It takes money to win the presidency of the United States of America. A sad truth, but it does. And the one with the bigger coffers almost always win. We love those old movies and stories that tell harrowing tales of candidates with grass-roots support (real grass roots, not that Chuck Schumer version), surviving a nasty election, and beating the evil rich guy. But that’s never actually happened in a presidential election.
BREAKING: The Trump campaign has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission after Democrats staged a successful coup on President Biden.
The Trump campaign is accusing Biden and VP Kamala Harris of violating campaign finance laws by rolling over funds.

The candidate with the largest war chest gets the win, and Biden/Harris know that. That’s why, when the nearly $100 Million in campaign contributions were simply “shifted” onto Kamala Harris after Joe Biden tapped out, the Trump Campaign brought a complaint to the Federal Election Commission. When I first heard about it, I kind of rolled my eyes at it, admittedly. It seemed like a messy problem, in the midst of SO MANY other messy problems, much many bigger than this one.
But I started thinking about a large contribution that I made to Donald J Trump this year. After he was found guilty in a sham court, a kangaroo court, a third-world mockery of justice, I, like many other Americans, decided I should give to his campaign.
The Kamala grift got me thinking “what if Trump suddenly dropped out, and the GOP put up Liz Cheney as the nominee? 🤮
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Seriously, I gave money so this man could win and the other guy would lose…I didn’t give money so some other candidate that I don’t care about could win. That’s why former President Donald Trump’s lawyers on Tuesday filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission arguing that Vice President Kamala Harris cannot legally gain control of nearly $100 million donated to President Joe Biden by changing the name of his campaign committee.
“This is little more than a thinly veiled $91.5 million excessive contribution from one presidential candidate to another, that is, from Joe Biden’s old campaign to Kamala Harris’s new campaign,” Trump general counsel David A. Warrington wrote in a complaint obtained by The Daily Wire. “Contributions by federal candidate committees to other federal candidates are limited to $2,000. Kamala Harris is in the process of committing the largest campaign finance violation in American history and she is using the Commission’s own forms to do it,”
That’s the complaint that the FEC filed on Monday night in response to Kamala Harris campaign’s “amending” Joe Biden’s statement of candidacy. You read that right, the Harris campaign literally just whited-out Joe Biden’s name and wrote in Harris’.
The problem, here is that once funds are raised for a candidate, they cannot be transferred to another candidate, according to the FEC. The funds may be transferred between committees, but only committees for the same candidate, and for the same office. This part was hard to understand until I thought of the example above, if someone gives to a campaign, they are giving to THAT PERSON so that they may succeed. You can read about the federal election law here, but I can honestly say that we’re going to need experts to unpack this very specific campaign finance situation.
It is curious to me that the Donald J Trump campaign brought the complaint, not the FEC. It seems odd that the FEC would not proactively go after it, since it seems like it’s pretty cut and dried according to the Trump campaign. So many news stories over the last two weeks have examined what that would mean, I didn’t fully understand them, but then I didn’t think a candidate would so brazenly attempt to subvert policy! The Trump campaign goes on: ”
If the Commission were to deem Joe Biden to have ended his candidacy before transferring his campaign funds to Kamala Harris, then this only creates another violation. Federal candidates are prohibited from keeping contributions for elections in which they do not participate,”
So, even if they would have worked on a way around the issue, they’d have just opened a new can of worms. Are we watching an end-game maneuver? Is this the beginning of the end for the Bidenesque liberal hellscape?

We cannot allow a person who has received ZERO votes, and been given ZERO contributions, and who has done precisely ZERO things in her 4 years in the White House, to be HANDED the presidency of the United States of America. We’ve never operated this way, and we will not start now, WE THE PEOPLE will not stand for this blatant grift.
Here’s where I was going to create a post with all of the things that Kamala has done (or rather in most cases, HASN’T done), but I think I’ll save that for a complete post. There’s a lot there! 😂
