So that’s the answer to the question of the day on Friday. Today’s. Impossible question. What mathematical structure generalizes groups and vector spaces? What mathematical structure? Today’s kind of halfway in between. Had a little snow this morning, which… Truthfully, I don’t think many predicted. I didn’t see that prediction, and there wasn’t a ton, but enough in some places where there was, you know, plows out and it was pretty slick this morning and so on. The fortunate thing is a lot of people didn’t go to work today because of MLK Day, Martin Luther King Day, so you just heard the stand, and and Don Crawford Sr. talking about Martin Luther King and all of that, so there’s not really much for me to add to what he said. If you didn’t get a chance to listen to The Stand, and I should mention this before, you can always listen to The Stand. It’s on our National Crawford Network. And if you heard that just a few minutes ago, well, then you know exactly what I’m talking about. Okay. So speaking of Martin Luther King and free speech and some of the things that he even brought about in regards to human rights and just making – I guess you could say really setting the record straight when it comes to race relations and all the different things that he did back in the day. And I’ll add one more thing. I didn’t know the man. I just know – of him from history and his thoughts and the different things that he stood for and so on. I’ll tell you right now that he wouldn’t have stood for the majority of things going on in today’s world, especially from his own people. I can tell you this right now. He never played the victim, not once. It’s not what he did. And he didn’t believe in that end of things at all. And you can go back through history and look at that. That’s just not who he was. So I say that to say that some of you, I mean, this is big news this morning. Minnesota, which, by the way, is just blowing up because of all of the stupidity that literally is there. I have no other way to say it. Just absolute, utter stupidity as to what’s going on in Minnesota. And as you guys all know, there was a certain church that I guess for some odd reason, some of these protesters and anti-ICE people felt like for some odd reason the pastor had something to do with ICE, and there’s images out there, there’s videos out there showing this. They basically stormed the church. And I believe Don Lemon, if I’m not mistaken, was actually there and was a part of this storming of the church. And here’s where, and by the way, DOJ is launching some investigations into this because these folks, and I’m not surprised at this, by the way, but these are folks that don’t even understand what free speech is and how it functions, how it works. Free speech, by the way, does not give you the right to storm into a private, you know, into private property, private organization, which a church is. I get it, churches are welcoming and they’re open for all, but, you know, they’re still a private organization and there’s certain rules and things going on, and no, you just can’t walk up on stage, take over the pulpit or take over the microphone and not expected to be ushered out probably by some folks that are there for security, and so on. Because it’s a private thing, and the pastor’s running the church, and he’s doing a sermon, and so on, and just because you don’t like something that’s going on in that church, it doesn’t give you, and we don’t have any laws on the books that allow you to walk up there and do what I just said. In fact, we have laws quite the contrary. It’s a private organization. They’re holding their own meetings. You’re basically causing a civil disturbance when you walk in and do something along those lines, and that church is within its rights to, quote-unquote, usher you right out the door. And you have no repercussions whatsoever. In fact, if you come in and storm the church and agitate like these folks do, you’re well within your right as an organization. I doubt if the church would sue, but the church is well within its rights to basically sue and prosecute, you know, basically press charges is what I should say, against each individual that came in and did this. Now, churches typically don’t do that because their churches, although I’ll tell you, in this particular situation, I would. If I were an elder in this church or the pastor, I would be. President Trump, by the way, he is, in his administration, they’re launching an investigation into this because of what happened, and rightfully so. Free speech, as I’ve said many, many times, and I’m going to make sure I explain this, I’m not an attorney, but I understand free speech. Free speech gives you the right in public places… to say whatever you want. By the way, within reason. You can’t, for example, be on a street corner and yell things that would cause people to run into the street and cause chaos and cause harm. That’s not allowed. That’s not freedom of speech. That’s causing harm to others, and we have laws against that. No different than the old saying is you can’t run into a crowded movie theater and yell fire when there isn’t one. That’s not freedom of speech. You’re not allowed to do those things. So where people get really confused is they feel like, well, you know, I can go into a church and say whatever I want to. No, you can’t. No, you can’t. The church is a private organization. Now, some of the exceptions to that would be if, for example, a school board had rented a church’s auditorium or sanctuary out for a particular school board meeting, and it’s now a public meeting at that point in a public place, and you’re there on behalf of, you know, whoever, maybe your kid, maybe yourself, whatever, and you want to speak to the school board, yeah, you’re well within your right to speak your mind. There’s nothing wrong with that. There’s nothing illegal about that. That’s a different scenario than a church service. Two different things. Government, in this case, rented the space from the church to hold a meeting. And by the way, I’m not using things that haven’t happened in the past. These things happen. Sometimes there’s meetings whereby the only place large enough to hold said meeting is in the local church, and that’s why in a lot of cases churches exist, by the way, is they allow the community to do certain things they wouldn’t be able to do otherwise. It’s an outreach that they have, and it happens. And I’m not exaggerating what I just said. These sorts of things happen on an ongoing basis. Churches, in a lot of cases, are polling places and so on. They allow their facilities to be used for other things than just church. But when church is going on, is in session— And frankly, even when it’s not in session, it’s still private property. It’s still owned by the church and the congregation itself, or in some cases, if it’s a Catholic church, it’s owned by the Catholic church itself and so on. It doesn’t give you the ability to run in there and yell whatever you want to. That’s not how this works. No different than you can’t run into any other private business and shout obscenities and yell out whatever you want to without being escorted out. You can’t run into Target, for example, and yell things without being escorted out. You can’t run into King Soopers and yell things and not be escorted out. I mean, I could go down the list of businesses that are out there that won’t allow that, and rightfully so. It’s their business. It’s private property. this is where it also gets confusing for a lot of folks, even in their place of employment. And I’ve said this so many times, but I need to continue to reiterate this because I think in some cases, folks don’t really understand how this works. When you are an employee of someone else, of a company, you have agreed, literally, and we don’t say this enough, we don’t teach young people this enough, by the way, but you have agreed to sell your time to said employer for X amount. In some cases, it’s salary. In some cases, it’s hourly. In some cases, there’s a commission and bonuses and so on. But reality is you’ve sold your time to that company for a price, meaning they now own that time. They are well within their rights to tell you what you can do on the time they bought. Now, by the way, if we would do a better job of explaining to people what I just said, which I’m not boasting here, but I don’t think you’ve ever heard anyone anywhere, because I haven’t, ever explain employment the way I do. I’ve never heard, outside of me, anyone explain employment the way I do. It’s literally you selling, it’s a transaction, you’ve sold your time to said company for a predisposed price. Again, could be hourly, could be hourly with some perks. It could be any number of ways. But bottom line, you’ve agreed to sell that time for said price. And where people get confused is the company now has the ability, just like you would if you bought something, to say what’s going to happen with the item that you bought. In this case, they bought your time, meaning they can tell you what to wear, How to act, how to behave, what you’re going to perform in your duties, and if not, then you’re not going to work there any longer, and I can go down the list. Now, I get it. There are certain things that employers can’t ask you to do. I mean, they can’t ask you, for example, to perform something that’s illegal because that’s against the law. Even though they’ve bought your time, they can’t ask you to do something illegal with said time. So common sense comes into play, but employers rarely do the things that I just mentioned, but can they tell you what you can wear on your T-shirt? Can they tell you what type of a lapel pin you can and cannot wear? In other words, if you walked into most companies today and you had a Nazi flag on your lapel, a stick pin, Nazi-type symbol on your lapel, could they either ask you to remove that or fire you for doing so? Sure they can. That’s not freedom of speech. They control what you do while you’re on their premises. Just like, and Starbucks has been sued over this. I don’t think they’re going to, I don’t think the folks suing are going to win. But just like Starbucks can say, you have to wear khaki pants and a white shirt to work. Now, it won’t have our logo or anything like that on it. But if you’re going to work here, you’re going to wear khaki pants and a white shirt. That’s the requirement to do the job. And I’m going to pay you, excuse me, I’m going to pay you. The contract that I’ve got with you says I’m buying your time for X. But part of that is you’re going to wear a white shirt and khaki pants. Now, by the way, employers could go beyond that if they wanted to. They could say, oh, and by the way, you have to wear this particular type of a dress shoe. We’re not going to provide the shoe, but you have to wear this type of shoe. Oh, and by the way, you’re going to wear khaki pants and a white shirt. You have to wear a brown belt as well. I mean, they can get that detailed if they want to. And then you, as the person selling your time to them, can determine whether or not you want to go ahead and go through with that. That contract. Well, that’s – again, I’m getting into the whole end of free speech, but there’s so much – the point with the story is there’s so much confusion, in my opinion, or misunderstanding as to how free speech works that now there’s a bunch of raging liberals running around in Minnesota that think they can just storm a church and walk in and then call it free speech, which it’s not. It’s the farthest thing from. You trespassed. You entered a building you weren’t welcomed into. And no, you’re not allowed to run up and stick a microphone in the pastor and ask him all sorts of questions about immigration and so on. That’s not cool. That’s not okay. Don Lemon, you’re wrong. All right, we are back. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Okay, back to the whole free speech end of things. And I feel like at times, you know, I need to cover that, not for all of you that are listening, but to give you all a little bit of ammunition, maybe is the best way to say it, when it comes to talking to people about free speech. Because to me, there are still a ton, and I mean a ton, of misconceptions as to how free speech works. And by the way, that comes from both sides of the aisle, including our side. And what I mean by that is some would say, well, why can’t a football player have John 316 on the back of their helmet? That’s free speech. No, it’s not. No, folks, it’s not. They work for a team owner that is inside of a franchise called the National Football League, and they can dictate whatever they want those players to do while they’re on the field. And frankly, if they’re doing any kind of promotional things, even off the field, I get it. There’s contracts in the players’ union and so on. But within reason, for example, they can even say, you’re not skiing. And that’s in contracts for some of these NFL football players, probably a lot of these, probably all of these football players. You’re not water skiing. You’re not jet skiing. You’re not snow skiing. You’re not doing anything in the offseason because you can get injured. So no, you’re not doing that. And yes, they can tell them as a part of their contract what they can and cannot do as a part of their job. And again, folks, this to me is where even conservatives at times really get the free speech thing sideways because they feel like you have free speech all of the time. And the reality is you don’t. Yes, you have free speech in your own home. Yes, if you’re an employer, by the way. You’re the employer. You can say whatever you want to. Now, there might be repercussions for what you say. If you’re throwing out racial slurs and things like that and somebody gets offended, could you get sued over that? Sure. You can say it if you want to. Doesn’t mean there isn’t repercussions to it. So you could be a sidewalk preacher, which there’s still those around. I see them occasionally going to ballgames and different things. You can stand on a public corner, get up on your soapbox or your crate and preach the gospel, and there’s not a single thing anybody can do about that. That is well within that person’s right to do so. There’s not a single thing anybody can do to have them exit that particular area. It’s in a public space. They can stand there as long as they’re not breaking any noise ordinances or anything along those lines. They can stand there as long as they want and preach the gospel. Or, by the way, they could be the opposite of that and do the exact same thing. The reality is they could be a Satanist and be on a street corner spewing out that end of things and still be well within their rights to do so. And here’s the thing, and I’ve said this many, many times on air. I will defend that particular person’s right to do so. Even though I don’t agree with what they’re saying, I will defend their right to do so. That’s the country that we live in. Now, this is where even conservatives get this off. You can’t do that in private spaces. You can’t do that inside of private organizations. You can’t do that working for someone else, including, by the way, even the spreading of the gospel. John, this ties into free speech, and I wasn’t able to listen to Rush to Reason last week, so maybe you’ve already covered this. Okay. The story out of Eureka, Kansas, the students who were banned from listing Charlie Kirk or Donald Trump. No, I did not cover that.
SPEAKER 09 :
So you can go ahead and talk about that, Jerry. I did not cover that last week.
SPEAKER 04 :
Okay. The American Center for Law and Justice, they’re doing the initial part of filing suit on behalf of those students. But anyway, there was a classroom exercise where the students were told to name role models. and uh… couple students named charlie kirk i believe one named president trump and they were uh… They were lectured by the guidance counselor of the school that that was inappropriate, that those weren’t proper role models. And so they were banned from using their free speech in that public setting.
SPEAKER 09 :
And that’s a great example, Jerry, of where they didn’t say anything vile. They didn’t say anything technically offensive. I get it. If you have Trump derangement syndrome, that might have been offensive. But at the end of the day, Jerry, they didn’t do anything out of line whatsoever. And that’s a perfect example where leadership in this particular case needs reprimanded.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yes, well, and perhaps even a more disturbing aspect of the story is after the students were chastised for picking inappropriate role models, they were instructed not to tell their parents about the issue.
SPEAKER 09 :
Oh boy, even worse. Now that’s even a bigger deal.
SPEAKER 04 :
Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah. Yeah. Now, that’s a perfect example, Jerry, of kind of going the opposite of what I’m talking about. You know, you are in public school funded by public dollars and somebody asks you something and you don’t even give a wrong answer. You just give your opinion, which, again, they have free speech in that particular situation. I mean, really, Jerry, even though you may not agree with it, they could have said Adolf Hitler. They have the right to say so.
SPEAKER 04 :
And yes, and the school’s justification was, you know, one of the commies’ favorites. They said that discussion about Charlie Kirk or President Trump would create an unsafe environment. So anyway.
SPEAKER 09 :
That’s ridiculous.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 09 :
I’m glad you brought that up. No, I did not talk about that last week. I did not get to that. So thank you for doing that. All right. Well, thank you, John. Thank you, Jerry. Appreciate a perfect example, by the way, of what we’re talking about. Bob and Thornton, go ahead.
SPEAKER 05 :
So, John, this brought up something that I hadn’t thought about for a long time. You know, I’m a retiree from AT&T. Right, right. You know, an Uber driver and so on and so forth. Well, the biggest restrictions I had as an employee was when I was 18 years old and drafted into the Army.
SPEAKER 09 :
There you go.
SPEAKER 05 :
Everything was restricted.
SPEAKER 09 :
That’s right. And really quick for everybody in that arena, which most people don’t even know this, Bob, unless you’ve been in the military, have had somebody go into the military. The military owns you. At that point in time, Bob, they own you completely, 100%. Every single thing you do, they own.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, when I was in the Army, it was in the 1960s with the long hair and the hippies and the beards and all. No. When you were in the Army, you had a certain haircut. That’s right. Your facial hair was pretty much, unless you were in the Navy, unknown, stuff like that. But then I had a long career with AT&T, and you didn’t… You stepped on toes there in quite a few jobs that I had. There was uniforms and so on and so forth.
SPEAKER 06 :
That was it.
SPEAKER 05 :
Now… After I retired, I did a lot of other things of interest, kind of like a hobby. I worked as an usher at the Colorado Rockies.
SPEAKER 09 :
Okay, sure.
SPEAKER 05 :
And certain rules and things for etiquette and so on and so forth. And I also worked for another company that did the old Pepsi Center, Broncos, football, baseball. concerts, all kinds of stuff. I was working. This was in probably 2017. It was after the 2016 election when Trump was elected. And this was at a hockey game. In early 2017, one of the patrons came into my section with a black T-shirt on and bright white letters, F. Trump. And it wasn’t F. You know what I’m saying?
SPEAKER 09 :
Right, right, right.
SPEAKER 05 :
And I called my boss over and I said, here’s your three choices. He leaves. You get him a T-shirt at the gift store, give it to him. He turns the one inside out that he’s wearing, or I leave. And they wouldn’t do anything to this person. And I said, I am done here.
SPEAKER 09 :
Good for you.
SPEAKER 05 :
And I left.
SPEAKER 09 :
Good for you.
SPEAKER 05 :
Oh, but he had his rights, you know.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, and again, that’s another one where, Bob, people get things wrong. Actually, and you know this as well as I, in a setting like that where it’s a stadium or an event, and there’s been people that have been mad, for example, conservatives get mad because a stadium won’t let you wear a Trump hat. Well, the reality, Bob, is that particular stadium, that particular event, arena, if you would, that particular event, they are well within their rights to tell you what you can and cannot wear, and if you don’t like it, you’re welcome to leave or change your attire, because at the end of the day, yes, they have the ability to control that.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, they’ll say, well, I paid for a ticket, I can do whatever I want.
SPEAKER 09 :
No, you can’t.
SPEAKER 05 :
When you were talking about this a few minutes ago, it pulled me into this years ago when this happened, and I left.
SPEAKER 09 :
Good for you. And again, this kind of goes back on the other side, as an employee, which you were at that time, you’re well within your rights, or if you don’t like the way something’s going on, you are well within your rights to leave and quit.
SPEAKER 1 :
Right.
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah, perfect. Great example, Bob. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. But no, I think, you know, for a lot of folks, even us on our side, the conservatives, you know, we get upset at times. I don’t, by the way. But we get upset at times where somebody will walk in with a, you know, a red MAGA hat or they’ll walk in with this or they’ll walk in on that or they’ll get on an airplane flight and they’ll have a MAGA hat on and somebody will say you can’t wear that. And here’s the reality. You can try to fight that. You can try to have somebody represent you, sue that particular entity. It could be an airline. It could be a stadium, whatever. You can do everything you possibly can to try to sue them after the fact. And they could be wrong, and you might be able to get damages out of when it’s all said and done. But here’s the reality. It’s a private organization. They are well within their rights to to tell you what you can and cannot wear and how you can behave at said event or on said flight. And sometimes we as conservatives, we’re our own worst enemy. We don’t like what just happened in this particular setting in Minnesota with the church and the storming of, and we’ll fight for the rights of the church all day long, but yet you might want to wear a Make America Great Again hat on a flight and be told you can’t, and now all hell breaks loose. No, I’m not. I’m not siding with the airlines because they’ll allow other things to be worn that are extremely offensive. And they’ll let people like Bob’s example a moment ago of, you know, the F Trump T-shirt and they’ll allow that. But here’s the thing. They can allow and disallow whatever they want to. It’s a private organization. it’s not, you know, in this case, getting on an airplane or going to a stadium, it’s not, it’s not a government organization. It’s not your quote, unquote, tax dollars at work. And before somebody comes back to me and talks about, you know, public funding of stadiums and subsidies for airlines and so on. Okay, folks, that’s a stretch. And no, they’re still not. They’re still not public organizations. No more than you get deductions on your tax return for certain things. It’s no different. Just because you get a deduction on your tax return doesn’t make you a public entity. And again, we, conservatives, we in a lot of cases get this whole free speech thing wrong as well. We’re as bad as the other side sometimes. Because we feel like, oh, I can wear my red MAGA hat wherever I want to. Well, no, actually you can’t. Sorry, no, no, you can’t. Now, in public, yeah, you can wear it wherever you want to. If you’re walking down a street, down a, you know, street corner, whatever, if you’re in public in that setting and you want to wear whatever you want to wear, you know, within reason, if you’re lewd and, you know, being, you know, unclothed and so on, there’s laws against that. But if you want to wear a complete red outfit that says make America great again all over the place and you want to walk down the street with that, you’re well within your right to do so. There’s not a single thing anybody can do in that particular case. If you want to wear a billboard, a sandwich board, and hang it around your neck and walk down the street and it says, make America great again, and you love Trump and whatever the case may be, you’re well within your right to do so. Where that ends is when you step off of public property onto private. And that’s where I think a lot of conservatives get things wrong. They’ll think, well, you know, I should be able to wear that MAGA hat in the airport. Well, you can, actually. If you want to wear that in the airport, that’s publicly funded. Yeah, in that particular case, you’re well within your rights to wear that hat throughout the airport. Where it ends is getting on the flight. Because now it’s no longer public property. It’s now the property of whomever. Southwest, United, American, I can go down the list of all the airlines that are out there. Somebody just texted in, too, by the way, that it’s because they stopped teaching civics in public school that we have this issue. My response back was, yeah, and common sense. You’re right. Thank you, by the way, for that text message. You are 100 percent correct. We don’t teach that like we used to. But in some cases, this is just common sense. And again, I’m being as critical on our side as I am the other, because sometimes we get it wrong as well. We think we can wear our red MAGA hat anywhere we want to and not have any repercussions. It doesn’t work that way. I’m sorry. I wish it did. But actually, no, I don’t wish it did. I think I’ll take that back. No, I don’t wish that. Private property is private property. And I’m a big believer, as you guys all know, I’m a big believer in personal property rights, private property rights. That is one of the things, by the way, that was really near and dear—it’s probably the best way for me to say that—to our founding fathers. They believed heavily in private property rights, and I do as well. And those private property rights continue on with organizations, i.e., in this particular situation, this church. Charlie and I were talking during the break. Yes, churches are open to the public, but they have discretion as to who that public is and who can attend or not attend. I can tell you that throughout all the years of being in churches and being an usher and so on, there were multiple times where, you know, somebody really shouldn’t be there, they’re a threat, and they’re asked to leave. And that’s well within that church’s right to do so. You cannot sue that church over that. They have the ability to have discretion as to who can attend and who can’t, just like every other private business has. And again, I feel like there are times where we as conservatives get this wrong as well. We kind of tend to think that, you know, the rules only apply to one side and not the other. And we tend to forget that they apply equally. So. All right. Speaking of. How do I want to segue into this? Folks that maybe don’t understand the law and how things should work. Dave Williams. which I know I harped on Dave the entire time he was our Colorado GOP chair. I was the first public person of any kind to call him out and then stick to that until he finally left. Well, he’s back in the news. He’s back in the news because now it’s coming out that Dave did some very nefarious things before leaving as GOP chair. He basically, and I’ll get into this more with Andy tomorrow and get into more details of this, but he basically digitally sabotaged the incoming chair and literally wiped out and did away with years and years and years of records and so on that have to do with the running of the GOP here in Colorado. There’s an entire article out that I’ll put some links up to that you can actually find. It doesn’t take much to figure out where this is at online, but there’s an entire Substack article, I should say, that’s written on this, really lining out exactly what Dave did and the timeline of and what happened and how he purged different things. And the question that I guess I have, and I’m not sure, I think from reading this particular substack, it’s getting fixed now, but he never should have had the ability to do this in the first place. This is where, I say it all the time, I’ll keep saying it, this is where people that are not technically savvy Build and do things and get systems in place and then wonder why, in this case, things can be erased and reversed and so on. It’s because they were never set up properly to begin with. I read through all of this, and I would have – if I had been GOP chair at any given time, I would have never allowed to have had the system they had set up in the first place at all, period. Yeah. In fact, if I were now running the Colorado GOP, I would not be relying on anybody else’s services to host my website, to handle my email, to do anything along those lines. I would be hosting my own, which isn’t that hard to do, by the way. Everything you see that is associated with me, Drive Radio, Rush to Reason, all the different things that I do, my websites and so on, email and all of that, I do all of that myself. I have my own server. I don’t rely on anyone, Google, anyone. I do it all internally. It’s me. And I do that for lots of reasons. One, I’m a cheapskate and I hate spending all the money to Google and all of those to have a per seat hosting fee. But I also do it for the security sides of things. I control everything. No one else does. I don’t rely on Google. I don’t rely on anybody. I control it all. Why our own Colorado GOP didn’t do something along the lines of what I just mentioned, knowing you could even save money doing so, is frankly beyond me. But reality is we weren’t. We didn’t. And so the ability for Dave Williams to go through and really purge a lot of key digital information from the records of the Colorado GOP, it actually is chilling. But goes back to, I’m going to give you guys all a reminder. I told everyone from about, I’d have to go back and listen to my own shows back then. But Dave became chair in about March. And I think by the first part of May, I was already calling him out on what a scumbag he actually was. It didn’t take long, folks. I was like 60 days in realizing this guy is an absolute scumbag. And he is. And as it turns out, in reading all of these things that he’s actually gone through and deleted, yeah, he’s a major scumbag. Setting things back, basically, you know, he left and decided that, well, since I’m going to now lose power, I’m going to show those that are taking over how this actually works. And he just went through and deleted all kinds of stuff. Really crippling the next set of leaders, the leadership coming in really crippled them in regards to this. So those of you that are out there that are on the rhino watch sides of things, you’re as much a part of this as he was. I blame you as much as I do him. You are total scumbags as well. You’re no different. You are very much in the same ballpark this guy’s in. Because, and here’s why I say that, you all run together. You know, birds of a feather flock together. That’s you guys. And I guarantee you, this is the other thing I know. And I think I can say this pretty confidently. Dave isn’t smart enough to do all of this on his own. I’ll tell you that straight up. I know the guy. I know him fairly well. I’ve interviewed him over the years. He isn’t smart enough to be able to go in and do the things that he did in regards to the destruction of records of Colorado GOP. So he had somebody coaching him or helping him on what to do, guaranteed, because he’s not smart enough to do this on his own. So when I say birds of a feather flock together, there’s more than just Dave, in my opinion, that’s at fault here. There’s some folks that I would say that are inside of the Rhino Watch community that, if you did enough digging, will probably figure out we’re in on this as much as Dave was and should be accountable for this as much as Dave should be. Now, Dave’s moved on. He’s supposedly working inside the Trump administration. Frankly, I think this needs to be given to Donald Trump, and I think his current job needs to end. I think he should be fired. And I’m going to forward this on to the RNC. Not that I have any huge in there, but I’m going to send this on to the RNC because I interview folks and I have some in with the RNC in regards to having people on that are from the RNC and so on. And I’m going to forward this on to the RNC and have them investigate this because Dave needs to lose his job. He should not be working inside of the GOP anywhere, any shape, any form, period. So those of you that are listening that are in tight with Dave, you might want to inform him of what I’m going to do. Is this me being vindictive? No, this is just me being smart because Dave’s a scumbag and shouldn’t be doing anything leadership-wise inside of the GOP after reading this. Not that I needed this to confirm that I knew Dave was a scumbag all along. I mean, he is. He was. But going this far, there is no way this guy should have any type of control, any type of leadership inside of this administration period at all. So it’s my mission to get him out of that. It was my mission to get him out of the GOP chair. It’s now my mission to get him out of the Trump Organization. So those of you that are out there that are on my side, other hosts and so on that I know listen to me occasionally, we need to team up and get this done because Dave needs to lose his job. Dave needs to move back to Florida where he came from and stay there. And by the way, take all of you Rhino watch lunatics with him because you are. You are nothing but a bunch of lunatics. It’s really funny. I talk so badly about Rhino Watch on an ongoing basis, and yet I never, ever hear a peep from any of them. Ever. I know why. I know why I never hear a peep from them. Because they don’t want to give me any kind of credence that I even exist, because they’re afraid that some of their followers might actually follow me and realize what scumbags they actually are. And the reality is, they are. They are total, total, total scumbags. They will, at all costs, do whatever they can to prop themselves up and cut the rest of the GOP and conservatives down. Because in their mind, they’re the only true conservatives, but the problem is they’re far from that. They’re far from that. So I’ll put this up. You can go read this. There’s a substack.com. It’s redmountaindossier.substack.com. You can go look it up for yourself and read all the things that I’m talking about. And I’m not lying to you guys. It’s all laid out right here, date by date by date. And some of you are going to say, well, how do you know that’s not just about your hearsay? So as you go through and read all the things that Dave did, the things that he did to delete, the timeline of, and the fact that there’s actually records of this, which there’s screenshots of, by the way, you can see exactly what he did. It’s very apparent. There is an audit log that they’re working off of to prove all of this. And again, we need to forward this on to the RNC and let them know what a scumbag Dave really is. And Dave needs to be, he needs to exit out of the Trump administration. I don’t know what he’s doing there. Don’t care. But he needs to, he needs to, he needs to go. Somebody texted in, too, on the Dave Williams end of things and the deletion of data and so on, that that was, to their understanding, that would be information data owned by the GOP that he then deleted, meaning that’s theft and fraud. Yes, you are correct, 100%. Again, all the more reason why whatever Dave is doing now, whatever his position is in regards to the Trump administration, Trump administration needs to know about this, which I’m sure they will because I’m going to forward this along. I hope others do as well. Some of you have more in on this than I do. Not that I carry any weight, but I’ll get this off to some people. reality is Dave should not be working in this administration at all. Frankly, Dave shouldn’t be working in politics, period. He’s a scumbag who only cares about himself, well, maybe his Rhino Watch cronies, but really he, and even then, here’s where, this is how stupid the Rhino Watch folks are. They think Dave cares about them. Dave cares about one person, himself. I’ve said that all along. The Rhino Watch folks, they’re useful idiots to Dave. That’s it. Nothing more, nothing less. They’re useful idiots. And again, I know Dave well enough to know that he doesn’t have the technical expertise to do what he did without somebody helping him. So somebody helped him. I don’t know who, but somebody helped him. I have my gut feelings who did because there’s some folks inside of Rhino Watch who are more technically skilled than he is. So I have my gut feelings as to who helped him. But it wasn’t him all alone. And some of you know exactly who I’m talking about, and you probably are listening, and you know who you are. And here’s that old saying. It’ll come out. Trust me. As Charlie always says, people talk. It’ll be determined exactly who did this deletion. It wasn’t Dave himself. I’m pretty confident of that. He had aid in doing this. And these people need to be brought to account for this. They need to be held accountable for this. This is, as somebody, as a texter texted in, this is basically theft and fraud. And frankly, I’m pretty sure, because as an employer I understand how the law works, you can’t do what he did legally speaking even. You’re not allowed to delete the things legally. Out of your records that he has deleted, even according to regular law, state and federal law, when it comes to record keeping. He’s not allowed to do what he did, but he did it anyways. There’s certain things that as we as owners, you’re just not allowed to purge and delete. You can after a certain amount of time, but not the way Dave did it. Dave did this to be vindictive. Him and his Rhino Watch cronies did this to be vindictive. Only reason. They’re doing everything they possibly can to derail the next leaders coming into the GOP to make sure they have their way versus anyone else. And Andy and I talk about this a lot. We’ll get into this a little bit more tomorrow. But they want to make sure that they get to run the party the way they want to, no matter who the leader is. So if they can hamstring the next set of leaders coming in by doing this deletion and therefore have more control when it’s all said and done, that’s exactly what they’re going to do. Now, the question also remains, did they back this up anywhere and do we know? Is there a set of records someplace that somebody else is now using that we don’t know about? And my gut feeling is probably. Probably. Now, that’ll be a little harder to prove because I don’t know that Google, when you’re using their services, tracks that end of things as well. Because keep in mind, folks, everybody says, well, you can always tell when something gets exported or whatever. Folks, there’s screenshots. There’s you taking your phone and even videoing what you’re doing on the screen and recording things that way. There are so many ways to copy things without actually doing it on that computer itself that who knows what happened. We may never know. Well, hang on. I’ll go back and say what Charlie always says. People talk. We’ll know at some point. It’ll come out. It might be several years from now, but it’ll come out. We’ll know. And I keep saying, and this is where Andy and I, neither one have been wrong. This whole Rhino Watch end of things and the Dave Williams and the Davidians and so on, they’re nothing but total loser scumbags. I don’t even consider them conservatives anymore. At one time, I even said, you know, these guys are conservatives. They lean right and so on and so forth, and there’s a lot of things we agree upon. No, they’re total losers. I’m not putting my name with them in any way, shape, or form. They’re total losers. They’re scumbags. I want nothing to do with any of them at all. They are just total, total undermining losers that only care about one thing, and that’s themselves. They don’t care about the state of Colorado. They don’t care about conservatism.
