Listen as he unpacks the incident minute by minute, dissecting the critical moments and stresses the importance of accountability in aviation safety.
SPEAKER 07 :
This is Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 14 :
You are going to shut your damn yapper and listen for a change because I got you pegged, sweetheart. You want to take the easy way out because you’re scared. And you’re scared because if you try and fail, there’s only you to blame. Let me break this down for you. Life is scary. Get used to it. There are no magical fixes.
SPEAKER 15 :
With your host, John Rush.
SPEAKER 13 :
My advice to you is to do what your parents did! Get a job, Turk! You haven’t made everybody equal. You’ve made them the same, and there’s a big difference!
SPEAKER 10 :
Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know, you can’t explain. But you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life. That there’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there. It is this feeling that has brought you to me.
SPEAKER 14 :
Are you crazy? Am I? Or am I so sane that you just blew your mind?
SPEAKER 07 :
It’s Rush to Reason with your host, John Rush. Presented by Cub Creek Heating and Air Conditioning.
SPEAKER 12 :
Okay, welcome. Monday, Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Thanks for joining me. Hope you had a great weekend. And really warm on Saturday. Not quite as warm yesterday. A little cool down today, but still very nice outside. And we’re heading down the stretch from spring into summer. Friday’s question of the day. What surname does Neo use in the movie The Matrix? Of course, that would be Mr. Anderson. I can’t say it like the guy does, but… Mr. Anderson. All right, today’s a possible question. What is the largest living structure on Earth? What is the largest living structure on Earth? We’ve had this one in the past, so if some of you have good memories, we’ll remember the answer to today’s question of the day. Answer that on our Facebook page if you would. Rush to Reason, thank you very much. Okay, bad news over the weekend. Most of you probably woke up to some of this early this morning. Some of you might have seen it late last night, but there was a plane crash at LaGuardia, not involving, you know, two planes or anything along those lines, but a plane crashing into, as it was already on the runway and going, you know, coming into taxi and so on somehow. And I think So rumors have it or the story is told that there was only one traffic controller in the tower at the time. So we need to be graceful to that individual because, yes, he made a grave mistake because he allowed a fire truck that was there with two transit authority workers in it to cross over the runway. And the way that works at airports, those of you that are pilots know this. Those of you that have worked around airports know this. I have, so I know a little bit about how some of this works. Even those vehicles that are out on the runways, taxiways, and so on, they have to radio in and ask permission to cross over. And these guys did. In fact, I listened to the recording today. They requested to cross over. They were told that’s fine. They did. And unfortunately, there was an Air Canada small LJ, I think it’s an LJCJ jet, can’t remember the name of it, that was coming in for a landing, had landed, and it was doing about 130 miles an hour when it crashed into the fire truck. Of course, killing both of the pilots. They did find one flight attendant that was in a jump seat right behind the cockpit, still strapped into her jump seat outside of the airplane, which that’s a miracle in and of itself. Yeah, alive. Thank you. Yes, alive. Oh, yeah, the only two that have died so far that I’ve seen or read about are the pilots. And if you see the picture of the wreckage, you’d know why. And those guys probably never felt a thing. I highly doubt they felt anything. Now, the other thing I read in this, again, there’s lots of speculation, things that we’ll hear as time goes by. But, again, something else I read was they evidently could see something or I don’t know. They shut both engines off before crashing into the fire truck. And in doing so that allowed the passengers to exit the airplane much more safely without any issues on this particular plane, based upon where the engines are mounted in the back of the plane and all passengers were safe. And there’s there, and you’ll hit again, like Charlie always says, we’ll know more about this in the coming days and you know, what kind of, you know, led up to things and so on. But I read from one passenger today that they had landed and then all of a sudden it just boom. That’s what they felt, which. As many times as a lot of us fly, myself included, you know, typically once you hit the ground, you’re like, okay, we’re good to go. We’re safe now. Not that you have that feeling of not being safe while you’re in the air, but you sort of have this, okay, we’re on the ground. We’re all good now. And you sort of relax a little bit. Well, in this particular case, that wasn’t the case. And I don’t know the situation. I don’t know this air traffic controller. I have no personal interest in that end of things whatsoever. I don’t know anybody that knows that particular individual. My heart does go out to that individual greatly. I can’t imagine. I can’t imagine the grief. And it’s a gentleman because you can hear him on the recordings. I can’t imagine how he feels. That would be absolutely devastating and something that would be extremely difficult to get over moving forward, knowing that he was the cause of two people dying. Direct cause. Because there wasn’t anything anybody could have done differently. He was telling the fire truck, you could hear him on the recording, telling it to stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. He said it about eight times, I want to say. Fire truck, whether they weren’t listening, didn’t hear, couldn’t stop quickly. This is not the small fire truck. These are the big fire trucks you see at the airports, the big tandem axle in the back. I mean, these are big fire trucks. And from everything I could see and the images of it crashing into it, I mean, it was dead center in the runway. There wasn’t anything the pilots could have done to have avoided it. It was right in front of them. It’s like… You know, it’s like a traffic accident where somebody pulls out right in front of you and you’re going through the intersection and there’s not a single thing you can do. You can’t put on the brakes. You can’t do anything. It’s just there. That was this particular scenario. And, again, just a sad, tragic situation. I woke up to that. My boys were sending me messages. You know, the story, and I was reading that first thing this morning, and, you know, those are the kind of things where you don’t want to wake up to that on a Monday morning. But, you know, we live in a world where mistakes happen, and unfortunately in this particular scenario, a grave, grave, grave mistake that, in this case, a single traffic controller made. And, again, to give him some grace, don’t know this for sure yet, so I can’t prove this, but from what I understand, he was the only one in the tower at that time. which LaGuardia is a busy airport, by the way. Those of us out here, we don’t know how busy they get. Granted, DIA is very busy. In fact, DIA is one of the busiest airports, period, in the world. We, I think, are in the top, like, five worldwide, if not number one or two for takeoffs, landings, passenger travel, and so on. So big, big airport, DIA is. And LaGuardia is not as big, but it’s busy. There’s a lot going on there. And I will say that the gentleman that made the mistake did a really good job of diverting all of the rest of the air, you know, the traffic that was coming in and getting them, you know, to not land on the same runway. And again, you listen to the recording. He did a very good job of handling things, kept his composure, which… after watching that i don’t know how he did but he kept his composure and got everybody else safe and no other issues and so on but unfortunately he will live with that decision now for the rest of his life and and in that case yeah i feel really bad for him i really do and and You know, what happens here, you know, as everybody knows, there’s always, you know, lawsuits and things that happen and so on. So who knows how all that pans out. But at the end of the day, that is the story. It’s not a great story, unfortunately, and really sad in all of what I said as far as that goes. In other news. This is, I don’t know if this is sad, glad, it’s strategic, I think. I may come back and talk a little bit more about this here in a minute. But ICE agents, because of all the issues going on at airports with TSA especially, ICE agents have now been employed to help with TSA at airports. Now, to me, great strategic move. Whoever thought of doing that, A, not only to help get passengers through quicker, but here’s the byproduct of doing this. And some of this has already happened. A, they get to watch for anybody that’s in the country illegally that shouldn’t be, especially the bad ones. And they apprehended. There’s pictures of them apprehending one already in that process. Now, that may have been somebody they were already looking for. I don’t know. Hard to say. But I look at this as a very strategic move on the part of the Trump administration, especially because what this really is showing people is, listen, ICE agents aren’t that bad. They are here to help you even with your travel. And no, they’re not as scary as the Democrats make them out to be. So at the end of the day, they are here to help in many, many ways. And given the fact we can’t get the Democrats to release enough money, we’ve lost about 400 TSA agents across the country. That’s the number, by the way, that I just read before coming on air. Literally, they’ve gone to other places. They need to make money. They can’t just work for free. So they’ve left. And now ICE is stepping into backfill for a lot of those agents that can’t be there. So, again, at the end of the day, is this a good strategic move on the part of the White House? I think it’s a fabulous move. When I first saw that, I’m like, A, not only does this help get passengers through and not have some of these long lines that some airports have been in security three to four hours in security alone. I’m not exaggerating. Some airports, three to four hours. So not only does it help with that, but it changes the image of ICE to a lot of travelers. And I get it. Not everybody that, you know, votes and does things travels, but a lot do, especially during this time of the year, spring break and other things going on. Fabulous move on the part of the administration to do what they’re doing in regards to ICE. That’s my opinion. Roof Savers of Colorado coming up next. SPEAKER 06 :
God. Country. Reason. Now back to John Rush.
SPEAKER 12 :
And we are back. Thank you for listening. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Okay, some of you also read and probably were following along over the weekend some of what was happening in regards to Iran. At least I was. And the things going on in the stock market and so on, I’ll talk about that here in a Trump pulled out an ultimatum that basically told Iran, you got 48 hours to get the Strait opened up, Strait of Hormuz opened up, or we’re going to start striking your power plants. That was, I believe, yesterday. Now, since then, he has… Pulled back from that and has said, OK, we’re having some negotiation talks, which it’s interesting. He you know, we claim that we’re talking, which I believe us. Iran claims there’s no talks going on at all, which I don’t believe those knuckleheads at all. They’re a bunch of stinking wackadoodles. Which. I have my own opinion of those guys, and we should be continuing to take out the continual madmen that are there, if you ask me. But I’m not in charge. So we’ll see where this leads. But, yeah, as of yesterday, Trump said, listen, you’ve got 48 hours to get this thing opened up. He’s backed off of that and essentially now is saying that there is, again, conversations going on with the Iranians. The Iranians, by the way—and, again, this is— And I don’t know how much stake I put in this because, again, I don’t know who to trust, not trust when it comes to the news that are coming out of that’s coming out of Iran, especially from the other side. But supposedly they’re only willing to negotiate if we agree to pull completely out of the Persian Gulf. have no presence there whatsoever, pay basically reparations and pay them back for everything that’s been damaged and or destroyed up to this point, essentially writing them a big fat check, and that’s what they want. There’s some other demands as well, but those are the two main things. Write a big fat check and pull completely out from this point forward. Neither of those are going to happen. If that’s what they’re bargaining with, that’s not going to happen. Neither one of those things are going to happen. Now, again, I’m not in the negotiation process. I don’t work for the Trump administration. I’m not in any of that at all. So I don’t know exactly what’s happening along those lines. But I can tell you right now that that demand, if in fact that’s the demand from them, if that in fact is the case, then that’s going to be a big fat no. Again, it’s just not going to happen. So – We’ll see where things, you know, how things pan out this week. Now, Wall Street, those bozos. Yeah, and that’s exactly what I call them, bozos, because traders are bozos. Jordan Goodman and I and Andy argue every month on traders and how they do things and what they do and so on. But their stock market’s way up today. Because they feel like the talks and what’s happening, what Trump has announced, that this will all end here probably by week’s end as far as our involvement. That’s what they’re thinking now. Will it or won’t it? Honestly, folks, again, I have no idea. Oil prices, I apologize. I was going to look before I came on air. Let me look really quick here. I believe oil prices have also come down. The stock market went up. The oil prices have come down. I’m looking as we speak. It takes a minute to load, so give me one second here. And supposedly they had come down below $100 a barrel. Now, that was earlier today when I was reading all about that, so I don’t know if that’s exactly the case right now or not. and that website oilprice.com does not want to load very quickly, probably because I’m not the only one looking. I’m sure that site’s been getting hammered, so that’s probably why it’s hard for me to actually get there. I’ll continue to try to look, folks, and see. I apologize. That site right now, for some odd reason, is not loading as quickly as it should be, and I don’t know why. Sometimes technology. What can I say along those lines? Anyways, it’s something to look at. I don’t know exactly what’s going to happen in regards to these talks and other things along those lines. So we will see how things go this week, I think. And I just got it. So yeah, oil’s way down. West Texas Intermediate Crude, 88.13. Brent is around 100. Yes, there’s a big discrepancy between those two because of where they come from. WTI, of course, West Texas, that’s our oil. So it’s pretty easy to see what’s going on there. So yes, prices have dropped significantly and are continuing to drop. They’re in the red, meaning they’re dropping. That’s a good thing when they’re in the red. That means, well, it’s a good thing for us as consumers, probably a bad thing for those that are trying to sell oil and have a supply of. But anyways, we shall see where this leads. It’s interesting that just one talk of what’s happening in regards to Iran and Trump and the negotiations that are going on there brings it down that much. But Trump said the U.S. military would postpone strikes on the power plants and the energy infrastructure for five days in what Trump calls productive talks between Washington and Tehran. Now, again, I want to make sure that I’m clear on this. Iran claims there’s no talks going on at all. And like I said a few minutes ago, you can’t believe a word those guys say. They’re a bunch of big fat liars. Speaking of lying, remember that over the weekend, I think this was Saturday, the Iranians fired a missile about 4,000 kilometers out to the island that we stationed at, the Brit zone that we are allowed to use as well, Dago Garcia Island. And that’s twice the range roughly that Iran said they had capabilities of. So is Trump correct in what he’s been talking about when it comes to Iran and their capabilities and so on? I think that alone proves that, yes, in fact, Donald Trump is correct. Iran lies a lot. And their claim that they didn’t have any nuclear material and they weren’t ready to have a bomb and they don’t have the capacity to do this and to do that and their range is X. Well, yeah, they’ve been lying all along and their range is much farther than that. I read some statistics over the weekend that that particular range puts most of Europe at jeopardy. And yet you’ve got all these European nations that don’t want to participate in what’s going on with Iran right now, including the straight. How ironic. How ironic. It is personally for me why I have no use for Europe. I’m the type where where I’m I’m not even interested in visiting. I know a lot of people, they love visiting Europe and it’s great and there’s the culture and there’s this and there’s the history and so on and so forth. I honestly, I have zero, zero, zero desire to go. And part of it is because they’re not fair in how they treat us. To me, this is more of my country versus theirs. And I know some people don’t look at it that way, but I do. This is us against them because they’re showing their true colors right now. They’re not willing to participate. Well, me personally, then I’m not willing to give you my tourist dollars. That’s how I see it. And truthfully, I think every American should look at it the same way. Now, I get it. Nobody’s going to do what I just said. You know, is it my own little mini boycott of Europe? I haven’t enjoyed Europe, period, anyway. So I don’t know if you could say for me it’s a boycott, but I kind of wish we would formally do that in a way. I’m not a big boycott person, but I’d like to send a strong message to Europe that, you know what, guys? screw you we’re done we’re done dinking around with you we’re we’re not going to spend the money over there that we once did we’re done i really wish we would do that now maybe more conservatives like myself will do so and there’ll be some at least pain taken in by the by the you know countries over in europe and i should say this not all of them are that way there have been some that have stepped up and have done fairly well and you have to go through the list of those that have and haven’t but there is some like Spain and France and even Great Britain where yeah they’re not on our side they are not playing ball Canada’s another one I wouldn’t go to Canada right now if you paid me period And I get it. We’ve got, as a network of stations across the country, you know, Crawford Broadcasting, our signal reaches into a lot of places in Canada. But personally, for me, I wouldn’t spend a dime there. That’s me talking. I can’t speak for Neil or Bob because I’m in Colorado. They’re not. They’re right across the border. Both of them are. But I am not a fan of Canada right now. They’re not helping us out anymore either. So anyways, five days is the stay. There’s talks going on right now with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. They’re the ones sort of leading this envoy of discussions with us and them. And basically Trump wants this deal done. Now, here’s something else that happened over the weekend that I find interesting. A lot of the other Arab countries don’t want to see the deal done. They want to see us continue to put pressure on Iran and basically completely annihilate them. Saudi Arabia and others. So it’s really interesting because I don’t know that I, in my lifetime, Charlie, you probably can attest this as well, have ever seen the Arab neighbors be so anti-Iran as they are right now. I’ve never seen that in my lifetime, folks. That’s generally not the way things are over there, as you all know. Generally, they stick, even though they may not like them, they typically will stick together. So it’s really unique to see the other Arab nations going against Iran right now. But I think what it really boils down to is they’re tired of all their shenanigans. They’re tired of even them being attacked and bombs coming in and them having to get rid of those bombs. And they’ve attacked places like Qatar and the UAE and others. And it’s time for what they’re looking at is it’s time for Iran to just go away. All of those, you know, wackadoodle individuals that run that terrorist state, their quote-unquote brothers, they’re done. They’re like, you know what, we are not doing this anymore. You have been that little brother that has been a pain in our side for far too long, and we’re done. And if the United States wants to continue to go after you, we’re in support of. Again, folks, I don’t think in history, not in my lifetime, have we ever seen that. And this goes back to the whole Europe and what they’ve done and their involvement or lack of. And my feeling is, you know, this is one of those things where you’re either for us or you’re against us and you’re on their side. That’s how I look at it. So again, if I were somebody looking to travel to Europe right now, I’d cancel my trip and I’d go do something else. I have no desire to go there whatsoever. Zilch. Zero. I wouldn’t spend one red cent over there. That’s me. So too many other places, too many other choices and folks that are on our side versus what we have going on. along those lines. Dr. Scott is next. And again, if you want to live your best life possible, potentially lose some weight, get more healthy, feel more energetic, get some of your youthfulness back, Dr. Scott can help you with all of that. 303-663-6990.

At Castle Rock Regenerative Health, Dr. Scott Faulkner has recreated this powerful biomarker test panel at a substantial savings. We have a special price for both men and women. Just $689. That’s a savings of over $2,500 over the standard price. And here’s the difference. With Hyman, you get numbers on a page. Hey, maybe you’ll luck out and use up all your assets the day you die, or maybe you’ll find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. But that doesn’t seem like a solid plan. If you’re like most people, you don’t want to rely on luck when your family’s future is on the line. Some people assume it’s all going to their spouse, and maybe that’s true, but what if you have kids from another marriage? What happens to those sentimental things? And were there investments or retirement accounts? Who gets what and who decides? You might be on the same page, but if it’s not on a literal page that you can send to the state, it doesn’t count. You’ll run the risk of being under the default rules. SPEAKER 06 :
The best export we have is common sense. You’re listening to Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 12 :
Okay, we are back. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Drew Allen with us, the author of Clinton Hoax, Obama Coup, the Declassified Story of the Trump-Russia Delusion. Drew, welcome back. How are you?
SPEAKER 15 :
Hey, good, brother. Good to be with you.
SPEAKER 12 :
Always a joy. I appreciate it greatly. Talk about your book.
SPEAKER 15 :
Oh, man. Well, there’s a number of bombshells in it, but the first thing I’ll say is this. You know, we still have not recovered from one of the greatest attacks in Republican American history, which is the Trump Russia collusion hoax.
SPEAKER 04 :
Right.
SPEAKER 15 :
And it’s a poison that still travels through this nation’s veins because there hasn’t been any accountability whatsoever so far. and um you know this book is is unique because it’s the first that incorporates all the declassified information uh from tulsi gabbard and it’s really shocking what um the picture it actually reveals and you know one of the biggest things that people should take away if they take away nothing else from this book is that you had the obama administration and the intelligence community use unverified information. That would be the Steele dossier, raw intelligence, they call it. They use that to justify spying on a presidential campaign and opening up Crossfire Hurricane. And at the same time, They dismissed raw intelligence that was coming from Russia’s spy apparatus because they were intercepting memoranda that were, in fact, explaining exactly what we know took place. And so they used unverified raw intelligence to go after Trump, but dismissed it when it came to covering up for Hillary Clinton and everything else. And it’s really astonishing because, you know, the most reliable story we have about what actually took place and transpired with Trump-Russia collusion ironically comes from the Russians. Wow.
SPEAKER 12 :
Amazing. And the thing during that time, and I was on air and we were talking at that point in time, the thing that I still find the most ironic about all of that is the amount of people that felt like Trump would want to collude with Russia when you and I both know he’s the last president they would ever want.
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, that’s right, and there’s a chapter in this book called The Problem with the Premise, and that was that you had to be an idiot to believe that in the first place. It defied all of the logic and reality itself because it was, in fact, the Obama administration with the reset, Hillary Clinton going over there with that stupid red button, and they mistranslated reset. It’s a, you know, like supercharge. And, you know, it was the it was the Obama and Clinton machine that actually, you know, helped allow the deal to go through. They gave the Russians, you know, a large percentage of our uranium here in the United States of America.
SPEAKER 12 :
And it’s really quick not to get way off track, but also have to wonder, OK. We put that deal together. She basically gave them that. Now you’ve got to wonder, okay, we’re fighting the Iranians today. How much of that went to them?
SPEAKER 15 :
Oh, yeah, 100%, 100%. I mean, this is the new, this is what people fail to understand about Iran. I mean, there is a new axis of evil, and it’s called Krink, which is, you know, the Chinese, Russians, Iranians, and North Koreans. That’s right. And they are our adversaries, and they’re present in Venezuela, they’re present in Cuba. Everywhere they can get a foothold to dismantle the United States of America and harm us.
SPEAKER 04 :
Right.
SPEAKER 15 :
And, you know, it’s a very, very serious threat. And, you know, one of the shocking things and the questions I raised that I don’t have the answer to, but I at least put it out there, is that, you know, one of the most inexplicable episodes of the Trump-Russia collusion, folks, is that, you know, the Obama administration, FBI, knew that the Russians were inside the DNC servers. as early as late 2015. They allowed them to go ahead and continue to penetrate those servers, and they didn’t alert anybody at a high level in the DNC, even though it was going on. And in fact, it goes back earlier. In the summer, the Gang of Eight was briefed about the Russians actually planning to do exactly what they did, And the FBI inexplicably, after all of this interest in it, they turned the investigation over to CrowdStrike, which is a private company led by a former FBI top cybersecurity guy. And here’s what I have to wonder. The… The FBI and CIA were getting these Russian memoranda that were describing the fact that Greta Lynch, the AG, had established a back channel with Hillary Clinton to inform her about the progress of the investigation into her foundation and everything else. And the Obama administration, we know, was trying to get rid of that and stop this investigation. And I have to wonder, because a lot of those emails that were in the memoranda were from, like, Debbie Wasserman Schultz. So these were, you know, she was at the DNC. And so I have to wonder if the FBI, what they were doing, actually, was trying to verify and corroborate with metadata if the Russian intel was actually accurate.
SPEAKER 12 :
Interesting. A question on the whole, you know, DNC and the things. Why do you think the Russians were in the DNC servers? What are your thoughts there?
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, I mean, the Russians have a very robust spy apparatus. And as a matter of fact, years before this Trump-Russia collusion stuff, they had actually penetrated Obama’s emails himself. They were actually inside the internal communications of Barack Obama, and the administration claimed it wasn’t any high-level security stuff, but they admitted that they were inside. So they were reading Obama’s emails, right? Which is insane. And so we know, I mean, the Russians, absolutely. I don’t think there’s a doubt that they were involved in this or that, you know, they were spying on us. They were and they’ve been doing that for a long time.
SPEAKER 12 :
So really quick, make sure I’m following. They were spying. Make sure that I’m kind of dumb sometimes. I want to make sure that I’m following this. Correctly, Drew. So basically the Russians are inside of not only Obama, but then the DNC and especially the DNC from what I’m gathering, because, again, I still believe that they don’t want Donald Trump to be president. So at the end of the day, they can learn everything the DNC is doing. And in a way. If they’ve got the ability, use what they’re doing against Donald Trump. In other words, if you know the plan of the Democrats and what they’re going to do, and you can do anything on the other side of the aisle with Trump to thwart him, that’s how you win the election, because I guarantee you they did not want Donald Trump to win.
SPEAKER 15 :
No, and they were spying on Donald Trump as well. They were trying to – in fact, the first thing that they released that was released by Guccifer before the Wicked League stuff was opposition research into Donald Trump. So they were actually looking at everyone. So it wasn’t exclusive to the Democrats. It just so happened the Democrats were doing a lot of stuff that Trump wasn’t doing, which was trying to rig a primary and so on and so forth. Right, right, right, right. And what we learned from – here’s where it went from a hoax to a coup, though. In early December, it was Obama after the FBI and everyone knew that this was unsubstantiated, that Putin wasn’t trying to help Trump win. And certainly he didn’t collude with Putin himself. That’s when he issued the ICA assessment. the intelligence community assessment that made this, you know, an official narrative of the outgoing Obama administration to kneecap the incoming Trump administration. And what they excluded from the ICA was all of the information that proved that Putin wasn’t particularly trying to help Trump at all, because as a matter of fact, the leaked info and the WikiLeaks, they had stuff that was far more damning to Hillary Clinton than was ever released, which was related to her health. The fact that she was basically a psychopath at this point, that she was having health issues and everything else. They didn’t release any of that information. And what’s interesting, too, is it wasn’t the Russians that released this information to begin with. You know, the real narrative is that you had Julian Assange at WikiLeaks, who’s the one who put this out there. So it’s a Julian Assange scandal, not a Russia scandal.
SPEAKER 12 :
True. No, you know what? I’m glad you just mentioned that. I kind of forgot about Julian and all of what was going on at that time. I totally spaced that out. And no, you are correct. And again, another proof that if the Russians really wanted to have Donald Trump win, they would have released and pushed some of those things out that you just mentioned. The reality is they didn’t.
SPEAKER 15 :
No, no, they didn’t. And In the information that they excluded from the ICA, the Russians had very strong concerns about a Donald Trump presidency, and they effectively said what we know is true, which is that problem with the premise, which is, of course, they’re going to have more problems with Donald Trump than they ever did with the Obama-Clinton machine, because they were the greatest thing that happened to the Russians in a long time. They went in and invaded Crimea and annexed Crimea. And Barack Obama said, you know, we’re not really going to get involved here. We’ll issue some sanctions, some half-hearted sanctions and everything else. But, you know, I mean, you know, he went and met with a foreign minister. And before his reelection in 2012, he said, you know, just give me some time. I got to win reelection.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yeah, I heard that. Yep. Yep. We all heard that one. Yeah. Yeah. So just just give me some time. You know, that one was a that was a mic slip that will never go away. That’s one of those moments in time, Drew, that will be there forever.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, and the other thing is that one of the bombshells that I found that hadn’t been covered before with the depth of the interference by our media in helping secure Obama’s re-election in 2012. Barack Obama went on the David Letterman show about a month out from his re-election, and this is after the Benghazi scandal, and obviously they sent Susan Rice out there on the Five Sunday shows to promote a lie that came from the White House itself, from Obama himself, about it being a spontaneous protest blamed on an anti-Muslim video. And he went on The Letterman Show, and it’s the only time he did this. He actually attributed it to the hoax himself out of his own mouth. And CBS actually went and had the full interview removed from a third party that posted it online. It had been posted elsewhere. And there was a total media blackout about the most significant thing that Barack Obama said on The Letterman Show. And so while they want to say that Russia is trying to help Trump win, I mean, the media was doing worse trying to get Clinton and even Obama before that elected. Yeah.
SPEAKER 12 :
Very well said. You know, it’s funny, some of the things you’re bringing up right now, it’s like, OK, there’s a lot of young people out there and you’re young yourself. So there’s a lot of young people out there that are, you know, really upset right now with Trump, the Iran war. It’s a debacle. We don’t know what we’re doing. You know, Trump doesn’t know what he’s doing. It’s just an utter disaster. And yet you just named off a situation whereby a sitting president allowed, I believe allowed, if not even colluded with individuals to make sure that we had people in Benghazi that were literally murdered, assassinated, if you would, Drew. It’s funny, those young people have very, very short memories or they don’t know about what you just said, one or the other.
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, that’s right. And there’s a bigger scandal in Benghazi. And that’s that, you know, the temporary embassy there where Ambassador Christopher Stevens was murdered, along with those three other Americans, including a couple maybe SEALs. We didn’t know the existence of the CIA annex that was funneling arms to rebels. It only came to light because of the Benghazi tragedy. And it turns out that at the same time that we knew Libya was a failure, obviously exemplified by what happened in Benghazi, he was using that annex there in Benghazi to then start a new war in Syria. in Syria. So the same failed policy, because he was running on this record that al-Qaeda was on the run. But what he’d done is create a situation worse than al-Qaeda because he’d armed up all these al-Qaeda affiliates and created voids in places like Libya where they could gain strongholds. And so at the same time that we knew Libya was a disaster because of his meddling there, he was at the same time funneling arms to Syria to do the same thing in Syria, and we know that he later did.
SPEAKER 12 :
Mm-hmm. Good point. Again, these are things for a lot of you listening. Tell some of your young folk that you know to go look up some of these things, because they’re all critical of Trump and he’s getting us into a war we shouldn’t be in and so on and so forth. And yeah, Drew, these are people that either A, don’t know or have forgotten what happened in not only Libya, but Benghazi and other places. And for those listening, please remember, who was Secretary of State, Drew, when all that was going on?
SPEAKER 15 :
Oh, yes, of course. Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton. What’s incredible about it, too, is like all of these Clinton scandals like Benghazi, they were overtaken by Obama scandals. So they, in fact, were Obama scandals at the root as well. Because remember, the whole Trumpers inclusion thing couldn’t have happened without the participation of the administration. She wasn’t in government when she was running for office. She depended upon the Obama administration to help facilitate this hoax turn coup.
SPEAKER 12 :
very true no great point again for those those out there listening where you may have folks that you’re talking to young people co-workers even maybe family and friends where they’re like you know is this you know what have we gotten into with iran why are we doing what we’re doing isn’t this ridiculous oil shot way up which is now down again this morning or down today i should say drew i mean at the end of the day it’s going to be much more secure be a much better world when it’s all said and done when donald trump is finished with iran but in the meantime I think it is important to remind, especially those that are so against Donald Trump right now, to say, wait a minute, time out. OK, you sit back and collect your thoughts here for a moment. You know, let’s have a normal, sane conversation. Do you not know what happened under previous administrations, especially under Obama and then what was leading up to Trump being elected in 2016? Do you not know some of these things? And oh, by the way, go read Drew’s book, The Clinton Hoax, and you’ll learn a lot more.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, that’s right. And this starts in Benghazi because if you did not have Benghazi, you wouldn’t have had a need for Clinton to cover up all the scandals that were exposed because of what happened in Benghazi. So this goes from Benghazi up to the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. And then, you know, the lack of accountability led to, obviously, the 2020 stolen election and then 2024, the unprecedented lawfare. So if we don’t at least hold them accountable by every American understanding what happened with Trump-Russia collusion, I mean, that’s the worst case scenario is that everyone reads the book and understands what happened clearly.
SPEAKER 12 :
One more question, or just to throw this out at you, and maybe you have a thought on this, I kind of do. The money that Obama gave back to Iran, which, again, has been used, I think, to even get them where they’re at today, how much of that do you think was orchestrated with the Russians, and how much of that was maybe a payback or hush money? In other words, Obama trying his best to make sure that things weren’t well-known. I mean, do you think there’s any of that going on with that? Whatever the roughly what it was a six billion dollars that we gave in cash, not U.S. cash, by the way, but other countries cash back to Iran?
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, I mean, look, they flew it over there on a plane and gave it to him, handed it over to him. And, you know, Iran is the greatest sponsor of state sponsor of terror in the world. And so obviously that money is used exclusively to development, these ICBM missiles and everything else. So, yeah, I mean, Donald Trump is cleaning up a mess created by his predecessors and And, you know, it’s it’s you know, he’s forced to take this action because of the failures of previous administrations who were strengthening our enemies. Right. And, you know, again, remember, crank China, Russia, Iran, North Korea. You know, that’s the axis of evil trying to destroy this country. And Barack Obama wanted to help usher that in because he hates America. And so he would side with China and Iran, all these countries, if they can help, because at the end of the day, their mission is his mission.

SPEAKER 06 :
Now back to Rush to Reason on KLZ 560.
SPEAKER 12 :
All right. Closing out this hour. And several of you had also sent me in this same article or articles about this. And how should I start this off? There’s a trend. There’s a new trend. And it’s theft. So I’m just going to say there’s a new theft trend. Let me say it that way. Whereby individuals… crash hotel buffet lines so you know you get your you check into your room and they ask you you know in some cases you might even pay a little bit of an upgrade for your room because you get free breakfast with the room and sometimes it’s even advertised as such and depending upon the hotel they might have everything from a full omelet station with everything that you can imagine under the sun you can make your own waffles and pancakes and there’s juice and milk and cereal and fruit and all kind of stuff toast bagels everything Others, it’s not quite that fancy and maybe they’ll just have some of your fruit and cereal and there might be some scrambled eggs, even powdered scrambled eggs and maybe some bacon or something and it’s not super fancy, but they’re still feeding you. Well, there’s a trend now. They call it hotel buffet crashers, whereby you’re not staying in the hotel. You know the hotel has a decent buffet. You just pull into the old parking lot, walk on in like you’re a guest, and you eat. And in some cases, maybe even fill up a plate or two and take it with you. And what the hotels are saying is, yes, this is becoming more of a common problem. They don’t have enough staffing to really, you know, enable themselves to find out, are you really a guest there or not? You know, do you have a room key on you? Whatever the case may be, they really don’t have the staffing to check that. And in some cases, there’ll be very little people. I know because I’ve stayed in hotels, plenty. In some cases, there may not be anybody there other than just somebody refilling what’s being taken out by the hotel guests, right? And I’ve always wondered, okay, what keeps somebody from just like walking in the front door and walking to the old buffet line and filling up? Well, evidently nothing because they’re doing it. And it is – folks, it’s theft. It’s absolute out-and-out theft. You didn’t pay. You’re not staying there. That food is not for you. It’s for paying guests, and you’re stealing. You’re a thief. Now, how do they stop this? Well, they’re either going to have to – this is what I read – They’re either going to have to up their security, which there’s a cost to doing so, or they’re going to downgrade what they actually offer guests, meaning now that you’re used to getting one thing, you won’t get that in the future because others are screwing it up for you. And it’s a bunch of garbage. So if you know anybody that does this, first of all, tell them they’re a thief and tell them to stop doing it. that all they’re really doing at the end of the day is costing others their future breakfast when it comes to that. Now, I don’t know whether… Here’s another thought, and I’m not in charge of restaurants that are inside of the hotels and so on. I have seen some. I have seen some. Again, it’s been a little while since I’ve actually stayed in an actual hotel that offers a free breakfast, but… I do remember on some occasions they’ll have a room whereby you have to have a room key to get in. Now, that doesn’t mean that somebody can’t just wait and slip in after somebody else is already opening the door and somebody’s being kind and they open it and you just slip in. I mean, nothing keeps that from happening. But I would think you could deter some of these buffet crashers, I guess you call them. You might deter them if it’s a situation where you have to have a room key to get in. I highly doubt you’re going to see hotels station some security person nearby to make sure that you’re actually able to eat there. Because remember, the other thing that can happen, you can just walk on in, depending upon who’s at the front. And if you know the hotel well enough, depending upon what time you actually walk in, you may walk in where there’s somebody at the front paying attention to you. You walk in, nobody’s paying attention to you. If they’re dealing with another guest and you walk in, they don’t know you’re a guest, not a guest. They have no idea. They don’t have a clue. The other thing that can happen is these hotel buffet crashers can even watch if somebody’s going out one of the back doors of the hotel. And as that person’s going out, normally have to have a key to get in on a back door. But if somebody is going out and you want to come in and a lot of people check out early, depending upon, you know, when they’re leaving, what they’re doing, where they’re going and so on. They could just slip in at the same time, come in the back door. And who’s who’s the wiser at that point? And according to this article, and this, by the way, it’s in several different publications. The one I read happens to be Fox News, but these are coming out from all over because it’s becoming a bigger and bigger deal, I guess. You know, remember that most of these crashers will know the hotels whereby you’re getting served better food. And they know where those are at. And there’s pictures here, by the way, where it’s like, holy cow, I’d like to stay at that hotel because, man, that’s a full-bore smorgasbord. They got everything. Most of the ones I’ve been to, there’s not a whole lot. There might be a little omelet station. There might be pancakes, waffles. I mean, it’s enough to kind of get you a breakfast to get you going. But, you know, you’re not going to get you know, you’re not going to get super full. It’s not like you went out to the full bore breakfast place down the street and had a full bore, you know, breakfast. But still, in a lot of cases, there’s enough there that these people are crashing it and they’re. making out. Paul Lumberger coming up next. He is my insurance broker. SPEAKER 12 :
live and local back to rush to reason all right several of you texting in about the uh buffet theft and it’s interesting because some of these stories i hadn’t read in other words there’s more than one story on this whereby some people act like they’re out jogging or they’ve been working out and they roll in it’s just unbelievable and some of these have gone viral on social media and of course on social media some people are All for these people doing this, you know, because it’s against the big business. And then others are saying, nope, you’re just a thief. And it’s going back and forth as far as the social media aspect of things is concerned. And me personally, they’re thieves. You’re not staying at the hotel. You didn’t pay to be there. You’re not entitled to anything that that hotel has to offer when it comes to a free breakfast. So you know what? Go buy your own. Quit being a freeloader. All you’re going to do at the end of the day is cost the rest of us that pay to stay at a hotel more money when it’s all said and done, or they’ll just do away with that service altogether. All right, that’s it for Hour 1, Hour 2. Coming up next, Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560.
