Join us for a compelling conversation on the impact of misinformation in the digital age. We explore the way false narratives can persist online, affecting personal and political reputations for years after they are initially posted. The episode also covers the ongoing philanthropic efforts by Food for the Poor and brings attention to the challenges of maintaining public trust in the media and political figures.
SPEAKER 09 :
He’s the happy conservative wart. From the Relief Factor studios, here’s Mike Dillon.
SPEAKER 16 :
Let me ask you a question in total good faith, from the heart, and I mean this sincerely. Do Democrats feel comfortable defending violent, vicious, murderous, horrific, thug, animalistic gang members like Trent DiIragua? Do they feel good about it? You think that the argument they’re making about the so-called or supposed lack of due process is landing with the American people? What do you think the family of Jocelyn Nungary thinks, seeing all the Democrats line up in defense of Tren de Aragua? And I know, again, total good faith here. I know they wouldn’t say they’re defending Tren de Aragua, but they are. There isn’t any way around that. There’s no way to unpack this other than what it is. What if they get the wrong gang member? What if it’s not really a gang member? What if he has a gang member tattoo, but he’s not really a gang member? Oh, no. They might scoop us up. Whoopi Goldberg yesterday actually said she’s at risk of deportation. Whoopi, I don’t think you have to worry about anything. Nobody’s going to deport you. You are an American citizen. And the left, in its hysteria, conflates American citizens with illegal immigrants. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. And the truth of the matter is, Americans, normal Americans, aren’t on the side of the Democrats on this. And I wonder if Democrats are sitting around saying, what are we doing? Look, it’s not my job to advise the Democrats. I hope Republicans continue to win elections. I think we’ll get our country back if we do. I know there are plenty of normal Democrats in America. You know me. I’m not the red meat, you know, take no prisoners, DEFCON 1 talk show host. I’m distressed about the atmosphere in America right now in some quarters, particularly in blue cities. I drove by a pro-Ukraine protest yesterday in St. Petersburg, Florida. Now, which is okay. I mean, protest is an American tradition. And you have a right to peacefully protest. If you’re upset about Russia and Ukraine, okay, go stand out there and let your voice be heard. You go around damaging people’s vehicles because you don’t like Elon? Oh, by the way, speaking of Elon, the astronauts are coming home. The astronauts are being returned. Thanks to Elon and Donald Trump. President Trump said, get them home now. And the media has done an entire rewrite of the astronaut story. The media is pretending, well, they weren’t really stranded. It’s not like they were running out of air or food or anything. They were supposed to be there a week. They’ve been up there nine months. Reportedly because Biden didn’t want to give a Trump supporter like Elon Musk any opportunity to make the Biden administration look bad. I don’t want to believe that. I want to believe that’s false. I really do. I want to believe that even the Biden administration wasn’t that petty and ridiculous. You’ve got to be careful sometimes the things that you hear, even if they fall into a narrative that you agree with. This morning I woke up. Somebody posted on X an essay against Obama that was supposedly written by me. If you see that essay anywhere, I didn’t write it. Years and years ago. Do you remember this, Eric? This must have been 20 years ago. This is the weirdest thing. Somebody posted an essay saying, about Barack Obama and how he’s a secret Muslim. And they posted it on my, I think back in the day, back on my Facebook page. And the person, then somehow that got reposted, and it was attributed to me. Mike Gallagher, eighth most listened to talk show host in America, writes a brilliant essay about Obama, the secret Muslim. I didn’t write that. It had nothing to do with it. Somebody posted it on my Facebook page like 20-some years ago. Well, now this guy, Ken somebody, posts it this morning. He’s only got about a quarter of a million followers. I’m like, no, I didn’t write it. Look, I don’t, you know me, I mean, I’m a registered Republican and certainly not an Obama voter. But I didn’t write the essay. There’s a whole bunch of things in there. I think in that essay, I suspect that aren’t true. I don’t know. I really have never spent time researching it point by point because I had anything to do with it. And one of my followers on X reposted it. I think it’s LeBron Travel or somebody, real nice guy or gal, whoever it is. But I’m like, no, no, no, I didn’t write that. That’s not me. It’s astounding to me that a falsehood like that can linger on the Internet forever. Never goes away, I guess. So, oh well, what are you going to do? So, for the record, if you ever see an essay online attributed to me about Obama, the secret Muslim, it wasn’t me. I didn’t write it. I didn’t compose it. I didn’t even post it. So you’ve got to be wary of stuff that you see online. Not everything is true. They try so hard with community notes and everything to be accurate, but look, stuff can still fall through the cracks. 800-655-MIKE, 800-655-6453. We’ve got a lot of big things to cover for you. A lot of breaking news a little later this hour. We’re going to visit with Kyle Olson, who’s an investigative reporter. He’s a journalist. We’ll talk a little bit about this deportation of Tren de Aragua, the gang members. That’s what Dave in Columbus wants to talk about. Hey, Dave, welcome back. How have you been?
SPEAKER 07 :
I’m fine, Mike. Thank you. Good. Hey, all this business involving the deportations and that judge trying to block it. Right. And all the crazy stuff going on. Mike, this is just more evidence. of that mental illness known as Trump derangement syndrome. If this was going on under Biden, they wouldn’t be saying a thing. Well, that’s what I mean.
SPEAKER 16 :
I mean, aren’t normal Democrats saying we look bad defending these violent gang members? Aren’t they saying that? I would, but I don’t hear anybody saying that on their side. It’s amazing. This is Trump’s superpower. This is what Trump does. He gets them into a position where he sort of backs them into a corner, and they start flailing about, and they take the most incomprehensible positions. Why would they? I mean, Dave, I’m watching this in amazement. Surely there’s normal Democrats who are glad that violent gang members are getting kicked out of America.
SPEAKER 07 :
I love Trump. He’s a chess player. And especially with the media, he plays them for the fools that they are. You’d think they would have learned something by now. They never do.
SPEAKER 16 :
That’s the thing. You’re so right, Dave. Great hearing from you again. That’s what’s amazing. They never seem to get it. They never learn. I mean, honestly, let me pose the question to a Democrat. I know we’ve got plenty of Democrats who listen and watch the show. Jump on board. 800-655-MIKE. Aren’t you embarrassed that your party position seems to be to defend Trendy Aragua? Horrible, murderous, monstrous gang members. Aren’t you uncomfortable with that? I mean, let me just put a call out. I’ve got an all points bulletin now. A shout out. Democrat members of the audience. What do you think of your party defending Trendy Aragua gang members? who have been deported to El Salvador. 800-655-MIKE, 800-655-6453. Join us. I just got the daily report for our Food for the Poor campaign. Look, if the new kid on the block, Chris DeGaulle, beats us in the campaign… I’m in big trouble. I’m giving up. You can’t let that happen. If you like what we do, because we’re all doing this together, this Food for the Poor campaign, I’m going to give you the phone number that I didn’t give you a moment ago. I just need 400 people to pop in 100 bucks. Let’s get 100 people today to donate $100. Food for the Poor. This is what we do. We do this a few times a year. And here’s the phone number that I left out before. If you want to make a phone call, have your credit card standing by and call Food for the Poor. 844-860-HOPE. That’s 844-860-4673. Or you can go to mikeonline.com, click on that banner at the top of the page, or just text the keyword food to 800-655-MIKE, and we’ll send you back the link. And thank you, thank you, thank you for supporting our Food for the Poor campaign. Come on, let’s get there. Come on, 400 people. Wouldn’t it be amazing? How astounding would it be if I could touch the hearts of 400 people, maybe even you, Ed, in Naples? Instead of being grumpy at me, feed starving children. Clothe the naked. Feed the hungry. Partner with the Christian ministry. All I need is 400 people to donate 100 bucks, and we’re there. We’ve got our goal. Maybe we could do it today. Go to mikeonline.com, click on the banner, or call 844-860-HOPE. Call 844-860-4673. However you reach out, I do hope you’ll join me as folks just like you all over America step up to help our friends at the Christian nonprofit international relief organization, Food for the Poor. Thank you, thank you, thank you. White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt had the normal American reaction yesterday to the deportation of Tren de Aragua.
SPEAKER 01 :
Trend de Aragua is now a designated foreign terrorist organization. And as I said, there were nearly 200 Trend de Aragua members who were sent to El Salvador this weekend. Countless lives will be saved because of this action. And if you talk to the families, the Angel families, as I mentioned, Blake and Riley and Jocelyn Nungre, they understand the grave cost of life at the hands of these illegal terrorists. And the president is proud to deliver on that promise for them.
SPEAKER 16 :
How could you not understand the grave consequences of allowing a dangerous, violent terrorist group, Tren de Aragua, on American soil? But look, here’s a Democrat. Let me give you a Democrat’s perspective. Then we’re going to take a caller who has some problems with the deportation of these vermin. Here’s Jim Himes from Connecticut.
SPEAKER 02 :
This is sort of classic Hollywood. That is going to last right up into the moment that it is discovered that some innocent person is now being brutalized in a Salvadoran prison. When the blowback that inevitably comes when you completely ignore due process comes to roost in the form of stories of people being horribly abused, that’s when the numbers are going to begin to change a little bit.
SPEAKER 16 :
There you go. Anderson Cooper hosting a Tren de Aragua supporting Democrat on CNN last night. Democrats have supported Hamas quite publicly. It’s amazing how Democrats are so lost in 2025 that they keep defending indefensible things. And I just wonder if there’s any normal Democrats or independents around. I know, Doug, you and I have argued many times. You’re back. You described yourself as an independent, not a Democrat. Is that correct? That is correct. So tell me what you think about people on TV like Jim Himes and Jessica Tarloff on Fox and others defending Trend de Aragua.
SPEAKER 08 :
I want them exported as quickly as possible. Well, you got your wish. Well, it’s about it’s about executive power and the rule of law. Right. I mean, you wouldn’t want a Democratic president coming in next and, you know, banning internal combustion engines and I don’t know, nationalizing private property.
SPEAKER 16 :
Well, no, I would like a Democrat president. I’d love it if a Democrat president quickly and expeditiously deported violent gang members. I’d be all about that. I don’t think I’d go on the air and say, gosh, I wish that Democrat would give more due process to a murderous, violent gang of terrorists. I mean, you understand, Doug, that… And look, I appreciate the debate about executive power, and that’s going to be decided by the courts, and it’s a worthy discussion. You have to understand the optics of what it sounds like. It sounds very clear that you’re willing to defend a violent gang.
SPEAKER 08 :
No, absolutely not. What I don’t want is, I think the court was asking, what, for a 14-day pause? I think there’s, you know, I mean, you’ve got to look at it.
SPEAKER 16 :
Are we at war? The court? Are we at war? The court? Excuse me. The court? You mean the Trump-hating judge? You know about this judge and his wife and his kid and stuff, right? You know who this guy is. You know the judge’s role, the Obama-appointed judge? You know how he showed up during January 6th hearings? You think this guy is pure as the driven snow? He’s got an agenda, Doug. Well, that’s why the Trump administration is appealing the ruling, right? They have to. They have to. They kicked it to the Ninth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit, a liberal court. I mean, really, it’s all you guys got. It’s all you have are judges who are going to try to challenge Trump’s constitutional executive authority. And again, that’s okay. Let’s have the debate. Let’s let the Supreme Court decide it. I hope the Supreme Court gets it right, and then you guys will have to move on to something else. But you’ve got to look at, I’m just asking you to open your eyes at the optics of it. People hear you, whether you want to admit it or not, defending a violent, terroristic, murderous group of people. We want them out. We want them gone. I mean, are you really sitting around wondering whether the tattoos are accurately depicting Tren de Aragua? Is that your position, Doug? Absolutely not. Okay. While I got you on the line, what do you think of Elon?
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, I think he’s done a pretty good job with his businesses. He’s made some bad moves on the ones that aren’t taking federal funds. But, yeah, he’s made a lot of money off the government. I mean, yeah.
SPEAKER 16 :
You guys can’t help yourself. Hey, did you hear the astronauts are coming home? You glad that Elon sent SpaceX up there to get them back?
SPEAKER 08 :
Hey, I think that Boeing Starship stuck the landing when it returned. It was an abundance of caution, and it was always the plan to have, since Boeing’s not ready, it was always the plan to have SpaceX bring them back.
SPEAKER 16 :
You’re just not going to give credit where credit is due, are you, Doug? I mean, I asked you what you think of Elon, and you had to get the MSNBC talking points in there about the government assistance he’s gotten. Doug! I don’t watch MSNBC. I was listening to you, Mike. Doug, you can do better than that. You could do better than that. But try again. You call regularly, and that’s our resident independent quote-unquote. I don’t think you’d describe Kyle Olson as being other than an exemplary investigative journalist, and I want to get his take. He’s the founder and managing editor of The Midwesterner, which is an investigative news site based in Michigan. You’ll want to hear what Kyle Olson has to say next.
SPEAKER 12 :
There was turkey, there was caviar, and long, tall glasses with wine up to… PhD weight loss has changed my life, and I’ve got a little secret for you.
SPEAKER 16 :
You know Big Pharma and semaglutide and the shots in the belly. You’ve seen the story recently about the study that shows that a lot of people that are getting this are going blind? You don’t want to do this. You want a program to lose weight that’s centered around science and nutrition, a proven roadmap that has helped over 8,000 clients lose weight and keep it off light. Call 864-644-1900, 864-644-1900, or visit MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
SPEAKER 09 :
The Mike Gallagher Show.
SPEAKER 04 :
First of all, the mood of the country. This really jumped out. We asked folks, is it on the right direction or the wrong direction? That 44% who say right direction, that’s up since November. And if that doesn’t seem like a lot, the last time it cracked 40%, you got to go back to 2012. The last time it actually hit 44 or higher, January of 2004.
SPEAKER 09 :
In the relieffactor.com studios, here’s Mike.
SPEAKER 16 :
The mood of the country. It’s hard to define it right now. I try to get a pretty good sense of how Americans are feeling, what they’re thinking. The day that Trump came down the gold escalator, I had a real strong feeling that this was going to be pretty spectacular. At the end of the day, I suspect we’re kind of captivated by a relatively small number of unhinged people that are doing some crazy stuff. But institutionally I wonder why the Democrats are unwilling to sort of even support the deportation of murderous, violent criminals like Tren D’Iragua. We’re going to talk to Kyle Olson here in just a moment, an investigative journalist who’s covered this. He’s covered a lot of great stuff, especially in Michigan. I love the work that he did with Gretchen Whitmer, that tyrannical governor of Michigan. Before we get to Kyle, though, let me remind you that portions of our show are sponsored by MyPillow. And look, don’t forget Mike Lindell and MyPillow in March. Because all the things that we’re seeing, all the craziness, all the unhinged behavior from the Democrats, they’ve done everything possible to cancel my pillow and Mike Lindell because of his friendship with Trump and because of Mike’s belief in election integrity. His views, they’re trying everything possible to end it. And you don’t let it. You’re there. You always stand by people who get targeted in this way. And I’m so grateful that MyPillow is still thriving and surviving. Make it a MyPillow Tuesday. Right now, their mega sale, they’re offering the multi-use MyPillow 2.0 regularly $49.94, now just $9.98. $9.98! For a MyPillow, limit 15 per customer, please. If you haven’t been to the site lately, go to MyPillow.com and look for the Mike Gallagher Specials Square. When you click on that box, you’ll see all the incredible items, the pillows, the Giza Dream Sheets, the flannel sheets, the MySlippers. The loungewear, they’ve even got great dish towels and bath towels. Mike came up with bath towels that actually work, that are truly absorbent. You’ll save over 50% on this season’s flannel sheets. You’ll see. Again, make it a MyPillow Tuesday and support a patriot and a great American company. like Mike Lindell’s MyPillow. MyPillow.com, promo code MikeG. MyPillow.com, promo code MikeG. Or call 800-928-6034. 800-928-6034. Sing along with me. For the best night’s sleep in the whole wide world, visit MyPillow.com. Promo code MikeG. Kyle Olson founded and is managing editor of The Midwesterner. It’s an investigative news site based in Michigan. He specializes in deep investigative reporting and talks a lot about education reform, debunks the false liberal media and Democrat-pushed narrative. You can go to themidwesterner.news. Kyle Olson, great to have you here on The Mike Gallagher Show. How are you, sir?
SPEAKER 11 :
I’m doing great. Thanks for having me.
SPEAKER 16 :
I’m sitting here wondering, and I don’t want to just drag you into the political realm, but just the idea of right-wrong rule of law versus anarchy. There have got to be normal Democrats who are walking around saying, wait a minute, we can’t look like we’re defending Trend de Aragua. And yet, Kyle, they are. Can you walk through the drama here of Trump’s deportation of this violent, violent, terroristic gang and how the Democrats wound up sort of sounding supportive of them?
SPEAKER 11 :
Well, there’s lots of things going on related to that. President Trump, he was one of those candidates that was very clear during the election. There’s a lot of candidates that they sort of waffle or they’re vague. Trump was very clear about deportations, getting bad people out of the country, specifically naming the gangs that are a problem in our country. And the reality is there are problems everywhere. There are problems in Michigan, everywhere. And so we are seeing this in Michigan, where there’s individuals that are being arrested either intentionally or during traffic stops or whatever it is. He wants to get them out of the country. This should not be a controversial issue. And yet you’ve got judges and you’ve got Democrats who are wringing their hands and saying, whether it’s like a Columbia, well, he has free speech rights. or it’s the gangs in Michigan, they don’t know what to do. And so you’ve got, like you said, I mean, you would think that there’s some reasonable, sensible Democrats who are saying, look, if there are criminals in our country, we should get them out. But then you’ve got other individuals who are saying, well, they just want to be in our country and we should let them be here.
SPEAKER 16 :
Scott Jennings last night on CNN pointed out the Democrats like to conflate legal citizens with illegal immigrants. They do this all the time. Well, it could be us next. They’re going to be rounding us up. Whoopi Goldberg said, they’re going to round me up next. I mean, and this is a nationwide crisis. President Trump has rightfully declared this a war. We are under siege. And look, it happens everywhere. I mean, I think I was reading over at the Midwesterner about a guy arrested in Auburn Hills, Michigan, a Venezuelan illegal wanted for kidnapping and torture in Colorado.
SPEAKER 11 :
Right. And we’ll have a story today about five illegal aliens from El Salvador and Mexico that were arrested in Sault Ste. Marie, which is in the northern part right across from Canada. Right. and so this is happening all over the the state and what’s happening is you’ve got individuals like jocelyn benson the michigan secretary of state who’s running for governor she’s saying well we need migrants because who is going to pick the crops who is going to work on the farms and and and she’s implying that farmers are supporting illegal immigration but if you talk to farmers they’re saying we need migrants we have worked with migrants for decades But we have a legal process that we go through where they get a work visa and they’re in the country legally. That’s entirely different than people coming across the border, breaking our laws, then ending up in our communities. There was another story in Clare County where an individual was driving well over 100 miles an hour trying to evade the police, obviously putting individuals in the community at risk. And so this is happening across the state. But but not only do you have people like Jocelyn Benson who are sort of justifying and excusing what’s going on, but you have sheriffs as well. The new sheriff of Washtenaw County, which is where Ann Arbor is. is saying we’re not going to work for ICE or work with ICE. And so if we have an illegal alien in our jail and ICE attempts to work with a judge to issue a detainer, we’re not going to honor that. So we have this real divide where even members of the law enforcement community are not believing that we should be deporting criminal illegal aliens.
SPEAKER 16 :
Look, I appreciate your work very much, and I hope everybody goes to themidwesterner.news, themidwesterner.news. Check out Kyle Olson’s work and the great stuff you guys are doing. Keep fighting the good fight, and come back and visit with us again, okay? Anytime. Thank you. Appreciate it. Kyle Olson, a real, real guy. bona fides. I mean, he’s worked with Glenn Beck and contributor at Town Hall. He’s been on Fox News, The Blaze. Look, this is the kind of common sense perspective we need. Like Kurt Schlichter once said, it’s it’s us normals versus the rest of the world. Portions of our show brought to you by MyPillow. And the flannel sheets are 50% off right now. You’ll save over 50% the flannel sheets mega sale from MyPillow. Look, you know what Mike Lindell was put through. You understand the way they’ve targeted MyPillow and tried to shut them down. But you keep standing in their way, and MyPillow goes strong thanks to your support. MyPillow is excited about their first ever mega sale on overstock clearance and brand new products like the flannel sheets. And Mike is also offering right now as a thank you to you. SPEAKER 09 :
He’s the happy conservative warrior. From the Relief Factor studios, here’s Mike Deller.
SPEAKER 16 :
It’s a pretty big breaking news day. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth is about to release the Benghazi documents. Who can ever forget Hillary Clinton? who said, oh, I don’t know if Chris Stevens and Sean Smith and Glenn Doherty and Tyrone Woods were killed by protesters or people out taking a walk. What difference does it make? Remember that incredible exchange? Remember that astonishing act of depravity? What difference? It made a lot of difference to the families of those four men who were murdered and In Benghazi, Trump is set to release the Kennedy assassination files. Why do I think this is going to be a giant nothing burger? I don’t even know what rabbit hole to go down on this one. You know, when I lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, one of the first things I remember visiting was the sixth floor museum. They have a whole museum now. around the sniper’s lair where Lee Harvey Oswald fired those fatal shots. And, of course, if I had to ask you today, do you think he acted alone, I’ll bet most people would say no. Probably not. Who knows? I mean, CIA… I think Roger Stone has… Doesn’t Roger Stone have a book out suggesting, I think, LBJ was involved? Uh… The Mafia. All kinds of theories about the grassy knoll. And it’s really fascinating to go to that sixth floor museum, which is the building that used to be the Texas School Book Depository. Because you can stand in the area, the corner space there, where Oswald had barricaded himself with all those cardboard boxes and look down on the street and… It was an easy shot. I mean, Kennedy was a sitting duck. I was really amazed at how close it was. You know, you grow up and you see stories about the Kennedy assassination, and it feels like… You look at it through the prism of film and photographs, and it seemed like, well, that was really hard to pull off that. No, it wasn’t. It was not hard at all. He was very close, and my personal belief is that he probably acted alone. We may never know. But maybe we’ll find out today. We’ll see as the JFK files are going to be released. Speaking of President Trump, you know, his superpower is continuing to expose or maybe the better word is show Democrats or push them into a position that I can’t believe they want to be in. For example, wasn’t all that long ago the Democrats were all about EVs. and saving the planet. Biden had electric vehicle mandates that Trump is certainly going to dismantle. Now, one of the biggest electric vehicle companies in the world, arguably the most popular, is under siege. Every night on social media, I see videos of people keying Teslas and damaging Teslas. and defacing Tesla dealerships and superchargers. And Trump managed to get a prominent Senate Democrat, Mark Kelly, to brag about turning in his Tesla, which he already paid for, so Elon got the money, but he’s so performative, this former astronaut, that he turned in his Tesla his Tesla, and traded it in for a big gas-guzzling SUV, this monster SUV, which can’t possibly be good for the planet, right, Senator Kelly? Check this out.
SPEAKER 17 :
All right, here I am with my new ride, Chevy, good old Chevy Tahoe. Here in Washington, D.C. Got one of these in Tucson as well. This one was made by Union Labor, United Auto Workers in Arlington, Texas. Always good to buy Union cars. Incredibly reliable. And I’m looking forward to driving this for many, many years.
SPEAKER 16 :
He’s so hell-bent on getting back at Elon. Apparently he did it in both places. Back in his district in Arizona and in Washington, D.C. So I guess he had two Teslas. And he traded both of them in for giant gas-guzzling SUVs. You ever been in a Chevy Tahoe? It’s like climbing into a battleship. Thing is huge. Probably gets about six miles to the gallon. Instead of saving the planet. And virtue signaling about it. The most amazing, I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I’ve never in my life seen anything like this. And now, of course, we see Democrats siding with Trendy Aragua. They’re on the side of the violent, murderous gangs. Well, they’re not going to get due process. We’ve got to be careful about due process. Due process. Okay. Really? Really? Really? This is truly what you’re concerned about? I have absolutely never seen… I know that there are Democrats sitting around saying, gosh, this is not a good look for us. We shouldn’t be on the side of Trendy Aragua. We shouldn’t be worried about monstrous, awful killers… getting their due process. I know we are a nation of laws. Guess what? You think the illegal immigrants, the gang members, followed our laws when they came to Michigan or Colorado or Florida or Texas to rape, to maim, to torture, to murder? Yesterday, Stephen Miller, the president’s deportation sort of brains or mastermind or architect, I guess, it would be fair to say, battled CNN’s Casey Hunt. Listen to this exchange where Stephen very accurately wonders, where was the Democrat outrage when little Jocelyn Nungere was tortured and killed?
SPEAKER 05 :
Under a proper reading of the Constitution. District court judges provide relief to individual plaintiffs seeking relief. District court judges do not have the authority as a general matter to enjoin the functioning of the executive branch. But their authority is at its lowest point when the president is exercising his powers as commander in chief. And I asked you a question. You never answered it. Can a judge enjoin troop movements overseas? Can a district court judge enjoin troop movements overseas?
SPEAKER 03 :
Stephen, I am not going to get into the… Just say no, and then you’ll know that I’m right. This is a separate question, Stephen. Okay, we’re not talking about other troops. I need to ask you about something else.
SPEAKER 05 :
The president issued a proclamation delineating in detail how the Venezuelan regime sent this gang, this terrorist organization, to our shores. And by the way, and I love being here, but all the outrage that we are seeing from the Democrat Party and from the corporate media None of that outrage was expressed when little Jocelyn Nongere was tortured and beaten to death.
SPEAKER 03 :
None of that outrage was expressed when our nation was flooded by illegal aliens. I have just been simply trying to get a simple answer to a simple question. No outrage necessary.
SPEAKER 06 :
But I am.
SPEAKER 05 :
But I need to ask you one more question. I’m going to have to let you go. Democrats defending trained air wagwa. instead of celebrating President Trump expelling these terrorists from our midst. And I’m glad for the opportunity to explain how the separation of powers does work. If the president has to litigate every national security action with 700 district court judges, that we don’t have a functioning democracy.
SPEAKER 16 :
He’s so right, and I can’t get over, I can’t get the concept out of my brain at how Democrats are willing to celebrate democracy or defend, rather. That’s not fair. They’re not celebrating Tren de Aragua, but they’re defending them. Oh, they’re worried about their due process. Due process to illegal immigrants who illegally entered this country with the express intent of terrorizing, harming, killing American citizens. Instead of celebrating Trump’s rapid deportation of these bad guys, Democrats are worried about depriving them of due process. How did they get here? Are they too dumb to see the light? Are they just so blinded by their Trump rage that they can’t even take a day to express? Look, I did it this week. I expressed appreciation for Chuck Schumer. You think I agree with Senator Schumer on anything? But I appreciate that he voted for the continuing resolution, kept the government open. Now it’s so bad for him, he had to cancel his book tour. Not because of Republican protests, but fellow Democrats. How did Democrats get to this point? Gosh, welcome in. It’s a Tuesday. We’re in the Relief Factor studios. 800-655-MIKE. 800-655-6453.
