Join us on an insightful journey as we explore the evolving challenges of online speech in Germany and beyond. Our discussion touches on recent CBS 60 Minutes coverage, reflecting on how different countries handle what they consider to be ‘hateful content’. With expert commentary from Mike Gallagher and guests, we question the ethics and repercussions of such measures, and their potential impact on both Europe and America.

SPEAKER 21 :
The Mike Gallagher Show.
SPEAKER 09 :
Take your musty millions and musty Moscow rights. To the moon. You get your musty hands off of our money or go to Mousetown. You musty moo-moo-moo.
SPEAKER 21 :
In the relieffactor.com studios, here’s Mike.
SPEAKER 24 :
Yeah, that was the classic. You musty moo-moo. You musty moo-moo-moo-moo. My goodness. My goodness. What we’re up against. These aren’t serious people. We’re trying to be serious. This video that just emerged about an hour ago of the guy in the front seat. Let me play it for you. If you’re watching right now on Salem News Channel and Tracy’s scrambling, we’re going to send it out to you on the MyPillow text line in a couple of minutes as well. And we’ve got a couple of F-bombs in there, so we want to make sure we don’t air the guy cursing. So we’re going to do this without video. But if you’re watching right now, let’s hit it. Let’s show this video. Guy sitting in the front seat of his car. Let’s go ahead and play it. Yeah, that’s the end of it, I guess. Yeah, that’s the tail end of the actual crash. We’ll get the right video. We’re having a little bit of a communication issue on getting this clip. There’s a 30-second clip that shows the plane as it’s starting to land, and this thing goes in hard, goes in really, really hard. And, of course, NBC being NBC right away, blaming Trump. I want to play for you J.D. Vance, cut number six. This is an astounding speech he gave that sent shockwaves all over the European Union because they had their feelings hurt. Their feelings were hurt. Oh, J.D. was mean to us. And he stood up and he talked about the need for free speech and free expression all over the world, including Germany. And this big dummy, Margaret Brennan, over the weekend said out loud, oh, the Holocaust was simply free speech weaponized. She was talking to Marco Rubio. Marco Rubio said, what? Free speech weaponized? What in the world? So, but let me play for you the J.D. Vance portion of his speech again. ripping European leaders for their lack of free speech and expression. This is so important to all of us who relish what we get to do here. You know, for decades I’ve gotten to work in a profession that celebrates free speech. So I want you to hear what J.D. Vance said, and then I want to bring you to 60 Minutes over the weekend. Yesterday was President’s Day. Kudos to Joey Hudson for filling in for me as I went out of state to a funeral. now in our nation’s capital for our White House visit tomorrow. But here’s what J.D. Vance, the vice president, said that had all the European leaders up in arms.
SPEAKER 18 :
And unfortunately, when I look at Europe today, it’s sometimes not so clear what happened to some of the Cold War’s winners. I look to Brussels, where EU commissars warn citizens that they intend to shut down social media during times of civil unrest the moment they spot what they’ve judged to be, quote, hateful content. Or to this very country, where police have carried out raids against citizens suspected of posting anti-feminist comments online as part of, quote, combating misogyny on the Internet, a day of action. I look to Sweden, where two weeks ago the government convicted a Christian activist for participating in Koran burnings that resulted in his friend’s murder. And as the judge in his case chillingly noted, Sweden’s laws to supposedly protect free expression do not, in fact, grant, and I’m quoting, a free pass to do or say anything without risking offending the group that holds that belief. And perhaps most concerningly, I look to our very dear friends, the United Kingdom, where the backslide away from conscience rights has placed the basic liberties of religious Britons in particular in the crosshairs. A little over two years ago, the British government charged Adam Smith Connor, a 51-year-old physiotherapist and an army veteran, with the heinous crime of standing 50 meters from an abortion clinic and silently praying for three minutes. Not obstructing anyone, not interacting with anyone, just silently praying on his own. After British law enforcement spotted him and demanded to know what he was praying for, Adam replied simply, it was on behalf of the unborn son he and his former girlfriend had aborted years before. Now, the officers were not moved. Adam was found guilty of breaking the government’s new buffer zones law, which criminalizes silent prayer and other actions that could influence a person’s decision within 200 meters of an abortion facility. He was sentenced to pay thousands of pounds in legal costs to the prosecution. Now, I wish I could say that this was a fluke, a one-off crazy example of a badly written law being enacted against a single person. But no, this last October, just a few months ago, the Scottish government began distributing letters to citizens whose houses lay within so-called safe access zones, warning them that even private prayer within their own homes may amount to breaking the law. Naturally, the government urged readers to report any fellow citizens suspected guilty of thought crime. In Britain and across Europe, free speech, I fear, is in retreat.
SPEAKER 24 :
Now, this speech, what you just heard, led the outgoing chairman of the Munich Security Conference to break down in tears. Christoph Hugson said after the speech of Vice President Vance, we have to fear that our common value base is not that common anymore. And the guy started weeping. As if anything that J.D. Vance said could lead a leader to break down in tears. Well, let’s look at reality according to 60 Minutes. At 60 Minutes reported that you could go to prison for a meme you post. If you’ve ever dared to comment on a social media post, you might have to wonder if you could have been next had Kamala Harris won. CBS News and 60 Minutes went with the German police as they raided an apartment in northwest Germany. Six armed officers searched a suspect’s home, seized his laptop and his cell phone. The crime? He posted a meme online. Now, Tracy just reminded me. That’s happened here in America. I think the guy’s name is Douglas Murray. Remember the guy that got arrested for stuff he posted about the election and Hillary Clinton? That guy went to prison. That guy got locked up. We’ve done that here. Douglas Mackey, who was imprisoned for making conservative or, as they put it at the time, right-wing memes. And I want you to hear 60 Minutes praising the Germans for arresting people for their unpopular opinions, either online or on person. This is from 60 Minutes over the weekend on CBS.
SPEAKER 17 :
Is it a crime to insult somebody in public? Yes.
SPEAKER 02 :
Yes, it is.
SPEAKER 17 :
And it’s a crime to insult them online as well? Yes.
SPEAKER 02 :
The fine could be even higher if you insult someone in the Internet.
SPEAKER 16 :
Why?
SPEAKER 02 :
Because in Internet, it stays there. If we are talking here face to face, you insult me, I insult you, okay, finish. But if you’re in the Internet, if I insult you or a politician… That sticks around forever. Yeah.
SPEAKER 17 :
If somebody posts something that’s not true…
SPEAKER 12 :
And then somebody else reposts it or likes it. Are they committing a crime?
SPEAKER 14 :
In the case of reposting, it is a crime as well, because the reader can’t distinguish whether you just invented this or just reposted it. That’s the same for us.
SPEAKER 17 :
The punishment for breaking hate speech laws can include jail time for repeat offenders. But in most cases, a judge levies a stiff fine and sometimes keeps their devices. How do people react when you take their phones from them?
SPEAKER 01 :
They are shocked.
SPEAKER 17 :
It’s 6.01 on a Tuesday morning, and we were with state police as they raided this apartment in northwest Germany. Inside, six armed officers searched the suspect’s home, then seized his laptop and cell phone. Prosecutors say those electronics may have been used to commit a crime. The crime, posting a racist cartoon online. At the exact same time across Germany, more than 50 similar raids played out. Part of what prosecutors say is a coordinated effort to curb online hate speech in Germany.
SPEAKER 24 :
You know we were one election away from that happening here, right? Do you get it? Do you understand that J.D. Vance was absolutely 100% correct? Do you understand you just heard one of America’s most prominent news magazine TV shows praising effectively, essentially, praising America? Armed police in Germany breaking into apartments and homes and confiscating laptops and cell phones because people were posting racist memes. The very first question in that clip we played ought to bring you to your knees. In fact, Christian, can you just play the first part of the CBS correspondent’s question to these smug, sanctimonious, pompous jerks from Germany bragging over arresting people for saying things that are insulting or unpopular or inappropriate? Again, first question. Is it a crime to insult somebody in public? Yes, it is. Yes, it is. Yes, it’s a crime to insult somebody in public in Germany. And CBS is suggesting that would be good here. CBS is suggesting that’s the way it ought to be in the United States. Oh, are we not like Germany? If we could only be like the Germans. And J.D. Vance went over there and said, this is a bad idea. And that led the outgoing chair of the Munich Security Conference to break down in tears over that meanie J.D. Vance. Do you realize how lucky we are? Do you recognize how blessed we are? How we dodged the unimaginable by putting Donald Trump back in office? My gosh, 800. This is so important. 800-655-MIKE. 800-655-6453. Incidentally, that guy’s name is Douglas Mackey. My apologies. Douglas Mackey was the guy who wound up going to prison for posting memes. The Democrats want us to be like the… fascistic Germans who are arresting people for posting memes. And if you’re not worried about that, you’re not paying attention. And if you’re not relieved that we avoided what could have been our reality, you’re not paying attention. 800-655-MIKE. I hope you join us. There’s no better time than right now to call my friends at PhD Weight Loss and Nutrition to start your journey to a healthier you. As I hear from you about how PhD Weight Loss and Nutrition has changed your life, I know that each one of us has had our own reasons for starting. I started my journey because I gained enough weight and was ready to make a change. I sat down with Dr. Ashley Lucas, and like they say, the rest was history. I lost 53 pounds, and I’ve kept it off. We all have different reasons for starting. Call 864-644-1900, 864-644-1900, or just go to MyPhDWeightLoss.com, MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
SPEAKER 21 :
He’s the happy conservative warrior. From the Relief Factor Studios, here’s Mike Gellerman.
SPEAKER 24 :
You know, when the White House invites you to visit, you kind of ought to go visit the White House. You know what I mean? And I want to give a big shout-out to the Salem News Channel crew here in our nation’s capital for scrambling to welcome us into their studios at the last minute because we were scrambling on Friday. We got the invitation to come to the White House to interview key administration officials. The last time I received an invitation like that, I was blessed enough to interview the 45th president of the United States. The man himself came strolling into the Indian Treaty Room. Incidentally, I’m sure if it wasn’t called the Indian Treaty Room in the Biden administration, surely it’s called the Indian Treaty Room in the Trump-Vance administration. I got to believe it’s acceptable. I got to believe that the word Indian can be used in the treaty room. I could be wrong. I’m sure under the Joe Biden, Kamala Harris administration, it was the Native American treaty room. But as far as I know, it’s still the Indian Treaty Room. Anyway, we’re in D.C., and we came barreling in here at the last minute. I have been kind of crisscrossing the country. I went to Colorado for a funeral, flew into Denver, and then we drove a couple of hours to Pueblo. Beautiful part of the country. I’ve never been to Pueblo, Colorado before. Real kind of barren and mountainous and brown. It was unlike the other side of Colorado, which is very green. Anyway, then we decided to go, rather than go Colorado to Florida and then Florida to D.C., we came directly to D.C. And that’s where we are planted here today in the beautiful, state-of-the-art Salem News Channel facility in northern Virginia. Chris DeGaulle was here today, so we had the quick turnaround. But all these guys, Guy and Brian, and I’m leaving a couple of the guys out. My apologies, but thank you for your hospitality. I went downstairs and bought some… croissant sandwiches that are, without a doubt, the most expensive croissant sandwiches in the history. I don’t know how people afford to live here. It is so expensive to live in our nation’s capital. And I know people who live here love it. But I went down, I got five sandwiches for the four of us, the four of them and me. $130. I said to the guy, how much?
SPEAKER 1 :
$128.90.
SPEAKER 24 :
Okay, okay, good. So that’s the least I could do for this great team. And a big shout out to Garrett Shawley and Kerry Pahagian for helping to accommodate us here. Because again, this was a very last minute trip. And I’m excited. I’ll be in the White House tomorrow. Joey’s going to fill in in the studio. I’ll be doing reports from the White House. And then whoever we interview during the session tomorrow, we’re going to play on Thursday’s show. So we’ve got big doings here, a lot of excitement. And what a place to be. I mean, we were here for the inauguration. Glad to be back here again for this epic time, this kind of golden age. And it’s a golden age of more than just government efficiency, border security, strengthening the military, support for law enforcement, a return to sanity. It’s way more than that. It’s a golden age for free speech. Sunday night, 60 Minutes, featured… Germany and what they do with free speech. This, to me, is one of the most important issues that we could tackle. And look, we’ve got a lot of breaking news today. We’re not going to miss it all. Doge is working to cut down on government waste. The Democrats are melting down. They’re marching around with their stupid, not my president. Oh, really? Well, get ready. He is your president. I don’t care if you like him or you don’t like him. He’s your president. So you better get used to it because you’ve got four years to cope and seethe and boil over the fact that the election didn’t go your way. I hate to break it to you. Sometimes elections don’t go your way. We know what that feels like. Our side knows. So now your side, you better cope. And Sunday night, I saw this report on Germany where they’re arresting people for posting opinions. In fact, the 60 Minutes report said, includes German officials admitting you could be arrested for insulting somebody in public. Let that sink in. In Germany, you can be arrested for insulting somebody in public. Now, Jesse Waters, on Fox News last night, talked about how we cherish the right to insult one another. And let’s be clear. We do. We cherish the ability to have sharp elbows and insult one another. You don’t like what I say? You call in. You can call me a big dummy. You’ve insulted me. You know how many times I get insulted in my day-to-day job? You lose track after an hour or two. Not everybody agrees with everybody, but that’s America. That’s how we roll. And last night, Jesse Waters did a great job in talking about President Trump shepherding in this era where we really do value free speech, unlike the dirty Democrats who’d like to put the rest of us in prison.
SPEAKER 11 :
Do you think, Jesse, that establishment media figures like Brennan are laying the groundwork for further speech restrictions under the guise of preventing harm?
SPEAKER 10 :
They tried and failed. And now Trump is going to usher in a golden age of free speech in America, whether the Democrats like it or not. The Nazis abolished free speech. You weren’t even allowed to criticize the Nazi party. You couldn’t even make a joke about Hitler. And he had a stupid looking mustache and one testicle. Plenty of material there. Books were burned. Radio stations were censored. Newspapers were shut down. You actually got put to death in Germany for listening to the BBC. That happened a couple of times. So you think the media, because they’re always comparing the Trump people to the Nazis, would know something about the Nazis? You know, you had record inflation, radical medical experiments on people, anti-Semitism, militarism. I would never compare the Democratic Party to the Nazis because I think that comparison is reckless. Why is CBS defending Germany, though, over the United States of America? Well, it’s not like they’re England. They started two world wars. People’s grandfather, people’s father, who were older, were slaughtered by the Germans. Not to mention all the millions of Jewish people they exterminated. All of a sudden, we have to start tiptoeing around the Germans? Why?
SPEAKER 24 :
Over the weekend, Margaret Brennan was interviewing Marco Rubio, and she said that the Holocaust was an example of free speech being weaponized. Now, that’s wrong on so many levels. But the truth of the matter is, if the Democrats had their way, we’d be like 2025 Germany. What does 2025 Germany look like? Well, back to CBS, 60 Minutes did a report on German authoritarianism. You know, they continue to call Trump and J.D. Vance and Elon Musk You know, dictators, and this is fascism and authoritarianism. You want to hear what authoritarianism sounds like? You want to know what a real dictatorship is like? You want to know what horrific, fascistic… Tactics are like in 2025, not World War II, not Nazi Germany. We’re talking Germany today. This actually aired Sunday night on 60 Minutes.
SPEAKER 17 :
Is it a crime to insult somebody in public?
SPEAKER 02 :
Yes.

SPEAKER 12 :

SPEAKER 14 :
In the case of reposting, it is a crime as well, because the reader can’t distinguish whether you just invented this or just reposted it. That’s the same for us.
SPEAKER 17 :
The punishment for breaking hate speech laws can include jail time for repeat offenders. But in most cases, a judge levies a stiff fine and sometimes keeps their devices. How do people react when you take their phones from them?

SPEAKER 24 :
Just by imagination, or does CBS’s Sharon Alfonsi sound a little giddy at the prospect of six armed police raiding a man’s home? to confiscate his devices and arrest him, potentially, for posting a meme online. You understand we were one election away from having that be our reality. Do you recognize that? Do you realize how lucky we are? Do you understand how blessed we are? 800-655-MIKE. SPEAKER 21 :
The Mike Gallagher Show.
SPEAKER 08 :
Remember, I’ve been here for three weeks. And when you saw the inflation numbers, I’ve been here for three weeks. I have had nothing to do with inflation. This was caused by Biden. I had four years of virtually no inflation. So I’m just taking over. But I’ll tell you what. This country has made more progress in the last three weeks than it’s made in the last four years. And we’re respected again as a country.
SPEAKER 21 :
In the ReliefFactor.com studios, here’s Mike.
SPEAKER 24 :
I’m excited to go to that man’s home after the show. We’ll be headed over to the White House to do some interviews. Not sure who we’re going to get to talk to. It’s been described as key administration officials. Got the invitation at sort of the last moment, but we’re here. We’re in our nation’s capital. It’s a little chilly. It’s a little colder than Florida. but we’ll very much look forward to bringing you tomorrow’s broadcast from Washington. Joey Hudson’s going to be in the studio. I’m going to be in the White House. We’ll be conducting a bunch of interviews, and then we’ll play those interviews on the show Thursday as we will be live again. And to be in that White House this week again, after getting to go on a number of occasions during the first Trump administration, I have a hunch we’re going to get to go fairly often. Maybe I’ll run into Seb Gorka, or what’s her name? Gosh, I’m drawing a blank on… Golly! It’s been a day. It’s been a travel. We are flying around the country. I feel like a flight attendant. I can get to the front of the planes. Hello, everybody. Welcome. And we hope the plane won’t go upside down when we land. How does a plane, a Delta Airlines jet, crash land on the runway in Toronto, catch on fire, flip over, and nobody is killed? Nobody’s killed. Nobody’s killed. And I’m praying for the two people that were critically injured, including a child. What in the world is going on with all of these air crashes and all these airline disasters? I mean, here in Washington, D.C. recently, the horrible catastrophe over the Potomac. The planes skidding off runways. This one upside down? I texted my friend Captain Will Smith. I’m going to be emceeing a big gala this weekend in Tampa, benefiting Will’s foundation and helping people who suffered such loss during the hurricanes. It’s the big Will’s Way Foundation, and I’m going to be the master of ceremonies Saturday night over at the Tampa airport. So I asked Captain Will, based on the video that we’re seeing, and if you’re watching right now on Salem News Channel, we’ve been playing this video of a guy who was in the front of his car. Unbelievably, he was… shooting a video of that particular plane. What are the odds that somebody sitting at the Toronto airport in his car is shooting takeoffs and landings? And he took a video of that particular landing, and so you can see clearly how this plane had a very hard landing. and caught on fire underneath, lost a wing, flipped over. These poor passengers were strapped in, of course, and they’re hanging, as one official described it, upside down in the plane like bats. I don’t know how you’d ever get on a plane again. You’d think, I’m not going to push my luck. So I asked Captain Will, he said, look, that’s a side loading, meaning they came in on a crab, as he put it. They didn’t kick the nose around with the rudder to make sure that the wheels were aligned to the runway. Basically, it was like they landed the aircraft sideways, which collapsed the gear upon impact. This would probably be due to a strong crosswind. And the aircraft, Captain Will said, was wind-veined into the crosswind on landing. However, there’s a debate about whether or not it was crosswinds. According to the Toronto Fire Chief, there had not been significant crosswinds. But others are pushing back against that. Something went wrong. And anybody who knows aviation, in fact, if you haven’t seen the video of this crash, if you text the keyword crash to the MyPillow text line, 800-655-MIKE, we’ll send it back to you. And you can take a look at how this plane came in hard. It looks like it just collapses on the runway. I mean, I’ve looked at this video many times. It doesn’t look like it’s veering side to side or it’s not lined up properly, at least to my eye. That better video that was only released an hour or two ago, it just looks like this thing came in too hard. And the whole landing gear collapsed. And, you know, when it landed… But if you want to see it and analyze it for yourself, again, just text the keyword CRASH to 800-655-MIKE, and we’ll send you back that clip. Please never text and drive. Standard text messaging rates may apply. And, of course, that’s always a service of MyPillow, a product and a company that we love so much. They’ve got a new offer right now on the Roll & Go pillows with its own cover. For just $9.98, limit of $15. And these covers are so cool. They are patriotic. They’ve got a picture of the American flag. One of them has a Bible verse on it. Check it out. Go to MyPillow.com. Look for the Mike Gallagher specials. Click on that box. And with anything you order, enter the promo code MikeG, and you’ll save a ton of money. This pillow is normally, I think, nearly $50. But you’ll get it for $9.98 with promo code MikeG. Please limit $15. MyPillow.com. Promo code MikeG. MyPillow.com. Promo code MikeG or call 800-928-6034. 800-928-6034. Sing along with me. For the best night’s sleep in the whole wide world, visit MyPillow.com. Promo code MikeG. Yeah, thanks, Tracy. That event, by the way, in Tampa Bay, it’s called the Wings, Wheels, and Hearts Gala. It’s going to be an annual tradition, a gala to benefit people of Florida who have lost so much. It’s hosted by our friend Captain Will Smith and his Will’s Way Foundation of Tampa Bay. If you want details about the event, www.ftampabay.org. TampaBay.org, and that’ll get you all the details for the big gala that will be emceeing this Saturday night over by the Tampa International Airport. Here’s that exchange I promised between Margaret Brennan, host of CBS’s Face the Nation, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Think how quick, consider how bright this guy is, that he had the wherewithal to push back in real time, against the preposterous suggestion that the Holocaust was a product of the weaponization of free speech.
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, he was standing in a country where free speech was weaponized to conduct a genocide. And he met with the head of a political party that has far right views and some historic ties to extreme groups. The context of that was changing the tone of it. And you know that, that the censorship was specifically about the right.
SPEAKER 13 :
I have to disagree with you. Free speech was not used to conduct a genocide. The genocide was conducted by an authoritarian Nazi regime that happened to also be genocidal because they hated Jews and they hated minorities and they hated those that they had a list of people they hated, but primarily the Jews. There was no free speech in Nazi Germany. There was none. There was also no opposition in Nazi Germany. They were a sole and only party that governed that country. So that’s not an accurate reflection of history.
SPEAKER 24 :
An amazingly astute response to one of the stupidest questions or stupidest assertions I’ve ever seen on national television in my life. But think about it. It’s very devious for the left to do this, for an arm of the left like CBS and Margaret Brennan to try to connect those dots and say, look, look at the Holocaust. They weaponized free speech. This is a pathetic and desperate effort to punish people who have speech that the left disagrees with. And they’ve done it before. Remember Nina Jankowicz? Remember the Biden administration’s Nina Jankowicz? She was the… I mean, this is what we could have had if we hadn’t gotten this election right on November 5th. Nina Jankowicz was the director of the Ministry of Truth. It was a Department of Homeland Security-based disinformation governance board. The Democrats want us to be like Germany. John’s in Arkansas, 17 before the hour. Hi, John. Welcome back. How are you?
SPEAKER 20 :
Hi, Mike. You know what? It’s been going on a lot longer than we even can think about. But my point that I wanted to bring up was, remember when President Trump was speaking out against not knowing E.G. Carroll? And it cost him $80 million because he was saying something that, if somebody’s accusing you of something, and also in his New York case, remember when they… Made him where he couldn’t talk about his case at all. The gag order.
SPEAKER 24 :
The gag order. Yeah, yeah, you’re right. Well, look, that’s what happened with E. Jean Carroll. He denied her charge, and they… sued him, she sued, and a New York jury awarded her gazillions of dollars, which will be tied up forever on appeal. It’s ridiculous, but you’re right, John, good point. They can punish people for speech in a variety of ways, not just criminally, but civilly. Larry is in Martyville, Indiana. Hi, Larry, welcome aboard.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, thanks for taking my call, Mike.
SPEAKER 24 :
You bet.
SPEAKER 09 :
I want to say that… You can offend me. I can offend you. The one thing that we have in America as veterans, I will defend your right to offend me.
SPEAKER 24 :
Yeah, that’s right. That’s exactly right. Well, I mean, the chilling exchange, play the beginning if you can, Christian, of CBS’s 60 Minutes. This exchange was so remarkable where these are German officials. These are free speech experts or speech expert, not free speech. There’s nothing free about what they do in Germany. These are speech experts. These are prosecutors, professors. This is a group of people. that was being interviewed on 60 Minutes. And the very first question made my blood run cold. It ought to make your blood run cold, too.
SPEAKER 17 :
Is it a crime to insult somebody in public?
SPEAKER 24 :
Yes. Now, all of them right there, all three of them immediately reply in the affirmative. So as many of you have been saying, who gets to determine what’s an insult? If I say that’s the craziest thing, a caller calls my show and I, oh, that’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. You’re a moron. Well, I just insulted you, right? Or you call me. Mike, that’s crazy. Your position. We get to go around arresting people. Remember Nina Jankowicz? Yes. We were so close to this happening all over again if Vice President Cackles had won. Thank God Trump won. Thank God Trump won. Thank God Trump won.
SPEAKER 07 :
President Trump is moving at lightning speed.
SPEAKER 08 :
Billions of dollars in waste, fraud and abuse.

SPEAKER 22 :
The Mike Gallagher Show. She’s the dumbest congresswoman ever to listen to Congress, and she proves that every day. And look, bottom line is I can’t believe any member of Congress, Republican, Democrat, Independent, would want to educate criminal illegal aliens. who are in the country illegally, been convicted of a violent crime, and have been ordered to be removed by an immigration judge after due process at great taxpayer expense.
SPEAKER 21 :
In the ReliefFactor.com studios, here’s Mike.
SPEAKER 24 :
Oh, Mark Davis is going to absolutely kill me. He is going to clobber me. I was just talking to Rhonda K. Moreland, his wonderful producer, and she is such a joy to be around. And I told her, I said, Rhonda K., Here was the deal. I’m going to be at the NRB in Dallas. Mark said, look, I’m in a Food for the Poor campaign to feed starving kids. And Food for the Poor is an organization very near and dear to my heart. What’s going on here, guys? I’m getting all kinds of audio. Something goofy is going on. Food for the Poor is an organization very near and dear to my heart. And… And, in fact, Mark and Lisa and Ethan Davis and I went over to Guatemala, and we had just such an incredible visit. They’re truly doing God’s work. They are truly doing God’s work. And Mark said, look, when you’re in town, let’s host a lunch for some listeners, and it’ll be $1,000 a pop. We’ll kind of be there in person with our guests. And Mark is real worried about all the listeners being taken care of. And so he wants to have a big round table. And he said there are eight slots. We’ll have a table of ten. What’s going on, guys? Can somebody talk to me, Eric? Are we having trouble here? I can’t hear you, Eric. I’ve lost our connection here. All right, we’ve got a little bit of a technical glitch going on here. See, it happens… Happens every time. Okay, you can hear me. I guess maybe it’s just my return here. Sorry about that. I’ll bet it’s my IFB, guys. What if the IFB battery is going out? Anyway, anyway, I digress. So Mark said, let’s have eight people pop in $1,000. And had lunch with us. They sold it out in ten minutes. They got eight donors. So, boom, I said, well, Mark, we need a bigger table. He’s like, no, no, no, let’s do it twice. I can’t do it twice, it turns out, because of my schedule. So I can’t do that. But it would be kind of fun to have a bigger table. I’ll bet there’s somewhere near the Gaylord Hotel in Grapevine that can host us for lunch, and we can have a big round table with 20 people. Because Mark said, look, we’ve done this before where there’s a long rectangular table, and the people at the end of the table didn’t get in on the action. So I get that. I really do. I get that. At the end of the day, we’ll make it work. Maybe we can have a great time with even a bigger group. But thank you to everybody who’s made a donation already. Hey, I want to play this clip again from 60 Minutes. Cut number nine. Let me play this clip to give you an idea of what real authoritarianism looks like. For all the accusations against Donald Trump, and Elon Musk, and these guys are dictators, and these guys are… I want you to hear 60 Minutes. And you tell me, listen carefully, you tell me if it’s just me, or do you agree that the reporter for 60 Minutes, Sharon Alfonsi, is actually cheering on… The fascistic, tyrannical, dictatorial abridgment of free speech that Germany today happily engages in.
SPEAKER 17 :
Is it a crime to insult somebody in public?
SPEAKER 02 :
If we are talking face-to-face, you insult me, I insult you, okay, finish. But in the Internet, if I insult you or a politician… That sticks around forever. Yeah.
SPEAKER 17 :
If somebody posts something that’s not true and then somebody else reposts it or likes it, are they committing a crime?
SPEAKER 14 :
In the case of reposting, it is a crime as well because the reader can’t distinguish whether you just invented this or just reposted it.
The crime? Posting a racist cartoon online. At the exact same time across Germany, more than 50 similar raids played out. Part of what prosecutors say is a coordinated effort to curb online hate speech in Germany.
SPEAKER 24 :
And we were there. Have you heard about the case of Douglas Mackey? This guy was sentenced to prison. He was an American, a guy in Florida who posted memes online. that the government deemed misinformation about the election. The guy wound up being convicted. Do you remember Nina Jankowicz? Remember this character? This was the woman who was supposedly the head of the Ministry of Truth Department. I remember when this first came out, and I was watching this unfold. I thought, how are we standing for this? But this is what Biden… And the dirty Democrats tried to do to us. Remember her? Nina Jankowicz was the head of this goofy effort to curb misinformation by the Biden administration. Now, you talk about Orwellian. And this was a real thing. Do you remember this character? This is who she was, Nina Jankowicz. Remember this?
SPEAKER 19 :
I’m in Congress or a mainstream outlet, so disinformation’s origins are slightly less atrocious. It’s how you hide a little, little, little lie. It’s how you hide a little, little, little lie. It’s how you hide a little, little, little lie. When Rudy Giuliani shared that intel from Ukraine. Or when TikTok influencers say COVID can cause pain. They’re laundering disinfo and we really should take note. And not support their lies with our wallet voice or vote. Oh, information laundering is really quite ferocious. It’s when a huckster takes some lies and makes them sound precocious. By saying them in Congress for a mainstream outlet service. Information’s origin seems slightly less atrocious.
SPEAKER 24 :
Now, that was the Biden administration’s Nina Jankowicz. She was representing the Department of Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance Board. And look, I love me some Mary Poppins. I admit it. When I was a kid, I had a thing for Mary Poppins. And maybe that’s why I am the way I am today. Maybe that’s why I’m messed up. But you couldn’t have picked a more prominent example of the government’s and the Democrats’ attempt to censor speech than that awful chapter in American history. We say it every day. Thank God Trump won. Thank God Trump won. Thank God Trump won. To my heart I must be true.
SPEAKER 23 :
It is John Travolta’s birthday. Were you a Welcome Back Cotter fan? Nah, kind of missed that, but I like Grease. I thought that was fun. Of course you do. Now, you probably had awareness. I’m half kidding. He says, dripping with distrust. You know, I love Broadway. Listen, I love shows as much as any other layperson. You love shows. For some reason, the movie, it’s kryptonite to me. It’s just kryptonite. And it’s unfair. I don’t know. So whatever. So they’re all playing high schoolers, right, with Gabe Kaplan. And Travolta, when he started the show as Vinnie Barbarino, was like 21. And there was an episode where they had a talent show or something. And he sang a couple of bars. And people went, wow, dude can sing. So then he had an actual hit or two, and then comes Grease and various other things. But a truly interesting cat, Travolta, and he is 71 today. And so now enough about Travolta, but more about you. Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
SPEAKER 24 :
Let me react. He’s got an airport in his backyard. He’s a pilot. Yes. But he doesn’t, we ain’t talking Cessnas here. I mean, he’s got big, huge planes. I think he’s got a 757 that is like his. What? His own 757? Who needs a 757? No kidding. And he lives, I think it’s somewhere not far from me in Florida. He’s got some big estate that’s like literally an airport. He’s got runways up to the house, and he parks the jets and the planes at the house. It’s the craziest thing you’ve ever seen. I mean, I think it’s Ocala. I can’t remember what city he’s in. Out in horse country in central Florida? I don’t know where it is. Just know Florida. And he’s got, he has built runways and he essentially, his home is basically the control tower and the airport. Which is crazy. Speaking of which, here we go again with another airplane crash.
SPEAKER 23 :
I know. I bet his plane doesn’t flip over on its top when it’s landing. And it was not a crosswind. In Canada, for this Delta regional jet, it flipped over. What do you mean it’s not a crosswind? I think the early reports was not a crosswind.
SPEAKER 24 :
Huh. Well, here’s what my pilot buddy, Captain Will Smith, tells me, because I asked him, have you seen the latest video clip? Somebody was sitting in a car. Now, how does that happen? How many people take planes that are landing at an airport?
SPEAKER 23 :
Oh, more than you probably think. Why? Aviation dorks, of which I kind of am one. Not to the point where I’m at the airport filming planes coming up and down.
SPEAKER 24 :
Yeah, I was going to say, shooting video of planes. Well, somebody was. You can see it. He’s in his front seat of his car, and he films the Delta CRJ900 crash that took place at Toronto. So here’s what he tells me. First of all— He starts talking in this pilot jargon. We’re texting this morning. And I’m in D.C. We’ve got a bunch of big things to talk about this today. Much news, much news. We have much news today. So I’m in D.C. because I’ve been invited to interview some key administration officials at the White House. So we’ll be broadcasting tomorrow. Joey Hudson is going to help hold down the fort because, as it turns out, the interview availabilities are happening during the show tomorrow. Doing the full-fledged show from the White House on five minutes notice is a little tricky for us. So I’ll be there, and I’ll be at the White House, and then anybody I interview, and who knows who we’re going to get, we’ll broadcast it on Thursday. And I’ll also do some hits with Joey tomorrow from the White House. But anyway, so I came in early today to D.C. to get ready for this broadcast, and I’m texting back and forth with Captain Will Smith, and he writes, side-loaded on landing. Now, do you know what that means? I do not.
SPEAKER 23 :
I do radio shows for a living.
SPEAKER 24 :
He said that would cause a gear collapse. And I said, can you please translate for us ordinary peon layman?
SPEAKER 23 :
Passengers of size over one wing that are not compensated for on the other wing?
SPEAKER 24 :
He says size. Grid loading means they came in on a crab, did not kick the nose around with the rudder to make sure that the wheels were aligned to the runway. Basically, it was like they landed the aircraft sideways, collapsing the gear on contact. This was due to a strong crosswind, and the aircraft was wind veined into the crosswind on landing. That’s his analysis. So I don’t know. I mean, we’re going to see.
SPEAKER 23 :
But look, planes aren’t supposed to go upside down on landing. That is correct. And everybody was belted, it appears. So I heard Stigall this morning say they’re all hanging like bats after the plane flips over. And then they open the doors and start letting people out. Oh, my heavens.
SPEAKER 24 :
And evidently two people, I think, including a child, were critically injured. So we’re praying for them because they had some critical injuries. And I love the – it was a Delta flight, and the Delta flight attendant is barking at one of the passengers, put that phone away. Did you see that? I did not. Lady – If I’ve survived a crash and I’m climbing out, you’re going to let me tape whatever I want to tape. And, of course, for some reason, Ann Coulter decided to blow it. Well, of course she said that. That’s Delta. That’s the way Delta is.
SPEAKER 23 :
Everybody gets their own gripes. Speaking of airline news, you’ve done some Southwest in the last couple of years. They’re blowing away 15% of their workforce. I saw that. It’s sad news. Yeah. Yep, yep, yep. Oh, boy. Let’s reset. Let’s give people something to have joy about. Eight people are about to have joy because I got us a table for 10. This is the kindness of my buddy. First of all, Mike comes in. When Mike blows in for a week, traveling is tough. Traveling, doing a radio show is like juggling 14 fruits at the same time, keeping plates spinning. And he’s doing broadcasts next week from the National Religious Broadcasters meeting at the Gaylord. So on one of these days we were going to do lunch and I thought, okay, let me ask a huge favor of my buddy. Could we do the lunch thing? But could we invite, could we get a table for 10 somewhere? Invite eight listeners. So eight of them and you and me, we’d actually let them get a word in edgewise and we’d feed them someplace nice in grapevine because it’s got to be close enough. for you, and maybe make a little bit of money for Food for the Poor. And this is a big ask. Your week is so busy, laden with meetings and this. Everybody wants a piece of you, and you agreed to do this. And I cannot thank you enough just for the willingness to do this. So thank you as we begin.
SPEAKER 24 :
Well, how fun is that going to be? I mean, and to be able to break bread with some of our Uber fans who love the M&M experience and know that they’re going to be feeding starving children. They’re going to be supporting this beautiful Christian ministry. You and I and Lisa and Ethan, we got to travel to Guatemala together a number of years ago. We love this organization. They are truly doing God’s work. So you’re going to do God’s work. You’re going to bless a bunch of needy children and families. They’re going to get to have lunch with Mark and Mike. We’ll have our own M&M experience live and in person. There you go. Over lunch. I can’t think of a better. No commercial breaks. No breaks. Kind of like now. Yeah. Yeah. No kidding. No, we’re going to have a great time.
SPEAKER 23 :
I can’t wait. Here’s the methodology. Exactly. We’ve got to make this simple. So here is what we are going to do. First of all, you and I bandied this back and forth. People are laying down three grand to come sit in this room with me for an hour and just co-host the show. So you and me and free food involved? Oh, my. Come on. But then you talked me down and said, you know what? Let’s say somebody wants to bring somebody. I mean, if it’s three, I’d be six grand if we did the three grand. So, no, we’re so grateful. We know we know we could do more or better or whatever. We’re going to do this for a cool grand. We’re going to do this for a thousand bucks a seat. So for you, it’s a thousand for you and your hubby, your wife, your kid. It’s a thousand, whatever you want. So, I mean, tax deductible donation. That’s right. It’s a contribution. Here’s the interesting thing. What if 20 people do it right now? How do we pick eight? So here’s what we do. We’re going to send you through the text line. So if you are up for this and you are ready to commit, and I mean commit today, 866-660-5759. Rhonda and I will hover over the text line, just say, I want in for the lunch with Mark and Mike, or I want in, or I’m ready to go. Just whatever that. And then Rhonda will get back with you. We’ll secure your donation. And the first eight donations of $1,000 we secure, those are the eight people who are at the table with us in Grapevine at a restaurant to be disclosed later to you. And that’s so, so interesting. 866-660-5759. 1,000 bucks a seat, piece of cake, let’s do it. And Mark and Mike and you, and there we are, 866-660-5759, the Viascan of Las Colinas text line. Say, yes, I’m in. I want to do lunch with Mark and Mike. I want to do it, do it, do it. Yes, yes, yes. Rhonda, call me. Rhonda, call me. Then she will guide you through the donation process. at 660 am answer.com and then you send her the email she’ll let you know about that but so that you don’t do it without knowing that you got it text us first ronda will get on board with you she’ll get you right back like during after the show this is going to move quickly we could have eight people secured you know by by lunchtime today so well you know the first the first eight the first eight if we get 12 we’re going to take the first eight And if we get the first aid and somebody gets squirrely on the donation, we’re going to move on down and say, hey, you know, Bill and Little Elm couldn’t do it. So if we get a bunch, we may work our way down to you. So last thing, 866-660-5759. Say yes, I want to do lunch with Mark and Mike. $1,000 is nothing for that kind of joy. And it’s all for food for the poor. And Rhonda will get with you on how to secure that and do that. Yes, you wanted to say. What if you get more than eight?
SPEAKER 24 :
I mean, what if you… I mean, really, what if we get… I’ll take first aid.
SPEAKER 23 :
Are you sure?
SPEAKER 24 :
How many of these you got? Well, why don’t we get a table for 12 or 15?
SPEAKER 23 :
Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. Really? This is really important. I… And this is funny. And this is why the fascinating, you know what the challenge was for this? Round table. How many restaurants have round tables? I mean, that takes up a lot of space. And here’s why it has to be, is interaction. Lisa and I went out with her, our great friend Mike Weber on his wonderful book, The Mother Next Door, about the whole Munchausen, blah, blah, blah. But they’ve also been friends forever. And he just retired after a long career in law enforcement. So we all went to Los Vaqueros in Fort Worth. And there were eight of us there. And it was a long rectangular table. And it was lovely. But if you’re at one end and somebody’s at the far end, there ain’t no interaction. That’s true. And if there’s one thing we’re going to have, it’s interaction.
SPEAKER 24 :
Well, when we first started doing these trips to Israel and these cruises and all that back in the day, we didn’t have enough involvement with our audience. And people didn’t like that. So you’re right. I mean, all right, I’ll give it to you because we’ve got to get a big round table for 10. So that everybody has a seat at the table and everybody can interact. You’re right. You’ve talked me into it. That’s very good.
SPEAKER 23 :
It’s very exclusive. I want to be, exactly. I want it to be personal and exclusive. And since you and I brought it up, I think we got six like already.
SPEAKER 14 :
What? Let’s just go ahead.
SPEAKER 23 :
Rhonda says stop right now. Don’t give any more. But here’s the thing. Six already? Wow. I love… I love people. No, we’re going to keep going. Keep going. Yeah, because some people will say they’re interested. It’s like, wow, something happened. I got a hangnail. Right. You know, just exactly right. So the first eight that Rhonda will usher you through the process. Right. And then if anybody falls. The first eight grand. The first eight grand we get. Right, right.
SPEAKER 24 :
Confirmed. Because then if any of them fall through, then we go to the next person on the list. Correct.
SPEAKER 23 :
This is kind of fun. I’m excited about this. It is. So there you go. I might go pay to attend this lunch. This is exciting.
SPEAKER 24 :
Exactly. That’s awesome. I get to see the Mark and Mike experience in person. And I hope we can cover 60 Minutes joining German police Sunday night as they raided a man’s home for the crime of posting a meme. Now, do you understand, Mark, that we were one election away from that happening here? 100%.
SPEAKER 23 :
Guarantee you that would happen. That could never happen in America. No, no, no.
SPEAKER 24 :
That’s a dystopian. Nope, that isn’t. That’s a reality. So we’re going to, we’ll tackle that. We got all kinds of fun stuff with Doge. They’re freaking out. They’re calling it a reign of terror that Trump and Elon are trying to, you know, skim, push back on wasteful spending. Oh, that’s a reign of terror. All right. Like Musk is some kind of a crack addict trying to get everybody’s social security numbers. These people are goofy.
SPEAKER 23 :
Did you see the social – this one is just kind of banging around in my head that we have X number – we have 30 or 40 million more people supposedly getting social security checks than we have people in the country. It’s like –
SPEAKER 24 :
Apparently, there are 159-year-old people still getting Social Security checks.
SPEAKER 23 :
Listen, I know lifespans are extending. Well, Elon’s having a field day with that.
SPEAKER 24 :
He goes, I didn’t know there were vampires. We must have vampires in America that are getting Social Security payments. Look, vampires got to pay bills, too.
SPEAKER 23 :
Eggs are expensive for vampires.
SPEAKER 24 :
A little bit expensive. Well, they don’t have eggs, but samples of blood when they run out of blood, they go to the grocery store and get some, I don’t know.
SPEAKER 23 :
You know what else they’re looking at at Doge? Fort Knox. They’re going to literally count the gold at Fort Knox to see, I don’t know, if it’s all there or not. Education Department.
SPEAKER 24 :
I mean, it’s so great. And they don’t have a leg to stand on. The funny thing is, the complaints are what? They’re finding all these clips of Clinton and Gore and Bush and Obama saying, we’ve got to trim government waste. We’ve got to curb this spending.
SPEAKER 23 :
And they knew full well. Every single one of those people who said it, Democrat and Republican, knew full well it wasn’t going to happen.
SPEAKER 24 :
Well, it is this time. It sure is.
SPEAKER 23 :
The new day is dawning.
SPEAKER 24 :
The golden era is here. All right.
SPEAKER 23 :
How many are we up to, Rhonda? We got more than eight? I’m excited. We actually probably do, but some people can still do it because she’s getting then back in touch and saying, okay, here’s what you do. Do your donation. As soon as I get the confirmed donation, then you’re in and there you go. Now, here’s the thing. I hope I can make it. You’re in D.C. now. You better make it. But we are not together tomorrow because while you’re in D.C., I’m filling in for Chris DeGaulle. Oh, wow. Yeah, because Chris is also going to the White House. Exactly right. Nice. All right. Well, then I’ll see you.
SPEAKER 24 :
We’ll give you an update Thursday with a preview of our White House broadcast because we’re going to play the interviews on Thursday. All right. Love you. See you tomorrow.
SPEAKER 1 :
Bye.
