None of us likes activist judges.

Okay. And by the way, I mean right or left. I don’t like activist judges. If let’s say that there was a judge and this judge is very pro-life like me. I’m pro-life. Okay. And so let’s say some pro-lifer wanted to commit crimes. And this judge houses them in their home where the pro-lifer has guns and bombs and things ready to commit crimes. And they’re going to house them or they’re going to shelter them, you know, in their… you know, in the court, in the back of the court so they can usher them out so that law enforcement can’t get them. What would you think of that judge?
SPEAKER 20 :
Not good. Nothing positive.
SPEAKER 07 :
I’d want them fired immediately and prosecuted, brought up on charges. We cannot have judges who are activists. I mean, it’s one thing for them to do activist rulings where they don’t care about the evidence at all. They go in with their predisposed position, whatever it is, and they rule based on that. My opinion is your law. That’s bad enough. That’s terrible. But when they literally break the law… for their activism then they’re out of control that has been happening recently quite a bit and not surprisingly it’s all on one side of the aisle it’s democrats i’m not saying republicans never do it i’m just saying they don’t do it nearly as much okay they just don’t and let’s see here there is um one that just happened in new mexico i think this is the new mexico one but Okay, no, no, here’s a Wisconsin one from my home idiotic state of Wisconsin. On Friday, as Town Hall has been covering, I love Town Hall, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan, a Wisconsin Circuit Court judge for Milwaukee County, and for those who don’t know, that is totally Marxist territory, for allegedly hiding an illegal immigrant in her courthouse. It seemed that virtually every Democrat’s responded over social media to take issue and to defend her. Now, have you heard about this?

No, this is the first I’m hearing about it.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, it says here the sources told the Milwaukee Journal that Dugan directed the agents to Ashley’s office. At that time, she allegedly allowed the illegal immigrant to flee the courtroom through a side door into a public area. Now, here’s the problem. This was somebody who was accused of very bad crimes, violent crimes. I believe violent crimes against women. Okay. And she protected this illegal immigrant and basically allowed him to try to escape. They caught him. He was running, literally running down the street. FBI agents had to take off after him and they got him. All right. She broke the law in that way. Now there is another one. That blew my mind. I’m just looking for this here. This happened down in New Mexico. And there was trying to find the clip. Sorry. Here we go. It happened in New Mexico, and the clip, oh, gosh, now I can’t find it. I’m getting, here it is. Okay, Pam Bondi had to go down, and this judge has actually had to step down, and now you’re going to hear why. This is from Fox News.

I mean, when you look at the associations with this violent Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua, and this person that they harbored in their home, he was showing signs through clothing, we were told, tattoos. There was evidence through voice messages and text messages of his association to TDA. So what charges will Cano and his wife face, if any?
SPEAKER 15 :
So Judge Cano, soon to be former Judge Cano, got, he got, his charges were just unsealed. He’s charged with obstruction. He is charged, he admitted post Miranda. He took one of the TDA members’ cell phones, himself, took it, beat it with a hammer, destroyed it, and then walked the pieces to a city dumpster to dispose of it to protect him. The wife also is charged with destroying evidence. Sandra, not only that, this TDA member, and he had on a necklace that said kill, something about death. He had tattoos all over him. He also had on his cell phone pictures of two decapitated victims, two. Two victims decapitated, gruesome photos, and he was sending them out. And whoever he was sending them to was sending back saying, hey, you need to be careful. You shouldn’t be sending these. You shouldn’t be texting these photos out. Not only that, the judge and his wife gave him assault rifles that belonged to their daughter. That’s what they’re charged with. In the criminal report affidavit, he goes to a shooting range with these assault rifles, with a suppressor, with other known TDA members in their shooting. This is the last person that we want in our country, nor will we ever tolerate a judge or anyone else harboring them.

OK, first of all, I love Pam Bondi. She’s great. She actually enforces the law. What a concept. What do you think of this, Luke? I mean, what do you do with judges that just absolutely go against the law? Because, well, gee, but I believe this. Yeah, but the law is this. Yeah, but I believe this. Yeah, but the law is this. What do you think?
SPEAKER 20 :
Yeah, I mean, I want to know. Like, why? What would bring a person in this position to do something like that, right? I mean, what’s going through their head?
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, obviously, Kennel, he’s a liberal Democrat. He’s very sympathetic to illegal immigrations.
SPEAKER 20 :
Yeah, but I mean, you know, giving them rifles to a gun range, it feels like such an extreme. I want to know what would drive a person to do something like that.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, here’s the bottom line, okay? And I came out of this mindset. They hate America, Luke. You see, Luke, you’re a fairly moderate guy. I like to think so. Very libertarian, you know. You wake up every day and you love America. You look at America and you don’t say it’s perfect. You say, but hey, I like this place. You look out this window, good place. Yeah. They don’t. Okay. They hate America unless America does everything they want. America doesn’t do everything I want. Right. It doesn’t do many things I want. They don’t care. They take the law into their own hands. And this one up in Wisconsin, who won’t be a judge much longer either. Right. Okay. They’re having to step down. But these are liberal judges. And what’s happening is all across America, these liberal judges are basically taking it upon themselves to legislate. They’re saying, we are going to stop Donald Trump from removing people who have come here illegally. And Donald Trump’s looking at them and saying, guys, they came here illegally. Right. Do you see the problem here?
SPEAKER 20 :
Yeah. I mean, it also begs the question, how do they get into that position to begin with, right? How did they become judges with such a heavy bias? Right. It seems like you wouldn’t be able to disguise that. I mean, if you are such an activist to be housing illegal immigrants, dangerous illegal immigrants, how did you get in that position to begin with?
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, I mean, you know, judges are put in two different ways. They’re either appointed or voted in, right?
SPEAKER 20 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
Depends on the setting. And you can either be appointed by a left-wing radical or voted in by left-wing radicals.
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, if you’re in Milwaukee, okay, that’s deep blue territory. They don’t care. But at some point, the rule of law has to matter. At some point, it has to matter. And it doesn’t matter at all. And what we got right now is we have lawless judges all across this country right now wanting to stand against the Trump administration. And I’m looking at them and saying, look, guys, if the law is on your side on something, go for it. Okay? Stand against Trump. You do your thing, man. You be you. But if the law is on your side and you’re having to break the law or you’re having to lie or you’re having to hide illegals… I think one of the biggest things that people don’t seem to understand is, Luke, what happens if we get rid of illegal immigration? Let’s think about it for a moment, okay? You know what we’re going to have a lot of if we get rid of illegal immigration? Legal immigration. Why? Because America has a very low birth rate and Trump is creating a dramatic infusion of jobs into America. There’s huge investment, trillions of investment coming in. We’re going to have plants. We’re going to have all kinds of way new jobs. We’re going to need the manpower. OK, so we’re going to need the manpower and we have a very low birth rate. What does that mean?
SPEAKER 20 :
You need immigration.
SPEAKER 07 :
Right. So immigration, great thing. It’s going to be, hey, man, that’s wonderful. Bring them in and they can come and they can work and join the whole American experience. Wonderful thing. But you can’t do that with a bunch of people cutting the line.

So… You know, I don’t understand why people are so short-sighted. They look at Trump, and they’re very angry at him, and they seem very short-sighted. They don’t seem to understand, yes, guys, if you stop illegal immigration, if you stop everybody jumping the line, guess what? The line itself will move much faster because the need is there. Okay? Trump has even said, look, if you come to us, and Chris, you know him, has said this, if you come to us and you let us know, hey, I’m here illegally, but I’m going to self-deport, We may bring you right back. Okay, we just want you to go through the system. We’re going to look at your qualifications. Hey, if there’s an industry that needs you, and by the way, there’s a good chance there is. Come on back. Just port of entry. You know, I mean, look, do you want anybody coming into your house through a window or do you want them to come through the front door using the doorbell and letting you decide, gee, do I want this person in my home or not?

Yeah, I mean, absolutely.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah. So I don’t know. I I really what do you think? Because like I said, you’re very libertarian. Libertarians, by the way, are largely open borders. Yeah, I’m not… You don’t seem to be.

No, I’m of the opinion that countries need borders. I think our current legal immigration process is just too restrictive. I mean, you can see immigration sort of referenced in two parts. It’s supply and demand, right? There is a demand to come into the country, and if we… you know as america are not providing the product in an easy you know a more accessible way for people to come in legally well then of course they’re going to jump the border right you can make every gun illegal but if a person wants a gun they’re going to get a gun okay but that does not excuse illegal behavior you’re saying you’re just you’re just saying the you know
SPEAKER 07 :

Yes, exactly.
SPEAKER 07 :
Right. So it’s like. Go ahead.
SPEAKER 20 :
So if you if you make legal immigration less painfully restrictive, but still monitored, then, you know, you’re there’s no longer a demand to cross the border illegally, essentially.

OK, but let me look at the other side of this. Yeah. Look at the sheer numbers of illegal, especially post Biden after what Biden did. OK. I mean, he let in, I would say, between $11 and $15 million just during his four years. Okay. Okay. That bogs down legal immigration.
SPEAKER 20 :
Yes.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay. You can’t suddenly, oh, hey, let’s make legal immigration all easy and speed it up when we’ve already got 15 million who just flew ahead of you in line. Yeah. We’ve got to deal with them. That’s very true. Okay. I agree. But what I would like to see is I would like to see an easier. I don’t like this system of them waiting a decade to get in. That’s ridiculous. Come on. We don’t need that. But I do want them. Would you agree they all need to be fully vetted? Yeah. We’ve got to make sure, hey, this is not some violent person. Right. As much as possible. They may become violent. Who knows? But we want to make sure as much as possible they’re not violent. They’re ready to work. We must not give them a bunch of handouts and bennies coming in the door. That’s ridiculous. Okay. You come here for the opportunity, not for the freebies. Right. Okay. Just like us. Yes. All right. But I think if we do that… I think the big thing is this. I would like to see the system of immigration made simpler and much, much quicker.

OK, I believe 10 years. Forget that. I believe we can do it in a year or two. OK. And have your your transition into American society. And that’s great. But we have to first get rid of all the government handouts. And secondly, we’ve got to deal with illegal immigration and fully deal with it. And Trump’s doing that. What do you think?

Yeah, I think it’s a good start.
SPEAKER 07 :
I think it’s a very good start. But the big thing is when you’ve got judges trying to do it on their own. Right. And they’re doing it. These are violent people in both cases, Wisconsin and New Mexico. They were sheltering violent people, helping violent people get away. And the victims were literally in the courtroom. The victims’ families were in the courtroom. Right. And they’re helping the bad guy get away. It’s unbelievable. They need to be fired. Can we agree?

Hit and miss. Mostly misses, I think, recently. She’s been kind of, I don’t know. I remember liking her when I first moved to Colorado.

Right. And then it’s kind of been, I don’t know. A couple slips and falls, and I don’t know, I feel like she’s had a hard time recovering in a lot of areas. So my opinion of her isn’t particularly strong.

Well, I think I can improve that, okay? Okay, okay. Here it is, and this is out of the KRDO News Watch. Colorado Republican Representative Lauren Boebert is asking Elon Musk and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy to halt all federal funding. for a project aiming to bring passenger rail service to the Front Range. She’s calling it a potential misuse of federal taxpayer dollars. Let’s see here. She says, as I continue to hear from leaders and constituents across Douglas County, it’s clear there are serious concerns with the Front Range passenger rail proposal that will harm our community’s quality of life and cost hundreds of millions in state and federal funds. Our nation owes more than $36 trillion in debt. We simply cannot afford spending resources on projects that will not benefit Coloradans. And let’s see here. She also says in another place that she wants us put toward roads, fixing roads.

Right.

Okay. Now, really quick here. Jared Pulse shot back. The federal government has provided less than $2 million for a study that is scheduled to wrap up this year. He says it has not even been allocated yet. Well, he’s correct on that. The problem is she doesn’t want it allocated.

Okay. Lauren, way to go. Thank you. Thank you. I hate the railway. Okay? No, seriously, it’s a waste of money.

And what would you think if Republicans came out and just basically said this? Two words, more lanes.

I think before we get more lanes, we need to fix the lanes that already exist.

And then once we do that, maybe we can start talking.

Yeah, now we just need to like put money behind that message.

Yeah, you know, but I mean, it just seems to me that putting the money, when we put it toward light rail and these things, it’s such a waste of money. All you got to do is look at any of the roads that go along light rail. And you look at each lane and just one lane and look at the usage for that lane versus the usage of light rail. Because the whole idea was, okay, we’re going to create these rail lines. And the one she’s against right now would go from Pueblo up to the Springs up into Denver. And she’s saying, look, it’s a complete waste of money. It’s not worth the tax dollars. And she’s right because you create that thing. It’s very expensive. And, of course, you’ve got to maintain it and you’ve got to maintain you don’t have to do schedules for a road. People just get on it and drive. It’s called freedom. It’s kind of a neat thing. You know, libertarians and Republicans like this idea. And she’s saying, look, look at the usage of each lane of road versus the usage of the rail line. And it’s not close. I mean, it’s like a zillion to one. I’m exaggerating, but you know what I mean? The usage is out of this world. So these people who say, yeah, but what this will do is decrease traffic and, you know, make and take down our environmental concerns and so forth, I don’t think they’re right. I think they’re dreaming. Because when you look at the sheer numbers of people who use the rail line, it’s virtually nothing compared to what’s on the road. What do you think?
SPEAKER 20 :
I think it’s dead on. I mean, what you said is probably pretty… Now, I’m not a scientist. I’m not an urban planner and development person, but… You build the railway, and it is in a fixed location. So if you want to use that railway and don’t live within walking distance, and you don’t have a car, it’s like you’re ordering an Uber anyway to get to… Right.
SPEAKER 07 :
Or you’re taking your car and going and parking there at the lot.
SPEAKER 20 :
It feels like you’re not removing any car travel. You’re just reallocating the car travel. You’re shifting it in a different direction and then…
SPEAKER 07 :
Or making it less so. I mean, like you go, you drive, say a mile, mile and a half to that rather than the six miles downtown.
SPEAKER 20 :
Right, and then you get to downtown and then do what? Walk around the rail station or you order another Uber to explore the new location you’re in. It feels weird. I get the appeal of rail systems back when cars weren’t readily accessible to almost everyone. It’s like you had a horse-drawn carriage or you had a train. It’s like, sure, we’ll take the train. I feel like, I don’t know, maybe a bit antiquated now.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, you know, I think we’re not looking at the needs of the place. We are a very spread out region. We’re not London. Right. Okay? You go to London, yeah, everybody takes the tram around. Why? Because London is a bunch of people in a very small area. Mm-hmm. And you’ve got this system where they interlock and go around. And by the way, that doesn’t mean it’s fun there either. But at least this is a system that makes some sense because it’s not spread out. We are totally spread out. This is ridiculous. And so you’ve got people who live in Greeley paying taxes into a system that carts people around at enormous expense here in Denver.
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
It makes no sense. I think Lauren Boebert is totally right. And my wife, she put it really well. She said the Republicans need to come out with something like this. Make life easier, not harder.

OK. And what would you think? I’m taking a step back here. Sure. Because, you know, we’re looking for these two years. Right. And we’re kind of looking for, you know, like I said, I obviously want Republicans to win more. You’re a libertarian. So you would want Republicans appealing more to you.

Which I think they can do. So if Republicans were to come forth and basically say, we want to make your life easier, not harder. It’s that simple. OK, it shouldn’t. You shouldn’t have to jump through a million hoops to get a weapon to defend yourself.

Yeah, I think it would. I think it would sell a lot if Republicans made a strong effort to actually put progress in the direction, because I feel like it falls sort of on Republicans and Democrats is it’s very easy to do taglines and it’s very easy to sell an idea, but very rarely do those ideas manifest into action.

So I think I mean, I think the tagline is good, but I think what Republicans need to do right now is material action. There needs to be real.

But how can they? They don’t have any power.

Yeah. I mean, we have the presidency, the House and the Senate. You’ve got all the power right now.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, OK. So you’re talking we can take what they’re doing nationally and then say, hey, we can bring that to Colorado.

Right. I think I mean, Republicans have everything right now, aside from individual states. Right. You know, right. All that fun stuff. I feel like now is the perfect opportunity to leverage that into action.

Well, for instance, Trump is expecting to have roughly six deals a week now over the next bunch of weeks with foreign counterparts, improving trade one by one by one by one by one. That would be a win. Yeah. Obviously, Trump is opening up oil, gas and coal. That’s going to be a huge win for the poor, actually, because that’s going to be cheaper energy for the poor. So you’re saying look at these wins nationally and then say the Colorado Republican Party can look around and say, hey. Look what he’s doing nationally. Wouldn’t we like more of that here?

Right. Use the momentum. Don’t just sit around and wait for the perfect opportunity. Create the opportunity. Do something.

Well, and that’s so much of the spirit of MAGA. Whether you like MAGA or not. I think MAGA gets a little kooky at times, even though I am thoroughly MAGA. But I think it gets kooky, you know, just the way we come off. But MAGA wants to make life easier. And I think that that I mean, they really do, don’t they? They’re very much into individual responsibility, individual freedom. They want to make life easier. They want to grease the wheels of your life. And I think they need to sell that more and sell anger less.

I’m like 77 years old. And so I’ve never seen it so bad. The roads are horrible. The government is horrible. It’s a mess. But I also call because I really think it’s important for people to take time and tell her thank you.

Oh, I totally agree. I mean, Joe, she knocked it out of the park on this. Why are the roads so bad, Joe? Isn’t it because we’re wasting money on everything else?

Absolutely. I truly feel like I’m in a third world war when I go down there. I’m thinking, oh, my gosh, is there a mine coming out there or something? I mean, I can’t think of a street. There is one. I can think of one street over by Pierce off of Bowles. They redid that in front of Columbine High School, and you can actually go down there without a bump, without a boom. Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
It’s a mess. These streets are a mess. Joe, it used to be, remember when young kids always had this incredible hand-eye coordination because they would play video games, right? And they would have this recognition, you know, boom, boom, boom. They could turn left, turn right, turn left, turn right. Now it’s all of us because we have a video game. It’s called The Road. Okay. Here in Colorado. And I’m sure it’s the same in Littleton as it is for me in Saudi Aurora, which is just terrible. Oh, it’s awful. It’s awful. Just the way here today, I had to dodge several. And if you, here’s the thing, if you don’t dodge them, Right? Guess what? You’re going to be dropping a couple grand over the next couple years that you weren’t going to be on your suspension. On your car, that costs real money, and you’re having to pay that. And meanwhile, you’ve got these Colorado politicians with polis at the head of them, wasting money on things you don’t care about.

Absolutely. And not only the roads, but if you go into a shop to go shopping or something, it’s They’re a mess, too. You have to. Oh, my gosh. I mean, I hit that thing. What was that?
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, Joe, I’m going to I’m going to echo what you’re saying. We need to call Lauren Boebert. Go ahead and email her, folks. Praise her for this. She is so right. And Polis is so. And by the way, one last thing, Joe, before I let you go. Polis says, oh, well, we’ve only used a couple of million to do a study. Really? Then you won’t mind letting it go, will you? I mean, if it sounds like a big deal, then let it go, right?

Well, let me tell you. Go ahead. I taught like 39 years. And Phyllis, he kept pushing this all day kindergarten. Mostly that’s for babysitting because I’ll tell you what. Totally. Yeah, it pretty much is. These children, what I learned, and this was years and years and years ago, I looked at the studies today, the same studies, the child who goes to preschool, is not going to be any further along at the end of first grade than the child that didn’t even go to preschool or kindergarten if they get good instruction in first grade. True. But they won’t listen to studies. They won’t listen to research. So we pay the money and pay the piper because we have bad… leaders in there.

I never actually completed the testing for preschool, so… It explains so much. Well, you guys have a very good time. Joe, thank you so much. And Dave is in Woodland Park. Dave, what do you have to say on this? Do you love all the roads in Colorado?

Well, I do, because I like being jarred. I like getting concussions. I like… I like being in traction and breaking bones and throwing my spine out of alignment.

Dave, really quick here. Do you remember back in the day when we used to feel bad about NFL athletes and their concussions? But now it just seems normal.

It builds character.

Yes, it does.

It makes you a man. Makes you a man. Even if you’re a woman. Even if you can’t walk straight. I know. You know, I’m looking at… We can win. Colorado can turn purple or red. I believe we can. I think the mistake that our politicians are making is, number one, because I go to these meet and greets and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and I listen to these guys, and that’s what winds up happening. I wind up listening to them instead of them asking questions and listening to me. Right. And so when I encounter a politician like that, if his only competition is the Democrat, I’m voting for him no matter what. But in the primary, I’m looking for the guy that asks me questions. Yeah.

But I’m looking at what? Well, Dave, really quick here. Haven’t you noticed, though, that I’m just talking to Republicans now because sorry, I don’t care about the Democrats. No offense. But, you know, haven’t you noticed that our Republican candidates do one of two things? They either just talk about themselves. I was born here, I was raised here, I ride on a horse here, I do this there, and this is my past, this is my resume. And we’re looking at them saying, nobody cares about your life. We want to know what you’re going to do for me. What are your ideas? But then, when they bring their ideas, here in Colorado, especially the last two years, those ideas have nothing to do with what the people want. The people want roads where they don’t feel like they’re in a minefield. And here, the Colorado Republican Party is talking about Election integrity, an important thing. Don’t get me wrong, but they don’t care about it. They’re talking about we got to get you out of our open primary. Once again, you know, I believe that only Republicans should choose Republican candidates. But is that a driving issue for people who are dodging potholes?
SPEAKER 10 :
And the Democrats are good at pricking emotions. They’re good at inciting people’s emotions, getting them angry, getting them sad, getting them scared, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And we keep, okay, well, we need to make sure that elections are, you know, blah, blah, blah. We need to make, no, no, no, no, no. We need to talk to people, and we need to key on their emotions. We need to talk about the things that they’re afraid of. We need to talk about the things that they… We need to talk about, hey, you know what? When I get elected, your wallet’s going to get a little fatter. Okay. Because I’m going to go for tax cuts. I’m going to go for this. I’m going to go for efficiency and that. And start talking about things that people want to hear about. Okay.

One second here. Dave, you got me going here. You got me too excited. Okay? I’m going to put this both to you and Luke.

And either one, I’ll have Luke go first, okay? And then we’re coming back to you, Dave. I want you to mention, forget everything that the Colorado Republican, and heck, even the Libertarian parties have been talking about over the last few years. What do the Colorado voters want? Name a couple issues where you can go to them and say, this is important in their lives. Go, Luke.

I mean, just to name a few, the cost of housing and land is outrageous. It’s more than almost tripled in the past five-ish years now, just about, which is outrageous. I mean, we’re harping on roads, but that’s a big one. The ability to travel without breaking your spine is huge. I mean, all number of things. But those, I think, are the two that really stand out to me personally.

So you don’t think they’re all begging for a monorail? No. Oh, okay. I’m just asking.
SPEAKER 20 :
I want prices to be lower so I can afford to survive.

Dave, what are a couple issues? What are a couple issues that the normals, the real people in Colorado, and I hope there are some, look, there are members of the Colorado Republican Party and their supporters listening right now, I guarantee you, okay? What matters to them out there?

Gas and groceries, the two G’s, gas and groceries. Yes. Like you said, I live up in the park and gas may be going down in some areas, but it ain’t going down up here. And it’s, you know, groceries are still a little high. I know I love Donald Trump. I love tariffs. I love everything he’s doing. I don’t have an altar in my house, you know, erected to him. But what he’s doing is making sense. And he is speaking to the heart of people and not just to their minds. And Republicans in Colorado, these guys with money, I mean, put up a billboard of something that is… You know, go to a district where we can grab a seat and put up a billboard with what the Democrats stands for. and what the Republican stands for. And I’m talking about emotional issues. I’m talking about stuff that tugs at the heart. That’ll get flipped in a second because the people will be able to see we’re not talking about monorails. We’re not talking about voter integrity. We’re talking about you being able to put food on your table to feed your children and make them safe while they’re going to school and at school.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, exactly. You see, this once again, I don’t know if you heard this earlier, Dave, but my wife just said, we want to make your life easier, not harder. It’s that simple. Okay, we want fewer potholes in your roads. We want you to have more lanes. And you know, I’m sorry, this is a big one for me. If you want to, if you want to have plastic bags at a store, that’s between you and the store. You shouldn’t have to pay an extra dime so that you can fund somebody else’s activism. Fund your own activism, whatever it is. I don’t really care. But every part of your life, I want you to have cheaper gas. I want you to have better roads. I want your life to be easier, not harder. It’s that simple.

And a lot of that is because we have our police, our sheriff’s department, they are, there’s no comparison to them. And the fact that seven out of ten people up here have a concealed carry or carry open. Yes.

I think they’d like to just get back to their lives again.

Canada’s having an election and… OK, in an Angus Reid Institute poll released on December 30th, here’s where this election was going. The conservatives were in supermajority territory with 45 percent support compared to the liberals at 11 percent.

Yeah. But Donald Trump came in and started. He’s he has totally impacted their election. OK, and folks, I got to tell you something. Donald Trump, you know I love me some Trump, right? Luke, you know I love me some Trump.

Yes, I do. All the way. But that doesn’t mean he’s always playing four-dimensional chess and he’s ten steps ahead. Sometimes even Trump can do something that’s stupid. Everybody can, folks. MAGA is a political movement, not a religion. Donald Trump came out and was talking about 51st state. We’ll make them the 51st. That’s demeaning. They didn’t want to hear that. When he did that, I said flat out, please stop doing that. You are driving voters to the other side. You’re going to hurt the conservatives in Canada. They’re about to have an election. Guess what the last poll, same pollster on Saturday said. The conservatives were at 40%. The liberals had jumped all the way to 44.

You’ve turned an easy win into a very tight race.

Yeah. You took a 34-point lead and turned it into a four-point deficit going into these elections. Now, I don’t know. Maybe we’ll pull it out. But, folks, we have to think it through. Okay? You can’t insult other countries. in that way i love that he plays tough on trade negotiations i love what he’s doing with trade negotiations and what that’s going to do for us i’m not saying the timing on every single one was perfect and by the way i would have waited on canada until after these elections okay and said no we’re negotiating whatever these are for the other parts of the world but look what he did we were absolutely about to have allies in canada of the trump administration And with bad messaging, really bad, look at the result. Luke, you take it.

No, it’s, I mean, ever since this, I mean, with Canada, with Greenland, I mean, I saw the sort of writing on the wall that those were going to be some pretty bad moves pretty early on. And I hate to be the I told you so guy, so I won’t be. It’s more just like it hurts to see, you know, something so obviously bad come about because it was easily avoidable.

Yeah, this was an iceberg we could see from a mile away. All you had to do was turn.

And then they didn’t.
