SPEAKER 11 :
This is Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 03 :
You are going to shut your damn yapper and listen for a change because I got you pegged, sweetheart. You want to take the easy way out because you’re scared. And you’re scared because if you try and fail, there’s only you to blame. Let me break this down for you. Life is scary. Get used to it. There are no magical fixes.
SPEAKER 11 :
With your host, John Rush.
SPEAKER 04 :
My advice to you is to do what your parents did!
SPEAKER 09 :
Get a job, Turk! You haven’t made everybody equal. You’ve made them the same, and there’s a big difference.
SPEAKER 17 :
Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life, that there’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there. It is this feeling that has brought you to me.
SPEAKER 09 :
Are you crazy? Am I?
SPEAKER 12 :
Or am I so sane that you just blew your mind?
SPEAKER 10 :
It’s Rush to Reason with your host, John Rush. Presented by Cub Creek Heating and Air Conditioning.
SPEAKER 06 :
I am Hans. And I am Franz. And we just want to pop you off.
SPEAKER 11 :
Welcome to Health and Wellness Wednesdays on Rush to Reason. Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, sir.
SPEAKER 04 :
I have what doctors call a little bit of a weight problem. I used to grab bear claws as a kid, two at a time, and I’d get them lodged right in this region here.
SPEAKER 01 :
Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don’t shoot their husbands.
SPEAKER 02 :
Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.
SPEAKER 07 :
I’m sorry that I’m fat. All right. Happy Wednesday. Health and Wellness Wednesday here on Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Michael Bailey hanging around after his program. You heard him a moment ago, and he’s hanging around with me for a few minutes here on our show today. So welcome, Michael. Thank you. Hopefully you’re having a great summer so far. Doing the best I can, yeah. Rolling right along. When it comes to estate planning, and those of you listening, and this is something that I harp on a lot. I know Michael doesn’t, but I do, because you never know what’s going to happen next, Michael. People think, well, I’ll get that done next year, or I’ll get that done as I retire, or I’ll get that done. whenever, and then all of a sudden something happens. And now it’s an emergency because you didn’t have things dialed in on the front side. And the reality is there’s a lot of things in your world that can’t be done after the fact.
SPEAKER 19 :
Right. And tomorrow is the fictional land where all of the dreams and all of the hopes will happen. And as Little Orphan Annie teaches us, tomorrow is always a day away. So when you reach a tomorrow, that means you’re probably not here. And then you’re not going to be able to describe what you want to have happen to your assets. I have a friend who owns a home health care service. And so he’s like, well, I have a client and you know, they have dementia and Alzheimer’s and you know, how do we go about creating a power of attorney for them? Like you don’t, the family’s going to need to apply for guardianship conservatorship and get the court to appoint somebody, which is going to be five to 10 times the cost. Because when you set up a power of attorney, you have to have mental capacity to understand what you’re doing to choose somebody at that point.
SPEAKER 07 :
Otherwise, somebody’s choosing for you.
SPEAKER 19 :
Right. And it may not be the most pleasant of things. You know, if you’ve got grandpa or if you got mom or dad who have Alzheimer’s or dementia. One of the symptoms of that is they’re going to be paranoid about things. They’re going to be paranoid that people are going to be taking things away from them. So if you’re sitting in a court and they’re taking away their ability to make a decision, you’re reinforcing that paranoia. And then it’s just if we can avoid all of that, it’s so much better. Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
No, and these are things – and I know you guys hear me talk about this all the time, and I try to not get super personal on air on a routine basis because the show is not about me. It’s about mostly you guys and how to be informed and what to do and how to help you all listening out and so on. But I will tell you that going through a lot of the things that Michael is talking about over the past – year plus now, I’ll just tell you that having things dialed in on the front side makes it way easier. It’s already, you know, keep in mind, these types of things that you go through in life are already difficult. They’re difficult as is, right? It’s difficult, you know, mentally speaking, it’s difficult physically speaking, it’s difficult financially, depending upon how things are set up and dialed in. And the reality is you can make all of that much easier by thinking about it on the front side.
SPEAKER 19 :
Exactly. I mean, you know, not to harp too much on your personal thing, but, you know, I know that your mom passed away recently and you’re dealing with your dad who has memory care. Right. So you have a power of attorney, both a financial and a medical, that allows you to make decisions on his behalf. Right. You didn’t have to take him into a court. You didn’t have to go through all of that. And when he reached the point where he couldn’t handle it, you can. That doesn’t make it easy on you. It’s not like you’re like, oh, yeah, let me make a quick phone call and everything will be fine.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, no, it’s not that way either.
SPEAKER 19 :
No, it’s not. No. But if you had to go to court every time you wanted to do something, oh, my goodness, that would be ridiculous. Oh, Michael.
SPEAKER 07 :
And again, for all of you listening, please, let me really be, you know, I’m trying to be as solid with all of you as I can. As Michael was saying, it’s hard enough already. You’re already making lots of decisions and things that are going on and things, by the way, that you really never even realized you’d have to do because nothing anybody will tell you will ever prepare you for those things. But having everything on the front side dialed in when those things come up and when somebody says, do you have X? Well, yeah, I do, okay? And here it is, okay? Well, all those steps just make things that much easier, whether it be at the hospital or some of the other homes and things that you’ll be involved in. And I’ve had no idea how, I’ll be straight up honest, I had no idea how a lot of these things worked prior to going through it. Now that I do, and fortunately, I’ll be straight up with you guys as well on this one. I forced my folks. literally probably michael 10 years ago or so nine years ago roughly to sit down with michael and get this stuff handled now i will also say this i did not i was not with them when michael was with them this was these were things that they with michael sat down did handled so there wasn’t any pressure from us kids and getting it done it was just we want it done right and i’m thankful that i did do that
SPEAKER 19 :
Right. And you want it done because, I mean, you know, so, you know, one of my stories, I got a call from my brother about four years ago. And he says, hey, Michael, do you have mom’s medical power of attorney and a living will? And I said, that’s a terrible way to start a conversation. Yeah. Yes. And why? Yeah. There’s got to be a story there. Well, you know, that was my mom had had a seizure and she was non-responsive in the hospital. She was, you know, 30 hours she was non-responsive. Unfortunately, she died. got, you know, has gotten better. Right. But I could open up my computer, email the hospital, the PDF of my, of the power of attorney that I did with my parents 15 years ago. Right. And I said, okay, well, you know, you’re up in Fort Collins. We’ll see you in about an hour because I live up in Thornton.
SPEAKER 05 :
Right.
SPEAKER 19 :
And so, and then we, we went up there and the hospital people, they’re like, I’m sorry. I don’t know. Who are you? And I’m like, hi, my name is Michael Bailey. I’m Bonnie Bailey’s attorney. And this is my paralegal, Brittany Bailey. Okay. I didn’t mention that I was the son and the daughter-in-law. It was unimportant at that point because at that point they were limiting visitors because of COVID stuff. Correct. And they were like, well, you can only have two visitors. I’m like, well, you should let me in. I kind of played that. I played that. I’m a lawyer card. Right. But it was there so that doctors and nurses knew that they needed to be talking to me. Correct. So that they could treat her and do all the things they need to do. And what could have been a very scary crisis was a… Okay. Did I plan to spend my Saturday afternoon or my Saturday evening at a hospital? No. But was it a crisis of, oh, my gosh, what are we going to do and how can we? No. It was a, all right, we’ll figure this out. We’ll take care of mom. Yep.
SPEAKER 07 :
And it’s, trust me folks, it’s much easier to be able to do those things that Michael just talked about a moment ago than it is to be scrambling around with, okay, where’s this? Where’s that? Do we have this? Do we have that? And all of the other things that go along with it, it is much easier to have all that stuff dialed in on the front side. Now, Question for you. How far out are we on getting things done right now? Somebody calls you right now. What are we looking at timeline? Mid-October to start. Okay. So I know about this time last year, we went through the same thing. If you’re wanting things to be done by year end, start now. Right. I know that’s, I know we’re halfway through the year and that sounds.
SPEAKER 19 :
Even if it’s not year end, I’m like the best time to start to plant a tree was 20 years ago.
SPEAKER 07 :
The second best time is now. Exactly. So get it done now. I know I say it a lot, but I mean this. KLZRadio.com, you can find Michael there, plus anywhere else I am. RushToReason.com, Drive-Radio.com, any of my sites, you can find Michael there. It’s really easy. And I’ve had this happen as well. If you forget all of that, most all of you have memorized the text line. You can always send me a text message and ask me what Michael’s number is. I can fire it right back off to you, and you can get a hold of him that way if need be as well. So that’s how it works. If you need something, and I cannot… Stress enough. If it’s not done or if it needs updated, please get it done now. Yep. If it’s done now, it’s in place. If you need to change it in the future, we can do that too. I just did. Better to have something than nothing. Things need updated time to time as well. So, Michael, as always, I appreciate you. Thanks for all you do. Thanks for having me on. Thanks for helping me out as well because it made things a lot easier on our end. So thank you very much. Veteran Windows and Doors coming up next, folks. And, again, there’s going to be some potential ENERGY STAR changes coming on windows and doors first of the year. And as far as that goes, I don’t know exactly how that’s going to turn out. Neither does Dave. But as it looks right now, there will be changes that will affect Colorado. And if that’s the case, you want to get things done prior to that change. Talk to Dave today. Go to klzradio.com.
SPEAKER 09 :
Veteran Windows and Doors is committed to installing only the right windows and doors engineered specifically for your Colorado home. Every product they install is energy certified, code compliant, and carefully chosen for our unique climate and elevation. Here’s the truth. Federal regulations are written for the entire country, not for homes at Colorado’s high altitude. And those blanket rules, they can actually increase your carbon footprint, not reduce it. Windows that aren’t made for our elevation let in more heat, force your AC to work harder, and drive up your energy bills. Other companies will try to sell you windows that meet the new Department of Energy and EPA standards going into effect this January. Those windows won’t work properly here. Veteran Windows and Doors will make sure you get sustainable, efficient windows that are truly right for your home before the new laws kick in. Find Veteran Windows and Doors at klzradio.com.
SPEAKER 07 :
And for those of you that have a collection of whatever, jewelry, rings, could be watches, whatever it happens to be, Mile High Coin will appraise those for free as a KLZ Rush to Reason listener. SPEAKER 18 :
David Gonzales here, owner of Mile High Coin. I understand how intimidating it can be to value or liquidate a collection, especially if it was inherited. Maybe you’re just downsizing and trying to clear out some space. I’ve been in the precious metals industry for over 36 years, and in that time I’ve worked with just about every kind of person and situation you can imagine. at mile high coin our goal is to educate and guide you so you walk away feeling confident and satisfied with the outcome we help you understand the real value of what you own we make the whole process simple and stress-free whether it’s jewelry coins high-end watches we’re your local accredited resource for accurate evaluations and honest appraisals for klz listeners we offer a no charge no obligation appraisal just go to milehighcoin.com or call 720-370-3400 to schedule an appointment. That’s 720-370-3400. I look forward to serving you. Listen online, klzradio.com. Back to Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 07 :
And we are back. Rush to Reason, Health and Wellness Wednesday. Thank you for joining us today. Dr. Scott Faulkner joining us now. I’m going to have a segment with him. And Dr. Scott, welcome. How are you, sir? Thank you, John. I’m doing great. Thank you for inviting me. Well, always a joy. Saw you yesterday. And part of what made me think about having you on today is there has been some news of, like, you have a hyperbaric chamber at your office. We’ve talked about that. You’ve talked about that. And the reality is there has been and there was a really bad, sad accident with one of those that happened the other day. I got several text messages, by the way, shortly thereafter saying, hey, I hear you guys talking about this at Scott’s office. Is this something to be concerned with? Blah, blah, blah. And I thought, you know, no better way to dispel some of what happened there or get an explanation maybe from you as to what happened there. And then what you have at your office being different. I thought, you know, no better way to do that than just have you on and talk about it.
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, I appreciate it. Yeah. So recently we’ve been rocked in the industry by two unfortunate accidents. The first one was a five-year-old, I believe it was in Minnesota. And then last week that physical therapist out in Arizona. And so there’s, There’s several factors that can lead to a fire or an accident inside a hyperbaric chamber. So that’s why, as the consumer, they need to know where they’re going, first and foremost, because fires can stem from operator error, negligence, or ignorance of potential hazards. And that’s what happened primarily in Minnesota. We’ll take that one first, a five year old. So there are people that are going to go to jail because they did not follow the safety guidelines. that they should have. They were not observing. So like in my office, our hyperbaric chamber is literally when you walk in the front door and my staff are probably five feet away from that at any given time. They’ve gone through a full safety course. There are actually certifications that you can get to have the proper handling of an HBOT because now you’re talking a hyper enriched oxygen environment under pressure. which if you get enough oxygen, you’ve created a bomb in a sense. Right. So any spark, anything like that can set that off. So that was unfortunate in Minnesota. I don’t know if they allowed that five-year-old to have a tablet or an electronic device. We do know that the operators of that machine are going to go to prison for negligence, for not engaging. checking their equipment, not making sure it’s safe, not making sure that the nasal cannula or the face mask was tight fitting. So that’s that incident. The physical therapist, he was just dumb. He got into his own chamber at 11 o’clock at night. And so you have no safety backup. And when you’re in there, and if you have an electronic device, even a cell phone with these lithium ion batteries, or if you drop something, then that can cause a spark. and blue smoke generator, and you have no way to get yourself out. Now, the upside to my chamber is that you can decompress it from the inside, and here’s where the oxygen comes into play. So we use concentrators, not 100% liquid oxygen.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay. Explain the difference because I think that’s a really important factor in what you’re saying that is different from those accidents. Explain that a little further, if you would, on layman’s level.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yeah, so 100% liquid oxygen, as the name implies. So you’ve gone past buildings, maybe a welder or something like that, and you see this big, huge tank with pressurized gas. Well, in this case, it’s 100% oxygen. So there’s no nitrogen, no helium, no anything else. And it’s liquefied, so it’s put under pressure. And then it comes through the building, so it has to be stored outside. But as it comes into the building, then it expands, turns into a gas. That gas gets pumped into the hyperbaric chamber, normally either from an oxygen mask or a nasal cannula. Well, the problem is if you have a poorly fitting mask or nasal cannula, that oxygen starts to fill up the chamber. Because normal oxygen, atmospheric pressure, you have about 21% oxygen in the atmosphere. Okay. But if you have a poorly fitting device, and that’s why we make sure that before somebody goes into our chamber, the mask is fitting well or the nasal cannulas fit well, because that 21% can start to go up 28, 30, 40, 50. Our chamber actually has a warning system that if the oxygen level starts going up that high to vent the machine immediately. Got it. So obviously the fellow who was inside his chamber in Phoenix had no ability to do that. Now, I don’t know what chamber he had, but I know he was operating it by himself in his office at night with nobody around to help him.
SPEAKER 07 :
By the way, not a wise move to begin with, period. Right.
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, exactly. And I can almost guarantee you he probably had ear pods and probably had his phone or a laptop in there, which is just a recipe for disaster. There’s a reason why they say they don’t want you to ship lithium ion batteries in a plane and other things because there is that potential for a spark. You just drop your phone on the carpet or on the floor. And you can create a blue smoke generator. Now you’re in a hyper oxygen environment. And remember, oxygen itself is not combustible. But if you put oxygen in a pressurized system, then the fire will combust and spread a lot faster. And you don’t have time to get out of that chamber.
SPEAKER 07 :
Right, right. And the other thing that it does, which I think people forget, is they’re thinking, well, there’s nothing inside of the chamber that’s really combustible. Well, actually, Scott, there’s lots of things actually inside the chamber that are combustible, including the clothes you’re wearing.
SPEAKER 12 :
well that’s the other thing so that’s why we have people disrobe or just take their clothes off and get into a cotton robe if they do not come to us with a cotton sweat pant a cotton t-shirt because synthetic fabrics especially nylon can carry static electricity and believe it or not just the clothes you wear or if you have hair gel on or you have certain makeup products um all those are combustible jewelry can uh cause a spark So things that people wouldn’t normally think, and I can’t tell you, every day I have somebody asking me when they come in, hey, can I take my tablet in? Can I take my hearing aids in? Can I take, you know, different things? Can I have my jewelry on? And the answer is not just no, but absolutely no. Right.
SPEAKER 07 :
Right. Makes total sense. And again, I think the important factor here is that, A, everything you’re doing is being extremely watched over. You’ve got a complete set of procedures that everybody’s following before somebody climbs in. And you’re even doing the oxygen side of it differently than what some of these others are. And again, some of this… uh these two accidents i should say some of the the you know what happened in those accidents because sometimes some of the fact finding is what i’m trying to say the words i was trying to use some of the fact finding will come out here at some point and determine even more of the fault as to what happened but to your point um i personally and this is just me i rarely ever fault a piece of equipment because in my world and what i’ve grown up doing over all the years dr scott i have learned over the years that it’s typically not the equipment it’s the user using it that’s at fault
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, that’s it. So you have a chamber, right? In my case, mine is a medical grade, hard sided chamber that can go to two atmospheres. Absolute. A lot of the ones that are popping up in med spas and chiropractors offices, one, they never sent their pay, uh, their staff through a full certified training course. Um, we sent our staff through it because I don’t want an accident too. You’re right. Instead of using a hundred percent liquid oxygen, We use compressors. So a compressor will get the oxygen in your nose or in your face up to about 95% as opposed to 100%. Well, the chances of a fire or explosion is almost zero utilizing that. The big thing is if you don’t have a good-fitting mask or nasal cannula, Because, again, normally when you start out in the chamber, it’s 21% oxygen. But if you have a slight leak, then it can rise up to 22%, 23%. Our chamber has a sensor on it, and if that oxygen gets to 23.5%, we are alerted.
SPEAKER 07 :
So there’s no way you’re getting to 100% is the point.
SPEAKER 12 :
Correct. That’s exactly right. So we have fail-safe things. Unless the equipment fails… Right. But like you said, it’s rare for equipment to fail in an environment like this.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yep. Yep. That’s exactly right. Well, and again, part of why I wanted to have you on was to really dispel. I think there’s a, you know, as with anything that happens along these lines, there’s always. You know, rumors and conspiracies and different things that float around and, you know, well, they’re not safe. And why would you ever get in one of those and so on and so forth? And the reality is, no, they can be used for a lot of things. Medically speaking, they’re they’re a huge, I guess I could say, Dr. Scott healing agent, depending upon what type of an ailment somebody might have. and they’re becoming more and more popular because of that, the recovery of even certain injuries, cancers, all sorts of things along those lines, which I know you talk about whenever you cover for me, which I appreciate greatly, by the way. But reality is they’re a great tool, and we don’t want to lose that tool because of, I hate to say this, but because of morons using them.
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, that’s exactly right. Now, here’s a little bit of history. Did you know that hyperbaric has been around since the 1600s? No, I did not know that. Yes, and how many fires or tragic accidents have you heard of around the globe since 1600 using hyperbaric oxygen chambers? None. You’ve heard of two recently. Yeah. There was a couple in Italy… But other than that, believe it or not, there’s only been a handful of accidents. Of all the millions of people that have been in these chambers, that shows you how safe it is in the right hands.
SPEAKER 07 :
Got it. Got it. Makes total sense. Now, if folks want to know more about that, and I guess really quick because we’ve got a couple of minutes here, for people that are listening, what – What type of a injury or ailment, or it’s even an anti-aging thing, which I know you talk about a lot as well, but who should be looking at using one of these? That’s my question.
SPEAKER 12 :
So these are what we call off-label uses. So some hospitals have their own big hyperbaric chambers for people with carbon monoxide poisoning or deep wounds that don’t heal. Got it. So that’s where insurance will cover those.
SPEAKER 07 :
And near the ocean for bends and things like that, right?
SPEAKER 12 :
That’s exactly right. But everything else is an off-label use. So Alzheimer’s, dementia, traumatic brain injuries. And we’re coming into football season. We just went through soccer season for these young leagues. Well, I’ll tell you what, when these kids get hit and their cage is rattled, That’s a traumatic brain injury, and it becomes accumulative over time. If we can get the young athlete in, five to seven dives, their brain will normalize. But if you wait or don’t treat them, that damage will start to accumulate over time. And I’ve seen some horror stories of high school students, college students playing football and soccer, even soccer, the girls that take that ball off their head. then they lose their personality. They have a hard time in school. They can’t focus. Their grades plummet. So that is a massive population that is not looked at. Yes, the Alzheimer’s. Yes, people who have wounds that don’t heal. surgery. I have a lot of plastic surgeons now sending their patients because they’re finding that their surgeries look so much better so quickly. Yes, it improves the healing so fast. Judy and I, we hop in the chamber every night when we can just because we want to reverse aging. We want to stay as sharp as we can. My 23-year-old daughter To study, she goes in there for her paramedic classes. We can prove objectively she has a 20% increase in her test scores just by studying in a hyperbaric chamber.
SPEAKER 07 :
Wow. Unbelievable. All right. What’s the best way for folks to get a hold of you, Scott?
SPEAKER 12 :
Castle Rock Regenerative Healthcare at 303-663-6990.
SPEAKER 07 :
You are the man, and you’re going to hear a lot more from Scott here in the near future. We’re going to have him filling in for me on a more routine basis, which, again, I am very thankful, Scott, when I’m gone.
SPEAKER 12 :
My boss said August.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, and when you’re filling in, I get all sorts of great comments. So, A, thank you for doing that for me. I appreciate it greatly. And for those of you listening, you’re going to hear Scott more often. So, Scott, man, I appreciate it. It was great seeing you yesterday, and thanks for all you do. You’re welcome. Thank you, John. All right, man. Have a great night. And I appreciate Scott. And, again, you’ll hear from him a little more often as he fills in for me periodically. And, again, I appreciate all that he does. He has got a great practice, and I know I talk about it a lot. In fact, let’s do this. Charlie, if you can, flip his – Flip his spot, if you would. I know he’s supposed to be in the next break, but let’s do his spot next, and I’ll just talk about him for a minute while you’re doing that. And again, for all of you listening, he is your guy. He literally will do things that, as you could tell a moment ago, other medical providers, doctors, will not do. In fact, I’ll go as far as to say can’t. cannot do because they’re just not allowed to with either the practice they’re in, the hospital group that they’re in, the medical insurance end of things they’re in, etc. The reality is they can’t do the things that Scott can do. 303-663-6990.

SPEAKER 07 :
And it is Health and Wellness Wednesday. Thank you all for listening. We appreciate it very much. Our next guest joining us, Corey Hillis. He is a certified EMF expert. Corey, welcome. How are you?
SPEAKER 20 :
I’m great. Thank you so much for having me today.
SPEAKER 07 :
No, I appreciate it. And this is a subject where I’ve had a couple of interviews along these lines. And I’ll just be straight up honest because I try to be. I mean, there’s no sense in lying. This is one of those areas where I know very little about this. And I’m probably one of your bigger skeptics. So you’re going to have to convince me of what’s going on here.
SPEAKER 20 :
In a few minutes, it’s tough, but we have more science to back up what we have going on than you can imagine. So I have no problem with that.
SPEAKER 07 :
All right, let’s get started. And again, first off, EMF, what is that for folks listening that maybe they’ve heard the term but really don’t know much about it?
SPEAKER 20 :
Yeah, 5G is the hot button that everybody hears about now. It’s radiation, okay? It’s radiation. Radiation is photons traveling light speed, carrying energy. When it oscillates very high frequency, like trillions of waves per second, that would be like an X-ray or gamma ray. And it took us 50 years to discover, but we finally realized, uh-oh, that’s causing DNA damage by ripping electrons off atoms. Then they assume, well, if it’s lower frequency radiation, like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cell phones, all that stuff, even all the way down to 60 waves per second, which is a power line, there are effects also. But it’s done a completely different way. So for 60 years, we were in the dark about microwaves, radio waves, or radar, basically synonymous, being harmful in a different way. And that’s a newer discovery, I would say.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay. And I know part of my notes are that we learn more, we know more, and yet we’re being very, how should I say, I don’t want to say it’s a huge cover-up, but maybe that is the right word. Reality is we’re not releasing the information and or educating folk the way we should. Am I saying that correctly?
SPEAKER 20 :
Absolutely. And there’s really good reasons for that. But there’s more evidence on this stuff being not only a little bit toxic and stressful and harmful, but a lot bit. And there’s over 10,000 studies. It dwarfs what the cigarette industry was trying to cover up for years. But they still say, hey, there’s no evidence. And I got lots of wild examples that will blow your mind. Our U.S. government spent $30 million on a cell phone study proving it was harmful to rats and Mice, the European Union spent millions of euros showing that it was causing DNA damage. A cell phone was causing DNA damage. That’s not a 5G phone. That’s an older phone. I can go on and on. I can point to studies where people can go to to research this stuff or find summaries of thousands of studies.
SPEAKER 07 :
And is it, I mean, just being, I mean, all of us are exposed to this regularly, whether we’ve got a phone in our hand or not, or any other device in our hand or not, by the way, because these things, this type of signal, maybe that’s the best way for me to say that, Corey, is around us at all times, just like people that live near power lines or what have you. The reality is… We’re – unless you live out in the middle of nowhere and you don’t have much exposure to this and there’s very few of those folks living because most people live in suburbia or big cities. So the reality is we’re being exposed to this stuff. Even small towns, Corey, as you know, they’re outfitted with all of the latest in technology and so on. So reality is we’re exposed to this stuff all the time. Is it worse in certain areas? I guess that’s what I’m asking. Explain to all of us, you know, what are things I guess we should be trying to avoid given the fact that we’re surrounded by this stuff anyways?
SPEAKER 20 :
Well, you can’t avoid it anymore. I mean, it used to be, you know, a handful of years ago you could kind of, you know, avoid this stuff yourself. But a lot of our problems… are coming from not our own devices anymore. It used to come from your cell phone and your router and your smart meter on your house, which is now a Wi-Fi device on the electric meter that sends out information all the time via radiation. It used to be just that. Now we have cell towers, and cell towers in outer space is what I call Starlink and the other 39, six major players, but 39 other companies doing the same thing. Starlink has 7,000 satellites, 350 miles up, sending a laser beam of radiation at cell phones and satellite dishes and cars and all this stuff. And you can live out in the middle of the country now. And we have a lot of sensitive people. So in my industry, there’s certain people that are really sensitive to EMS. They get really messed up quick. They move to the country and it gets worse.
SPEAKER 06 :
Really?
SPEAKER 20 :
Because a cell tower in the city is meant to go a handful of blocks or a half mile or something.
SPEAKER 06 :
True.
SPEAKER 20 :
Because the building’s in the way.
SPEAKER 06 :
True. Good point.
SPEAKER 20 :
It’s not as strong. Now, if you live in the country, these cell towers, they can go 25, 50 miles. So if you live a half a mile from that, that can be a lot worse radiation than living, you know.
SPEAKER 07 :
Never thought of that.
SPEAKER 20 :
No, no, it makes sense.
SPEAKER 07 :
I hadn’t thought of that, but, you know, that makes sense. And, again, question for you, and this is one where I know some people are more susceptible to, you know, XYZ, for example. Some people smoked. I had an uncle who smoked his entire life. His entire life lived to be in his mid-90s. Granted, he rolled his own, so he might have been different tobacco than what the cigarette companies were selling. But bottom line, smoked all of his life, lived to be in his mid-90s. There’s others that ended up with lung cancer at a very early age. Is it a DNA thing as well?
SPEAKER 20 :
Well, you could do the same bad thing to a thousand people and certain people would get more effect than others. It doesn’t mean it’s not bad.
SPEAKER 06 :
Correct.
SPEAKER 20 :
It’s not going to like taking a vitamin, you know.
SPEAKER 06 :
True.
SPEAKER 20 :
So who knows how long, much better the person’s life would have been. But with that being said, this the symptoms of being exposed to this radiation are now we know exactly what happens and we know how we’re kind of the first to figure out the how. So it malfunctions something inside of your cells called a voltage-gated calcium channel. And when this malfunctions, the level of calcium, double-ion calcium molecules, gets all messed up in your cell. And it usually doubles or triples some of the cells with different kind of channels that actually reduce, like breast cells, by 85% in your router. What does that mean? It’s just kind of like, okay, whatever. Well, scientifically it means, if you listen to the biochemists like Dr. Martin Paul and the others… that snowballs into an effect, and that causes DNA damage, free radical damage, nitric oxide problems, and a host of other things within the cell, which could snowball into effects like fatigue problems, sleep problems, concentration difficulties, headaches, immune system disorders, cancer, Alzheimer’s, autism, massive, massive problems and reproductive abilities for every modern society going on right now, and the list goes on and on and on. And can I tell your listeners where to go for a neutral place to look at like a summary of studies?
SPEAKER 07 :
Absolutely. No, yeah, absolutely. In fact, as you do, I’ll put this in my notes so that even folks that listen in after the fact, you know, we put our show notes up with links and so on. And so I’ll absolutely put this in here. So, yeah, no, go for it. Absolutely.
SPEAKER 20 :
Great. And all this information is on our landing page, emfhometest.com. EMF, like Edward Michael Frank, hometest.com. So all this and more can be found there. But the website I’m referring to is the bioinitiative.org. Okay, bio, and then right into the word initiative, no hyphens or punctuation, .org. If you add forward slash conclusions to that website address, it’ll take you right to a page with 1,800 studies summarized. Okay. The reason I like this website so much is because there are members from around the world, every country you can imagine, Australia, Russia, Europe, United States, Canada, And their scientists, environmental groups, have been doing this for many decades, so they’ve been around a long time. They don’t get paid for it. They have no agenda. They don’t sell anything. They’re not funded by anybody with an agenda. So it’s really just, hey, let’s report what’s going on here. And you can look at that page, and you realize they summarize on that page I said, okay, how many studies are on leukemia, and then how many of them are conclusive, and what does that summary mean? Like kids being more affected. You just go down the list, and your jaw is going to drop in five minutes reading that page. And so there’s a lot of information if you want to look for it. I’ll tell you one study that will blow your mind. The European Union paid €3 million for a reflex study, it’s called. And your listeners won’t even believe what I’m about to say until they look it up, and they can verify it. They want to know how much DNA damage a cell phone was causing compared to a chest X-ray.
SPEAKER 05 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 20 :
Because that’s been studied since the 90s. Dr. Henley Lai at Washington State University is one of the first. So how much DNA damage they came up with. So 24 hours on a cell phone. That’s not today’s 5G stronger cell phone. That’s yesterday’s cell phone. 24 hours on a cell phone produced the same strand breaks and DNA damage as 1,600 chest X-rays. Now, that wasn’t some dude in a basement. That was 12 institutions across Europe participated in this, funded by the European Union. That’s why Brussels banned 5G and there’s a whole lot more in Europe going on that is aware of this because they paid for that study and it opened a lot of eyes.
SPEAKER 07 :
Very interesting. The other question, somebody just texted in or called in, by the way, and asked Charlie, my engineer, and I’m on Amazon as I just was thinking, okay, are there home tests? Are there ways that you can actually buy devices to determine what type of EMF you’re receiving? And are they legit? I guess that’s my other question, Corey.
SPEAKER 20 :
Well, this is a complicated subject, but yes, we have reps speckled across the country, and if one’s near enough to you, they can drive to your house. And if you go to the website I named emfhometest.com, if they’re close enough, they’ll literally come to your house, test with meters, and show you how ridiculously high the levels are compared to the experts saying what’s safe. Your listeners may not know this, but every single person that has a cell phone in the audience, which is probably all of them, when they sign their contract… The words in the contract say if you touch your phone, you are over the safety guidelines set by the FCC. So the FCC is admitting that your cell phone, every single cell phone is unsafe levels of radiation. So it’s already in there. It’s in the small print. There was a lawsuit trying to get that into the big print, like on cigarette packs.
SPEAKER 05 :
Right.
SPEAKER 20 :
Like, hey, make all the pants and all that. The judge said, nah, you know, they already got it in a small print. It’s redundant to put it, you know, not looking out for the public, that guy or girl, whoever it was. But that’s what we’re up against. So we’re still kept in the dark unless you want to educate yourself.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay. Another text message came in. Are there ways to protect yourself? And, you know, let’s face it. There’s enough people out there listening where they’ve got to have ways to communicate. I mean, we live in that digital world. Unfortunately, like it or not, that’s where we’re at. So a question that came in is how do we protect ourselves against all of this?
SPEAKER 20 :
Well, I was one of the first people in line to get a 5G cell phone because I love the technology. I’m not against it. The company is making it. I’m not against the awesomeness.
SPEAKER 07 :
Which, by the way, I appreciate you being honest along those lines because I like you. I mean, these things, A, they make – I don’t know about everybody else, but they make my life a whole lot easier. There’s things that right now today I would not be doing and would not be able to get as many things done without having it. On the same token, and this is health and wellness, we do this every hour – or I should say every Wednesday for the first hour of the show we do health and wellness – And reality is I’m very concerned about people and their health and so on. On the same token, I want to be rational about these things as well.
SPEAKER 20 :
So, yeah, I’ll be honest, too. I was first in line, two reasons. One, I love the technology, and I’m not against this at all. But two is I wanted to make sure the products that we invented actually were going to work on the new 5G phone compared to the 4G that we did. So if I didn’t believe our products work, I’m telling you, I wouldn’t own one. My daughter is five. She would never have any of this junk in her hands.
SPEAKER 06 :
Got it.
SPEAKER 20 :
But you can protect yourself. You can have your cake and eat it too. The science is on our website. You can clearly see we have tests on human cells with perfect probability functions showing that we fixed what’s going on in there. And, you know, the FCC’s rating of 1.6 – watts per kilogram. They basically say there’s a certain level that they accept that your head can be heated by a cell phone. That’s what that SAR rating is, specific absorption rate. How much you’re heating your head. Your microwave oven heats food. It’s not magic. It shakes and vibrates molecules. And they spin and they smash into each other and that friction creates heat. When your cell phone’s against your head and it’s heating your head and it can be shown, you look on our website, Go to that landing page, and you can see people talking on the phone and their head getting hotter every two minutes. It’s heating your head. You can see it on thermal imaging. It’s not heating your head like sitting next to a radiator. It’s heating it by taking molecules inside your head, spinning them, smashing them into each other, and that friction creates heat. That sounds like not a good thing to me. I don’t think there’s any acceptable level for me.
SPEAKER 07 :
I agree.
SPEAKER 20 :
to do that in my head, but that’s what they came up with.
SPEAKER 07 :
Some of the interviews that I’ve done in the past, I will tell you that, and I know sometimes it gets annoying to some people around, and I do my best to keep that down and turn the volume down and so on, but I’m a speakerphone guy. I rarely ever have the phone up to my head doing much of anything along those lines after doing some of the interviews that I’ve done here along these lines. I’m still being exposed all of that, but I, I, I like, you know, I guess I’ve listened to enough people I’ve interviewed where I rarely put that thing to my head.
SPEAKER 20 :
That’s a very wise choice. And even though we have a product that shows in most people in 10 minute calls, there’s no change in thermal imaging, but when they do you, they use this phone without our chip on it. It’s a little chip you put on the back. Then you see massive and there’s a place in California did all our testing on that. You can see videos and you can see the pictures there. Um, And the person testing it’s showing you right on the videos. Even though that’s true, occasionally somebody after seven minutes or 10 minutes mark gets a little change. So for me, that’s no good. So I’m talking on the speakerphone right now.
SPEAKER 06 :
Got it.
SPEAKER 20 :
So even though our product is darn near perfect. I still would rather be on speakerphone just to – why not?
SPEAKER 07 :
Another question I have for you because this is one that I don’t think I’ve ever asked anybody, but while we’re on it, I might as well. You see so many people now, and it’s become so common. Every time I travel or even when I’m just out, you’re doing wherever. You go to the grocery store or whatever. I mean – anymore, I would say that half of the people, I don’t think I’m exaggerating, have some sort of an earbud or listening device that’s in their ears. Is that similar to what we’re talking about with the phones? I mean, are they better off that way, or is it still like having the phone to your head?
SPEAKER 20 :
It’s like having the phone to your head. Every Bluetooth and Wi-Fi device is going to have radiation and when you’re touching those devices like your phone your bluetooth earbuds when your fingertips are on your laptop and the laptop’s on your lap you’re absorbing a lot more radiation you’re getting a lot more effects by it and these are things you need to avoid or protect yourself from so they’re big now we are we’re working on it with a company right now to make the first hopefully remediated protected earbuds but that’s you know hopefully coming soon
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay. All right. So in other words, they are, I mean, and I guess I, for me, I can’t stand those things being in my ears. That’s part of that as well. But I’ve always wondered, you know, there’s got to be something, you know, again, it’s a signal, there’s something that’s coming out of that going to your phone, being able to talk back and forth, sending that signal back and forth, which by the way, it’s great. I mean, I love it. It’s awesome. And I’m not telling people to not use them. But I think you need to be thinking about how many hours a day are you wearing those things?
SPEAKER 20 :
Absolutely. And if you go on our landing page, you can see tests where people talk on a phone for two minutes, and they prick your finger, and they put the blood under a microscope, and they look at it. And it’s mostly red blood cells that come out, but other ones too. And you can see what it looks like after two minutes on a phone.
SPEAKER 06 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 20 :
If you use our chip, then it goes back. You take the chip off, it goes back again. Like, it’s scary looking. It’s significant. And when you do these, like… All of our family and friends were going through all these tests, too. When this happens to you and you see it, you take it serious.
SPEAKER 07 :
Right. Absolutely.
SPEAKER 20 :
Oh, my gosh, this is like a big deal.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, this has been very informative. And, again, if you’re willing to, we’ll have you back. I’ll even dedicate a little bit more time to you being back the next time. I mean, to me, this is fascinating. I think there’s a lot of information here. There’s no way to cover this all in one particular segment, Corey. As you know, these are things that we’ll probably just have to chip away with next. as time goes by. But I am very interested in having you back, talking more about this, letting people be informed of what’s going on. And I know from your website, there’s lots of things there. I’ll just throw this out. There’s lots of things there where folks can look at things, buy things, and help them avoid some of the things that we’re talking about right now.
SPEAKER 20 :
Yeah. I mean, when we fix a house and all the EMFs in somebody’s life, literally 50% of those people, roughly, will give us testimonials. And we do not fix medical conditions. So for that to happen that often, it’s a big deal. This is the invisible elephant in the room.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay. We will keep having you back. Corey, thank you very much. I appreciate it. Corey Hill, a certified EMF expert. Again, Corey, thank you for your time. This is valuable. I appreciate it very much.
SPEAKER 20 :

SPEAKER 11 :
Suck it up, buttercup. Back to Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 07 :
All right. In all honesty, because I’m, as I’ve said before, I’m really skeptical on some of these things because, and what I’m probably the most skeptical of is not that we have these signals out there and the damage that they could do, but, but I’m more of a skeptic of the folks that are selling the things that stop them. Now I will tell you, Corey’s pretty convincing. And after going to his website and the fact that he’ll send people out free of charge to look at your home and tell you exactly how much EMF radiation do you have? Um, Let’s just say this. We’re going to have him back. I’ll keep talking to him, and we will go down this path together and figure out exactly what you can do to protect yourself when it’s all said and done, and we’ll do that during these Health and Wellness Wednesdays. All right, that’s it for this first hour. We’ll be back for another hour. Don’t go anywhere. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560.
SPEAKER 04 :
