I saw him joking about, you know, whether or not he should have attended the national prayer breakfast. He said, I better, God better, I told God I better go because I need all the help I can get. You’re going to criticize him for that too? Somebody in the room texted this message. Negative Nancy, friend of mine, who’s laying into President Trump, well stated. It’s more awkward for us here in the room. He prides himself on doing the weave, referring to his spitballing speaking style, not his hair. But his got into the weeds pretty quickly. He hasn’t been able to find his way back. He’s now mocking Mike Johnson for saying grace over a meal in the Oval Office. Psst, Mr. President, this is a prayer breakfast. Get it? Now that’s somebody who’s at the prayer breakfast. Who either got invited or invited themselves in. And bagging on Trump because he doesn’t sound like Billy Graham. Well, let me just shock some of you, you know, pearl-clutching Christian friends of mine. He’s never going to sound like Billy Graham. It’s not who he is. He’s a New York mogul, okay? He’s a real estate builder and reality TV star and a very popular populist president. All of us could probably do better But the critics fail to acknowledge in their criticism everything Trump has done for people of the Christian faith. Everything he has done for people of faith. And it just riles me up. It just frustrates me. People are so quick to tear into this guy. Like he doesn’t have enough on his plate. Like he doesn’t have enough people on his back. You voted for him. You support him. So act like it. And no, I’m not being a Trump sycophant. I’m just sick to death of pearl-clutching, judgmental, arrogant people who want to tell him what he should say and how he should say it. How about you look around at his actions? The U.S. Attorney General and the FBI Director announced that Zubair al-Bakoush, who was the suspect in the 2012 Benghazi terror attack on the U.S. compound, which of course resulted in the deaths of Americans, has been arrested, captured, and extradited to face charges here in the United States. To quote the Attorney General Pam Bondi, Hillary Clinton famously said, what difference does it make? It makes a difference to Donald Trump. This is huge. Three in the morning is when the terrorist arrived in America. He was greeted by the FBI Director Patel, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro. He’s charged with murder, terrorism. Look, under President Trump again. I am just so sick of the failure to acknowledge all of the achievements and accomplishments of this American president. I saw this morning, it’s being reported that car insurance prices are going down. The Democrats are pretending there’s this affordability crisis in America. Because they’re smart enough to realize that things do cost too much. We all know that. So they glom on to the bitter reality that things cost too much in general. And they say, see, Trump isn’t bringing down any prices. Yesterday, Pocahontas was… was interrogating Scott Besson. This guy, he’s like a stealth 007 James Bond. He takes on these clowns. One by one, he swats them away like it’s nothing. And Pocahontas, Elizabeth Warren kept saying, are grocery prices lower? And he was trying to answer her and saying, well, yeah, many grocery prices. What’s wrong with the Save Act? What’s wrong with it is that it might violate the 19th Amendment, which gives women the right to vote because you’ve got to show that all of your different IDs match. So if you’re a woman who’s gotten married and you’ve changed your name to your husband’s name, but you’re so now your current name is different from your name at birth. Now you’ve got to go ahead and document that. You need an affidavit explaining why. And why would we go to all of these troubles in order to keep people from voting when none of the states that are actually running the elections are telling us that there’s any problem?

I mean, incidentally, the anchor there on CNN, I don’t know who she was, but I can see her. She’s a woman. You think the woman anchored CNN would say, wait a minute, Congressman Raskin, you think I’m too dumb if I get married and my name changes? How does she get on a plane? How does she get some Sudafed? These people are beyond ridiculous. And keep it going. You guys stay on that, on the 10% of this 90-10 issue. You keep suggesting that blacks and women are too stupid to produce a photo ID to go vote. No one’s buying what you’re selling. But you keep it up. You keep going. One more comment about Mike Pence and his opposition to the SAVE Act. It dawns on me, it occurs to me, that it’s crystal clear. The only people, the only people who aren’t in favor of the SAVE Act are people who are perfectly comfortable with letting cheating continue. Period. No way around it. I wish there was. I wish there was a better reason. It is inconceivable to me that any Republican would be opposed to the SAVE Act, where you’re going to be required to have a photo ID in order to cast a ballot in this country, across the board. It passes all kinds of constitutional muster. There’s no legal challenge to this. Mike Pence has claimed he thinks that should be left to the states. Yeah, let’s let the blue states to their own devices. Let’s leave the Democrat-run states. Do you know that Kamala Harris only won in states where there are no voter ID laws? Let me repeat that. Kamala Harris… One, only in states where there are no voter ID laws. Now, maybe you’ll argue that’s just a coincidence. I don’t know. It’s not. It’s way more than a coincidence. There is just no doubt in my mind. And look, let me give Pence the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he doesn’t think election fraud is a problem. Maybe that’s the beef. Maybe they just don’t think, people like Mike Pence don’t think there’s any kind of an issue. And of course, the obvious response to that is, yeah, but what if there is? What if it is an issue? What if places like Georgia and other places that came down to the wire and gave Biden a sliver, a slim margin of victory, What if there was fraud and corruption and cheating and an election was rigged? Don’t you want to make sure that people have to produce ID so that they are who they say they are? Look, normal people are reacting to this in a pretty profound way. Stephen A. Smith said, who’s the popular sportscaster over on ESPN, and Bill Maher. Others are saying that Schumer’s approach, that the SAVE Act is Jim Crow 2.0, it’s going to backfire spectacularly.

Don’t engage in that kind of hyperbole because we’re living in the year 2026. And when you start bringing up Jim Crow 2.0, you’re trying to harken back to a time that most people recognize. No, we’re not living in those times right now. Of course, we’ve got our troubles, but we’re not. Don’t do that because that’s playing right into Trump’s hands. Was I right in saying that? Yes.

Stopping wars. He stopped wars in multiple different countries. Stop conflicts. No one’s talking at all in an objective sense. This is a Nazi party. These are fascists. We have to have no kings. Stop the fascists. So these narratives are just being pushed out there constantly by the media. All the while, these politicians are absolutely terrified. that these investigations are going to start moving into their states and uncovering more and more and more fraud, which they’re going to.

I heard a few things of what you’re saying. I think this is point blank period. I think we’re in for a long haul because the Democrats’ plan has worked, right? They got all of the illegal immigrants to come to America, all the foreigners to come to America. And now they’re telling you they want all of those people to vote because their vote right now is up. And disarray. I’ve never met a black person who did not have an ID, and I’m black.

But you also bring up a point that I don’t hit on enough. It really has a lot to do with illegal immigration. Okay, it’s Friday. We’re into Super Bowl weekend. I don’t even care about the Super Bowl. I’m sorry, no disrespect to the New England Patriots or the Seattle Seahawks, but what is this, the hundredth time the Patriots are in the… Super Bowl, I guess that’s why I suppose I’m rooting for Seattle. I got duped by a fake tweet that one of the quarterbacks was out with mono. I thought, well, that’s a big story. That was all fake, of course. You’ve got to be so careful about what’s real and what’s fake. What’s real, what’s live, what’s true, what’s not AI. I’m believing all the AI crap. Got to be careful about, got to be very careful over scams. Boy, the scams are real. I got a notification last night and thought, oh my gosh, is that real? Is that really? Nope, wasn’t real. Totally fake. Look at the poor Guthrie family, what they’re going through. They’ve got to be careful that in their request for proof of life. Here’s what I gleaned from the Nancy Guthrie abduction. Evidently, they think the ransom note is legit. Evidently, they think she was kidnapped and somebody’s holding her for ransom. The TMZ revealed that the ransom letter says she’s safe. But scared? That’s, you know, certainly an understatement. Very understandable. But, you know, in proof of life, if they try to send back a picture or even her voice, it might be digitally AI generated and not real. She was apparently on TV a lot with Savannah Guthrie over the years on the Today Show. And so bad actors, the bad guys can take her voice, her image, and I don’t know. The whole thing is a mess. Here’s Harvey Levin. He’s the head honcho over there at TMZ. And he’s revealing a little more information about… the ransom note the TMZ received. Did the letter say anything about any further communication?

It specifically says there will be no further communication. They say no negotiation and no communication. And obviously, Savannah Guthrie and authorities have been asking for proof of life. There’s no indication of this. I will tell you that the first words in the letter are that Nancy is safe but scared. They also say she is aware of the demands made in this ransom letter.

Now, can I say something? That’s Harvey Levin with Anderson Cooper last night on CNN. Can I ask you a question? And I’ve been thinking a lot about this. Because let’s just assume, or let’s stipulate, just for argument’s sake, that the authorities think the ransom note is legit. And the authorities understand that she’s being held for ransom. The bad guys want the Guthrie family to put money into a Bitcoin account, which is virtually untraceable. Now, I don’t understand how we’re at a point where something like that is untraceable, but I’m assured that it is. They’re never going to find those people somehow. That’s what happens with these ransomware attacks. Companies get held up. People take over. like the email systems and the software programs of big companies, and they say you’ve got to drop a million dollars into this Bitcoin account or we’re going to take down your whole system, companies are paying the million dollars. It’s cheaper to pay the million dollars than to, you know, have their whole systems disrupted and to start over again. Because they’re untraceable. I don’t get that. I don’t understand how there’s no way to trace somebody receiving a million dollars in a Bitcoin account. But, all right, let’s just stipulate that’s true. And let’s say these abductors are demanding $5 million or $10 million for the safe return of the mother. And… There’s not going to be any further contact. If they don’t get $10 million, again, this is hypothetical. I don’t know what the amount of money is. I don’t know, obviously, any of the specifics. But let’s just say that the ransom note says you put $10 million in this Bitcoin account by Monday at noon or Nancy’s going to die. If you’re wealthy and it’s your mother… Would you do it? Why would you take a chance on anything other? You’re going to flush away $10 million. You’re never going to see that $10 million again, likely. But you desperately want your mother to come home. Again, stick to the circumstances of this case. I’m sure, and I’m not trying to disparage Savannah Guthrie in any way, shape, or form, and I don’t want to pile on, but look, everybody’s talking about this. This is a big story because of the nature of the people involved. If you were wealthy and your loved one was being held hostage and they were demanding X number of dollars to be put into a Bitcoin account to get your loved one to safely come home, Would you pay the money? I’ll start. I sure would. If I was worth $50 million or more, I don’t know how much Savannah Guthrie is worth, but it sure is a lot. And it was $5 or $10 million in the chance that I’m going to get my… I know you’re not supposed to negotiate with terrorists, but we’re in a different… And people like this, we’re in a different era now. It’s a different age. I know that if they give the money… It’s going to encourage more of the same. But what wouldn’t you do for your loved one? What wouldn’t you do for the chance to get your mom returned home? I would absolutely roll the dice and say, you know what? It’s only money. I make a lot of money. I’m a TV star. There’s more where that came from. You bet. Give them the $10 million and pray that she comes home. Because how could you live with yourself if Monday came and went, you didn’t give them the money, and then this poor woman gets killed?
