And one of them, of course, is another moment. where I know you’ve all had a lot of questions about how these judges are allowed to step in, how they’re allowed to do a lot of these things that they’re allowed to do to kind of thwart the president’s plans. This is happening now once again, and this had to do, Will, with President Trump’s push to deport more people, criminals, and criminals. At the last second, it kind of all broke loose.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s right. And I can’t wait to get Professor Harry Hutchison’s take on this in the next segment, because the president signed an executive action on Friday night invoking the Alien Enemies Act. That’s a 1798 law. It’s been used. Three different times in American history, War of 1812, World War I, and World War II. This law isn’t without controversy. It has been debated much, but one thing still stands is that it exists on the books. It’s been used for 80 years. And Congress has not done anything about changing this law, which they have the right to do and could do. However, he invoked it. They didn’t advertise that he signed this executive order, which is unusual because normally there’s a lot of fanfare around these executive actions. They started getting together these members of Tren de Aragua to export them to El Salvador, where El Salvador has agreed to hold them in their prisons.
SPEAKER 06 :
This was happening all in kind of real time. This was a moment unlike sometimes when these blocks have come in, they’ve come in really when it’s still almost in theory. It’s like court theory. It’s, you know, should we allow this? Should we not allow this? This was all happening at the same moment. There are planes being loaded up. There are planes taking off at the same time the ACLU tried to step in.
SPEAKER 04 :
ACLU finds out about it, rushes to court in Washington state where they get a judge to issue a 14 day pause on this while they can have hearings about whether it’s a constitutional use of this power. This power allows for the deportation of enemies of the United States that are not U.S. citizens without due process. It’s not in the immigration law. It’s in a wartime powers law. And now there are people trying to argue there’s no wartime. But I think that people are going to find out how broad wartime can affect people when you think about the global war on terror. This is a group that has been now designated a terrorist organization, foreign terrorist organization by the United States State Department. So there’s a lot of untested legal theory here. There is a lot of court cases and hearings to come, I do believe. But what now the left is crying foul on is that this is a constitutional crisis because two planes took off. They had over 200 members of these gangs being taken to El Salvador. The ACLU’s suit was based off five of those individuals. And the court order comes down and says, you have to halt doing this. However, two of these planes were already over the Yucatan Peninsula and well out of United States jurisdiction and territory. Those planes did not turn around. They landed in El Salvador and delivered the criminal migrants to the El Salvadorians. The left is saying constitutional crisis. The White House is saying there was no jurisdiction. They were over international waters. We’re going to have Harry Hutchison come on and tell us how this breaks down. Stay tuned.

The ACLU stepped in to try again, find a judge, a friendly judge to stop the deportations from happening. Look, you may agree or may disagree with even the idea of us doing these mass deportations of criminals and illegal migrants that are here. However, You can’t say that there isn’t this moment in time that’s happening right now where these judges seem to be getting involved in a way that maybe hasn’t been done before. Or if it’s been done, maybe the American people were less aware of it. They were less aware that a judge, a district judge in anywhere in the country can seemingly thwart the plans of the president of the United States. But Harry Hutchinson is joining us because as you said, I believe in our meeting, Harry, that this is a good fodder for legal theory and discussion. And all the professors are thrilled to have this ongoing debate. Precisely.
SPEAKER 07 :
So if you look at the history of the United States, if you go back to the late 1790s, the United States passed four laws collectively known as the Alien and Sedition Acts. Those acts essentially gave the president additional powers to imprison, to detain, and to deport enemies of the United States. And so if you look at our southern border, from the perspective of the Trump administration and from the perspective of many Americans, we have experienced an invasion of up to 15 to 20 million illegals, many of whom are criminals, coming across our border. Specifically, in this particular case, a Venezuelan gang called Trin de Agua has been accused of engaging in criminal activity, including rape. and other serious offenses. And the Trump administration has sought to challenge the authority of federal courts, and they’ve done so precisely in this case by basically putting together two plane loads of Venezuelans and shipping them off to El Salvador. And so the question becomes, does the president have the authority? And number two, will the court attempt to issue an additional order requiring the president to bring these criminals back? That’s the essence of the case.
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, and Professor Hutchison, I think it’s one, it’s surprising that the ACLU had five clients within this group that they could so quickly run to federal court in Washington state and get a judge that’s friendly in Washington state to put a block on this for 14 days so they can have hearings. I think also as far as the way that this plays out, one, this seems like one that will probably be headed to the Supreme Court. But I think what some on the left that are trying to say this is a constitutional crisis may not be thinking ahead of is the implications of what was created by the global war on terror that was declared after the September 11th attacks, which gave broad powers to the executive. fighting terrorism abroad and these groups which are now labeled foreign terrorist organizations by the State Department I think you can argue that they do carry out terroristic activities trying to destabilize the United States through the drug trade through the trafficking of humans through invading our border and trying to create instability and for-profit at that when you look at that and Take them trying to say, well, we’re not at war with these organizations, but yet the powers have been granted very broadly under the global war on terror to fight terrorism and to utilize laws on the books like this one to further that. Is the left really prepared to open up the Pandora’s box that could come if they win against the Trump administration? And then you look back at actions by Barack Obama, by President Biden, when they used their abilities under the global war on terror to carry out actions that wouldn’t necessarily be normal without authorization by Congress abroad, in the Middle East, in Yemen. These things all could… come to a head when you’re talking about this type of presidential wartime power in the state of the world we live in, in a post-September 11th world.
SPEAKER 07 :
I think that’s precisely correct, but it’s also imperative to remember that the president’s authority in this particular case first is grounded in Article II of the United States Constitution, and then number two in a specific statutory ruling, basically the Alien and Sedition Acts. But thirdly, you are absolutely correct. Any decision, for instance, by the United States Supreme Court basically clawing back the president’s authority will have huge implications going forward. Can, for instance, a federal judge order President Trump to stop bombing the Houthis in the Middle East? Can the President of the United States be ordered not to go after terrorists who are located in Iran or in Mexico, for instance? And so I think this is going to set up a very, very important case. And I think all of the American people should tune in. And right now, it’s difficult to forecast the outcome.
SPEAKER 06 :
We haven’t played yet. The comment, we put in the title and everything that was President Trump declares this is war. That’s a direct quote. And I want to play for you the whole context so you understand what it is. But I realize we had not done that in the first segment. I see some people asking, what did he say? So here it is. Here’s President Trump on Air Force One.

feel that you’re using it appropriately right now?
SPEAKER 01 :
Well, this is a time of war because Biden allowed millions of people, many of them criminals, many of them at the highest level. They emptied jails out. Other nations emptied their jails into the United States. It’s an invasion. And these are criminals. drug dealers at the highest level, drug lords, people from mental institutions. That’s an invasion. They invaded our country. So this isn’t, in that sense, this is war.
SPEAKER 06 :
So war in a different way, war in a different context, but Professor Hutchinson, I guess you can at least see where he’s coming from, saying we’re talking about drug dealers at the highest level, we’re talking about drug lords, criminals, murderers, Sure, it’s not the traditional sense of a war with another country, but in many ways it has been an ongoing battle really for the last, however long, but really for the last few years as the fentanyl crisis has skyrocketed and all of this has happened to now say we got to do something about it. So if you have to evoke certain rules, they’re there for a reason.
SPEAKER 07 :
I think you’re precisely correct. And so you are also correct, though, in focusing on the victims. So if you look at, for instance, fentanyl, if you look, for instance, at the country of Canada, Canada has lost more of its citizens to fentanyl than they lost in World War II. And Canada lost more citizens on a per capita basis in World War II than the United States did. And so if you now apply the numerical data to the United States, the United States is losing tens of thousands of Americans. And so we are, in some sense, at war with these criminal gangs, and the president is trying to address it.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s right. And this act also, when it talks about the declared war in portion of it, but it also says that it can apply in cases where a foreign government has perpetrated, attempted, or threatened an invasion or predatory incursion of the U.S., I think the term foreign government represents in many cases, has changed and morphed in the fact that these pseudo states, whether it be cartels or gangs that normally operate territory, have an infrastructure and vast reserves of cash and the ability to perpetrate predatory incursions, it may not be that it is Mexico or Venezuela themselves, but they have kind of a pseudo-state activity when it comes to these vast criminal organizations, much like the Islamic State, which while they wanted to be their own state, weren’t recognized as a country of the United Nations and welcomed into the fold. That didn’t stop the Americans, the American government and military from doing activities

We submitted a FOIA request. You remember hearing this story. And that was that there were some leaked images from a slideshow at Fort Bragg. Is that correct? It was Fort Liberty at the time, but now restored to the original name. Right. that was showing a slideshow, a PowerPoint presentation, if you will, that was instructing many members of the military on what to look out for. And it was the history of terrorism. They went through a lot of different things. But the one that you may remember specifically, if we go to that one, is this one that you’re seeing on screen right now, which put Operation Rescue, who is our longtime client, the National Right to Life, and of course, even if you just have that Choose Life license plate. that these are anti-abortion, right to lifers, and you need to be watching out because they are domestic terrorists. Now, at the time, we weren’t able to verify with 100% certainty that these were real. We believed they were. The sources all seemed to indicate that they were real. We submitted a FOIA request, and now, just a couple months into a Trump presidency, they sent us the entire deck. We were able to go through, look through all of this to see what they were training. And we’ll maybe give a little bit brief understanding of what they were training and why the point of this was, because we were able to uncover even a couple more facts that I can’t wait to share with you.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s right. So this, now that we have the entire deck, this was the first production from the FOIA office giving us what was going on at Fort Liberty at the time, Fort Bragg. And we had requested this. There is something also unique about this, Logan. We didn’t have to sue. Normally with FOIA requests, we send the FOIA request, they stonewall, they don’t give a response by the date. They give you a fully redacted, blacked out piece of paper. Then you go to court and you fight for sometimes years to get what you’re looking for. They’re complying. So they’re starting to send us documents. And this is from the first production. It is the training curriculum. This is for terror awareness. It is the physical security division training. The Directorate of Emergency Services. So they’re training people on the base for protection of the base. So they are showing the terror threats and about terrorism of what you should be concerned about. And so the first thing that we noticed is one, that slide was genuine from that photo someone posted.
SPEAKER 06 :
It was 100% authentic.
SPEAKER 04 :
Right. It has Operation Rescue in that. Remember, it says terrorist groups at the top, anti-abortion, right to life and Operation Rescue, pro-life, oppose Roe v. Wade, which no longer exists because it’s been overturned, types of advocacy, demonstrations and protests, mass demonstrations, life chain. That’s where you pray in a long line on a sidewalk. Many of you, if you were born in the 80s, were a part of that. Subdated. the rescue the truth display picketing or sidewalk counseling and crisis centers something we’re fighting for in Massachusetts right now the U.S. military was training that crisis centers or pregnancy resource centers as we call them could be a part of terrorist groups but I was looking through this right when we first got it and something piqued my attention on slide four
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah, we should definitely show this slide, and then we’re going to have Jeff Balaban on a little bit later as well, because, you know, there’s always pointing to the roots. What are the roots of terrorism? Where did they come from? And can we show a slide for it? Can we bring it up? What was that first image you guys had earlier? There you go. Earliest known reference to terrorism. Again, this is from the U.S. military. If you’re watching right now, you can read it yourself, but I’ll read it to you if you’re listening. It says the zealots of Judea in the first century AD and Jewish sympathizers. So that is, of course, where they’re going to point out is the root of terrorism. The very beginning. We’re going to go to the history of terrorism. Who is to blame? Of course, the Jewish people. That’s what they’re going to claim. And that is what we are preaching and teaching right now to the U.S. military. Now, thankfully, we were able to uncover this. And now we can take action and say that this has to be taken out of the curriculum. This has to be rooted out. And thankfully, we have an administration right now that is going to listen because they don’t want people in there supporting anti-Semitism. They don’t want people in there supporting a push against calling pro-lifers terrorist. And again, these are pro-lifers that are as simple as I have the license plate. I think your parents had that license plate. I know a lot of teachers, my kids’ schools have that license plate. That’s usually who you see it, a lot of educators. But no, of course, they’re going to be labeled that. And of course, we’re going to say the origin of it is the Jewish people and Jewish sympathizers. If this doesn’t all feel calculated, I don’t know what does, Will.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s right. And this isn’t over. So I want to remind you, this is just the first production. And what have we already found out? Confirmed, this is what they were training. Two, it goes further than just conservative Christians and pro-life advocates. They also are saying, you know, for base security here, to be aware of terrorism, what you really need to know is that it all started with the Jewish people a long time ago. I mean, that’s what they’re training. If that doesn’t reek of anti-Semitism creeping into the U.S. military, I don’t know what does.
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah, it’s calculated, it’s planned. And look, I think you need to understand this, though, as ACLJ supporters. That because of you, we were able to uncover this. It takes time. Sometimes you got to push forward and keep pushing and keep pushing. We can’t do that without the resources. But look, you put in your resources, you put in your financial donation, you subscribe on YouTube. All of that does a huge amount of the legwork to make sure we’re able to keep fighting this because then you’re able to uncover this. And we went in there thinking we were just going to uncover. Yes, the confirmation. The confirmation that they were dangerously promoting that pro-life, just pro-lifers, not even pro-life activists, I would say, just pro-lifers are domestic terrorists. But of course, thankfully, we were able to get the full deck in this, the full PowerPoint presentation. And in it, it’s uncovered very early. That, of course, they’re blaming the entire history on terrorism on a specific group of people. And who is that people? That’s going to be the Jewish people. Because that is the rhetoric that is being spread amongst education, amongst America right now. It is the one thing you can call out for some reason. It’s the one group that you can be very disgustingly against is, of course, the Jewish people who are always under attack. whether that’s physically under attack, what’s going on in Israel and Gaza, or what’s going on in college campuses. We’re going to discuss that a little bit later. I don’t want you to think this is just an Israel issue. That’s why I wanted to make sure you understand that they’re targeting you as well. And really, you more. I would say they could say the history of Jewish people is in that. I mean, that’s horrible. But then to then later on be like, but here’s who you got to watch out for. Of course, we are also, if you’re looking at the headline right now that we’re running on YouTube or on Rumble, it says, Trump declares this is war. And you may be wondering what we’re talking about. Well, I think we should hear for President Trump himself. This is about, well, a very sadly becoming regular event where a judge steps in and thwarts the plans of the president, something that I don’t think a lot of American people even knew was possible, but now they’re being exposed to what’s happening when the ACLU can find a like-minded judge somewhere in the country to stop what they think is egregious, which, of course, in this instance, again, is the deportation of criminals. Now, you may say, Logan, I’m not so sure about all this. That’s fine. However you feel about the actual issue is kind of not important anymore. When it comes down to it, it’s whether these judges really should have the ability to do this when you know what the American people voted for. I don’t think when people have decided what judges to go in place, they thought, oh, yeah, I’m going to put this in for protection against the president or the protection against the administration. Because that’s not the way we’ve been taught that this is. However… the situation at hand but that’s what president trump’s going to be talking about when you hear him he’s talking about uh you know the criminals drug lords and everything that’s coming through because he used a a fairly controversial and it’s been about 80 years since it’s been used ruling or law that was set in place again in the 1700s 1798 it’s only been used a couple times since then most recently uh shortly or after during world war ii So again, it’s been a long time out of most of our lifetimes. But you know what? Some of these laws and rules are there for a reason. And if they haven’t been revoked, it is what it is. So again, let’s hear from President Trump aboard Air Force One just yesterday.

Skew it the way President Trump does. You can say, hey, this is war because this is an attack on the inside. This is attack from countries that are sitting in drug lords. And this shouldn’t be what’s happening here. We know we’ve had a giant crisis that has happened because of it.

Well, and I think it would be surprising to most people that if you had violent criminals who came here illegally that are selling drugs or committing murder, as many of these are taking over apartment complexes in Aurora, Colorado. That’s this Tren de Aragua gang that it would be so difficult to get rid of them. in this country, if they were caught, came here illegally, it seems like it would be fairly simple to say, especially when there’s a country saying, yeah, we will take them and house them in our prison, El Salvador, that it wouldn’t be so difficult. You wouldn’t think that this would be the cause that the ACLU would run to court on because this isn’t a general blanket. Anyone who’s come from Venezuela, you are no longer allowed to be here. This is targeted. This is against members of a criminal gang that has now been declared a foreign terrorist organization. And this judge put a 14-day hold on this use of this law so that they can have hearings on it. And so that the five people that the ACLU represents can potentially, I don’t know, is the judge going to order they be taken out of El Salvadorian prison and brought back to the United States? What we know is that these two flights are probably the only for now because it is on hold. But it’s going to be interesting to see how this shakes up and how quickly it goes potentially even to the Supreme Court.

We’re talking about some of those rogue judges. that went after president trump’s plans and really shut down though the couple were successfully uh done it looks like there’ll be no other flights that were going out how do you feel about that as well as the we uncovered in that for you the full slideshow we talked about it i mean it’s probably been over a year when we first showed it and we first showed the leaked image that said that pro-lifers And again, that’s someone who either supports, you could say supports like an Operation Rescue or as simple as has the tag from their state that says choose life. Of course, like the DMV authorized license plate. That was too much. So we were finally able to get the full deck because members like you, supporters like you of the ACLJ submitted. We were able to submit a FOIA request. We were able to get a response. Yeah, there’s the letter or a demand letter saying it’s going to happen. And usually this is a battle. We go to court. We push back. They send us something highly redacted. But this time, you know, we got a new sheriff in town. They sent us the full deck. And what was very quick, and of course, we reached out to Jeff, very quick to notice that early on, when they were educating our soldiers, our military people, they said, first, we got to start with the history of terrorism. And who were the first terrorists? Of course, the zealots of Judea. And of course, they just carried out underground campaigns, occupied forces, and Jewish sympathizers. This, again, comes at probably one of the worst times in modern history, I would say, in all of our current lifetime. where anti-semitism is not only on the rise but it’s accepted uh jeff when you saw this i know there’s some words you can’t say on the air but of course it became a very uh should be a hot button topic people should look at this and realize what they’re saying they’re not just seeing uh that they’re labeling pro-lifers they’re going as far back as really just people uh people of the book if you will are who we need to be blaming for uh terrorism in general

Yeah, so this is fascinating now, because once this slide came to light through our request, once I started looking into this, and it’s still a work in progress, Logan, you know, historically, I look back, there’s historically and what’s going on now. What’s going on now is that if you look at almost all AI-generated, artificial intelligence-generated material, basically it’s garbage in, garbage out. So there’s narratives that are being put up by hordes, we know thousands and thousands of people who are being paid to input material, and specifically to make certain groups look bad, and top of the list is Jews, and it’s across the board, and so AI picks it up and it becomes more and more popular. So now this idea that the earliest, or among the earliest examples of terrorism were the Jews in Judeo, you know, fighting against the Romans, is fascinating. Because historically, I started looking, and if you look back just a couple of decades, And even maybe more recently than that, dictionaries and encyclopedias, when they define terrorism, it all starts with the next example given there, which is the French reign of terror. And that’s when terrorism… The notion of terrorism really starts then. Now, was there violence before the… The violence way before, you know, the time of the Bible also. So there’s… this is part of a seamless narrative that’s being created on the internet. And of course it is absorbed and being used. I don’t know if it starts first at the FBI, but I suspect not. It’s being used by sources to create this idea that what do the Jews bring into the world? Well, the Jews are the ones who brought terror and violence and terrorism into the world, which is of course the exact opposite of reality, which is again, going back to those sources, which I’ve done just a few years ago, In the modern world, it’s attributed to whom? Surprise, the Palestinians, because they’re the ones who actually launched global terror into the world. But of course, they’re trying to reverse everything. Everything good becomes the Palestinians. Everything evil becomes the Jews. So we don’t know for a fact yet. We don’t know what the cause is here, but it looks extremely suspicious. And it’s a terrible way to be training our American security forces.

not only suspicious it’s just clear that there is a motive i feel like there is i mean you can’t say that but maybe i can and say look at this this was not in this presentation just for the fun of it they’re not teaching the history of terrorism uh because they feel like that their uh soldiers really need it because this again this whole plan was to say how we protect

the base right this wasn’t as if it were a history course at the college level this was a training for the physical security division of fort bragg of how to protect and even the fact that they would include the pro-life groups as if that is the source of a threat against a u.s base as well as going and saying, we got to give you a little history lesson here before we get into what you need to look out for. It’s egregious. But I think to your point, Jeff, we have to now start looking at this from a different level, not just of, okay, this is terrible training. We got to fix the military. This is the terrible creep of philosophies into the military that we got to eradicate. But now we have to start thinking, what is the source of this? Because this is how the evil, the toxic ideology of antisemitism and the hatred of Jews starts to creep in everywhere. So is this an individual that put this course together that had no idea that they were starting to push anti-Semitism and anti-Christian bias through the pro-life issue? And that’s just what they came up with on their own? Or is it what you say? It’s a deeper problem that no one is talking about publicly right now. that the real poisoning of the minds of America is happening at a more subversive and passive level than we’re even aware of at this point.

Yeah, so let me clarify what I was saying. Logan, I agree with you entirely that its presence here is evil. It is absolutely, it is here and it’s to tell a certain story about Jews and about Christians in terms of the other examples given. But what I’m saying is that the global perspective here is that when I went on to search this to see what, well, sure enough, immediately when I put it into major search engines, I see all these AI-generated definitions of terrorism and lo and behold, The Judeans are listed as among the early examples. Well, it’s not the first example. Why do you keep on harping on this? My point is, it is not simply here. This is a particularly dangerous and egregious example of it. But we are all subject now, we are all surrounded by this mendacious, you know, I’ve been calling it the Truman Show, if you remember that movie, where we’re living in this fictitious idea of reality that’s being pushed by an agenda with people of the ability because of artificial intelligence and because we search on the internet and so our information sources are skewed. And this also speaks to an issue that we talk about here often, you know, on Sekulow, which is how, you know, even young Christians, although thank God that seems to be changing now, but even young Christians are brought up now, they’re good kids with good values, but a terrible narrative. And so they turn against Israel. because they turn against the jewish people because they’re being taught oh yeah the jews are the ones things like brought terrorism into the world though that’s not the specific example i’m saying broadly we have to examine everything everything online everything available is now being skewed to tell a message and it’s frightening to me because this is exactly what happened but with less power and less influence and less completion right before the holocaust this you know the jews are on misfortune all these stories over and over in jewish history this has happened and now it’s happening in the most comprehensive way imaginable
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah, I think a lot of people don’t realize that with the Holocaust, for some reason in your mind, you start kind of just jump to like… And then one day, Hitler was there and there was a Holocaust. And it’s like, that’s not how it went. It went for multiple years and years and years of indoctrination to get to that point where it was acceptable… in society to do this and you are right with the ai situation we’re running into that ourselves and look i i told even when i was teaching at the collegiate level here last year i said look if you want to use ai for research that’s fine but double check all of your facts make sure you’re looking at it because you are right things are being fed in in narratives it’s skewed that is the part that’s hard it’s not just hey it’s trying to pull facts we know this even with the pro-life pregnancy resource centers all of us used all the major ai options Whether that was the ChatGPT or Grok or Google or any of the ones that have, Jim and I, all the ones that have existed. And I honestly think ChatGPT gave us the most fair and balanced one that said, here’s why people think it’s okay. Here’s why people don’t. But a lot of them just said, these are fraudulent places providing no care. They are going to trick you. They’re lying to you. And this, again, is coming from, allegedly, just from an AI-generated reputation. Yeah, that’s just us Googling crisis pregnancy centers. They’re anti-abortion organizations that are trying to convince pregnant people not to have an abortion. They’re often called resource centers. And if you keep scrolling down, it says they’ll negatively impact mental health. They can pose a risk to individuals. They spread misinformation. All of that was AI generated. But of course, that AI generation is coming from… some sort of sources and it’s sources that are being flooded in. So you’re absolutely right in there that you have to now dig a level deeper and that becomes harder and harder for people. And these AI bots hallucinate.
SPEAKER 05 :
This is an extraordinary find by the ACLJ. This slide, and it’s absolutely necessary. I don’t know how much we publicize this, but we need to get this into everybody’s hands to understand because this is a terrible example. People being trained by America, and this is the mentality they’re getting going in. We have to make this public as much as we can, and it’s an incredible find.
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah, absolutely. That’s why we got to continue outreach, obviously, to our friends in the Jewish community as well, not just in Israel, but here in the States. Of course, we support a lot of the students and everything that’s going on board. But when you see that it’s rooted in something much deeper, we got to fight back. I do want to say one thing for those of you that are interested in this FOIA discovery that we had, that this isn’t over for the ACLJ. We are still fighting. We have another production from the Department of Defense coming on March 31st. We expect that to be their investigation files when this came to light. So it’ll be very interesting to say what they internally were looking at and how far this went. Because right now we only know of it at Fort Bragg. We’re concerned that similar things could have been happening at other bases. We’re going to get to the bottom of it. And we’ve also already been working on this with members of Congress. And we will make sure that those in those oversight roles, are able to conduct oversight and make sure that the Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, has the information he needs to root this out. So we’re not done just with this discovery. This fight continues, and that’s a great reason to continue to support this organization.

Hi, I have a quick question about this judge that tried to stop Trump from flying these terrorists out of the country. My question is, first of all, the Democrats have to go judge shopping to find somebody. Second, how obligated is the president to stop dead in his tracks every time they find somebody to write an order?
SPEAKER 04 :
Sadly, pretty obligated. Right. That’s why this was kind of a surprising thing that these planes did land, and some people tried to say he’s ignoring the orders of the judge. There are separation of powers in the United States. The Constitution is written that way, that when there’s an order, typically the administration complies and fights it out in court, going to the appeals process, going to the Supreme Court if necessary, because… There are a lot of questions that haven’t been answered. This is a novel idea to some degree using this law. And I know some people are like, well, this law is 200 years old. It’s like the Constitution is too. And we still follow that. We still follow the separation of powers within the Constitution. So it is frustrating. There are a lot more federal judges than there were when the Constitution was written. And this is part of the concern, even with… what was going on during the impeachment process and things of that nature and alvin bragg and those that came after president trump when you have all these da’s that they can derail the presidency however when it’s a federal judge uh it is it’s taken seriously the office of legal counsel within the white house uh gives advice on how to respond yeah and how and then they fight that in court and look you may think it’s ridiculous i think a lot of people do

But we’re bringing that to light. A lot of people didn’t even know this was a thing that could happen at this extreme level where it feels like at every corner, the president’s plans get thwarted by a random judge somewhere in the country. It’s an interesting part of the balance of power here that I think we all need to investigate and look into. Let’s continue on. Let’s go to Rick in Nevada. If they’re not represented by the ACLU, then they’re going to get a public defender.

Yeah, this is an easier option in many ways and could save a lot of money and also a lot of grief because, again, if you’re being convicted of these kind of crimes, you’ve broken American law, like you said, and a lot of times these are drug lords. Then, yeah, let’s just figure out a way, especially if the country of origin is ready to take them back or someone like Venezuela is ready to take them back. Let’s do it. But unfortunately, if it’s coming from this administration, it’s always going to be told that it’s wrong, even if it’s pretty clear. Let’s continue on. Hi, I just want to make a statement. I think Donald Trump is our president. Number one reason, because he blessed Israel and he brought the embassy because God says you bless Israel. I think there’s a lot of things people could talk about. President Trump. There are things that I have issues with or not have issues with. But one of them is the really long starting support of Israel. And that I believe is very important. I think you’re right in some ways, Lynn, that this is what was needed right now is someone who is going to be such a friend to that nation. Look at what we had during the first Trump administration. I was sitting on this air getting emotional talking about the Abraham Accords were first in a long time in my entire life. I never thought I would see it. It’s two things I never thought I would see. I was prayfully that they would happen, but one was the overturning of Roe versus Wade and the other one was real peace in Israel. And what you saw with the Abraham Accords was the first time the Middle East really all got together and said, not only are we going to support Israel, we welcome their people. We’re going to celebrate Hanukkah in Dubai. We’re going to do these things. It was emotional for me. It was all undone. But thankfully, we have a new administration that can hopefully fix the problems, stop the war as well. I want the war to end. I hope that Israel can go in and just finish it up, win the war. But these are situations that need to be taken care of. And you were right, having such a president that’s supportive of Israel right now, incredibly important. Let’s continue on. I’ll try to make this quick. When Mr. Balaban was speaking, I realized something in that directive that was being taught. There were no specifics given for the zealots attacking Judea and it goes back to this we have forgot to start and i’ve mentioned this on the phone before with y’all teaching history again people forget egyptians held the jews in captivity 400 years the philistines always attacked babylon attacked judea yeah and i’m only cutting you off because we’re running out of time how about this we focus on what’s happening right now who the bad guys are right now

Because we can go back in history. You can point out where Christians did things in the name of Christ that were atrocious. You can name them true, the Jewish people. Obviously, in the Islamic world, things are happening in the name of God. that should never have been. But that’s not what’s happening today. The Jewish people are not the terrorists of today. The Christian pro-lifers are not the terrorists of today. The Christian pro-lifers, the pro-lifers were never terrorists. Obviously, they were fringe people. Things did happen, especially in the 90s. But again, you can’t label everyone because of a couple people. And that’s what’s happening, Martin, but you’re right. We do need to educate. We do need to inform. We got a minute and a half. Well, I think, Ann, there’s a lot of things going on. One, also trying to use different ways to, as more judges put injunctions in place or restraining orders, there are other ways to do it. But also, this was a large group that they had, and they could get out immediately using this, that they had the cover of law in their opinion.
