Join John Rush on a dynamic episode of Rush to Reason as he converses with financial specialist Kurt Rogers about the advantages of selecting the right mortgage provider. They break down how a plethora of available options contrasts with the limited scope offered by conventional banks, which can often tie financial products together. The discussion provides listeners with insights into maneuvering the mortgage market and understanding what’s genuinely beneficial for potential homeowners. Later in the episode, John shifts focus to a stimulating interview with Sean Worthington, who discusses the intriguing potential triggered by election outcomes. The session explores how
SPEAKER 08 :
This is Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 13 :
You are going to shut your damn yapper and listen for a change because I got you pegged, sweetheart. You want to take the easy way out because you’re scared. And you’re scared because if you try and fail, there’s only you to blame. Let me break this down for you. Life is scary. Get used to it. There are no magical fixes.
SPEAKER 08 :
With your host, John Rush.
SPEAKER 13 :
My advice to you is to do what your parents did. Get a job first. You haven’t made everybody equal. You’ve made them the same, and there’s a big difference.
SPEAKER 14 :
Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life, that there’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there. It is this feeling that has brought you to me.
SPEAKER 06 :
Are you crazy? Am I? Or am I so sane that you just blew your mind? It’s Rush to Reason with your host, John Rush. Presented by High Five Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, where every call ends with a high five.
SPEAKER 12 :
All right, hour number three, Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Kurt Rogers, our affordable interest mortgage guru, and it’s time for our Monday Mortgage Minute. Kurt, welcome. How are you, sir?
SPEAKER 17 :
I am doing just fine.
SPEAKER 12 :
All right, talk to us about why should we use you versus our local bank for mortgages?
SPEAKER 17 :
Well, one of the reasons is we provide lots more options. If you’re dealing with a brick and mortar, you’re going to deal with what they offer and what their board accepts and what they want to carry.
SPEAKER 12 :
What they’re throwing out there, right? In other words, they put their own parameters as to, hey, guys, go sell these mortgages because this is what we can do.
SPEAKER 17 :
Right. You know, they must have a checking account or savings account with us. They kind of tie everything together and want to wrap up your money and see all your finances so they can make some of it back.
SPEAKER 11 :
Right.
SPEAKER 17 :
They don’t have… some of the guidelines that allow you to, like first-time homebuyer programs, they don’t offer as many products. So if you don’t fit in what they have, they’ll tell you they can’t help you. But you still can be able to buy a home or refinance. And in most cases, they don’t have the flexibility to find a better rate.
SPEAKER 12 :
And part of why we’re saying this is because these guys will also, because you’re already their customer and they have all of your info, they will market to you.
SPEAKER 17 :
Yes.
SPEAKER 12 :
Come get your mortgage here sort of a thing, right, Kurt?
SPEAKER 17 :
Yeah, they’ll offer you special different programs, but that ties up your money. I’ve seen them tie up most of a person’s retirement money because they’re giving them a rate on a loan.
SPEAKER 12 :
Great point.
SPEAKER 17 :
That’s not benefiting that client.
SPEAKER 12 :
Great point.
SPEAKER 17 :
And the big one that I always like, and we’ve talked about it before, is if you’ve got a problem with a company or you’ve got a question, pick up the phone and call me. I’m right here. I’ll answer.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yeah, in that environment, no offense, and I’m not trying to beat up the brick-and-mortar guys, Kurt, but the loan officer or the person that you talked to three months ago when you got everything done may not be there today.
SPEAKER 16 :
That’s correct.
SPEAKER 12 :
I mean that sincerely. I mean, their track record in some cases isn’t very long. The other thing that I know, too, and this is something you probably experienced and I have over the years, is they may be doing mortgages today, and a year from now they may not be.
SPEAKER 17 :
Well, not to pick on them, but look at Wells Fargo. They do home equity lines credit, and all of a sudden they say, oh, we ain’t going to do them no more.
SPEAKER 12 :
Good point. Great point. Yeah, and again, I’m not trying to pick on anybody, Kurt. That’s just the way that that world works. If they decide all of a sudden that, oh, you know, we’re not going to do that anymore, we’re going to head a different direction, well, they do. And so I’m not saying they’re going to recall your loan or anything along those lines, but the reality is it’s not what their specialty is.
SPEAKER 16 :
No. And if you start withdrawing monies from some of your other accounts, they’re going to be calling you. What are you doing?
SPEAKER 12 :
Great point. Great point. All right. Tomorrow, you take over Haystack Help Radio, noon to one, right here on KLZ on Tuesdays. What do you got for us tomorrow?
SPEAKER 17 :
Tomorrow, we’re talking with somebody I know you know, Wade Nedvig. Oh, yeah. From Premier Remodeling.
SPEAKER 12 :
Absolutely. Love Wade. Just signed the other day, by the way.
SPEAKER 17 :
Good guy.
SPEAKER 12 :
Very good. Okay, well, enjoy that, Kurt. Thanks for all that you do for us, and Happy Thanksgiving, sir.
SPEAKER 17 :

SPEAKER 12 :
All right, we are back. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Sean Worthington joining us again. Sean, welcome back. How are you, sir? Very good. How are you doing? I’m good. You’re a faculty member, I should say, at the Computer Science Department at Butte College and founder of CloudCoin. We had you on prior to the election. Give me your thoughts after the election.
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, it’s changed everything, and I think there’s a much more positive view on the economy. I think that we’re seeing the economy going already.
SPEAKER 12 :
You know, to your point, nothing’s really changed or been enacted, yet just because of the outcome and the, I guess, Sean, and talk to you about this, the confidence level around it, to your point, it’s already made changes.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, it’s optimistic, and we can see that in the price of gold. Where before the election, it was quite high, as people thought there was going to be a disaster. And then after Trump was elected, it’s been going down.
SPEAKER 12 :
And you know what? I have not been watching that. What’s it come down to? It was almost at 3,000 an ounce, wasn’t it?
SPEAKER 15 :
Yes. And now I think it’s around 2,600.
SPEAKER 12 :
Okay, so it came down, I don’t want to say substantially, and those people that, unfortunately, Sean, the people that are holding that because of what historically we do on down the road, it probably will still go back up to that at some point, so I’m not going to say everybody lost out, but temporarily they have.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, definitely it’ll go up in the future.
SPEAKER 12 :
Now, here’s a question for you. If the guys running Doge, Musk and Ramazwami, if they end up getting what they want out of the government efficiency end of things and they start reducing the overall size of government and what government is spending money on, it may not take – it won’t chunk away hugely at that $34 trillion because the number is so high, but it may – change our budgetary things that we do on an annual basis, therefore strengthening not only us but the economy. Do you see that happening?
SPEAKER 15 :
Absolutely. So what’s going to happen is that Elon Musk is going to make the whole government more efficient, more productive, and people that work there doing jobs that might have no value to the economy, they’ll be free to go and work in places in which they’re going to be productive and make the economy better.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yeah, I mean, I guess ultimately they either go work in the free market where they make it better or they take their government pension and don’t do anything, right?
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, that’s another possibility.
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, and even then, even if that happens, hear me out here, they still take the money that they’re getting from government, and they’re usually out then spending said money, and they’ll be spending down some of even what they’ve probably put in savings, and that money even works its way back in the economy. Granted, it’s money that you and I as taxpayers paid them in the first place, but that money now starts working its way back in versus sitting in a bank, correct?
SPEAKER 15 :
Yes, I agree.
SPEAKER 12 :
Okay, so that’s, I mean, that’s, I mean, I guess either way, if they’re not in government, they’re still out in the world, in the private sector spending money or working in the private sector generating money, one of the two, right? Right. That’s right. Okay, I’ll take that. That’s not such a bad deal. What are some of the other positives, potential? And again, we don’t have a crystal ball. You or I, neither one know what’s coming down the pike. But what are some other positives you could see coming out of this?
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, you might have heard of Trump’s education plan. Absolutely. To create an entire university that’s free to every American. And they’re going to – they’re talking about fining – institutions, universities such as Harvard, that practice wokeism and who teach communism and who teach radical terrorism. They’re talking about fining those and using the money, going right into their endowments and fining them a lot of money. And then using that for this new education system, which is going to be hyper-efficient. And then, of course, getting rid of the Department of Education, which is just another layer of bureaucracy. Absolutely. Not needed.
SPEAKER 12 :
Do you see – the other thing that I could see, especially Musk and Vivek, getting us out of, and that is government should have never got into the loan of college in the first place. In other words, college loans should have never been put in the hands of government in the first place. That needs to go back into the private end of things, and it’s been a debacle. if nothing else, has even helped make the cost of tuition and things much higher than what it would have been otherwise, I believe, if government had never been involved. Do you see that as another area they could actually get us out of, which I’d be fine for?
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, I mean, there’s nothing that has, no prices that have gone up as much as education goes. And education, of course, is an incredible return on investment. But because the government’s been involved in just pumping all this money into it, we’ve seen universities that have been able to plate their walls with marble and just do ridiculous stuff. So having that is going to make everything more competitive. It’s going to make things more efficient. And it’s going to make people more educated, and that’s going to create a huge boom for our economy.
SPEAKER 12 :
Agreed. Okay, I’ve got another question for you, but before I get there, on your end of things in the computer science end of things, I’ve got a question along those lines. But houses, housing, I mean, that’s a big deal. Even a lot of folks are coming out of college. They’ve done what you’ve just talked about. They’re reinvesting their education. They are out in the workforce doing what they can to try to you know, irk out a living and buy a house. In a lot of cases, that’s really hard to do. This last administration did nothing but make that much harder to do. What do you see Trump doing in the way of housing?
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, he’s going to stop printing up so much money, and that’s going to keep assets from rising and wages from going down, because that’s what all that printing does. We’re going to see the interest rates go down. That’s going to be a big, giant help. And we’re going to see, when these government employees potentially lose their jobs, they could work in construction or they can make more houses. And we’re going to see all kinds of programs like that. We’ve got a huge amount of money that’s going into creating solar panels and different energy schemes that might be a complete waste. And so we could certainly use more houses.
SPEAKER 12 :
Good point. Okay, back to your department, the computer science ends of things. AI, I had an interview in the first hour talking about AI, where that trajectory is going. We’re not stopping it, Sean. It’s a matter of how we use it and harness it and make it work for us. And in your world, given what you do as a faculty at Butte College, where do you see AI and the opportunities of for these students that are now maybe looking at, you know, what field do I get into once I’m out of high school?
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, I had my daughter go into AI early, and now she just graduated with a degree in it because I really saw it as a future. But the future is probably going to be robotics and electronics. So we’re going to need a lot of electricity, electricity going everywhere, and be able to have robots that use that electricity.
SPEAKER 12 :
So in other words, somebody looking, you know, they’re in high school, they’re looking to the future, they’re thinking, well, I’d like to be into the computer end of things. Well, that’s a large field, as you just said a moment ago. It could be computer on the software side, on the engineering side, or on the mechanical side, right?
SPEAKER 15 :
That’s right. And so I just see a whole bunch of potential for learning trades and also mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, any kind of engineering is going to be a big deal.
SPEAKER 12 :
I mean, from what you’re saying, and correct me if I’m wrong, what you’re saying and the vision that you’re sort of, the picture, I should say, that you’re painting in regards to this current administration, some of the things that could come out of it is we’re already a superpower in the world as far as what we do as a country, technologically speaking and so on. But the reality is this would jettison us forward way beyond even what some of the other countries are doing, if I’m hearing you correctly.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, this is a massive technological breakthrough, and it can make everything more efficient. They’re talking about robots being able to work for basically 10 cents an hour. We could have an acre of land, and they just farm for us and make our food. And it’s going to be such a boom that we can’t even imagine it.
SPEAKER 12 :
Okay. So really quick, not to interrupt, but along those lines, before I forget. Given the naysayers that I hear when it comes to tariffs and things like that, and I get it. Tariffs you have to be careful of. You’ve got to roll things out correctly and so on. But all I hear, Sean, from the naysayers, and you see them all over the Internet, is, oh. We’re not a manufacturing country anymore. We can’t even do those things any longer. That stuff has passed us by. The reality is all tariffs are going to do is create a hidden tax upon Americans and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And, of course, the first thing I’ll say, Sean, is most of these individuals are globalists. They don’t want to see the United States of America be a superpower in the first place. So, yeah, they’re against these things because – puts us at an advantage over a lot of other countries. But with what you just said a moment ago, does that not give us the ability to bring some of that manufacturing back, given what you just talked about?
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, absolutely. The transportation cost could be so great in comparison to building it here. And same thing with electricity. We might be able to create electricity in our houses more cheaper than we can transport it. So that’s a real possibility.
SPEAKER 12 :
Again, I look to the future being very bright with what happened. I think that’s partially what even you’re talking about in regards to the economy and where things are at from even the last time you and I talked. Because I’ll be honest, Sean, the last time you and I talked, I wasn’t real sure where things were going. I’ll be straight up honest. Even all the way up until Election Day Tuesday, I still wasn’t sure. And I’ll be the first to admit and eat my words. I had no idea it’d be a landslide win like it was. Thank goodness. Amen. Absolutely. Sean, I appreciate you. And if folks are interested in Butte College, how do they find you guys?
SPEAKER 15 :
Well, they can find me and get to experience perfect money, which is what my interest is at cloudcoin.com.
SPEAKER 12 :
Okay. So just that, cloudcoin.com. I’ll make sure I put that in my notes again. I know I did it last time you were on, but I’ll make sure I add that in here. So cloudcoin.com. Sean, as always, I appreciate you joining us and for your insightfulness. Thank you very much. You bet. Have a great night. We appreciate it. And I like Sean. I look at a lot of the – you guys know my feelings on this. I look at a lot of the naysayers that talk about, you know, Trump and his policies and economically they’re not going to work and there’s no way we could do tariffs. And, you know, man, I watched a video over the weekend. You know, this gal was a quote-unquote expert in manufacturing and logistics and so on. And the entire time she’s talking, number one, I’m thinking, well – First of all, you’re a globalist. I can tell that by how you’re talking. And you have no faith in what could go on in America as far as the manufacturing goes. And the reality is we have vast, vast land, open land, where things that we could build to make things happen. And if we deregulate some things and allow industry to really thrive, in other words, it shouldn’t take five years to put a building up. It should take five months. I mean, guys, I’m not exaggerating. We have the ability to build things that quickly if government gets out of the way. Typically, the reason why it takes so long to get some things built and to get some infrastructure up is because of all of the stinking red tape you have to go through. Every city approval, every county approval, every EPA approval. I can go down the list. It gets to the point where it’s inundating to get things built. And if we could somehow fast track some of that stuff, we could do manufacturing back here on our soil. the way it stands, yes, it’s hard to bring manufacturing back to the United States of America. But if you unleash the American spirit and get things back on track to allow us to do things in a much faster way, and by the way, I’m not saying we sidestep anything safety-wise or anything along those lines, but if you look at some of the projects that were completed in the United States of America before technology even existed, and you look at how quickly we built some of those things… Hoover Dam, and so on, and you look at how long it would take us to do that today, it’s ridiculous the amount of government interference that’s there and how long it would take to get some of those projects completed. If you get government out of the way and make things more efficient, i.e. Doge and what those guys are going to try to do, you could do some of these things and get things up and running. I’ve got a story with Elon Musk when it comes to the server farm, the AI server farm that he just built, and some of the stories along those lines and telling you how things can be done. I’ll talk about that in a moment when I come back. Golden Eagle Financial, speaking of gold, the price of, the future of the economy, and so on. Talk to Al Smith today, Golden Eagle Financial. SPEAKER 06 :
Now, back to Rush to Reason. Presented by Hi-5 Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Where every call ends with a high five.
SPEAKER 12 :
All right, we are back. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Okay, to go along with what I was talking about in regards to Elon Musk, and he’s got an AI facility that he plans on having up and running. By, I believe, the end of December. Now, the way that he made this go quicker is he – and this is in Tennessee – he bought – I can’t remember the facility, Charlie, what it was prior. I’m sorry. It’s not off the top of my head. He bought an existing facility. Electrolux. That was it. Sorry. It’s an Electrolux facility. And I don’t know what they built there, but Musk isn’t dumb. He figured, okay, here’s a building already there. It’s going to be vacated, which, by the way, is I was talking earlier in the first hour about government waste and the fact that government itself has warehouses and large buildings that literally sit empty. All across the United States of America. And we talk about building things in America again, and where do we even find the location, the space, and so on to do it? Folks, in a lot of cases, we already have it. These are the things government and the globalists won’t tell you. We have it. We could easily sell those buildings off to the private sector to bring some of the things back here that we need to, you know, need to manufacture and make happen easily. But to my point earlier, the last segment about just get government out of the way and you’d be surprised how things would take off. This is an article out of Time. Time is not from the right. Time is from the left. Time.com. Time magazine. In July, Elon Musk made a bold prediction that his artificial intelligence startup XAI would release the most powerful AI in the world, a model called Grok 3, by this December. And by the way, he’s on target to have this thing opened up. The bulk of the AI training center, or the bulk of that is AI training, Musk said, and it would happen at a massive new training center in Memphis, which he bragged had been built in 19 days. 19 days. Now, here’s the backlash. Many residents of Memphis, again, you’d think these people would be happy there’s something going on there. A plant closes. There’s nothing going on there. You’d think the residents would be happy that now Musk is there doing something. But, of course, this isn’t all of them. I’m guessing Time went out and handpicked certain residents that aren’t happy about this. Probably looked at some of the roll call of some of the city council meetings, because I’ll get into that in just a moment, whereby people aren’t happy. That’s probably who Time went and interviewed. That’s my guess. I highly doubt… that if you went to Memphis, Tennessee, that the majority of people there are against Musk. This is, again, a Time magazine article, or Time.com article. I know they’re still a magazine, but it’s the same entity. Many residents of Memphis were taken by surprise, this says. I highly doubt that. Including city council members. Well, yeah, those guys, they want to rule everything. Show me a city council member out there, I don’t care where they’re at, that doesn’t feel slighted if they don’t know everything going on in their town. They were given no input about the project or its potential impacts on the city. Well, it’s a data center. How is that going to impact you? Other than in a good way when it’s all said and done. But this is how city councils are. They have to micromanage everything. And trust me when I say that. I have real-world experience working with city councils on projects, and yes, they micromanage everything. They feel like they are the rulers of the city. Not you, not the citizenry, but them. So they were given no input. About the potential impacts. Data centers like this one use a vast amount of electricity and water. Okay, yeah, they cool. They generate water that has to go through all of the servers. They’re cool. And by the way, there’s a fascinating video on how all this is done in his particular array, his server array. Let me say it that way. If you’re a techno geek guy, you’d love watching it. It’s absolutely fascinating how it works. At any rate, yes, they use water because they have to cool the servers. Because the chips themselves generate tons of heat. Tons. I mean, to the point where if they weren’t cooled, they would burn themselves out. They have to be cooled. And that part, do I know how all of that works? No. I just know they generate a ton of heat. And in the months since, an outcry has grown among community members. Now, my gut feeling is, again, they probably went and looked at some of the roll call on council meetings, and I don’t know how big Memphis is, Charlie. It’s got to be a million-plus. Am I thinking correctly, probably? And they probably had, I don’t know, 30 or 40 people show up. But in Time’s belief, that’s a huge amount of people. So it’s an outcry. Oh, 620, 620,000. So it’s under a million, but still 620,000. Okay, say 100 people show up. Well, that’s not 620,000. And I doubt if even 100,000 showed up. I doubt if even 10% showed up. I bet 1% didn’t even show up. That’d be 600,000. Less than 1% showed up and had, quote-unquote, an outcry. Oh, but don’t forget, the environmental groups were there as well. Of course they were, because that’s what they do. Anything they can do to stifle growth in the country, that’s what an environmental group will do. Those of you that are on the left, trust me when I say that. They’re not about the environment. They’re about control and the fact that they don’t want anything going on in the environment, period. Anything that would further us as a society along, they don’t want, because we’re the scourge of the earth. So, of course, they don’t want anything like this going on and they’re going to have an outcry. Absolutely, they will. So they warn of the plant, the AI plants, potential negative impact on air quality, water access and grid stability, especially for nearby neighborhoods that have suffered from industrial pollution for decades. Now, that’s in this article. These activists, that’s what they are, they did get that right at least, also contend that the company is illegally operating gas turbines. In other words, they’re generating their own electricity, meaning they’re not going to affect the grid at all because they’re going to provide their own electricity for what they’re doing. So they just contradicted themselves in that last paragraph. If they’re generating their own electricity, they’re not going to impact the grid. In fact, they might actually add back into the grid, which, by the way, is what a lot of these data centers are looking at doing, is creating their own mini power plants, in some cases nuclear power plants, therefore adding power back into the grid, not taking anything away. But see, these types of groups don’t want to see us move forward. They want to see us go back to the Stone Age. So anytime you read things like this, read them with a grain of salt because this is the left’s way of saying no progress, only our kind. And remember, total Marxism takes us back in time, not forward. It unburdens us by what has been and reburdens us with what’s coming. Trust me, that’s what that statement really means. It unburdens us by what has been and re-burdens us moving forward. That’s what she should have kept saying on the campaign trail, Kamala Harris. And by the way, she’s been saying it since she became VP. That’s her famous line. Unburdened by what has been. That’s Marxism at its core because, yes, it wants you to be unburdened by what was before and re-burdened by what’s coming. Them. Them. Them. Marxism. Communism. That’s what’s going to burden you moving forward. And name a communist. This is for those of you on the left. Name me a communist country that has moved forward in progress. Don’t use China, by the way, because all they do is copy. China doesn’t invent anything. They steal from us and redo it. So don’t use them as an example because I won’t take that because they don’t. They don’t invent anything. I talked about this several years ago. I talked about how Asian countries in general, this is true, and I’m not being racist here by any means. This is just a statement. It’s a fact. Asian countries don’t invent. They reinvent. They don’t come up with anything on their own. Proof is go back in time. I’ll use one example. The Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser, which, by the way, the design was stolen from a Jeep. that got left behind in the war. So all Toyota did was they took what was a Jeep and redid it and in some ways made it better. The FJ40s were better than the Jeeps of their day. They had their own share of problems, by the way. They weren’t perfect by any means, but were they better than the Jeep of the day? Yes, they were. Now, they shared a lot of components, by the way, with even some of the things that we in America made. For example, you could take the engine out of an FJ40, go find an early straight six out of a 54 Chevy, and drop it right in, and it was the same engine. In fact, you could take the distributor out of a straight six Chevy back in the day and drop it right into that same engine that Toyota made. That’s how similar they were. Most people don’t know that, but yes, that’s true. Asians, in general, don’t invent anything. They reinvent something they steal. And yes, I’ve seen that firsthand in my own industry. So with that being said, please, those of you on the left, don’t give me anything that a communist country has done that has advanced us because there isn’t any. They don’t do that because communism doesn’t encourage advancement at all. It stifles it. This article is living proof of it because Time Magazine, Time.com, are run by a bunch of Marxists, a bunch of communists. Even if they don’t think they are, they are. Trust me when I say that. They are. The mass media that’s out there, the national media, the CNNs, the NBCs, the ABCs, and so on, they’re the same. They won’t tell you that they are, but they are. In fact, what’s really been interesting of late, and I don’t particularly care for the guy, but lately he hasn’t been wrong. And that’s Bill… What’s his last name? Mayer? How do you say his last name, Charlie? Marr. Bill Marr. Shows you how much I watch him. He’s a total lefty. Although… Of late, he’s coming down really hard on his side because of the things that I’m talking about. It’s interesting to see a guy like Bill Maher really kind of come more over to our side. He makes fun of his own side because they don’t have any message. And the message they have is the same. Nothing changes. Nothing changes on their side. It’s interesting to listen to him because he’s really, right now, as we speak, today, coming down hard on his side for the outcome of the election. even making fun of her all the way through this. He’s one of the few guys that I feel still has a little bit of a brain left on the left. Now, he’s still a liberal through and through, but at least he’s looking at the outcome saying, guys, if we do this again, we’re going to lose again. This same messaging is not going to work for us moving down the road. My point with Musk is this guy took a facility that had been closed by Electrolux, went in, repurposed it for what he wants to do with his AI server farm, and did it in lightning speed. And I’m not exaggerating when I say that. Literally lightning speed. And part of that is because he doesn’t take no for an answer. When somebody comes to him and says, we’re going to need 100 people to do X, Y, Z, he’ll say, you got 10, go get it done. I’m not exaggerating. He’ll say, you know, keep in mind, Elon Musk is the guy that had no problem sleeping on the floor of Tesla to make sure they could meet their goals when it came to production of that car. I’ll give the guy a hand there. Now, I don’t like particularly the way he built Tesla, and I talked about that way back when, but he made it. He made it work. You can’t fault the guy’s work ethic. And I’ll tell you today, you can’t fault his politics. He’s learned a lot from where he came from and where he is today. I would venture to guess that if he had to go back in time and look at how Tesla was done, he probably would have done that a little bit differently from day one, knowing what he knows now about the left. That’s just my own opinion. I don’t know that. I don’t know Elon directly. I’m not his friend or anything along those lines. I’ve never had a conversation with the man. But I got to believe if you took him back in time, he would probably look at things differently today than the way they were back then. On the same token, where I’m going with all of this government efficiency department that he and Vivek are going to run, this guy especially, Vivek is similar, but Musk has a way of knowing how to get things done. He’s, I’m not trying to boast, but he’s like me. Don’t tell him no, because he’ll figure out a way to do it either way. He’ll say yes. Don’t come to him and say, we can’t do this. If his company heads come to him and say, we can’t do this, he’ll be like, oh, yeah, we can. And here’s how we’re going to do it. He doesn’t take no for an answer. There are so many people inside of government. I just gave you the city council example that will come to you and say, oh, we can’t do that. That can’t happen. We can’t allow that. Musk is the kind of guy that will say, oh, yeah, we are going to do that. And, yes, we’re going to do it this way. So that will be a breath of fresh air when it comes to government, because we’ve not had that in probably my lifetime. And I’m not exaggerating. We have not had that. Even in Reagan’s years, we didn’t have that. So it’ll be interesting to see how this particular efficiency department goes, and I’m excited to see it. I’ll come back. I’ve got more to say. All right, Kevin Flesch, criminal, civil, whatever you need representation on. Your 10-year-old walks to 7-Eleven. No, just kidding. Whatever you need, give Kevin a call, 303-806-8886.
SPEAKER 03 :
Here’s why you need personal injury attorney Kevin Flesch on your side. He understands the way the jury thinks. In the context of a personal injury case, you’ve been hurt by someone else’s negligence. The idea is that you’re going to try to recover so that you can get back to where you were just prior to that incident occurring. What that really means from a jurist’s perspective is that you’re going to be asking them to award you money. So when we talk about fairness, we’re talking about six people that you don’t know. Those six people view the evidence and make a unanimous decision that will decide what the fair value is. When you’re the one who’s hurt, you have a good idea of what you think it’s worth. The question is, can you persuade those other individuals whom you don’t know and were witnesses to believe that’s what the case is worth? Kevin Flesch understands the way the jury thinks. Call now for a free consultation, 303-806-8886.

This isn’t rage radio. This is real, relatable radio. Back to Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 12 :
Okay, continuing on with this article, by the way, I’ll finish up here. This last segment, quote, this continues a legacy of billion-dollar conglomerates who think that they can do whatever they want to do, and the community is just not to be considered, says Kashawn Pearson, executive director for the nonprofit Memphis Community Against Pollution. She tells Time. They treat southwest Memphis as just a corporate watering hole where they can get water at a cheaper price and a place to dump all the residual without any oversight or governance. Keep in mind, this water that’s used to cool these servers, most of it is recycled, goes back through, the heat comes out, it goes back in again, cold, takes the heat, you get the drift. Reality is very, very little waste when it’s all said and done. And yes, I have read enough about that to know what I’m talking about. So she evidently hasn’t. Now, some local leaders and the utility company conversely contend that XAI will be a boon for local infrastructure, employment and grid modernization. By the way, some of what I said earlier without even finishing up the article. Given the massive scale of the project, XAI’s foray into Memphis will serve as a litmus test of whether the AI-fueled data center boom might actually improve America’s infrastructure or harm the disadvantages like so many power-hungry industries of decades past. Now, that’s their words, not the folks from the local power companies and so on. Again… As always, the left interjecting their, well, you can’t do that here. Not in my backyard. That’ll never work. We don’t want that. That’ll harm the environment. That’s just another way for big corporations to make more money. None of what’s in here. has Time basically said, you know, this could be a real boon for just people in general. If we can bring manufacturing back to the U.S., like I explained earlier, through the advent of AI and robotics and, and, and, wouldn’t this benefit all Americans and lift us all up? Take us out of debt, maybe? It might be a long time, but we’ve got to start chipping away at the national debt some way, somehow. Would not all of this help us in that particular arena? Yes, it certainly would. But see, again, environmentalists really aren’t out for the environment. Let me give you guys a little hint. They’re not. They will tell you that they are. The left will tout that that they are, but they’re not. They might worship it at the end of the day, but they’re not really for it. They throw a lot of lip service to it, but I’ve known this for many years because I’ve worked on so many different liberals’ vehicles over the years. They’re the biggest pigs on the planet, and I mean that sincerely. I can almost tell you what a person drives, and I’m not saying that every conservative is clean, I’m not saying that, but I can almost tell you what somebody believes, politically speaking, by how well their car is cared for. And I will tell you, over the years, the biggest pigs of cars I ever worked on were owned by liberals. Because they don’t care. They tell you they care, but they really don’t. They just give it lip service. Again, we are the scourge of the earth. Ultimately, their goal is to eliminate us. Not Elon’s data center, not AI, but us. That’s their ultimate goal. That’s the ultimate goal of any Marxist, because we’re the scourge of the earth. So when you read these things, and you listen to these globalists talk about how tariffs won’t work, and this isn’t going to happen, and that won’t happen, and that won’t work, and this will just raise prices, and, and, and. Take all that with a grain of salt, because the majority of them are looking at it with their own globalist slant, and they’re not really looking at it in the real world, from my perspective. These advancements that I’ve talked about quite a bit today, AI has been kind of a theme today, it will change the makeup of what we’re doing worldwide, especially here in the U.S. And if we can be the leader of that, just like we were in the auto industry back in the day, will that bode well for the United States of America? Absolutely it will. But these are the things that the left wants to shut down, folks. They don’t want to see us be the leaders of anything. Kamala Harris went on the campaign trail talking about how we need to be the leader. That’s not what she meant. Trust me, that’s not what she meant. The stock market knew it. The voters knew it because they overwhelmingly said, we don’t want you as president. Now, this is a time where typically it doesn’t work this way. This last election and the outcome of wasn’t so much a support for Trump as it was. We don’t like you and we don’t like your policies and we don’t like where you’re going to take us. We’re going to give this guy a chance. Trust me when I say that. It wasn’t so much a vote for Trump as it was a vote against her and the fact they don’t want her policies. They don’t want the left’s policies. They don’t want to be talked down to any longer. They don’t want to be told what to do. They want a chance for freedom and a way to work forward in America and for America to be number one again. That’s what they voted for. Yes, Trump stands for all of those things, but it really wasn’t a vote for Trump. It was a vote for the things that I just said a moment ago. Veteran Windows and Doors is next, 35% off. And don’t forget, that includes labor as well. Give Dave a call today. Find him at klzradio.com.
SPEAKER 03 :
Veteran Windows and Doors challenge you to ask every window and door salesperson about the ratings of their windows and doors. Owner Dave Bancroft knows other window and door companies are trained only to sell, not on whether their windows are even engineered for your home. Dave has an app where he can show you the exact door the other company showed you, but Dave will also include the correct efficiency ratings and codes necessary for your home. The other companies’ doors often don’t meet code, energy-efficient ratings, or give you crucial tax credits on your products. Also, Veterans installation methods are far stricter than other companies. They do more flashing, sealing, and installation that is required to ensure your windows and doors are going to work the way they’re supposed to. And Veteran now offers financing. Get 40% off and free installation when working with Veteran windows and doors by going to klzradio.com.

Suck it up, buttercup. Back to Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 12 :
All right, we are back. Last little segment is all. Thank you guys so much for listening. Don’t forget, you can always text me after the show as well, during and after. 307-282-22. Andy and I will be back tomorrow. We’ve got actually a guest joining us right at 3 o’clock tomorrow. David Rubin is his name, and he is an expert photographer. From Israel, he’s going to talk about Mike Huckabee actually being our ambassador to Israel. Was that a good choice or not? I actually think it’s a good choice. We’ll get David’s opinion on that tomorrow. And again, he is an insider from Israel himself. He is somebody that’s very familiar with everything that goes on there, and he’ll give us his opinion as to how that will work moving forward. Andy, of course, will be with me tomorrow. So, again, and one last thing. If you guys want to see or want to hear me talk about something specific on the National Crawford Roundtable, something you’d like us to hit on, please send me a text message and let me know what that is as well, and I’ll be sure to add that to our topics. Have a great night. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560.
