TV news stations that needs Brendan Carr to give a seal of approval, a stamp, so that they can break a rule, a current FCC rule saying that they can’t own, nobody can own more than enough TV stations that reach more than 39% of the American people. That’s the rule right now. For Nexstar to buy this $6.2 billion competitor, they need Brendan Carr to be like, no, no, forget that. We’ll get rid of that rule. So Nexstar, as you note, sees Brendan Carr is signaling he wants local media to stop carrying this speech and this speaker that Trump doesn’t approve of. Got it. Got the message. And we saw what happened. And this is it’s a direct violation of the First Amendment because it is the government telling companies what to do with the implicit threat of he said we can do this the easy way or we can do this the hard way.

The ongoing, you know, I’m trying to sort of figure out, you know, why they think that this is in any way. an FCC issue and what what galls me is that there were some people on the right that were trying to push this stupid nonsense like oh well it was the FCC that was the they were the ones that ran him off when if you’re listening it sounds like and I can’t even believe I’m citing Jake Tapper but still though if you’re listening it sounds like this was a business decision from the local stations, and I mean, good grief. That’s exactly what this was. This wasn’t the FCC. I mean, I don’t think that the FCC is Nexstar and Sinclair and all of those. It’s not who the FCC is. Welcome to the show. It’s Friday in Texas. The temperature is hot. There’s no fall here. I’m going to complain about that a little bit later because I’m tired of all my girlfriends going, anyway. So there’s a couple of pieces that I have over at Substack that get into all of this. And we’re going to dive into some of it because I don’t know if you saw a lot of this yesterday. I had tweeted about some of this as well. The… Liz McDonald had broke this. She broke the story. You know, Liz is over at Fox News. She’s a great reporter. She broke some of this. And I tweeted about it and wrote about some of this yesterday as it relates to the decision that ABC and Sinclair Nextar made, which, by the way, that’s not a permanent decision. I feel like not a lot of people are noting this. They had said that. In fact, it came out today. I’m pulling this story up right now because it’s a new story. But in fact, they made it known today that, you know, if he rolls it back, if he rolls back his asinine rhetoric, they would be willing to put him up. They put him back up, put him back on. So I’m not. quite sure why, again, people keep saying that that’s a free speech issue. I want to note that when he said the comment that he said, he wasn’t making a joke. And I am really taking offense at the way it’s characterized. Now, they made a joke. He made a joke in his monologue later. But that wasn’t a joke. That was a lie. And he wasn’t even trying to be funny. Not that he is, but he wasn’t trying to be in that instance. So I think people need to stop saying he was trying to make a joke because he wasn’t. He just came out and said just a flat out lie. And then he kept going with it. But some of the latest is that Apparently, he’s told by ABC and the local stations that, well, if he rolls it back, they would reconsider reinstating him. Because remember, it was only ever a suspension. It was a suspension. He was told to apologize. Page six has this. He was told to apologize to Kirk’s family. This was by the local stations. and to make a donation to lift the on-air suspension, and he refused to do so. This is according to Page Six. Page Six is pretty well-placed sources, I just got to say. And Sinclair said, quote, that they will not lift the suspension of his show on their stations until formal discussions are held with ABC regarding the network’s commitment to professionalism and accountability. And they also demanded that he issued a direct apology to Kirk’s family. And they said that if he makes a meaningful personal donation to the Kirk family in Turning Point, USA. Now, I don’t think he’s got to donate to Turning Point, USA. I think it would be a nice gesture if he donated to the Kirk family, but I don’t know if they necessarily need it. I think that an apology is absolutely what’s needed. I think that would go great for, you know, making that first step towards the unity that they’re all clamoring about. They’re all talking about making a step towards that unity. But that said. He apparently doesn’t want to do any of this. And they’ve even so this is not this is not like he’s not suspended. He’s or he’s not fired. He’s suspended and he’s got a way back, but he just doesn’t really want to take it. So what does that tell you? I mean, to me, that tells you everything that you need to know. This was about him being a jack wagon. So they told him they’ve said, look, we want you to deescalate Disney bosses. They said they want Jimmy Kimmel to de-escalate, this is according to one of the latest stories, before they put him back on air. They’re scrambling to convince him to tone down his rhetoric. Again, I will remind you, he went out and said that it was a MAGA person that killed Kirk and then he made fun of it all. Actually, he didn’t make fun of it because that implies that he made a joke. He just ran his mouth and was a jack wagon. And then later on in the show, he made some jokes. But he went out there purposefully with the intent to inflame. And two, he knew what he was saying was a lie because it all came out that the guy was banging a dude who dresses as a furry and IDs as trans. So, you know, at that point, we kind of all knew, right? So he’s got a clear path forward and he doesn’t want to take it. Apparently, it was absolute just disgust from viewers. And I’ve seen this a number of times. People were absolutely disgusted over this. Is it a great look for Brendan Carr over at the FCC to gloat about it? I don’t know. I don’t really give a rat’s ass because somebody got shot in the damn neck and everybody’s pissed off about Brendan Carr getting upset or joking about it. Some of these people need to check their priorities. And that includes some of these contrarian ass grifters on the right who are aiding and abetting the left with this stupid narrative because they’re a bunch of thirsty fame whores and they want clicks. And I’m so tired of that brain dead, brain rot thinking. Good night. Stop helping the left. And that’s exactly what this was. So it wasn’t Brendan Carr. So back to that question. Should he have said what he said? I don’t care. Somebody got shot in the neck and everybody’s over here rearranging chairs on the USS America Titanic culture. I don’t even have words. Well, I don’t like the way he joked about it. Oh, my gosh. Go do something unflattering to yourself. You didn’t like it. Somebody got shot in the neck. Oh, somebody. Oh, you don’t like that. They’re making Jimmy Kimmel apologize. Somebody got shot in the neck. You don’t like that. Brendan Carr made a joke and said, well, and quoted that Matthew McConaughey movie with the dragons. That was that movie called Can’t Look That Up because it’s going to bother the hell out of me. Where he was like, we can make this easy or we can make this real easy. That’s an old quote. I mean, clearly, you know, I get that we’ve got culturally tone deaf people who don’t even realize that he was actually making like that was a quote from a famous Matthew McConaughey movie. And that was a major line in it. And he went out and fought dragons and it was like Mad Max, but with dragons anyway. No, it was not How to Train Your Dragon, the animated children’s film, Kane. It was Matthew McConaughey. And he’s like, we can make this easier. We can make this real easy. And it’s when he’s getting ready to go into this guy’s stronghold. Christian Bale was in it as well. And so it was like him and Christian Bale. Right. Anyway, long story short, that’s where Brendan Carr was. That’s that’s where that quotes from. So all these people are like, that’s a threat. But they won’t say that Charlie Kirk getting shot in the neck was a political execution, that that was an assassination. But Brendan Carr quoting a damn Matthew McConaughey movie is that’s a threat. But again, Charlie Kirk getting shot in the neck, not an assassination. He had it coming, you know, because he was a dirty conservative cane. Did you find that movie you did, didn’t you? Rain of Fire. Thank you, sir. Rain of Fire. It is a quote from that movie. And he’s all like dirty and he shows up and Christian Bale’s opening the door to his weird little, you know, Mad Max fort. And he’s like, I don’t know if I want to let you in. You look sus. And this is not the direct dialogue. And Matthew McConaughey is like, well, you know, I’m coming in and we can do this easier. We can do this real easy. So that was his quote. That’s what Carr’s talking about. For anyone to sit here and go, oh my gosh, that’s direct evidence that the FCC was involved. Shut up. Shut up. Oh my gosh. That’s not even accurate. Look, I don’t even – and I got somebody who got all butthurt about this because I don’t even quite totally agree that the FCC should exist. I understand that we have to regulate, you know, ham operators. We’ve got to regulate airways for certain things. I get that. But the FCC goes far and beyond that. That’s my point. Like it’s not even the agency is not even functioning in its original designated capacity at the time of its inception. I’m sure that we would all agree with that. It has exceeded far beyond that. And I like that, you know, I like Brendan Carr and everything, no offense, but I’m a little bit, again, two steps above anarchy with this stuff. That said, if there’s evidence that there was coercion, if there’s evidence that Brendan Carr, and I asked him to his face twice in two different ways yesterday. I always like some of these questions. I always try to ask in a very nonchalant, benign way, and then I’ll follow up and ask more directly. And both times, no, he did not personally get involved, nor did anyone else in the administration. But do they have to? Again, a guy was shot in the neck. Do they have to get involved? Or do you think that people that are watching this, this, you know, oaf who’s on ABC making jokes about the this, you know, the next generation’s JFK. Maybe they thought it was in bad taste and they got a lot of feedback. Oh, no, that can’t that can’t happen because the left thinks that everyone loves them. They think that everyone worships every thought that falls out of their backside. They think that their opinions are untouchable because they are sacrosanct. It did not even dawn on them that people were like, wow, that’s in bad taste. Maybe I’m going to call my local station and object to the airing of what this was not a joke. It was just literally malicious rambling. enough people said something. So you had an administration in the FCC who didn’t even have to do anything because Jimmy Kimmel did it to himself. And just because you had some, and by the way, Sinclair is kind of right-leaning. I know Sinclair. I’ve worked with Sinclair and stuff before. Great organization. They’re not lefties. Why in the world would anybody be shocked by this? Next star. They’re not lefties. They’re not really righties, but they also don’t like bad taste and they don’t like maliciousness. Why is anybody shocked over this? Someone does something stupid at their job and they get in trouble. News at 10 must be the FCC, said all the people that wanted you to believe that an experimental injection was going to stop transmission. And then, oh, no, it doesn’t. The same people who told you that the laptop was fake wanted you to believe that the administration and the FCC caused this. The same people who told you 15 days to slow the spread wanted you to believe that the administration and the FCC did this. And I am mad because these morons are making me defend the FCC. Wow, those are the big free speech advocates, guys. You remember those people? Because maybe they don’t, but we do. That’s pretty wild. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you. We’re at the bottom of this first hour. You can watch us do the radio program on Channel 347 Direct TV. The chat is also at Rumble. And you can find us on X and Facebook as well. So I wanted to do a flashback. I got a number of flashbacks for you. to touch on because, you know, these are the big, these are the big free speech warriors, right? Do you remember, I tweeted about this. Do you guys remember this story? And it was some time ago. This was back when Barack Obama was, I was this, his reelection. I don’t even remember it at this point may have been, may have been his reelection, but there was a rodeo in Missouri and, And at this rodeo in Missouri, there was a guy who, you know, rodeo clown, you have rodeo clowns at rodeos, right? He walked out and he has a history of walking out in a presidential mask of whatever, okay, so he was in office, of whatever president is in office. He, this rodeo clown has a history of walking out in these presidential masks. I wrote about this at the time. And this was back in, gosh, 2011. It was some time ago. Or 2013. Well, no, this was even before then, I think. I think I had listed it in a roundup. Anyway, the left was, as you can imagine, was apoplectic when this rodeo clown at the Missouri State Fair, at a state fair in the state of Missouri, when this rodeo clown came out and he was wearing an Obama mask. Now, keep in mind, this guy had repeatedly gone out in numerous rodeos wearing different presidential masks. He had done it tons of times before. He had worn a Bush mask. He had worn a Clinton mask. He had worn an H.W. Bush mask. He wore an Obama mask. The left was so enraged that they canceled the rodeo clown. They got him fired and they got him banned for life from the rodeo at the state fair. So that’s the free speech loving left. I don’t know if you guys remember this story. I wrote about at the time, and this was back in 2009, and it actually began when Barack Obama was running for his first term. In Missouri, and this was one of the two bigger stories that I had broken at the time, and I was still local radio in St. Louis, and I found that somebody had tipped me off that you had Bob McCullough, who was a county prosecutor, and you might remember that name because he was also the prosecutor tasked with going after Darren Wilson in the wake of Mike Brown, and he was not able to successfully do it. He’s a far lefty. And he and Jennifer Joyce, another of the county prosecutors in Missouri, in St. Louis County, and a Democrat sheriff, they formed what they called Obama’s, well, what became known as Obama’s Truth Squad. And in the Obama Truth Squad, they were literally threatening anybody who was being critical of Obama in a way that they deemed to be dishonest. And involved in this was was a woman named Buffy Wicks, and she ran Obama’s Missouri campaign. So Buffy Wicks was colluding at the time with two of St. Louis’s highest profile prosecuting attorneys, both Democrats, and they were threatening to target anyone who dared to spread misinformation about then candidate Obama with their quote unquote Obama true squad. They even made an ad about it and they aired it on local news and they scrubbed it immediately because people were just they couldn’t believe what they were hearing. Now, that’s what the left did. KMOV Channel 4 in St. Louis was one of the first ones to report it. And they and I’m glad that they did. They were one of the most honest ones at the time. They joined Glenn Boyer. You remember him, Kane? He was the Jefferson County sheriff, Democrat Glenn Boyer. They were threatening to invoke Missouri ethics laws against anybody that they deemed spreading misinformation. But their definition of misinformation was vague. McCullough said, quote, If they’re not going to tell the truth, somebody’s got to step up and say that’s not the truth. This is the truth. And they will be reminding voters, this was their whole thing, that Barack Obama is a Christian who wants to cut taxes. Now, this came after Phil Berg, who is an attorney for Hillary Clinton, went out sensationally and claimed that Barack Obama was basically an illegal immigrant and that he was Muslim and all this stuff. And everybody blames Trump for it. But Phil Berg had about, I don’t know, 10 years on Trump with that stuff. Hillary Clinton launched that when Barack Obama ascended to Congress. Remember, he started out as a state lawmaker in Illinois, and then he was able to leverage Jerry Ryan. Remember her, seven of nine? Her husband was running as the Republican against Barack Obama for that seat, and he leveraged her divorce as a way to knock out the husband and take the seat. So it was very, very methodical. And When Phil Berg, when Hillary Clinton deployed that first attack, they ended up later, 10 years later, blaming it on Trump. It’s wild. But they literally, KMOV had reported at the time that the campaign was asking Missouri law enforcement to target anybody who lies or runs a misleading ad that was verbatim reporting from KMOV, which is a CBS affiliate in St. Louis.

Now. We know that the Obama campaign, there were receipts, was absolutely involved in it. That was actually literally a censorship project that predated the ministry department, the truth, ministry, truth and department that what’s her face? What’s that woman’s name? Nina Jankowicz, Ministry of Truth that they were doing predated that by a decade. So this is Democrats. This is their M.O. They’ve always done this. They’ve always done this. I don’t know if you guys remember, the last time I, well, one of the last times I was in Arizona, well, actually in Tucson, in the southern part of Arizona, was for a rally for the Tucson Tea Party. And I went with my dear friend and then boss at the time, Andrew Breitbart. And it was there to support the Tucson Tea Party who had been under attack in the wake of the Giffords shooting. And you remember the individual in the Giffords shooting. This was someone that the sheriff of at the time, Sheriff Dupnik, D-U-P-N-I-K. His office had been made aware of this particular killer. He had already he was already on their radar because he had been banned from his community college office. for threatening behavior and posing a danger to other students. And he was not allowed to return to his community college without a doctor’s note clearing him. And the sheriff’s office had been made available of it multiple times. This is what local media had reported. After Giffords was targeted by this guy, by the way, who had a satanic shrine in his backyard and was a very far leftist, Dupnick then went on in his own voice and blamed the Tucson Tea Party. He pretty much almost called everybody out by name, said that it was the right that was responsible for this. And then he blamed Sarah Palin. This was some of the press conference at the time. This is what is it? This is let’s do 24 first.

But it’s exactly this kind of personal name-calling. He didn’t sound like he was really concerned about me when he was criticizing and saying things that absolutely were not true. He knows they’re not true. You know, I have a reputation of 50 years, and I don’t think I have to defend myself on the kinds of issues that he was raising. It’s my belief that the hard right is deliberately fueling the fire against public officials, elected officials.

This is after he had gone on when he had one of the original press conferences, the first press conference that they gave. Clarence Dupnick got up there and literally told Tea Partiers he blamed Tea Partiers. And I don’t even know if you can get that video anymore. The first press conference. I couldn’t. I was having trouble finding it. But he had gone out there and he blamed the Tea Party. And I don’t know if you guys remember this. Trent and Jennifer Humphries were the founders and they ran the Tucson Tea Party. At the time that Giffords was shot, they had actually just had they just had a baby and they were at the coming back from the store with like detergent and diapers. And they came back and all these news crews were on their front lawn because the shooting had already happened. And Dupnick already had his press conference and he already blamed the Tea Party. So they had all of the news crews descend on the Humphreys yard. That’s what the left does. And Dupnick is very, very far left. And then what ended up happening from all of the media incitement? Audio somebody 22 on a live ABC town hall, a leftist threatened Trent Humphreys, the founder of the Tucson Tea Party, all due to this leftist inciting rhetoric. Listen.

On display, too, was something no one ever expected at a town hall, where one of the primary points had to do with recognizing various sorts of warning signs. This man, Safeway shooting victim James Fuller, suddenly became a suspect when he threatened a Tea Party audience participant by taking his picture and shouting out, you’re dead. Outside, Fuller was full of words for the Pima County Sheriff’s deputies walking him away.

In a strange twist, a man who was shot but survived last Saturday’s massacre was taken into custody after making a threatening comment at a town hall event in Tucson. 63-year-old James Eric Fuller threatened Tea Party member Trent Humphreys by saying, you are dead.

Now, we can’t show you the video because every time we show you the video, the left reports me on YouTube and they try to get my account suspended because they claim copyright violation. So we have the video of this. But because the left are such free speech warriors, I can’t show it to you because they’ll get my account suspended on YouTube. And that’s a God honest fact. Happy to just shove the receipts of that down anyone’s throat. Because we’ve gone through it repeatedly. You know, the free speech warrior left that blamed that tragedy on the right when it was actually a far left Satanist who did it. And those receipts abound. And when that came to light and when it came to light that he was already on their radar and that he was already causing problems at his community college campus, boy, oh boy, they started talking about that guy. They stopped talking about him. That’s the free speech warrior left. So all of these people out there that are talking about tone, we’ve been living with your damn tone for over 15 years now. All of these fake free speech warriors out there who are saying, oh, well, you know, we need to be able to have all these voices on. We’ve tried your way. We weren’t the ones canceling people. They have tried to cancel people on the right since I got started in broadcasting. I have lost count of how many times they’ve tried to cancel my show, how many times they would try to get me kicked off of national TV. They were trying to boycott to get me kicked off of election coverage of previous networks. Spare me. I don’t give a crap what Ben Stiller says. I don’t care what any of these people say. They are not free speech warriors. They used it to shut down the right. I have never once, I even defended Keith Oberman. When Keith Oberman got in trouble at MSNBC because they discovered that he had made political donations and they said that was against their rules because they were trying to maintain this optic of bipartisanship, which we all know that’s stupid. I’m like, the stuff that he said on TV is way worse than a political donation. I expect somebody who’s far left to give money to far left candidates. He had to thank me on air. He was all bawling and sobbing on air. He had to thank me on air. because I and others defended him by name. And now look at him. It’s always a one-way street for these people. And I know people are watching a football game tonight and we kind of sleepwalk through this thing. Don’t remind us. We got him here, Governor. This is one of the most outrageous affronts on this. This is North Korea-style stuff. And it’s being done because this is a weak, thin-skinned man who’s failing as a president. All of the things he promised are not happening.

OK, what does this have to do with Trump? Trump did not do this. All of these people are so you know what it is. They’re desperate for a distraction to their side, shooting Charlie Kirk in the throat. That’s what it is. They are desperate to find something that they can use to distract from that. They are so desperate. That is why they are making up this story that the administration is involved in. I it’s just kind of bewildering. And some of the people on the right that are going along with us, like whose side are you on? Like spreading this this fake news nonsense, whose side are you on? Are you on the side of the ideology that wants to shut everyone down and shoot people in the throat? Or are you on the side of the people that are like this is private companies should be able to do what they were going to do? Isn’t that what the left has already always said forever? When Twitter, when they back channel coerced Twitter to ban Trump during an election period and then went out and told everyone that, oh, no, private companies can do what they want. Now, these people don’t like the rules that they’ve established. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash here with you. And we are at the top of this second hour. And so. I in the chats at Rumble, by the way, and you can also watch us do the radio show Channel 347 Direct TV. It’s they don’t they don’t care about this. I saw some people that got I had video yesterday. I mean, we had Brendan Carr on the program yesterday and he I asked him two different ways. Did you pressure the admin? And then the second time, the first time was a soft question to see how resistant he was going to be. There’s always a formula. And then the second question was direct. So did you or the administration actually pressure any of these stations or the FCC or through the FCC or through the admin, the stations or Disney or ABC? And he said he was like, we did not do this. And he admitted that he joked about it. And he admitted that he sent memes about it. And? That is not even remotely like what they’re accusing them of. So I asked him this and there were some people who were like, why didn’t you ask him that? Why didn’t you watch? It just blows the mind. And that’s, you know, I get aggravated about this because I don’t want to be put in a position, like I said last hour, I’m defending the FCC. I’m not a huge fan. I’m not. The original intent has far been eclipsed by everything else that they do now. So this is the issue. It’s a private company. And look, he was given an option to apologize. Now, I don’t think that you should force him to donate to TPUSA because I actually believe money is speech. So I actually think that would be as a company or anybody else. I don’t think you should force anybody to donate. I don’t think he should have to be forced to donate to the Kirk family. But I think it’s just sensible to apologize to an audience, which I get the sense that Kimmel doesn’t even know his own audience because it was the people who were watching that called Sinclair. It was the people. And this is the Hollywood reporter that did a story last night about this. The Hollywood reporter is a leftist drag. OK, they are not conservative. They hate conservatives. They hate me. They hate everybody who’s not a Democrat. And they even had to admit that there were people calling Sinclair stations next to our station. There were people calling these stations, which account for like millions upon millions of households. And they were complaining. That was his own audience that found that he had gone too far. And he wasn’t making a joke. He made jokes later on in his monologue. But in the beginning, what he was doing was he lied. He went out and said, oh, yeah, it’s a MAGA guy. And apparently he was going to go down and he was going to go out and double down the next day, which is why they said, no, we’re pulling you off air. So I feel like a lot of people need to correct their narratives because you’ve been lied to. You have been lied to. And there were people on the right that were not anybody of note, but they were saying, oh, well, I guess, you know, this is no, you know, is the right losing free speech? How is it a free speech issue? So am I to understand that the people making that argument are now suddenly adopting the Marxist ideology that private businesses don’t have the option to exercise their employment contracts the way that they see fit? Because what they’re doing, ironically, is arguing for government intervention. That’s the most hysterical part about this. They’re too damn dumb to see it. They’re literally arguing for government intervention in this situation. How incredibly ironic. So it’s not a free speech issue. He was told to apologize. He refused. They had apparently told him prior to de-escalate and he refused. Cain, if Radio America said maybe you should not, you know, push the, maybe you should watch your tone when you’re out there saying false things. If I was out here saying false things, And I was starting to get in trouble for it. And Radio America said to stop it. And I didn’t do it. How am I upholding the terms of my employment agreement?

You’re not. And in this instance, it’s the free market that decided one way or the other. Essentially, the company was hearing from their own viewers. So, yeah, this is a free market thing.

Yes, but see, Cain, the left wants to use this to distract from Charlie Kirk. And you have some thirsty nobodies on the right who are desperate to try to look like contrarian fake libertarians and leapfrog over, you know, effort and time spent perfecting their craft. And they just want to immediately get clicks.

Yeah. So, yeah, I’m a little I get aggravated because I don’t like defending government agencies at all. And so I’m a little little miffed that I even have to because this is not a case of it. I mean, I would know a lot of people would know I’ve been golly, I’ve been suspended on X. I’ve been had my account frozen on YouTube. They’ve deleted my videos on YouTube. They’ve deleted stuff on Facebook. They’ve frozen my Facebook. I’ve had the same thing happen on Instagram. I haven’t had anything deleted on Instagram, but I have had warnings on Instagram. Like, for instance, when I shared a story, it was literally a screenshot of a story. And I think it was, I think it may have been the New York Post or Daily Mail, I can’t remember. And it was a study, it was one of the first studies that came out. In fact, we had talked to Dr. Robert Malone about it at the time. It was one of the first studies that came out that showed that the efficacy of the injections is not what you were being told it was. In fact, there was nothing that prevented transmission. And they hid that and they said that I was being given a warning for that because apparently the left was reporting me for it. And then it came out that the administration was pressuring these tech companies to do this stuff. Now, that’s just one instance. I’m not even getting into the whole laptop thing. These are the same people, by the way, who also were demanding that anyone who questioned the integrity of the 2020 election, that they be fired, that they be canceled. that they be debanked, that they be deplatformed because they said that it was a lie that was quote unquote too dangerous for people to spread, right? And so they were told, oh my gosh, you’re saying stuff that’s dangerous. You’re gonna have to be punished for this. These are the same people who did that, right? These were the same people who were trying because whether or not you wanna wear a mask, that’s free expression, et cetera, because it had no scientific basis. They were trying to get people fired if they didn’t wear a mask. So spare me, spare me. These are the rules that they established. Actually, this is really the way it should be. The free market working and private businesses responding. There’s no questioning of it. That’s just it. You either believe that businesses have the right to do this or you don’t. It’s very, very simple. And so… I’m just done with this. There are certain things that the government that I will absolutely criticize, like the whole, for instance, that they’re they’re mulling over and it’s not gone away yet. In fact, it’s only strengthened a like an across the board ban for transgender individuals being able to own firearms. I don’t believe that you can adjudicate an eligible entire groups of people. That’s not how this works. It’s always a individual case by case basis. It’s part of due process. So I get a little nervous about this when they start doing things like that. So that’s an example of, you know, yeah, that that’s where the agencies would be wrong to enforce things like this. But all the people who spread this fake news that Brendan Carr and the admin were shaking down executives, they really need to correct their narratives because they’re doing exactly what I’m going to say something to. They’re doing exactly what the left is doing. I’ve seen this twice now. I’ve seen it like when I had Josh Hammer on the other day and we were talking about some of this controversy out there as it related to Kirk and Israel. And, you know, I think it’s weird, again, for people to hijack someone’s mic posthumously and try to, like, redefine what he said. He said what he had his own beliefs. And by the way, even if let’s just play devil’s advocate for a moment and lean into that argument. Let’s just say that even if he was criticizing governmental processes and policies of Israel, that doesn’t mean Mossad mowed him down. Oh, my gosh. Everybody needs to take a beat. But what gets me is everyone, I mean, and I was merely having this discussion and people were like, I guess you’re getting paid by AIPAC. I’ve never been paid by AIPAC in my life. But you are a leftist because you’re doing the exact same thing that the left does. Anyone who disagrees with me is a Nazi. You’re doing the everyone who disagrees with me is funded by Israel or AIPAC. That kind of language and argument got a guy killed. Way to celebrate the death, the murder of our friend by doing the exact same thing that the left did to incite his murder. Look at yourself in the mirror. You own it. And I see the same thing happening with this argument, too. That it’s the same. It’s well, why are you in line with the FCC? Why are you? I’m not, actually. I have a whole body of work where I’m not. I don’t understand why you’re using leftist arguments and thinking that you’re going to get a conservative outcome from that. It doesn’t make any sense to me. We have this whole issue of stuff. It’s wild. And I think a lot of people owe a lot of apologies and they need to correct a lot of their narratives, as I said. Now, the other thing to get into Congress, let me pull this up. Yesterday is the vote. Yesterday evening, anyway. They were expected. Actually, no, it was like the first day. I think it was actually first thing this morning, wasn’t it? 58 House Democrats, including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, they voted against a resolution which ended up passing anyway. But it was pretty much party line vote to honor the life of Charlie Kirk. It was just a simple resolution. You weren’t endorsing his beliefs. The language did not require you to endorse his beliefs. It did not require you to endorse his policy positions. It did not require you to endorse his politics. It did not require you to endorse anything. This wasn’t like a trans move where you have to affirm everything. They just said it’s basically it was, you know, it’s a bummer that this guy was was assassinated. You know, he’s a great family man, etc. They couldn’t even do that. They could not even do that. I have no words. I mean, at the very least that you could do, considering what your ideology has done. I mean, I’m not quite sure what more proof people need that the Democrats endorse this. I mean, for crying out loud. You know, even if you had like one of the most ridiculous members of the left have something similar happen to them, you would not have anybody on the right that wouldn’t do that out of just simple decency. That’s Emmanuel Macron who is saying well yes as long as we give you know Hamas this Palestinian state which by the way who’s going to run that? The Palestinian Authority, the one that is actually had to suspend elections in 2021 because Hamas is going to take over not just the Strip but also West Bank. So spare me those protestations. Joining us to discuss this our friend Matt Mowers. who is the founding board member of the EU-US Forum and former Trump admin, State Department official. He joins us now via video. Matt, good to see you. I just thought that was a silly remark from Macron, and I don’t know why they keep clinging to this idea. I know this is a sticking point in any kind of negotiations with the United States. I know Trump has said, well, if this is something that they’re gonna entertain, then maybe perhaps we’re gonna re-examine some of our trade associations and agreements. I mean, I get it. Why do they do this? Why fall on the sword like this?
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, you have to look at the fact that Emmanuel Macron right now has a 28% approval rating. He’s now on his fourth prime minister. His last one only lasts about nine months. And so he is doing everything he can to try to placate the far left and some of the domestic politics, while also then trying to throw a bone to the right with the new prime minister pick. So he’s playing pure politics right now. I mean, you know, if you go to France and even the UK, many of these places, you have a radically anti-Semitic strain of politics going on right now. And you’re seeing that play out in some of the reaction of members of parliament towards Israel. And then you’re, of course, seeing it now with what Emmanuel Macron’s doing right now, as well as others, where they’re trying to recognize at probably the exact worst time the idea of a standalone Palestinian state.
SPEAKER 35 :
Yeah, the worst time completely. And I don’t know, they’re having problems in France right now, I can tell. But I also know, and you and I talked about this before, the rightward lean is still ascending. So that’s good to see. I wanted to ask you about your thoughts of the… red carpet rollout that Trump received in the UK. I was I mean, I don’t know if we’ve ever had a leader that got like their jets to fly along the UK’s jets and that had this, you know, I think there was like the second time he had a state banquet held for him when when a U.S. president was visiting. What did that tell you about the relationship between Trump and Keir Starmer? Because I know he’s not a fan, obviously, of Starmer’s politics. But it looked like it was very friendly. Apparently, aides said that they got along really well. What does that indicate to you?
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, I think it shows a few things. One, the UK is probably thanking their lucky stars that they got out the European Union a few years ago after Brexit. It allowed them to actually have this type of truly special relationship with the United States under President Trump. I mean, there’s no way that the UK would be in the place they are today had they not been able to unilaterally uh ending negotiations with the united states agreed to the template for a new trade deal the way they did they were actually the very first one to come out with a big announcement in the oval office several months ago uh and then it’s kind of continued to build and what you saw in in this visit was really the culmination of that um you saw the fact that they announced this big uh mou memorandum of understanding between the uk and the us on a whole host of issues, everything from AI development to nuclear capacity and research to quantum computing. I mean, there’s been a lot of different aspects there. And I think it’s actually even more momentous. It’s a bigger issue than even what we saw with the president’s visit to the Middle East just a few months ago. Because what you’re seeing here are truly two of the world’s superpowers working together in cooperation and recognizing the fact that when we talk about a special relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom, it’s got to be more than just lip service. It’s got to be more than just some sort of baloney diplomatic talking point. It’s got to mean something. And I think you saw that on display. And, you know, these events are often a highlight of cultural diplomacy, right? It’s both sides really showing a level of respect. President Trump is in many ways a producer at heart. And so he recognizes and values the importance of that. It’s among the reasons you’ve seen him take such great efforts at the White House to really think about how the Oval Office looks, what improvements it needs. He knows it’s a representation of what the United States is on the world stage. The Brits were doing just the same thing the last few days and they pulled it off really well.
SPEAKER 35 :
I think talking with Matt Mowers from the EU-US Forum, I think it’s very stunning that you have, you know, you had the Middle East visit, then you have this UK visit, and this all corresponded, you know, within the same, I would say, eight-week period that he had European leaders to Washington, D.C., and I’ll never get over the photo of them all sitting outside waiting to go into the Oval Office, like it was kids waiting to go into the principal’s office. And Ursula von der Leyen was told to leave because they only wanted these democratically elected leaders of these EU nations. Was that I was that as much of a dressing down as we all saw it? Because I know that sometimes what we see might be really different from the reality that’s of that moment there. But I don’t think I got to ask you, is that really was that an actual like dressing down of the EU that Trump did very subtly there?
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah, it shows that they’re not a national entity. They don’t have a military. They don’t have truly responsibility in any of the collective defense, and especially what they’re talking about that day, which is how are we going to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict? You need to have the leaders of those countries with skin in the game. I mean, the European Union can’t bring any sort of military resources or anything to bear. There’s really no reason to be there. Right. All they could do is actually add words that could potentially exacerbate the situation, which is the opposite approach of what President Trump wants. And so, you know, I think you’re reading it pretty right spot on. You know, the fact that they included her at all, I think actually was was a bit of an olive branch, but also because I don’t think there was ultimately all that much she could contribute to that conversation.
SPEAKER 35 :
Yeah, there’s not a lot, as you said. I mean, she doesn’t have a standing military. She wasn’t even elected. I mean, they just kind of all like shook hands under the table and, OK, we pick you. That’s kind of how she got her job.
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah. And look, you know, you look at I know, you know, we talked about this quite a bit last year around the EU elections in June. You had ascendancy of conservative parties. You had a complete collapse of left wing parties. And yet they decided to elect the same exact leadership they had before that, including von Laden. I mean, it was an inside political game that shows her, not the direct will of the people. And that’s what’s frustrating a lot of folks. They have not been responding to the conservative voters. I mean, you look at what we just talked about in France right now. You know, Marine Le Pen’s party Was growing and doing exorbitantly well until Macron made a deal with the far left in the runoff elections to try to shut her out of political power. You then saw what they did with these first ever tried and trumped up charges against her and then forbidding her to actually run for president again because they knew that she and her political party were ascendant. trying to stifle political opposition. And you’re seeing that same thing happen writ large across the European Union. And that’s what happened when von Leyden was reselected, despite the fact that you saw this conservative backlash against many of the policies. And now we’re seeing them continue to steamroll those policies. I mean, Brussels right now is considering what’s called CSDD, which is the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. and essentially says that all companies that operate in Europe have to now comply with European Union climate and environmental rules. That means you can be an American company based in Houston, Texas, and if you want to do anything in the European Union, you now need to comply fully across the board with all of their radical environmental policies, which are, by the way, even further to the left than where the Green New Deal is. So that’s what the European Union’s up to these days, and that’s what they’re continuing to steamroll towards. It’s a further and further march to the left, and it’s not reacting to the will of the voters. You’re seeing conservatives ascendant in Poland, in France, in Portugal, in Italy, a number of different places, and yet you see Brussels doing the exact same thing they’ve always been doing.
SPEAKER 35 :
So they’re so completely toned off. Well, my last question for you is, with all of that, is there – I know it would be a very long road for the relevancy of the European Union to diminish to the point where these nations can be sovereign once again. But I feel like we’re on that pathway. And then I see headlines. In fact, I think you all tweeted this out. Exxon seeks U.S. political help and call to quash EU climate law because their law isn’t just it’s not a climate. I mean, we all know what it really is about. The regulatory regime that’s now affecting our companies, American companies worldwide. So I tend to think that, you know, even though they’re very far left, they still respond to to capital and they still respond to wanting to have a good record of at least being able to invite this sort of business and have these sort of economic relationships. So is this kind of a sign to you that their influence is waning with all of these member nations and that, you know, I mean, it seems like it could be expedited if more and more companies call call this out the way that Exxon’s doing?
SPEAKER 09 :
Oh, yeah. And look, you see individual sovereign leaders stand up to Brussels. And I mean, whether it’s Prime Minister Orban in Hungary, whether it’s President Naraki in Poland, you know, whether it’s, you know, Maloney in Italy, who, while being a little bit more cooperative, is still really standing up for the rights of Italians and trying to assert their viewpoints and their conservative viewpoints on a And so what it’s coming down to, though, is that the EU is going to have to respond to the needs of the sovereign leaders. And if they don’t, that’s when they’re going to really, truly lose their political power. And that means what they have to do in these trade negotiations with the United States. can make this another point in the ongoing trade negotiations just because they announced the outset of a deal and the framework of a deal with the european union you can go back and say these types of policies cannot impact american companies because if they did this is about political power and political control by the way let’s think about this There’s a reason why so few global companies are starting in the European Union. There’s a reason why you don’t see the same manufacturing capacity in the European Union. And now, because of these policies they’re trying to push, like CSDD, they’re essentially going to try hamstring every other company. that tries to do work in the European Union as well. We cannot allow the European Union to hamstring U.S. businesses to prevent them from growing and from expanding and being competitive on the global market the way we need them to, the way we want them to, because it’s important to our livelihood as well. They can’t be subject to a bunch of rulings coming out of Brussels and the bureaucratic state there.

A Florida man almost hit police officers doing a burnout to impress the ladies. Man, save some grills for the rest of them, won’t you? The late-night crowd in downtown Bradenton got smoked when police said a driver turned Main Street into his own burnout pit. It was about 2 in the morning. Their crime reduction team heard a truck hammer its throttle, saw a silver pickup fly down the street. The driver identified as 28-year-old Juan Leon. swerved past pedestrians and officers standing nearby after running a stop sign. He corrected just before he reached the next avenue where a red light forced him to stop. But instead of cooling off, he spun the tires in the crosswalk, filling the intersection with smoke, then lurched forward, forcing officers to step back. When he was detained, he got, oh boy, DUI also. And he was booked on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon because he also performed field sobriety tests, declined a breathalyzer. He told them that he was trying to impress girls. The officers were not impressed with his answer. You can imagine. Also, this. What a headline. OK, let’s. Cape Coral man accused of causing mother significant number of stab wounds.

So these siblings got their brother arrested because he stabbed their mother. So what does that mean? You’re accused of causing significant. That’s like I caused you to get punched in the face by my fist. You know what I mean? Like what in the world is that? That is that’s like newspeak. The guy was arrested. But what stands out and what I can’t get past is this insane headline. What is it? It’s from News Press, which is like an actual news site. They cover Florida. But too many Christmas. That’s pretty heavy lifting there with that whole sentence. A Florida man believes that he was infected with flesh eating bacteria while cutting grass. What? This was in Jacksonville. He was hospitalized. He was in there for weeks. He battled flesh-eating bacteria. He said that he was cutting weeds and grass in a ditch that runs alongside of his house. And he said that he thinks that that’s what happened because it hit his legs the most. And he said that… I mean, they thought they were going to have to… I mean, this is how bad it was. They thought they were going to have to amputate this guy’s leg. They don’t have to, but they said that they’re trying to… They’re still looking at… I mean… Yeah, we had the guy who got killed by a bear yesterday for mowing his grass. I’ve never heard of a guy getting the flesh-eating bacteria thing from mowing grass, though. But I guess that makes sense if you’re near a ditch and there’s water. I don’t know. man that’s like really this guy runs an irrigation company he said he’s trying he’s recovering uh but um yeah that’s awful his injuries look bad that’s a weird one definitely a weird one uh let’s see uh in florida let’s see what do we got another florida woman she attacked her mother and brother during an argument over the playstation playstation 4. Yeah. Marion County. Now, this was like a year ago, but it occurred in April 24. But they’re in trial now. She was found guilty just this week of choking her mother and then hitting her brother during an argument over a video game console. So it was over the PlayStation. That’s insane. She apparently grabbed his her brother’s groin to the point of pain because I guess they were fighting over the plane. She’s actually a grown person. Can I just say like these are all grown people like this woman’s literally she’s in her late 20s. Sorry, she looks like she’s in her late 20s. She’s 21 years old. But she choked her mother. She battered the brother. And police had to come. And they said that it was over a PlayStation 4 console. And they were fighting over it, et cetera, et cetera. So that’s what happened. Wow, I can’t imagine being so ridiculous at that. Pretty wild. I also have this. This guy… I think we’ve had this before. Did we ever, did we talk about the guy who’s dressed as Chuck E. Cheese and arrested?

Let me explain something to Mr. Pence and others about the relationship of long established leftist behavior, beliefs and rhetoric. You can say it was one guy. Who did the one guy listen to? He was born in a very conservative family. Apparently, his dad, mom, they’re Republicans. And then he changed. Why? Why was he believing these conspiracy theories? Where did the conspiracy theories come from? Now, no one’s arguing that he didn’t do it. But this idea that he acted completely mentally alone, I disagree with that because there is a huge body of evidence that goes back 20, 30, 40 years showcasing repeated leftist violence. By the way. The survey that they were trying to promote as showing conservative violence being greater, which when you took out all of their bad methodology, it wasn’t. They were actually trying to use prison fights. I have no idea how you even incorporate that, but that’s what they were doing. There are a number of people who have shredded that survey, so I’m not going to tread on that worn ground, but it was pretty insightful. There’s an ideology in America that thinks if you don’t give them exactly what they want when they want it, that it’s oppression. And they think if you disagree with them on an issue, then you’re a Nazi, that you are guilty of a moral, ethical, human, spiritual, everything failing to the extent that you are compared to a Nazi simply for having a difference of opinion. If that’s what you believe, and you believe that someone is so evil, some people will be prevailed upon to maybe perhaps act. Now, whether or not they choose to act is one thing, but the left, that’s on them. But the left has told us for years that we, the right, are responsible for every bad thing that happens in the world. And I’m tired of, you know, these are their rules, right? These are their rules. And the only reason the only way that they’re not going to want to live under these rules again is if they are fairly applied to them. Well, both sides. This isn’t a both sides thing. Trump has never gone out and called somebody a Nazi. A fascist. Now, Antifa. Yeah, they are actually fascist because they believe in violence for silence. So I get that. But there there’s no comparison here. That’s what we’re telling you. There isn’t a comparison. So shame on him for this. I feel like some of these guys think that after 28, they want to put themselves in positions to once again run the rudders for the right. And I don’t want these people doing that. I don’t want them at all to do that. This is something that has to get situated. And you’re not going to do it by saying, well, it’s both sides. Because it’s not. You know, the people, how they reacted to Charlie Kirk being murdered was they went out into the streets and prayed. They had candlelight vigils. They prayed openly for his family by the thousands. They waved American flags. Now look at George Floyd. Cities burned for two summers straight. People were killed. A church was set on fire. There is no whataboutism here. There is no comparison. And this is one of the reasons why he fell out of favor with the movement. You know, they had, Kirk was supposed to speak at CSU in Fort Collins last night, Audio Somebody 12. And obviously he couldn’t show up. But they had 10,000 people that showed up anyway. Look how peaceful this is. Audio Somebody 12. Look how peaceful it is. Well, just so you know. peaceful people thank you all for your support nobody was writing i didn’t see any rights came did you no it actually was a truly peaceful gathering not a mostly peaceful protest i don’t know the um Idea for this, I wanted to play, getting into some of this stuff. This was Audio Sunbite 16. Leftists have gathered in New York City. This is near Rockefeller, outside of AB Studios. They’re protesting the cancellation. Watch this.

I mean, you’ve had ABC said no, they weren’t involved in this. Sinclair said no, they weren’t involved in this. And Sinclair was like, yeah, we want to do more. I mean, they were doubling down on it. They also said that it was a temporary thing. That’s that it was temporary. All he has to do is apologize. There’s certain things that he has to do certain things that they wanted him to do. He doesn’t want to do he doesn’t want to apologize. He doesn’t want to do any of that. So, you know, blank their concerns for unity on that. Because that’s true. Audio somebody 14. The Paramount ex Paramount chief says the Colbert cancellation because there were a lot of things saying that it had to do with approval for a mega merger. He was saying no. Colbert just did. By the way, did you know only 129,000 people were watching a Jimmy Kimmel show? I get more views than that on like an Instagram video. Go ahead and play this. This is 14. This is about Colbert.

Outside of the settlement, there are other actions taken to ensure there would be regulatory approval. You know, I think about rollbacks of DEI policies. I think about some things like the cancellation of Steve Colbert’s show that was never explicitly stated as being part of getting regulatory approval, but it’s something that I think a lot of people assumed. Do you think that they made the right choices to ensure that they got the regulatory approval?

I’m looking at this letter right now. He and Representative Hakeem Jeffrey sent it and they were demanding that Tucker be fired. That’s a clear case of the government actually pressuring a network to fire someone. You know, First Amendment, First Amendment, First Amendment stuff. I mean, that’s actually a clear-cut case of the government contacting someone and pressuring them. I didn’t see Ben Stiller bring this up, and I didn’t see a number of people on the left bring this up as an example of that. It’s… I don’t know. It’s just ridiculous. It’s ridiculous. The hypocrisy of it is ridiculous.

And get your kid off TikTok. Jeez. Just, I don’t know. Let’s see. Milwaukee, two adults arrested, six kids found locked in a storage unit. This was, that’s a trafficking issue. Absolutely. This is Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They ranged from two months to nine years. They were locked inside two months, locked inside of a storage unit on their north side. And they found them early Tuesday morning of this week and arrested two adults, two months and ages two, three, five, seven and nine. A 26-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man were taken into custody. She said that she had one of the neighbors who did not want to appear on camera told the ABC affiliate there that she had seen what appeared to be a family with children walking in and around storage units since summer, and they would leave every morning and return every night. Why did you never say anything, you freak? Like, why? So, I don’t know. And then they’ve been there just the entire time. And a dad punished kids with an electric cattle prod, according to Ohio officials. He’s pled guilty. He’s 35 years old in Erie County. Apparently, records show they didn’t name him because they’re protecting the kids. But he pled guilty to two counts of domestic violence. He used an electric cattle prod on three kids as punishment. Can I just give you, if you all want a clear case of a government official trying to coerce like an actual private company, again, can I just go back to this letter that Chuck Schumer, this is March 1st, 2023 at 922 a.m., quote, To Rupert Murdoch, direct Tucker Carlson, another host on your network, to stop spreading false election narratives and admit on air that they were wrong to engage in such negligent behavior. And he wrote, like, this two-page thing. He and Hakeem Jeffries. There are other examples, but that’s a very blatant example of someone trying to get somebody canned. So, yeah. But they’re accusing Brendan Carr of doing it after… Next star in Sinclair made the decision. Maybe if Jimmy Kimmel were just, if he was just funny and he just didn’t, you know, that would be one thing. You know what? Johnny Carson said, he said, quote, when a comic becomes enamored with his own views and voice them off on the public in a polemic way, he loses not only his sense of humor, but his value as a humorist. And that’s true. The only time that both sides ism is acceptable is in comedy. That’s it. You have Conan O’Brien even weighing in on this. So. He’s upset with private companies, apparently. I’m just not allowing this narrative to stand. I’m so done with these BS narratives. I am so done with it because we see where they lead. We see where they lead. And it’s unfortunate because they have a record of this. I wanted to share this, two different stories. George Soros, this is from Politico, is cutting a $10 million check off for California’s redistricting campaign. $10 million. That’s actually kind of a drop in the bucket for him. I mean, and he’s given more to other causes. He’s given $10 million to boost the redistricting campaign as Democrats are trying to raise huge sums to fight to make it happen in California. Honestly, I, they need to lose seats, but the seats that they have are already democratic except for like one or two. So I don’t, you know, and this is first reported by the New York times. It’s the single largest donation. They call it prop 50. That’s the legislative effort. What they’re trying to do. It’s prop 50. It is the single largest donation to prop 50 right now to date. And they have, uh, some other labor unions, a Democrat PAC, and some other wealthy progressives. I was looking at the numbers here. About 30, a little, well over 30 million that they have donated so far to the gerrymandering cause in California. Now, you might remember Soros poured millions into California to protect Newsom in 21 when they did the recall of him. He really boosted up his donations and really worked hard to protect Newsom from the recall effect. Now… This and then this story. This is from a couple of sources, New York Post. It’s also New York Times. So Jeff Zents was the White House chief of staff. I don’t think a lot of people knew his name. One of the things that we talked about when we were on this MRC thing is we had a very big discussion about how many people know You guys know Susie Wiles’s name, but you don’t know Jeff Zents’ name. Jeff Zents was the chief of staff for Biden. How many people were familiar with all the stuff he did? Which is like if you wanted to know who really controlled the auto pen, it was him. He revealed to Congress yesterday that Biden, listen to this, that Biden’s memory and decision making capability were deteriorating while in office. This was the interview that he gave to Congress. It’s been transcribed. You know how they do it. They do a closed door first. This is always the standard operating procedure. They do closed door first. Then they do to the public open to the public hearings. Since wouldn’t answer reporter questions as he was leaving, but he told the White House or he told the House Oversight Committee yesterday. that he personally had asked White House physician Kevin O’Connor to conduct a quote, full medical workup that included a cognitive exam. And this was after the debate performance. And one of the things that Zen said is that, you know, he knew that Biden was was had a cold, was fighting a cold. And he thought that that had something to do with his disastrous debate performance. But then he apparently told staff and the doctor, Kevin O’Connor, that he had seen Biden with a cold before and that this was unlike anything that he had previously seen. And if you remember, that debate was probably one of the most disastrous. I think that is the most disastrous debate I’ve ever seen anybody give in my life, that performance. And the campaign in the White House, they were all just dismissing that at the time. But and they were remember the excuse was always a cold. You know, colds make you forget where you are and stumble over your words and not be able to walk, apparently, even though like right after the debate, he went to a Waffle House. Did you know that? Yeah. Right after the debate, Biden was spotted in a Waffle House, you know, because he had a cold and didn’t feel so well. But he said, oh, yes. What he was trying to explain away since was was that, well, he had a cold. So that contributed to mental freezes. Guys. He had a cold. He didn’t have AIDS. Come on. Like this is he had a cold. He didn’t have like, you know, all. Well, he has Alzheimer’s. He didn’t have like a serious, you know, they’re acting like a cold is like a serious disease. He had a cold. But it’s because he already had a diminishing mental capacity already. And even Jake Sullivan, former national security advisor, backed the cognitive exam, thought it was important. And apparently so did Anita Dunn, the communications advisor. Anita Dunn’s interesting. You know, you know how a lot of people got because with the way that Elon Musk was working in capacity with the administration, I think you can only stay like, what, 180 days. Then you have to leave for X amount of days and then you have to come back because if you stay there permanently, you have to divest from everything. If you’re going to be a member of that, you’re going to work in the cabinet. If you’re going to work for the White House, you have to divest. And he didn’t want to divest. So it was only like 180. You only work. And that’s like normal. A lot of administrations do that. That’s like a little publicized. It’s a rule. Not a lot of people know about it, but that’s the reason why. You know, Musk was only able to stay for as long as he was because otherwise he would have to divest from all of his businesses, everything, ownership of X, all of that in order to stay. So that’s why it’s only 180 days. The interesting thing about Anita Dunn is she is one of the biggest PR companies in the United States. She stayed well over 180 days. She was there like the whole damn term and she never divested from anything. Do you guys know that? She basically was in the same performative advisor role that Musk was, but she was never expected. It was never demanded of her to follow the law. And, oh, you’re here after 180 days. You have to divest or you have to leave. And she didn’t do that. She stayed there. Interesting. Interesting little known fact. But they were all saying even that he needed a cognitive exam, that he needed something. And a lot of people were very, very alarmed about it. So when the White House chief of staff Tells the president’s personal doctor. That. They need to. Make sure they need to do a cognitive exam. That’s a big deal. Right. Isn’t that kind of a big deal? I feel like that’s a big deal. Why is this only coming out now? How many months now? Six after the election. Why is this only coming out now? Can you imagine? Think about this for a minute. Just play it out in your head. What if Trump? What if Trump was having a diminishing mental capacity and the press found out that Susie Wiles was hiding it? Just I know you guys are like, oh, my gosh, they would. Oh, I can already hear the wailing hurting my ears. It’s not even happening yet. Oh, my. They would say, oh, my gosh, the media. Then you would have European leaders falling in line. Oh, my gosh. It would be so bad. Right, guys? So. The questions, you know. It’s weird, right? Very interesting. I just have some questions. That’s all. Just have questions about that. Now, remember, since Zients in his testimony, he noted that part of his job was to make sure that the president met with all the advisors, the full range of advisors, consider the issues to make the best decisions, etc. I mean, he was running his life in the White House. And they all hit it. They all saw it and they all kept silent and they all hit it. As more and more of this comes out, it becomes very clear that He was not in charge. There is less and less room for any questioning on that. He was not in charge, you guys. He was not in charge. It’s stunning. And more and more is going to come out because there’s other staffers that are writing books. They are. Other staffers writing books. So we’ll see. But that’s the chief of staff who’s saying this. But again, these are the same people who lie about everything. This is from… I’m looking at these numbers here. I guess this came out with… I think this is Hollywood… No, this is Variety. Listen to this. August 2025. Jimmy Kimmel’s show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, averaged 129,000 viewers in the 18 to 49 demo in August. Now, in January, it was 212,000. The drop, they said, is part of a broader ratings decline. This is from Nielsen Data. The show falling to 1.1 million total viewers in August, down 43% from January’s 1.9. However, earlier in 25, the show kept hemorrhaging, kept hemorrhaging, kept hemorrhaging. So then by the time we get to Here, averaging 129,000 viewers in the 18 to 49 demo. That means also if, now think about this, if his viewers, if he only had 129,000 in the 18 to 49 demo and they fell to like not even a million, the rest are above 49 years old. It’s all the far left. And I’m saying boomer. You guys have to realize boomer is not a pejorative. That’s just what the generation’s called. If some people want to use it as a pejorative, fine. But when I’m accurately talking about boomers, Gen X, millennials and Gen Z, I’m going to use the parlance of our times to talk about the generations. And I need people to get off my ass for it because that’s the correct way to say it. It’s not a pejorative. That’s just like Gen X isn’t. Now, some people can use it as a pejorative. And I’ve seen millennials try to use it as a pejorative, etc. But that’s the generation. So when I say that it’s like that is over three quarters of his well over of his audience were progressive boomers. Wow. That explains it. Now, think about that. Only 129 in the 18 to 49, and I would imagine that all skews pretty upward in that demo. Young people do not watch late night TV. Like I said, I’m baby Gen X, and I didn’t really watch late night TV. When I was little, I was like in seventh grade in Arsenio Hall. was on TV and sometimes I would stay up late to watch, you know, the dog pound and Arsenio Hall. Um, that was like the old, that was the only one I watched. I didn’t really watch Jay Leno, Johnny Carson. I was too young. Um, didn’t really watch Letterman, but I kind of watched Arsenio Hall. And I feel like the younger generations now, fast forward to the 2020s, I feel like if they watch anyone, they watch Fallon because he does those little digital packages and puts content, these little digital bites out. And he’s been doing that since he got the show, which is smart. Because when you break down, and this is only from like January, his numbers in that demo are like three times what Kimmel’s are. And they’re higher than what Colbert’s were. And I think it’s because of that digital outreach and the guests that they have on and how they package all of it. Because the younger generations, for them, Fallon is more online than he is for them on TV. Kimmel does not do that stuff. And nor did Colbert. I don’t know if you guys remember that. None of them packaged their stuff up and did like the digital cross publication like that. And I think a lot of it is the younger generations just aren’t watching them. That’s going to be something that hits late night as a whole. So what is my point in saying all of this is when that happens, what is the left going to do? Are they going to say that they’re being censored by the right when younger generations don’t want to watch them? You see what I mean?

That’s pretty awesome. I think I saw a billboard of yours recently that said $20 billion won. $20 billion is an insane number.

Yeah, 20 billion recovered. It’s actually, I think, somewhere north, probably closer to 22, 23 after this year. And each year we get bigger and badder and our army grows. So the number will hopefully keep getting bigger and bigger as time goes on.
