John Rush delivers a hard-hitting hour focused on political corruption, media bias, and the explosive federal indictment involving the Southern Poverty Law Center. Joined by Sunny Kutcher of Young Americans Against Socialism, Rush breaks down allegations of fraud, money laundering, and funding extremist groups while exposing how media narratives shape public perception. The conversation also tackles Marxism, race politics, personal liberty, and why accountability matters now more than ever. A bold episode for listeners who want facts without spin.

00:14:10 Rush to Reason with John Rush Closing Remarks
SPEAKER 14 :
This is Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 15 :
You are going to shut your damn yapper and listen for a change because I got you pegged, sweetheart. You want to take the easy way out because you’re scared. And you’re scared because if you try and fail, there’s only you to blame. Let me break this down for you. Life is scary. Get used to it. There are no magical fixes.
SPEAKER 12 :
With your host, John Rush.
SPEAKER 15 :
My advice to you is to do what your parents did. Get a job, sir. You haven’t made everybody equal. You’ve made them the same, and there’s a big difference.
SPEAKER 02 :
Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life, that there’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there. It is this feeling that has brought you to me.
SPEAKER 15 :
Are you crazy? Am I?
SPEAKER 10 :
Or am I so sane that you just blew your mind?
SPEAKER 14 :
It’s Rush to Reason with your host, John Rush, presented by Cub Creek Heating and Air Conditioning.
SPEAKER 13 :
Okay, welcome. Hour number two, Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Appreciate y’all joining us today on this fine Wednesday. Richard Battle joining us now. Richard, welcome. How are you, sir? We’re doing great, John.
SPEAKER 05 :
Thanks for having us again.
SPEAKER 13 :
Led us by wise and constitutional measures, promote intelligence among the people as the best means of preserving our liberties. And man, have we failed there, Richard.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yes, we have, and as we’ve talked about before, it sure illustrates the constancy of human nature that these quotes from our founders are as applicable today as they were then and will be 250 years from now.
SPEAKER 13 :
And I say this a lot, and I know sometimes I sound like a broken record to my listeners, Richard, but by the way, where we’re at in the dumbing down of America, all by design by the Marxist movement.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, yes, historically we’ve seen that over the centuries, that any time somebody wants to take over totalitarian government, the first thing they do is dumb down the people so that they don’t want to participate in their government. They want to just relax and do other things and let somebody else take care of them.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah, and it doesn’t mean, by the way, and maybe it does, you probably know more about this than I do, but it doesn’t mean that we have people with lesser IQ. It’s that the people are less informed of the things. In fact, there can be some very, I call them educated idiots. I’m sorry, I don’t know any way to say it, Richard, but they’re very educated. They’ve got the ability to learn and so on. The problem is they’ve been taught to do what you just said a moment ago. I’ll let somebody else deal with that.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, and we’d have people do that as well with, there are so many distractions. I saw you talking earlier about programs and television, sports, entertainment. There are so many different distractions that people prioritize. And if they would take just a small amount of that time to invest in the knowledge and so they can vote appropriately, back good candidates, and preserve our sovereignty and independence, that is the best protection we can have, not only for ourselves, but for our children and grandchildren.
SPEAKER 13 :
Talk about James Monroe, if you would.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, it’s because his birthday is on the 28th, and he was the last founding father and president who was from the Virginia dynasty. And I could have put him in the Americans who made America 18th century volume because that’s when he did some of the things with the founding. But I put him in the 19th century volume because that’s when he was president of the United States.
SPEAKER 13 :
All right. So he’s got, of course, quotes and history. And I think the other thing, too, we need to realize about the founding fathers, Richard, is we think these guys had PhDs, that they went to all sorts of scholarly schools and so on. And the reality is not all.
SPEAKER 05 :
No, and what’s a great example and inspiration, and part of the reason I included him, is that for people to pursue their dreams is when he was a youngster, he only attended school 11 weeks a year because the rest of the year he had to work to help his family. And then his parents died when he was 16, and he had to leave school totally so that he could support his siblings. And it wasn’t until later after the war that he was able to ask Thomas Jefferson to help him to read for the law. And back in those days with the law and medicine, you either went to school or you did what they called read for it with someone who was already certified, if you will, or licensed. And then they would get you qualified to practice law or medicine.
SPEAKER 13 :
I did not know that, so there was basically two avenues you could take is what you’re telling me.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yes, and I had a great-great-grandfather that did that in Arkansas with medicine, who read for the medicine versus going to a medical school. people were as qualified. It’s just they had not gone. Think of it as being homeschooled like today.
SPEAKER 13 :
Or an apprentice. Like myself, I was very fortunate and grew up in the automotive business and grew up around a lot of old technicians. I’ve never been to a formal automotive school in my life, Richard, but yet had a full career of that and in a lot of ways still participate in that. But I learned the way you’re talking.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, yes, and it just goes to show that formal schooling isn’t the be-all, end-all. It can help. It can also hurt. But people who have that desire and want to improve themselves, there are multiple paths to get there, and that’s what I think is so important. It doesn’t matter where you’re at today. The question is, where do you want to be, and how can you get the help you need to get there?
SPEAKER 13 :
Well, and bear with me here, but I feel that, again, the Marxist movement – and we’ll talk to Sunny Kutcher here at 430. She’s Young Americans Against Socialism. And, Richard, I feel like this whole movement on the Marxist sides of things really – sort of vilified the trades, if you would. It vilified even what you’re talking about. And their approach, the only way you could ever achieve anything was to go to school, get your master’s, do this, do that. And yet, all the while, brainwashing those students along the way. And my gut feeling is they vilified the other because they knew in some cases you might actually get a better education.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, I agree with that, and I’ll give you a perfect example. When my father passed away some years ago, it was in Dallas County, Texas, and I wanted to probate the will. And in Texas state law, you do not have to be a lawyer to probate the will. But when I called the Dallas County Courthouse, they asked me if I was a lawyer. I said no. And they said, well, you cannot probate a will in Dallas County. unless you’re a lawyer. And so it was setting up that elite type status beyond the law to prevent me from handling something that was pretty simple, but making me pay someone else to do that simple task.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah. By the way, great, great example. Fortunately, here in Colorado, I just did that with my folks and didn’t have any issues whatsoever. I have great Michael Bailey, one of our sponsors that walked me through what I needed to do when I went down to the to the courthouse and it all went just fine. And I had great instruction from him on how to do it. And it helped a lot when you walked up to the window and I knew exactly what I was doing. But to your point, yeah, there are lots of things I think in life where they set it up to make it seem like we need something we don’t.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yes. And if we go back and look at Monroe and we look at individual liberty, which is what our founders gave us, that’s what enables us. And he’s a great example to do all kinds of different experiences, which continually enhances our capabilities. for serving in higher and higher places. And if you’re in a situation like you’re talking about and held down, then you’re limited and then you’re a subject to other people ruling you and telling you what you can’t do.
SPEAKER 13 :
One thing I learned in my notes today that I guess I should have known, but I didn’t. In this particular case, Monroe left the presidency himself deep in debt because he himself financed many of the public activities.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, that and all of the founders and all the leaders back in those days, they didn’t have pension plans. They didn’t have health care plans. They didn’t get big salaries. All of them sacrificed to serve. And so when he served for many, many years in multiple positions, he sacrificed his personal opportunity to gain, to give back to the country. Whereas today, we see too many politicians who enrich themselves at what I call the all-you-can-take buffet, and that is not public service. That’s the public servicing you and helping you to get rich.
SPEAKER 13 :
Not to get off track, but I’ve got to throw this in because it fits exactly with what you just said. I was watching a video here a couple of days ago, doing some research, and there is a young gentleman, and I’ve talked about this before, and it’s true. There’s a young gentleman. He and a cohort decided that, you know what, we’re looking at these guys in Washington come into office and leave millionaires, several times over, by the way, in some cases 100 times over. And he was like, wait a minute, what if we developed an app whereby we could track what all of the trades are from these folks that are actually in Congress and in the Senate, you know, Capitol Hill individuals. We’ll track these politicians to see what their trades are. And sure enough, Richard, this app that he has, if you follow it, you will be richer when it’s all said and done because you’re doing the exact same trades these politicians are, which, by the way, in and of itself ought to be illegal.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, yes, and what is the name of that app?
SPEAKER 13 :
I will send it to you. It’s not on the tip of my tongue, but I will find it because I just watched it the other day. And I will send that to you because for those of you listening, it tracks exactly what these politicians do. And if you trade the exact same way they do, you will get rich.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yes, and we all should be rich.
SPEAKER 13 :
And that in and of itself ought to tell you something, Richard.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yes, absolutely. So we look at Monroe, what he left his schooling and grew up. I mean, he joined the Continental Army when he was a teenager. He crossed the Delaware with George Washington and was wounded at Trenton. He left the Army in 1780 to read for the law with Jefferson. But you look at the different positions that he served in. Virginia legislature during the Articles of Confederation. He was a minister to France, governor of Virginia, secretary of war and state. He’s two terms as president. And then the board of the University of Virginia. I mean, he sacrificed and served his entire adult life, if you will.
SPEAKER 13 :
Amazing. Give us some of his quotes before I let you go, if you would.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yes, sir. The best form of government is that which is likely to prevent the greatest sum of evils. And so that talks about government allowing evil versus individual sounds like Ronald Reagan.
SPEAKER 13 :
Right, exactly.
SPEAKER 05 :
The right of self-defense never ceases. It is among the most sacred and alike necessary to nations and individuals. That shows that the founders wanted individual rights to bear arms, which is being argued by the people against the gun rights.
SPEAKER 13 :
I like this one. It’s only when the people become ignorant and corrupt, when they degenerate into a populace, that they are incapable of exercising their sovereignty. And again, Richard, what he’s describing is what Marxism will do if you allow it.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yes, and it’s so important because we’ve got a unique opportunity in history. for self-governance, but it requires us to exercise that. And if we don’t, then we’ll lose it and be enslaved to government like every other civilization has been in overtime.
SPEAKER 13 :
All right. Graduation coming up just around the corner. You’ve got a lot of great tools and things that folks can buy to help that graduate, whether they’re coming out of high school or college. How do folks find you, Richard?
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, richardbattle.com is the website. All the books are there. The Americans Who Made America 18th Century would be a volume I’d suggest somebody start with, and it’s a great student resource for high school or college young people and will inspire them that they do have the freedom and the opportunity to pursue their dreams and become what they want to become.
SPEAKER 13 :
Awesome. Richard, I appreciate it. God bless you for all you do. God bless America. Thanks, John. You betcha. Appreciate you very much, Richard Battle. Golden Eagle Financial coming up next. Al Smith. Al’s on, by the way, with his own program from 2 to 2.30. I saw Al today. And he is there to help you make sure that you have the right plan in place to retire and do it, allowing for all of the what-ifs that might come along. Listen to this interview. We’ll come right back. KLZradio.com is where you find Al.
SPEAKER 07 :
TJ Painter here with KLZ Radio. And once again, Al Smith from Golden Eagle Financial is with me. Al, how are you?
SPEAKER 10 :

SPEAKER 07 :
Doing well. Hey, do you ever teach any classes or do you have any events coming up people should know about?
SPEAKER 10 :
Oh, yes, I do. I try and do, oh, between eight and ten of these events a year. The next one coming up is Saturday, May 2nd at Arapahoe Community College, which is 5900 South Santa Fe, right in Littleton. It’s from 10 till 1130, and we’ll be talking about essential tax strategies for retirement.
SPEAKER 07 :

SPEAKER 10 :
Pretty much all you need to do is to contact my office. The number is 303-744-1128. And if I’m not there or sometimes there’s no staff person there, just leave a message that you would like to attend the event. We’ll get back to you and make sure that you will get online. seat. Right now, there’s quite a few who have signed up, but there are also quite a few seats remaining. We usually end up filling one of these classrooms at Rappahoe Community College.

SPEAKER 10 :
Well, thank you, TJ.
SPEAKER 11 :
putting reason into your afternoon drive. This is John Rush.
SPEAKER 13 :
All right, Rush to Reason, Debra’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. I appreciate you guys listening. Sorry, I’m trying to look something up and talk at the same time. It’s hard for me to do. My brain doesn’t work very well. Several of you have asked, what is that app that I was just talking to Richard on? And by the way, there are several. There are several, which I didn’t know. I thought there was only one, but there is Autopilot. That’s the Pelosi tracker. There is Quiver Quantitative that provides a Congress trading dashboard that tracks the buying and selling activity in the House and the Senate. There is Capital Trades that does exactly the same thing. Unusual Whales, that does the same thing, again, only that specializes in ETFs. And then there is the Pelosi Stock Tracker that specializes in the financial disclosure that is filed by Nancy Pelosi and other members of Congress. So while I thought there was only one, there are about five or six that actually do this. My gut feeling is one person probably came up with the initial idea, and then several others dovetailed into it, and now you’ve got more than one that you can actually do that. So Autopilot, Quiver Quantitative, Capital Trades, Unusual Whales, and the Pelosi Stock Tracker. Those are the five that I just looked up. And by the way, you can actually use AI or Google that yourself. Autopilot, by the way, is an actual app that you can put on your phone that allows you to track. And I believe that’s the one that I was watching an interview of the designer of the other day. So several of you texted in asking what those are. And by the way, full disclosure, I’ve not used any of them. I am not big in the stock market. It’s just not something that I spend a lot of time, effort, and money in. I own businesses and real estate and do some other things along those lines. I am not big in the stock market. While I do follow what the market’s doing, we talked to Scott Garlis on Wednesdays, which we’ll do today at 530. I don’t do a lot with the stock market. Now, a lot of you do. I get tips and things from a lot of you that are out there that do do a lot with the stock market, and I’m sort of like health to each his own. You know what you’re good at. You know where your risk is. It goes back to Al and the interview that he just did with Travis. We listened to that a moment ago. Everyone’s different. And I’m not a one-size-fits-all when it comes to anything. I’m not that way when it comes to the cars people drive. I talk about that on my weekend program drive radio. I’m not that when it comes to preparedness, which we talk about on Ready Radio. I’m not one to say that when it comes to your home, which we talk about that on Fix It Radio on Saturday mornings. I don’t do that when it comes to health, which I just talked about during health and wellness a little bit ago at 3 o’clock hour. So I am one where you, you have to see what fits you. And what do you do best? And I’m one when it comes to especially in the investing sides of things. What do you like best and what do you understand most? Some understand stocks and bonds and trades and futures and all of that very, very well. You know, puts and stays and so on. And frankly, folks, I’ve never done that. I’ve never been a day trader. Never had any inkling or desire to be a day trader. Maybe I should. I just don’t. I never have done that. I understand business. It’s something that, frankly, I was raised around and I’m good at. And I enjoy it. And I understand it. And I understand the numbers. And I understand what it takes to make profit and what you change around to make profit. It’s why I coach other businesses and do the things that I do. It’s the way my brain works and functions. It’s not saying I can’t do stocks. I just, I don’t. I do other things. So my point is, none of this is one size fits all. And I think sometimes, you know, radio hosts and programs and so on, they tend to push a one-size-fits-all. And I’ve never been that way. It’s why I don’t promote and do a lot of these self-help things that are out there and programs that are out there and so on. And by the way, there’s a lot of good ones, and I’m not knocking them. They’re great. In a lot of cases, they do work well for a particular listening audience. Let’s just say it that way, or a viewing audience even. Grant Cardone, and there’s lots of folks out there that have different programs and things that I do think work for some people. But do they work for all? No. No, they don’t. I’ll just tell you that straight up. No, they don’t work for all. In fact, unfortunately, there are some of those programs that will lead people down the wrong path, and it’ll make them broke. It’ll bankrupt them. And it is what it is. Dave Ramsey, I respect and love Dave dearly. I think Dave has helped a ton of people out over the course of time. But is Dave right for everyone? No, he’s not. Is Dave right for that person that’s really trying hard to get out of debt and is working really, really hard at that and doesn’t know where to turn and so on? Dave’s programs are perfect for that. Absolutely. But is Dave for everyone? No, he’s not. Now, I don’t know that Dave would ever say that. I think Dave would say his program works for everyone, and if you use it, you’ll be successful. I would tend to disagree with Dave on that. There are things that I don’t think Dave looks at correctly when it comes to certain types of individuals, and no, I don’t think Dave is a one-size-fits-all. I’m one that says I don’t think anything is a one-size-fits-all. You have to determine what works best for you and your own life. That’s true with health. I think it’s true with finance. I think it’s true with certain types of things we do work-wise. I think it’s true even with certain types of business owners. Some business owners get into things that they shouldn’t. And one thing I’ve never talked about on this program, but I might as well throw it out there right now, are franchises. There’s tons and tons and tons of franchises. And I’ll just tell you straight up, I’m not a fan of any of them. Now, I coach franchises because in a lot of cases they got in and are trying to figure out how do I make this thing work, and the franchise isn’t doing what they promised, which, by the way, is very, very typical of franchises. They promise you the moon and deliver very little. There are a few exceptions to that. typically involving food, McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, and so on. Those guys have got it down pat and understand how it works. But there are far too many franchises out there where they suck you in and deliver very little on the investment you give them. Typically, franchises, the only guy, it’s kind of like an MLM, the only guy that makes any money are the guys at top. And franchises will give you all of the success stories of the ones that have made it really, really well in their franchise, And in their franchise model, but they never tell you the losing stories. And some of you say, well, John, how do you know this? I’ve coached them. I’ve coached franchises. I have some now that I coach. And I’m telling you the truth. Some of them work really well. Most don’t. In most cases, you could go out and do your own model and your own thing without the franchise and do just as well, if not better. There are very, very, very few exceptions to that. By the way, one exception to that, and it’s a great sponsor of mine on the weekends, is Novus Autoglass. It’s a decent franchise and works very well. It’s one of the exceptions. So if you’re out there listening and you’re thinking about jumping into a franchise, please talk to me first. Before you sign on the dotted line and you invest in some cases your life savings or your mortgage, your house, don’t do the franchise until you talk to me. There are but a few of them that actually really work, in my opinion. The lion’s share do not. You’re making somebody else rich owning a franchise, and it’s typically not you. Again, I know there are exceptions to that. I understand. But the exceptions are far, far, far fewer than the norm. So I’ll just throw that out there for those of you that are looking at doing any type of business investments and things along those lines. Please, for the love of God, stay away from franchises. Most of them don’t deliver anywhere close to what they’re going to promise you. And I’ll stand on that until I go to the grave because I’ve seen far too many of them that actually suck the life out of individuals and take all of their life savings at the same time. And they don’t think twice about doing so. So that’s my take on franchises. For those of you listening that never have heard me say that, which I don’t think I ever have. I just did. SPEAKER 12 :
Now back to Rush to Reason on KLZ 560.
SPEAKER 13 :
And we’re back. Rush to Reason, Denver’s Afternoon Rush, KLZ 560. Sonny Kutcher joining us now. Young Americans Against Socialism. Sonny, how are you?
SPEAKER 16 :
Always doing good. Always a busy day. How are you?
SPEAKER 13 :
Same. And Wednesdays are always busy for me. It’s a packed show. What is new at Young Americans Against Socialism?
SPEAKER 16 :
Well, you know, I’m just kind of, it’s really all becoming crystallized to me now how important it is to, you know, lawsuits and really going after the heart of the agendas behind these organizations. For example, it just came out that the Southern Poverty Law Center, SPLC, which was one of the groups that actually endorsed Kamala Harris, they actually funded a lot of these events, such as the Charlottesville white supremacist hoax event and different things like this. In fact, Attorney General Todd Blanche just came out. He was doing a press conference with the FBI director Patel and others. And the reporter asked, so you’re alleging that the SPLC, the Southern Poverty Law Center, was paying leaders of the KKK and other groups. And Todd Blanche said, I’m not alleging it. The grand jury returned an indictment that says that. And so it says here the indictment, which was unsealed yesterday. In the Middle District of Alabama lists 11 felony counts, including wire fraud, false statements to a bank, money laundering conspiracy from 2014 to 2023. Prosecutors say that the group used fake entities like Fox Photography to pay figures linked to the Ku Klux Klan Aryan Nations in the 2017 Unite the Right rally. Wow. And so these are like. groups that, you know, would be considered unite the right, that they’re like white supremacist, you know, Republican group, whatever.
SPEAKER 13 :
By the way, this is on justice.gov for all of you listening that maybe are on one side of the aisle and don’t believe us. You can look this up, justice.gov. Federal grand jury charges Southern Poverty Law Center for wire fraud, false statements, conspiracy to commit money laundering. So there you go, Sunny.
SPEAKER 16 :
Yep. Yeah.
SPEAKER 13 :
And by the way, this spans about a 10-year time frame. So this is not something that just happened and then went away. No, this is over a 10-year time frame.
SPEAKER 16 :
Right. And so I’ve been getting more involved just personally with the legal world and understanding how that works. And, you know, of course, it’s such a headache for everybody. But what I’m seeing now is the point of it is nobody wants to deal with attorneys. Nobody wants to pay those fees. But when it comes to getting people to be held accountable, it seems like that’s the only way, at least because it uncovers the information, whether or not, you know, something has something happens as a result of that is a different story, right? But the discovery, what becomes clear, what becomes brought to the sunlight is the most important thing. I mean, we’ve talked about this before.
SPEAKER 13 :
The SPLC is manufacturing racism to justify its existence, says Acting Attorney General Todd Blanch. Using donor money to allegedly profit off of Klansmen cannot go unchecked. This Department of Justice will hold the SPLC and every other fraudulent organization operating with the same deceptive playbook accountable. No entity is above the law. Amen, Sonny, finally.
SPEAKER 16 :
Exactly, exactly. And what, you know, just obscurity of the truth and kind of trying to distort and manipulate the truth to convince people of a certain thing. And that goes to show how, you know, directly at fault the media is for creating that confusion.
SPEAKER 13 :
Again, it’s high time this stuff finally came to a head. It looks like we finally have some justices, I should say, some folks in the Justice Department is what I’m trying to say, Sonny, that’s willing to take the bull by the horns and get this handled. We have known, at least I have for years, that the SPLC is a corrupt organization. It’s finally being brought to light.
SPEAKER 16 :
It is. And these things take a long time. So that’s why I get, you know, a little frustrated with people. Oh, nothing’s happening. Nothing’s happening. Well, you know, in order to do, I mean, we’ve talked about this before too, in order to do things properly, you need to have all of the, you know, correct steps in place being taken properly and being executed properly. So, You know, I do hope that that’s what comes from this. I mean, you know, we’ve seen the manipulation, the lies, and just the false representations of groups like Black Lives Matter and all these things, and just how truly they are just a wing of the left in order to further their agenda. It’s a complete ruse.
SPEAKER 13 :
You’re right. No, what you just said, I think it’s really, really important because these are organizations that are 1,000% on the left. They do the bidding of the left. They’re constantly out there doing exactly what the left wants done. The Marxist left is what I really mean to say. We’ve known that for years. And as again, again, Sonny, as I just said a moment ago, this is finally being brought to light. And, you know, these are folks that literally it says right here they lied to their donors vowing to dismantle violent extremist groups and actually turned around and paid the leaders of these very extremist groups, even utilizing the funds to have these groups facilitate the commission of state and federal crimes. That is illegal. And this is an ongoing investigation against all individuals involved.
SPEAKER 16 :
Of course. Of course. And now what is it going to take to get voters on the left to see this corruption?
SPEAKER 13 :
Well, well, and here’s what’s going to have to happen. You, I, others like us are going to have to start bringing this to light. We need to start publicizing this stuff. We’re talking about it today, of course, on air, because here’s the reality, Sonny. This is I highly doubt and I could be wrong. I don’t watch the nightly news, but I and I could be highly wrong. I doubt this makes tonight’s news, though.
SPEAKER 16 :
I agree. I agree. And that’s why it’s so important for, you know, folks, regular folks to make accounts online, to go to TikTok, to go and engage with people talking about this, create their own videos. It doesn’t matter. You know, you don’t have to be an investigative journalist to take a book or take a page out of Nick Shirley’s book and look at the promotion that he created. in the wake of what he’s done, and that just goes to show how powerful, impactful, and significant his work is, and people like him, because if they’re going to go after him and literally create and act like we had talked about a few weeks ago to prevent his type of work from being done, I mean, it can’t be more important.
SPEAKER 13 :
Some of these organizations, which are listed right here, again, this website, for all of you listening, I’m reading this from justice.gov. You can look this up for yourself. So between 2014, 2023, more than $3 million was donated and then funneled into these particular organizations, the KKK. United Clans of America, Unite the Right, National Alliance, National Socialist Movement, Aryan Nations Affiliated Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club, the National Socialist Party of America, that’s the American Nazi Party, by the way, and American Front. I mean, Sunny, these are the very things that you and I talk about on an ongoing basis. We’ve got the SPLC funneling more than $3 million of donated money into these organizations.
SPEAKER 16 :
And then they endorse Kamala Harris.
SPEAKER 13 :
Correct. Unbelievable. So really quick, for those of you on the left that constantly kind of text in and agitate and think that you’re one step ahead of me, how are you going to follow this up? I really, Sonny, I mean this. Those of you that are on the left that text me, how do you justify this being on the left? Because this is your side doing this. Sonny, this isn’t you and I’s side. This is the other side doing this.
SPEAKER 16 :
Right. I would love to hear from them. I would love a leftist to call in right now to give us their perspective.
SPEAKER 13 :
And it’ll be crickets, Sonny. They won’t. They won’t even text in because here’s the reality. This is indefensible. You cannot defend this.
SPEAKER 16 :
No. No, you can’t. And what drives me insane, too, is the manipulation that they want… they want these groups to be a reflection of the conservative party or the people that are conservative or people that would identify themselves on the right. Because, I mean, they are the ones creating this chaos. People, conservative people, want freedom for all. They don’t want to be imposed upon. They want our rights and our laws enforced and our rights protected. And that’s pretty much it. Most people would say, hey, even if they have an opinion on a certain, let’s say, same-sex marriage or abortion or whatnot, it’s more so, you know, let people do our trans things. You know what I mean? It’s like, if you want to call yourself a chicken or a cat today, that’s on you, but you cannot force people to, you know, use a certain bathroom or indoctrinate with kids. So like, that’s, I think the major difference is that, you know, at least you have to go, people on the conservative side who are saying like, just let people be people, but don’t impose on others and to have our rights and our rights protected and our laws enforced. And I think that’s the problem is that the left and people on the left are so focused with trying to point fingers at what conservative values are all about. But it’s really actually not about that.
SPEAKER 13 :
What’s interesting is some of these investigations, for those of you listening on the left, have been going on for quite some time. It didn’t just happen overnight. And I want to remind our listeners, because I think sometimes, Sonny, you and I included, we get a little bit irritated that why aren’t more things being brought to justice? But what I’ve said many times, and I’ll stand by this. They’re making sure that they’ve got their I’s dotted, T’s crossed, so that as these things get brought, they’re going to be wins. The last thing we need, Sonny, are losses and losers, because if we lose, we really look bad. So I firmly believe that we’ve been slow bringing these folks and some of this information out to make sure that we’ve got all of our bases covered.
SPEAKER 16 :
Exactly, and you can see from examples on the left, instances where they, you know, when, you know, guns blazing with fake false phony charges, for example, obviously with Trump as being the prime example, but the second one being, you know, let’s say with Fannie Willis, who, you know, they did his whole indictment against him, want to bring him in just because they wanted to get him in trouble right before the election to prevent him from running again, and look how that turned out. They completely… their entire case folded because they have nothing. So not only was it obviously fake charges, but they also don’t do anything properly because they don’t believe in the law and that therefore, you know, you don’t have a case that way. So that’s what makes it so important. As you said, I completely agree.
SPEAKER 13 :
That’s right. Again, for those of you listening, you can look up this particular case, Sonny and I, or this particular indictment that Sonny and I are talking about. Really quick, you can Google this. It’s now finally all over the Internet. There’s even some articles out of NPR, believe it or not, Sonny. So, again, I doubt you’re going to hear this on the nightly news, but it is real. It’s there. It’s coming down. And I hope, Sonny, I really, I hope and pray that people go to jail over this because they need to. This is crap. Sorry. I don’t have any other way to put it. It’s garbage.
SPEAKER 16 :
It is. It’s insane. And we’re just being completely hoodwinked. We are being completely hoodwinked. And by the KKK, what is going on in this? People want to yell and scream about the right that we affiliate with the KKK. I mean, it’s just complete garbage.
SPEAKER 13 :
And by the way, it always has been. KKK has always been on the left. The other side accuses us of that, Sunny. You’re exactly right on that. And the reality is, as in living color in front of us right now is being proved, no, that is not the case. It is the left that is basically using those particular organizations for their good, for their bidding. And it just proves over and over again, Sunny, that it’s the left that are racist, not us.
SPEAKER 16 :
Absolutely. Absolutely. They’re racist. They, they, absolutely. And I mean, they’re, they’re racist against white people. And I mean, what is, what is the, what is the ultimate, like, goal of people when you’re talking about racism as being, that color isn’t even a, isn’t even a topic that’s discussed.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s right.
SPEAKER 16 :
And that’s what most people, I mean, on the conservative party, or conservative side of things, and, you know, as an individual, I’ve been to Trump rallies, I’ve been to, you know, these events, and the only thing that I can take away from it is that It’s people of all backgrounds, all colors, all nationalities, all everything, religion, faith, whatever you want to pick out. And it’s about freedom, love, protecting our country, protecting it from being usurped by radicals, and protecting our way of life, our values. Because, you know, as somebody who comes from a different culture or whatnot, you know, that’s great. We want to protect people. your right to have tradition, to have culture, but also we have to protect the American way of life, which is why we’re all here, which is why this country was created. That’s right. That’s what we do at YASS, and that’s what we talk about here, because ultimately all of these things that we discuss come from this radical agenda and motivation to diminish and destroy and take down the American way of life, freedom, and everything that comes with it.
SPEAKER 13 :
All right, how do folks get a hold of you, Young Americans Against Socialism? How does that work, Sunny?
SPEAKER 16 :
Absolutely. You can check us out on our website, yas.org, Y-A-A-S.org, on TikTok. It’s actually my name, Sunny Kutcher. And so you can find us there on Instagram, Yas underscore America. So we’d love to hear from you and just hear how you like our content, as well as materials for kids so that you can teach your kids and your family about, you know, the specifics about the American Way of Life Constitution, Bill of Rights, all of those wonderful things that protect our country. SPEAKER 13 :
Sonny, as always, I appreciate it. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I had not read that yet, so I appreciate you bringing that up. And now we just sent that out to all of our listeners. So thanks. We appreciate it greatly.

SPEAKER 12 :
We don’t yell at you. We inform you. Now, back to Rush to Reason.
SPEAKER 13 :
Okay, we are back. Got a comment in from a lefty, I’m guessing. I’m pretty sure. That comparison feels more like a provocation than an argument. I’m open to discussing concerns about racism, but only if we stick to facts and avoid extreme labels. Honestly, I have to laugh at that because it’s the left that’s always using extreme labels for us on the right. We’re always racist and we’re this and we’re that and we’re evil. And, you know, we like kings and on and on we go. It’s the left that uses labels constantly, not us. We don’t use labels. Now, will I call out racism when I see it? Absolutely, and the left is full of racists. Now, I get it. There’s some on our side that are as well. Well, let me rephrase that. There are some that claim to be on our side that I firmly believe are racists, the Jew-hating racists that are on our side, although I don’t consider them to be on our side, because if you’re truly on our side, you’re not a Jew-hating racist like some of these individuals are. that I call out constantly. So I want to make sure that I am not including them in our camp because I don’t like them, and they’re not in my camp. Now, the left will throw them in our camp, like Sonny just said a moment ago, but they’re not in our camp. We will call those folks out all of the time. But the left is full of racists. We just proved it with the fact of the indictment Sonny and I just read a few minutes ago. Let me give you another indication of how I know the left is racist. They’re policies. Their policies are such that they want people under their thumb constantly. It’s why they believe in and promote the programs that they have. They don’t want people doing better. They want people doing worse. It’s why the inner cities, in most cases, are run by Democrats. In fact, all of them are run by Democrats that are failing. They’re not run by conservatives. They’re run by Democrats because Democrats love having their thumb on people. They are, in fact, racist. Their policies continue to prove it. What they do in regards to the poor and what they would call disenfranchised proves they’re racist because they don’t want those people bettering themselves. They want their thumb on them. And it’s proven over and over and over again. Why some of you can’t see that that are on the left just means you’re utterly blind. Or you see things with rose-colored glasses. I don’t know what it is, but open your eyes for God’s sakes. How hard is this? Look at your very own policy. Look at Section 8 housing and what it does to actually not help people. It harms people. It doesn’t help them. Look at food stamp programs and on and on and on we go. None of those programs lift people up. It shoves them down. And if you can’t see that, again, you’re blind as a bat. I mean, for heaven’s sakes, open your eyes and look at what goes on inside of your own party and what they feel like they’re doing to lift people up is the opposite. It doesn’t lift anybody up. It shoves them down. The very same people that complain about the rich getting richer is the Democrat Party. Literally. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for some on the left to understand and see that. It’s plain as day if you’ll just go look. So this whole, you know, if we’ll not use extreme labels, again, that’s laughable. Your side uses labels constantly. In fact, when you can’t win an argument, you’re the first ones to label the other side whatever you want to label them. Oh, you’re just a racist. Oh, you’re just a bigot. Oh, you’re just a fascist. That’s what the left constantly does. We don’t do that. We don’t label anybody that way. We don’t call out names that way. But your side does constantly. Oh, look at Trump. He’s just a fascist. Well, prove that. Actually, he’s not. And there’s nothing you can prove or there’s nothing you can find that proves that he is. But yet that’s what you’ll label him. It’s ironic that we’ve got somebody texting in that doesn’t like extreme labels and yet your own party does it constantly. I find that it’s absolutely maddening, amazing. I don’t know even what words to use because it makes me want to pull my hair out because it’s your side that does that constantly. The only thing I ever label the leftist is, is a Marxist, because you are. You believe in Marxist beliefs and movements. That’s what you believe in. That’s what you support. On a consistent basis. And if you don’t believe me, go look up your own platform, which, by the way, I did yesterday, and over and over and over again, it proves you are the Marxist movement. The leftist. And it goes back to my comments yesterday about how any Christian could be a part of the leftist movement and the Democrat Party is beyond me because it’s nothing but Marxism through and through, which goes against everything Christianity stands for. Marxism is the opposite and opposing of Christianity through and through. And how anyone that claims to be a Christian could be on the left, it’s beyond me because they just don’t coincide with one another. They’re polar opposites, folks. Polar opposites. And if you don’t believe that, again, you’re just blind to the fact. You won’t go look it up for yourself. You’re relying on somebody else to show you that versus you going and looking it up for yourself. Roof savers of Colorado, make sure you’re dialed in with your roof. What I mean by dialed in is deductibles are increasing, folks. They’re not coming down when it comes to your roof. Be ahead of that. Extend the life of your roof. You can get a full replacement if you need to as well at Roof Savers of Colorado. But call Dave, 303-710-6916.
