I’m doing very well. Good to hear from you. And, you know, we can still talk about heat and, of course, AC and all that because we’re not going to be completely out of the woods, although I’m going to come back after we’re done with you and talk about the Farmer’s Almanac, I should say, prediction of winter and Reality Hunter is it’s not as far off as we think.
SPEAKER 04 :
It’s not as far off, even though today’s 90 degrees, and I can’t seem to stop sweating. But, yeah, no, it’s definitely on the horizon.
SPEAKER 10 :
So, given that, folks that are out that you’re having calls on and you’re out looking at air conditioning units and all that sort of stuff, what I’m getting at is I think people would be – my advice, people would be wise to have you look at – and I know you do, but have everything – you know, looked at together in combination, knowing that, listen, if my furnace is, you know, 15 years of age and granted, I’m probably not near the end, but efficiency wise probably could improve things greatly as we go through the winter months, knowing that the heating bills are not going to get any cheaper.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, no, that’s right. And with that being said, it’s always going to be cheaper labor wise and everything else. If the AC’s gone out, if it’s at that 15 year’s, You’re at the point of replacement. It’s always going to be cheaper to replace both systems at the same time. Not only that, but the benefits of it, too. If you put that brand-new AC on a higher-efficiency AC and everything else, and we stick that on an old furnace… we are not going to get the efficiency rating out of that AC that you were sold on. And that’s something that we’re up front with and honest about.
SPEAKER 10 :
And really quick, is that because of Hunter, just the simple fact that we can’t control air movement, fan speeds, all those sorts of things as effectively as you can with a newer unit? Is that the reason why?
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, and a lot of the newer units have variable speed blower motors and stuff like that. So when they’re looking at efficiencies, and AHRI is typically the institute that we use for our efficiency ratings and everything else like that. So when we look at AHRI, it’s typically matched with a furnace or an air handler unit. that’s a newer version okay um so in order to get those full efficiency ratings and that’s how they’re doing the testing it’s with those variable speed blower motors or those ecm blower motors um is where they’re getting that full efficiency now is it going to be more efficient than what you have absolutely um even so but like i said the it really does make a ton of sense to do them at the same time it’s financially feasible um number one you’re going to get the fullest efficiency out of both systems that you’re supposed to get Number two, the savings on the labor that you’re going to get, we essentially have to tear that system completely down to replace just the furnace or to replace the AC. So the amount of labor you can save, money you can save in labor by us just doing it all at once makes a ton more sense.

Now, really quick, I want to jump in because I know also you talk on the money side of things. I want to make sure folks understand because we don’t talk about this that often. If you’ve got the ability to do all of this and it can all be done at one time, but yet they don’t have all of the cash at that time to do it, you have a solution for that, right?
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, and we offer multiple options for financing. We have some offers that are 24 months interest-free, so if you want to spread it out a little bit that way, you can do that as well. And we can help you with that. And that’s something that we do pride ourselves on is we’re not going to force you into a sale into the most expensive furnace or air conditioner that we can possibly sell you because this is what you need. We really do try to take our time. and try to figure out what’s most important to you, if that’s your budget, if that’s your, or if efficiency is what you’re all worried about and what you want to go for, we can do that as well. But we really do try to tailor what we are offering you to you specifically and what you need in your life at that time.
SPEAKER 10 :
The other thing I know you do because we talk often is you also tailor that equipment to – because there’s questions you’re asking. How long are you going to stay – how long have you been here? How long do you plan on staying in the home? All those sorts of things because, again, Hunter, the longer you’re going to be in the home and stay there, those higher efficiencies just come back over and over and over again. On the same token, if you’re thinking of moving in the next three to five years, well – Maybe you don’t need to go quite that high of efficiency, but you still want to get an upgrade in. It’ll help sell the house when you come time to do so. And those are things that you guys can all look at together. But you’re going to look at all of that and then give answers back onto what we should do that works best for you in that scenario, right?
SPEAKER 04 :
Yeah, that’s absolutely right. On that front, you know, it doesn’t make sense if you’re going to move in a year to throw the top of the line AC and furnace in there because odds are, I hate to say it, but most realtors and people don’t even know what they’re looking at when they look at the furnace and air conditioner. So all they’re going to care about is, is it new and is it under warranty? So if that’s something you’re doing, yeah, it would be in your benefit to just replaced with with lycra a little bit better anything we replace now is obviously going to be more efficient um so it would be a little bit better that way and that’s the route to go now if you’re going to stay there and this is your you know long-term home you’re going to be there 10 to 15 years a lot of these efficiency upgrades will pay for themselves over time and especially when we look at like the heat pump rebates and different things like that um That’s not saying we have to go full heat pump, but the savings that excel and the tax credits and stuff that you can get this offset the cost so much that it does make it very feasible. And with the efficiency included in that, that it will pay for itself over time.
SPEAKER 10 :
I got a text message a second ago that says, and I want you to answer this because we talk about this in the commercial, so kind of know this in advance, but does this HVAC person sell top tier like Lenox, Train, Carrier, or do you do the secondary tier units?
SPEAKER 04 :
No, we don’t do Lenox, Train, or Carrier, but we do Rheem. We’ve been Rheem dealers for about 25 years now. And they are always listed up there with Carrier and Train and Lenox and all those other ones. We do not sell the second tier. The biggest thing is that warranty is huge. Rheem’s top of the line, Rheem’s warranty is 10 years on all parts. And then most of their heat exchangers and their higher end equipment will have lifetime warranties on them as well. And then on top of that, we do offer… five-year labor warranty on our work and that that really is it and that’s why we’ve partnered with ream for so long is um they kind of match our values on quality i will tell you that um while the upper end stuff does have the longer warranties and everything else a furnace is a furnace nobody’s reinventing the wheel we’re talking ford and dodge and chevy true um good point it’s not it’s really not going to be the equipment, it’s going to be the quality of the installation. If the quality of the installation is bad, you’re not going to get a very long longevity out of that equipment. If the installation is good, the installation is everything, it doesn’t matter if you put in a Goodman or if you put in a comfort star or comfort maker or whatever you want to go with off-brand if the install is good then the equipment will last and i would say that’s the biggest thing that we look at um that you want to look at you can put the most expensive piece of equipment in your home But if it’s not installed properly, it’s going to be less efficient and give you more trouble than that cheaper piece of equipment.

All right, we are back again. Happy Monday, everybody. Hope you had a great weekend. I know I did. Lots going on this time of the year. We’ve got sports season, of course, kicking off. Saw a lot of football over the weekend. Some of you did preseason, I know. We’ll talk about some of that here in the next hour. Question of the day. This is from Friday. What language family does Finnish… Belong to. Uralic is the answer. U-R-A-L-I-C. Uralic, which I had never heard of before, so I have no clue about that particular language at all. It includes, though, languages like Finnish, Hungarian, Estonian, as well as several minority languages spoken in northern Eurasia. So there’s your answer to where that family of language has… come from and then today’s impossible question of the day answer this on the facebook page what element is represented by the chemical symbol w what element is represented by the chemical signal or symbol i should say w answer that on our facebook page okay talking a hundred a moment ago about the weather and all of that yes farmer’s almanac this is all over the news today or almanac How do we say it the other way? Almanac, almanac, whatever. Are they ever right? Well, according to some things I read today, now, these, of course, are typically folks in the weather world. Maybe that’s the best way to say it. Colleges and so on, you know, where there’s meteorologists and so on. They don’t look too kindly on the almanac. And you can probably imagine why, because they feel like it’s sort of a fairy tale. And some of you may believe in it a lot. Some of you may believe in it a little. It has about a 52 to 54 percent success rate, which I’d like to compare that to most weather people, by the way, because I’ll bet you it’s not far off. That’s my gut feeling. Maybe I’m wrong in that. Maybe whether people in today’s world and technology and so on have a better success ratio than that. But frankly, when it comes to overall predictions of what’s upcoming, when it comes to overall weather for seasons and so on, I don’t think they have much better track record is my own personal opinion. And some of this I know because of what I do outside of this show. We track the weather, especially in the winter months, very closely, very closely. hourly in some cases. And so we do a pretty good job of that. Now, they’re claiming, the Farmers’ Almanac, that chill, snow, repeat. That’s for this upcoming 2025 season. Now, that is for a lot of the U.S., especially the upper portion of the U.S., but even down south, they may see some, according to this publication, 232-year-old publication, They’re claiming that even some of the southern states could see some, you know, wild weather, that it basically is going to be a wild ride. So they’re saying that much of the United States, including Colorado, will see a very cold and snowy winter. A wet winter is also predicted in the southwest with near average temperatures. The Almanac says that Texans and the southern plains, western Kansas, Oklahoma, portions of Nebraska and New Mexico are on the tap for a weather or sorry, a wetter than average winter. with periodic cold snaps. The Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and north central states are set for a classic winter wonderland, according to the Almanac. Frequent snowstorms are predicted for the New England, Mid-Atlantic, and Pacific Northwest. Now, where does this all end up? Only God knows, literally. I don’t have any idea. No idea. And frankly, neither does anybody else. I always remind everybody that I know of that, that you can take what the almanac does, which I think I’ve studied this enough to know how this works. And there are different almanacs, by the way, and they’re not all equal. Because there was another one that came out recently that said we were in for a milder kind of a repeat of what we had last year. This, according to this one, this is not a repeat of last year. And what they do, these almanacs do, is they basically take a historical average. They go back and look at all of the different things that have gone on throughout the last 50 to 100 years. And they look at, on this one, 232 years. But they look at patterns of what has happened in the past and make their prediction based upon those patterns. Which, by the way, I don’t really think is all that bad in doing because that’s typically how things work. You get into a weather pattern, and yes, other things can change that pattern, but again, I’ve lived in Colorado my entire life, and for all those folks running around that talk about climate change and global warming and this, that, and the other, we just have weather patterns, and they come and go. And some years are wetter and snowier than others. And it’s not always this way. You can have a very wet spring, summer, and fall, or spring and summer, I should say, and then get into fall and it can completely dry up and you can have a pretty dry winter. I’ve also seen the opposite, where you’ve got a pretty cool and wet summer, and then that just carries right on through the rest of the year into winter. Now, we have had, despite what… The folks around here will tell you because they’re always hyping everything up. I saw a guy on social media the other day, one of our local weathermen, talking about how such a big deal that we had the highest low temperature in like 118 years. Okay, who cares? So it didn’t get that cold at night. Big deal. Well, then this morning, we’ve had some of the coldest temps ever. It was like in the low 50s this morning. If you didn’t know that, that’s how cold it was. It was like 54 degrees or something this morning. That’s what it was when I got up. So they love talking about these extremes, how hot things get, especially because it proves their whole global warming thing. Well, then you have a day like today that’s only a few days after we had the highest low temperature. Now we’ve got like one of the lower low temperatures. So, okay, walk me through that one. If everything’s getting hotter and you’re all worried about global warming, then why do we have such cold weather this morning? And they’ll try to explain that bottom line, the weather changes. And I do believe in climate change, as in we go through periods of where the climate does certain things. It can even be in particular regions where it’s doing certain things. And a lot of it, I know, a lot of it has to do with the cold fronts that come through. And in the wintertime, what’s it like from the Arctic that gets pushed down and the high pressure, low pressure, all those different things. I understand all that. I get how that works. Will we have big snowstorms this year? I have no idea. How cold will it get? I don’t know. It’ll get cold. It’s Colorado. It will be cold. Will we be below zero? Don’t be shocked if we are. Those of you that are transplants that have come here from another state, don’t be shocked when that happens. And don’t be shocked when it’s, you know, 10 below one day and it’s 52 to two or three days later because we’ve had that here and it does happen. We can literally make that big of a swing. We can make a 50, 60 degree swing in the wintertime. No problem. Happens a lot, actually. In some cases, the same day. You literally can wake up and have it be zero or below and later in the day be 50 degrees. It’s just Colorado and how it works here. how we’re situated and so on. So will the almanac be right this year? Again, folks, I wish I knew. I don’t know. Maybe, maybe not. Here’s what I’ve always learned when it comes to winter. Like I talk about on Fridays on Ready Radio, be prepared for everything. like I was talking to Hunter a moment ago when it comes to your furnace. If your furnace is getting close to the edge and you know you’ve been pushing it even the last couple of seasons, get it done now before it gets cold. Do it when it’s warmer so you’re not doing that when it’s actually cold and you need it. If you know something isn’t working exactly right, get it handled now. And that’s true whether it be your heater, your water heater, anything else, your furnace, your water heater, and so on. If you’ve got something that’s acting up now, get it fixed. Same thing when it comes to your car, car repair, things like that. You get everything dialed in before winter hits. Tires, that’s always a big thing for me because never fails, first day that it gets a little bit snowy, everybody’s in a tire shop. And it’s like, okay, you know you had like the last three months to get that done. Your tires didn’t just wear out. They’ve been doing that now for a while. Trust me, I know how this works. You just got lazy and kept pushing it off, pushing it off, pushing it off. I get it. Sometimes it’s a money thing as well. But anymore, that’s not even an excuse, folks, because if you’re driving, you should be setting some money aside to be doing some of these things. And on top of that, even if you don’t have the money, every one of these places, just like Hunter, offers the ability to buy tires on credit if need be. I’m not advising that, but that can be done. Outside of all of your other normal ways of getting something paid for, if you still don’t have the means, the tire company, the tire store will always have an ability to offer you some sort of financing on tires, which they’re not going to wear out next month. So if you need six months to a year to pay for them, okay, and that’s your only option, then go for it. Just like the furnace situation with Hunter. If that’s what you need to do to keep things rolling along, then do so. Again, I’m not advocating that, but if that’s your only way of doing it, then do it. You’re better off to do that and be riding on good tires for the winter months than to be stuck on the side of the road someplace. Because what happens then? You have typically tow bills, other things that come along that far exceed what it was going to cost you to actually finance those tires. You’re still better off financing them, is my point, versus having a problem. So that’s my advice. What’s winter going to be like? Folks, I wish I knew. Trust me, if I knew, I wouldn’t be sitting in this chair. Let’s just say that. Literally. I would not be sitting in this chair. What would I be doing? Making a boatload of money doing something else because I could predict the weather and anybody that could predict the weather can make a boatload of money. Because there’s so many industries that rely on weather that, yeah, I wouldn’t have to work. So I don’t have that crystal ball. I don’t know what the weather is going to do. No one does, by the way. So even though this is all over the news today about the almanac and what it’s saying, reality is no one knows. Best advice I can give you, be prepared for whatever might come along no matter what. I’m doing very well. And I was lucky enough, I really feel that way, lucky enough to get a copy of a new children’s book that you have just come out with. And I’m not lying here. Anybody else listening, Jay, you included, I got the book in the mail. I opened it up. It took me a couple of days because, you know, I was doing stuff, so I finally get around to it. I get the book opened up. I turn the back, because we’ll talk about how this works, but I turn the book on, and we’ll get into why that is in a moment. Turn the book on. I didn’t have to listen to more than two or three pages to know I wanted to do an interview and talk about this. That’s how cool it is.

All right, so talk to us about the President’s Bible, Noah’s Ark.
SPEAKER 13 :
Well, it’s a… It’s a children’s Bible, part of a series that I’m creating where it’s a talking book, first of all. So this is a Bible that talks for children. And I thought, how cool would it be if children could hear the Bible, see great pictures, and hear it done in Trump’s actual voice? So we created this. The first one was Noah’s Ark. We got some beautiful art and Donald Trump’s voice is actually narrating the whole thing. And it’s really amazing.
SPEAKER 10 :
It is really cool. Folks, you guys listening, and it’s cool on not just because it’s Trump’s voice, but just how it works, how the kids can do it. And it’s hard for me to describe this without actually having it in front of you. But the way the kids would use this is on the back, there’s a switch. And then as they go to each page, there’s a little part where they touch it. and the book will then start to talk to them. So literally, Jay, as you know, somebody very young to my age can actually use the book. It’s very intuitive. It won’t be hard for a young kid to figure this out.

No, and what’s really cool about this, John, is that there’s a whole generation of people who don’t know Bible stories.

Very true.

And I gave this to my grandkids, three years old and six years old, and this is the only book they want to listen to. There’s something captivating about Donald Trump’s voice telling you the story of Noah’s Ark. And they don’t know who Donald Trump is, but it’s his voice, his presence. And they want to listen to it. And they have never heard the Noah’s Ark. arc story before and they’re hearing it and they’re asking questions about like well why did he bring them onto the boat like what was god said why did god say that to them and it opens up discussions that they never would have had if they hadn’t seen this book no again i didn’t go through the entire book i didn’t need to literally and it’s not always this way i get all sorts of stuff as you can imagine jay i get all sorts of things sent my way different books authors all sorts of
SPEAKER 10 :
of little gizmos and some things are really great like your particular product i mean some things it’s like this is a home run i can tell just from looking at it and other times it’s like yeah i don’t know if this is going to pan out as well as maybe this particular person thought it would that was not the case with you jay and i mean that sincerely i’m not lying when i say this and i have the op for all of you listening i am not paid to say any of this there’s nothing coming back my way jay’s not sending me a check you know at any time any way shape or form i get these things in the mail I look at them, sort of do a review, if you would, Jay. And I’m not joking. I literally went to about three pages and listened to the first three pages. And I’m like, okay, I don’t have to listen to the whole thing. This is a done deal for me. This thing’s worth doing an interview on and getting out into people’s hands.
SPEAKER 13 :
Oh, that’s fantastic. One of the things, I’ve been working on this for seven or eight months now. One of the things I wanted to do was, I didn’t want it to just be a novelty, like, oh, you could hear Trump’s voice on there. I wanted it to be beautiful, the quality of the pages, the artwork itself. And we had people who, the guy who did the artwork, he’s somebody very famous. And he just said, listen, I don’t want my name listed, but I want to do this for you for free. Wow. Because I think it’s just so important to get out there. And we had people coming aboard that just loved the project. Everybody in my company was like, we don’t know why we’re so passionate about this, but we just are.
SPEAKER 10 :
It’s really cool, I hope, and I’m sure that you’re looking at, okay, there’s so many Bible stories, okay. In fact, it’s probably more of how many can we do versus how many there are, because as you know, J. Bible is full of them. I mean, I can only imagine you’ve got to kind of pick and choose what are the most famous ones we start with and then work from there. Cool. The question I have along these lines, though, is as far as the voice goes, I mean, how did you get all this put together? Did you have to get approval from Donald Trump in the first place? Then once you did, I mean, he’s not recording this for you. So how did you make all this happen?
SPEAKER 13 :
It’s a very interesting thing. I’ll answer your first question, like choosing the stories. We felt that Noah’s Ark would be a really fun thing for kids to learn, a way to introduce them. And as I found out, Noah’s Ark is part of the Old Testament, so it’s for the Jewish people can appreciate it. It’s part of the New Testament, Christian people. And I found out that it’s also part of Islam, so Muslims can also appreciate this. It felt like a very good place to start. The next one that we’re doing, it’s already done, it’s actually being printed right now, is the birth of Jesus. And that’s going to be really amazing as well. To answer your second question about Trump, this is done with AI. There are a lot of AI programs that mimic Trump’s voice. And I listened to, I don’t know, 50 of them. None of them sounded real. None of them sounded natural. So we actually created our own AI program to get his voice on there. And as far as permission goes, I make a lot of different talking Trump products because he’s a public figure. He’s. voice and his appearance are accessible to the public okay can’t use his actual name the name trump like i can’t call it the trump talking bible right right right he actually has a trademark on his name but other than that um but you can use president because he is He’s the president, exactly. And president is not trademarked. Trump is actually trademarked.
SPEAKER 10 :
Gotcha. Makes sense. Makes sense. That was, at first, I’m just like, and for those of you listening, trust me, and Jay, you guys did a fabulous job. I mean that it is, you wouldn’t know, for anybody else that’s out there that would just pick this up and start listening to it, you would not know he didn’t dictate and record this himself.
SPEAKER 13 :
And when I tell people this, when I say, hey, I got this new book that I created, I want to hear it, I want to give a sample to you, and they go, okay, great, and they listen to it, and they go, wait a minute, how did he get Trump to record this? And I’ve had people… who are Christians and people who are not Christians, pick up the book, listen to it, just a few pages, and I’ve had people literally cry when they hear this because it’s just so different than anything they’ve ever heard regarding the Bible. But yeah, you can’t tell it’s not Trump.
SPEAKER 10 :
No, for those of you listening, trust me, you cannot tell. It is dead on, the inflections, I mean, Jay, everything. And yet, and this is also interesting, which I wanted to get some background on, it’s done as if he were talking to kids. I don’t know how else to say it that way. And I think you know what I mean by that. I mean, there’s a way to talk to adults. There’s also a way to talk to kids to where when you’re talking to them, you’re in that not a childish voice, but you’re talking in a quote-unquote kid-friendly voice. Is that the right way to say it, Jay?
SPEAKER 13 :
Absolutely. Beautifully said. We try to use… I mean, Donald Trump, I think part of his power and his greatness is that he knows how to communicate in a way that everybody understands. So when you’re talking to kids… We had to make sure that some of the words in the Bible may not have been understood, and we had him explain those words within the context of the story, and in a fun way. It’s like there’s a lot of humor in it. There’s a lot of little Easter eggs in the book where if you look closely, you’ll see things that may not be visible to the regular person looking at it.
SPEAKER 10 :
It’s a great book, and I mean that sincerely, Jay. You guys did a fabulous job. And for those of you listening, if you’ve got kids or grandkids or you just want a great – maybe kids just come and visit you or maybe you’ve got an office where you have kids that come and go from the office at times, I will tell you that you won’t put anything else out in that office that gets as much attention as this does. And, Jay, I don’t think I’m wrong in saying that.

I think you’re right. And I’m not saying it just because I made the book. We put so much work into it. Like I said, the quality of the artwork. It’s top notch. The quality of voice. Yeah. And I wanted kids to be able to pick it up because the pages are much thicker than a normal book. So they’re not going to be able to rip it off. And the buttons you press on each page, you let them hear the voice. It’s not like some sound books have the buttons. They’re all in the back and you have to go to the back. Each page has just like the lightest of touches. It’ll activate the sound. And if you touch it again, the sound will go off. very easy for them to use, and it’s very interactive.

It’s great. And again, I mean this sincerely for all of you listening, and I know I say this a lot. Some of you get bored of me saying this. I get so many inquiries per day for folks that want to come on the show, and I’m not exaggerating, Jay, when I say this, dozens upon dozens a day. And I have opportunity to interview all or none in some cases, depending upon how things fit in. This was really unique because your particular gal that I work with, Crystal, she actually had – talked to me about another particular guest that, hey, while I’m at it, I’d like to send you a book that I think you’ll find enjoyable. She knows me. She kind of knows my background and all that. And I’m like, hey, go for it. Send it to me. She got my address and everything. So it shows up. And she never even followed up. She didn’t ask me how things were or anything. I just opened it and got to looking at things and so on. And I responded. I’m like, this is just this is top notch. Can we can we get an interview done? And for all of you listening, this was like last Thursday or Friday. We have Jay on today. So that’s how quickly we got this turned around. Because it really is an exciting piece. And the reason why I wanted to mention it and get it in here sooner than later is as kids go back to school and some of you are going to be looking for things that maybe they can even do on the car to and from school and or, you know, they’re kicking around the house. Instead of having them on some electronic device, put this in their hand instead is my point, Jay.

Yeah, you’re actually, instead of looking at a screen, a TV screen or a cell phone screen, you’re looking at an actual book you’re reading, you’re giving them those values. And I’m not sure how this is going to play with the general public, so I didn’t make a whole lot of them. It’s very possible that we’ll sell out of them and we’ll try to make more, but if you want a really great quality book that teaches the Bible in a way that kids love and understand, and for parents and grandparents as well, it gives them a new perspective on it and refreshes their memory on maybe some of the magic they had when they were a kid.

Yeah, I think this does, too, because I’ve seen this with other books, because I’ve got grandkids, as you can imagine, Jay. And what I will tell you, for those of you listening, too, as the book is reading and the kids are looking at the words, the kids are smart they will start picking up on oh this is how that word sounds they’ll follow along and believe me this is another great way to help them learn how to read spell all of that at the same time so while it’s fun and it’s great and there’s a great bible story you know noah’s ark great story one of the greatest stories ever by the way as far as i’m concerned i mean the reality is it’s so it’s so huge take you know steal some stuff from trump j it’s so huge that Get one of these and put it in the hands of your kids. And, again, those of you that have businesses where you get kids that come and go, even have it out for the kids to listen to. Just keep track of it. They’re liable to take it with them.

All right, just a few minutes left of this hour. Always a fast first hour of the week. Two more hours, of course, coming your way. And I’m going to slip in just a teeny bit of AI right now. I had a nice conversation before coming on air with our station manager and good friend of mine, Mike. And this is something I’ll come back to. I will definitely get into more depth on AI and talk more from a personal perspective, not with guests and some of the others that you hear me have on and talk about it. And it’s something that I continue to use more and more on a regular basis, trying to get my clients even to use it more and more. Now, before all of you get all freaked out, because I know there’s some people out there that are just anti-AI. Frankly, I think anybody anti-AI is like those that were anti-the Internet when it came out. Sorry, that’s dumb. I don’t know how else to say it. If you’re anti-AI, you’re dumb. I’m going to say it for what it is. You’re not looking at it correctly. You’re looking at AI as the bad guy when, in fact, it’s the people using it in the right way or the wrong way, wrong way being the bad guy. There’s a lot of good uses for AI. You just heard one. That’s what made me think about talking about it in this segment. You just heard a great use of AI. Now, some would argue that is it a good use to have Donald Trump narrating, you know, Noah’s Ark? Let me tell you what, there’s a lot worse things you could use AI for than that. So that’s a great example of where it will be used for something of good versus something of evil. In every item, I’ve said this before on air, and I mean this sincerely, though, you can take a pen, use it for good or use it for evil. You can use it for good and write a great story, a great book, sign contracts, do all sorts of things. On the same token, you can use it for bad. You can write angry letters. You can write things to people that you shouldn’t write in the first place. You can write words that you probably shouldn’t be repeating. I mean, I can go down the list of things you can do with a pen that are right, wrong, or otherwise. You know, there’s the old casino movie where Joe Pesci kills a guy with a pen. So it can be used for something good. It can be used for something bad. Just depends on what you’re doing with said item. AI will be no different. And where I’m going with AI and why I think it’s important for us as conservatives and Christians alike to be very involved with AI is the only way to teach AI where it’s wrong is to teach it where it’s wrong. If you’re not using it, how are you going to correct it? Now, this is where you got to be smarter than AI, which we are, by the way. AI is really smart, and it can go out and collect all sorts of things right off the bat and do it in a fraction of time than what you and I would be able to do it in. That’s the cool thing about AI. But it’s not always right. It can be wrong. It can be wrong a lot, depending upon what you’re asking it. It’s up to us to use it and correct it when it’s wrong, by the way. And by the way, the way you would do that is either speak to it or talk to it, and when it spits something out that you know is wrong, correct and say, you know that last statement was wrong and here’s why. And remember this. Key word there, and remember this. Make it learn to do things correctly, and it will. So for anybody that’s out there saying AI is bad and you shouldn’t use it and it’s a thing of the devil and, and, and, guys, I can’t tell you how many things throughout my entire lifetime, Charlie’s included, that I’ve heard church people say is the devil, starting with barcodes. I mean, all through my history of being in and around the church, I can tell you how many things were the devil. MTV, it was the devil. Remember that, Charlie? MTV, when it came out, it’s the devil. Movies, the devil. Rock music. Keep in mind, all the way back to when Elvis Presley really started putting rock and roll on the map, it’s of the devil. I mean, I can go down the list. None of them are the devil, by the way. Now, some people behind them might be, but that item itself is not the devil. Trust me when I say that. How we use them is really when it comes down to is it for good or is it for bad. And that’s where you cannot, that old expression, throw the baby out with the bathwater, you cannot do that. Everything that comes along is not bad, and AI has a lot of great uses. And I’m trying to get a lot of my business owners to use it because the time savings when it comes to AI and how you can systematically use it in your daily life, it’s huge, folks. I can’t say that. It’s huge. For example, we talk about health and wellness. You can literally go to AI and say, you know what? I want to lose 20 pounds. I weigh this. I’m this age. Tell me what I should be doing as far as my calorie intake per day. And, oh, by the way, build me a diet. For me, in my metabolism and so on, and you can even tell it what you’re, you know, I’m allergic to this. I can’t eat this. I’m more affected by, in my case, I would say I’m more affected by carbs and things like that. You can tell it all those things. It’ll build you a menu of items to actually go out and get and eat and have for each week. Now, tell me that’s bad. That’s not bad, folks. That’s great. That’s good. It will help you with time management. It will help you with research. It will help you with all sorts of things that you would otherwise be out doing on your own one little selection at a time whereby this can be collective and do all sorts of things for you at one time and, again, saving you time along the way. So I’m one that says use it. Use it in a way where it will help others that are using it also. Correct it when it’s wrong because it’s not always going to be – it’s not perfect. It’s a machine. It’s not perfect. Garbage in, garbage out. So don’t put garbage in. When you see garbage coming out, correct it and say, that was not correct. We need to do X. And it will continue to get better as more of us use it. And here’s my feeling on this. I’ll close with this. If all Christians and conservatives say it’s bad and stop using it, guess who’s going to be in charge of it? The folks we don’t want. The evil side. So this is just like any other good versus evil. If we, as good, want to see it do more good work, then use it and tell it when it’s wrong and use it for good. Otherwise, the other side will win, folks. And let’s not be silent. Let’s not be absent this time as a church and as conservatives like we always are in a lot of other examples. We have a history of being vacant, of leaving things like this alone, and then having the world, quote unquote, do better with it than we do. By the way, movies are a great example. Instead of letting the other side win, why don’t we try it for a change? Let’s utilize it for our side and see if we can’t make a good come out of it rather than evil come out of it.
