We’re standing by for some Supreme Court decisions, which could include the death of birthright citizenship, the scourge, the plague upon the land, the incentive for people to come into our country illegally so that they can have a baby and can grant citizenship to that child. Speaking of citizenship, What do you make of the Tennessee congressman who wants to have Zoran Mamdani denaturalized, because he’s only been an American citizen for like six years, denaturalized and deported back to Uganda? You know, he’s a Muslim from Uganda, the guy that might just be the next mayor of New York City, who wants to defund the police, who defends, globalize the intifada. He’s an anti-Semite. He hates Jews. He hates Muslims. people financially successful. He’s a real hater. One thing you’ve got to give this kid credit for, he has fooled a lot of people in New York City. That big smile, all those TikTok videos. You want to see the real Zoran Mamdami? Look at the video of him having to be held back from charging at Tom Holman, the border czar. Tom Holman, and I think that was when Tom Holman was eating an apple, which was perfect. But they had to hold Zoran back, big tough guy. He was going to, I guess, go beat up Tom Holman. I’d kind of like to see those two go at it. It’d be a short bout, don’t you think? I’m not sure any of us would want to tangle with Tom Holman. But anyway, that’s who he really is. He’s a hateful, rage-filled little bigot. who hates Jews and is going to destroy New York, and these dummies in New York might just put this guy into the mayor’s office. Cuomo now has changed his mind, and evidently Cuomo is going to stick it out. He’s not going to drop out like everybody assumed he would. So if he stays in, and Curtis stays in, and Eric Adams stays in, Zoran Mamdami is going to become the next mayor. That’s how screwed up New York is right now. And it hit me in the middle of the night last night. I was thinking about all this, why I’m so upset about what’s happening in New York. It’s because anti-Semitism in America is going to be formalized. It’ll be blessed. It’ll be sanctioned. If you’ve got a Jew-hater as the mayor of the city with the biggest Jewish population in America, well, you’ve just… You’ve just codified anti-Semitism. It’s one thing to have the punks on the Columbia University campus screaming from the river to the sea. This guy would be the mayor. And on behalf of every normal, decent person in America, let me extend an official and formal apology to every Jew who might be in this audience right now. listening or watching, because it will be one of the lowest blows, one of the darkest chapters in American history since World War II. Defenders of birthright citizenship claim that the Constitution’s 14th Amendment, which states all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States. Well, the way that has been interpreted over the years has led to illegals being attracted, drawn to the United States to cross the border illegally, come here, give birth to a child on American soil, and therefore convey citizenship status upon that child. It’s a scam. The whole thing has turned into a giant ruse to try to skip the line and receive citizenship status for a child simply based on the geography of the birth of the child. Well, the U.S. Supreme Court is ruling on that decision, as well as many others, including a law that was enacted in Texas that imposes age restrictions for porn sites, a challenge to the Affordable Care Act’s Preventive Care Task Force, an FCC program that subsidizes phone and Internet service, and whether religious parents can opt their elementary school-age children out of books that the parents don’t agree with. So there are going to be a lot of rulings today And there’s going to be plenty of reaction. The suspicion, I think, is that the Supreme Court is going to strike down birthright citizenship. Now, to be clear, this ruling will not be on the lawfulness of the proposal, but whether or not federal judges had the power to block it nationwide. This is why it’s so important. Because these rogue activist judges are subverting the executive branch. This is a tactic. This is a strategy. This is an approach. And so it would be wonderful if the Supreme Court gets this right. Birthright citizenship is an obscenity. It’s designed to protect black people from the slavery era from not being considered citizens. And it has been completely, completely subverted to try to apply to illegal immigration. Well, we’ve got the decision, and here it is.

By a ruling of six to three, the Supreme Court has ruled that these federal judges exceeded their authority granted by Congress in the birthright citizenship case. The court granted a partial stay of President Trump’s request to block the lower courts from issuing the universal injunctions. granting a big victory to the Trump administration, 6-3. So, look, we’re going to analyze it all, but the court has ruled, and it looks like a major victory for the Trump administration. This has been a great week. This is really, really terrific news as we celebrate a Supreme Court victory for common sense. The Supreme Court limiting, and this is why it’s so important, more than the issue of birthright citizenship, the reason this is such an astoundingly successful ruling is that this ruling is going to have sweeping implications for U.S. district courts. These rogue judges have just had their wings clipped in a major way by the high court. Federal judges, as you know, have been attempting to block the Trump agenda. Over and over again, justices from the left, these are leftist Democrat-appointed justices on the federal and the district levels, have been trying to subvert the executive actions taken by President Trump. Well, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that they’ve exceeded their authority. And the use of… Nationwide injunctions on the district court level are now being limited by the Supreme Court. So this is great news. There’s just terrific. This is a celebration for some common sense. And this is what we’ve been hoping for, that the Supreme Court would come to the rescue. So many of you have emailed me and texted me and called the show to say, look, the Supreme Court’s got to save us. And they have in a big way. So it’s a major blow against the effort to use Article 14. Rather, the 14th Amendment to justify illegals giving birth on American soil. It’s a big day for the Trump administration. Huge day for MAGA. Boy, these words are going to live in infamy. The words of Amy Coney Barrett, who has been second-guessed and questioned recently over some of her rulings. But along with Gorsuch, Roberts, Alito, Thomas, and Kavanaugh, she ruled with the majority. And today, it’s a day of 6-3, 6-3, 6-3. The only three dissenters are Katonji Brown-Jackson, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan. Those are the three hardcore liberals on the bench. And today, a 6-3 ruling, a big win, birthright citizenship, Now, it’s not quite that simple, but that’s all signs point to this. President Trump moments ago posted on Truth Social, giant win in the United States Supreme Court, even the birthright citizenship hoax has been indirectly hit hard. It had to do with the babies of slaves in the same year, not the scamming of our immigration process. Congratulations to Attorney General Pam Bondi, he said. Solicitor General John Sauer and the entire DOJ. Great, great win. I can’t get over Amy Coney Barrett’s stinging rebuke. And she sums it up perfectly. She wrote in her majority opinion, we will not dwell… on Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself. That’s all Americans expect from the Supreme Court. We don’t care about your ideological bent. Just uphold the Constitution. That’s all we care about. It shouldn’t matter if you’re a justice appointed by a Democrat or a Republican. Just be a constitutionalist. Is that too much to ask? Clearly, Jackson, Sotomayor, and Kagan don’t give a rat’s rear end about the Constitution. That’s why they’re going to continually dissent over issues like this one. So, Amy Coney Barrett… And good for her. I’ve had my issues with her, like I’m sure you have. But listen to what she said. She wrote, we observe only this. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson decries an imperial executive while embracing an imperial judiciary. Wow. Wow. That’s big. That’s really big. Speaking of big, a big deal. I’ve been on the phone last night, lots of worried New Yorkers. Look, I talked to a colleague, somebody I consider a friend. They’re moving plans right now. And I said, well, wait a minute, hold on. You don’t know that he’s going to win, this Mamdami. But all signs point to a strong possibility. And he said, I’m not even going to wait. I’m out. I’m out. I talked to a realtor in New York this morning. She said their phones are burning up with New Yorkers who are anxious, who are horrified, and are absolutely moving to Florida. And I’m going to tell you this. On a personal level, when my tax rate hit 51% for being a New Yorker, when I was paying more than half of my income to city, state, and federal taxes… a few years ago, that was when I said, I’m done. I’m out. Mamdani wants to increase taxes on people, on higher earners, by even more. Two, three percent. I think it’s two percent, three percent. Fifty-one percent isn’t enough for this guy. More than half of your income being funneled into an infrastructure system That stinks. Roads with giant potholes. Filthy subways. Now look, I say this as somebody who has always loved New York. I mean, for some people, the grime, the grit of New York is part of the charm. I kind of get that, I guess. But you think about that. If you’re going to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in taxes… One would expect you could at least have a road that works or a subway that doesn’t stink where you put your life, take your life in your hands. You might be set on fire in a subway. Speaking of the subway, this lunatic wants to take retail spaces in the subway stations and turn them into homeless shelters. So that’s what New York is up against right now. But, look, I don’t want to get too dragged down into bad news because we’ve got a lot of good news. Giant win. The Supreme Court has ruled that these federal judges are not able to, that they overstepped their authority. And, incidentally, now comes the big, beautiful bill. You know, I’ve been really down about this all week, and I finally figured out in the middle of the night last night why. I haven’t really properly articulated. I’m no Mark Davis here. Sometimes it takes me a while. I’m not the wordsmith you are. But I’ve been thinking about it. One thing I’ve kept saying is I keep thinking about what it must feel like to be a Jew in New York. And I haven’t properly articulated this sense of dread that I have. And here’s the dread. Mark, if this guy wins, anti-Semitism has been normalized. If our great American city like New York would have a rank anti-Semite at the helm… What does that say about anti-Semitism in general? We’ve seen the protests. You and I have talked about, you know, from the river to the sea. We’ve talked about globalize the intifada, what all that means. But if the city of New York actually elects a guy who believes that vile, evil garbage, we’ve normalized Jew hatred in America. And that’s what I think is the most horrifying thing of all. Policies, you want fast, free buses. I don’t know how you’re going to pay for it.

What’s a white neighborhood anymore? A neighborhood, yeah, well, especially in New York. How white does it have to be, especially in New York? But, I mean, how… How white does it have to be to be a white neighborhood?

That’ll be up to Zorhan, I guess. He’ll get to decide, the mighty Zorhan. But at the end of the day, Cuomo’s decision is he will go down in history. If this guy, if his ego refuses to let him see that Obviously, there has to be an effort to coalesce behind one person to challenge Mom Donnie and have a chance for Eric Adams or Curtis Lewa. And you’re probably right. And they cared about the future of New York. They’d say, you know what, two of us have to drop out. We’re going to all be behind the one person. And normal people then in the general election will come out, and they will stop this scourge from occurring. But it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen, and I’m really worried about it. You’re 100% correct. And you know the thing that resonates to me through the very heartfelt things that you’re sharing is here you are. Here I am in complete lockstep with you on this, and here we are Christian guys who care more about anti-Semitism and who care more about hatred of Jews and hatred of Israel than a good-sized part of the Jewish population in New York. You want to know why? This guy won on some of the Jewish vote. I mean, I don’t know.

That’s right. Well, Chuck Schumer is now endorsing him.

Our senator from Palestine is Trump.

Yes, yes. But you know what? You want to know why? Because we know as Christians what it feels like to be, you know, discriminated and slighted and see bigotry against us because of our Christian beliefs. But here’s the thing. Generally, they’re not killing us. with with with what is it intifada i mean you’re talking about i i went to israel i was i was at gaza after october 7th i saw what they did and what they’re capable of doing and you got a guy who might very well be the next mayor who does not back off of globalize the intifada do you know that the democrats now are furious at kirsten gillibrand You want to know why?

What did she do? U.S. Democrat senator went on a talk show somewhere. I think it was on Brian Lehrer on C-SPAN and denounced. Zorhan Mamdami’s expression, globalized the intifada.

In other words, said something actually reasonable, which is, let’s get you bounced from today’s Democrat.

And now they’re furious at her. How dare you? We’ve got to get rid of her. Why? Because she doesn’t want Jews killed? She doesn’t want Jews slaughtered? Are you kidding me?

Well, there’s her, there’s John Fetterman, there’s a handful of others. I don’t know. I mean, is there a place for normal Democrats, just normal Americans who might be a little more liberal than you and I are, just vote differently? Is there room for that kind of Democrat voter anymore?
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, if Democrat Andrew Cuomo as an independent does not throw his hat into the, you know, throw in the towel and say, I’m not, he will go down as one of the most diabolical. I mean, first of all, you’ve already got his record with killing all the, well, look at his record. Killing all the old people with COVID. Of course, resigning in disgrace. And then, look, he knows. That voters are rejecting him. You know what he’s saying? If he doesn’t drop out, what he’s saying is, I’m going to burn the whole thing down. I’ll punish New York, and I’ll give you Zorhan Mondavi because you didn’t elect me. His ego, this is a guy with a colossal ego, and he’ll be like a cartoon villain of history, of political history.
SPEAKER 08 :
I’m going to lovingly push back for only one reason. If this were, every once in a while, the kind of phenomenon you describe as somebody who does something, seemingly for a self-serving reason, who absolutely single-handedly changes something, and that person properly deserves blame. We have no idea whether the presence or absence of Andrew Cuomo changes this election at all. The Democrat nominee is going to win. That is the baked-in, obvious result. Mamdani won the Democrat primary. The
SPEAKER 05 :
odds are he’s that’s not true mark that’s not that’s not true that’s not true if cuomo that’s not true what you think that you think eric adams had a chance as a eric adams does have a chance if eric adams is the nominee uh eric adams who’s got a track record of defending the police of of of opposing defund the police and all the garbage immigration sensible and immigration He’s sensible on a lot of things. He’s a former cop, and if they coalesce behind him and the general election, when you say the Democrats going to win, no, that’s not true, Mark. That is absolutely not true.

I’ll give you maybe 50-50. Without Cuomo, and by the way, a 50% chance for an independent candidate is a big deal. That’s giving Eric Adams a lot of credit. I just don’t know if it’s such an absolute cinch that Cuomo’s entry clearly makes the election go differently.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, I’ve been talking to a lot of people with boots on the ground in New York, and they’re pretty well convinced that’s exactly what’s going to happen. What do we think? How do we feel about the Tennessee congressman writing a letter to Pam Bondi urging her to deport Mr. Mamdani? You want to talk about people getting a little agitated?

U.S. Representative Andy Ogles sent a letter to AG Pam Bondi calling for the denaturalization and deportation of Zoran Mamdani. Now, the problem is, well, yeah, but it’s a very Trumpian thing to do, isn’t it? Of course it is. Can you imagine? We’re going to have his citizenship will be obliterated. Can you? Oh, my gosh. I almost don’t want. Interestingly, there was a report in Axios today. President, listen to this. You’ll say you don’t say. President Trump won a higher percentage of the Latino vote in 2024 than previously believed and came within striking distance of capturing a historic majority of those voters. Pew has analyzed election data all of a sudden now. What is it, end of June? They just got around to looking at the fact that Trump got 48% of Latino voters. You don’t say. In 2024. The new data shows that Trump rode back into office with a more ethnically and racially diverse coalition than previously known. Yeah, we’ve known. What we know is Trump is a lot more wildly popular than they ever want to acknowledge. And that’s what makes things different this time around.
