It’s an intransitive verb. It could be to discourse at length in a pompous or boastful manner. or to orate pompously, used especially of politicians and news commentators. And Ben Williams, can you think of anybody that bloviates on a regular basis?

Oh, my goodness. Well, we’re not going to name names, though, right?

We name names, not the personalities. Although the personalities do get into it as well, but bloviate is…

You know, I think Rush Limbaugh, I mean, I loved Rush, but he was great at bloviating. Always right 99.3% of the time or whatever it was.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yes, sir. Yes, sir.

You know, what I liked about Rush Limbaugh, now, if you were on the other side of the aisle, you could just, and you took him seriously all the time, you could see how he could just push their buttons. Oh, yeah. But the thing about him, I never really ever heard him with a caller that would come in, even if he disagreed with him. I never really heard him talk down to them.
SPEAKER 19 :
He was very respectful to his callers, yeah, no matter what.
SPEAKER 11 :
And I thought that was really great. I don’t see that. I’ve seen other talk show hosts that have not done that. And I don’t like to listen to them. Sean Hannity. Could be. There were some here on the local level as well. And I guess it’s just a style. It’s not a style that I don’t like, King.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah. So I’m going to say it. I’m going to admit it right now. I’m going to say Trump. Yeah, he does bloviate. And I honestly, I love that about him. I 100 percent love that about him.
SPEAKER 11 :
But he does. Yes. Yes. And he’s another one that if you take him too seriously, which the left does, then you can see he knows how to push their buttons by bloviating, right?
SPEAKER 08 :
Yes, absolutely. And their buttons need to be pushed.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah, I don’t know if I ever told you guys this story. As you all know, in a former life, I was in the ladies’ clothing business, which meant that I was in New York four times a year. And we were there for the spring season, which meant we were there right after the first of the year. It was cold, and we were going to go down to the fashion district. And this was funny, I should tell you. So all these different reps from all over the country, Gosh, they were delightful women, but very, very stylish. And we were waiting for the bus. And of course, it was January in New York. So everybody had brought their fur coats. So here’s everybody standing out there waiting for the bus in their fur coats. And I thought, you know what, I’m going to take a little walk around the block because we still have a little bit of time. So I’m walking right around in front of Trump Tower, and I almost ran right into Donald Trump. So the other funny thing about this, though, is here’s all these women that have come from all over the country. And we’re waiting for the bus to take us down to the fashion district. Very well-heeled, purses, coats, all that stuff. And the yellow school bus arrives to take us down there. It just cracked me up. It was so funny to see all of these women get on this yellow school bus. You know, it just got my funny bone. And those are horrible seats in those school buses. Oh my gosh, it was terrible. But it was pretty funny. Okay, but yes, Donald Trump does bloviate as well. Our quote of the day, as you know, on Fridays, I go to the Medal of Honor quote book from the Center for American Values and highly recommend that you have that at home on your Freedom Library or in your Freedom Library. Don’t you love the way that they say that? Numerically, oh, Gunnery Sergeant, okay, thank you, Joe. And numerically superior, that could mean that there was a lot of them, right? in the surrounding jungle. During the ensuing fierce engagement, an enemy soldier managed to maneuver through the dense foliage to a position near the Marines and hurled a hand grenade into their midst, which glanced off the chest of Gunnery Sergeant Kellogg. Quick to act, he forced the grenade into the mud in which he was standing, drew himself over the lethal weapon, and absorbed the full effects of the detonation with his body, thereby preventing serious injury or possible death to several of his fellow Marines. Although suffering multiple injuries to his chest and his right shoulder and arm, Gunnery Sergeant Kellogg resolutely continued to direct the efforts of his men until all were able to maneuver to the relative safety of the company perimeter. By his heroic and decisive action in risking his life to save the lives of his comrades, Gunnery Sergeant Kellogg reflected the highest credit upon himself and upheld the finest traditions of the Marine Corps and the U.S. Naval Service. Ben, that’s pretty amazing, isn’t it?

It is. It’s really something how in a moment, you know, you don’t have time to think about that, but in just a moment, somebody reacts and it’s what’s in them that comes out.
SPEAKER 11 :
It is amazing. And Kane, your thoughts?
SPEAKER 08 :
First of all, how did he survive that? I know. I don’t understand that. Unless he had a flat jacket on or something like that. But one thing I want to say about you reading these amazing recounts of these heroes. It’s just a reminder to me and to all of us that listen to your show. These people devote and sacrifice everything for our freedoms. And what I get from it is that we should do the same. We’re in a battle today. And it encourages me. And hopefully to encourage others, we should be doing, metaphorically, we should be doing the same thing. We should sacrifice every day for this great nation, for our kids, for our fellow men. We should be sacrificing. And these men and women, I’m sure, were willing to sacrifice everything to save their fellow men.
SPEAKER 11 :
And that’s what the Medal of Honor is about, and that is that they put their life on the line to protect others. His quote is this. He said, again, this is Alan J. Kellogg, Jr., When it comes to war, I’d rather fight on the enemy’s court than the home court. Right now, the battle of ideas is on the home court, but we’ve got somebody on the line that I am so pleased to have. This is late-breaking. Candace Stutzreim. Did I get that right? I always look at your name, but I never pronounce it, Candace. The second vowel is long. Stutz Rehm is how we say it. Okay, Candace Stutz Rehm. She is a Canvas board member in El Paso County. And this is late breaking, Candace. So set this up for what’s going on in El Paso County.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, leading up to the November 4th election last week, A friend of mine, campaign manager Jason Lupo, started to detect a peculiar pattern on a spreadsheet of statistics that were explaining the vote totals of the race. And the spreadsheet he was using… was found on an election night reporting website that’s produced by the Secretary of State, even though it’s posted on each individual county. So he starts noticing numbers that are kind of out of the ballpark for his candidate. And he ended up mentioning it to me just kind of tangentially in a conversation. But as the election passed, We saw the results, and I’m coming up on this risk-limiting audit and the certification ceremony, so I needed to know more about what he thinks he saw. So he pointed me to this spreadsheet, and it just took a minute of him explaining, if you added the correct columns together, that you ended up in his race with a disparity of 7,000 missing ballots. i spent the evening crunching numbers on the entire spreadsheet and i only did the binary races because it was too complicated to do the multiple choice school board races but just with the 24 races that i calculated i found over 23 000 missing votes they were actually vote they were they were called ballots cast but there were no votes reflected So it’s as if the ballots, they were just completely unaccounted for. So we did have our risk-limiting audit on Tuesday, and we were supposed to go in and certify the race right then. But my fellow canvas board partner on the Democrat side and myself agreed that we could not sign under those circumstances because without having these questions answered. And to his credit, Clerk Schleicher said that he wouldn’t sign it either. So that effectively, I told him specifically what I wanted in the form of a report, and that we would, once I, you know, receive the information, then we would consider signing, consider going through this certification. But meanwhile, the Secretary of State sweeps in and And this is significant to me that in the name of transparency, snarkily, they take down the questionable spreadsheet. It’s no longer available to the public, not just in El Paso County, but throughout the entire state. And they take down the El Paso website altogether. So that’s their solution is to take down and hide the questionable evidence. And at the same time, they have scheduled the signing ceremony for this morning. I feel it’s somewhat under duress, but I’ll leave that open to find out what happens this morning to see how much evidence they’re able to produce to explain the missing ballots. But it’s a pretty significant thing when both the Democrat and the Republican align with in their opposition to what they have been, what we’ve learned.
SPEAKER 11 :
So, Candace, on this canvas board, and when you sign to certify the election, you’re saying, okay, everything is fine. And on this canvas board, there’s you, a Democrat, and a county clerk, correct?
SPEAKER 09 :
That’s right. It’s an odd-numbered panel. Some counties are five, others are three counties. And it’s pretty much, it takes two of the three votes in order to make an impactful vote that would have to be reportable to the secretary. In other words, I have not certified the last four elections. And my vote is not, it’s not really a showstopper, but it does communicate that I have reasons for not certifying, and then I produce what’s called a minority report after that where I explain, I give my justification. But the way the statutes are written is a very narrow parameter that you’re asked to agree to or not agree to, and that’s that various sets of numbers, specifically ballots counted cannot exceed ballots cast, and the number of votes in any given precinct can’t exceed the number of registered voters there. And then the last section is the complete abstract of the election where all the race totals are displayed and you need to concur that everything is correct. Now, that is the statute. It limits the canvas board duties to those, to verifying those sets of numbers. And I have always maintained that that is insufficient to certify any election because there’s so much more going on in an election, and especially a mail-in election, especially a black box computer-driven election with computerized signature verification. Those three numbers, those three parameters alone are insufficient to paint the picture of the full election. integrity of the of the election so i i um acknowledge that those numbers are correct but i but i still will not certify based on other grounds. And then I spell it out later on in the report. And I have good reasons every time not to do it.
SPEAKER 11 :
Okay, so Candace, I have a really good reason. Yes, go ahead. So today, nine o’clock, and there’s real pressure, this Colorado Secretary of State’s going to show up at this signing ceremony. And so there’s a representative. Sure. And I after you and I talked yesterday, I did send an email and then did talk with and send a text to your county clerk, Steve Schleicher, and asked him to delay certification. He has one of those votes until the this can be remedied. And so I don’t know what’s going to happen today. But this is pretty darn huge that this has been uncovered down in El Paso County. And we’re going to stay on it. Peter Berneger, who you know, and I know, did tweet out on that yesterday as well. He’s with the Wisconsin Center for Election Justice. And one of the lawsuits that All of our listeners came together to fund regarding our elections was through Peter’s group, the Wisconsin Center for Election Justice. Candace, your final thought on all this, and thank you for your diligence on these elections, because if we do not have free, fair, honest, and transparent elections, we don’t have a state and we don’t have a country.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, you’re exactly right, and I’m going into the ceremony with an open mind that if they can proved to me where those missing ballots are statistically. You understand we’re dealing with just numbers on a spreadsheet that don’t add up by a very huge margin. Peter’s total was over 52,000 missing ballots. Mine was just 27, 23.
SPEAKER 1 :
27,000?
SPEAKER 09 :
Yes. When he has the advantage of his AI technology, you know, tools, he’s able to get the even greater picture of it. But you see, one of the numbers that I’m supposed to certify is ballots counted. And we can’t even prove what the real number is on the ballots counted.
SPEAKER 11 :
So if you can’t trust the numbers, you can’t certify the election. Absolutely. And the other thing, Candace, is there was a law passed. I think it’s been since I’ve been on the cut board because I remember reading this is if the canvas board, this is legislation that was passed, does not certify the secretary of state can just come in and certify. Right. That’s true.
SPEAKER 09 :
But nevertheless, if we actually get two dissenting votes, me and the Democrat, we will submit a report and she must reply to it. She’s going to have to explain herself. So that’s kind of all we’ll get is a strongly worded letter. But, you know, it’s all part of the battle, right? It’s just… One more step in the right direction.

It is huge. And you know what, Kim? You say we were made for this moment in history. That is so true. Here we are in the middle of historical stuff. And what reason do they have to take down the website, first of all?
SPEAKER 11 :
Or take down that report, yeah.
SPEAKER 19 :
That report. That’s an obvious cover-up. You know, it’s interesting. I live out east, and the little town of Byers had an election. And… You know, it doesn’t take that long to count to 400 and something. I mean, I could do that in, you know… A few minutes? A few minutes, yeah. So, and I am… These numbers are not… This is just off my memory, so this is not a quote, but the I-70 Scout reported the election results for Byers, along with the other small towns out in that area. And there were… On election night, it was like 300 and something. I’m making this up. About 380.
SPEAKER 11 :
I might be able to find your email. Can you send it over to me? Let me see if I can find it.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah, if you can pull that up. But it was in the 300, 400 range. Well, they reported that by Friday, do you have those numbers?
SPEAKER 11 :
I’m working on it here.

By Friday, approximately 80-some more ballots had been counted.
SPEAKER 11 :
Okay, here we go. I’ve got it. You said that, let’s see, the vote count through last Friday, November 7th, showed 470 or 58.24% of Byers School District electors voted to extend the district’s request for another five-year extension of the current mill levy rate. I think that’s a good question. Yeah.
SPEAKER 19 :
And I understand they’re part of Arapahoe County, so the ballots get sent to Arapahoe County, which we know they’re pros at counting votes.
SPEAKER 11 :
Right, because they change the cast vote records.
SPEAKER 19 :
Changing up cast vote records. But, yeah.
SPEAKER 11 :
It’s just a question to ponder. Just a question to ponder. Okay. Cain, what do you think about all this? Sure.
SPEAKER 08 :
Excuse me. Let me say this. I’m a truth teller. I know our elections are not fair. They are not honest and transparent. They’re not transparent and they’re not honest. And so what these marxist comms have done is they develop these processes that allow them to cheat. They put them in place. So they cheat. And so that there’s no reason why. You’re going to take another week to find 85 or whatever that number. It’s absurd. Because we used to do all this in one day. I know. You stay up until 2 o’clock in the morning and you know the results. And so we have to acknowledge that these people are doing this on purpose. Let me say this. Tina Peters, she’s a political prisoner and she’s there so that she’s silenced. That she cannot be on the street telling people what really happened to her. And so my heart goes out to her. I know folks are praying for her all the time. But I will say this. You guys have no idea what you’ve done. Because when she gets out, you’re going to have to contend with that beast. Because she’s covered by the blood of Jesus.
SPEAKER 11 :
And this is a battle of ideas that we are in right now. And it is so important that we have these discussions. So Candace, I really appreciate her diligence on this. And so stay tuned, because we’ve got those two lawsuits out there. We also helped Holly Kaysen with their appeal. We paid to get the Jefferson County voter prevalence study. All these things are going to converge, and it’s because all of you care.
SPEAKER 08 :
Can I add this real quick? Yeah. I would like to see the GOP just be honest. Just say, our elections are not fair. They’re not honest. And say it every day. And say it often. And then let’s do something about it. Do something to fix it. Because we hide behind this, oh, we don’t want to talk about that. I mean, they’re going to call us election denier. I don’t give two stinks about what they call us. Be honest. Tell the truth. Our elections are not fair and they’re not honest.
SPEAKER 11 :
So one of the lawsuits that we filed, the one with Peter, is and we had to drill down because of NIVRA, the National Voting Rights Act. So it was a very compressed list that we could look at for the 2024 election. We can prove 14,500 people voted that should not have received elections. Thanks for having me on, Kim. It’s a little bit of a bummer not being in the studio. I tend to bloviate a little bit less when the guys are there holding me accountable. But thanks for being flexible on radio as always, right?
SPEAKER 11 :
Well, absolutely. And so let’s jump into what we’re going to publish this weekend and on Sunday. Happy citizens in an unfinished republic. How to stay thankful and happy even when we win or even when we lose or win elections. I know that there were a lot of long faces after the election last week.
SPEAKER 06 :
There definitely were. And You know, obviously, with Thanksgiving coming up, it was kind of on my mind to do something like this. But as conservatives, it gets a little difficult at times, doesn’t it? Because, you know, when you even start the show, you kind of list all of these things that are going wrong in our republic. And so it’s easy to go, well, you have this massive globalization with the WEF. You have this massive bureaucracy with the federal government. So Even when we win, it seems like we’re still losing. How can we possibly be happy? There’s a way to kind of, as conservatives, get caught up in the vastness of it all and feel like we have lost so much. And so I wanted to kind of help us get a little bit happier, even though we lose. Because taking us all the way back to the founding, One of the brilliant things about our country is the vastness of the ideals that we were founded upon. They set such a huge and high standard that even from the moment we were founded, we were violating the standard that we even proclaimed. You know, we talked about liberty for all, and yet we weren’t totally able to eradicate slavery on day one. we talked about having this federal government that’s limited and constrained by the government. And yet, even from the beginning, Hamilton and Jefferson were fighting within the Washingtonian presidency about what that should even look like. And so sometimes, as conservatives, it’s easy to put on these rose-colored glasses and say that when we were founded, everything was perfect. And that actually is antithetical to how the founders set up our own Constitution. You know, there’s this article in the Constitution, Article 5, that allows us to amend the Constitution. And that’s a very important piece of constitutionally how we were founded. The founders didn’t think they were perfect. In fact, they knew they weren’t. They knew there were things that they left out of the Constitution. While they founded us in this high ideals of the Declaration of Independence, they they shot us towards liberty, they knew that there was going to be an iterative process that was necessary to get us there. They knew that they weren’t perfect. They knew it would take active and engaged citizens. And that’s actually a feature of our government, not a problem. And so even though we’re having these difficult conversations, even though things aren’t perfect, That’s actually a good thing because it means we have something to strive towards. It means we have a way to get better. And it means we have a standard to shoot towards. Because if I could really quick, when we talk about the difference between capitalism and free markets versus communism, isn’t it funny how the standards are totally different? You know, when we talk to… Well, when we talk to a communist, they like to talk to how good it is, this perfectly ideal world. But in reality, our standard for communism is so low that it’s like, did you kill millions of people? Not yet. Okay, well, you’re actually doing good for communism, right? Compared to capitalism, it’s like, well, we’re being taken over by corporatism. Yes, that’s true. But at the same time, look at the prosperity that’s abounding in America that is unparalleled throughout human history. Like even when the free market has been corrupted and taken over by these PBIs, we still have such wealth and prosperity that it overmatches the ideal that communism could ever purport. So it’s good to have these high standards because even as we fail them, It shows that we have something more to achieve.
SPEAKER 11 :
So, Alan, a couple of things. First of all, I was talking with someone yesterday. We were talking about this whole Jason Crow, Congressman Jason Crow, who he and several other either, I don’t know, senators or congressmen. came out and basically said to disobey, they’re talking to the military, to disobey Trump. And Martha McCallum on Fox News really pushed on it and said, so what is it exactly that Trump is doing that you say that people should disobey? And he couldn’t give an exact answer on that. you know, on that. But they’re pushing us, they’re trying to push us towards communism. So I was talking with someone about that particular issue. And they had an excellent new term that I’ve not thought of. And that is champagne communists. And those are the communists up on the Upper East Side in New York City that have all kinds of money that’s funding these communistic ideas here in America. And I thought that was pretty interesting. So I said, I’m going to I’m going to take that, that champagne communist. What do you think about that?
SPEAKER 06 :
I love it. It’s kind of the perfect encapsulation of communism. It’s also Mamdani, right? I mean, it’s somebody who has been born into wealth, who hasn’t really held a real job in his whole life, talking about how the poor are held down by these rich people. And it’s like, That is you. You are the person that you’re talking about, and yet you want to talk these ideals into people. And that’s really what we should be thankful for, Kim, is when we talk about communism, when we talk about these totalitarian regimes, we don’t have the ability to get on radio shows in Russia saying, and talk about our leaders and talk about our senators and talk about our mayors and talk down about what they are doing. You know, even when we lose elections here in Colorado, you and I can still be on a radio show in the middle of Denver, in the middle of Colorado, and still talk about what is going wrong with elections across the state, what is going wrong with our governor, what is going wrong with our legislature, and not really fear for our lives, right? We’re not worried that somebody’s going to knock the door down and push the red button and turn the whole radio show off. So even though we’re losing a lot of our rights, it feels like at times here in Colorado, at least we’re still able to talk about them. And at least we have the ability to know what our rights are. to know that we need to push back on our government to grant us them back. And at least we have the recourse to be able to sue and to go to court and to tell the court, hey, these things the legislators are doing with our Second Amendment isn’t right. And we have the ability to go to a Supreme Court and say, hey, get rid of this horrible case. Allow a baker to bake a cake. So at least we still have some recourse. And that’s something to be thankful for.
SPEAKER 11 :
Well, and that’s why engaging in this battle of ideas is important. We’ve got a couple of examples of voices being silenced. And as Kane mentioned, Tina Peters is in jail or in prison. And then Charlie Kirk was silenced by an assassin’s bullet. And so engaging in these ideas is quite important, Alan, and important. all of us here are dedicated to engaging in this battle of ideas. And the founders knew that freedom of speech was so important that they put it in the First Amendment. And so we cannot take that for granted, Alan.
SPEAKER 06 :
Absolutely not. And you’re absolutely true that the First Amendment was the guarantee for an active, engaged citizenry. And then the Second Amendment was to protect the first, right? There was never this idea of Home defense, it was a, how do we prevent a tyrannical government from ever infringing upon our inalienable rights? Not rights granted to us by our government. These are rights that are due to us because we are living and breathing these things.
SPEAKER 11 :
And so one of the first things that the tyrannists try to do is to take away our right to keep and bear firearms. And here in Colorado, we are seeing piece by piece down at the state legislature and even at the local and county levels, to take away that right to keep and bear firearms. So when you look at people that are doing that, you’ve got to shed light on it and push back on that. And there’s the term, Alan Thomas, of happy warrior. Sometimes it seems like it can be a bit daunting with what’s going on out there, but we can’t give up. We have to be happy warriors.
SPEAKER 06 :
We definitely do, and… The other aspect of this, though, Kim, is the perfect part to kind of finish this up and wrap it up is a warrior is never finished. It’s never a finished product, right? And so it’s this blissful dissatisfaction in the fact that there’s always going to be growth. And that’s what we need to be happy with because sometimes it’s easy to get angry and fearful about what’s going on, especially when we lose, and that can almost turn into cynicism or an apathy. And unfortunately, we see this a lot in these off-year elections. It’s just this general apathy of throwing up our hands as voters and saying, well, if everything’s going wrong, I just won’t show up to the polls, right? And that’s not what a warrior spirit really needs to encapsulate. That’s not what we need to be doing in our republic. We can’t just give up and disengage but that disengagement can go both ways too right when when things are going good when you’re winning elections it’s also easy to say things are going great i can disengage a little bit i can stop contributing and that’s not what our founding fathers wanted us to do either they wanted active and engaged citizens throughout we need to be telling our elected officials when things are going bad certainly but we also need to be encouraging and offering incentives to our elected officials when things are going good. And it’s this idea that we need to be thankful that we get to be engaged in the process of change in our government continually. That’s a good thing. That’s something we need to not let go lightly. Like, we need to be thankful that we can always be in this continual process of growth and change within our self-government. That’s a And it’s a beautiful thing that our founders have given us and we need to be thankful for, and we need to not give up just because things aren’t finished. Like it’s the, I think there’s a, there’s a saying that kind of goes, it’s the, it’s not the destination. It’s the journey there. Right. So we need to not give up hope and we need to be thankful that we get to engage in this journey towards Liberty. And we always need to keep in mind that we’re trying to pass along a better country to our posterity than we received it. And as long as each generation is trying to do that, is iterating with government, is trying to change it and pass along something better, that’s a beautiful picture that we can just pass along generation to generation and hopefully leave the country in a little bit better place than when we received it.
SPEAKER 11 :
Well, we have a duty to do so. Kane, what’s your thoughts about this?
SPEAKER 08 :
I actually want to cover the term fascist and communist because it came up last night, fascist and communism and the event we’re at.
SPEAKER 11 :
And we’ll talk about that in the next hour. Okay.
SPEAKER 08 :
But if I can share this with Alan really quick. We’ll talk about the event in the next hour. So when you say fascist, Alan, nobody really knows what that is. And so if Johnny’s going to come over to my house and he’s bringing a fin and he says he’s a fascist, I’m like, all right, well, have him over. I’ll make him some tacos. Or he’s a communist or a marxicom. There’s no real connection to what that really means. And so let me, Alan, if I can give you this character, should I call it. He’s charming, smooth talking, charismatic, can brainwash just about anyone. He’ll use coercion, threats, intimidation, eventually violence to control that subject. control that person. And if you fall out of line, they will use violence and they’ll be ruthless. And so is that a fascist? Is that a marxicom? Actually, what it is, it’s a pimp. Now, most people don’t know what pimps are. I come from a different culture. You grew up in L.A. I grew up in Southern California. I’ve arrested pimps. I know pimps are new pimps and it’s the same exact mentality. So now if my friend is bringing or my daughter is bringing someone over, he’s not a fascist, he’s not a marxist, but he’s a pimp. How far do you think he’s going to get on my property? not going to get to the driveway. I’m going to stop them. And so what these people have done, they’ve taken that pimp mentality and they’ve used it on us. And that’s how they have controlled us. And so when I say he’s not fascist, he’s not a communist, he’s a pimp. your view of that person will 100% change. Now, most people will know pimps because they’ve seen it on television. They’ve seen how they behave in movies. They are 100, 1,000 times worse than the fictional character that you see on television.
SPEAKER 11 :
Okay, so on that, see if you can connect that with Happy Warrior there. Yeah.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah, I’m not sure that’s going to connect, Alan.
SPEAKER 06 :
I’m sorry. No, you know, Cain, this is why I love being in the studio with you. Because you always throw me some curveballs and very good ones at that. So that actually kind of lends to a good point, though. Because when we talk about folks of that nature… It’s that they’re very convincing, right? They’re very good at trying to talk us into a political ideology that is contrary to our own. And how do we combat that? Well, one of the best ways is to not be fearful or angry, right? Those are never convincing ways to talk people into a different opposing view. system of government that we believe in, in liberty, right? So there needs to be this hope towards and optimism towards ordered liberty. And we need to be thankful that we were given the blueprint on how to do this by our founding fathers. We need to be thankful that we have the ability to have a First Amendment to combat some of this utopian diatribe that they can go on. And we can paint this picture through the record and say look you guys have tried socialism you guys have tried corporatism you guys have tried to silence us through fear you’ve tried to silence us through threats and intimidation where does that lead us i think it never leads us toward a toward a beautiful vision of a utopian uh a utopian future that they like to feature so much what it actually does is it leads towards a vision and a future that is not, I mean, we’ve seen the riots. We’ve seen what it leads towards. And so we need to be able to effectively use our First Amendment and be thankful that we have that First Amendment to paint that picture for all to see and say, listen, this is what ordered liberty looks like. This is what a free market truly looks like. This is the prosperity that we can have. These folks that preach fascism, Marxism, socialism, these folks that have these rainbow pictures never actually establish the rainbow that we all wind up under. Here’s what it actually looks like. And we just need to paint that hopeful optimism and be full believers in it when we paint it.
SPEAKER 08 :
I think I’m a happy warrior, but I’m a Christian. And so I know where my faith comes from. I know where my fight comes from, but I’m a happy warrior. But I’m grateful for the fact that our founding fathers gave us the ability to vote. So we don’t have to go to war, that we have a solution to this problem.
SPEAKER 11 :

And because if they can do that, then people take their eyes off the real issues. Yes. And then they, the champagne communists, can accomplish anything they want. There you go. Okay. So let’s see. Let’s get over here to our word of the day. Or pimps. All this is related to the first hour. If you missed it, you’re going to want to catch that in one to two in the afternoon. Our word of the day is bloviate. And it’s B-L-O-V-I-A-T-E. It’s an intransitive verb. And the definition is to discourse at length in a pompous or boastful manner or to orate pompously, used especially by politicians and news commentators. And we were… Just kicking around the ideas of some that do bloviate, and Donald Trump does bloviate. I find him pretty funny myself. I think he’s hilarious. I find him pretty funny. So your challenge is to use the word bloviate, B-L-O-V-I-A-T-E, in a sentence today. And our quote of the day comes from the Medal of Honor quote book that is published by the Center for American Values. The center is located in Pueblo on the Riverwalk. Pueblo is known as the home of heroes because there’s four Medal of Honor recipients that grew up there. And when Ike Eisenhower, President Eisenhower, was awarding one of the guys the Medal of Honor, now I can’t remember which one it was, he said, what is it about the water in Pueblo? You seem to grow heroes out there. And I’m bloviating, I’m paraphrasing Pueblo. But Pueblo is a very special place. The Center for American Values is as well. I do, you know, drawing from holster classes. I do dry fire classes, understanding just basic fundamental, basic pistol 101. I do defensive pistol courses. I also am teaching a pepper spray class on December 2nd. And I also have a class today that is a free class if anybody wants to come through. It is at 4 o’clock from 4 to 6, and we are going to be talking about just basically home defense and how to prepare yourself and just kind of getting people into the mix of understanding what it means to prioritize your safety.

So Erin Lee, who – you actually connected Erin Lee and me. Like four years ago. Four years ago. And she broke her story on our show. And she has become a powerful voice for our children. She is with Protect Kids Colorado. And Kevin Lundberg is the – I don’t – I don’t know the exact titles yet, but they both have spearheading this petition drive for these three petitions to protect our children. Our good buddy, Yvonne Paez, is kind of the general getting all of these petitions out there. All of them were at the event last night.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yes. And so there was Erin Friday, who I wasn’t aware of, but had basically gone through the same thing in California. So she’s like the Erin Lee of California. And she shared her story. And then James Lindsay, amazing speakers.
SPEAKER 11 :
Dr. Travis Morrell.

Yes. And then… Antoinette. Antoinette de la Cruz. De la Cruz. Reversing the transition. What’s it called?

Yeah. Yeah, it’s reversing the transition.

So we had both… Antoinette was on… Last week, Dr. Murrell was on yesterday. And so this event was, now I get the title, but it’s about hope. And it was really a powerful event.

I think one of the things that really impacted me was listening to these people speak, the suffering and the sacrifice they have made. All of them. In fact, Dr. Murrell brought me to tears because he was saying how he had talked to his wife and should I do this?
SPEAKER 11 :
They have two little kids plus a new baby now.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yes. And it reminded me of the movie 300 where the Spartan looked back at his wife as he’s about to kick the tax collector into the pit of hell. And he looked back and And she gave him the nod, knowing that this can go really, really bad. And his wife gave him the nod, like, we have to do something to protect these kids. And so it makes me a little emotional now. But it’s a good indicator of we have to be willing to suffer to save our kids, to save our country. And all of these people last night, they’ve made some huge sacrifices.
SPEAKER 11 :
So the story, if you’re not familiar with it, of Erin Lee and Erin Friday, of both of their probably 12 or 13-year-old girls, were targeted by after-school programs regarding this transgender cult, this transgender ideology. Antoinette de la Cruz said, who she was transitioning to become a male. And at some point in time, she realized that this was not true. And so she is becoming a big voice and very courageous of her to be on stage last night.
SPEAKER 08 :
And just beautiful souls. Yeah. And I was kind of doing some other work last night, so I couldn’t. focus as hard as I wanted to as much as I wanted to but these are amazing people that have decided we’re going to change the world and willing to do that and so I wouldn’t hopefully encourage others you don’t have to do be the Aaron Lee just use your voice
SPEAKER 11 :
And get a petition and help with that. There’s 10 weeks left. And get a petition. This is to get these questions on the ballot. You can get all that information at Protect Kids Colorado. And both Erin Lee and Erin Friday, they were able to rescue their daughters from this ideology. But not everyone is so lucky. And Gammy has sent me over pictures of these young girls. That have actually had double mastectomies. And so instead of having breasts, they have two long scars. And in what society do we do this to our children? We have got to stand up for our children.
SPEAKER 08 :
And if I can add this. We need to ask, who’s doing this? And it’s the Democrat Party. It’s the Marxicom. It’s the leaders in the Democrat Party. I can’t say the Democrat Party because there are many people that are against this thing. But it’s the Marxicoms that are doing this. And so the petitions are protecting children from sex trafficking. That’s one. Protecting children from irreversible sex change procedures. And they’re protecting girls from boys playing in sports and harming them.
SPEAKER 11 :
And hopefully that would mean that they would not be in their locker rooms as well.
SPEAKER 08 :
And so these things are—it’s law today. Like, you can be 14 years old or 12 years old and go get an abortion without telling your parents. In Colorado. In Colorado. And these are— I think criminal laws that we are passing that violate our Constitution by these marxicoms, these pimps, if I may, that are harming our kids on purpose. And so at some point, we as a society, we have to stand up and go, who’s doing this and why? And how do we stop them?
SPEAKER 11 :
We have to stop them. I always like to make this distinction that this Democrat Party, because there are those that think that it’s the Democrat Party of their grandpa and their grandma, that of JFK. It’s not. The Democrat Party has been taken over by radical activists who know how to message and and. And they are not telling us the truth. Everything that they are accusing everyone else of is exactly what they’re doing.
SPEAKER 08 :
And then they use the pathetic line teleprompter reading harlots. To send their message out. I remember growing up and my mom would say, she’d see one of my friends and come over. She goes, I don’t like you hanging out with that kid. Like he’s not a good kid. I look at the teleprompter reading harlots and I look at those folks and I go, my mom warned me about people like you because you look nice. And some of them are really pretty, but they’re pure evil liars. And it’s time we accept that and call them what they are. We’re so polite. Conservatives and GOP, we’re so polite. I’m not about being polite. I’m about telling the truth. And if it means you want to try to punch me in the face, it’s going to be a bad day for you. But we need to speak the truth.
SPEAKER 11 :
Sometimes I use the term instead of liars, mistruth tellers.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, I mean, these wonderful words like you misrepresent the truth. Like, no, they’re liars. Don’t be polite. Don’t be nice. They’re liars. These folks want to destroy us as a culture. One of the things I want to say this real quick, MAGA, which is a great catchphrase, like it’s beautiful. But what it’s really saying is we want to destroy the marxicoms. We want to destroy their agenda, and we want to remove those that are involved. Well, we call it MAGA, Make America Great, meaning it was no longer great. We need to repair the damage that has been done by these Marxist councils.
SPEAKER 11 :
When we say remove, we’ve got the opportunity to do that at the ballot box. The other thing we have to do, Ben Williams, is we’ve got to shut off the spigot of the money because our tax dollars are being used in the education system. I know you’re very concerned about that, Ben Williams. Our tax dollars are being used to indoctrinate our children, to try to destroy this great American idea. And James Lindsay was very eloquent last night on it. But I know that you’re very focused on education, among other things.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah, because they realize if they can take over the hearts and minds of our children, then the next generation is basically gone.
SPEAKER 11 :
And they’re targeting our children with this transgender. And almost every one of them called it a cult last night, Kane.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yes, absolutely. At every level, every angle, they’re attacking our kids. So they’re telling your son he can be Sally. And the same day, they’re saying, hey, Sally, because you’re white, you have special rights over black kids. Yes. In fact, black kids are not that smart. So we have to have sympathy for them. And so they’re forcing these kids to see everything through the prism of race, everything. They’re creating division right now. I know of people today that are uncomfortable with being around black folks. They’re not racist. They’re not bigoted. They just walk on eggshells because we’ve allowed these folks to create an environment where we’re not comfortable around one another. And they did it on purpose. Now, here’s the thing. When you’re uncomfortable around a black person, it can appear to be racist and bigoted. It’s not because we’re just uncomfortable. And so I’m very provocative about being a proud American Negro. And if I can get a Caucasian person to accept me as a proud American Negro, they have all of a sudden had freedom to have any kind of conversation with me about any topic at all because I just removed that whole stigma of I’m going to call you a racist and a bigot as soon as you say something that might not be that smart to me. Yeah.

I think the GOP should come up with a list, maybe 20 bullet points, of all the things that the marxicoms have done. And then when we run for office, we’re not running against that individual person. We’re running against the establishment and showing what they’ve done with our First Amendment rights, Second Amendment, what they’ve done to our kids, allowing babies to have abortion. Let me share this with you. to show you that they’re changing our culture. Men are allowed to pretend to be women. So one day, maybe five years from now, 10 years from now, it’ll be an accepted experience. And so when you’re talking to your buddies about your beautiful wife, they get to ask you, so what kind of wife do you have? Oh, your wife is beautiful, but she has a penis. You got one of those? That’s what they want us to accept. And until we start speaking the truth and going, no, you’re a man. You’re always going to be a man. I have two quick stories. One, a young man told me about him having a conversation with his teenage kids. He had to sit them down and tell them, you got a penis, you have a vagina. You’re going to be a man and you’re going to be a woman. I don’t care what you do with your body. You’re never going to change what you are. Another gentleman, grandfather, has a one-year-old granddaughter, wanted to take her to get her earrings. Get earrings. She was one years old. The dad says, no, you can’t. And stop referring to her as your granddaughter. We’re going to let her, or let… And decide what it wants to be. One years old. Why isn’t that parent of that child being removed? That’s child abuse. The kid doesn’t wear any colorful clothes. The child wears grays and browns. What is that child going to be?
SPEAKER 11 :
Boy, the grandparents should be stepping in and having a conversation on this.
SPEAKER 08 :
The parents have absolutely told them, we will remove the child and you’ll never see it again. So that’s the sickness that we’re dealing with, that these kids are being raised by sick parents. So what do we do? We speak the truth early and often. God gave us these words. In fact, it was voices that tore down the walls of Jericho.
SPEAKER 11 :
True that. Ben, what do you think about this?
SPEAKER 19 :
Well, if you know the truth, the truth will set you free. And they have captivated a generation through media, through our educational system, and a lot of people are walking in deception.
SPEAKER 11 :
They are, and that’s why we do the show. Oh, and Joe, during the break, he shares he’s 27 years young. He’s like… He’s like Washington. He’s developing into Washington. Somebody said about George Washington, he was wise. He said he was born old. I think you’re headed on that. Joe, what’s your thoughts?

I appreciate that, Kim. And I just had the thought as well who came with that. That family, if those parents don’t do that, then the government will. The government has put out legislature that can remove the kids just because the parents say, we don’t agree with this agenda that they put out.

Yeah, you’re right. That’s House Bill 251312.

And I don’t know what we do when the electeds violate their oath of office. I don’t know what we do when they violate the Constitution. Like right now, the only solution is to vote.

We’re supposed to vote them out.

But then what happens? candace uh stud scream is concerned about down in el paso county with our lawsuits uh the lawsuit with peter berniger and wisconsin center for election justice we can prove for the 2024 election 14 500 people and this was very targeted voted who shouldn’t have and so uh to to alan’s point

I’m grateful for the fact that we have a voting system. The marxicoms should be grateful that we have this system to vote and to address our differences because without that ability, There would be major, major problems for the marxicoms. There would be patriots saying, I know how to fix this, and this is our only solution. Now, I’m not calling for violence. You patriots, you keep your powder dry. I’m not calling for violence. I’m just simply saying we have a solution, and folks, you need to start today. We have a major election in 12 months. Start today. Start talking to your neighbors, friends. Talk to some of the marxicoms if you can get through to them. But we need to prepare for this election so we can take our country back. And I do believe there are people working to fix some of these things in our election system.

Cain, I normally don’t comment on this that much. I allude to it, I guess. And that is that, well, you mentioned the Republican Party. There are those consultants that are saying, don’t weigh into these social issues. Be middle of the road. We need more balance. We need to be more balanced. If you’re in the middle of the road, you know what? You get run over.

100%. I want to refer to another movie. Independence Day. Independence Day. And there’s a scene where they captured one of the aliens and they’re behind this bulletproof glass or whatever. And the president is saying to this alien, hey, we can coexist. We can live together in peace. And he says to the alien, what do you want from us? What do you want from us? And the alien says… i want you to die that’s what the marxicoms want from us they’ve killed our kids white kids the trans people have killed white kids well but also black black children in abortion uh elroy gosh i haven’t talked to him in a long time now uh

Former state senator in Louisiana, black, Negro. Negro, thank you. And he said the most dangerous place for a black child is the womb.

One. Millions and millions. It’s shocking that more people don’t speak out against this. And it was started by Margaret Sanger.

All of those things are ways we can, are solutions as well. But one thing that we haven’t, or well, we’ve touched on a little bit at the beginning of this hour, and it’s why Teddy and Alicia’s work is so important. That’s what the Second Amendment is for as well, is to defend ourselves from a tyrannical government when they start breaking the Constitution and taking our rights.

Which they have. They do it every day. They are doing that. They legislate us back into slavery.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yes. And so many of these laws are unconstitutional. And we need to have people in elected office that don’t even pass that kind of stuff. Ben, it looked like you wanted to weigh in on this. Yes?

You know, we’ve been speaking about movies, and I think about Shawshank Redemption, where this guy was living in horrible conditions, but yet he did not allow them to overtake his mind. And historically, there’s always been this battle of good versus evil, an oppressive government, but people rise up above the fray, and they’re like, you know what? I’m going to live my life with a heart of gratitude and thanksgiving and peace, and I’m going to influence my sphere of community around me. And it’s interesting how people like Candice get put in a position where she can actually have some influence. And I think that all of us have been designed for a specific role in life. And if we are all fulfilling that role, then we can see things change in society.
SPEAKER 08 :
I think it’s important that people really know what’s going on. I don’t think people know.
SPEAKER 11 :
You describe it and people are like, that’s impossible.
SPEAKER 08 :
Which is why I use a simple phrase, our term, pimp. Everybody knows what that means. They can relate to this is what a pimp does to control their victims. And I don’t want to say I dumb it down, but people need to know this is happening. And how do we fight back? If we don’t fight back, we’re going to lose our country. I think we’re working, doing well now, trying to get it back. But It still takes individuals to stand up and go, I’m going to use my voice. If someone can sacrifice their entire life, Tina Peters sacrificed her life. She’s in prison. I think they’re trying to kill her. That’s my personal opinion. But we as citizens, we still should be able to stand up and go, this is what I’m going to do. Whatever that is.

And if all of us choose one thing, we’re going to make a difference. Joe.

So the one point I made earlier in a break was that much to or like you’re saying, there are pimps and pimps are not known for good relationships with their people. They’re usually abusive relationships. And in an abusive relationship, a lot of the time you don’t know you’re in it until the glass is broken. So we need to break the glass for people.

So if we call them fascists, most people don’t. They don’t have an emotional connection to that. We call them communists. They don’t have an emotional connection to that. We call them a pimp. Everybody knows there’s nothing good about a pimp. Nothing. Oh, fascists coming to my house. OK, we’ll feed them breakfast. A pimp. Try to get on my yard. I promise you it’s going to be a bad day for you.

Okay. And Gammy texted this, and they also mentioned this last night. There are 64 hospitals in Colorado that do the transchemical and surgical procedures on children. She says, good point, no child can give informed consent. It’s mutilated for life. And elections have consequences. And she says that’s why Tina Peters is sitting in prison at this particular point in time. Then Jenny, who also I saw her last night, she said puberty blockers cause arrested development or our children are not able to develop. And also they said last night is it affects their bones. think what that does for their whole life she said they are in indescribable monsters and that is true so kane your final thought on this before we go to break i don’t want to be their friend i don’t want to be their friend i want to stop them i think they belong in prison they do and so there’s no way that you can coexist with somebody that wants to destroy our children and they want to kill us yeah Okay, on that, we’re going to go to break. SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah, and you know, Kim, backing up just a notch, we have so much to be thankful for. I was recently in Mexico, and when we were driving to the airport, you know, along a major highway, we went on an overpass where there was like a cloverleaf. In the middle of one of these loops was a little hut, just big enough for one, maybe two people to sleep in. Obviously no water, no electricity. And I thought, man… We are so blessed.
SPEAKER 11 :
We really are. And the champagne communists are trying to take that away from our everyday hardworking people. One of the ways is the World Economic Forum and the issues out there are trying to make it more and more expensive for us to heat our home or cool our home.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 11 :
But we’re fighting back on that. So let’s talk about furnace checks.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah, so we’ll talk about some first world problems here. I like that. If your furnace is newer, you probably don’t have to have a check and clean every year as long as the air environment in your house isn’t filthy. And when I say filthy, I don’t mean like trash. But, you know, if there’s a lot of stuff floating around in the air, maybe you need to have it cleaned.
SPEAKER 11 :
Like if pets or something, pet hair, stuff like that.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yep. But if it’s older, that’s where, just like an older car, you probably need to have a little bit more maintenance done on it. So first of all, I just want to warn people, and you know, your listeners are so well-informed, they probably know this already, but if you’re thinking, oh, I’m going to call that company that has the $49 or the $69 special for a furnace check and clean, stop and think, what is the cost of doing business? They’ve got to pay the wages for the technician, Truck expenses, liability insurance, taxes, workman’s comp, health insurance, office staff. If you add this all up, it’s really costing them about in the ballpark of $200 an hour per employee. So if they’re coming out for $49, $69, what do you suppose is going to happen, Kim?
SPEAKER 11 :
Might find something that might recommend be done, correct?
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah. Oh, your furnace is shot. This thing needs replaced.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah, I think that happened to me once.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah. Yeah. So with that in mind, here’s what a furnace check and clean should include. They should be checking the gas pressure. Kim, I’m sure you don’t remember this, but cars used to have carburetors on them. And it had a little adjustment on there to adjust for the air and the fuel mixture. And if you drove, say, from Kansas out to Colorado back in the day, you had to readjust your carburetor for the altitude.
SPEAKER 11 :
Huh. I did not know that.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah. Same thing for furnaces. If you’re reading the fine print, it’ll say this furnace is rated for 0 to 2,000 feet in altitude. And so when a furnace out here in Colorado is sold, and of course this can vary based on if we’re in the Denver metro area or up higher in the mountains, you have to put on a high altitude kit and then adjust the gas pressure so that you have good fuel efficiency. A lot of times that’s not done. You want to make sure that a carbon monoxide test is performed because the heat exchanger can have just a tiny little crack. And I’ll tell you a fun little story. So we have a leak detector that will detect up to 0.03 ounces per year of a leak. And my fine young son wanted to check out how sensitive this was.
SPEAKER 11 :
And he’s the other Ben’s.
SPEAKER 19 :
He’s the other Ben of Ben’s Plumbing, yeah. So he broke wind.
SPEAKER 11 :
Oh, geez.
SPEAKER 19 :
The leak detector went off. He went out, came back about five, ten minutes later to check, and it was still detecting that. Did not see that coming.
SPEAKER 11 :
I didn’t see that one coming either.
SPEAKER 19 :
So it’s good to have a very sensitive leak detector to pick up on carbon monoxide or other gases that might be leaking in your home. They should also check the capacitor. So here’s the interesting thing with a capacitor. Obviously when it’s cold out, the furnace is running more often, right? Mm-hmm. And that capacitor is what gives that extra little boost to get the blower motor up and going. It can be functioning even if it’s weak, what we call out of range. But now when the furnace is running a whole lot, when it’s really cold out, that’s when that capacitor is going to fail. And you’re like, man, you know, it’s January 20 below, and now the furnace isn’t coming on. And, of course, that’s when everybody’s getting all the calls. So we check that to see if it’s out of range and say, hey, I know it’s, working at this moment, but that should be replaced. You want to check the fan bearings. And then depending on how old your furnace is, it may or may not have some of these. We check the pressure switches, the draft inducer motor, either the thermocouple or the flame sensor or the flame igniter. Make sure it’s cycling properly and you’ve got a nice clear blue flame. In addition to cleaning that area in the furnace. So all these things can just help to keep things functioning and functioning. We do not come out to sell stuff. We’re just there to provide a service and give you information, and you can go from there.
SPEAKER 11 :
So when you guys came out and Ben Jr. did the clean and check on my furnace, I thought, what’s taking him so long? Well, he was really doing a clean and check instead of this, as you mentioned, the $69 special to find out how you could upsell the client. So we’ve got a few minutes left. Let’s talk a little bit about Toities, Toilets.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah, so if you’ve got an older toilet and you go to flush and the water swirls, it’s coming up high and you’re like, oh, I don’t know if this is going to overflow. And it starts going down real slow. And it’s like, man, that didn’t even take the toilet paper out. It’s probably time for a new toilet.
SPEAKER 17 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 19 :
Your listeners, Kim, are so informed and incredible people. I love working with them. One of your listeners turned me on to this. There’s a thing called MAP, Maximum Performance Rating. And a group of scientists and engineers formed this company to test toilets. They use soybean paste and toilet paper measured in grams. And they rate toilets based on a scale of 1 to 1,000. Goodness. They test it up to the point of failure. They just keep adding, you know. And so anything over a 500 rating gives you excellent performance. And we love Toto, T-O-T-O, toilets. Most of those score in the 800 plus range. Okay. So if you are worried about the family coming over for Thanksgiving or Christmas, and if your toilet’s been giving you some problems, I would suggest a total toilet. Okay. Also, so transitioning here just a little bit, I just wanted to mention, just like a good performing toilet can remove a lot of unpleasant material.

we as individuals can have that same impact on society. So, Kim, you bring us a ton of information in a lot of different ways, and you encourage people to get involved. And it all starts with us as individuals. Correct. A Bible verse that’s been going through my mind recently, we’re all familiar with this, 2 Chronicles 7.14 says, If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray, seek my face, turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and heal their land. This isn’t talking about the wicked people in control. This is talking about us as individuals, those of us who say, yes, I’m a follower of God. And we all have to start with our own heart. And if our hearts are right, when your college kids come home with their blue hair and you’re feeling frustrated, they can look at you and go, you know, I see something in mom and dad that is really amazing.
