In this episode, Mike Gallagher shares his insights on the complexity of protests across the United States. Analyzing both peaceful demonstrations and violent outbursts, Mike calls for a return to prayer and the principles that define a lawful society. Hear Mike’s take on how these events are playing out on the national stage, the political implications, and what it all means for the future of American democracy.

SPEAKER 08 :
Brace yourself. I’m in kind of a spiritual mood today. I’m in a mood. Tuesday, I’m watching the coverage last night of the riots where I see all these Democrats coming down on the backs and the heads of law enforcement and the Marines. Remember when let’s send in the Marines and fix things was a good thing? Now Democrats say Marines are the bad guys. Now law enforcement, cops are the bad guys. I wonder what just… American cops are thinking about all this pushback against law enforcement in Los Angeles. Gavin Newsom is devoting California taxpayer money to sue the federal government for Trump’s mass deportation and sending in the Marines and the National Guard and all. This is a guy who’s grossly incompetent. I tried to warn everybody. Everybody was all enamored with him when he had his little podcast and, oh, you know, we should be, we should, we have a big tent and he’s reaching. I said, be careful of this guy. You’ve got to be careful of some of these folks because they throw you a little bit of normalcy and then they wind up biting you in the rear end But what Democrats are doing right now, this is biblical. This feels like absolute stuff right out of the Holy Bible. This is right out of the good book. Maybe Old Testament stuff. Good is portrayed as bad. Bad is portrayed as good. But the good news, what I love about this story, is we know how it ends. We know how it ends. We know how this story unfolds. Good always triumphs over evil. Good always, always, always wins. And we can’t lose sight of that. President Trump is on the right side of this. Republicans are on the right side of this. Democrats are doing something right now that is going to backfire so badly. Do you realize, Democrats, what people see when they’re seeing the images of downtown Los Angeles? And people looting the Apple Store and burning vehicles and throwing rocks and objects at cops while waving Mexican and Palestinian flags? Do you realize? how that is received by normal people. Burning the American flag and waving the Mexican and Palestinian flags. Charlie Kirk had a great post about the Palestinian flag. That’s not a mistake. That’s no accident. It’s a primary feature of today’s progressives. This is how they roll. They hate cops. They hate the military. And they certainly hate Donald Trump because President Trump, to them, represents everything that they think is wrong with America. Now, we know it’s everything that’s right with America. These are all good things. It’s virtuous to have peace in the streets. It’s a virtuous thing to enforce the law. It’s a bad thing. It’s actually an evil thing to be on the side of people who assault police officers. Trump is deploying 2,000 more guard troops to Los Angeles. I hope they wind up putting 20,000 in there if they have to. How can you be opposed to that? How can you be opposed to trying to restore safety and security and peace to the streets of any American city? But again, this is biblical, it’s spiritual. It’s good versus evil. And I urge you to remember that. I saw Ben Ferguson on CNN last night say, when American kids have their American citizen mom or dad arrested and put in jail, there’s no rioting and looting because they understand that we have to have rule of law in this country. Well, why is it any different with illegal immigrants? Now, I want to add a different take to all of this for just a moment, and I want to get your reaction to what I’m about to say. And I want to welcome you in. It’s Tuesday. I’m feeling good. Hope you are too. Obviously, I hate what people are going through in cities like Los Angeles and Dallas. These protests might expand. I don’t know. But here’s what I do know, and this is something that I think is very important Peaceful protest is part of the fabric of the United States of America. If you are upset or oppose Trump’s promised mass deportation, and remember, he promised this, and Americans voted for it. Whether you like it or not, this was a key component of his presidential campaign in 2024. There was going to be the biggest mass deportation you’ve ever seen. And Americans heard that and went to the ballot box and delivered him a landslide victory. Every single swing state, not even close, wins the popular vote. Americans said, yes, this is what I voted for. But I can appreciate people on the other side who don’t like illegals being deported. Particularly Illegals who haven’t committed any other offenses except illegal immigration. Now, you can’t give them a pass because illegal immigration is just that. It is against the law to sneak into our country and set up shop here. It’s against the law. You can’t do it. And Trump said, if you do it, we’re going to round you up and we’re going to send you back to where you came from. And most of America said, that’s what I want. But I can appreciate and I can respect good-hearted people who don’t like seeing hard-working Hispanics, hard-working whatever, Asians, I don’t care what ethnicity, who get swept up in the deportation raids and they get sent home. And they’re crying and they’re sobbing and they’re upset. And look, that’s a hard thing to witness. We knew this was going to be hard. We knew this was going to hurt. I feel that way too. I don’t like seeing kids dragged across the Rio Grande into the United States only to be swept up with their families and have to be deported. I’m sure it’s traumatic for them. I’m sure it’s upsetting. I’m sure it is disruptive. And if you’re against that and you want to hold a sandwich board on the corner of 3rd and Main to express your opposition… God bless you. Go ahead. Nobody’s stopping you from peaceful protest. And I think the peaceful, because the term peaceful protest has been completely and utterly hijacked by these lunatics who want to pretend that riots are peaceful. We must remember that true peaceful protest is absolutely not only acceptable, but should be encouraged. Nothing wrong with that. I respect people who stand outside abortion clinics and are pro-life activists. I respect people fighting for life. I respect people who stand up for their country and peacefully protest. So I think we’re forgetting that part of it. Do you agree with me or not? I want to find out. Are you okay with people peacefully protesting the mass deportations? Do you understand what I’m saying? Or am I wrong to even go down that road? I want to turn it over to you. Let’s put your voice front and center here on the Mike Gallagher Show. Our number is 800-655-MIKE. Join us. Do you believe that this is a biblical, spiritual thing? cultural war that we are in, but good always triumphs over evil. Good will prevail. Here’s a text from Texas. On the MyPillow text line, when good does nothing, evil rises. We’re seeing it on full display right now in Los Angeles. Marxist America haters. These are people who hate our president, These are people who love criminals, over law-abiding citizens, and Trump will crush these people. Do you believe in peaceful protest? And as Tracy pointed out, she said, you know, the problem with going down the peaceful protest route is that these people that are committing acts of violence aren’t peaceful protesters. Well, of course they’re not. I’m not defending them. You know that. Arrest every last one of them. I’m talking about making sure we don’t forget that true peaceful protest should not be discouraged in this country. And if you are objecting to the mass deportations that Trump is delivering, promises made, promises kept, you should respect people who want to protest peacefully. Sue’s in Delaware. Sue, you’re on the Mike Gallagher Show, 25 past the hour. Again, our number is 800-655-MIKE. Hi, Sue. How are you?
SPEAKER 06 :
I’m doing good.
SPEAKER 08 :
Thank you. How are you, Mike? I’m great. I’m feeling, like, very spiritual today. I’ve got a weird inner calm and inner peace. How about you? How are you feeling today?
SPEAKER 06 :
Yep, I am. The answer to your peaceful protest, yes. if it truly is peaceful. But the problem is that we’ve been seeing on the news is that it hasn’t been, and it hasn’t been that way for the past four years. That’s right. When Joe Biden was in office.
SPEAKER 08 :
That’s right. And the media pretends that peaceful protest or that violent protest is actually peaceful, that rioting and looting is peaceful protest.
SPEAKER 06 :
Right. And it’s not wrong as wrong. Exactly. When you’re dealing and, and, um, Just doing everything in your power just to break people. That’s right. And spiritually, you’re right. You know, I know God uses people. You know, he has a plan, and he uses people, good or bad. And that I believe that, you know, if the people in this country who are American citizens would repent for the nation… as a nation and individually, that I think that God would bring us more prosperity and more
SPEAKER 08 :
I believe that totally. We’ve got to return to prayer and remember the power of prayer. And we’ve got to pray for some of these people that are so broken and so lost. And a lot of them are broken and lost because of the media’s role in this. Look at what this anchor said on ABC7 in Los Angeles. Now, when you make it in Los Angeles or New York in local news, it’s in many cases better than making it nationally. These are the highest paid anchors and news people in America. and it’s a great gig. Check out, I don’t even know the guy’s name, but here was what an anchor actually said last night on ABC7.
SPEAKER 07 :
Large group of people. It could turn very volatile if you move law enforcement in there in the wrong way and turn what is just a bunch of people having fun watching cars burn into a massive confrontation and altercation between officers and demonstrators.
SPEAKER 08 :
There you go. If the cops get too close to those people who are just having fun watching cars burn, things could get worse. That’s an actual news anchor at the ABC affiliate. ABC 7 in Los Angeles. He’s the happy conservative warrior, Mike Gallagher, broadcasting across hundreds of radio stations nationwide and seen on your trusted conservative TV network, Salem News Channel. Here’s Mike.
SPEAKER 08 :
I just saw a clip on X of a woman in Asheville, North Carolina. It’s a very liberal community. And they’re having anti-law enforcement protests in Asheville. Not a big surprise. And she’s standing there with this giant mask over her face being interviewed by a local reporter. And she’s giving the reporter her name. And she spells her name. It’s Mamone, M-A-I, however she spells her name. And then the reporter says, but you have a mask on. Why do you have a mask on? She said, because of Trump’s fascism. She said, I need to wear the mask. I need to wear the mask to protect myself against fascism. While spelling her name through the mask to the reporter, who’s going to put it, I guess, on TV. So, lady, that mask isn’t going to help you if you break the law, if you cross the line from being a so-called peaceful protester. to a rioter or a looter or a criminal. Golly, we are in, this is biblical stuff. This feels so spiritual to me. And I just have got this, my heart is full right now with my belief that good will triumph and that all of this is backfiring big time against the Democrats. What do you think, if you’re in favor of what is happening in Los Angeles right now, When Americans see images of the Apple store in downtown L.A. being looted, oh yeah, that happened, or the CVS pharmacy doors broken down and that gets looted, and people waving Mexican and Palestinian flags while throwing bricks, rocks, and projectiles at cops, what do you think normal people see? Resistance? Because look, that’s what the Democrats want, right? You want resistance. When AOC or Maxine Waters or Karen Bass or Gavin Newsom or any of these people on the left encourage resistance, well, what do you think is going to happen? Look, you’re either on the side of the good guys or you’re on the side of the bad guys. This is a spiritual good versus evil. What, they’re mad about the Marines? I thought we treasured the Marines. I thought we admired and respected the Marines. Did you see Maxine Waters browbeating members of the military for doing their job? What’d they do wrong? She’s screeching at them yesterday saying, if you shoot me, you better shoot straight. You should be ashamed of yourself. What are you doing here? And these men are standing there I’m sure they wanted to say, we are doing our job, you crazy lady. We’re enforcing the law. We’re trying to restore safety and peace to these communities. This is good versus evil, and you’ve got to remember something. Please remember, good always triumphs over evil. It may take a while to get there. But it’s going to happen, and I believe it’s happening now. More troops are going into Los Angeles. This ridiculous narrative that somehow the good guys having a presence is creating rioting and looting and assaults and all the other violence we’re seeing. Trump isn’t doing that. You think Trump is looting? You think Trump’s damaging any communities? Perhaps this was best put by the assistant DHS secretary, Tricia McLaughlin. She was on Fox News yesterday pointing out the real instigators of all of this violence. And spoiler alert, it’s not Republicans, it’s Democrats.
SPEAKER 04 :
This is the natural escalation of the rhetoric from AOC, from Tim Walz, from Karen Bass herself, who have likened ICE to Nazis. They’ve likened ICE to the Gestapo. Then, of course, you’re giving these activists, these violent rioters, a free pass to go on and do the worst of the worst, which is assault our ICE enforcement officers and make American communities less safe.
SPEAKER 08 :
And they’re doubling down. I mean, Maxine Waters said yesterday, time for the protests to continue. Now, there is a difference. I saw a clip from Ron DeSantis a moment ago where he said, you want to peacefully protest, peacefully protest. But when you cross the line, we’re not going to tolerate that here in Florida. When you break the law and when you assault police officers, when you come at businesses, we will arrest you and we will make an example out of you. That’s the Florida way. I made a decision a few years ago to exit New York City and move to Florida. It was the smartest, best decision I ever made. The atmosphere here is so different from places like California and New York. It’s like two different planets. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. And, you know, in my job, I travel a lot, so I go back and forth. I go to New York. I’ve been to California. It’s like, again, two completely different universes. And for Ron DeSantis to point that out, yesterday there was a protest in Tampa, and there were people waving Mexican flags. There were more pro-America protesters and demonstrators in Tampa. Here in Tampa Bay, people stood there waving American flags and told the people with the Mexican flags, feel free to go back to Mexico. If it’s better in Mexico, please go back. Nobody’s stopping you. That’s the Florida way. There’s a difference. We are definitely different here. And I am honored to be here. I was talking to my boss this morning, driving into work, as I often do. And I told him, this feels demonic. When you reject law enforcement, when you… Tracy just came into the studio shaken. She didn’t see what we talked about a day or two ago, maybe she missed it, where protesters in L.A. are literally like jackhammering chunks of cement off of the sidewalk so that they can throw it at police cars and law enforcement and members of the military and the National Guard and the Marines and whoever’s there. Tracy couldn’t believe it. She said, that’s terrible. I’m like, yeah, well, welcome to the club. That’s demonic. This is good versus evil. Remember when sending the Marines was a good thing? The Marines fixed things. They were the good guys. Well, they are the good guys. They continue to be the good guys. Police officers are the good guys. Law enforcement, good guys. And for President Trump to try to restore peace and safety and security in a city like L.A.? ? It’s a challenge because you’ve got a mayor, Karen Bass, who’s a radical, crazed activist. I mean, she’s denying the violence in her city. And she’s doubling down on encouraging it. Gavin Newsom, he’s gone full-blown wacko. I told you, don’t believe him, don’t trust him with his stupid little podcast and interviewing people like Charlie Kirk and Sean Hannity. And you think he’s, oh, maybe he’s moderate. He’s not moderate. And incidentally, he has now completely torpedoed any chance he’s got of being a presidential candidate in 2028. Normal Americans aren’t going to put that guy in the White House. not when he’s suing the federal government right now for trying to enforce the law in Los Angeles. This feels very spiritual to me. I want to see what you make of all of it. Let’s put your voice front and center here on the Mike Gallagher Show. 800-655-MIKE, 15 past the hour. We’re in the Relief Factor studios, and it is an honor to be back with you today because we’ve got a lot of breaking news to cover. When you’re against law enforcement, and when you are on the side of rioters and looters and vandals and criminals, you’re on the wrong side. You’re on the side of evil. This isn’t hard. And I believe, as a law-abiding American citizen, that peaceful protest should be treasured. Look, I understand that there are people who don’t like the images of illegal immigrants being deported. If you’re against that policy, okay. Make a sign, stand on the corner, and be peaceful. Cross the line, go to jail. You have to face consequences for your actions. There’s nothing wrong with peaceful protests. I’ll find this DeSantis clip for you and play it for you and get your reaction to all of it. 800-655-6453.

He’s the happy conservative warrior, Mike Gallagher, broadcasting across hundreds of radio stations nationwide and seen on your trusted conservative TV network, Salem News Channel. Here’s Mike.
SPEAKER 08 :
Many, many years ago, when I was a local host in South Carolina, in the upstate, in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, about 1990, there was a rumor that our front desk got a phone call from Sam Walton, the guy behind the Walmart empire. And he had favorable things to say about little old me. He liked the Mike Gallagher show. And that was like in 1989 or 1990. And I didn’t really believe it at the time, but somebody pointed out that he had some sort of ties at the time to the Carolinas. I don’t know if he had a home there or what. But the rumor was that many decades ago, Sam Walton himself from Walmart called the station and said that Mike Gallagher is doing a really good job. Now, again, to this day, I don’t know if it’s true or not, but if it’s true… I wonder what he would think of his daughter-in-law, Christy. Have you heard about the full-page ads that she’s taking out, urging people to get out and, I guess, resist the Trump administration this Saturday? Saturday is going to be a big day because not only will there be the big military parade, and oh my gosh, the left is losing their minds over that. You can’t put our military assets on display. That’s something they do in North Korea, which I suspect. just getting under their skin is a part of why President Trump is doing it. But there’s nothing wrong with it. I mean, we’ve never really, I guess, done stuff like that before, so it’s going to be a big day. It’s also Flag Day, and it also happens to be President Trump’s birthday. As a result, the left is rubbing their hands together, and they’re saying, boy, we’ve got to get out, and we’ve got to counter-protest. No Kings is what they’re calling it. It’s the No Kings protest. And so here’s a big full-page color ad in the New York Times. No kings. June 14th. Mobilize. We’re a people of principle and honor. We honor our commitments. Stand by our allies. We defend against aggression by dictators. We uphold and defend the Constitution. We care for veterans and children. unless they’re in the womb. We respect our neighbors and trading partners. We support a healthy national and international economy. We’re the world leader trusted to uphold the stability of the rule of law. We are the people of the United States of America. No kings. June 14th. Mobilize. And this ad, it says at the bottom, paid for by Christy Walton. The views represented here are solely those of Christy Walton. Well, when you’re an heir to the Walmart fortune, I guess you can afford a full-page ad in the New York Times. She’s 76 years old. I was reading about her because I’m intrigued by this, especially considering my perhaps fantasy relationship with her late father-in-law, who died, incidentally, in 1992. She’s worth an estimated $17.8 billion. She married into the Walmart dynasty. Her husband was John Walton, son of the Walmart founder, Sam. John died in a plane crash in 2005, and she inherited a big portion of his shares. So she’s taken out ads encouraging resistance. Now, look, it’s a funny thing about protest. There’s nothing wrong with peaceful protest. The problem is the left has warped that phrase and turned it into violence. And we all know it. We all know it. I saw Ben Ferguson on CNN last night. I want to play this clip for you because Ben pointed out on the Abby Phillips panel over on CNN that there’s children in America who have a mom or dad in an American prison. But there’s no rioting and looting when that happens. So why is it any different with illegal immigrants? A great clip from Ben last night. Here it is.
SPEAKER 05 :
There’s news in America every single day. There are children that cry when their mom or dad, who’s an American citizen that breaks the law, gets arrested and goes to jail. I have watched it, and there’s no rioting and looting over that because we understand that we’re either a country of laws or we are not a country of laws. Every day we send moms and dads who are American citizens to prison, and we separate them from their families. And you know why we don’t feel sorry for them? Because we judge them on the law, and we say if you break the law in America, we put you in jail.
SPEAKER 08 :
So why is it different for illegal immigrants? And he got a little covered up by the inevitable crosstalk on that panel. They’re all yapping always and interrupting each other. But he says at the end, Why is it any different for illegals? It is against the law to be here illegally. Full stop. No way around that. Now, while it can be painful to see families scooped up and sent back to their native country, maybe people who never got in any other trouble, maybe people who never broke any other laws, I get it. I have felt it. You know, we’re not cruel and mean people. I don’t like the idea of families who maybe lived here for many years illegally suddenly being caught up in the mass deportation. But you can’t lose sight of the fact that what’s happening with these deportations is what we voted for. This isn’t a secret. This wasn’t a mystery. This wasn’t kept from the American people. It’s not like Trump sprung this on people surprisingly. He promised to do it. In fact, it was a centerpiece of his campaign. And you know what he went out and did? He beat Kamala Harris in a landslide. You know what that means? That means this is what the American people voted for. Now, I go back to this Christy Walton ad. If I had a direct pipeline to her, and I don’t know anything about her other than I know she’s apparently a leftist and she doesn’t apparently respect real law and order because what’s happening in L.A. right now is law and order versus anarchy and chaos and violence and destruction. And she apparently wants more of it on June the 14th, I guess. If I could talk to her, I’d say, will you feel that you bear any responsibility for any violence that might erupt on June 14th when you are encouraging people to mobilize? What does mobilize mean? Does that mean peacefully protest? Here’s the irony of all of this. Trump got crucified for January 6th. And all he said was, go peacefully protest. That’s the amazing part of this whole narrative in America right now. We played that clip a million times. Alex, I know you’re covering for Eric today. Do you know how to find that clip on the ENCO? Because we played it over and over again during the campaign because we wanted to set the record straight. It’s not true and it’s not fair to claim that Trump encouraged any kind of violence on January 6th. He literally did the opposite. He literally encouraged people on January 6th when he gave that speech To go peacefully and patriotically, let your voice be heard. Look, you could be against Trump’s deportations. And still peacefully and patriotically, let your voice be heard. Go stand outside with a sign. Nothing wrong with that. Go march. Don’t disrupt traffic. Don’t break the law. Don’t throw anything at cops. Don’t loot the Apple store like they did last night in Los Angeles. Because nothing screams social justice more than scooping up a bunch of iPhones, right? Breaking the windows and stealing from Apple. That’s standing up for illegal immigration, right? That’s what you do. Look, this is good versus evil. This is an absolute battle between good versus evil. And you get to pick. I like the choice that we have. And if you disagree with me, we’ll put you to the top of the line. Are you on the side of law and order, which means you’re on the side of the police, means you’re on the side of the military, means you’re on the side of the National Guard, means you’re on the side of the Marines? Or are you on the side of the looters and those committing acts of violence? Simple question. Look, if Gavin Newsom wanted to put this to an end, there’d be a curfew in Los Angeles. Five nights of rioting and looting and violence, and he has yet to declare a curfew. What about Karen Bass? She’s the mayor. She could easily declare a curfew. Wouldn’t that be a normal thing for a mayor to do? When you have violence at night, I mean, every news report I saw, including the ones on CNN and MSNBC, said it gets worse at night. Well, then you have a curfew. Get off the streets. And they would absolutely be doing that if the violence was, heaven forbid, being committed by conservatives or MAGA. or Trump supporters. They’d shut down that city tighter than a drum. They would lock down Los Angeles so fast and make your head spin. And all we’re left with is the belief that maybe, just maybe, this is what they want. This is what they want. Do you agree with me that there is room for plenty of peaceful protest in America? That that’s a right? That that is something that we should exercise? Or do you think I’m missing the boat here? And can you help me answer the question, why haven’t they declared a curfew in Southern California? Is it because they want it to happen? Is it because this is what they want? 800-655-MIKE, 800-655-6453. Want to put your voice front and center here in the Relief Factor studios for a Breaking News Tuesday. So glad you’re with us. I appreciate people who let their voice be heard peacefully and patriotically, like President Trump has recommended. But not what they’re doing with this. 800-655-MIKE. Your voice, your call, your perspective. Coming up.
SPEAKER 01 :
Oh, boy, I’m lucky. I’ll say I’m lucky. I can play this every day. This is my lucky day.
SPEAKER 09 :
But who is this, Mike? Who is it? I don’t have a clue. You’ll know when I say so because you’ll instantly… Is that Judy Garland? There you go. I was going to say if I’d done Over the Rainbow or something. But it’s Judy Garland’s birthday, born this date, 1922, and that is Lucky Day from 1956. Do you share? I hit everybody with a vibe. America’s on fire in parts. It’s crazy. There’s nonsense everywhere. But the optics are playing out. I have this peace, this confidence that this is not working out well for the crazy people and that sanity is coming down the pipeline.
SPEAKER 08 :
I’m particularly intrigued by your characterization of Gavin Newsom, who has sort of made this sort of neck-snapping pivot from reasonable and reach out to Sean Hannity. And now he’s spending taxpayer dollars suing the federal government for enforcing the law. Let that just sink in. Imagine that waste of resources. Doesn’t it feel like we’re in biblical times? in a way, and I’m sure you’re up to it.
SPEAKER 09 :
I feel like we’re always in biblical time.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah, but even more so now.
SPEAKER 09 :
I know what you mean, like apocalyptic time.
SPEAKER 08 :
I mean this good versus evil showdown. You know, remember when sending the Marines was a good thing?
SPEAKER 09 :
Exactly. Oh, that’s a relief. The Marines are coming. Exactly.
SPEAKER 08 :
Thank goodness. The good guys are on their way. So to the left, good is bad. Bad is good. Defend people. Donald Trump isn’t lighting any cars on fire. Donald Trump isn’t throwing any bricks at anybody. He’s trying to restore peace. and safety to a community that is under siege. And you’re right. They continue to pretend that what we’re seeing with our very eyes isn’t happening. They’re smashing in the windows of the Apple Store in downtown Los Angeles and walking out with goodness knows how many hundreds of thousands of dollars of items.
SPEAKER 09 :
Because as we learned post-George Floyd, when you break into stores and steal stuff, society just gets better.
SPEAKER 08 :
It just heals all the way. That’s virtuous. That’s a virtuous thing to do. That’s a positive action. Break down the door of a CVS and go walk out with a bunch of shampoo bottles, and you are honoring the memory and the legacy of George Floyd in a way that no other politician could. I mean, it’s insane. And now it came to Dallas. It was in Tampa Bay. Let me stipulate something. I’ve been thinking a lot about all this because I’ve been thinking about how normal Americans are responding. Look, politically, and it’s starting to come out into the open, this is backfiring on them. Big time. There’s no way you can denounce cops and attack law enforcement and come out on the right side of this. But let’s stipulate something, and I think our side needs to do a better job of this. If you are fundamentally opposed to Trump’s mass deportation, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with you writing out a sign and standing on a street corner. Go do that all day long. We appreciate that. And, you know, good people are bothered by, I’ll say it, hardworking, you know, people from another country who haven’t gotten in trouble and they’re getting swept up in these immigration raids and they’re being deported. And I can appreciate that. I know good people who hurt for that. You know, families that are being sent back to Venezuela. Our side tends to vilify the entire segment of that population. Now, on the other hand, Ben Ferguson, I think he’s Dallas-based, right? Ben Ferguson was on CNN yesterday, and you talk about a truth bomb. He said, look, in America every day there are children who cry when their mom or dad, an American citizen, breaks the law, gets arrested, goes to jail. But there’s no rioting or looting over that because everyone understands we’re either a nation of laws or we’re not. So with the illegal immigration issue, why is it different for them? It’s not. It’s not. Breaking the law is breaking the law, and they have to come to terms with that. In fact, that’s right. Right now we’re trying to support the children of American prisoners with our food, our beautiful – campaign for prison fellowship in the Angel Tree campaign. We’re sending 657 kids to summer camp right now who have an American parent in prison. And guess what? None of these kids are looted and rioting because their parent is in jail. Nobody’s assaulting a cop because their parent got arrested. So, MikeOnline.com if you want to support our Angel Tree prison fellowship campaign. We only have a few days left. Charlie Kirk talked about, I mean, you look at the images. Mexican and Palestinian flags? I know. Yeah. Mark, Palestinian flags? Now, Charlie writes, that’s not a mistake. That’s not a bug. That’s not an anomaly. They are fellow travelers. It’s a feature of modern progressivism. You know, they masquerade as compassionate. But it is, as Charlie puts it, it’s a caste system of victimhood where identity outranks truth, grievance replaces virtue, and justice no longer serves the common good but kneels to a hierarchy of oppression.
SPEAKER 09 :
It’s all about the lens of oppressed and oppressor, the Israel-Palestinian thing. Israelis largely seem to be white, instant oppressors. Palestinians tend to be somewhat darker, instantly the oppressed, and thus they can do no wrong.
SPEAKER 08 :
And they avoid the truth like a cockroach avoids light. Look at Greta Thunberg. That pathetic display, the selfie yacht.
SPEAKER 09 :
I wonder if she’s been sat down to watch that video. She has. She refused to watch it.
SPEAKER 08 :
They put her in a room as a condition of her to be, and she incidentally was lawfully deported. They stuck her butt on a plane and she’s already headed back to Sweden. Back to Sweden. Yeah, it didn’t really work out for Greta. You know, she’s decided that her pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian position didn’t really play well with the Israeli government. So they detained her and her 12 other comrades on their stupid selfie yacht. But they said, look, let’s make sure she sees what Hamas did. And there’s a 37-minute video that I saw at the Israeli embassy in Washington, D.C. It’s gut-wrenching. It’s powerful. But it’s important. I wish everybody would see it. I wish every… And they thought, well, let’s let her see it, since she’s so pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas. Mark, they put her in the room. She refused to watch it. She refused to watch it. Truth… is holy water to them. It is. They cannot stand it. And she, you know, even this young woman, and incidentally, she’s not a little girl anymore. She’s 22.
SPEAKER 09 :
Exactly. She’s perpetually 13 because she has the brain of a child, but she’s 22.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, I gave her a lot of grace back in the day. She was a kid and, you know.
SPEAKER 09 :
I didn’t care.
SPEAKER 08 :
You know, I get it. But now she’s a young woman and she’s now got to be accountable for her actions. But why wouldn’t she watch it? Because maybe the truth would seep into her you know, misguided soul, and she would realize she’s on the wrong side of this. If you’re on the side of Hamas, you’re on the wrong side.
SPEAKER 09 :
Exactly. You phrased it exactly right. None of this, you know, sit down and watch this video is designed to make you necessarily, you know, love Netanyahu and be instantly pro-Israel. But it’s if you are going to take the Palestinian side of that regional land dispute that’s lasted forever and probably always will. Just don’t be on the side of terrorists. Don’t think that Hamas is good. Don’t think that holding hostages is tolerable. And that’s what this activist bent is saying. That is what she is saying. That’s the side she is on. So that would have been instructive for her to watch that.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, that’s what I mean about upside down. I mean, good is evil. Evil is good. The Riverside County Sheriff, there is some sanity and even in Southern California. Chad Bianco is the sheriff of Riverside County, and he reacted, frankly, hilariously to Kamala Harris’ attack on Trump. Kamala Harris claimed that Trump was the one promoting chaos in calling in the National Guard. Bianco posted, President Trump didn’t start these riots. He’s not out there lighting cars on fire, hurling projectiles at law enforcement, blocking freeways. Her statement, Kamala’s statement, is an embarrassment. and does nothing to defuse the violent riots taking place across the city. The Democrats and their leaders own this, is what he said.
SPEAKER 09 :
And you know what they’re saying about Trump? Have you heard the Democrat observation, some Democrats’ observation of Trump? Oh, this sending in the National Guard, having the Marines on standby. It makes him, he is weak and he is panicky. Yeah. Is there anything about Trump’s vibe that seems to smack of panic? Is there anything that makes you look like he’s becoming unnerved and nervous?
SPEAKER 08 :
Their theories, Mark, about all of his reasons are hysterical. One of them is that he’s trying to distract the country from Elon. Uh-huh. Yeah, like he cares at all about Elon.
SPEAKER 09 :
That feud is already forgotten. You know who’s forgotten it? Elon. Did you see yesterday? There was a post of Trump saying, I wish him well. I wish him very well, actually. And Elon hearted that. I mean, they’re bros again. That having been said. When you look at what Elon can do, he may put us on Mars. He may give us robots. He is certainly giving us electric cars. He gets our astronauts to the space station. He is an absolute genius. He is also, every once in a while, stone cold crazy. So it’s probably good for him to ride this ride as a Trump ally in the private sector because this could happen again.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, let’s look at what happens next year with the midterms because all of this has to be looked at through a political lens. Yesterday, led by Hakeem Jeffries, the House passed a resolution condemning the terror attack in Boulder. Anything wrong with that? Anything wrong with condemning a terror attack?
SPEAKER 09 :
Terror attacks should be condemned.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, tell that to the 113 Democrats in the House who voted against it. 113 Democrats refused to condemn the terror attack in Boulder, Colorado, Mark. Now, this is today’s party. This is not an anomaly. This is not a one-off. This is what I mean. I mean, we’re seeing Gavin Newsom, who he really is. Tell me you saw Auntie Maxine get the door slammed in her face. I did.
SPEAKER 09 :
It’s been an interesting week for her on video, standing in front of the National Guards guy and saying, Are you going to shoot a kid? Are you going to shoot a public official? If you shoot me, you better shoot straight.
SPEAKER 01 :
What are you doing?
SPEAKER 09 :
And then she got her door slammed. Oh, my gosh. Speaking of California officials, I have to throw you a little bit of talk show love. Because as I was showing some appreciation… For Gavin welcoming some Republicans in for his stupid podcast. I said, listen, it’s a good idea when we all talk to each other. And you kind of mocked it and said, yeah, whatever. But you also said that’s not the real him. This attempt to redefine will fail. And sooner rather than later, the real guy will show himself again. So congrats to you, Nostradamus.
SPEAKER 08 :
But I worry about John Fetterman in that regard. I mean, John Fetterman posted a statement that was completely normal and reasonable. He said, we see the high ground as a political party when we’re on the side of looters and rioters. But I believe in Fetterman. I believe in, I think Gavin Newsom is a phony.
SPEAKER 09 :
He’s a creature of hair gel. John Fetterman, who does not have a hair gel problem, obviously, is, I think he’s the real deal. I think he is a sane Democrat who believes in things Democrats used to believe in. And I don’t think he’s going to flip. I don’t think that he is corruptible.
SPEAKER 08 :
I appreciate his moment of clarity. There’ll be more. I’m at a point now where I don’t trust any Democrat. I just don’t trust them. I don’t believe them. You don’t think Harold Ford is being genuinely nice on the five? Nope. Good to be back with you around the table. Shut up. Stop with the table. In your face, Harold. You, in your face, Harold. But he was on yesterday, so it made it a little better. Hey, at least they covered the riots in L.A. for a change. I mean, they’re doing it.
SPEAKER 09 :
It was the top news story, and the Five actually covered it. I don’t know.
SPEAKER 08 :
They actually covered it. I mean, it’s amazing. Good day. It’s a good day for all.
SPEAKER 09 :
Speaking of cable news, speaking of cable news, as soon as I’m done at 10 Central Time, 1035, there’s a thing called National Report on Newsmax. They called, and they want to have me on against some Democrat guy on some kind of panel thing. 1035 Central, Newsmax 349 on DirecTV.
SPEAKER 08 :
Thank you for cutting right into the Mike Gallagher Show. Turn off the Mike Gallagher Show. And then go immediately right back to Mike, because he’ll be rocking it. Yeah, just put Mark on, put him on mute, but make sure you turn my show up nice and loud. Exactly right.
SPEAKER 09 :
Priorities, priorities.
SPEAKER 08 :
We haven’t even gotten to the Mission Impossible movie yet. I know. Tomorrow? Tomorrow. Exactly, because you were very kind. You came out and supported me. It’s the best thing. Do you hate that Tom Cruise is almost our age? I love him. He’s 62, so he’s right between you and me. He did a deal with the devil. He’s a little younger than both of us. He did a deal with the devil. He has done a deal with Satan. There’s no way that guy’s in his 60s. He’s hanging from helicopters and climbing buildings. And he’s not done.
SPEAKER 09 :
Final reckoning, my foot. With the money this thing’s going to make, they’re definitely, you know what, and I’ll be there.
SPEAKER 08 :
I will be there for it. I’ll be right in the front row. Oh, my gosh. Well, first of all, spoiler alert, this movie is terrific. Yep. Don’t believe any… Somebody posted the other day, oh, it’s stupid, it’s overrated. No, it’s not. That’s just being… That’s somebody trying to get clicks. Correct. This is a great movie. You want a great action movie, go see Mission Impossible. All right, never an impossible mission with you, my friend. Have a happy Tuesday.
SPEAKER 09 :
Have a happy Tuesday. It gets happier when Mike hits the air as soon as we’re done. 10 o’clock, right here on 660 AM, The Answer.
SPEAKER 03 :
660 AM, The Answer. Traffic Watch.
