Your power source to stand firm in the angelic conflict is the filling of the Holy Spirit so the Lord can work in and through your life and God’s Word in your soul. “Be steadfast and immovable and abounding in the work of the Lord” (1 Cor 15:58). The work of the Lord is your spiritual gift, what God expects you to do in the body of Christ. Your spiritual gift becomes operational through spiritual growth. Nothing is more serious than the condition of your spiritual life as it relates to your post in the local body of Christ.
