Join Mike Gallagher as he dives into the whirlwind of how weather forecasts captivate and sometimes terrify the public. Are these weather alerts based on science, or are we just feeding a media frenzy? As weather events threaten large swathes of the nation, Mike provides an engaging discourse on how predictions are handled and whether media hype is creating unnecessary fear.

SPEAKER 04 :
As I always say, it’s great to go away, but it’s even better to get back. I missed you. Happy Friday. Thanks to Joey Hudson for filling in this week, and welcome aboard. We have so much breaking news today, and I’ve got a talk show just screaming to get off my chest as we welcome you aboard here in the Relief Factor Studios. Friday, January 23rd, they’re saying that over 235 million Americans are in the storm’s path. And I swear, every time there’s a massive weather event that threatens America, I always wonder if we’re falling sort of victims to what I call weather porn. I mean, the media is in overdrive. We’re going to keep you posted. However you listen or watch this show, believe me. We’re all about it. We’ve got crews doubling up. We’ve got hotel arrangements being made for people all over the country so that they can get to their respective facilities. Utilities are reportedly ready for massive outages because, of course, ice is a lot worse than snow. And you know what scares me about the weather forecast for places like Dallas and the southeast and even the Carolinas? Winds, heavy winds. So if you’ve got massive ice, and that’s like maybe an inch, two, three inches of ice, some places, massive snow. I think in New York City, the last time I checked, they were looking at maybe a foot and a half. A foot and a half of snow in the city is a lot of snow. And there’ll be places that are going to get a lot more. And there’s a part of me, I’m going to admit this, and I don’t want to get myself in trouble here coming back from vacation, where I enjoyed a few days on a cruise ship, got an early taste of a Caribbean cruise. It’s just a great reminder that about how much fun you could have on a Caribbean cruise as well. The Gulf of America cruise is going to take place November 14th through the 21st. And the great Scott Jennings and I will be your co-hosts. And these state rooms are going fast. The Eurodam cruise ship. Imagine sailing through crystal blue waters, white sandy beaches, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Mexico. We’re going to have the time of our lives. And you can be a part of it. The Gulf of America cruise. This might be a great day. If you’re worried about winter weather, why don’t you book the Gulf of America cruise with Mike and Scott November 14th through the 21st. Just text the keyword cruise to 94878. And we’ll send you back the link. with all the details about the Gulf of America cruise. And there’s nothing like being on a cruise ship with hundreds of like-minded patriots. We’re going to have events on the ship. I think Jennifer Horn has been added to the itinerary. Nobody officially told me that, but I think I saw that online. So she’s out of L.A. She’s wonderful. I love her to death. We’re going to have a ball. So come join us in November. The great, we’re calling it the Gulf of America cruise. And all you’ve got to do is text the keyword cruise to 94878 or visit mikeonline.com. Book your stateroom, and you’re ready to go and join us in November. So, you know, we could talk about a Caribbean cruise. We could talk about sunshine, and it’s going to be, I hate to rub it in, Florida is largely immune from all this winter weather stuff. Let me just ask you, is it your sense that this weather forecasting is a product of the era we live in and it’s overdone? Or is it realistic and should we be appreciative of the forecaster’s ability to, you know, predict what’s going to happen weather-wise? How many times have you been told there’s going to be a massive weather event in your city and then there’s not? And you’re like, oh, well, I got it wrong. And then we move on to the next thing. How many times are you just terrified? I mean, a lot of the media coverage is like purposefully, I think, designed to scare you. I saw some of my colleagues in the talk radio world joking about calling it the white death and the death of ice and everything. But look, the last time Texas got hit with a big, you know, in North Texas, where they said the power grid was supposedly, you know, ill-equipped to keep up with the ice storm, reportedly 250 people died. That’s a lot of deaths because of a weather event. So let me just turn it over to you here for a moment. Before we get into the church protesters, the ICE arrests, Jack Smith’s testimony, all the stuff that we want to cover with you today, let’s talk about this massive storm, as it’s being described, bearing down on many states in America this weekend. Do we all tend to overdo it? is this realistic predicting or do you think it’s, like I call it, weather porn? Is it just, you know, because look, we’re in a media landscape now where so much is based on clicks and engagements and how many times you’re looking at a post or how many times you’re watching something. And so I’m going to defer to you because we’ve got a lot of smart people in this audience. 800-655-MIKE, I want you to tell me what you think of the way winter weather is being forecast. Or is it forecasted? I guess it’s forecasted, right, Christian? Is it accurate? Is it realistic? Is it even tempered? Or do you think it’s in the hysteria mode? Because it seems to me that this is bordering now on weather hysteria. And I know these meteorologists and these forecasters and these news people have a tightrope to walk. I get it. I get it. I understand that. But I wonder if you have any level of suspicion that the coverage is overboard. It’s winter in America. It snows. We have ice. We have ice storms. We have snow storms. Things happen. In the summer it gets hot. In the winter it gets cold. This is weather in America, and it kind of reminds me of the so-called global warming hysteria. And the polar caps are going to melt and take us all away, and there’s only going to be one polar bear left on an isolated polar cap. Again, I want to be responsible. I want to be respectful of Mother Nature. I want to make sure that people are prepared. And I don’t want to minimize what could be a catastrophic weather event. I just want to get your assessment of the way the media covers it all. 800-655-MIKE. Join us. One number does it all. Call or text. I hope you join us here on the Mike Gallagher Show. Back after a few days on vacation and good to be in the saddle with you again. 800-655-MIKE. Tell me what you think of what you’re hearing and seeing on this Friday before the big snow and ice weather event that is heading a lot of people’s ways. 800-655-MIKE, 800-655-6453. I hope you join us. Hi, I’m Mike Gallagher, talk show host and podcaster. Are the weather forecasts over the top? Are they realistic? Check out some of these comments. I really do appreciate the text line. 800-655-MIKE gives you a chance to give us some feedback. Don’t be a jerk. If you’re a jerk, you get blocked. We don’t want to have to block you, and most people are not. Ninety-nine percent of people are nice. Once in a while we get kind of the miscreant. Delaware writes, Mike, I believe these apocalyptic weather forecasts are created by the biased left-wing media. They want to cause the general public to be fearful and turn to government resources. It’s all part of the plan. Florida, every year they tell us it’s going to be the worst hurricane season ever. This year we didn’t even get one, which is true. Not one hurricane in Florida this year. Another Florida text. It’s weather hysteria porn. The naming of winter storms is over the top. Yeah, they’ve got a name for this one, right? What is it? Fiona or Fiero or somebody? What’s her name? They’ve named this one. I mean, back in the day, we just called it the blizzard of 1979. Yeah, Fern. This one is Fern. For many, this is just clicks and views. Everything is a catastrophe. Bill writes, Mike, it seems to me that we are always put in a state of fear or fight or flight mode. Not sure why, but it is a constant fear campaign. Ross in Columbus, Ohio, 21 past the hour. Hey, Ross, happy Friday.
SPEAKER 08 :
How are you?
SPEAKER 07 :
mike i’m good yourself good good good what do you think about the the the forecasting right now you guys are going to get hit in columbus right this weekend yeah i enjoy your show i think sometimes you just like to stir the pot a little bit just the same reason you get excited for what you do they get excited as well so you just gotta give a little respect because it doesn’t happen all the time and they’re just you know they’re they’re kind of
SPEAKER 04 :
nerds you know what i mean well everybody gets excited about a weather event i mean let’s face it running to the grocery store is uh is kind of a you know it’s a ritual we we love doing it we get stocked up we’re ready i mean and that i think the the forecasters tap into that excitement i just wonder if i mean what do you think of all these comments of people saying that it’s all designed to put people in a state of agitation or or fear or apprehension with it i mean the And again, I’m not even going to take it personally that you’re taking a cheap shot at me. I’m not trying to stir any pot. I’m trying to be respectful. I’m trying to understand the mindset. I mean, I don’t know how old you are. I don’t remember that we used to have these apocalyptic weather forecasts when winter weather was coming in the past, did we?
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, I’m 46, and I studied meteorology in college. So when they started naming this stuff, you know, we did a historical book.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s why you’re grumpy about my topic today, because you’re one of the— Oh, I’m excited for the snow. What? I’m excited for the snow. Yeah, well, you guys—now, what about—are you guys expected to get snow or ice or both? Gosh, that’s a lot of snow. That’s a lot of snow. And again, forgive me if you think I’m not trying to be provocative at all. I think this is a realistic response to what many believe to be just hype. It’s all hype. But on the other hand, this can be deadly. I’m not trying to minimize how bad things can get. Don’t forget your pets either. Don’t leave the dog out in the backyard. I mean, I’ve never really understood yard dogs. I guess a lot of people have dogs that are just like in the backyard or chained to a fence, and I hate that. To me, a dog is – I’m a dog lover. That’s why I’m excited about Rough Greens, because Rough Greens invented by a friend of mine, Dr. Dennis Black, who came up with a great way for your dog to stop the scratching, to get rid of the muscle aches, the fatigue, the lethargy. Rough Greens is America’s number one dog supplement. Thousands and thousands of pet parents all over America are getting off the vet visit merry-go-round and seeing the difference in their dog’s behavior, in their digestion, their skin, their bones. Wait till you see how much they love the taste and how much better it’ll be for them, how they’re going to improve. Rough Greens, Rough Greens, so great. Your dog will ask for it by name. Jim’s in Jersey. Hey, Jim, what do you think? Is the forecasting different? Is it the way it always used to be, or is there weather hype going on? Good morning, Mike. How are you? I’m good.
SPEAKER 06 :
How are you? Thank you. All right. Good, good, good. I think I’m 64 years old. We’re boat transporters up and down the coast. Right. People have to accept responsibility for their own actions, like anything, okay? There’s bad weather coming. Prepare. All right? Don’t rely on the government. You’re responsible for your own actions.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s it. That’s it. That’s it. And you can’t rely on the weatherman on TV. You can’t rely on the government. You’ve got to take care of your family. You’ve got to be protected. You’ve got to take care of yourself and your family in this country. But wait a minute. Somebody said this, and I wonder if this is true. Is there a formula in place where there’s such hype because they want us to be reliant on the government? They want people not to be self-sufficient. Is that too conspiratorial, or do you think there’s some truth to that?
SPEAKER 06 :
No, there’s truth to it because it’s about money. It’s all about money, sir. Your corrupt government. I spend a lot of time out there on the road, listening to talk radio like you guys. I’m a conservative. I’m a Trumpy. Trump’s running the country like a business. Get on board, people.
SPEAKER 04 :
You bet. Well, and by the way, speaking of running it like a business, this has been a great week for this country. And it’s been a great week for Trump world because, my goodness, there’s been a lot of incredible, incredible achievements, not only in Davos. Have you seen the crime statistics? And I think it’s why, with Trump being over at the World Economic Forum in Davos, watching Gavin Newsom trash our president It fills me with such a rage. And I don’t want to come back to work being mad, but I’m not kidding you. I feel like a sickening rage over what Gavin Newsom did in Davos. Can somebody tell me what the governor of California is doing at the World Economic Forum other than running for president? We’ll dive into that and more coming up.
SPEAKER 09 :
I’ll see you next time.
SPEAKER 04 :

SPEAKER 04 :
A big thank you to Joey Hudson for guest hosting for me this week. I took a vacation, took a few days, did a cruise to the Caribbean, got a little early taste of our big November Gulf of America cruise that Scott Jennings and I are going to co-host. I can’t wait. Go to MikeOnline.com. Maybe with this winter event that we’re about to experience throughout much of the country, the best thing you could do is – Come join us and come sail through the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of America and the Caribbean. We’re going to go through Cozumel and the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Jamaica. For details, go to mikeonline.com. But, of course, maybe it’s cruel to talk about the Caribbean considering what’s bearing down upon us. At least 11 states have already declared emergencies over this winter storm. that is expected to begin later today and into the weekend and maybe lingering through early next week. Stephen Parr is a broadcaster, author, meteorologist. He is the co-host of American Ground Radio, and he provides weather updates every hour on Salem News Channel. It’s great to welcome Stephen Parr to the Mike Gallagher Show. All right. You don’t look panicked. You don’t look frenzied. You don’t look frightened. You look like you’re just calm, clear, and collected and ready to tell us just how bad things are going to get.
SPEAKER 05 :
You know, Mike, I never believe in panicking. It doesn’t help. It doesn’t help at all. That said, this is a very big event. This is likely one of the biggest winter weather events in the last 25 years. And it really is affecting. You mentioned 11 states have already declared an emergency. We’ve got two different real things going on. One, there’s the threat for a big snow event from Oklahoma through Arkansas, up through Missouri, Tennessee, Ohio, all the way up into New York and into Maine. We’re looking at anywhere between a foot to two feet of snow in some locations. And so that’s a pretty big weather event in and of itself. But just south of that line, that’s when you get to another problem, which is an ice storm. And I’d much rather have snow than ice. Ice is a real, real problem. And we’re looking at a half inch of ice or more. more from Texas through Louisiana, Mississippi. Actually, Alabama gets spared a little bit in this. The north corner of Alabama is going to get some of this. Tennessee is going to get some of the ice as well as Kentucky, some very heavy ice there into Georgia, also up into the Carolinas. The ice is really, I think, the bigger threat for the safety and for the security of people than snow is snow. You can at least get some traction. Snow is light and fluffy. Snow will fall off of power lines off of tree limbs. The ice sticks and it becomes very heavy. And that weight from the ice, as soon as it hits, that freezing rain hits the power line, it freezes to the power line. And then the next drop of rain accumulates on that one. And you start with this weight. A half inch of ice is enough to break power lines, enough to bring down tree branches. As those tree branches fall, they’re either hitting houses, they’re hitting buildings. Power lines, they’re hitting on the roadway, and so you really start to get the kind of damage, the level of damage that you could see from a hurricane, but it’s coming in the cold of winter.
SPEAKER 04 :
Stephen, I’m impressed, and I know that we’ve – today I’ve been talking on the show about – so-called weather hype and how we joke about panicking and people clear out the shelves of bread and milk. And for the life of me, I don’t know why anybody wants to buy bread or milk. Get the good stuff. Get the cookies and the chips and the dip and have fun. But on the other hand, I think it’s really impressive – and I know you can speak to this with the years that you’ve spent in broadcast meteorology, how good you guys have gotten at being able to anticipate a storm like this. Look, there was a time when the country would be caught completely unaware and unprepared. The tools you guys have used, you just can’t say enough about the sophisticated way with which we’re now able to anticipate a big storm like this, can we?
SPEAKER 05 :
Mike, you’re exactly right. I mean, if you go back to 1979, we didn’t have satellite imagery of the weather. Every weathercast you watch, they’re going to show you what the satellite imagery of is. And a lot of times we now have that in color. And in 1979, we didn’t even have satellite imagery. Doppler radar, that’s one of the ways that we find tornadoes, Doppler radar. We now have dual-pole Doppler radar. We didn’t have Doppler radar until the 1990s. And so one of the things you’ll see, you know, I’m not a big global warming guy. I don’t I don’t believe in manmade global warming. I think that the nature is a lot more powerful than people are. But one of the things that the global warming crowd will do is they’ll point to the number of tornadoes and say we have a whole bunch more tornadoes than we used to have. No, no, no. We just have Doppler radar. We’re able to find the tornadoes better than we were able to find them before. Used to be if you had an EF-0 out in the middle of the woods somewhere, no one would ever know that it hit. Now we know instantly because of the tools that you were talking about. We do have computer models, and the models are better than they’ve ever been before. But there is still a problem where a lot of meteorologists overlie on the models. And they think the models are God, and they’re not. It’s like anything in a computer. In computer programming, they’ll talk about garbage in, garbage out. So if you don’t have good information going into a computer model, the model’s not going to put good information going out. And we never will have perfect information when it comes to the weather because you just can’t put a thermometer in every inch of the atmosphere.
SPEAKER 04 :
Stephen Parr is with us. He’s a meteorologist. You see him every hour on Salem News Channel. He also, of course, is with Joe Piscopo many mornings in New York City. Stephen, just a quick, we spend so much time talking about AI. Are you guys able to use artificial intelligence tools in your forecasting these days?
SPEAKER 05 :
There are AI tools that are available. I’m still kind of an old school guy. Instead of using all of what a computer program is necessarily going to be thinking, it’s going to be happening. I like looking at the past. We have a lot of data records. And if you’re able to see what the weather pattern was in the past and what happened after that weather pattern set up, and you compare that to where we are now, if you find analogs, So has there been a situation that was similar to this? Can we look back in the past? Okay, this is how that played out in the past. Okay, that’s going to give us a pretty good idea of how it’s going to play out now. And then you start using those tools to tap into, okay, if you have an AI that’s understanding what the past was and helps you develop that future pattern, that’s where it becomes beneficial. But if you, again, over-rely on AI, it’ll tell you whatever you want it to tell you, not what you need it to tell you.
SPEAKER 04 :
Stephen, I appreciate your work and visiting with us for a few minutes here on the Mike Gallagher Show. AmericanGroundRadio.com for Stephen Parr. AmericanGroundRadio.com or StormGuides.live because I know you guys do wonderful, wonderful work. And let’s get you back here more often. It’s great to have you visit with us here on the Mike Gallagher Show. Keep fighting the good fight, sir.
SPEAKER 05 :
Appreciate you, Mike. Good talking to you again.
SPEAKER 04 :
You bet. Stephen Parr, meteorologist, joining us. I had a good friend this morning tell me, and I don’t want to criticize friends of mine. I’ve got a friend who’s kind of quirky in his habits, and he’s going to drive to work Monday morning, and he’s in a terrible area of ice. And I just wanted to scream at him. And again, I don’t want to hurt his feelings. It’s like the dumbest thing I could think of. to plan to drive in the middle of a major winter weather event. If you could do anything wise, it’s stay off the roads. If you’ve got to be at work on a Monday, go to get a hotel like our crew is doing. I know Eric and Christian and everybody in New York, they might get a foot, they’re looking at a foot and a half of snow, maybe 18 inches or more in New York City. So Eric and Christian and Alex and our team in New York will be in hotel rooms so they can walk a block to the radio station in lower Manhattan. I don’t want Eric driving Monday morning. I don’t want anybody on the roads being impacted. So to me, a little bit of common sense goes a long way, and there’s nothing logical or commonsensical of driving around early Monday morning. or Sunday, or in the middle of this storm. Stay off the roads. Make plans now to be smart. When I hear about people who wind up in a ditch or worse, I often think, well, why are you driving? It’s not like you don’t know that you’re in the middle of an ice storm. It’s not like you don’t know. And these are people I care about. The person this morning, this buddy of mine in South Carolina, I’m like, South Carolina, they’re not used to icy conditions. They’re not used to driving it. Please don’t take the chance. Make accommodations and plans now. We joke about weather hype, or I call it weather porn, but ultimately we should be grateful for the tools and the skills of people like meteorologist Stephen Parr. It’s not like you’re not getting enough notice that something big is going to happen in many, many states across America this week. 800-655-MIKE. You want to hear something big? Brandon Gill, the young congressman from Texas, with a takedown… of Jack Smith, the guy who Chris DeGaulle refers to as the creepy little toad, the former special counsel. You’ve got to hear this exchange. It was from yesterday’s committee hearing, investigating and talking to the special counsel. That and a whole lot more as we kick off another hour of the Mike Gallagher Show for a busy Breaking News Friday. Stay with us.

Mike Gallagher. Every day Mike visits with Mark Davis. Morning host on 660 AM The Answer in Dallas. Here’s today’s Eminem experience.
SPEAKER 04 :
We’ve got Chris Cuomo going bonkers on Scott Jennings. We have a connection to Chris. I do because of you. So I’m very nervous. I’m reluctant, I should say, to give my true feelings about this unhinged lunatic reaction that Chris Cuomo had to Scott Jennings calling illegals illegals. And there’s a rumor that you had a little communication with Chris over this.
SPEAKER 08 :
I told everybody about it. I shared a little bit. Here’s what I did. Here’s how much I love you. I told everybody about, first, for those who have been on Mars, Scott Jennings is, like, hitting home runs every day on CNN. And as whacked out as CNN is, I will always keep a certain affection for them every day that they let Scott Jennings show up to dismantle Abby Phillip or whoever the libs are around him. In this case, first of all, there’s a weird supposition going on from David Hogg to this latest guy, Cameron Caskey. There’s this weird myth that if you survive a school shooting, let’s stipulate, if you survive a school shooting, thank God, I’m so glad you’re here breathing the air, and you are definitely blessed. In no way does that mean that you are smart. Like, at all. At all. Well, wait a minute.
SPEAKER 04 :
Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. If you parlay your school-shooting victimhood into a lucrative pundit path, some would say they’re smarter than you might think they are.
SPEAKER 08 :
Okay, financially smart or strategically smart, but I mean intellectually smart. So good point. Duly noted.
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, David Hogg got accepted into Harvard. Now, there’s a rumor. I rest my case. I know. I know. And there’s a rumor that he didn’t have the scores to get into Harvard, but he’s David Hall. But you know what?
SPEAKER 08 :
He might have a 4.0 GPA. He might be Jeopardy smart. He might be book smart. As Dennis Prager often says, there’s a big difference between being smart and being wise. So this Cameron Kasky is on, and Scott’s talking about illegal aliens, and this punk turns at him and says, you don’t get to say illegal aliens anymore. And Scott Jetty says, excuse me? Who’s going to enforce that? I don’t know you, brother. It was it was awesome. It was it was the same day. Same day that Cameron Kasky said, I hope as we pay attention to Trump, hope somebody pays attention to him being at the head of a child sex trafficking ring. What? He had to apologize for that. So Cameron Kasky retract. Idiot. He’s an idiot.
SPEAKER 04 :
He’s a kid. He’s a kid. I got socks older than him. I mean, I’m not trying to excuse him, but just back to your original point. He’s Caroline Leavitt’s age. He might be older than Caroline Leavitt. I mean, he’s on a national television panel as some kind of an expert on ice.
SPEAKER 08 :
For one reason. because he survived a school shooting, and I’m so glad that he did. Thank God he’s alive, but my Lord, what a moron. Anyway, so Scott Jennings, it wasn’t even one of the most vivid Scott Jennings takedowns. It’s like, whatever. Anyway, Chris Cuomo, who for months, years now, Among various moments of showing graciousness to me and having me on that News Nation show, he and that network are working. They’re working a path here of seeming reasonable, of doing good things. They got Katie Pavlich and Baja Unger Sargon working over there. And Cuomo’s doing shows that seem to be even handed until he goes on this weird rant a couple of days ago. Hey, Scott Jennings, why are you bullying this kid? Is this what we’re doing now? You’re bullying this kid.
SPEAKER 04 :
And it was just really. And he said a long time ago, Democrats and Republicans agreed to call them undocumented instead of illegal. Excuse me. Well, what Republicans did wimp. Maybe Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney. Precisely. So what in the hell, pardon me, is going on with Chris Cuomo?
SPEAKER 08 :
I don’t know what triggered him. I don’t know. But and I don’t know what. Listen, do I need to be texting Chris Cuomo on a Wednesday night? There’s only one reason I did. I kind of care. He’s been so good to me. The idea of a network with shows that are even handed and it’s building a leg. So here we go. You ready? Yeah. I’m ready. Always bringing the love and respect, Chris. But man, what a garbage take on Scott Jennings. Who gave that little weasel exactly what he deserved. Even if one prefers the mealy-mouthed undocumented, it’s a page from the woke playbook to get that torqued off about illegal alien. I care about you, my friend. And you and News Nation are on to something in establishing a lane of moderation and fairness. This was not helpful. you and your market. You texted that to Chris?
SPEAKER 04 :
Look at you! Alright, what’s alright? Drumroll, please.
SPEAKER 08 :
What did Fredo say? New phone. Who this? Lose my number. Exactly. You up? No, here we go. They changed vernacular decades ago. GOP, too. And he was being a taunting bully. He would never say that to me. And you know it. What? And you know it. Tough guy, smiley face. And I said, listen, I don’t need to go back and forth.
SPEAKER 04 :
Do you think he’s drinking?
SPEAKER 08 :
It was 9… 9.15. Was it late? 10.15 his time. I don’t know. I mean, maybe Fredo’s hitting into the family wine cellar. Here’s what’s weird. I said, you… He said, you never would have said that to me. I said, you would have never brought a vapid line of BS like this kid did. You can be a worthy opponent. He is not, as proven by his empty apology for the charge of Trump as a sex trafficker. So, and then that was so, you know… Did he respond to that? He actually said, kid is a punk. He said kid is a punk? Kid is a punk. Oh, so the kid he was defending is now a punk when he texts to you. But don’t bully. There is a mindset that when somebody shows up for battle and they are so weak and ill-equipped, don’t kick them too hard because it’s…
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, look, I mean, I don’t want to spend all day on this. I mean, you know, but the media role is fascinating. Chris Cuomo is an interesting. And again, I give him grace because I know he’s been good to you. And you’re my friend.
SPEAKER 01 :
And I was I was so proud.
SPEAKER 04 :
I was so proud seeing you on Will Kane show the other day. I was on the cruise ship. You did a great job, of course, every time that you go on these shows. And of course, obviously, Will is a different animal. I mean, that’s that’s friendly territory for you there. But, you know, last night. The media didn’t—this is so interesting to me, and the media is so hopelessly corrupt. Of these horrific—storming the church the other day, last week, in Minneapolis, they finally, you know, F-A-F-O. They made some arrests. Yes, they did. And they arrested the ringleaders. Do you know that ABC World News Tonight didn’t mention it at all? Not a minute, not one. Didn’t— Not one word. But they gave us ten minutes of storm coverage, I’m sure. No, they gave us five and a half minutes of the poor five-year-old boy with the ski cap on and the backpack, which is a lie. Which is a phony story. They didn’t detain the five-year-old. The father abandoned the kid. That’s right. What in the heck does ABC think that they’re going to do with the five-year-old roaming around by himself because the illegal immigrant dad ran from ICE? And you know who blew the story off that?
SPEAKER 08 :
You know who explained that to that was J.D. Vance in Minnesota explaining that to a reporter who sought to taunt him about it.
SPEAKER 04 :
But all of the media outlets are having to admit that the criminal illegal father abandoned the five-year-old. But see, Mark, it’s the Mike Gallagher rule, the crap file. The momentum is shifting. When you see protesters storming a house of worship on a Sunday morning, all of a sudden you realize they’re not the good guys. These are not the right people that are on the right side of this issue. And then they come along, oh, look at the poor five-year-old with the backpack. Oh, ICE is detaining five-year-olds. And now we’re going to have millions of mind-numb robots, to quote the great late Rush, who are going to go around and say ICE is detaining five-year-olds, which is a flat-out lie.
