He gave a speech yesterday ostensibly about Social Security, but this is what he said.

I remember pulling into the parking lot, and I had never seen hardly any black people in Scranton at the time, and I was only going in fourth grade. And I remember seeing kids going by at the time, colored kids on a bus going by. They never turned right to go to Claymont High School. I wondered why. I asked my mom, why? So in Delaware, they’re not allowed to go to school.

Yeah, why didn’t the colored kids go turn right instead of left? Can you imagine Trump calling black people colored kids? Colored people? I mean, I’m surprised later in the speech, Biden didn’t refer to the Negroes. And yet, he was the guy. He was the man. 75 million people voted for him. How’s that feel, huh? Colored people. Colored people. All right. I’m going to dive into this. I shouldn’t. I feel like I should just say real ID. Go. We had a big drama before the show because Christian doesn’t have real ID. I have been kind of avoiding this like the bubonic plague because I’m afraid of what’s going to happen. Because I think all the conspiracy theorists are going to get mad at me when I say it’s not that big a deal. If you don’t think the government knows everything about you already, you are hopelessly naive. Maybe you’re able to live off the grid. Maybe you’re with Ted Kaczynski in a cabin in the woods somewhere. But if you’re not, the government knows just about everything about you. They got everything. They got your social security number already. They’ve got everything. What are you worried about? Real ID is the… I don’t know. It’s not enhanced, right? I want to get the terms right. All I know is you’ve got to have a little gold star in the upper right corner of your driver’s license to get on a plane beginning May the 5th. And I think it only has to do with air travel. So I guess if you don’t want to fly ever, don’t get it. If you’re worried about the government spying on you, let me read… What somebody on social media posted about real ID, and then I’m going to throw open the phone lines. I’m like a Christian being fed to the lions because I’m saying publicly, relax. It’s not that big a deal. Stop being paranoid. It’s nothing. Get your real ID. So here’s what just a thought posted on X. I’m seeing a lot of people confused about real ID and whether or not we should be concerned about it. Firstly, you should know that if you have a passport, you do not need to get a real ID. But the problem with real ID is that it will inevitably lead to digital ID, which many of us have been warning about for years now. It’s not harmless. It doesn’t protect against terrorism. What it does is gather all of your information and hand it to the government, something we used to actually be concerned with. It’s forcing you to, quote, carry papers. And once carrying those papers, records, are accepted by the public as normal and become digitalized, They will be affected by your behaviors, social credit, and dictate your accessibility to resources. What was one of the first things that happened to Canadian truckers protesting vaccination? Their bank accounts were frozen. This is not some dystopian tale. This has happened and will happen more frequently. Just a thought. O’Pines. Every time she’s on The Five, I’m like, ugh, do I want to suffer through this? I find Harold Ford a lot easier to take than either Jessica or that Richard guy. They’re just both insufferable. But I’m a big believer in… Truth and accuracy and facts. And I want to make sure that I’m factual about what she posted. So she posted on social media, you legally cannot, you cannot legally send Americans to an El Salvadorian prison no matter what they’ve done, plain and simple. She was not apparently referring in that post to this suspected MS-13 gang member who is not an American. He’s not a Maryland man. She was referring to the comment that Trump made when he was talking to the El Salvadoran president about what they called homegrown terrorists and people who are Americans who become terrorists. And that was what she was referencing because she posted the clip, and I wanted to make sure that we set the record straight. Now, look, to millions of people who are on social media and they know that the whole story is about the MS-13 gang member, they see Jessica Tarloff say you can’t send Americans to El Salvador, and they absolutely assume she’s talking about him. And that, I think, is probably intent. But to set the record straight, in that clip that she posted, she was not referring to this guy. She was referring to the concept of Trump sort of hypothetically talking about whether we could deport people who are homegrown terrorists. And I want to make sure that the record is set straight. Incidentally, there’s nothing you can say about Chris Van Hollen in calling this guy Maryland man. There’s nothing you can say about ABC News last night when I was watching David Muir, the man, the husband, the father, the Maryland man. He’s from El Salvador. He was ordered to be deported. Years ago, he has no business being here. And yet Democrats are flying over to El Salvador to kidnap him from an El Salvadorian prison? Good luck with that. Good luck with that. The Justice Department is now reviewing for criminal prosecution the accusation that Letitia James committed mortgage fraud by claiming that a residence in Virginia, Virginia was her primary residence, also claiming that she was married to her father on two different occasions in order to get preferential loans and a better mortgage rate and everything. So this is exactly what she went after Trump over. She kept saying no one is above the law and falsifying business records. And now she’s whining about the weaponization of the federal government against her. Is that ironic or what?

It is. And Mike, isn’t it something that it’s all coming out now? All the criminals, it’s the lab that they accused everyone else of, that they’re doing it themselves. And it’s just great that people are getting vindicated out there, and then the real criminals are going to end up in prison. It’s really good news.

I love the fact that you’re a guy who has been most of your life apolitical. You and I have talked about your story, your journey. You learned a lot about what it means to be a conservative and a liberal from Kevin McCullough, our mutual friend in New York. You went on a mission trip with him. And before you know it, here you are in the Rose Garden giving a speech and becoming friends with President Trump and then being targeted by The FBI circling your vehicle outside a Hardee’s drive-thru to confiscate your cell phone. All kinds of terrible lawsuits and things that you’ve had to experience. All because of your beliefs in election integrity, because of your friendship with President Trump, and I believe because of your faith. I think you’re targeted because of your belief in God and the power of redemption. But it always your story is so fascinating to me because you’re up to a number of years ago. You weren’t even a guy that I’ll bet you didn’t vote. I’ll bet you didn’t know much about Democrats and Republicans. Am I wrong?

When you say, you know, my attack started, you’re right, you know, wearing my cross on TV, it started even way back then. Right now, I’m getting attacked by the Attorney General of the state of Minnesota, Keith Ellison, and he’s attacking my LyndaleRecoveryNetwork.org for addicts and stuff to get people to Jesus. So you’re exactly right. They’ve attacked me for elections. They’ve attacked me for my faith. They’ve attacked me… They want me not to talk, Mike. They want to just, let’s just destroy Mike Lindell, destroy Mike Lindell, so he quits talking and he quits speaking out. And it’s very sad. We all want great lives here while we’re here. And… You know, when I went around speaking at churches and stuff to get people out of addiction and get them to the Lord, I was attacked then, and now it’s worse than ever. You think it would go away that Donald Trump got elected, but no, it’s worse than ever. They turned it up on me. And by that I mean witnessing the way… the left and Trump haters were absolutely fine with weaponizing the court system to incarcerate a political figure like Donald Trump is one of the most shocking things I’ve ever seen. It was one of the most horrifically shocking, disturbing events of my lifetime. I mean, when I saw what Alvin Bragg and Letitia James did in the state of New York to Trump, I could not believe my eyes or my ears. I thought this cannot be happening in the country I love. And it’s everybody’s worst nightmare. You know, I got to know a guy in Tampa Bay named Will Smith. He’s an aviation entrepreneur. He’s got his own charter company. In fact, I’m going to fly with him in a couple of weeks. He’s got beautiful aircraft, a great business model, and he was a commercial pilot. And he was falsely accused of a crime. The man wound up in jail. And there was a judge who was as corrupt as the day is long. Friends with the prosecutor. And it was a horrible story. And the helplessness that Will experienced has to be the same kind of helplessness that people like Donald Trump or Mike Lindell experienced. or Peter Navarro or anybody who’s been targeted for their political beliefs and face real serious consequences. I mean, it’s everybody’s worst nightmare. If the police came knocking on your door and accused you of doing something that you didn’t do, can you imagine the helplessness of that? Can you imagine the horror of being falsely accused and there’s an agenda that’s attached to why you’re being accused of something? Wouldn’t that be awful? Well, look at what’s happening right now with Letitia James. Now, Letitia James literally campaigned on the promise to ruin Donald Trump. That’s who this woman is. I don’t know anything about her. I don’t care to know about her, everything about her. makes my, just the hair on the back of my neck stands up when I see her fiery speeches about how no one is above the law and we’re going to, but she also, of course, was caught on tape saying that they’re going to ruin Donald Trump, we’re going to get him. She did that when she campaigned for Attorney General. As state, during the state AG campaign, she would give speeches and, you know, we played the clips for you. She was smirking and laughing, and yeah, we’re going to get his ass. We’re going to tear him in. We’re going to lock him up. She was all fired up. And then, of course, as she promised, they went after him. They took a business record mistake, alleging that a payment to Stormy Daniels was… concealed or improperly filed, it would have been a misdemeanor, as legal experts have pointed out a million times, and they twisted it into making it 34 felony counts, and then they got a jury of mind-numb robots from New York, naturally, New York City, to convict him of all 34 counts, leading people like AOC to this day to shriek about what a convicted felon Donald Trump is. That’s all it was about. And Letitia James, Letitia James was the ringleader on that weaponization of the court system, along with Alvin Bragg. Well, now… the Justice Department is reviewing a very serious and apparently credible accusation that Tish James committed mortgage fraud. That’s right. The administration has referred the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, for potential prosecution over alleged mortgage fraud, claiming that she… tried to claim that a Virginia home was her primary residence and that her father was her husband, all in order to get preferential lending rates and mortgage treatment. Buck Sexton posted on social media, what a shock that the state attorney general who got elected promising to ruin an innocent man is in fact a corrupt imbecile who should be prosecuted herself. This story is off the charts. Off the charts. We’ve got the Jonathan Turley clip, guys. Did I see that? I forgot to forward that to you. We’ve got to bring Jonathan Turley. I thought I sent that to you last night. Let me get the Jonathan Turley clip, how he explains to Laura Ingram what is really at stake here. I mean, what a story this is. Roger Stone’s been tweeting about this for weeks and weeks and weeks. This is a dramatic turn, as Sarah Arnold writes about it in Town Hall. Letitia James, a Democrat known for her relentless pursuit of President Trump, now finds herself under scrutiny for the very kind of financial misconduct she accused him and others of. And this is a development, according to Town Hall, that many see as long overdue accountability. Is it possible that there’s going to be some accountability? Finally, for these reprehensible activities? Do you realize how obscene and disgusting it is that a woman ran for Attorney General promising to ruin Donald Trump? And then she got elected and then she did everything she could to do it? And allegedly… She claimed property in Virginia as her principal residence in 2023 while serving as prosecutor in New York in order to obtain home loans. She reportedly misrepresented a New York property as having four units instead of five, which qualified her, allegedly, for a more favorable loan. Do you understand what this means? Mortgage fraud. It’s a classic. just taking Tish James, that’s her nickname, Tish. Tish James, Letitia James, the Attorney General of New York, now facing serious criminal prosecution possibilities over alleged mortgage fraud. Here’s how Professor Turley broke it all down with Laura Ingram last night on Fox News.

Obviously, the irony is perfectly crushing. This is a person who prosecuted Trump for everything short of ripping a label off a mattress. And among the charges that were brought in New York in not just a civil but the criminal case was making false or misleading statements to financial institutions. And one of these sections, section 1014 of the federal code, is prosecuted. It took me about 60 seconds of a search to find cases that the Department of Justice brought against people who falsely claimed that property was their principal residence in order to get loans. So this is well-tread areas for the Justice Department. As for James, if we apply the Letitia James standard that she created, there’d be little question here. This seems pretty straightforward, what the administration is saying. is this was not her principal residence. In fact, as a New York elected official, she had to say that her principal residence was in New York. This was an out-of-state residence. But also, they claim that in some of these forms, she actually states that her father is her husband in order to file as a married couple. So there’s a lot of those questions. And as you know, the Supreme Court just stated earlier in March in a case called Thompson that they want to see knowing false statements under sections like 1014, not just misleading statements. These are misleading statements. Either it’s your principal residence or it’s not. Either you’re married to your father or he’s your father. So this can satisfy the Thompson standard.
