ll just say this. Did you see the video where Kamala lost her teleprompter? Yes, I did. Oh, my goodness. 32 days. 32 days. I did. I did see that. Oh, it was painful. It’s painful to watch. She couldn’t even add lib a little bit. All she could come up with. We have work to do in her fake accent. That’s right. She has an. Yes. Mambi. So anyway, Zach, I will let you escape. If you’d like to escape, I enjoy this. Choose between.us. Go there. Use it. Yes. Share it with your friends. American and you are interested in this election. You’re interested in voting. You should go to choose between.us to see who you match with. Yeah. And, you know, and again, you know, you may have a bias right now sitting here listening to this. If you listen to me in particular, you probably really have a big bias. But if you listen to this show, you probably are there. But if if you have friends or family or anybody else that you think, wow, this could be really helpful for them, you know, I keep trying, I keep beating this dead horse trying to talk my brother into, you know, looking at Trump or whatever. And he’s like, no, resisting and on leaning towards Kamala, whatever, whatever the case may be. Share it and see what happens. And hopefully they will take that information that they get from this app, honestly, internalize it and vote accordingly. You know what, you take this information and think about it from a perspective of, okay, this is a piece of information that is hopefully going to be part of my education and my journey to find out more about this candidate. I just matched with Trump in a big way or I just matched with Kamala in a big way. Why? Oh, okay. Let’s hope that spawns some curiosity for you to actually start to go look up some of the subjects. Yes. Read it. Research it. Yeah. Exactly. That’s the goal. Yeah. I’m happy that our listening audience has the information for your app. I hope everybody goes and gets it and downloads it and matches with. Yes. With Trump. God bless you guys. Okay. That was just me. Sorry. That’s my bias coming through again. So you can hang out and Liz, I’m going to be and you can chime in even if you want if you don’t care to get up. So earlier I was talking to Zach about the, this is actually numbers of illegal aliens that are allowed to vote in American elections by state. So there are many styles that have all the states here listed and the numbers associated with the amount of illegals that are going to vote or can vote. So the ones that I have in here as big fat zeros are Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. Those are the only zeros. So those are the only ones that have illegals that are going to be allowed to vote. But some of the numbers in here will blow your mind. And I just talked about Arizona 1.3 million illegals will be allowed to vote in this election. Pennsylvania 1.5 million and what’s the other big one believe it or not Missouri 1.7 million. That’s a lot. And in some of these swing states, those numbers just dwarf the what do you call it the margin of of air. A bear. Yeah. And so when you think about Arizona and you think about Pennsylvania and both of those states are swing states that if you are advertising specifically in your part of the 400 million or in growing war chest, you know that that the left has and in Trump has his own war chest. And so people very, very smart people are behind the marketing efforts on both sides. And they understand, you know, that immigrants to the country be illegal or illegal have an opportunity to vote. And they’re speaking directly to those people. Well, legal, I’m fine voting. Sure. It’s the illegals that I’m not fine voting. And what’s funny is the the legals are not fine with the illegal voting. Yes. So that’s hence this whole, you know, reaching out to the Hispanic community and getting them on board with, you know, here’s who you should be voting for, you know, whatever based on your your algorithm. Because it’s it’s got to be infuriating if they worked so hard that the lady who does my hair was she is from Poland and she worked her rear end off to get here. Did all the right things, checked all the right boxes, paid the money, learned what she needed to learn. And it took like five years of diligent work for her to be able to come here with her family. That’s not the case anymore. Now is it they just stroll on over? So yeah, crazy. So I want to touch briefly and you can this is completely off the voting topic. Sure. Although it can be generally related to that. I want to talk about this whole FEMA thing, this disaster that is Hurricane Helene. So the numbers are in of what we’ve given to all these different countries in terms of of real, you know, war effort, whatever it is. And these are just I’m kind of going on the low ball side here and just giving you the first two or three numbers. So 24 billion dollars we’ve given to Ukraine. Is that billion nine zeroes? Is that a billion? Okay. So 24 billion to Ukraine 11 billion to Israel 1.9 billion to Ethiopia and then they go down from their Jordan, Egypt, Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen, Congo, Syria. But then the big one is $9,000 per illegal in this country that they were given in terms of food cards and you know, that kind of stuff. So here we have in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee, this ravaged area from this cat four or five storm or whatever that ironically traveled 800 miles across land to get there. It’s mind blowing. You can’t even fathom. Which it leads me to another weather modification sort of question because I’m all about, if you listen, you know all this stuff. But Kamala and I don’t think I have enough time, I don’t have enough time to play this audio but you know that Kamala offered $750. So I did a little bit of math. Okay. And I don’t think I wrote my math. Did I write my math down? I think I did. Hang on. Okay. So adding all the numbers up of the funds that were giving to other countries came to about $134.7 billion. If we were in the population of Eastern Tennessee, Western North Carolina, if they were combined and then you divided up all that money between them, if we hadn’t given all that money to different countries for their wars, proxy wars, whatever, those people would have gotten $36,000. That’s a good start. That’s something. What are they going to do with $750? If they don’t have a house or a cabinet to put food in or I mean what good does that do? And you have to apply for it. How do you apply for it? If you’re stuck on a mountain with a washed out road below you. If you have no internet, you have no cell towers, you have nothing. I mean, it’s astonishing that there’s pack mules that are coming into your trade. Yes. Yes. That number one, I love the fact that they can actually get in there and people are saying, hey, we have to provide a resource to people in need because you could not imagine that a hurricane would go that far inland, right? In, unfortunately. Yeah, I’ll upload inland, over mountain here and there. And there’s another massive storm that’s building right now, which is very scary. Some people are saying that that could be a cat six. Yeah. Oh, I think that, as I was in the parking lot waiting to come in here as cat five and they’re talking about that could go down or could go up. Listen, there’s no border wall that is going to prevent a hurricane from coming because the force of nature is exactly that, right? And as far as funding is concerned, you’re talking about storms and I’m thinking about the bigger picture with all this and the recent port strikes and thinking about how long is that going to last and people rushing to their Costco or Sam’s Club or whatever to get toilet paper. Hold on a second. That’s largely available inside the United States. You don’t need to go to a hard toilet paper. I would have turned it away. Exactly. We’ve done that that happened. But that may be it, huh? That’s our key. So we can end it on the toilet paper. Good note. Good note to end on. That’s going to do it for us today.
