(Worthy News) – Iran is increasing pressure on Hezbollah to join any future war with Israel, even as Tehran appears reluctant to enter direct conflict for now.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi visited Lebanon last month in what officials describe as an effort to ensure Hezbollah does not remain on the sidelines in the next confrontation. Iranian leaders were reportedly dissatisfied with the group’s limited role during the recent 12-day conflict.
Brave students of all major Universities in Iran rising the Lion & Sun flag and burning Islamic regime’s flag! People on the streets inside of Iran & diaspora doing the same! Israeli officials have delivered clear warnings that if Hezbollah intervenes, the response will be “extremely painful.” The Israel Defense Forces have prepared a major strike plan while continuing targeted operations in Lebanon.
Intelligence estimates say Iran provided more than $1 billion in aid to Hezbollah over the past year — a record level of support — reinforcing the group’s role as Tehran’s frontline deterrent against Israel. Israel is also preparing for the possibility that other Iranian-backed proxies could join a broader regional escalation.
