In this episode, Mike Gallagher shares personal anecdotes from Disney World, sparking discussions about public perceptions and personal memories intertwined with the political landscape. As Lindsey Graham’s visit to Disney becomes a talking point, Mike delves into why certain personal decisions garner public criticism and shares his own cherished experiences within the magical realm of Disney, despite controversies surrounding the company.
SPEAKER 03 :
From the wild world of D.C. politics to America’s culture clash, brace yourself for the reality check you’ve been waiting for. The one and only Mike Gallagher.
SPEAKER 08 :
You know, there are a lot of headlines that we’re paying attention to. Iran, gas prices, Lindsey Graham going to Disney World. Boy, that’s gotten a lot of online attention. I take great personal umbrage at an adult male being mocked for going to Disney World without kids. I remember when Denise and I would go to Disney World without the kids. We were like the embodiment of that Disney commercial. Have you seen the Disney commercial where the mom and dad are all excited about going to Disney World and the kids are like, you’re going without us? And the couple is so happy. Some of my best moments at Disney World were with my Denise without the kids. Now, we took the kids a gazillion times. But when she and I went, we would stay at the Grand Floridian or maybe the Contemporary Resort. And that was definitely our happy place together. and that’s why we snuck in one day and we scattered some of Denise’s ashes on Main Street, USA. I’m sure there’s all kinds of environmental prohibitions against doing that. I was convinced we were going to all get arrested. The boys and I went into Disney. We had a little pouch of some of Denise’s ashes, and we surreptitiously scattered them around. Right in front of the candy store there on Main Street, right near the main entrance. And I kept telling Trevor, we’re going to get arrested. We’re going to go to jail. I’m going to lose my career. It’s going to all be over. This is terrible. But we got away with it. And Denise just loved Disney, which is why I do to this day. And I get a lot of flack for it. Every time I mention something about Disney World, I’ll get a flurry of text messages on the MyPillow text line or emails. Why do you support Disney? And I get it. I understand the objections people have. about how woke Disney can be, is just a special place for my family and me. And we have a lot of great memories. And every time I go into that main entrance, I see my wife’s face. So I’m sorry, that’s just me, and I don’t mind sharing that with you. And if you’re mad at me for that, so be it. So there’s Lindsey Graham yesterday. Now, I will admit I’ve never had a bubble wand in my hand. I don’t know what that’s all about. I think he’s got nieces and nephews, and I don’t know anything about his personal life. I don’t care. What I know is that the optics of a U.S. senator… Dining at, you know, Chef’s at Mickey’s Hideaway or whatever. TMZ apparently put like a bounty out. If anybody sees any elected representatives at Disney World, send us the pictures. Well, there goes Lindsey Graham walking right into Disney World and people taking pictures of him. And so that just led to this whole news cycle of mockery of Senator Graham by himself. And I don’t think he was by himself. The picture they showed, he was with some woman. So I don’t know. I don’t care. If you ever see me at Disney World by myself, and I admit I don’t often go… I go a pretty good amount by myself, but mostly with my kids and my granddaughter. But if you ever see me at Disney… You know, you can take my picture. Send it to Steve. That’s okay. I won’t mind. Let’s take a selfie together, and we can make some memories. So anyway, and by the way, here’s a nice text message on the MyPillow text line. This is getting my day started on the right foot from Arkansas. Mike, you like Disney World because you’re goofy, LOL. LOL. Guilty as charged. I am a little bit goofy. And I’m just thinking, I’m seeing stories that just jump out at me, and I wonder why nobody else is talking about it. You know, Senator Mike Lee has been on a one-man crusade, it seems, to get the Save America Act passed. Election integrity, to me, is the most pressing issue we face. I believe that the entire future of our constitutional republic depends on securing our elections safely, legitimately. Do you remember when Biden won in 2020 and the smart kids kept saying there’s been no evidence of widespread election fraud? And like the little kid watching the emperor in the parade with no clothes, I would put my hand up and I’d say kind of meekly, you don’t need widespread election fraud in order to steal an election. You just need a little bit of fraud. So I’m reading about a special election that took place in Tampa, Florida last night where This was a victory for yet another Democrat, a fellow by the name of Brian Nathan. Now, according to Axios Tampa Bay, the State Division of Elections certified last night Democrat Brian Nathan’s narrow victory in the special election for Tampa’s Senate District 14. The odds were not particularly in Nathan’s favor, even though the seat had a history of changing hands. To win, the Democrat had to overcome a massive fundraising disadvantage and a voter registration deficit of over 22,000. And because Republicans eclipsed Democrats in turnout, he had to lure independents. But in the end, Axios reports… Nathan won by 405 votes. Here we go again, where thousands of people show up to vote, and magically, by just a few hundred votes, the Democrat wins again. A stunning upset, crows Axios Tampa Bay. This is a seat that Republicans had won by 10 points in 2022. Hmm. What do you say? How about that? A stunning upset. This guy was drowning in a fundraising disadvantage. He was losing in voter registration. There were more Republicans than Democrats. And yet in the end… Presto, he won by 405 votes. Have you noticed how all of these special elections, it seems, in Georgia, in Texas, all over the country, where the Democrat upsets the Republican, it’s always by a handful of votes. Going back to my reminder, you don’t need widespread election fraud to cheat. You just need a little bit. You just need a little bit of fraud. Am I crazy here? We’re going to bring Roger P. Shulman, our newsman, into this conversation a little bit later this hour because I want Roger to break down this special election for Tampa’s Senate District 14. I don’t see anybody pointing this out. I mean, I’m going to go right to you, and I want you to flood the zone. I want you to fill up my phone lines here in the Relief Factor studios at 800-655-MIKE. I want you to call me at 800-655-6453 and give me your honest reaction to what I just said. Am I crazy? Am I being a tinfoil hat, wild-eyed conspiracy theorist? when I’m pointing out that many of these races that Democrats are winning so far in America, not just in Florida but around the country, are being won by razor-thin margins. And since that’s true, and it is, don’t you find that fishy? Don’t you find that suspicious? Don’t you find that at least pretty coincidental? 800-655-MIKE. One number does it all. Call or text, and I want to get your reaction to what I think is a pretty remarkable… although seemingly little-noticed aspect of all of these Democrat victories across the board. Look at another Democrat wins here. Oh, another Democrat wins there. Oh, look, 90,000 people showed up to vote, and the Democrat won by 362 votes. Wow! Isn’t that convenient? Is it just me? Let’s find out what you think. 800-655-6453. I hope you join us here on this Tuesday, March the 31st episode of The Mike Gallagher Show. SPEAKER 08 :
I had a fun morning. I visited with my pal Mark Davis, who’s guest hosting the Chris DeGaulle Show. Chris is running for Congress in the state of Missouri, so he had to leave his radio show. You know, I think, look, we’re all in this together. And I don’t want to bore you with any of the behind-the-scenes machinations that are going on, but you think about the company that I’ve worked for proudly for, what is it now, 26 years? And in the last two years, we lost, this is now the fourth national talk show host that we have lost. This is the fourth, we lost Seb Gorka to the White House. He took a job as deputy counterterrorism official for President Trump. And these are what a wonderful, gracious thing for Seb to do, because, look, he had a plum broadcasting job, but he wanted to serve his country. When the president comes calling, you leave and you go serve the government. You serve the country, serve the people. Of course, we lost Dennis Prager from the airwaves when he had a terrible fall and had suffered a catastrophic injury. But Charlie Kirk was assassinated in Utah, so that’s the third Salem host that we lost. And then Chris announced he’s running for Congress. So we’ve been through a lot in a couple of years. And being here this long, I have great relationships with all of the top executives of Salem Media. And look, we’ve done our best with a lot of prayer and plenty of tears and gritted teeth. We found Scott Jennings and Alex Marlowe and And this Friday during the Scott Jennings show, which is 1 to 3 p.m. Eastern, I’m going to be hosting a special edition because we’re going to have a tailgate party for the Cleveland Cowboys. Indians opening day. Now, I know you’re not supposed to say Indians, but sorry. Some things are worth holding on to. There are some traditions, some aspects of our culture that we should not give in to. Well, we’ve put together a massive tailgate party at the stadium. Beginning this Friday at about 11 a.m., the primary location for the tailgate party is going to be in the Platinum Parking Lot C9, right next to the stadium on Carnegie Avenue. And then Jake Underwood, who’s been doing a great job as the local host there in Cleveland, is going to be broadcasting from Jolene’s Honky Tonk at 2038 East 4th Street in Cleveland. So it all starts about 11 o’clock. That’s when we’re going to kick the tailgate party off. And we’re going to be set up right near the stadium. We invite you to show up because if you show up in your Cleveland Indians gear, if you come and see us in your Cleveland Indians gear, you’ll be entered to win a free cruise. in the Gulf of America cruise that Scott Jennings and Larry O’Connor and I are all hosting together. So we’re headed for opening day, a tailgate, and I’m going to anchor it from 1 to 3 on Friday. And I can’t wait. We’re excited about broadcasting all of this. And a big thank you to our friends at Indian Motorcycle, sponsoring this big broadcast, And I love it. What a great tie-in, right? Indian Motorcycle, they’re an iconic American company. They’re the sponsor. We’ll be there for opening day. And you want details and to sign the petition to bring back the name of the Cleveland Indians, not this stupid Guardians crap? Go to bringindiansback.com. That’s the website you should visit today. Put your name to the petition. Let’s bring back the iconic Cleveland Indians, Chief Wahoo, and the tradition that matters to Americans. the big Cleveland Indians tailgate party, go to bringindiansback.com and don’t miss our special broadcast this Friday from 1 to 3 here on the Salem Radio Network and Salem News Channel. You know, a lot of people have been texting me. If you’re just joining us, I’ve been sharing with you the news that there was yet another narrow Democrat victory in a special election in America. This time in Tampa, Democrat Brian Nathan pulled off a shocking, stunning, upset win over the Republican in Tampa’s Senate District 14. Now, in the end, according to Axios, Nathan won by 405 votes. Axios said in order to win, he had to overcome a massive fundraising disadvantage and a big voter registration deficit of 22,000. But lo and behold, the Democrat won by just a few hundred votes. Sound familiar? Sound familiar to you? Have you noticed that in 2026, many of these special elections where Democrats have won Thousands and thousands of people show up. Not enough, frankly, but nonetheless, thousands show up. But the Democrat pulls off a razor-thin win. And many of you have been reminding me of the story that the mainstream media isn’t really touching. A volunteer at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections office was arrested the other day after authorities say he stole an encrypted access key from a voter registration terminal during a training session for a special election. John D. Panichi, 59 years old, of Lake Worth, faces charges of grand theft and property crimes. Now, you remember, Palm Beach is also where another special election was held, and another Democrat happened to win by a razor-thin majority. What do you suppose are the chances that all these Democrats are winning all of these special elections today? by literally hundreds of votes. I thought we would turn to the man who knows Florida politics and Florida better than anybody, Roger P. Schulman, who is our newsman extraordinaire, who joins us to bring us up to date on all of these special elections and what’s going on here. Roger, you know, I sense a pattern going on here. I don’t know about you, but I’m sensing a trend. Can you give me your reasonable, common-sense reaction to these special elections? Let’s start with the one here in Tampa Bay. According to Axios, this guy should have never won, but he pulls off an upset victory by only 405 votes. Is that surprising to you, Roger?
SPEAKER 05 :
A little bit, yes. 405 votes is not a lot. We’ve got 300,000 voters who could have voted in the election. Not that many did, of course, because it was a midterm special election sort of thing. I was just checking the Palm Beach election where the Democrat won, and that was won by 766 votes. Wow. Not quite as small a margin.
SPEAKER 1 :
766.
SPEAKER 08 :
So tens of thousands of people showed up. Do you know how many people total showed up to vote?
SPEAKER 05 :
About 31,000 in Palm Beach. Don’t have the total in Tampa right in front of me, but it was more than that. It was quite a bit more than that. But, yeah, these are pretty thin margins. These are not overwhelming, sweeping victories. But, yeah, as you have been mentioning, these are small margins. And with that guy stealing the key down in Palm Beach… That’s a very suspicious sort of thing. You don’t know what kind of odd things have been happening. But in the Tampa race, Brian Nathan, he’s a Navy vet and a union representative. He had to overcome Josie Tomko’s big TV ad campaign, but he did it by 405 votes, according to what we have. And that was just certified last night. They had to check some signatures, and now that’s done. Now, we do have Susan McManus, who’s a USF professor. She’s kind of been a consultant. She’s an emeritus professor now, but she’s been kind of a consultant on things. She says both of the races pit political newcomers against incumbents, which could signal people are fed up with the status quo, which she has a point. And second, the candidates reframed broad terms like affordability into clear, real-world components such as gas prices, rent, housing, and insurance costs. That connected with the voters, she believes. And yes, we do have some problems right now that are being worked on. The war is supposedly unpopular with American voters, although we just heard from Peter Hegseth, the war secretary, who has just made a secret trip to the war front. epic fury and he came back with uh some very good reports the people who are fighting for us are competent they’re doing a great job and one young lady said to peter we want more and bigger bombs so They want to complete this mission. This is going to be done fairly soon. I think things are going to be changing. We’ve got the gas prices. They went up radically because of the Karg Island situation. The Karg Island situation is not permanent. These things are going to change. And a lot of the economic problems, I think, are going to eliminate themselves fairly soon. And I think that’s going to have an effect on any future elections.
SPEAKER 08 :
Let’s go back to these razor-thin victories because, again, I’m deeply troubled by this, Roger, and I just don’t think – I don’t believe in coincidences. And as a texter just sent me on the MyPillow text line, this is why they don’t want to pass the SAVE Act. They want to be able to say, we won’t win another election. Vote Republican, save America. I think the texter makes a good point. Roger, in all the years that you and I have been doing this, seeing the resistance, not only from the Democrats, but from a number of establishment Republicans, I don’t think John Thune or Mitch McConnell want the Save America Act passed. This is an 80-20 issue, Roger. The vast majority of Republicans, Democrats, and Independents want voter ID, and they’re not going to budge. You cannot overstate the importance of getting this thing passed.
SPEAKER 05 :
It’s very important. I mean, you can’t do anything without ID. And they believe that people are too stupid to be able to get ID to vote. It’s a ridiculous issue. And I don’t know why we’re still talking about it. I mean, you can’t get on a plane. You can’t get a bank account. You can’t do pretty much anything without some sort of photo ID. And it makes absolutely no sense.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, thankfully you do. We appreciate your reporting from our newsroom. Roger P. Shulman, the Mike Gallagher Show newsman, checking in with this, again, very peculiar victory for yet another Democrat. But nothing to see here. Move along. Move along. Don’t pay attention. 800-655-MIKE. You don’t have a weight problem. You’ve got a body that’s in survival mode. No medication, crash diet, or app is going to fix that. Hey, look, the GLP-1 drugs are exploding in popularity, and for some they’re a useful tool, but they don’t address why your body started storing fat in the first place. SPEAKER 08 :
See why I love taking calls all the time? There’s some merit to what Danny in Woodruff, South Carolina said about Senator John Kennedy on Fox this morning. It isn’t quite the way he said it. He didn’t say that Trump accepted it. Trump is apparently now considering the Kennedy-Cruz bill. So a caller making a little bit of news on the show. We’ll give you the update on that in just a moment. I still… I have to admit, I’m nervous about some of these establishment Republican senators. And I think it’s fair to say that Senator Kennedy could fall under the establishment category. Certainly Senator John Thune, the Senate Majority Leader, is as well. And I’m really worried. The way that was phrased and the way that was framed, it just made Trump look really, really bad. And look, if there’s merit to the plan, maybe Kennedy was just frustrated. And, you know, we don’t have blind allegiance to anybody. I mean, you know, some people didn’t like my pushback against Trump’s post about the death of Robert Mueller. I’m a solid registered Republican who agrees with the Trump agenda. But that doesn’t mean we’re going to agree with everything. Nobody agrees with anybody on everything. And that’s okay. And this shutdown is an unmitigated disaster because we know that Democrats are on the side of unsafe streets. They’re on the side of chaos in the airports. They’re on the side of chaos in America because they think the chaos will pay off for them In the midterms. And it worries me. Worries me a lot. I’m going to talk to Mark here in Greenville, South Carolina, in a moment, who I think is going to defend Senator Kennedy. And I want to make sure that Mark’s voice is heard. I also want to make sure you hear the voice of those of us who love Texas superfood, the original superfood in America. Dr. Dennis Black is a friend of mine. He’s a naturopathic doctor. And he came up with something that has just become the really number one in America, Texas superfood. 55 vine-ripened fruits and vegetables that are specifically selected for maximum nutritional value. And I love the fact that Texas Superfood also includes enzymes and probiotics, all in one simple solution. Here’s a text on the MyPillow text line from Wisconsin. We need to get rid of all the rhinos, including John Thune. All right, Mark in the upstate of South Carolina. Is John Kennedy a friend or a foe of President Trump in your view? Yeah, hey, Mike.
SPEAKER 09 :
Long-time listener since the early Rush Limbaugh days in Greenwich, South Carolina.
SPEAKER 08 :
Thank you, Mark. Well, it’s great to hear from you.
SPEAKER 09 :
So all these years, you’re a great conservative. Appreciate your stand as a consistent conservative and Christian over the years. You’re very kind.
SPEAKER 08 :
I want to say that first. Thanks.
SPEAKER 09 :
That’s very nice of you. But on this issue, I’ve seen John Kennedy. I’ve seen him be a consistent conservative and defender of Trump and conservatism. I just, on this one, You know, I think he was just he was in the interview. He didn’t bring that up about the Save America Act. I think you misunderstood him. You know, I think he’s he’s consistent. He didn’t mean it that way. He wasn’t throwing President Trump under the bus. After all, we’re not talking about Ted Kennedy here. We’re talking about, you know.
SPEAKER 08 :
That’s right.
SPEAKER 09 :
It’s just Senator Kennedy here who’s been a stalwart. So, like I said, I’m a Tea Party conservative. You know what I mean? Yeah, no, I hear you.
SPEAKER 08 :
And I think my radar goes up, though. I just worry about some of the – I mean, we look at Mitch McConnell and we look at John Thune. I don’t want Kennedy – John Kennedy – I don’t want to believe that he’s part of that bunch. I found a story from a month or so ago, headline, MAGA Senator Panics About Trump’s Plan for Key Issues. As the midterms loom, as journalist Will Neal writes, a top GOP senator says the party is setting itself up for disaster in this year’s midterms by focusing solely on President Trump’s agenda and ignoring ordinary Americans. Republican Senator John Kennedy told The Hill, what you’re basically arguing to people is don’t believe your own lying checkbooks. It’s their checkbooks. They’re looking at it. They don’t like what they see, so you’ve got to deal with it. I really think that’s what we ought to be focused on right now. We’re not going to win the midterm by going to the American people and saying, look, we passed 11 out of 12 appropriations bills, and we confirmed all of President Trump’s nominees. He added, moms and dads lie awake at night worrying about the cost of living. In their minds, they’re tired of selling blood plasma to go grocery shopping. Now, again, sound like a Trump ally? Maybe. Maybe it’s a matter of a Republican senator challenging his president’s agenda. As the article says, Kennedy’s comments fly in the face of Trump’s claims that he established the greatest economy in history. The president’s assessment has so far failed to find evidence of that from any established metric of fiscal performance. Well, that’s bull. That’s completely false. Of course, this is a left-leaning publication, The Daily Beast, that doesn’t miss a… Every morning I get an email, The Daily Beast, it’s actual comedy gold. Every morning it’s like, Trump is freaking out! Trump’s melting down! The walls are closing in! Trump is losing it! Trump is screaming at the… I mean, every day. Every day. It just… And look, they’re an opinion site, and that’s fine. I don’t get bent out of shape over… people who want to advance their own agenda. I saw a journalist the other day was quoted as saying that lies and untruths should never be platformed. Well, good luck with that in the world of YouTube and podcasting and social media. But when a network like CBS tries to present both sides of a provocative issue, The left freaks out. They don’t want a conservative side to be heard. They insist that when they tell the story, that’s the only story that matters. Because they’re the trusted journalists, and they’re the only ones who can tell a story. Watching this pushback against Barry Weiss and CBS has been fascinating to me. And I don’t know the inner workings of what happens in that newsroom. But I do know that she seems to be intentionally presenting both sides of issues. There are two sides of issues. I hate to break it to some of these pristine journalists who only think there’s only one side. Every single issue that we confront as Americans is multifaceted, multilayered. Every single one of them. And look at what the left has done, what Democrats have done to ICE. Their version is ICE is a bunch of thugs and fascists and Nazis and roving bands of marauders who just want to kill people. They point to Minneapolis as the example of that. And I mentioned it a few minutes ago. We all know what happened in Minneapolis. ICE didn’t cause the chaos. That’s baloney. What Chuck Schumer, Mr. Jim Crow 2.0, wants to convince the American people is that ICE is going to go into our airports and And create havoc and chaos and mayhem because that’s what ICE does wherever they go. Now that isn’t what’s happening so far. 24 hours they’re going into our airports. CNN is reporting that the lines at Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport are dramatically decreased. So that’s not what’s happening at all. And that must drive people like Chuck Schumer crazy when you consider this is what he said yesterday on the floor of the U.S. Senate.
SPEAKER 04 :
This morning, Tom Homan from the Department of Homeland Security said ICE agents have arrived at 14 airports in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, elsewhere. Everywhere ICE goes, trouble follows. We’ve seen that, and it is highly likely the airports will be no exception. No one trusts that ICE is going to make things better. Patrolling airports is not an ICE’s job description. It’s certainly not what they’re trained to do. And let’s be clear, ICE agents performing the work of TSA officers are not going to make our airports any safer. It’s going to make them less safe because ICE agents aren’t trained in airport security. These agents aren’t familiar with the layout of the airports they’re walking into. They don’t know the protocols or procedures in the same way TSA workers do.
SPEAKER 08 :
It’s driving these guys crazy. Here’s CNN’s Ryan Young. This is what Ryan Young reported late yesterday from the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport on CNN.
SPEAKER 06 :
Finally, we can take a deep breath here. The numbers have dropped off. The lines are getting shorter. I think the average wait time now is under 40 minutes. So if you have a flight to catch today, it’s a good time to come to Hartsfield Jackson International.
SPEAKER 08 :
Do you understand that the Democrats are against that? Do you realize that Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries, they don’t want things to go better at our nation’s airports. They want the chaos. They crave the chaos. I saw somebody, Michael Rothman on X, writing how Chuck Schumer shut down DHS funding to defang ICE. He may have just handed Trump a permanent ICE presence at every major airport in America. Trump announced ICE will remain at the airports indefinitely. Border Czar Tom Holman explained exactly what that looks like on the ground. You want to know the practical implications of what it means now to have ICE at our nation’s airport? Check out what Tom Holman, the Border Czar, had to say about this on Sunday with Fox News Sunday with Shannon Bream.
SPEAKER 07 :
ICE can check identification before people enter the screening area, right? We’re trying to release TSA resources to get to positions that they really need expertise in, like the x-ray screening. So we’re going to be a force multiplier. Now think about that.
SPEAKER 08 :
And, of course, he’s right. Think about what Schumer walked into, what these Democrats have done. They blocked TSA funding to prevent ICE from doing its job. Trump responded by deploying ICE directly into our major airports. So now ICE is able to check IDs at the front door before anyone even gets to TSA screening. Trump declared it permanent. Democrats shut down the government to get rid of ICE. And they ended up putting ICE agents in every airport in America, every major airport, permanently. So now TSA agents get to focus on what they’re trained to do, x-ray screening and security. ICE is going to handle ID verification at the entrance. The airports are running better. And anyone in this country illegally just lost one of the last places they could move around anonymously. This is what happens. When you try to play checkers with somebody who’s a chess master. And I think the Democrats have just stepped in it big time. 800-655-MIKE. More coming up. We’ll be right back. This is simple compassion that makes a real difference. SPEAKER 08 :
I get such a kick out of things that jump out at me that seem so obvious. It astounds me how people twist themselves into a pretzel to refuse to give credit where credit is due. And I see this all the time. And I’m a big believer in giving credit where credit is due. So Sunday morning I watched Jane Pauley’s show, right, as I often do. I like the show. Sometimes it’s pretty biased, and this was a perfect example of that bias. They did a story about a Princeton University doctoral student named Elizabeth Zirkoff, and it was a fascinating story because her sister Emma fought tirelessly for her release. She was held hostage in Iraq. For 903 days, she endured torture, isolation. She was backed by an Iran-backed militia. Okay? Which, again, a reminder of why Iran is the bad guy. So, Erin Moriarty did this big report, and it was fascinating. It was a beautiful tribute to these people. close-knit sisters who fought, and the sister who fought tirelessly for her release. Now, they interviewed a Trump official, a guy, I’ve never heard of him before, and in fact, his name escapes me even now. But he was the guy that was Trump’s representative, and he’s actually got on his arm a tattoo of just a slash lines of all the hostages that the Trump administration has gotten released, including the hostages held in Gaza. The report, you would think, would acknowledge that Elizabeth Surkov was held hostage, was held captive for most of the Biden administration. What changed? Well, Trump got elected, and Trump’s been getting people released left and right. Do you think the CBS report acknowledged that in any way, shape, or form? Tracy, you saw the report. Did you notice how they didn’t give Trump credit at all? Now, if this was a Democrat president who came along after a Republican president failed to secure… this young woman’s release, you know that’s the entire report. Look at Kamala. Look at Hillary. Oh, Barack Obama. But when it’s Trump, they bend over backwards to refuse to give credit where credit is due. This is what the media does. And when the media does that, impressionable people fail to connect the dots. Same thing with the TSA. Have you seen the Democrats complaining about the TSA agents getting paid? Finally? I mean, they’re all upset that Tyler Perry went around, I guess, and handed out $1,000 gift cards to TSA officers and agents. And now apparently there’s a rumor that they have to return the gift cards. That’s the kind of stuff they get upset about. Not that the TSA… Agents weren’t being paid because of the Democrat shutdown, but because Tyler Perry had no business trying to help these people out of the goodness of his heart. Here was the White House press secretary, Caroline Leavitt, yesterday explaining how President Trump got it done, figured out a way to be sure that our TSA agents got paid.
SPEAKER 02 :
Overall morale among TSA staff plummeted as well, all of this creating an unacceptable heightened security risk. Because of the Democrats’ unwillingness to do their basic job of funding DHS, President Trump determined that these circumstances constituted an emergency compromising American security. That’s why last week he accordingly signed a presidential memorandum directing the Secretary of Homeland Security to work with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget here at the White House to use those funds with a reasonable and logical nexus to TSA operations to provide TSA employees with the compensation and benefits that would have accrued to them but for the Democrat-led DHS shutdown. This bold and necessary action by President Trump will ensure our TSA workers receive their hard-earned paychecks. It should not have come to this point, but President Trump will always do what’s right by the American people, and he found a way to do that to get TSA paid. Ensuring that these federal workers who perform critical public safety responsibilities can feed their families, pay their rent, and show up to work is something the president was honored to do.
SPEAKER 08 :
And again, what are Democrats whining about? The TSA agents getting paid. Well, why didn’t he do it earlier? Why is he doing it now? He doesn’t have the authority to do it. Congress has to approve. Right now, let’s check out the condition of our nation’s airports. One of the worst one was in Houston. Here’s an NBC News reporter, Priscilla Thompson, reporting on the change. Thanks to President Trump, getting the TSA agents finally paid. Now let’s check out the condition of the airport in Houston.
SPEAKER 01 :
Yeah, you know, Ryan, it does. It is starting to feel like I live here. But I’m going to step out of the way and let you see for yourself. We’re talking about a drastic change here at Houston’s Bush Intercontinental, where last week we saw lines up to four hours. And now you can see passengers virtually walking right up to an agent or an officer and being able to give them their ID and go through that screening process. And we’ve been looking at airports throughout the day, Baltimore, New York, Philadelphia, all wait times of under a half hour. I will tell you, travelers here, And I’m sure across the country certainly relieved.
SPEAKER 08 :
They’d be holding parades in the streets right now. The Democrat president opened up our airports and got our TSA agents paid. The TSA agents are all thanking President Trump. In fact, back to the story of this Elizabeth Zirkoff and her beautiful sister, Emma, who fought so hard for her release. Tracy, my producer, found a tweet from Elizabeth Zirkoff. from October 3rd, 2025, know what she said? Finally, blessedly free after 903 days in captivity. Thank you, President Trump, for the decisive action that brought me home. You think that was reflected in the CBS report Sunday? Think again. It was not. CBS doesn’t dare share with its audience the role that President Trump played in the release of Elizabeth Zirkoff.
SPEAKER 11 :
Mike Gallagher.
SPEAKER 10 :
Here’s something most people don’t know. When Warren Buffett was just 13 years old, he didn’t put his money into a savings account. While other kids were earning next to nothing at local banks, Buffett put $114 into a little known investment. Today, that $114 would be worth over $15 million. And it wasn’t a risky trade. It wasn’t even insider knowledge. It was an account that’s been around since 1888, and over the last 25 years, it’s averaged 29% a year. That’s what happens when your money is allowed to compound. Compare that to today’s savings accounts, paying less than half a percent while inflation quietly eats away at your buying power. Buffett understood early. Banks are great businesses, just not for savers. If you’d like to see what some investors call the 29% account, go now to SecretAccount29.com. That’s SecretAccount29.com. SecretAccount29.com.
