So great to talk with you today.

Always a joy. I appreciate it very much. Power of the future. You are the communications director there. Several things to talk about. Before we get into our topic today of Memdami, which Andy and I were just talking about a moment ago, did you see the news about Bill Gates and what he said about, quote-unquote, global warming, and we’re all going to die from it?
SPEAKER 15 :
I did, except he said we’re not.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah, imagine that, Larry. He’s thinking like us now.
SPEAKER 15 :
This was beautiful. Is he, though? I mean, let’s break this down. Bill Gates has no new information, no new scientific findings. There’s no new revelation that’s come forth that would change his mind. He just all of a sudden decided, oh, by the way, this is not going to end humanity. This is after how many billions of dollars that he’s thrown at the green agenda for I don’t know how many years, well over two decades. and forced us to pay rising electric bills because advocating for that agenda. And now he says, oh, yeah, no big deal. I think he smells the political winds. I think he sees the results of the green agenda, what it’s done, and he wants no part of it. It’s the arsonists running away from the fire.
SPEAKER 03 :
Oh, absolutely. He is the arsonist running away from the fire. But I will say this, Larry, Larry, Larry. Wow. He knows Larry Barron. Sorry, Larry. I think he knows what he’s saying right now is true. OK, I think he knows fully that what he’s saying right now is the truth. And what he was saying before is a lie. He knew he knew all along. Like you said, there is no new information. He knew that they were skewing the information to come up with the results he had before.
SPEAKER 15 :
Absolutely. And let’s be clear, Laron is the nicest thing people have called me today. Wow, there we go.
SPEAKER 08 :
No, I think, you know, really quickly, Andy and I were talking… Because he knew he was going to get a lot of heat from his friends. Yeah, we were talking earlier in the first hour, Larry, that, you know, Bill’s, by the way, not a dumb guy by any means. In fact, you know, it doesn’t mean he’s super smart either because there’s certain things he’s done that are very idiotic, i.e. the subject we’re talking about. But I do think… He is wising up to the fact that, man, we just cannot promote this ruse any longer. There’s just not enough new data coming out to prove all of what we have been trying to scare people into. And the reality is if we don’t make a shift, we’re really going to get screwed when it’s all said and done. And I think he knows that.
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, I think he sees the results, and he wants to just rewrite the history and say, oh, yeah, I wasn’t a part of that, or I saw the light with it. But I also, let’s be clear, he may be very smart, but he sounds right now pretty spineless because… Heaven forbid Gavin Newsom wins the presidency or the next time eco-leftist wins the presidency, I’m sure he’ll be singing the tune again. But what he said in the past, I mean, he literally wrote the book, I want to say only four years ago, about the oncoming climate disaster and how to avoid it. And he said, it’s urgent. We have to do it. It’s going to kill five times the people that COVID killed. And now he says, well, not really. I was just kidding about all that. Sorry if you bought the book, though.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, and again, I don’t think you guys, you or Andy are wrong. And again, what’s his motivation behind this? Only time will tell. Again, he’s very self-serving, so there’s definitely that about Bill Gates. Trust me when I say that. He is not looking out for anybody other than Bill when it’s all said and done. It’s not the starving kids of the world. It’s not those that he thinks might be affected by lack of this or lack of that. Trust me, this is for Bill and Bill only. So let’s all make sure that we’re clear on that. He is not on our side of the aisle. But you’ve got to start wondering, Larry, this is at least me and maybe my My cynical self is saying, okay, what does Bill know that even our side doesn’t know about what might be coming out when it comes to data on, quote-unquote, global warming, climate change?
SPEAKER 15 :
Oh, that’s a really great question. And no doubt he has enough billions at it to get some type of insider information. This is pure speculation. If I’m going to venture a guess, I’m looking at the way the Trump administration has shut off the government funding spigot for a whole lot of stuff that was unrelated to anything helping the American people. And he’s about ready to see the climate scientists who were on the payroll of either the taxpayer or folks like Bill Gates start to say, you know, those papers we’ve written, well, you know, maybe it could be different. And there could be an onslaught of that coming. Because now that you’ve taken money out of the factor to produce the science, well, then we may actually get to the truth. And I’m wondering if that’s not part of the equation.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, that’s a really good point, Larry, because one side has been entirely propped up by government money. Right. I mean, entirely. That’s right. And I’m not just talking about the environmental… you know, agenda. I’m talking about green energy. I’m talking about all the money that’s gone into the green energy scam. It’s drying up quick because of Trump. It’s becoming a real hole of money. And I think you make a great point. They don’t see a future there. And let’s just go ahead. Sorry. Well, just one last thing for 2028. I’m going to tell you right now the chances of the Democrats beating, say, a Vance Rubio ticket. I put it 20 percent. So if they’re looking ahead to what they expect in 2028, I think that I would bet on the Republican ticket.
SPEAKER 15 :
You know, and that’s a really great point because there are big moves outside the energy space, obviously, but there are big moves to solidify our elections, to make sure that the people who vote are the people who are allowed to vote. And maybe he sees the tea leaves there and says, you know what? The folks are going to be – they’ve really embraced this agenda. And, you know, Barney said it really well today that the climate agenda may be dead. But I’ll tell you this. We’re about two weeks away – From the United Nations Global, they have it every year in November. It’s how eco-leftists celebrate the holidays because they don’t worry about Thanksgiving or Christmas. They go to their climate conference. They jet off. It’s supposed to be in Brazil this year. I would be highly interested to see that type of attendance and to see what folks are saying there. Because, I mean, forget King Charles has a countdown clock. I think we only have like three years left to do something or the world’s going to go insane. And so how does that jive with Bill Gates now saying, eh, it’s not really true?
SPEAKER 03 :
Actually, this is their Christmas. I mean, this is when they rob the people of the world of their money and scatter it to other people. I mean, it’s nothing but wealth redistribution with a green tag.
SPEAKER 15 :
It absolutely is. It’s a green tax that, you know, American families, we’re still paying. I don’t know if it’s this where you’re living, but it is where I am and where millions of Americans across the country, our electric bills are going through the roof. Well, it’s really simple. We’ve shut down 400 fossil fuel plants over the last 15 or 20 years. And we’ve, you know, gone down the road of unreliable solar and wind and lo and behold, Your bills are going through the roof. It states with I mean, a nonpartisan study just said states with a renewable portfolio standard are the ones where they’ve seen the biggest price increases. I know Colorado has one. And so if you want to look at the reason that electricity is going through the roof. Look at the green agenda and look at that could be a reason that Bill Gates is jumping off that wagon.
SPEAKER 08 :
I can’t disagree with that. Okay, talk to us about New York City before we let you go. And, again, I mean, our predictors here are that he’s going to win. He’s going to have a lot of things he gets going in motion. A lot of it even has to do with energy, Larry, which you know full well about. What are your thoughts there with Mondami? Again, at the end of the day, really, our question to any of us is where does the money come from?
SPEAKER 15 :
Yeah, it’s a great idea. And if you can finally answer that question, I’ll be blown away. Because he doesn’t really have to answer that question, right? He’s just going to say, we’re going to make the rich pay. We’re going to make the rich pay. Well, the rich are going to pay, all right? They’re going to pay to leave town.
SPEAKER 05 :
That’s right.
SPEAKER 15 :
They haven’t already. That’s right. And so when you look at his green agenda, which hasn’t gotten a lot of coverage because all of his positions on crime and social issues is just so far out of whack that it’s insane. But, I mean, he’s talked about putting solar panels on every rooftop of every New York City school. He’s talked about the gas stoves that Biden went after. Well, he’s going to go after them with the New York City. He’s going to go after any fossil fuel-dependent appliance, make landlords replace those in every unit that they own, and then not allow them to raise the rent on it because he’s going to force you to invest tens of thousands per unit of and then not allow you to raise the rent on it. And I don’t know how he suspects that’s going to work. But here’s one for my friends on the left who whine and whine about Donald Trump and public lands. He has said that public lands need to be open to renewable energy generation. So I guess, are they going to be okay for him seizing public lands for Chinese-made solar panels? I guess so. I don’t see the outrage coming from the left on that. So if, you know, I titled it because it’s true. If the Green New Deal were a candidate, it would be Mamdami. And that’s the reason AOC is so far behind them, pushing so far, because she, the original creator, the original sponsor of the Green New Deal, sees that she will finally have an executive who will try to put it into action. But your question is not the $64,000 question. It could be a $64 billion question for New York. Where’s the money going to come from?
SPEAKER 08 :
That’s it. Go ahead.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, but if the money leaves town, Larry, isn’t this going to be incredible for the Republicans? Let’s say the money leaves town. I believe it will. I believe a lot of the money we were talking before you came on, these millionaires are going to set up residents, at least legal residents, outside of New York. I don’t know if they’ll keep their homes or not because their homes are going to plummet in value there in New York. But… if the money leaves town, you don’t have the money to pay for all this, it’s going to crash. Isn’t this going to kill a lot of the agenda even worse than it already has been?
SPEAKER 15 :
You know, I would imagine this is the same municipality who went after something Donald Trump did, I want to say like 2015, and decided to retroactively make it a felony and retroactively try to charge him with it. And so for someone to say, you know, I hope they’ve got out of New York Before now, because I can imagine him on dummy at least for, you know, the first year of his term, retroactively saying, we’re going to pay you an exit. Let’s pass an exit tax. And anyone who made over a certain amount of money who left the city no longer in it was not going to have to pay an exit tax and try to, you know, What’s the word? Extort that money out of the city’s richest residents. But, you know, he’s got on that really quick on that.
SPEAKER 08 :
And this is because it’s something I don’t know that I’ve ever really studied much. Are they successful actually collecting that? I mean, for me, if somebody imposed some tax on me for leaving, I’d be like, yeah, pound sand. Go have fun collecting that thing.
SPEAKER 15 :
I know, and especially passing it retroactively, right? So I leave today, but you won’t pass that text until two months from now. But there are some things, if there’s any type of interest, maybe he could seize it, like all good communists do. And there’s a whole lot of pressure points that he can go after, especially on commercial-type interest. And so never, ever underestimate where a communist will go to pull out their money. Yes, the people who are the producers and the creators of New York City will leave, but there’s a whole lot of people, judging by what we’ll see a week from tonight, who want all the free stuff that he’s promised, like any good communist. And so we’re about to see what happens when communist dreams meet fiscal reality in New York City.

Well, of course. No, no. This is what we’re seeing in New York City right now is simply the result of the parasites greatly outnumbering the producers.

Correct.

Okay. And the producers are the wealthy in New York. They’re going to be gone. Okay. They’re going to leave because they got to. Look, let me put it this way. If you’re a wealthy person in New York and you stay, you are an imbecile.

Yeah, why would you, Andy?
SPEAKER 03 :
I guess if you believe in the agenda so much… that you simply want to be part of it, I guess you would do it. But I’m telling you what, John, you have to be an idiot. It’s like I always say, anybody who lives in Alberta and Saskatchewan who is not in favor of seceding from Canada is insane. Okay, I’m sorry. That’s what the money is. Those two provinces are paying for Canada. Thanks to oil and gas and their other minerals there. They’re paying for the rest of the country. And so right now they’re wondering, do we secede? Well, when you look in New York, if you’re a wealthy person in New York, if you have not already left, you’re out of your mind. I’d get out of there. And by the way, Fox News, see, we’re talking about your money being taken. We’re forgetting about crime. Okay, if you’re Fox News, do you want to stay there in New York? Are you safe? I would move Fox News entirely to Florida.

Somebody texted me, a good friend, just said that he understands that they charge you the exit tax, if there is one, on the property that you sell. I know that people in Illinois that that’s happened to and recently heard of somebody happening along those lines in Colorado as well. They basically take the proceeds out of your closing proceeds. That one, man, I don’t know.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, let me tell you something.
SPEAKER 08 :
I mean, that could be the case. I’m not arguing. I don’t know on that one. I’ll have to do a little bit of research.
SPEAKER 03 :
Okay, but think about that. You are going to prop up your entire social, well, let’s face it, communist economy on exit taxes, on punishing people for fleeing it?
SPEAKER 08 :
Right.
SPEAKER 03 :
I mean, first of all, what kind of a message are you sending? We are going to pay for all this by punishing people who run from it. I mean, that’s ludicrous. Right there, that’s insane. But secondly, that’s not going to hold up. You’re not going to, through exit taxes, pay for free child care for all the kids in New York City. Okay, you’re not going to do that.

Do you realize how much free child care costs?
SPEAKER 08 :
A lot.

Yeah.

That’s not enough money, John. I mean, it’s just not enough money. Okay, let me ask you this.

By the way, really quick, I think he’s going to have a real rude awakening when he gets in there and figures out that, oh, wait a minute, I’ve got all these grander ideas, but now where does all of the money come from? And, yes, he’s going to try to fleece as much as he can from the quote-unquote rich, but, you know, Andy, that only lasts for so long.

Yeah, you can tag them. Maybe you can get them with an exit text or whatever. It’s a one-time thing. You can get some of them one time as they are fleeing. That’s it.

That’s all you’re going to get.

Okay, then what do you got? You got Baltimore.

Yeah, right. What is left? Baltimore. You got Baltimore, Southside, Chicago. Yeah. I’m going to wing it on the list.

That’s what’s left. Okay, so I’m sorry. That’s not going to hold up.

And Andy was asking me during the break, you know, when does it come to a town near you? Well, you know… I think you really have to look at that logistically and say, OK, well, no offense. There’s nothing else to screw up in Denver. Mike Johnston’s done a good job of that as anybody. So there’s no reason for him and Domney to actually be here because, you know, Mike’s already done a good job of messing that up. San Francisco, L.A., Minneapolis, Chicago. I mean, Andy, I go down the list. I mean, realistically, what other big cities aren’t screwed up already?
SPEAKER 03 :
True, but keep this in mind. Right now, the communists within the Democrat Party, which is basically the Democrat Party, are feeling empowered. They are now putting an open communist in charge of a major city.
SPEAKER 08 :
Very true.
SPEAKER 03 :
So they’re going to look at all the other cities and say, hey, wait a minute. The takers outnumber the makers in all these major cities. OK, so they’re going to look at Minneapolis. They’re going to look at Detroit. They’re going to look at Baltimore. They’re going to look at Philadelphia. They’re going to look at these places and say, wait a minute. We parasites outnumber the producers in every one of them. Let’s take them all. So let’s raise up a Mamdani in every single one of them. Why not?
SPEAKER 08 :
Maybe. I mean, on the same token, they already have it.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, but they don’t have it purely. What I’m saying is this. Why not go pure?
SPEAKER 08 :
Okay, well, what’s the difference? I mean— No, be a devil’s advocate. Tell me the difference between—I mean, Mdami is actually very open. He’s very upfront about what he wants to do and so on. But really, at the end of the day, how is he any different than Mike Johnston?
SPEAKER 03 :
He’s just more extreme.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah, because at the end of the day, Mike’s doing the very same things he’s doing, only he’s doing it here in Denver.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, but you don’t have free child care for everybody in Denver.
SPEAKER 08 :
Not yet. Not yet.
SPEAKER 03 :
Right, but what I mean is that’s what he would push.
SPEAKER 08 :
Whoever replaces Mike Johnson— The biggest problem that a Mike Johnson has is there’s already not enough money.
SPEAKER 03 :
Right, but it doesn’t matter.
SPEAKER 08 :
That’s a problem already here.
SPEAKER 03 :
What you would say is there’s not enough money because we haven’t taxed the rich enough. That’s what Mamdani is saying. They’re saying, well, there’s not enough money. He’s saying, you’re right, there isn’t. That’s because we’ve let the rich get off.
SPEAKER 08 :
And I think that’s going to be – I think this goes back to what we talk about a lot. Yes, the left is being very bold and upfront about what they want to do. But I think what they’re going to realize, especially in New York, is this may not pan out as well as we think. By the way, I think it’s a great thing because I think in four years – We already know it’s going to be a hellhole. Yeah, in four years, I think it goes back the other way because people are going to be tired of it.
SPEAKER 03 :
It’s going to be a third world hellhole. It won’t be right away. Why? Because for the first year or two, they’re going to lift off.
SPEAKER 08 :
That’s right.
SPEAKER 03 :
Just look, this is going to be the greatest day of looting in New York history.
SPEAKER 08 :
Right. And once that’s gone, then they’re really going to be scrambling to figure it out.
SPEAKER 03 :
And I always think about these people. I laugh at these people who say, no, no, no, look at all these pictures we see of people looting during these riots and things. I’m just like, guys, that’s nothing compared to what’s about to happen in New York. Anyway, if I’m one of them, I would look at these other cities and say, hey, man, do it everywhere. The parasites outnumber you everywhere.

Honestly, guys, I have no idea. Other than people are fairly predictive. When the rich start to struggle and they feel like they’re getting fleeced and they’re paying far more than they feel is, quote, unquote, their fair share, they move. They’ll pick up. They’ll go someplace else. They’ll even cut their losses if that’s what it comes down to. And they’ll go someplace else at the end of the day. That’s what humans do, Andy, at the end of the day. That, I think, is a pretty good predictor as to what’s going to happen. It will happen. It will happen.

And by the way, it won’t even matter what side of the aisle you’re on. It’s going to happen.

Oh, yeah. Those good Democrats, rich people, they’re going to move.

Yeah, because, again, they will only give up so much. And some of these taxes, by the way, it’s not like income tax and other things where you’ve got the ability to, quote, unquote, negotiate around some of those things through tax strategy. When it comes to things like property taxes and head tax and things like that, Andy, you just pay it. You don’t have any choice. There is no option. There’s no getting out of it at the end of the day is my point.
SPEAKER 03 :
New York is going to be Baltimore. Yeah.
SPEAKER 08 :
I’m afraid you are probably correct in saying that. Yes, that’s exactly what’s going to happen. All right, Kofos is joining us next. John, welcome. How are you? Good to be with you. Good to be with you as well. Talk to us about the John Bolton case, if you would.
SPEAKER 06 :
Sure. So John Bolton, you know, for some reason decided to share national defense information with what appears to be his family. They have two unnamed individuals, but news reports have said individual one and individual two are are his wife and kid, a daughter, adult daughter, excuse me. And what it looks like he was doing was he was sending highly sensitive information to them for the purposes of creating, or collating, I guess, his diary. Because he cites his reference to it as a diary. Now, the important thing to know, or one of the many important things, is that these two individual, one individual, two as family members, uh they weren’t government employees they had no security clearance so he was sharing top secret sci sensitive compartmentalized information with people with no authorization to have it okay well john don’t you do this with your family you know around the dinner table share uh national secrets and so forth this is totally common of course of course and i think what makes what makes it worse is uh When he was National Security Advisor for those 17, 18 months, the government installed a SCIF in his house, right? A Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility, or SCIF. And the idea is because they recognize National Security Advisors on call 24 hours a day, and at some point, at an inconvenient hour, will have to receive information.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 06 :
Well, obviously when he leaves, when he… leaves employment, that skiff is decertified, and the government says, just so you know, no place in your house is safe for this. So flash forward a little bit to 2021. He’s the victim of a cyber attack by Iran. So he notifies the FBI, hey, my emails were hacked. My Gmail, my AOL account are hacked. But he doesn’t tell the FBI at that point about what that information could have been that they got, or that he was sharing information with his family members. So even when he had the opportunity to say something, he never did.
SPEAKER 08 :
Makes sense. Now, you have a lot of history when it comes to criminal justice reform, and you’ve been a former mob, gang defense attorney, and so on. So some of this stuff, or I shouldn’t say some, this stuff is not new to you. This is your background.
SPEAKER 06 :
Right, right. I mean, you know, this is very, very common. I’ve done lots and lots of trials, and I think the, you know, the idea that someone would use their Gmail, their personal Gmail, their personal AOL, their, you know, I think it was using Signal or some text messaging app to relay this information to family members is… You wonder what the guy was thinking. And the funny part of it all is that when… There was the situation with the Secretary of War was on that group chat, if you remember a few months ago. That’s right. Bolton couldn’t get on the news fast enough to say how irresponsible and criminal that was when he had already done the same thing. He’d done the same thing. Far, far worse. Right. He wasn’t a victim on that group chat, right? Or he shouldn’t say a victim. He wasn’t just sitting on the group chat as stuff was going back and forth. He was the principal sharing it. And remember… John Bolton has been the employee of the U.S. government for decades, right? It was the 1980s. So if anybody knows what you’re supposed to do with this information, it’s John Bolton.
SPEAKER 08 :
In other words, there’s no excuses.
SPEAKER 06 :
That’s right. And he’s got a real problem. I mean, you know, there’s 18 counts of the indictment. Each count carries, you know, carries a roughly 10-year penalty, right, and a massive fine. I mean, he obviously isn’t going to get 10 years’ account if he’s convicted of it all. But the idea here is this is a very, very serious situation. And, you know, you wonder what was going through his mind here. Was he planning a second book? But whatever it was, it was illegal. And I think the problem here, and, you know, this happens a lot in organized crime case, multi-defending cases, You know, oftentimes the government will sometimes just threaten and say, hey, you know, we’re going to lock up your wife, we’re going to lock up your kid. And sometimes that happens as part of an investigation when the wife and the adult child have nothing to do with it, right? Or the adult son or daughter have nothing to do with it. But in this matter, I mean, they knowingly and willingly received sensitive information, protected information. So I think it’s going to be very interesting because if he tries to go to trial…
SPEAKER 03 :
uh as he has indicated he will the doj could turn around and turn them from unindicted people to indicted people john it’s look i get a little bit skeptical because for years we’ve been wanting these kinds of people perp walked okay we’ve been wanting these people taken out in chains because they’re bad people and they get away with the stuff over and over and over and so we just assume that somehow some way john bolton will get out of this with a slap on the wrist at the most however I think this time this guy is in real trouble. What do you think? I think this is going to go badly.
SPEAKER 06 :
I think it is. I think it’s much different than, you know, the case they tried to put on President Trump or the investigation into President Biden with the things in his garage. I mean, this is as clear as it gets, right? I think, you know, what Bolton’s probably banking on is going to trial in a place that’s very anti-Trump. And he’s probably hoping to draw jurors from that pool and hang the jury or be found not guilty in that case through jury nullification. Unless there’s more information that we just don’t know, that seems to me to be the only strategy. And the question is going to be, will the DOJ also indict the wife and the adult daughter?
SPEAKER 08 :
What are your thoughts?
SPEAKER 06 :
I don’t know. I can see it going either way, right? I mean, I think at some point they’re going to get into plea negotiations. I think there’s probably a good carrot there that a prosecutor would like to use if they want to use it. And at that point, Bolton has to make a decision, right? Because does everybody want to go to trial, or should I just take something? But remember something else. He’s in his mid-70s, so even if he negotiates some kind of plea deal, It’s unlikely he’s going to get a lot of time, right, because of his age and things of that nature. But it is important to candidly prosecute these kinds of cases.
SPEAKER 03 :
John, how do you put together a jury for something like this? I mean, how do you find people who are not pro or anti-Trump in America?
SPEAKER 06 :
Well, I think… Well, I don’t think it’s almost impossible.
SPEAKER 03 :
I mean, seriously, because because Bolton’s going to go through this, his big defense is going to be this is a political prosecution. This is retribution. And that’s nonsense. Of course, it’s all going to be according to the actual evidence of what he did. But he’s going to want people on that jury who aren’t going to care.
SPEAKER 06 :
That’s exactly right, and I think the prosecution and the defense are going to burn through a lot of jurors, right? Because they’re going to call in hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of jurors. Then you whittle down the group that can serve. Then from there, you have your series of four-cause challenges, right? And that’s where people who are honest about it are going to say, you know what, I’m anti-Republican or anti-Democrat. So in Montgomery County, Maryland, I think it’s going to be a very, very tough case to pick a jury for. I think you’re looking for people, you know, when you quiz the folks up there, you’re looking for people who you think can put politics aside and follow the facts and evidence, you know, regardless of where it takes them. But he has a wild card, because remember, he’s not a very sympathetic defendant if you’re a Democrat, right? Like, just because he might hate Trump like certain Democrats hate Trump, but, you know, he’s certainly no darling of the left.
SPEAKER 03 :
Okay, true. It’s true. There’s basically nowhere on earth this guy wouldn’t bomb.
SPEAKER 06 :
You’re right. That’s unfortunate, right? And I think that there’s a lot of people who don’t forget that. But I think ultimately what it’s going to boil down to is, you know, what kind of deal do they offer him? Do they offer him a deal where he can avoid prison time? And to be honest, if they offered him that, he’d be smart to take it because you wouldn’t want to roll the dice on this And not for nothing is that you do run the risk of your, what I’ll refer to as individual one and two in that indictment, also just being indicted, right? There’s no bar in indicting them just to indict them. Yeah, they’ll just supersede the indictment and add them to it. And then, you know, you’re going to have three separate trials.
SPEAKER 08 :
Makes sense. Again, this will be interesting.
SPEAKER 06 :
No husband wants to put their wife through that.
SPEAKER 08 :
No, exactly. No, exactly. Okay, so here’s another question. How many other people do you see something like this happening to? In other words, there’s a lot of folks on the right that want blood out of certain individuals. I have said for a while now that the reason why you’re not seeing more blood people, you know, quote unquote, prosecuted is because they’re making sure they’ve got all of their I’s dotted, T’s crossed. They don’t want any missteps. So that’s my reasoning as to why you’re not seeing more. But what do you tell those people out there that are listening that want more people brought to justice, quote unquote, and they don’t think they’re doing it fast enough?
SPEAKER 06 :
Yeah, to be honest, I think exactly as you think. And by the way, I think we owe it to ourselves as a nation to have prosecutors that do dot every I and cross every T, right?
SPEAKER 07 :
I agree.
SPEAKER 06 :
We want our prosecutors to do it right and not fast. And I think that it’s really important because every prosecutor has to decide, A, do I have enough to prosecute? And B, should I prosecute this, right? And I think that those are the two really important pieces here. I think we’re at phase one. Do I have enough to prosecute this? And I think that we want that done deliberately. And be honest, whether it’s John Bolton or John Doe on the street, I think both people should be accorded that level of justice.
SPEAKER 08 :
I agree. And I agree with you on that one fully. I’ve been saying the same thing to our listeners here, and it’s why – and I get it. People are angry. They want things done. But it’s got to be done correctly or you’re going to lose at the end of the day.
SPEAKER 06 :
That’s right, and that’s what erodes confidence in our constitutional system of justice as well, right? Just, candidly, what we saw in the past four years, right? I mean, I think that these sort of rush to indictments or indictments that are conveniently timed around elections or announcements and things, right? I think people are tired of it.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yeah, I agree.
SPEAKER 06 :
I’d rather it take a very long time to be done correctly. Or, to be honest, to be done not at all.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah, me too. No, I’m with you on that one.
SPEAKER 06 :
Absolutely.

Inflation cools more than expected. No signs of tariff pressure. The Fed met today pretty much signaling they’re going to do some sort of a rate cut tomorrow. How much? Nobody’s really saying. Could be a quarter point. Probably will be. Could it be a half point? Needs to be. Yeah, it needs to be. And given some of what, Andy, you sent me on this particular article and knowing where we’re at with some of the job numbers and so on, they might do a half point. I don’t know.
SPEAKER 03 :
No, they won’t, John, because they are politically motivated. Well, they’re not dumb. They’re politically motivated. You’re right. They’re Democrat. You’re right. They want to hurt Trump. So what they want to do is hold off the Trump boom as long as they can. And the only thing holding off the Trump boom right now is housing. And the Fed can hold that back.
SPEAKER 08 :
Correct.
SPEAKER 03 :
I’m serious. Everything they do right now is all about 2026. They want to hurt Trump in the midterms.
SPEAKER 08 :
And Andy’s right. The only thing, too, that the Fed is really affecting right now, I’ve said this before, is currently right now because realistically, again, tariffs aren’t really having any real impact upon what’s happening in the country. I’ve got some other things I was going to talk about. I didn’t get time to today when it comes to EBT and some of those things, but I’ll talk about that potentially tomorrow. But regardless, at the end of the day. Really not having a huge effect when it’s all said and done. In other words, inflation isn’t doing what the Fed said it would do. The only thing that really the Fed can do right now to hold the economy back is housing. And they’re doing that.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, Trump is winning. This is the thing that’s really sad about this, John. When you have a politically motivated Fed. And they are totally politically motivated. And I’m not saying this as an angry right winger. I’m saying it factually. They hate Trump. They want to stop Trump. And so they are horrified right now that he’s winning at everything he does. My goodness, he may have a China deal soon. Didn’t I say with Jordan last month, I said, Jordan, I’m actually very excited right now because of what China just did with rare earths and what Trump just did with 100%. I said, you don’t start throwing Hail Marys until you’re down 17 in the fourth quarter. This sounds to me like a deal is imminent. And now it’s looking like one might happen. So I’m very happy about that. But if you are on the Fed, you’re terrified. Because if Trump gets a China deal, My gosh, what if he gets Ukraine peace? I mean, he is on such a winning streak right now. You’ve got to do something to stop him. And the only thing you can – because he is bringing in trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars in investment into this country. We both know, we’ve been saying it for quite a while now, that 2026 is going to be an economic boom.
SPEAKER 08 :
Especially because – I’m glad you said that because for all of you listening – whether Powell does anything tomorrow and December, which there will probably be a quarter point each. It will be a half point by the end of the year, meaning we’ve had three-quarters of a point throughout the year.
SPEAKER 01 :
Which is disgustingly low.
SPEAKER 08 :
It should have been two points or a point and a half anyways. Point being, he’s gone in May. Meaning the rest of the rest of 2026 is a boom.
SPEAKER 03 :
Right. But he knows that if he can hold it back till May, if he can hold off that housing boom till May, that’s going to affect the midterms. He knows that. OK, that’s why the timing of him staying on till May. He needs to leave right now. Of course, he should have lost. He should have left already. True. He needs to be gone. If he was out of the way and we had a real normal biped in that role right now.
SPEAKER 08 :
It would be rolling right now.
SPEAKER 03 :
Oh, my gosh.
SPEAKER 08 :
Way more than it. I mean, it’s not bad right now, but it would be so much better, Andy.

It would be rolling so much. That outside of the crazies of New York, you couldn’t get a Democrat elected anywhere.

Right. Okay. And they know this. These are Democrats on the Fed. And by the way, they’re not just bad people, but they’ve got the entire Democratic Party going to them saying, save us.

There are Democrats, powerful Democrats, all over the country right now going to their buddies on the Fed. I’m telling you, this is happening. These are phone calls that are happening, and they’re saying, you are our only hope. This guy is getting trade deals all over the world. Do you understand that we are opening up markets for our products everywhere? We’re about to be selling soybeans to China. That’s coming next. And everywhere we look, this guy is winning. He’s getting peace deals everywhere. Everywhere we look, everything he’s touching is turning to gold. Okay? You are our only hope. Right. That’s why when you ask me, is it going to be a quarter or a half? No, it’s going to be a quarter. It should be a half every single month.
SPEAKER 08 :
Mm-hmm. Now, here’s a question. For a while. Hypothetically. I believe you’re correct because I think that’s what they’re going to do because it’s definitely a war. And they know they can’t do nothing because now they’ll really go down in the history books as being politically motivated. They’ve got to be able to say we did something while not doing hardly anything. They’re going to give you that quarter point token. Now, if they’re smart, which, again, and they are, but they’re also politically motivated. If they’re smart, though, Andy, they basically say, OK, you know what? I get all these guys are calling us and they’re saying this and they’re saying that. You know what? At the end of the day, this is what’s best for America. Let’s do it. They’re not going to do that. No.
SPEAKER 03 :
They don’t care about America. What are you kidding me?
SPEAKER 08 :
Haven’t cared all along.
SPEAKER 03 :
No, no, no, no, no. Why do you think we’ve been able to predict what they’ve done every step of the way, John?

Because they’re not. And for those of you that are.

Because we look at it politically.

Those of you that are out there saying, oh, no, no, the Fed’s independent. That’s not true. You guys don’t know what you’re talking about. Yeah, actually, we’ve predicted every single one of these fairly accurately all the way through.

John, the Fed is the only thing standing right now between Donald Trump and absolute power.
SPEAKER 08 :
Huge success. Yes.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, but I’m looking at it from the way they would paint it. No, you’re right. They would paint it as absolute power.
SPEAKER 08 :
Right.
SPEAKER 03 :
Okay? The only thing standing between him and that is the Fed. And they look at these quarter, look, a quarter point is actually damaging. Why? Because what that does is it’s not enough for people to move and start, you know, buying and selling and building houses again, right? In fact, it’s so little, it’s going to make people say, I’m going to hold back and wait for the real cuts. Right.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah, in fact, I’m afraid that we’re sort of… He’s holding off the housing boom. Andy, I can hear it right now. Some aren’t. I get it. Some are going ahead and moving forward with whatever decisions they’ve got on buying and selling and all of that. There are some that aren’t doing that, but there are far too many that are doing exactly what you just said.
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER 08 :
They are like, you know what? We’re ready to pull the trigger, but let’s wait a little bit. It’ll probably get better. If we wait, we’ll get a better deal. Let’s just wait.
SPEAKER 03 :
You and I were talking last week about, hey, what about selling a certain property, right?
SPEAKER 08 :
Right.
SPEAKER 03 :
What was I saying? Oh, I would have that person wait until next summer. Wait until this guy is out of the way, they actually put rates where they belong, and then you can start buying and selling and get real. You can get a better price. Because housing prices, they’re crashing. And they are going to go up when rates come down. And so people are going to get better return for their money when they sell a property. They’re not going to get that right now.
SPEAKER 08 :
Right.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, it’ll be a quarter point. If it’s a half, hey, man, I’ve been surprised before. I could be surprised. It could happen. It would really surprise me. What do you think?
SPEAKER 08 :
No, I think you’re right. I fully agree with you. And, again, we’ll know tomorrow. I’ll talk about this some tomorrow. Scott Garlis will be joining us hopefully in the 5 o’clock hour, 530 literally is when he tries to join us, and we talk each week. And I think we’re fairly close in our predictions, Andy. I just – That’s how I see it.

We called it last time. We said it’s going to be a quarter, and it was. And by the way, let me tell you this. All the underlying economic dynamics say easily at least a half point. It should be a half to three-quarter point drop tomorrow.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yes. Not going to be, though. No. Again, folks, it should be. It’s not going to be. We’ll see how it turns out. Again, we’ll talk about this tomorrow. Point being, and this is where I really wanted to stress, is the inflation sides of things, which is what the Fed continues to use as an excuse. The tariffs are going to cause inflation. Tariffs are going to cause inflation.
SPEAKER 01 :

SPEAKER 08 :
I can’t tell you how many times Andy and I have interviewed different people, including Jordan Goodman. Tariffs are going to cause inflation. Tariffs are going to cause inflation. We’ve said it all along. They haven’t. Yes, there’s been a few issues in some areas across the board. But all in all, no, they have not caused all of this, quote, unquote, economic damage that all of the predictors said they would.
SPEAKER 03 :
John, you’re going to have inflation in various sectors without tariffs.
SPEAKER 08 :
Correct. It’s going to happen no matter what.
SPEAKER 03 :
That’s normal.
SPEAKER 08 :
Wages go up. Other things are factors. Regulatory things happen. Lack of workers in some cases can drive things up. I mean, Andy, I go down the list of things that actually drive up inflation. And, in fact, even what – I’ve said this all along – what the Fed does with its rates – can drive inflation because as businesses have to incur those rates when it comes to their lines of credits and so on, they pass all that along. They charge more. So at the end of the day, they create some inflation in what they’re doing anyways.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, I agree.
SPEAKER 08 :
You’ll never hear the Fed admit to what I just said, but trust me, it happens.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, of course it does. If you raise costs, what’s going to happen? And the costs include borrowing, Andy. The one thing that the Fed and all these people didn’t seem to understand, which you and I have been saying for the whole year is this. Much of the cost of the tariffs is going to be soaked up by the foreign entities because they have to.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah, and again, as I said all along as well, is you’ve got to remember, too, that most people think tariffs and the price of a good is what you’re paying at the retail end of things. It’s not. When it comes to—I’ve used tennis shoes many times as an example. That $150 pair of tennis shoes isn’t costing that importer $10. So even if it doubles in price, it goes from $10 to $20, their costs didn’t increase that much. Can they absorb that and still sell you the tennis shoe at $150? Yes, they can. All day long.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yeah, they don’t want to add $10 and lose sales.
SPEAKER 08 :
And they haven’t. That’s why you haven’t seen huge increases in those areas because of that.
SPEAKER 03 :
They’ll add a buck or two.
SPEAKER 08 :
to that’s all they’re doing and at the end of the day they’re all making it work and by the way they’re actually getting that out of the other side as well because the costs aren’t going from 10 to 20 they’re probably going from 10 to 7 and 7 to 14 because of the tariff right meaning it only went up four bucks yeah All in all.
