In today’s episode, Mike Gallagher navigates through a maze of political upheaval, judicial controversies, and societal debates that are making headlines nationwide. We delve into the latest ceasefire proposition from Iran and Trump’s response to judicial rulings impacting his administration, including a planned White House ballroom project. These events intertwine with broader judicial issues, spotlighting Florida’s contentious case of a judge releasing a convicted child rapist. Governor Ron DeSantis and Mike Gallagher fiercely discuss the need for judicial accountability and impeachment options available to legislators.
SPEAKER 05 :
From the wild world of D.C. politics to America’s culture clash, brace yourself for the reality check you’ve been waiting for. The one and only Mike Gallagher.
SPEAKER 04 :
Okay, it is Wednesday, April the 1st, 2026, April Fool’s Day. There’s going to be no pranks here. If I slump over, if you see me just go face first onto the desk, that is actually the Lord calling me home. I’m not faking. There’s no April Fool’s here because we got too many serious things to contend with. President Trump was some breaking news moments ago saying that Iran is asking for a ceasefire. Apparently there’s going to be progress. We’re going to hear from the president tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern. But, hey, I wonder if a federal judge is going to try to block President Trump from speaking to the American people tonight. You think that’s a possibility? Because, you know, they’re blocking everything else. Yesterday, a federal judge ruled that potentially hundreds of thousands of illegals who got into the country through Joe Biden’s ill-fated CB1 app, or whatever the heck it’s called, the app that allowed illegals to enter this country and live among us. A judge yesterday is trying to make those hundreds of thousands, up to a million, get legal status.
SPEAKER 10 :
Are you guys really that mad about the ballroom?
SPEAKER 04 :
Nope, not yet. And here in Florida, here in Florida was an extraordinary case of a judge who released a convicted child rapist. The prosecutors wanted the guy, after he was convicted, incarcerated, which of course is logical and normal and expected. But a liberal Obama judge apparently said, no, he needs to stay free. Let him roam the streets. While out on bail, he raped and murdered a little girl. Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, said, you know what? Let’s just stop pussyfooting around. It’s time to impeach these activist judges once and for all. And that should be said across the country. These judges with these idiotic, activist, rogue rulings. How about the ballroom? This is the stupidest controversy I’ve ever seen in my life. The left is melting down over the fact that Trump says it’s way overdue to have a new ballroom. Instead of being out in tents and everybody getting muddy, there’s no room, we have to have a majestic ballroom where the east wing of the White House was. And, of course, Trump haters are melting down. Now, this morning, I glanced at the Daily Beast because it’s so funny. Every headline from the Daily Beast is about Trump. It got Alzheimer’s. Trump is crazy. Trump is falling apart. Everybody’s turning. The walls are closing in. You ought to look at the Daily Beast headlines. They’re really comical. And one of the headlines said that our friend and our colleague, Scott Jennings, was melting down over the ballroom. That was the headline. Scott Jennings melts down. As Trump’s ballroom build is halted because an Obama judge, by the way, I said the Florida judge was an Obama appointee. I don’t think that’s correct. Obviously, the Florida judge is an activist liberal who thinks the criminals ought to go free. But the Obama appointee is U.S. District Judge Richard Leon. Richard Leon ruled yesterday that Trump didn’t have the authority to tear down the East Wing. Well, the East Wing is already torn down. So now there’s a big hole in the ground, and a judge is trying to halt construction of this 90,000 square foot ballroom, every penny of which is being paid for by private donations. There’s not one penny of taxpayer funds left. So here’s the headline from the Daily Beast. Scott Jennings melts down as Trump’s ballroom build halted. I want you to hear and see what they describe as a Scott Jennings meltdown.
SPEAKER 10 :
Are you guys really that mad about the ballroom? I mean, honestly, there’s a giant hole in the ground now. What are we going to do? Just leave it there? When you get the government involved in building stuff, ask the people in California what happens when the government gets involved in building stuff. You don’t build anything. There’s a big hole.
SPEAKER 04 :
Oh, what a meltdown. Oh, my gosh. Scott Jennings lost his mind last night. Isn’t that a real meltdown? Scott was out of control. I mean, could you see it if you’re watching Salem News Channel? Nostrils flaring, spittle flying. That’s typical Scott, losing his mind on CNN. Yeah, he’s the antithesis of a meltdown. He’s like the adult in the room full of toddlers on that panel show that he’s on every night, moderated by that aggravating Abby Phillip. But when are we going to stand up and say enough is enough? You know, Mike Johnson, you’ve got the ability and the means to get these judges impeached congressionally. Do something, Republicans. Ron DeSantis is saying it here in Florida. Why don’t we impeach a judge? that lets a convicted child rapist go free only to rape and kill again. I am in such a spirit of gratitude today. I am so grateful to live in a state where I’ve got a governor like this guy, Governor Ron DeSantis, who this case of this Leon County judge… And this is very interesting. This is why I was a little confused about who the judges are. The judge in D.C. is named Richard Leon, or Leon. The judge in Florida is a Leon County judge, Tiffany Baker Carper. But now you just stop and consider this for a moment. A guy gets convicted of raping a little child. What judge wouldn’t want to keep that person behind bars? Convicted of raping a child. Prosecutor said, okay, keep him in jail until sentencing. We don’t want this guy to go free. Leon County Judge Tiffany Baker Carper says, nope, we’re going to let him go free until he gets sentenced. While he’s out on bail, he rapes and murders a five-year-old child. Now, you tell me how that judge doesn’t get immediately fired, impeached right now. That’s what Governor Ron DeSantis wants to know.
SPEAKER 07 :
I appreciate the legislature for passing this, but I will just say to my friends in the Florida House of Representatives, I don’t think what you’ve done is enough. You have the power and you have sufficient numbers in your chamber to impeach this judge Tiffany Baker. Until you start holding these judges accountable, they are going to continue to find ways to benefit the criminal element. This was an outrage. This was such an easy call to make sure that this guy was put behind bars. And this judge refused to do it, knowing the risks. And the result has obviously been a tragedy. So Florida Constitution vests the House of Representatives with the ability to bring an impeachment against a circuit judge with two-thirds majority. You know, last time I checked, we’ve got way more than two-thirds of Republicans. Honestly, I think some Democrats would vote to impeach given what happened in this case.
SPEAKER 04 :
Isn’t he right? Could you possibly disagree with anything you just heard Governor DeSantis say? Could you possibly disagree with anything you heard Scott Jennings say? What are you going to do now with an empty hole in the ground? These judges have got to be impeached. We have got to start removing these judges. As best I can tell, this hasn’t happened one time. And as DeSantis pointed out, here in Florida, Republicans have the majority. They can get it done. The House of Representatives in the state of Florida absolutely has the authority to impeach this despicable judge. who thought that the rights of a convicted pedophile, a child rapist, trumped the rights of the little five-year-old girl who he murdered while out on bail. And forget the humanity part of it. I don’t even know how this judge looks in a mirror at night, how she sleeps at night, what it must be like for her to know that because of her ridiculousness, her progressivism, her social justice, a little five-year-old girl is in the ground. A five-year-old was raped and tortured and murdered. And of course that five-year-old’s blood is on the hands of this judge. Of course the judge should be impeached. You know, I’m getting all these text messages on the MyPillow text line about this case out of Florida where a judge let a convicted child rapist go free only to murder – rape again and murder a five-year-old little girl. And DeSantis is saying, how do you not impeach that person? And people are saying to me, the judge ought to be arrested. Arrested? I mean, first of all – I think that’s a great start. But how about at least firing her? Ginny is up in Maine. Ginny, forget arresting the judge. They won’t even impeach her. Ginny. Hi. All right. Ginny can’t hear us. Sandy in Delaware. Hey, Sandy, how are you? I’m fine, thank you. How are you? I’m frustrated. Can you imagine being the parent of a five-year-old child murdered by a convicted child rapist who was out on bail?
SPEAKER 02 :
Mike, we just had a case where a son had a gun shot and killed someone. His father was arrested, convicted of murder. Why aren’t these judges who let these people out arrested, and why don’t they have to do the time for the crime?
SPEAKER 04 :
Amen. Amen. Keith in Philadelphia. You’re on the Mike Gallagher Show. Hi, Keith. Welcome back.
SPEAKER 09 :
Hi, Mike. Thanks for taking my call. I’m in concert with you and the most recent caller. This judge should not only be fired and impeached, she should have to go talk to those parents and tell them exactly why this guy was released, and do that every year on the anniversary of that child’s death.
SPEAKER 04 :
How do you think she sleeps at night? Do you think she knows what she did? This is the worst thing I can imagine happening to my child. I just can’t even talk about it. I don’t know how you could live with it. And especially knowing that a judge let your child’s killer go free. Again, understand the facts of this case, and I’m going to break them all down for you so you are well aware of what this woman did, what this judge, Tiffany Baker, actually did. I want to give you the details so that you don’t think I’m exaggerating. You don’t think that I’m being melodramatic. Simple facts in the case. Man is convicted of raping a child after conviction, as is often the case, somebody who commits a heinous crime remains in jail prior to their sentencing, which is what the prosecutors asked for in this man’s case. This liberal lunatic judge, this liberal loon, Leon County, Florida, Judge Tiffany Baker-Carper decided to let, nope, let the guy go free. Let him go be with his family and his friends and live his life. We want him to live his best life while he awaits sentencing. While out on bail, the authorities say he raped and murdered a five-year-old girl. Now, Ron DeSantis is saying, can we at least impeach this judge? When is enough going to be enough? 800-655-MIKE, 800-655-6453. Join us. You don’t have a weight problem. You’ve got a body that’s in survival mode. SPEAKER 04 :
I am so tired of a lack of action. I’m so sick of people in authority who don’t do anything. This is what Americans are frustrated about. Republicans are mad at Republicans who don’t do anything. They’re on vacation right now in the middle of this ridiculous, preposterous Democrat-led shutdown. Lindsey Graham is off at Disney World. Other Republicans are overseas. I mean, the optics are terrible. It’s not the Republicans’ fault. It’s the Democrats’ fault. But I get an idea. Why don’t you kind of keep a low profile while Americans are turning to the government for leadership? It’s unbelievable. And when a judge frees a child rapist, giving him the opportunity to rape and murder another child, nothing gets done about it. And Republicans in the legislature of Florida have the right and the prerogative and the ability to remove this despicable woman in black robes. And you ought to see all my text messages on the MyPillow text line. Try the judge for murder. Throw the judge in the jail cell with the child murderer. Arrest the judge. Again, they’re not even impeaching her yet. What is it going to take for Republicans to actually do something? And I get enormous… We got a president right now who’s in his motorcade driving to the Supreme Court because finally the Supreme Court may just… right the wrong of all the gerrymandering that the Democrats have done over the years. Maybe finally the Democrats are going to end, have their reign of birthright citizenship ended by the Supreme Court. He wants to go. First time, I think, in history. Now, that’s interesting because evidently there is a chair in the Supreme Court reserved for the President of the United States in case he ever wants to show up. And no other president has done it. I think that’s fascinating, and let me tell you why. You think about the optics of the president glaring at the justices over a cause that he believes in. They’re either going to resent it. I don’t think they’re going to be intimidated. I don’t know what that’s going to be like, what the dynamic is. But it’s fascinating to me. And I have to tell you, I’m once again grateful for the 47th president of the United States. This is a guy who does things that no other president before him has done. This is a president who’s willing to stick his neck out, put his butt on the line for the American people. And I’m grateful. I’m also extraordinarily grateful for something that happened yesterday. Let me tell you the dilemma I have. And maybe you want to give me some advice on this. Feel free. I don’t mind having a million different program directors out there. You can give me your feedback. Let me tell you what happened yesterday. We have a few more days, two actually, two more days in our Food for the Poor campaign. And we’ve been asking you to support a Christian ministry called Food for the Poor. And we had a goal of $40,000 for you to contribute to the Mike Gallagher Show so that we could rush clean and living and safe drinking water to some of the poorest communities in the hemisphere. Okay? The goal was $40,000. I saw yesterday we hit $70,000. So I said to you… Yesterday, I’m praying that enough people will contribute to our campaign to get us to $80,000. That’ll double our campaign. And I thought we had a chance of doing it at least by the end of the week. I didn’t know that it could be done. I didn’t think, actually, it could be done yesterday. Can I tell you where we are right now? You ready? Can I have a little drum roll, Eric, where we are with our Food for the Poor campaign? Again, remember, $40,000 was the goal. Let me share with you where we are right now.
SPEAKER 1 :
$82,427.
SPEAKER 04 :
Now, here’s my dilemma. I can’t keep asking. I just feel bad. You more than doubled our goal. So it’s like I wanted to hit $80,000 yesterday. You went well over that. Hundreds of you donated $20, $50, $100. So I feel sort of guilty coming back to you and saying, can you keep going? We’re going to save more lives, but you got us over $80,000. So all I’m going to do is say this. Thank you for your huge heart. Thank you for more than doubling our Food for the Poor goal. Once again, the Mike Gallagher Show audience demonstrates what it means to be compassionate and caring and loving and generous. I will mention that at MikeOnline.com, you can see the site where you can make a donation. But I just feel… sort of guilty asking for you to keep going. And you can give me some advice on this. Because we had a big meeting about this early today, and I said, look, I asked the audience to take us to 80,000, and they said, you bet. Here we go. And now you want me to go back? I feel like Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown. So whatever your heart desires, if you have given and you’re happy that we hit over 80,000, I get it. And I don’t want to keep asking when you’ve already delivered so much. I’ll just point out you can read about Food for the Poor at MikeOnline.com, and that’s all I’m going to say besides thank you. You make it such a joy. You make it such an incredible blessing. I really do know how lucky I am. to get to do this for a living every day. So thank you, thank you, thank you for your support. By the way, over this shutdown, where people are off cavorting and going on sightseeing excursions and going to Disney World while the government is shut down, Ilhan Omar… that radical lunatic from Minnesota, was at a town hall a couple weeks earlier this month, or actually I guess it was a couple weeks ago. Check out her admission that it is, of course, the Democrats who are responsible for the shutdown of the government. This week on The Five, I saw Dana Perino with a very uncharacteristic smackdown of Jessica Tarloff, the liberal on the panel there. And Dana looked absolutely disgusted because Jessica was trying to pretend that this shutdown is the fault of the Republicans. The whole world knows it’s the Democrats who created and caused this shutdown because they don’t want to fund ICE. ICE is already funded. It’s real simple. Even a school kid could figure it out. So maybe they’ll play this clip for Jessica Tarlow tonight on The Five, reminding her that even your fellow Democrats admit that the Democrats are responsible for the shutdown.
SPEAKER 01 :
As many of you know, Democrats said we are not going to pass the appropriations bill for the Department of Homeland Security unless they agreed to ten reforms, simple things like unmasking ICE agents when they were patrolling our communities. So far, the Republicans and the president have refused to say yes to any of those reforms, which means the department doesn’t have the resources to be able to pay for not just ICE and CPP, but they don’t have the resources to pay for TSA agents, they don’t have the resources to fund the Coast Guard, to fund our cybersecurity employees in a time when our terror alarm is higher than usual.
SPEAKER 04 :
Our terror alarm is higher than usual. But thank you, Representative Omar, for admitting that it’s your party that that’s responsible for this government shutdown. Here’s Patrick in Michigan, 17 minutes before the hour. Hey, Patrick, happy April Fool’s Day. How are you?
SPEAKER 06 :
Okay, Mike. You know, Mike, for years I’ve said that, you know, Democrats don’t care about you. They don’t care about me. They don’t care if they bankrupt or destroy America. All they care about is pushing their radical agenda. In this case with the judge… This is yet another tragic example of that. Mike, I think somebody should confront this judge. Maybe you can get her on your show and ask her, why would you do something like this?
SPEAKER 04 :
I’d have such a hard time interviewing somebody like this because I have such contempt. All I would think about is the family of this little girl that was killed. All I could think about is how I couldn’t say to her, how does it feel to have that little girl’s blood on your hands? You know, I don’t think I could maintain any semblance of professionalism.
SPEAKER 06 :
I’m just so outraged by this. I mean, at a minimum, she should be removed from office, at a minimum.
SPEAKER 04 :
And at the maximum, she ought to be arrested. I agree. There’s just no consequences, Patrick. There are no consequences for the actions of these judges. And look, stopping Trump from building the ballroom or ordering that a million illegals be given legal citizenship who came in through the Biden CBP app. One judge trying to dictate public policy. What do you think that does to the safety and security of the American people? For one judge, a liberal Obama appointee, to rule yesterday, oh, all these illegals that were disqualified under the Trump administration? No, now they’ve got to be made legal. Now they’re going to be legal citizens. One swoop. Unreal. 800-655-MIKE. 15 before the hour. A lot more coming up. It’s a busy Wednesday. Glad you’re here. It’s easy to turn on a faucet and never think twice. But imagine telling your child, we can’t drink that water, it might make you sick. For families in Latin America and the Caribbean, that’s everyday life. Moms walk miles. Kids carry heavy buckets instead of backpacks. Illness spreads because clean water isn’t available. Here’s the good news. We can all help. Through Food for the Poor, your gift provides safe and living water. That means healthier children, stronger families, and communities that can finally move forward. And it opens the door to the hope… This is simple compassion that makes a real difference. Your gift of $50 ensures two people have safe and living water. Or for $100, a family of four will be transformed. Just text MikeG to 51555. Text MikeG to 51555. The Mike Gallagher Show in the ReliefFactor.com studios.
SPEAKER 04 :
Just got a text message from a member of our audience in Arizona. It feels like the world is on fire. It really does. That’s why you’ve got to stay grounded and be grateful for leaders that we have. Like our next guest, who is calling for the impeachment of this judge, Tiffany Baker Carper. You’re not going to believe this story. It’s so… shocking that you almost feel like it’s a fantastical concoction. Governor DeSantis signed Missy’s Law this week, which limits judges’ discretion for violent offenders awaiting sentencing. But the governor and, I believe, the attorney general feel it doesn’t go far enough. Let’s welcome back to the Mike Gallagher Show the 39th attorney general for the state of Florida, Attorney General James Uthmeyer. Mr. Attorney General, welcome back to the show. How are you, sir?
SPEAKER 08 :
I’m doing very well. It’s good to be back. Thanks for having me.
SPEAKER 04 :
No, you bet. And I appreciate your leadership on this and the governor, because people can’t believe it around the country when we’re talking about this guy who was literally a convicted child rapist and this judge. defied the prosecutor’s demands to keep him behind bars. And as I understand it, while out on bail, he raped and murdered a five-year-old child. And Governor DeSantis, and you are saying, look, this woman needs to be impeached. My audience is saying she ought to be incarcerated. She ought to be prosecuted. Can you walk us through what led to Missy’s law and your reaction to this Judge Tiffany Baker Carper?
SPEAKER 08 :
sure well it’s a shame we had to pass a law in the first place to address this issue in florida law you know judges do have discretion when it comes to bail pending sentencing so here you have a case where a guy he is convicted by a jury for attempting to have sex with a minor a child after that conviction while he’s waiting sentencing this judge over the objection of the state attorney releases him on his own recognizance. And during that period, he murders, he suffocates a five-year-old girl, who, by the way, he was being investigated for molesting her. So this young child… this death did not need to happen it only happened because of the judge i mean the blood is on her hands here for abusing her discretion and she needs to be held accountable so we have impeachment procedures in our constitution similar to the federal government you know you don’t see people impeached and removed from office uh we need to we need to start doing this this is a perfect example of somebody that abused the office and there’s a death as a result
SPEAKER 04 :
You know, I keep hearing from callers to my show and people all over America who echo what you just said. We don’t see impeachment proceedings against these judges. Certainly on the national level, we’ve got rogue judges that are trying to block the Trump agenda. They’re single-handedly trying to make illegals legal citizens like this judge ruled yesterday. We’ve got judges trying to block him from building the ballroom. And in Florida, as Governor DeSantis pointed out, you’ve got the ability in the House of Representatives in the state to impeach a judge like this. Why in the world hasn’t it happened yet? What’s the reluctance from these legislators to do the right thing here?
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, here in Florida, we have supermajority Republican chambers on the House and Senate side both, but they’re not DeSantis Republicans. They haven’t even been able to get a budget done this year, which was supposed to be done over a month ago. It’s the only thing required of them every year in our Constitution to pass a balanced budget. So they need to get it together. I think the public needs to outcry and demand of them to do really what should be simple here. And you hit the nail on the head, Mike. You know, judges across the country, they’re abusing their power. They’re not following the law. They’re saying what they want the law to be. They’re issuing nationwide injunctions, trying to push their own desires on the American people, going beyond legal bounds. And it’s wrong. You He said the judiciary was supposed to be the weakest branch. It’s supposed to be the branch that interprets the law, but it’s up to the other branches to effectuate those judicial orders. The reason the judicial branch is so powerful is because we, the people, have allowed it to be powerful. We’ve just taken everything they say as gospel. But when a judge exceeds jurisdictional bounds, when they step out of their lane, that’s not an order that we have to follow. And I think it’s for leaders like me and others to fight back.
SPEAKER 04 :
We’re visiting with the attorney general from Florida, James Uthmeyer. Let’s listen together to the boss. Here’s the governor, Ron DeSantis, who was grateful that the legislature presented him with MISI’s law to sign. But as he pointed out, it doesn’t go far enough.
SPEAKER 07 :
I appreciate the legislature for passing this, but I will just say to my friends in the Florida House of Representatives, I don’t think what you’ve done is enough. You have the power and you have sufficient numbers in your chamber to impeach this judge tiffany baker until you start holding these judges accountable they are going to continue to find ways to benefit the criminal element this was an outrage this was such an easy call to make sure that this guy was put behind bars and this judge refused to do it knowing the risks And the result has obviously been a tragedy.
Can I ask you, Attorney General Uthmeyer, what the argument is from some of these Republicans as to why they don’t impeach these disgraceful judges?
SPEAKER 08 :
You know, I haven’t heard any real argument. They’ve been pretty silent on it. I think some of it is just, you know, the heavy lift work of going through the proceedings. But I hope they’ll do the right thing. I have no indication that they’re refusing. They just haven’t taken it up yet. They’re on a recess right now for Easter, but they do have to come back to look at redistricting. We’re trying to reevaluate property tax obligations on Floridians, which I think is a needed change. And I hope they’ll add this to the list of work to be done before they go into election season.
SPEAKER 04 :
One more personal question. In your capacity as Attorney General, you also served as the Governor’s General Counsel. You managed the litigation and legal work of the Governor and state executive agencies. Have you ever had an opportunity to have a one-on-one with any of these judges who have come up with these disgraceful decisions that led to such harm? In other words… Have you ever been able to personally connect with a judge like this particular judge, Baker Carper, to see what they’re saying? Do they feel any remorse? Do they feel any sorrow? Do they feel any regret? Have you ever had a chance to get their reaction in person?
SPEAKER 08 :
Not on a case like this. And obviously judges are sometimes hesitant to talk specifically about matters related to cases when they’re one-on-one with legal officials like myself. But I’ll tell you that the sentiment I see based on behavior and comments is that there’s not remorse or regret. They think they’re doing social justice by taking some of these stances. And we need judges to stop pushing… radical activist social justice and start focusing on criminal justice. Keep people safe. Protect our kids. Five-year-olds should not be getting raped and murdered by somebody that’s already been convicted of a serious violent felony that should send them away for most of the rest of his life, if not his whole life.
SPEAKER 04 :
I would just love, on a personal level, to just understand the heart and the mindset of Judge Tiffany Baker Carper. I would just love to hear her say… Because I’ll tell you what, I don’t know how you’d sleep at night. I don’t know how you could look in the mirror and know that your actions, and look, you said it. I saw the news article where you wrote, Judge Baker Carper’s actions brought disrepute upon the judiciary. This decision is what led to this young girl’s death. Her decision, as you put, rises to the level of a misdemeanor in office. Many would argue, Mr. Attorney General, she ought to be charged with a crime.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah, I can understand those arguments. She needs to be held accountable. I think it can start by having her impeached. And I’ll remind everybody that the murder case for this guy that killed the five-year-old, guess who’s the sitting judge for that case? This same judge. Oh, wow. So we’ve got to get her off the bench. And my hope is I’ll work hand in hand with any Republican in the legislature that wants to bring the impeachment case files and, you know, make the arguments and get the job done. I’m there to help.
SPEAKER 04 :
Could this be the case? As we’ve both agreed, it rarely, if ever, happens. Could this be the one? Could we finally see some action, do you think? I think so.
SPEAKER 08 :
I think the facts here are so clear and extreme, egregious, that they demand action. And I’d hope it would be kind of a first test case to get people looking at impeachment and removal yet again. We have another case in Orlando where a guy attempted to kill somebody, you know, shooting at a gas station. He failed. Thanks be to God. Then the judge gives him probation and says he’s got mental health issues, so he doesn’t have the cognitive function to actually commit murder, and then he shoots and kills three people a short time later in the Orlando area, three tourists down near Disney World. These things can’t be tolerated. That’s why we have impeachment provisions in our Constitution, and it’s time to make use of them.
SPEAKER 04 :
It is time, that’s for sure. And Florida is lucky to have an attorney general like you. I’m grateful for the time you gave us here on the Mike Gallagher Show. Keep fighting the good fight, sir.
SPEAKER 08 :
Thank you, Mike. Look forward to talking to you soon.
SPEAKER 04 :
Attorney General James Uthmeyer from the state of Florida, the free state of Florida, here on the Mike Gallagher Show. Well, hey, give me an argument against impeaching this judge. I mean, everybody on the MyPillow text line is saying she ought to be arrested. She ought to be charged criminally. I mean, and I see that and I understand your sentiments, but up to now… Nobody even wants to impeach these lunatic judges. When are we going to start removing judges on the federal level? The judge that thinks that a million illegals can suddenly be made legal citizens? Defying Trump’s order over the Biden CBP app? When are these judges going to get removed? 800-655-MIKE, 800-655-6453. Join us.
SPEAKER 03 :
Here’s something most people don’t know. When Warren Buffett was just 13 years old, he didn’t put his money into a savings account. While other kids were earning next to nothing at local banks, Buffett put $114 into a little known investment. Today, that $114 would be worth over $15 million. And it wasn’t a risky trade. It wasn’t even insider knowledge. It was an account that’s been around since 1888, and over the last 25 years, it’s averaged 29% a year. That’s what happens when your money is allowed to compound. Compare that to today’s savings accounts, paying less than half a percent while inflation quietly eats away at your buying power. Buffett understood early. Banks are great businesses, just not for savers. If you’d like to see what some investors call the 29% account, go now to SecretAccount29.com. That’s SecretAccount29.com. SecretAccount29.com.
