SPEAKER 06 :
This is Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 15 :
You are going to shut your damn yapper and listen for a change because I got you pegged, sweetheart. You want to take the easy way out because you’re scared. And you’re scared because if you try and fail, there’s only you to blame. Let me break this down for you. Life is scary. Get used to it. There are no magical fixes. With your host, John Rush.
SPEAKER 23 :
My advice to you is to do what your parents did.
SPEAKER 03 :
Get a job first. You haven’t made everybody equal. You’ve made them the same and there’s a big difference.
SPEAKER 02 :
Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life. That there’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there. It is this feeling that has brought you to me.
SPEAKER 17 :
Are you crazy? Am I? Or am I so sane that you just blew your mind?
SPEAKER 06 :
It’s Rush to Reason with your host, John Rush. Presented by Cub Creek Heating and Air Conditioning.
SPEAKER 07 :
And I am your host, Andy Pate. Welcome to our number two. And we are doing a little bit of a community service today, aren’t we?
SPEAKER 10 :
A little bit.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, we started this. I started this with John two weeks ago, and it was bad movies, basically. Okay, ones you go to. Have you guys ever gone into a movie and come out and just said, that sucked? yes yes luke i tend to avoid those my friends force me to sit down on our movie nights and watch bad movies and then i sigh and groan and beat them to death halfway through yeah but you’ve only wasted the time and not money yeah it actually hurts a lot worse when you come out of a theater and i’m talking with food right because i get food i get food you guys get food don’t you
SPEAKER 11 :
A popcorn and a large drink is like $150.
SPEAKER 07 :
Exactly. It’s $150. And so I go in and I get the popcorn and the drinks. I actually get nachos, too. I get the whole thing. I’m a terrible eater at the theaters. So am I. Yeah. And I come out of there and if I have seen a really, really bad movie. It’s painful for me. And so what we’re going to do today, and we do want people to give us a call in. If you know of any bad movies, it’s 303-477-5600. Or you can text us at 307-200-8222. I cannot see those. So John Rush, wherever he may be, will have to relay it to us. By the way, he’s back on Tuesday with me, so I can’t wait. We want to warn people of bad movies. Now, a lot of these that we’re going to talk about today, you may be, it could be your day off, right? Could be a weekend, whatever. And you see a lot of these movies and you see stars in them. And you’re thinking, you know what? I really like Denzel. So I’ll give this a watch, right? I really like Harrison Ford. I really like whoever, Austin Butler, right? So I’ll give this a watch. Well, I want to warn you, sometimes those guys are in terrible movies.
SPEAKER 12 :
Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
And the starlets, too, some of the girls. They may be wonderful, but Julia Roberts has been in some absolute bombs, okay? And so what we’re going to do today is kind of warn you of some of the bad movies. Now, before we get into it, first, so you’re not repeating too many. And by the way, if you repeat ones we’ve already used, don’t worry about it. It’s fine. But I want to tell some of the ones that we did last time with John. And that’s what we’ll do for this first segment just to catch us up. Sound good?
SPEAKER 21 :
Yep.
SPEAKER 07 :
And I want you guys to comment on some of these. First one, Blade Runner 2049. Ugh.
SPEAKER 10 :
I disagree. It’s so good. I love it.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah. That was panned universally by the entire universe. Not just on Earth here, but they actually pulled some people off planet, off world.
SPEAKER 11 :
Just getting started and already fighting, I see. Okay.
SPEAKER 07 :
It was horrible, man. The original Exorcist. Now, Charlie said that one not because it’s a bad movie. It was well made, but he just said that was too much for him. Babylon.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
Was awful. Did you see that?
SPEAKER 12 :
I didn’t mind it, but it was just like they made it out to be the movie of the decade, and it was nothing special.
SPEAKER 07 :
I thought it was awful. Okay, the next one. Independence Day Resurgence. The second one, terrible. A movie called Alexander. Richard mentioned that one. Lightyear.
SPEAKER 14 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, gosh. That almost destroyed Disney on its own. Let’s see here. Naked Gun, 33 and a third.
SPEAKER 12 :
I was hoping it would be good, but… No, it was not.
SPEAKER 07 :
Let’s see here. The Hateful Eight. Now, The Hateful Eight was actually fairly well made, but it can be a little rough for some people. So there were people who definitely were not happy about that one. Evan Almighty, the sequel to Bruce Almighty. It’s not terrible, but it’s not good. It’s a big drop off. Right. Here’s one I think we can all agree on. Green Lantern.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah. Ryan Reynolds is never living that one down.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah. Ryan Reynolds. He regrets that. He regrets making it. A movie called The Substance. and oh i’ve heard i’ve heard mixed things i’ve heard a lot of people like it though i know it’s very body horror like super gruesome yeah and i can handle body horror but the thing is is that it was also very dreadfully slow at times very well i thought that she put in a terrific performance and i would have put her up i wouldn’t have given her best actress but i would have given her top five Demi Moore. Demi Moore. But no, I just about fell asleep. I was bored out of my mind in that movie. Black Adam. Okay, with The Rock. Not a great movie. Wanted. Not a great movie. Grown Ups 2. Not Grown Ups, but Grown Ups 2.
SPEAKER 12 :
I thought it was fine. But I was a kid, so… Everything’s fine when you’re a kid. Not a lot of perspective.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, just put dangle shiny things in front of you when it’s entertaining.
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, and you have such a big, big famous cast, you know, you kind of maybe already are like, it’s going to be good.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, this is before your time, but Bill Cosby and Ghost Dad. Just trust me on this. John hated the movie Looper. Now, a little disagreement. I actually liked Looper. Okay, so, but that’s okay. You’re not going to agree on all of them. Oh, Tenet.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
Tenet, I thought was awful. Gemini Man, I didn’t even see. Uncut Gems, a great performance by Adam Sandler and just an unbelievably depressing movie.
SPEAKER 11 :
It’s not a bad movie. It’s super anxiety-inducing.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, no. Not all these movies are bad because of quality.
SPEAKER 11 :
Right.
SPEAKER 07 :
Quality was fine. In fact, I thought quality was high on it. But it was an awful, depressing… It’s a hard movie to watch. It was so depressing.
SPEAKER 12 :
The ending killed me. I was not happy.
SPEAKER 07 :
Just awful. Jumper. I don’t even know that one. Here’s one that pretty much helped destroy Marvel. Ant-Man and the Wasp. And as long as we’re destroying Marvel, Captain Marvel. Okay? I mean, there are just some awful ones. And let’s just keep it going. The first Fantastic Four, Richard hated that. I actually thought the first one was kind of funny.
SPEAKER 11 :
I thought the second one was worse. Far worse.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, yeah, yeah. With Silver Surfer.
SPEAKER 11 :
It’s not the newest remake, but the middle remake with Miles Teller.
SPEAKER 07 :
With that other group?
SPEAKER 11 :
Yes.
SPEAKER 07 :
Awful. That was awful. Not great. I thought it was the worst one. Okay, Barbie. Was Barbie a terrible movie? No. Was it a great movie? No. It was just a pretty good movie, I thought.
SPEAKER 11 :
I hated how it turned into a Volkswagen car ad halfway through.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, I hated that it hated men so much. But I don’t want any group hated that much. I don’t want a woman-hating movie to that degree put out. It’s too much. Sausage Party.
SPEAKER 12 :
I loved that movie.
SPEAKER 07 :
Now, Sausage Party, I think, is actually very funny for young guys. I never saw it. John hated it. So there you go. Sausage Party. Live-action Flintstones. Yes, that was terrible. They made that? It was awful. Awful. The cartoon Churning Red.
SPEAKER 11 :
I’ve heard very bad things.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, it was awful. Chicago. Now, a lot of people really like Chicago. It had great music. John hated it, so there you go, Chicago. Here’s one that I put out, The Fall Guy, which came out last year. That was awful.
SPEAKER 12 :
I didn’t like it at all.
SPEAKER 07 :
It was just terrible.
SPEAKER 12 :
I love Gosling, too.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, Gosling’s great, but no. No, no, no, no. And I forget the lady in it.
SPEAKER 12 :
Emily Blunt.
SPEAKER 07 :
Emily Blunt, I love. Yeah. I don’t know if I can forgive her for the fall guy. And let’s see here. Priscilla. Awful. And that’s about the wife of Elvis. Guys, Priscilla was one of the most boring… Well, yeah, what did she do?
SPEAKER 12 :
It was…
SPEAKER 07 :
Actually, Priscilla was a very interesting person in real life, obviously, and she also helped star in the Naked Gun movies. But all it shows is her wandering around a mansion bored. For the most part, it was dreadful.
SPEAKER 11 :
Woe is me. I have too much room.
SPEAKER 07 :
It was so slow, and it was just pure pain. Do not see Priscilla. Asteroid City, which had all kinds of stars in it, like Tom Hanks. See, here’s another one. Yeah, here’s another one, guys, where you’ll see Tom Hanks. He’s a sure thing. No, he isn’t. No one’s a sure thing. okay this was a bad movie this was a really really boring movie i hated it and uh that’s it for now nope that’s it for now so just so you know those are some that have already been mentioned if you call in if you happen to call in and mention one of them it’s okay they’re worth a re-mention they are that bad all right what do you think have you seen a lot of these movies
SPEAKER 12 :
You’ve seen a few. Yeah, my list, I’ve probably seen half of them, but I know of about 75% of them. The rest of them, it’s hard to do this because you don’t want to see bad movies.
SPEAKER 07 :
Right. I don’t have a choice.
SPEAKER 12 :
Right.
SPEAKER 07 :
So for me, it’s very easy to do this.
SPEAKER 12 :
It’s every weekend now.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, I’ve been doing this close to a decade, and I’ve been put through a lot of hell on earth. So it’s been really tough. I have left a lot of claw marks on the inside of the auditorium door trying to get out.
SPEAKER 12 :
A lot of screams as well.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, and a lot of – I have very girly screams too, but it’s because of bad movies. Right. I’m just screaming in the theater. It’s hard. So when we come back, we’re going to have a lot of bad movies that we’re going to warn you about, and maybe you’ll disagree. Maybe we will disagree. We’ll see next on Rush to Reason. Putting reason into your afternoon drive.
SPEAKER 19 :
This is John Rush.
SPEAKER 07 :
And welcome back to Rush to Reason. Denver’s Afternoon Rush. KLZ 560. Andy Pate filling in for John Rush along with Luke Cash. Man. And Tanner Cole. Man. You know, there’s also a big difference between movies that men hate and movies that women hate. I mean, women loved Barbie. Okay, women. And I knew this when it came out. When Barbie came out, I said, this is going to make incredible sums of money because it is all one gender hating the other gender. And the only thing that was really disappointing for me, because I expect agenda movies now and then, was it wasn’t that funny. It had moments of humor, but when you’ve got Ryan Gosling, when you’ve got a tremendous lead actress, Margot, you’ve got to have a few more good lines. And I thought it came up a little weak.
SPEAKER 12 :
A couple of zingers.
SPEAKER 07 :
You need more zingers.
SPEAKER 11 :
I do still use brewski beer every time I ask for a beer. Really?
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, that’s good, though.
SPEAKER 11 :
That’s a good one. That’s a good one.
SPEAKER 07 :
They had moments.
SPEAKER 11 :
I was going to say, I think one of my favorite moments, like one of the better ones was it was someone called Barbie a fascist. And she’s like, but I don’t even control the railroads. I thought that was a pretty fun, like deep dig. I thought that was pretty good. That was a deep dig.
SPEAKER 07 :
So it had moments. But OK, now here’s one that I think we can all agree on. And it’s always nice to have one that I believe all human beings can agree on. This is even one step beyond Blade Runner. 2049, which only Luke… By the way, you are the only person in America who liked Blade Runner 2049. But in this, I think we can even get you to agree. Here we go. The most irritating character probably in the last few decades, Jar Jar Binks from Star Wars The Phantom Menace. Here we go.
SPEAKER 03 :
Excuse me, but the most safest place would be Gonga City. It’s where I grew up. It’s a hidden city.
SPEAKER 21 :
city.
SPEAKER 23 :
Uh-huh.
SPEAKER 21 :
Can you take us there?
SPEAKER 23 :
Uh, on second thought, no. Not really, no.
SPEAKER 21 :
No?
SPEAKER 23 :
It’s embarrassing. But, uh, my afraid might have been banished. Might have forgotten. The bosses would do terrible things to me. Terrible things to me if me going back there.
SPEAKER 17 :
You hear that? Yeah. That is the sound of a thousand terrible things heading this way.
SPEAKER 16 :
If they find us, They will crush us, grind us into tiny pieces, and blast us into oblivion.
SPEAKER 22 :
Ah. Your support is well seen. This way. Hurry!
SPEAKER 07 :
They will torture us and make us watch this movie. That movie was terrible, and it was incredible because, let’s face it, Episodes 4, 5, and 6, which are the originals, were so beloved. And then this movie came out and was so hated. And Jar Jar Binks was so universally hated that he was panned across all of social media, across all of media, across the entire entertainment world. And then in the second movie, they took his role and cut it down to virtually nothing. Are we in agreement?
SPEAKER 12 :
Nope. What? I can’t believe you would throw a Star Wars movie that was made before 2010 in this list.
SPEAKER 07 :
No, The Phantom Menace. Oh, my gosh.
SPEAKER 12 :
This was my childhood. You don’t think Liam Neeson’s a good… Okay, okay.
SPEAKER 07 :
I am now proclaiming Luke to be okay for liking Blade Runner 2049, which personally I didn’t think was possible for any primate. But, you know, you liked… This was my childhood. I don’t care.
SPEAKER 11 :
The fight with Darth Maul? Come on.
SPEAKER 07 :
Dude. It’s so good. Yeah. Yes, we all liked the fight with Darth. Pod racing? Yeah. That’s so fun. We all liked the fight with Darth Maul. The pod racing was so-so. What? But the fight with Darth Maul was great. And by the way, the guy who played him, he choreographed his own fights. I don’t know if you knew that.
SPEAKER 11 :
Another fun note, apparently they had to slow the actual footage down because the full speed choreography was deemed to be too fast for the movie. So they had to, in post, slow the fight down to make people be able to see it.
SPEAKER 07 :
They actually did something to slow this movie further. Okay. Now, guys, you got to keep in mind, think about watching the Imperial Senate discuss politics on a planet nobody cares about. Okay. This was pain. This was agony. And you’re watching characters who are all speaking in monotone for the most part. Princess Amidala. I mean, they’re all speaking in monotone. Everybody is speaking in monotone. What about Zand? Come on. It’s coarse and it gets everywhere. No, for crying out loud. It’s the opposite of the first three trio of movies, the trilogy, where you’ve got Han Solo. You’ve got Luke. You’ve got Leia. Okay? Even the robots are cool and fun. Even they aren’t monotone.
SPEAKER 12 :
You’re going to go against Liam Neeson? Come on. That guy’s never made a bad movie.
SPEAKER 07 :
Everybody has made a bad movie, and he was in this. And by the way, I love Liam Neeson, but no. No. Am I going against him? Yes.
SPEAKER 12 :
Unbelievable.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh! You’re terrible. You are evil. Well, is it my turn yet? Well, you know, there are certain lengths. At some point, your salvation does come under scrutiny. But I’m going to allow it for now, because God’s a very loving God. But if you like this movie…
SPEAKER 12 :
I might watch it tonight, just in spite.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh my gosh. Did you like Jar Jar Binks?
SPEAKER 12 :
To be honest, when I was a kid, he even annoyed me then, but I can look past that.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, at least we got that much out. Luke, did you like Jar Jar?
SPEAKER 11 :
No, no, I hated Jar Jar.
SPEAKER 07 :
You hated Jar Jar. Worst part of the movie. Okay, Luke, you are up next. Give me a movie. You’ve got to warn people of something not to see.
SPEAKER 11 :
In the spirit of bad horror movies, we were talking about those earlier. My buddy, he was super – wanted us to watch Malignant because he’s also really into horror movies. And he’s like, we have to watch it. I’ve heard great things. Scariest movie of the century. Malignant? Malignant is what he was saying. And it is – In the first 30… Like, the first 10 minutes is the most god-awful acting with a spirit Halloween prop for gore. I was like, I recognized the brand of the cosmetics they were using. Not only that, it, like, switches genres halfway through the movie. It’s so bad that… Getting maligged is now a verb my friend group uses to describe a movie that is so terrible and switches itself halfway through.
SPEAKER 07 :
Now, you see, I like malignant. No, I didn’t. I was going to fight you. I was going to fight you on malignant. We are actually in agreement. It’s awful. And since Tanner would be the screaming girl in the back. I’ll bet he has not seen Malignant.
SPEAKER 12 :
I probably would have liked it if it wasn’t too scary. It’s not scary at all.
SPEAKER 11 :
For most of the movie, I had my head in my hands going, oh, God, why? I was laughing.
SPEAKER 07 :
It brought you to prayer. I think that’s a beautiful thing. It did.
SPEAKER 11 :
It was disastrous.
SPEAKER 07 :
Very good. Okay, Malignant. Phantom Menace. You like the Phantom. Okay, Tanner. Tanner, you’re up next. Tanner, who actually likes Jar Jar Binks. No, not really. And the Phantom Menace, you’re up.
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, I wrote this down because this is how strongly Star Wars impacted… The years of six through eight of my life. Any new Star Wars movie after 2010, I think, sucks.
SPEAKER 11 :
And all the Disney stuff? They are pretty bad.
SPEAKER 07 :
Although, I do like Daisy Ridley. I don’t blame her for those movies. Go ahead.
SPEAKER 11 :
I was going to say, I do like Rogue One.
SPEAKER 07 :
That was pretty cool.
SPEAKER 11 :
But that was kind of a different… Yeah, the Disney trilogy, Solo, any of those…
SPEAKER 12 :
I just don’t like that Luke Skywalker’s in the movie at the end, and that’s all he is. I’d rather have them bring in a new Luke Skywalker.
SPEAKER 11 :
I just can’t deal with it.
SPEAKER 12 :
You didn’t want him drinking green milk? That wasn’t cool. And then Princess Leia dies or something like that. I don’t know. I’ve only seen one, but I automatically won’t see it. No, they’re bad. They’ve ruined it for me.
SPEAKER 07 :
Tanner, did you scream during the Star Wars movies?
SPEAKER 12 :
No, you should have seen me. I looked like a six-year-old on acid. You couldn’t pull me away from those screens.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, we now have a new, you know, because I always give zero stars to a movie that’s that bad, but now it is six-year-old on acid. That is if a movie is really bad. That means it’s good. Okay, now here’s a movie that I’m pretty sure Tanner saw and did not like.
SPEAKER 16 :
and i hope you did not like it is joker 2 joker folet adieu here we go when i first saw joker when i saw you for once in my life i didn’t feel so alone anymore
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, you know, John Rush hates musicals. That movie was basically a musical, and it was boring. That would make anyone hate musicals.
SPEAKER 12 :
I liked the first one, and they set it up so well to be a good sequel, and then once you told me that it was a musical, I knew I’d never watch it.
SPEAKER 07 :
It was, you know, and I thought the first one, I didn’t think the first one was great, but I thought it was good. Yeah. And it had a great performance.
SPEAKER 12 :
Right.
SPEAKER 07 :
This had two really good performances.
SPEAKER 12 :
I mean, they’re still wonderful actors, but you got a professional, one of the best singers in the world. And then Joaquin Phoenix singing with her. You can miss me with that.
SPEAKER 07 :
Lady Gaga is a very underrated actress, okay? I think she’s terrific. And boy, oh boy, this was a career-threatener. I mean, this wrecked her. I don’t want to see a movie with her because I don’t know if I can get this out of my mind, but there are a lot of people who are thinking, Joker, Joker, it’s got to be so cool. I got to go see it. So I’ll see Joker 2. You know what? It’s on rental. It’s cheap. I don’t mind giving up a couple hours of my life. I’ll see it just because I got to see what it was really like. No, don’t. Luke, what do you think?
SPEAKER 11 :
I agree. I was into the first one, and I was excited for the second one, and man, dropped the ball.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, awful. Okay, Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
All right, in the spirit of Star Wars and Star Wars adjacent, because Tanner already covered most of the movies after 2010, Rebel Moon from Zack Snyder, where he was like, I’m going to make my own Star Wars, but dark and edgy.
SPEAKER 07 :
Now, where is Rebel Moon? People can see it on Disney, right? Netflix, I thought.
SPEAKER 11 :
Netflix, yes. Yes, Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon. It’s like his dark, gritty version of Star Wars.
SPEAKER 07 :
I have not seen it. I hear it’s terrible.
SPEAKER 11 :
It’s awful.
SPEAKER 07 :
What’s bad about it?
SPEAKER 11 :
First of all, nothing happens. And when something does happen, it’s to uninteresting characters in uninteresting places.
SPEAKER 07 :
Wait, are we still talking Joker 2?
SPEAKER 11 :
Believe it or not, both. There is, unironically, we timed it. We sat there and we counted it, me and my friends. It is 15… No, sorry. It is 12 and a half uninterrupted minutes of slow motion of people picking grain and then processing grain to turn it into something. 12 and a half minutes of… It’s all slow motion, Andy. It is all slow.
SPEAKER 07 :
Of picking grain.
SPEAKER 11 :
Of picking, harvesting, and processing grain.
SPEAKER 07 :
And and they let this guy do that.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yes. Yes. People were cheering for it, for him to release this version.
SPEAKER 07 :
You know, by the way, by the way, I just you know, I haven’t told you guys this yet. And I’m serious because you’re both on the show with me Monday and on Monday. And I’m going to tell you this in advance. Disney and the Democrat Party. I’m not joking here. They both have the same problem right now. They are losing young men. They are losing young men from voting for the Democrats and from watching Disney. And you would think that, I mean, Disney, they bought the two man guys. I mean, men love superheroes, so they bought Marvel, right? Men love superhero movies, and men love Star Wars, right? Action in the stars and sci-fi action. I mean, that’s guy, guy, guy, guy, guy, right? And they got the two surest things in the world, and they turned them into things that men hate. So… On Monday, I want you two to tell me what can Disney do to get young men back and what can the Democrat Party do to get men back?
SPEAKER 12 :
Well, they’re screwed.
SPEAKER 07 :
I know, but you’ve got to at least try.
SPEAKER 11 :
Jump into the mind of a strategist. Come on.
SPEAKER 12 :
Jump into the mind of a liberal.
SPEAKER 07 :
And by the way, you’re right. They are screwed. But I want you to at least try on Monday. Sound good?
SPEAKER 12 :
Fine.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, up next is Tanner. Give us a movie that we… Warn people against a bad movie.
SPEAKER 12 :
This one’s for Luke. I only put it because Ashley, our co-worker, told me. But the big-time Rush movie.
SPEAKER 07 :
Big time rush. What is this? Okay, I’ve not even heard of this, but this is something to warn people of. Where can they find it so they can not watch it?
SPEAKER 12 :
I don’t think you’re allowed to stream it. I think it’s banned.
SPEAKER 07 :
Good. Well, that’s helpful.
SPEAKER 12 :
It was a TV show about this band of young men, and then they eventually made it or something like that, and they made a movie about it. It was basically just a show all over again.
SPEAKER 11 :
It’s like a Disney Channel original movie.
SPEAKER 12 :
You can’t find it anywhere.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, my gosh. That’s horrible.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yeah. It’s a good song, though.
SPEAKER 07 :
Let me ask you this really quick here. Before we go ahead. What time? What is it again?
SPEAKER 12 :
It’s a big time rush movie.
SPEAKER 07 :
I don’t even know what’s going on. Folks, if you happen to see the big time rush movie, first of all, you’re probably watching something illegal online. But secondly, don’t watch it because it’s awful. Let me ask you guys this really quick here. Is there anything good new coming out these days on Disney+, be it Disney, Marvel, or Star Wars? Is it all bad? Because from what I’m seeing, all the new stuff sucks.
SPEAKER 11 :
The Daredevil Born Again, which is their continuation of the Netflix Daredevil.
SPEAKER 07 :
I saw a little of that. It wasn’t too bad.
SPEAKER 11 :
It went through production hell and reshoots. But what they salvaged from it, I thought was decent. And it seems like the next thing they’re making is going in a good direction. But that’s it. Out of the whole lineup, that’s the only thing on that platform that has my interest.
SPEAKER 07 :
Dude, that’s like out of an entire planet, you just picked Rhode Island. Yes.
SPEAKER 11 :
That’s about it. A niche superhero TV show, yes.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, folks, after the break, we’re going to be talking about more movies, and we’ve got some that you’ve heard of. We’re going to be talking about more movies you want to avoid. Up next is someone you don’t want to avoid. That’s Michael Bailey-Law. Your assets, they keep changing as do the needs of those you love. So get your will done up to date with Michael Bailey at 720-730-7274, or you can find him at klzradio.com.
SPEAKER 20 :
Michael Bailey, the mobile estate planner, has the key to wisely protecting your college-aged kids. Think about it. If your kiddo goes off to college and gets hurt, the hospital won’t let you make decisions for them because at age 18 and above, they are technically an adult. What if they’re unconscious? Will a doctor let you make health care decisions for an adult and stay informed about their medical condition? No. Before they’re 18, it’s a given. You can make those decisions. But after 18, there is typically no spouse or someone already approved to legally make those crucial decisions. Michael Bailey can help make short work of a general medical or financial power of attorney for your college goer in one easy appointment. He’s got the experience and knowledge to ensure that whatever happens, you can still be a dedicated parent to your kids. Find him on the klzradio.com advertisers page. and protect your kids by getting your power of attorney appointment set up today.
SPEAKER 09 :
This is DJ with KLZ, and I’m here once again with Al Smith. Al, how are you today?
SPEAKER 17 :
I’m great. How are you? Thanks for having me.
SPEAKER 09 :
I’m doing pretty good. You’ve been doing this a long time, and I’m interested to know today, how is it that you help your clients mitigate risk when they plan for their retirement?
SPEAKER 17 :
Well, that’s kind of a big question. And before I answer that question is there’s a questionnaire that I complete that helps quantify people’s level of risk. Some people are OK losing 10 or 20 percent if in the past they have earned much, much more. On the other hand, some people, if their account dropped 10%, they would lose sleep. Some of the choices that we make is not only to save people from losing the value of their accounts, but also losing sleep.
SPEAKER 09 :
And do you find that there’s any difference between different demographics or ages and how they respond to that risk?
SPEAKER 17 :
Generally speaking, as people get older, they have a little more intolerance to risk. And one of the reasons for that is if someone is 40 years old and they have a modest nest egg, but they’re contributing on a regular basis to their 401k or IRA and the market drops, they’re making these purchases at a lower rate. And that’s called dollar cost averaging. On the other hand, if someone is 70 and they have a nest egg in the market drops, their entire nest egg is exposed to that drop. Primarily, people who are older are a little bit more risk averse and our design of that portfolio might be more for preservation and providing income than growth.
SPEAKER 09 :
Al, how do people get in touch with you if they want to mitigate their risk in retirement?
SPEAKER 17 :
You can reach me at 303-744-1128. If you’re driving when you hear this, contact KLZ and they will put you in touch with me. We can meet by Zoom or have a cup of coffee in my office in downtown Littleton and would love to meet you.
SPEAKER 09 :
You can also find him at klzradio.com slash money. Al, thanks for joining us today.
SPEAKER 17 :
Thank you for having me, TJ.
SPEAKER 20 :
Live and local, back to Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 07 :
And welcome back to Rush to Reason. Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560, Andy Pate filling in for John Rush. And we are doing, let’s just say it, movies that sucked.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yep.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, movies that were very depressing. Movies you want to avoid. We are helping other people avoid movies now. This next one, it is very rare that a movie is so bad that another movie makes fun of it. Okay? So I have to, and this upsets John Rush just a little bit, but this is Team America singing about Pearl Harbor. Here we go.
SPEAKER 16 :
I miss you more than Michael Bay missed the mark. When he made Pearl Harbor I miss you more than that movie missed the point And that’s an awful lot, girl And now, now you’ve gone away And all I’m trying to say is Pearl Harbor sucks And I miss you
SPEAKER 07 :
And it goes on. It’s a very funny song. It just rips on Ben Affleck. I think it was right. Pearl Harbor, and I will say this, the opening bombing segment is fantastic. OK, and from there it just goes downhill. You just wish they would. I mean, I hate to say this to the wonderful people of Hawaii, but I wish they had kept bombing. All right.
SPEAKER 11 :
Someone clip that out of context. Quote Andy Pate. The bombing was fantastic.
SPEAKER 07 :
Andy Pate favors the bombing of Pearl Harbor. No, but compared to the rest of the movie. Yeah, actually, it was horrible. Pearl Harbor was a disaster. It was awful. And I know that’s, you know.
SPEAKER 12 :
There’s a better one about Pearl Harbor. I can’t remember the name of it.
SPEAKER 07 :
Any movie about Pearl Harbor is a better movie about Pearl Harbor. Okay, Luke, you’re up. Go.
SPEAKER 11 :
What time is it, Andy? It is Morbin time. Because we’re talking about Morbius.
SPEAKER 10 :
Oh.
SPEAKER 11 :
The movie’s so bad that people joked about it incessantly. And I still think one of my favorite events to come out of the Morbius movie is it was so universally hated. And people disliked it so much. that there was a running joke of trying to get studios, actually, we want to give it a second chance, re-release it in theaters. We’ll watch it this time. And fans convinced them to re-release Morbius, and no one saw it a second time. Oh, yeah. It was bad. It was so funny.
SPEAKER 07 :
Hey, man, I had to sit through it. It was pretty painful. Well, you know, for a while there, because they’re running on empty with the superhero movies, and so what they’re doing is doing like with Black Adam and Morbius, they’re releasing villains in semi-hero roles. It did not work. I agree. Morbius, bad. Okay, you’re up, sir.
SPEAKER 12 :
Let’s go with The Room. I think it might be regarded as the worst movie ever. I thought it was so funny, though. It’s not supposed to be a comedy.
SPEAKER 07 :
I did not see The Room.
SPEAKER 12 :
Oh, I don’t even know if they allowed it.
SPEAKER 07 :
With Tommy Wiseau, you never saw that?
SPEAKER 12 :
I don’t know if they allowed it in theaters after a week.
SPEAKER 07 :
Maybe I drove it from my memory. I see so many.
SPEAKER 11 :
It’s a famously bad movie.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yeah, like beyond bad. And then the, what are their names? The Brothers that did a remake of it. That was funny. The Disaster Artist with James Franco and Dave Franco.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER 12 :
It’s based off The Room.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, okay, okay.
SPEAKER 12 :
So just this guy who thinks he knows what a movie is.
SPEAKER 07 :
I do like James Franco.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, he’s good. Okay, you know who else I like? I like Jersey Joe. Joe! Do you have a bad movie for… I mean, can you warn us away from some bad movies?
SPEAKER 04 :
Sure.
SPEAKER 07 :
You know, the Phantom… Joe, really quick here. How many times did you see The Phantom Menace?
SPEAKER 04 :
Zero. Oh, well done, sir. OK, go ahead. You know, the Fast and Furious franchise has been around for a decade now.
SPEAKER 14 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, the most recent iteration was one with Jason Stratham and Dwayne the Rock Johnson. It was called Fast and Furious Hobbs and Shaw.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, awful.
SPEAKER 04 :
You saw it, right?
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, gosh. It was so – and it’s on my list here. It was so bad. I mean, the stunt scenes – don’t get me wrong. I understand the stunt scenes are supposed to be not believable, but come on.
SPEAKER 04 :
You know, you can get – remember in the old days, you used to get, like, one incredible scene like that, and people would talk about it? But here you’ve got a movie that’s got 15 or 20 of their – They drive through the wall of a building. They’re on the third floor of a building, and they drive out through the window on the third floor, and they land on something, and they keep right on driving. And, you know, you do that once, okay? You do it six or seven times, and come on.
SPEAKER 07 :
Joe, somebody could have driven out of a window. Of a, you know, third floor, right? Landed on a tight wire, had their feet go out through the bottom of the car, Flintstone style, and tightwired, you know, on a unicycle across the tight wire across the Grand Canyon. That would be… as believable as much of what i saw in hobbs and shaw it was ridiculous they did kind of do that in a way i forget which fashion the fears movie they threw a car off a cliff and used a grappling hook to fight a helicopter yeah i know which is funny and silly but i mean hobbs and shaw was bad and by the way the acting was no great shakes either i hate to say that because as i always tell john rush vin diesel is the greatest actor in american history
SPEAKER 04 :
And this didn’t have been. No, it didn’t. My runner up is Wonder Woman 1984.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, gosh.
SPEAKER 04 :
Have you guys said, well, I remember it was something to do with some artifact that would grant you a wish, but when granted you a wish, people would wish for some sort of superpower. but then it would curse them, and it kept moving from one person to the next person.
SPEAKER 07 :
I know, and I tried wishing, but I was still in the movie. It was awful.
SPEAKER 04 :
So that was my runner-up.
SPEAKER 07 :
How could they do that? I mean, here you’ve got… First of all, the first movie was so fresh and fun and energizing, right? It was just a really terrific movie. She’s gorgeous, of course, and she’s also terrific at the role. And how could you blow that? I mean, it’s such an easy formula.
SPEAKER 04 :
It really was. I mean… And again, I really did regret it. I mean, when the movie ended, I got, God, did I just waste two hours of my life watching this movie? That’s what I said to myself. And the same thing with The Fast and Furious. There’s one more. It’s not quite as bad, but Black Widow with Scarlett Johansson.
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah, the Black Widow movie? Awful.
SPEAKER 07 :
You know, I’m going to say, though, it did one pretty good thing. I like that it introduced her sister, Florence Pugh, that character, Yelena. I thought it was a pretty good character, but the movie was bad.
SPEAKER 04 :
The movie was bad.
SPEAKER 07 :
It was boring.
SPEAKER 04 :
Those are my top three. I’ve got more, but I don’t want to monopolize. Anyway, those are my top three.
SPEAKER 07 :
You think they’re going to make a Black Widow 2049? Let’s hope not. All right, I was just wondering. All right, Joe, thank you, sir.
SPEAKER 04 :
All right, take care, guys.
SPEAKER 07 :
Bye-bye. You take care. Okay, folks, this next one, since we’re going into the superhero genre, how do you blow Aquaman? I mean, the first Aquaman was really good, wasn’t it? The second one, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Here we go.
SPEAKER 02 :
Half a billion people from every known species in the sea all hated this place home.
SPEAKER 15 :
But that doesn’t mean they don’t like me. Or this movie. I’m going to kill Aquaman and destroy everything he holds dear. Stop this movie. I’m going to murder his family.
SPEAKER 07 :
And this movie.
SPEAKER 15 :
And burn his kingdom to ash. And the film.
SPEAKER 01 :
He must be stopped or a global meltdown is imminent.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, I can’t take any more. This movie was awful.
SPEAKER 12 :
It had a great cast.
SPEAKER 07 :
It had the cast. It had everything. It flat out sucked.
SPEAKER 11 :
Did I hear that right? He says I’m going to burn his kingdom to ash? Yeah. Correct me if I’m wrong.
SPEAKER 07 :
It’s an Aquaman underwater. I know. Riddle me that. It was pain. I was in pain. It hurt me personally. Okay, Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
I hate to do this to Scarlett Johansson, but as a fan of the original Ghost in the Shell movie, the live-action remake was a disaster.
SPEAKER 07 :
I know! And she’s a terrific actress.
SPEAKER 11 :
She’s so good. She looked good in the movie, too.
SPEAKER 07 :
The movie looked beautiful. Awful movie. Awful movie. Absolutely. I agree. Okay, Tanner, you’re up.
SPEAKER 12 :
Let’s go with another superhero movie, Madam Web.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 12 :
Never saw it, but I just know, and the trailer was enough.
SPEAKER 11 :
I’ll tell you this about the movie. It’s a superhero movie, Spider-Man adjacent. I don’t think they once fight the main villain with superpowers. They hit the main villain with an ambulance twice, and that’s the extent of the combat that happens in that movie.
SPEAKER 07 :
I know. It’s just terrible. By the way, why make a… I know about the Madam Web character from Spider-Man lore because I’m into Spider-Man lore. Why make a movie about her?
SPEAKER 11 :
It’s not a good movie. It’s not a good character to make a movie of. She’s like a side character in someone else’s movie.
SPEAKER 07 :
Guys, we are on a roll with superheroes. Here we go. The Flash.
SPEAKER 15 :
If you were to go into the past, you have no idea what the consequences can be. Bruce, I could fix things. You could also destroy everything.
SPEAKER 07 :
And they did destroy it, and I felt this can’t be happening. As I watched that movie, I was in misery. Everybody was in misery. People were actually running faster than the flash at the end of the movie to scream out of there. They broke right through the door. It was incredible. That was awful. And, you know, the funny thing is, the guy who was the star of it, who has a lot of personal problems in life, obviously, he’s a pretty sick guy, is actually a very funny actor. And he just fell short. Okay, Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
Oh, boy. Let’s switch this over to basically any of the Michael Bay Transformers movies after the first three. First three hold a special place in my heart. But in Transformers The Last Knight specifically, it’s a Transformers movie titled Transformers The Last Knight. I don’t think a single thing transforms in that movie.
SPEAKER 07 :
Nothing transforms. It was horrible. It was so painful. I hated life coming out of there. I shook my fist at the heavens and said, why did a loving God allow this? And he looked down and said, I didn’t make it.
SPEAKER 11 :
Blame Michael Bay.
SPEAKER 07 :
It was so bad. By the way, what was the yellow? Bumblebee. Bumblebee. Did you ever see the one just Bumblebee? That was pretty good.
SPEAKER 11 :
No, but I’ve heard good things.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, it was good. Okay, Tanner, you’re up.
SPEAKER 12 :
Like Luke said earlier, I hate remakes of any sort, especially when they switch the genders entirely. So Ocean’s 8 is on my hit list.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, that was terrible.
SPEAKER 12 :
Didn’t even see it. I just know it was bad.
SPEAKER 07 :
Awkwafina did everything she could to rescue it, but nothing could be done.
SPEAKER 12 :
I mean, the male cast, every one of those actors, spot on perfect for the role. And then they do that.
SPEAKER 07 :
It was terrible. Okay, let’s take a break. When we come back, we’re going to go rapid fire. And we are going to put out a ton of movies that you want to avoid. Because, folks, I’ve got to warn you, these movies are out there. They’re on streaming. Right. And you’re thinking, hey, it’s the weekend. I like this actor. I will watch this movie. We are going to save you two hours of your life. Up next is Kevin Flesch, Flesch Law. Corey and I, we hired, my wife and I, we hired Kevin Flesch. We won with ease. But Kevin’s team also carried us through the entire process. It was great. F-L-E-S-C-H. Call Flesch Law at 303-806-8886. Or you can go to FleschLawFirm.com.
SPEAKER 21 :
Here’s why you need personal injury attorney Kevin Flesch on your side. He understands the way the jury thinks. In the context of a personal injury case, you’ve been hurt by someone else’s negligence. The idea is that you’re going to try to recover so that you can get back to where you were just prior to that incident occurring. What that really means from a jurist’s perspective is that you’re going to be asking them to award you money. So when we talk about fairness, we’re talking about six people that you don’t know. Those six people view the evidence and make a unanimous decision that will decide what the fair value is. When you’re the one who’s hurt, you have a good idea of what you think it’s worth. The question is, can you persuade those other individuals whom you don’t know and were witnesses to believe that’s what the case is worth? Kevin Flesch understands the way the jury thinks. Call now for a free consultation. 303-806-8886

We’ve often wondered, why would anyone who lives in Colorado not have solar? The government pays for most of it, and having solar installed on your home means no power bill. After you get solar, you can buy an electric vehicle and never get your oil changed or stop at a gas station again. Most of the solar tax credits and rebates end in just a few months. If you want to get solar or backup power to your home, you need to get a copy of your power bill to Allen Davis before September 15th to decide for yourself. Call Allen Davis at 303-378-7537. That’s 303-378-7537. We don’t yell at you. We inform you. Now, back to Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 07 :
And welcome back to Rush to Reason. Denver’s Afternoon Rush. KLZ 560. Andy Pate filling in for John Rush along with Tanner Cole.
SPEAKER 06 :
Man.
SPEAKER 07 :
And Luke Cash. Man. Okay, guys. We got to go fast. We got a lot of movies that are bad. We got to warn some people because they may watch these movies. And they could ruin an entire evening. Here we go. The Matrix Resurrections. The last one that came out. Please do not see that movie. It is awful. Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
Oh, Batman v. Superman. Oh, terrible. Martha, why’d you say that name? Oh, it was awful.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 12 :
Materialists.
SPEAKER 07 :
I did not see Materialist.
SPEAKER 12 :
I haven’t seen it. I just know it’s bad.
SPEAKER 07 :
I’ve heard it’s bad. Okay, how about this one? Jupiter Ascending. Trust me, it is awful. And you’re thinking, oh, sci-fi movie. This is going to be a lot of fun. No, it isn’t. It’s boring. Don’t see it. Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
We got Ant-Man Quantumania. Already said it.
SPEAKER 07 :
Next.
SPEAKER 11 :
You said Ant-Man and the Wasp.
SPEAKER 07 :
That was last. Well, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Quantumania. Oh, is it Quantumania? Yeah. Awful. Yeah, even the title is long. Too long to remember. Yeah, okay. Give me another one.
SPEAKER 11 :
I’ll give you another one. Alien Covenant. Alien Covenant.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, that was pretty bad. Okay. Tanner, you’re up.
SPEAKER 12 :
Batman and Robin with George Clooney.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, that was awful. Okay, Bride Hard. Trust me, it came out a few weeks ago. Do not see it. Absolutely awful. Luke, you’re up. The New War of the Worlds with Ice Cube, I think it is. Yeah. Terrible. I’ve heard it’s awful. Go.
SPEAKER 12 :
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, awful. Absolutely awful. Okay, here we go. My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3. Absolute pain. Pure pain. Okay, Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
As a fan of the original cartoon, this is personally offensive to me. M. Night Shyamalan’s The Last Airbender.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, gosh. Are you talking the one that was made live?
SPEAKER 11 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, awful.
SPEAKER 11 :
No good.
SPEAKER 07 :
By the way, can we throw in virtually all the Disney classics that were made live? Yeah.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yes.
SPEAKER 07 :
Big umbrella.
SPEAKER 12 :
I’ll just cross out Lilo and Stitch right now.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah. They made so many bad ones. You’re up.
SPEAKER 12 :
Twisted with Samuel L. Jackson and Andy Garcia. You know what? I didn’t see it.
SPEAKER 1 :
2004.
SPEAKER 07 :
I can’t say. Okay, Blue Beetle was terrible. Another Marvel movie. Do not see it. No, that was actually DC. Go ahead. DC.
SPEAKER 11 :
We’ll keep the M. Night Shyamalan train going with The Happening.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, yes. That was terrible. Tanner, go.
SPEAKER 12 :
Killers. Ashton Kutcher, Kate Hudson.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, terrible. Dream scenario with Nicolas Cage. You’re thinking, Nicolas Cage, man, how’s that? No, no, no. It’s terrible. Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
I like the first three, but Spy Kids 4 really dropped the ball.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yep, sorry. Can’t do it. Okay, Tanner, you’re up.
SPEAKER 12 :
Fight Club, members only. It’s a Bollywood film based off the original.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh my gosh, that’s horrible. No, no, no, no, no. Okay, here we go. Just Getting Started. It’s with Morgan Freeman, Tommy Lee Jones, Rene Russo. Oh, such a good cast. Horrible, horrible movie. Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
Oh, let’s go with Pixar’s Planes.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, yeah, that was pretty bad.
SPEAKER 11 :
They tried to ride the high of cars, and it just did not work.
SPEAKER 12 :
It did not work. Tanner, you’re up. Birdemic. Shock and tear.
SPEAKER 07 :
I don’t even know what it is. Apparently it’s terrible. I don’t either. Guys, the original National Treasure was terrific. National Treasure 2. Not. Okay, do not watch it. Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
Oh, Divergent. And basically any of the other sequels. I think it’s, what is it? Divergent, Insurgent, Resurgent.
SPEAKER 07 :
Regurgent. Yeah. Okay, okay.
SPEAKER 12 :
Tanner, you’re up. Real Steel. I did not like that.
SPEAKER 07 :
I did not see that, so I can’t say. Okay, Speed was wonderful. Speed 2, an absolute disaster. Do not see it. Luke, you’re up. Taken 2 and 3. Okay, now I’m going to take a little bit… of disagreement here. Not on three, but on two, while it wasn’t as good as the first, definitely, I didn’t think it was terrible.
SPEAKER 11 :
Agreed. I think doing 15 separate cuts for Liam Neeson jumping a fence was a bit too much for me. I lost it at that point, and it never got me back.
SPEAKER 07 :
I don’t think you can ever have too many cuts of him jumping a fence. Okay, go ahead.
SPEAKER 12 :
Him and Nicolas Cage, one and the same. Tanner, you’re up. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, very good, very good. Okay, how about this? Captain America, Brave New World. The one that just came out. What a bomb. Okay, Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
Let’s keep the superhero trend going. Suicide Squad. Not the James Gunn remake, but the original Suicide Squad with the Jared Leto Joker.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, that didn’t work. Did not work. And by the way, he can be a good actor. Jared Leto’s a great actor. He missed on that one. Okay, Tanner, you’re up.
SPEAKER 12 :
Might not like this, but the Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
SPEAKER 07 :
I do like that. I agree. Yuck.
SPEAKER 12 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 07 :
It’s just boring. Okay, Expendables 4. Do not see it. Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
Any of the Pirates of the Caribbean after the first three or four. I think the fourth one’s also pretty all right.
SPEAKER 07 :
They just went absolutely awful. Okay, Tanner, you’re up.
SPEAKER 12 :
I might catch a lot of heat from this from the older crowd, but Point Break I did not like.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, okay.
SPEAKER 12 :
Patrick Swayze, Keanu Reeves.
SPEAKER 07 :
Had moments. Okay, Infinity Pool. Trust me, awful beyond awful. Luke, you’re up.
SPEAKER 11 :
It hurts me to even admit this movie is real, but Pacific Rim Uprising, the second one.
SPEAKER 07 :
The first one was good.
SPEAKER 11 :
The first one was so good.
SPEAKER 07 :
And the second one was terrible.
SPEAKER 12 :
Tanner, you’re up. Let’s go with Bright, Will Smith.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, terrible, terrible. Waterworld, Kevin Costner. I cursed you. I did. I just couldn’t take it. Go ahead.
SPEAKER 11 :
Men in Black International. Again, like star-studded cast, but not good movie.
SPEAKER 07 :
Just weak. Go ahead, Tanner.
SPEAKER 12 :
