Author Dennis Busch discusses what the lead-up was to the Civil War, Lincoln’s frustration with the inaction of his generals, two important factors to take into account, and each day of the three day battle. Jon Boesen with Boesen Law notes why he is grateful to be an American.

 

Wednesday: Scott Powell, Trent Loos, and Lorne Levy

Insurmountable odds! Author of Rediscovering America-How the National Holidays Tell an Amazing Story About Who We Are Scott Powell explains that God’s hand was on our Founding and His hand is with us now. Sixth generation farmer and rancher Trent Loos discusses a movement for a New Illinois. Mortgage specialist Lorne Levy notes what it was like to grow up in Boston. The men and women of Boston were pivotal to the Founding of America.

 

Thursday: Jake Jabs, Stan Everitt, and Karen Levine

Founder of American Furniture Warehouse Jake Jabs is the quintessential American success story. Jabs shares his experiences from co-owning a successful music store in Montana to mega success with American Furniture Warehouse. Stan Everitt founded The Legacy Project which has helped several thousand people walk through the principles of our Founding documents. Everitt explains why these documents are relevant today. RE/MAX realtor Karen Levine shares why she loves the American Idea.

 

Friday: Bill Federer, Col. Bill Rutledge (Ret. USAF), and Jim May

The Founders never meant that religion could not influence the public debate. However they were resolute that America would not have a state sanctioned religion. Creator of the American Minute Bill Federer walks us through the influence of religion upon the Founding of America. Col. Bill Rutledge discusses General Hap Arnold who is credited as the founder of the United States Air Force. La Vaca Meat Company’s Jim May shares an Independence Day Cowboy Poem.
