Listeners were treated to a deep dive into the weekend’s headlines, including the commitment from Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to collaborate with the United States on securing borders—both northern and southern. This cross-border pledge followed similar assurances from the Mexican President, revealing a strategical shift in North American politics aimed at fortifying security without resorting to trade tariffs.
A fixture in the program was the discussion with South Carolina’s Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evatt. Joey and Governor Evatt brought a business-centric perspective to political spending, arguing for greater fiscal responsibility and transparency. As government debts soar, the advantage of bringing in business-minded leaders like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy was underscored, especially in identifying and trimming wasteful expenditures.
The episode wasn’t solely dominated by these macro-political issues. There were lighter moments and interactions, particularly as Joey shared personal anecdotes from his Thanksgiving experiences, offering listeners a confluence of personal and professional observations that enriched the show’s dynamic tapestry.
Interwoven between discussions was the ever-present humanitarian effort, Angel Tree Christmas. Joey paused to remind listeners of the substantial impact their contributions could have on children with incarcerated parents, emphasizing the transformative power of such initiatives.
Concluding the episode, Joey invited more audience participation, welcoming a mosaic of viewpoints regarding recent political moves. Whether discussing the pardoning saga that entangled Hunter Biden or discussing the influence of political legacies, listeners were left with a sense of anticipation for the evolving stories shaping America’s future. Join the conversation and be part of what makes talk radio vibrant, as Joey Hudson and the team navigate these tumultuous waters of political and social discourse.
In this episode, Joey Hudson kicks off the week discussing the paradoxical state of political promises versus family loyalty as demonstrated by President Joe Biden's unexpected pardon of Hunter Biden. Alongside discussions on international affairs, financial oversight, and government accountability, Joey sits down with South Carolina Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evatt to explore the role of business acumen in governing. Don't miss the compelling insights from vibrant listener interactions and passionate viewpoints shared on-air.
SPEAKER 21 :
He's the happy conservative warrior. From the Relief Factor studio, sitting in for Mike today, here's Joey Hudson.
SPEAKER 13 :
Wow, what a weekend, huh? A wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Hope you enjoyed time with your friends and your family watching football. It was an exciting football weekend for sure. My South Carolina Gamecocks played the Clemson Tigers. That's sort of our in-state rivalry here in South Carolina. My Gamecocks came out on top. My sweet wife loves her Clemson Tigers. It was disappointing for her. It was a fun game. Peg and Mike Gallagher and I, we were in New York for the Thanksgiving weekend, and we found the Clemson Tiger Club in New York City. They meet at a sports bar there to watch the game, and so we joined some great people there and watched the game, and it was a nail-biter down to the very end. But, you know, for once, I mean, typically I don't get this option often because in most cases Clemson's always beating the Gamecocks. But Gamecocks up, and, you know, maybe we get a chance in the playoffs. Who knows with this new system that they have. And what about some of the issues with some of the games? With players and fans getting into fights after the game because the opposing team, I guess, were trying to plant their flag. I think this happened in the Ohio State game. North Carolina State and North Carolina as well and several others. maybe fans should not be allowed to go on the field at all. What do you think? Maybe they should just be made to stay in the stands, and it would prevent this type of thing. But it was a fun weekend. Had a great time in New York City and spending time with my friend and buddy Mike Gallagher. He, of course, is getting on a cruise of some great listeners. As we continue to pray for the full recovery of Dennis Prager. This was a cruise that Dennis had planned with his listeners. And so Mike was joining them in Aruba. So Mike will be out this week. I'll be sitting in for most of the week. And glad to have a chance to join you. 800-655-6453. 800-655-MIKE is how you join the conversation. You can call. Tracy will put you in queue. We'll talk as time permits. You can send me a quick message on the MindPillow Texas text message line as well, 800-655-6453. Send me a text. You can email me directly, joey at joeyhudson.com. We have a lot to cover. You know, last week it was the Mexican president who promised to work with President Trump when he threatened tariffs. Very quickly, the new president of Mexico got in line and said, look, we'll help. We'll cooperate. We'll help you secure your border. Over the weekend, we learned that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is going to do the same thing. After spending some time at Mar-a-Lago in Florida on Friday, I believe it was, We learned that the Canadian president says, yep, we're with you. We're going to help you secure the northern border as well as long as you don't put those tariffs in place. So we'll get into that, some of the details of those two agreements a little bit later in today's show. Of course, the big news is last night, President Joe Biden announced that he was going to do something that he said he would not do. He has said it over and over. When asked if he would pardon his son, Hunter Biden, in cut number one, this was following When Joe Biden left the presidential race, of course, throughout the campaign, Joe Biden has said, no, I won't pardon my son because of the optics, I'm sure. But I thought that Joe Biden, after he had said this publicly so many times, I thought even Joe Biden won't go back on that. I mean, he's very clear about it. In cut number one, he talks about how he will not pardon his son, that he'll let the judicial system do its job.
SPEAKER 01 :
With regard to the question regarding the family, I'm extremely proud of my son Hunter. He has overcome an addiction. He's one of the brightest, most decent men I know, and I am satisfied. that I'm not going to do anything. I said I abide by the jury decision. I will do that, and I will not pardon him.
SPEAKER 13 :
I will not pardon him. Very clear, wasn't it? And that was one of many times he has said that. Karine Jean-Pierre, who is the voice of the White House, has repeatedly said, Joe Biden will not pardon Hunter Biden. And cut number two, She said it many times over the last several months. Will the president pardon or commute his son if he's convicted?
SPEAKER 11 :
So I've answered this question before. It was asked of me not too long ago, a couple of weeks ago, and I was very clear and I said no.
SPEAKER 06 :
Is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son?
SPEAKER 11 :
No.
SPEAKER 06 :
The president would not pardon or commute his son, Hunter. I just want to make sure that that is not going to change over the next six months.
SPEAKER 11 :
The president's saying no. It's still a no. It's still a no. It will always be. It's still a no. It will be a no. It is a no. And I don't have anything else to add. Will he pardon his son? No.
SPEAKER 03 :
Why doesn't President Biden just pardon him?
SPEAKER 11 :
President, I've been very clear. The president's not going to pardon him.
SPEAKER 03 :
And one more. President Biden says that he's not going to pardon his son, Hunter. Is he going to ask Donald Trump to do that?
SPEAKER 11 :
I don't have anything else to share about that. I'm not going to go down a rabbit hole on this. I've been very clear. The president's been very clear when we've been asked this question.
SPEAKER 13 :
I've been very clear. The president's been very clear. Not going to go down that rabbit hole. It's a no. It's clearly a no. It's always a no. But yet, last night, Joe Biden issued this statement. Today, I signed a pardon for my son, Hunter. From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department's decision-making, and I kept my word even as I watched my son being selectively and unfairly prosecuted. The president went on to claim that his son has been treated differently by prosecutors. I guess he knows now how the Trump family feels, huh? He wrote, "...without aggravating factors like use in a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form." The president said those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It's clear that Hunter was treated differently. Biden also referenced his son's battle with addiction and blamed raw politics for the unraveling of Hunter's plea deal. He said there's been an effort to break Hunter, who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. He said in trying to break Hunter, they've tried to break me. And there's no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough. The president appealed to you saying, I hope Americans will understand why a father and a president would come to this decision. Which brings me to my question for you today. Do you understand why a father and a president, after repeatedly claiming, I will not pardon my son, offered a very broad pardon. The pardon says that offenses against the U.S. that Hunter Biden has committed or may have committed between January 1st of 2014 and December 1st, 2024, yesterday when the pardon was issued. Are you understanding? You good with this? 800-655-MIKE, 800-655-6453. Your comments are welcome on the MyPillow text line. Calls are welcome as well. Tracy will put you in queue. We'll take as many calls as we have time for. Hope you'll join the conversation on this Monday edition of the Mike Gallagher Show. I'm Joey Hudson, in for Mike.

The Mike Gallagher Show.
SPEAKER 18 :
What happened on Tuesday was historic. It was a meaningful and measurable victory by him. I believe in America as much today as I did on Monday. And I believe my party has to change to ensure that our values and our priorities are aligned with the majority of Americans. Because clearly, as we sit here today, they're not.
SPEAKER 21 :
In the ReliefFactor.com studios, here's Mike.
SPEAKER 13 :
Joey Hudson in for Mike on this breaking news Monday. Elastic cover. Those of you who are holding, just hold tight. We're going to get back to our discussion of the pardon granted yesterday afternoon by President Joe Biden of Hunter Biden after over many years saying he would not do so. One of the most exciting parts of Trump 2-0 coming in and some of the great people that President Trump has appointed or has recommended, of course, some are pending Senate confirmation, others not. is the partnership that we're going to witness between Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy as they head up this new entity known as GOESH. They picked up some unlikely support over the weekend when Senator Bernie Sanders posted on X, Elon Musk is right. The Pentagon, with a budget of $886 billion, just failed its seventh audit in a row. It's lost track of billions. And it appears that Senator Sanders is supporting what Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy is about to do. What I'm so excited about is the fact that we have a couple of successful business people who are going to be taking a look at government expenditures and going to dig deep in how we get out of this mess, literally, that we're in. with the overspending and with the $36 trillion in debt we're in. There's going to have to be some hard decisions made, and these two outsiders, I believe, can do so. We need people with a business mind to do that. On our guest line today, from my home state of South Carolina, our Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evatt, she came to us with that business background because she was a successful business person before becoming our Lieutenant Governor. Pamela Evatt, welcome. How are you?
SPEAKER 07 :
I'm doing great, Joey. I hope you are, too. I mean, so much happens from the days between when we talk to each other. Man, it seems like it's a lifetime.
SPEAKER 13 :
Well, before we get into a couple things that we were planning to talk about, what about this pardon that was issued late last night?
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, I don't know. I think everybody kind of saw that coming at some point, but it's just the hypocrisy just continues to pile up, right? And Biden's statement talking about persecution, using the DOJ, weaponizing the judicial system on Hunter Biden, Wow. It is almost laughable that they can even talk about that when we have seen what they have done to President Trump all over, from New York to Florida, trying to indict him, using the judicial system against him in any way they could. It just is laughable to me, Joey, and I think it's laughable to the American people. So, you know, good luck. You know, we were President Trump isn't in, but we're going to be looking at midterms and trying to keep these margins so that he can have a full four years of cleaning up D.C. And I just think the American people are watching there continue to remember this hypocrisy.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah. You know, you said that it doesn't surprise you. I've had a lot of listeners today who have called in, who have texted in, who have emailed me, who've said the same thing. It didn't surprise them. You know, I kind of thought there was a slight chance that maybe Joe Biden for once. would do what he's been saying. And, you know, if he was going to offer a pardon, I don't understand why he has repeatedly and just in recent weeks say, I'm not going to pardon him. Karine Jean-Pierre has to have egg all over her face right now. I wonder what her attitude is when she walked in to talk to the president today after just Friday. She said he's not going to do it.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, you know, Joey, there won't be a press conference for a while. I think I heard this morning it will be at least three days because he is traveling, I think, in Africa. So she's bought herself a little bit of time. She's hoping, I'm sure, that something big happens in the news world. can shift the focus away from this. I don't see that happening. But yeah, she's just going to have to do what she's had to do so many times is backpedal, backpedal on what she has come out and said and, you know, try to, I don't know, try to kind of bring some validity to all the words she has said for the last four years.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yes. On our guest line today, Lieutenant Governor Pamela Abbott from my home state of South Carolina. Let's talk a minute about one of the things that I'm most excited about, and that's Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy kind of getting under the hood and digging around under the federal spending. Because, you know, with our $36 trillion debt, we have to stop spending somewhere. And we've all known that there's a lot of waste. And when Bernie Sanders... tweeted yesterday that he agrees with what Elon Musk is doing, calling out the fact that the Pentagon has failed the last seven audits. What business, and you're in this business, you're a numbers person, what business who fails seven audits gets to stay in business?
SPEAKER 07 :
None. But you know what I find the hypocrisy of this is? Is that he wants to target on the Pentagon. He wants to target on defense. When we're living in a time where the entire world is in turmoil, Bernie Sanders is going to talk about defense and not talk about all the pet projects and all the social money that he's been giving away, right? Let's focus on defense. That is such a Democratic move. But the Democrats love that, right? Let's go after our servicemen and women. Let's go after their budget. But I am very hopeful. You know, you have two good businessmen at the helm. You have Elon Musk. You have Vivek Ramaswamy. I came out of the business world. So I understand. You have to be able to live within your means, right? It's what we would say to anybody when managing their household. And it's going to be eye-opening when they come in and really start to uncover and be transparent with the amount of dollars that we are wasting. And, you know, the Democrats want to raise taxes. That's how they want to generate money. And as Republicans, we're going to show the American people that we are going to be good stewards of their tax dollar and we're going to cut wasteful spending. And that's how we're going to get the U.S. back on track. That's how we're going to get out of this horrible debt scenario that we're in.
SPEAKER 13 :
With me today, South Carolina Lieutenant Governor Pamela Abbott. Having someone like Vivek Ramaswamy and Elon Musk, two business people, and again, you came from the business world when you entered the political world. What advantages do these businessmen have that bureaucrats probably wouldn't when you start digging into how our tax dollars are being spent?
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, when you're in business, you're accountable, right? So you understand that you're accountable to the bottom line, you're accountable to your creditors, and they're gonna bring that same sense of accountability to government. Owning a business myself and growing it into a national company, you have to make sure you're living within your means. you can't make bad decisions you just can't throw good money after bad money and so they're going to come in and say hey wait a minute why are we spending this much on this and what is it getting what is the roi you know business people talk about what is what is the roi on making an investment and you know is that return going to be worth the risk you're taking And that's what we're going to see them do. They're going to look at these pet projects that are out there that we're funding. You know, like we always hear about the proverbial bridge to nowhere. Right. How are we going to find and unroot all that stuff? And that's the business sense. You know, when you're a business owner and I say this all the time. you understand what it's like to sign the front of a check and not just the back of a check. And they're going to bring just that mindset to the Office of Efficiency. And so I just think we all better buckle up in January because it is going to be a very exciting ride.
SPEAKER 13 :
It's going to be exciting for sure. Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evans, always a pleasure. Appreciate what you do in my home state of South Carolina. And I hope to talk with you again real soon.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, Joey, it's always great to be with you and it's an honor to serve. And so I'm just blessed to be Lieutenant Governor of the great state of South Carolina.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah, have a great day. Thanks for being with us. Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evatt from my home state of South Carolina. Hey, let me take a quick reminder because Mike made it very clear as he is going to be out this week to remind you about the annual Angel Tree Christmas giving campaign. So many kids across the country look forward to Christmas. more than any other day. It's an exciting day to get up and have those presents around the tree. The excitement of waking up early and seeing those presents, seeing that Santa has come, is the joy of childhood, yet that's not always what happens with some of these kids. For many of the kids, their mom and dad is in prison and they just don't experience that christmas like we are accustomed to in fact some of these boys and girls even dread christmas and that's heartbreaking to think about these young kids not enjoying christmas you can change that and that's why we're asking you to help every year mike partners with the non-profit prison fellowship to help bless these kids through the angel tree christmas program there's a banner reading change a child's christmas on MikeOnline.com. Let me encourage you to go there. Let me ask you to do that and help us be able to bless some of these kids. Your donation today can literally change a child's life for eternity. The cost to reach one child through Angel Tree is just $30. Can you do that for me today? Can you do $50? Can you do $100? Can you do $1,000? and change Christmas for a boy and a girl. Make us a special gift, a note. He or she will get a note from his mom or his dad and a Bible. They'll literally get God's Word. But the impact of your gift doesn't stop there. Listen to Prison Fellowship's Ambassador Jermaine, who's a former prisoner himself, tell about the impact of Angel Tree, which had on his own son.
SPEAKER 14 :
There wasn't a Christmas that went by where he didn't hear or receive something from his dad. So that void that he, like most kids have, my son was able to have that void fulfilled during Christmas time because gifts always came on behalf of his dad. And so he knows dad was there during the holiday season. Although he couldn't see me that day, the gifts was a great representation and filled my spot.
SPEAKER 13 :
You can help other kids experience that same feeling. So through your generosity, Angel Tree helps show the love of Jesus all year long to children with a parent in prison. Please go to mikeonline.com, click on the Change a Child's Christmas banner, or you can phone your generous gift to 888-206-2788. 888-206-2788. If you prefer, you can text mikeg. to 717767.
SPEAKER 1 :

SPEAKER 13 :
Just text Mike G, and we'll send you a link where you can donate. This is the most blessed season of the year, and thanks to you, it'll be special for these boys and girls to receive a gift, a personal note from their parents, and a Bible, all through Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree program. Will you help today? Go to MikeOnline.com. Give generously. Have yourself Merry little Christmas.

Portions of today's show brought to you by Americans for Prosperity. All right, so I just got to point out that my friends at Americans for Prosperity made a huge difference in this year's election. They literally have feet on the ground. They're out there working. They're in the battle. AFP volunteers made millions of voter contacts. which is just mind-blowing, the numbers, the sheer numbers of people they contacted. They're the largest, most effective ground game operation in the country to defend and advance the conservative movement. But now that the election is behind us, the hard work of turning electoral victory into policy win begins right now. And the grassroots army with Americans for Prosperity will again be in the thick of it. We have an incredible opportunity next year to get the country back on track, but it means that we're all going to have to roll up our sleeves and get to work. If you're ready to join a winning team and make a difference across the country, check out my friends at Americans for Prosperity. Learn more at americansforprosperity.org, americansforprosperity.org. A lot of pushback among Democrats on X. Benny Johnson wrote, Joe Biden's pardon of Hunter is not... being received well by DNC operators. They're calling the pardon stupidly selfish, senile, BS, and just plain wrong. Democrats are calling Biden a serial liar, saying he destroyed his legacy. They know how terrible this is. Chris Silliza, a colossally selfish decision that will allow every Trump supporter to note that Democrats say one thing and do another. We've recognized that before now, but certainly solidifies it, doesn't it? Nate Silver, the pollster who did everything he could to try to tilt things in the Kamala Harris direction, said the White House consistently lied about this. Joe Walsh. This is utter BS, just plain wrong and stupidly selfish. Shame on you, Mr. President. You've given Trump license now to dole out favors to his family and wealthy friends. And when he does, you've given his supporters the opportunity to say everyone does it. And by the way, Biden, you lied. There's some anger, some frustration, some disappointment in Joe Biden's own party today. because he said this. And I keep going back to, is Joe Biden, we know he lies, but did he know this all along? Was he saying back in the summer when he was a candidate that he would not pardon his son? Was he just out and out lying then, or did he believe himself? Did he believe he wouldn't do this? And maybe he kept saying it because he didn't want to hurt Kamala Harris. Maybe he thought that Kamala Harris might do him a favor. Hard to say. Let's go back to the phone and see what you think. 800-655-MIKE, 1-800-655-6453. Darrell is in Washington. Welcome, Darrell. Hi. Can you hear me? Loud and clear, Darrell. How are you?
SPEAKER 15 :
I don't think that Joe Biden's pardon should even have any validity. I just want to talk about Hunter Biden's laptop that ruined Rudy Giuliani's life. There are over 400 felonies on that laptop. Jack Massey, all these people, their lives were ruined because they wanted to show the truth about what Hunter Biden was doing. The guy needs to go to jail. Period. The whole family is dirty.
SPEAKER 13 :
Maybe Joe Biden should have issued some other pardons for some of the other people that you just talked about who got caught up in this.
SPEAKER 15 :
Anyway, that's my comment. Have a great day. Thank you. Appreciate your call.
SPEAKER 13 :
800-655-6453. Tim is in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Welcome, Tim.
SPEAKER 16 :
Yes, Joey. Just want to share a theory I read this morning on the Hunter Biden pardon. I believe all along that they thought Kamala was going to win. She had the press on her side. She had a billion dollars. She was going to win, and then as a favor to Joe, she was going to pardon Hunter.
SPEAKER 13 :
So all those times during the summer when he stared at us saying, I will not pardon my son, he was thinking, well, I won't pardon him, but Kamala will.
SPEAKER 16 :
Exactly. I believe that was the plan.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah. Good point. That could be the case, Tim. Appreciate your phone call. 1-800-655-MIKE. One line open. Ron is in Illinois. Welcome, Ron. Hold on there. We'll get back to you, Ron, in just a minute. I'm Joey Hudson, in for Mike Gallagher.

SPEAKER 13 :
Joey Hudson in for Mike today as he is on a listener cruise with a group of enthusiastic listeners from the Dennis Prager Show. We continue to pray for a full recovery today. for our friend and colleague Dennis Prager. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre faced the press for the first time this morning. Boy, I'm sorry I missed this. I would have loved to have been able to see her. Actually, there wasn't any video of this. We just got the audio. She is traveling. But one reporter asked KJP if those previous statements denying a pardon could be seen as lies to the American people. Here's her response.
SPEAKER 05 :
You have said repeatedly yourself since the election, the president has said for months no pardon was coming. I just, I wanted to ask you, could those statements now be seen as lies from the American people? Is there really a credibility issue here given now this announcement?
SPEAKER 10 :
First of all, One of the things that the president always believes is to be truthful to the American people. That is something that he always truly believes. And if you see the end of his, I assume that you've read his statement and you look at the end of that statement, and he actually says that in the first line in the last paragraph. and respects the thinking and how the American people will actually see this in his decision-making. And I would encourage everyone to read in full the president's statement. I think he lays out his thought process. He lays out how he came to this decision. He came to this decision this weekend. So let's be very clear about that. He says it himself. It's in his voice. He said he came to this decision this weekend. And he said he wrestled with this. And because he believes in the justice system, but he also believes that the war politics infected the process and led to a miscarriage of justice.
SPEAKER 13 :
So should the president also pardon Donald Trump? Because he got caught up in this war of politics as well, did he not? From the same Department of Justice. How can she, with a straight face, say that the president always tells the truth to the American people? The statement that she's referring to, that last paragraph reads, For my entire career, I've followed a simple principle. Just tell the American people the truth. This is from Joe Biden yesterday. He said they'll be fair-minded. Here's the truth. I believe in the justice system, but as I've wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process, and it's led to a miscarriage of justice. And once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a president would come to this decision. Now, what happened, and it's very clear, We learned over the weekend that Hunter Biden's defense team had prepared a 52-page argument on why he should be pardoned. I'm sure that was the discussion at the Biden family Thanksgiving dinner table. And it worked. They pushed Joe Biden into doing something he said that he was not going to do. Maybe he meant it all along. Maybe he was always going to issue a pardon just when he thought he could get away with it. Back to the phones. Kent is in Dallas, Texas. Welcome, Kent. You're on the Mike Gallagher Show.
SPEAKER 08 :
Joey, thank you. It's nice to be on the show. I love Mike, but I love when you fill in for him. You do a great job.
SPEAKER 13 :
Thank you. Appreciate that. What's on your mind today?
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, about the Hunter Biden pardon. To me, I look at evidence. I'm a former auditor, accountant. I just look at the facts that are there. And there's never been any evidence to support his statement that he was not going to pardon Hunter. I think as soon as he said that, that pardon was rewritten and filed away. Yeah. Again, there was no evidence. And also, the more that they are adamant about something, they've already made up their mind. You know, it's, I'm not going to pardon him. He said it over and over again. You don't have to reinforce that to me if it's true. It's just like, oh, I've always believed in telling the American public the truth. He said that over and over again. Guess what? If you're an honest person, you don't have to say that over and over and over again. You're what the Democrats do an excellent job of. They say that sometimes that there's enough people out there that will believe it if you get enough time.
SPEAKER 13 :
Well, I appreciate your phone call, Kent. Have a great day in Dallas. You know, I'm getting so many text messages, e-mails. You can e-mail me directly, joeyhudson.com, of people just like Kent saying, I always thought it was going to happen. I just think it's incredible that a president of the United States, even a Democrat, can stand there and tell a bold-faced lie to the American people. Sarah's in Chicago. Welcome, Sarah.
SPEAKER 09 :
Hi there. For four years, we've been treated to lies. The border is secure. Inflation is temporary. Crime is down. A jobs report will come out that's flattering only to be fixed, amended later. We are not surprised. We are not fooled.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yep. Look, I guess shame on me, Sarah, for believing maybe for once he was going to tell the truth. Appreciate your phone call. Joe is in Battle Creek, Michigan. Welcome, Joe.
SPEAKER 15 :
Hi, Joey. Thanks for hearing me. So, hey, you know what? I'm not mad at Joe Biden. Who wouldn't? You know, I'm not mad at the lie. He's been lying for 50 years. Joe, I'm mad because just like in Congress, when they spend millions of dollars on some investigation, they know is not going to get past the Senate. I'm mad at the prosecutors because months ago I knew. Months and months ago, I knew that if they brought charges against him while his dad was in the office, he was going to get free. So to me, I'm angry about the fact that they even wasted the time because it's all a bunch of smoke and mirrors like we're used to seeing with this government that we've been under for all these years. So basically, there's no surprise. Joe Biden's a liar. He's been a liar. I'm just mad that they even brought it. before he got out of office. If they would have brought it in January, then justice could have been served. That's my point. Thanks for hearing me out.
SPEAKER 13 :
Sure thing, Joe. Appreciate your phone. Well, it just reinforces the idea of why we need Pam Bondi as the Attorney General, why we need Kash Patel heading up the FBI's. It really reinforces that we need to clean house in our justice system. I wonder if Joe Biden, he talks about the raw politics of, of the situation with Hunter. I wonder if he believes that the same is true with what Donald Trump has been through and the Trump family. Do you think Biden thinks that it was raw politics of all the time that Donald Trump has spent in the courtroom these past few years? Matt is in Minnesota. Welcome Matt.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah, thanks. I think this caps off the humiliation of the Biden family from Joe Biden. having to pardon his son to protect him from the crimes that they have all committed completes the humiliation of their family. And the American people spoke about four weeks ago and said, we're done with you people. Let's move on. I agree with President Trump that revenge is... is success, and that's what we have to focus on, like you just said, with Cash Patel and Pam Bond.
SPEAKER 13 :
We've got to get in and clean house. Matt, appreciate your phone call. 800-655-MIKE, 1-800-655-6453. Your comments are welcome on the MyPillow text line. You can continue doing those after the show. Appreciate you joining me today on this special edition of the Mike Gallagher Show. It's been a busy one. I'm Joey Hudson, in for Mike Gallagher. We'll be back again tomorrow. Thanks to the team, Tracy, Eric, and Christian. Have a blessed day.
SPEAKER 12 :
I don't really like working. I'm going to need a priority parking space. I only work remotely. How are your safe spaces? Can I bring my dog to work? Will your company protect me against microaggressions? You're triggering me. Is this interview almost over?
SPEAKER 04 :
You don't run a daycare. You run a business. So why use high-priced recruitment agencies who charge you up to 40% of an employee's first year salary? So they're focused on getting you the costly talent, not the best fit. Which means you get more of this.
SPEAKER 12 :
What's your policy on paying employees to attend protests? I demand eight weeks of vacation. I need at least 12 weeks of paid vacation. I'm going to need a lot of mental health days. Do you have a game room? My pronouns are Zs and Zs.
SPEAKER 04 :
Isn't it time you hired grown-ups? Call redballoon.work and skip those high-priced recruitment agencies. Call 833-880-0600 for a free consultation. That's 833-880-0600 for a free consultation.
