9-8-2024: Angels of America’s Fallen’s Tale- Joe Lewis Tells His Story

Welcome to the America’s Veterans Stories podcast.

Kim Monson is your host.

Marine Veteran Joe Lewis was injured during military training. Lewis explains that he wanted to be a pilot, however after his injury he could not fly F-18s because he could not eject from the airplane. Lewis decided that he never wanted to waste the pain so he went to work to create something positive, Angels of America’s Fallen. Angels help the children of our fallen participate in healthy activities to prevent these kids from falling through the cracks.
