I’m the lead instructor at Franktown Firearms. You guys, if you haven’t been to Franktown, you gotta go in and say hi. If you ever travel to Elizabeth or Kyowa, just stop in. We are located just east of the intersection of Highway 83, which is Parker Road in Highway 86. So if you’re heading east out there to one of those towns, just stop in. You turn left and go east at that intersection and then take a quick right and you’re right there. Everybody in there would love to say, hey, show you all about the membership situation there. They can show you the range. It’s an amazing place with friendly people and it’s outstanding and so many cool things are coming your way with regard to the STEM house and all kinds of neat things that we’re opening up and going to be offering some new classes and new kind of training and new people on board. And it’s going to be amazing and it will already is amazing, but there’s more things to come. So you have to check it out soon to be a new website and all kinds of great stuff. So you can contact Franktown Firearms by phone at 72077077777. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6. If training is what you’re after, if you want to get your concealed carry that you’ve been putting off forever, you can go to the website and go to the calendar tab. And you can find the latest, greatest pistol one class if you’ve never shot before. If you already have a little bit of training under your belt and you know what a hold the gun and shoot with both eyes open and all that kind of stuff, you can sign up for pistol two. I’ve got one of those coming up in December, I believe. So that’s all great stuff. If private training is what you’re all about, if you’re not really comfortable with sitting in a group of 17 people or whatever, you can contact me directly by email at caron.merry@franktownfirearms.com. I’d be happy to set up some private training for you and you’ll love that as well. I got a question, Luke, I’m going to ask you this question. Luke is behind the glass and we love Luke. And the commercial that I just heard about voting, about protecting the vote or something. It was a commercial that just came on before I came on. They said that election day was November 8th. That kind of sounds like a trick. It’s like, yeah, don’t forget to vote on November 8th, right? It was about judge retention, that’s what it was. So that’s what the commercial says. I just wanted to kind of put that out there for you. So don’t forget to vote, everybody. November 5th is election day, November 5th. Go out and vote. I’m sure that we’re probably all on the same kind of page here, but don’t forget to vote. I know so many, I’ve talked to so many people, so many people, you guys that have said, I’m not going to vote. I’m not feeling it this year. What’s the point? It’s not the Christian thing to do. And I get that. I understand that as Christians, we can’t be focused on these worldly, earthly kind of things and that we have to vote Jesus, right? Well, I have a discrepancy in that only that I think that we need to fight on earth. We need to fight while we’re here. And we need to put people in Washington that are going to look out for us while we’re all here. And is Trump that guy? Is he that perfect guy? I don’t know. I don’t know. But I know that Kamala Harris isn’t. So cast your vote. Go out and vote. I know that Ted Cruz is, I don’t know what’s going on in Texas right now, but I think Ted Cruz is having a struggle. His opponent is outspending him like three to one and it’s kind of frightening because you guys know what the country is going to look like if we lose Texas. I don’t think I need to explain it to you. So go on and donate 10 bucks to Ted Cruz’s account. Little tiny bites make a big, big cookie. So just go put some money into Ted Cruz’s coffers and help him out because if we lose Texas, we’re done. So, you know, we’re coming off a cooler weekend. Had a little, had a family in town from Montana able to do some fun things. Of course we went to Franktown Firearms to go shooting. That was great. I had a CCW class on Saturday and the rest of the family went to top golf and hit a few balls and that was fun. And then we went to this cool restaurant on Friday and this is going to be a shameless plug and I hope this is even allowed. And if it’s not Luke, you can just leap it out. I don’t know, but Shaleppi’s Old Stone Church in Casarock was so cool. It was actually the first church in Casarock and it turned into a restaurant and it’s a neat menu. It’s got some neat history and just it’s very cool. So go check it out. And I guess we had some snow fall and some of the higher elevations over the weekend and it was nice to get a little rain around here. So awesome for that. Winters on the way, I think, are having a little bit of fall weather and it feels good. So this morning though, it was kind of a dark, dreary, yucky kind of morning in the mile high city. Dark and yucky, like Kamalus Hart. I’d like to start off with some comparing and contrasting between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. If you guys know, you probably know where I’m going with this already. You know, in case there’s any question in your mind as to who to cast your vote. If you guys have anything to drop on me while I’m kind of going off here today, you can call me in the studio and local patches through at 303-477-5600. So Kamala was holding a rally in Wisconsin. And according to the Harris campaign, there were about 7,000 people in attendance, but people who were there said it was closer to actually 2,500 or so. But that’s not the important part. Because Kamala was complaining about the U.S. Supreme Court and the hand selection that Donald Trump had with a few of these justices and their Roe v. Wade decision and all that. They’re in front of this. She’s in talking to a crowd that’s angry about the fact that they can’t freely and openly murder babies in the womb. A guy in the crowd yelled out, “Jesus is Lord.” And he belted it. And I’ve seen several videos from different perspectives within the crowd. And then the one that we’re about to play you here is from Kamala’s Mike. So you can’t hear him as well. But I’ve seen some videos where it’s very clear what the guy said. And so I want you to hear her response to this guy that yells out, “Jesus is Lord. Check this out.” Donald Trump can select three members of the United States Supreme Court with the intention that they would undo the protections of Roe v. Wade and they did as he intended. Oh, you guys are at the wrong rally. No, I think you meant to go to the smaller one down the street. Listen to the cheers. And just let that sink in, you guys. A United States presidential candidate is mocking a man for saying, “Jesus is Lord,” telling him he’s in the wrong place. Just think about that. Do you think that biblical prophecy might be unfolding before our very eyes? Remember when Jesus said, “You will be shamed, you will be mocked, you will be persecuted if you follow me.” You remember that? I think of all the ridiculous, word-salad kind of things that come out of her mouth and the lies that she repeats over and over and over over the past four years. And to me, this is absolutely the most revealing thing that’s ever come out of her mouth regarding her character and how she would run the country. And I think it’s disgusting. In Comola’s mind, forget the founding fathers, forget the Constitution, forget the mention of God, you know, your creator. And then in a desperate attempt to appear somewhat normal and maybe have a little bit of Christ in her heart, Comola decides to show up at a Baptist church in Georgia after saying what she said to that guy at her rally. I’m amazed that she didn’t burst into flames when she walked in the door. And these brainwash sheep at this church are just gushing over her. Did they not know what she had just said or were they just trying to be respectful to somebody who doesn’t, hasn’t earned any respect or are they just that blind? That she is so hypocritical and so pathetic, it just, it infuriates me. And this is the reason, you know, her visit to that church is the reason why I believe that most churches, black churches, white churches, doesn’t matter. They’ve turned against the word of God. They’re preaching about inclusion and gay rights and trans rights and they’re flying flags and supporting genocide in other countries. And, you know, the pulpit has become a tool of evil if it preaches to embrace all of those things. And my opinion, in my opinion, they’re not necessarily that of Crawford Broadcasting or Frank Tount Firearms or anyone associated with them, as you know. But on a much brighter note, we have Donald Trump. At a recent town hall, and this is so cool, so amazing, Trump had a man in the crowd who yelled, “Your father paid for my tuition.” He yelled and he screamed it. Three kids, 1974, and Trump knew who he was. And said, “You’re the man, and the guy shouts, “I’m the man.” And Trump told his secret service that he wanted to go down. He said, “I want to go down.” And so, you know, he’s kind of waiting for them to gather around him and he wanted to walk down and meet the man and, you know, do whatever it is that he does. So, not only did he go down and meet him, but he shook the man’s hand and he signed autographs for him. And Trump knew who he was based on the man’s appearance on camera at a Trump rally a few months ago. And here is some audio from that rally. And this man is telling his story about what Trump’s father did for him back in 1974. Check this out. I have an amazing story to tell you real quick about what President Trump’s father, Fred Trump did for myself, for my brother, for my sister, for my mother. 1974, my dad suffered a major heart attack. I went to the same school as Donald Trump, the Q-Farrah school three days after my father’s burial. There was a knock on the door one school morning, seven a.m. I answered the door. It was a distinguished gentleman. I was ten years old. My father just died. The gentleman said, “Kid, call your mom.” I call my mom from upstairs. She came down. The gentleman said to my mom, “I am Fred Trump, Donald’s father.” And my mom says, “Yes, I know Donald went to the Q-Farrah school.” And Mr. Fred Trump said to my mom, “Yes, Mrs. Ratman, very sorry about Joseph’s death.” And what you don’t know is I’m still on the border trustees at the Q-Farrah school. And this morning, I led headmaster, Mr. Philip Rogers, no, that from this day forward, myself Fred Trump out of my own pocket is going to pay for your three children’s tuition because I don’t want the kids have to go back into the public school system. And the tuition, the tuition in 1974 was $2,500 per child, $7,500, which is about $80,000, $100,000 in today’s money. And who would do that except the president Trump’s father? The three doesn’t fall from the tree and they give the Trump family grief. The Trump family is a wonderful family, the entire family, sorry. And who else, you can you picture Joseph Biden and Camilla Harris doing that? No, all they care about is buying another mansion. I’m going to tell you, the Trump family is wonderful. I love you, Donald. I wish I could shake your hand. It was my mother’s last dying wish to shake your hand and to thank your father, Fred Trump for what he did for us kids in 1974 in Forest Hills, New York. I love you, president. So how amazing is that? And then this man shows up at the Trump count hall and he gets to meet him and shake his hand and all those things. Trump haters are always going to say that Trump is Hitler. Trump is racist, right? His family is evil. He’s evil. But you know, actions speak louder than words. And there are countless stories out there about Trump and the Trump family and their generosity and their philanthropy. After Hurricane Milton hit Florida, the Trump family provided free rooms at their resort hotel for emergency crews that were working on restoring power. Trump once went through one of his hotels and actually performed the jobs of those who work for him, including made service and food runners. Trump recently, and you guys may have seen this and if you haven’t, it won’t surprise me because you know, mainstream media doesn’t show you this kind of stuff. But Trump put on an apron at McDonald’s and was serving people in the drive-through. He scooped an up prize and put them in the little boxes and talking to people as they came through the drive-through at McDonald’s. And obviously, you know, we all know that McDonald’s food is poison, but we all know also that Trump loves McDonald’s. So it’s kind of funny. But Trump used to visit the job sites where his office buildings were being built and in his hotels and stuff and he would talk to the workers and shake their hands and sit down and have lunch with them and talk with them. He genuinely cares about people. He cares about the people of this country and he cares about you whether you have money or not. And at this point in time, I want to remind you of a woman named Lynn Patton. Now I wasn’t doing this show back when Trump was president, you know, back in when he was running 2015, 2016. But this woman, Lynn Patton, wrote an open letter basically to the people of the country and this so much of this letter rings true today. Many of you may have heard this already back then, but you know, some of you may haven’t. And I want to impress upon you through this letter. She is heartfelt and emotional and she is a black woman and she loves Trump and she loves Trump’s family. And I want you to hear her story. In case you have not heard this before, I played this for so many people back in the day. You know, back when I was hearing, you know, Trump is racist. Trump is, that’s all you ever heard was Trump is racist. And I want you to hear this from her own heart, from her own hand and she is or rating this letter out loud for all of you. Check this out. Today I was compelled to sit down and write this letter. Not to anyone in particular, maybe even just for myself. But as a black female executive at the Trump organization, I can no longer remain silent about the repeated and reprehensible attempts to align my boss and his family with racist hate-mongering groups, campaigns and messaging. As the daughter of a man born in Birmingham, Alabama, who was against all odds to become one of the most established and respected doctors at Yale University, there is no amount of money in the world that could buy my loyalty to a family that subscribed to such intolerant and bigoted ideologies. The Trump family that I know is, without question, one of the most generous, compassionate and philanthropic families I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing and the honor to call friends. They have been incredibly loyal to me and to the countless dedicated people they employ around the world, hiring more minority and female executives than any other company for which I’ve ever worked. To equate racism with my boss’s call for a temporary moratorium on a flawed immigration system that radical Islamic terrorists continue to exploit, or the construction of an impossible wall to protect our borders from the influx of illegal drugs is not only in sindiary, it’s only irresponsible and only serves to embolden the very hatred these draconian groups espouse. What common sense American wants another terrorist attack on our soil, or to perpetuate this country’s rampant trope epidemic? But to compare my boss to Edolph Hitler, simply to spend your own political agenda or social media punchline, is a personal affront to the extermination of over six million Jews and trivializes one of the worst acts of human genocide this world has ever seen. Rest assured, I am a highly intelligent, free thinking and independent woman. My opinions and decisions are based solely in fact, not fiction, speculation, assumption, or hearsay. I do not vote based upon the color of my skin, nor the signature on my paycheck. I judge my friends and forge my allegiances from direct personal interaction and moral character. That said, there is no higher barometer by which to measure oneself than the one continually set by this family in their spouses, and I should know. Like many Americans, I have struggled with substance abuse and addiction. The Trump family is stood by me through immensely difficult times, without hesitation or concern for their own reputation by association. They continue to trust me with every aspect of their lives and the lives of their families. They invade me into their homes and welcome me to their family gatherings. For the past six years, I have held an executive position as it pertains to the distribution of their charitable funds, and they have charged me to identify worthy and altruistic missions. I could not be more humbled. This is the Trump family that I know. Many up until now, it’s all just been opposing campaign rhetoric and paid protesters, but then a letter came. And I thought to myself, who does this person think he is to threaten to kill somebody else’s family? Any family, this family, my family, all because of a political race, a campaign, but then I realized that this isn’t just a race to Mr. Trump. This isn’t just a race to his family, nor to our veterans or the unemployed. And because of that, this family is willing to risk their own lives each and every day for the greater good of this country. But I would be lying if I said I didn’t fear for them now. There is a movement sweeping this brave nation, and I am honored to have a front row seat to it on a daily basis. This country has spoken. My boss has justly earned a Republican nomination and broken voter registration records in countless states across America. This cannot be denied. He has bought this party together by drawing more Democrats, more independence, and more first-time voters into the GOP fold and has earned more Republican votes than any other presidential candidate in modern history. That must be respected. To the skeptics who will undoubtedly claim that I’m doing this at the behest of the Trump family, or with a promise of reward, I deliberately chose not to seek their approval or counsel in advance of this video, for fear that there would be more concern for me and its potential viral ramifications than they would be for themselves and the fact that quite simply, this is the right thing to do. For me, it was an easy decision. Just as voting for my boss, Donald J. Trump, should be an easy decision for you. God bless this family. God bless the voters and God bless the United States of America. I really wish that the audio was better and I wish the music wasn’t so loud. Like I said, many of you have probably heard that, but when you bring it forward four years or eight years, I guess, and you listen to that, the only thing that you can replace is the radical Islamic carous, and you can just replace that with, you know, trend day, a ragua, and all the illegals coming across the southern border. But she did mention that as well. So it’s all pertinent. It’s all still relevant to this day. The threats on Trump’s life, the threats on his family’s life, and all this information I found looking outside the mainstream media bubble. But I know what some of you are probably saying. You’re preaching to the choir. You know, I get it. And I totally understand that. And maybe that’s true. But what can you do? You can download the KLV Radio app is what you can do. You can share this episode with those who may be confused or on the fence, or, you know, maybe just send it to your hardcore liberal, Kamala-loving friends just for fun. I don’t know. There are things that you can do. The bottom line is that we, as Christians, as conservatives, we have to get out of our comfort zones and speak about the things to the people who don’t want to hear it. God didn’t tell us that we should always be comfortable and cozy. Do you think that David was comfortable interacting with Goliath? No. Do you think Noah was comfortable when he got the message to build the ark? Probably not. And if you’re not in Facebook jail every day or getting, you know, going through multiple accounts or, you know, getting people to give you dirty looks from a statement on your t-shirt for Trump or whatever or talking to people about what’s going on in this country or correcting all the lies that they’ve been told by the media and by Hollywood or getting banned from YouTube or whatever, then you’re not trying hard enough. We don’t have much time left to wake people up. And most of these hardcore, lunatic leftists will never wake up, like the ones that we’re cheering at Kamala’s rally for, you know, aborting babies. But there are people who will listen and there are, you just have to approach them in the right way. You just have to find who they are, approach them gently and feed them this information. So share this in podcast form. Download the app, get the podcast section of the app, find the show, usually uploads within a couple of days or something from when it’s live, you know, send them to a repeat, whatever. Send them the link to download the app and tell them about shooting the breeze and have them go back and listen to past episodes and have them listen to, you know, Kim Monson and a bunch of other people on this station. Come on people, it’s the least that you can do to help your friends and families see the light. You can’t just stay silent and, oh, well, they’re never going to listen or I’ve already said and then they won’t listen and you got to keep at them. You have to keep at them. And I’m not saying that Trump is perfect, Trump is, you know, the messiah, Trump is some savior of America. But I’ve told you this before and I’ll tell you again, I say it all the time within well, within the last decade or so that this is the most consequential election that we will ever see. Absolutely. I’m totally convinced of that. I got a call right now. What do you got for me? This is Sandra Karen, excellent show. Thank you. I want to let you and your audience know that I have had the extraordinary blessing to meet President Trump several times. And I liken him to Jesus. Jesus within the people business is in the people business. President Trump is that person. He wears his heart on his sleeve. And you see him on television, that’s who he is in person. So get out there and vote you Christians. Come on, let’s onward Christian soldiers. Exactly. And I do want to bring up now that you’re talking about this. I think it was last week that I had discussed, you know, if you’re in a crazy kind of centrist sort of lane and you don’t know where to go with your vote, all you have to do is think about this. Jesus, we’re in the flesh right now today, walking the earth as a flesh and blood man, performing miracles, you know, with his disciples and preaching the gospel and the whole thing, which side would persecute him? That’s all you need to know. Great. Yeah. Exactly. You just hit it out of the park. Got my show here. Yeah. Thank you so much. I appreciate you listening. Thank you. So, yeah, it’s one of those things where to me, when I think about my heart and my vote, which I already voted and I hope you guys are, you know, I don’t send mine through the mail because I don’t trust the post office, but I’m I drop mine at the park or police department and usually, well, I think 100%. We’re batting 100%. Now, I’ve got things to do. I get the emails that say your vote is in, your vote is counted, all that stuff. We’re going to take a really short break and we’ll be back in just a few minutes to finish up my rant. Now that schools back in, mom and dad can enjoy some alone time and that means heading to the range to fire off a few rounds. Before the break, I was just talking about things that you can do to help advance the narrative that this is truly a battle of good and evil. And I got- I was texting a friend of mine this morning who actually lives in Florida and was impacted by Hurricane Milton and I got a great compliment from him and it kind of cracks me up and I was talking about how people need to just share the show or share whatever information that they get with their friends and family who may be on the left or maybe in the center or whatever. And he said your show is about 100 IQ points above most liberal’s ability to understand. Maybe it can reach a few and I had to chuckle at that. I thought that was pretty funny. And just as an aside, Trump- I don’t know if you saw this or not, but to me it was hilarious. Trump roasted Kamala pretty good when he spoke at the El Smith dinner. He said there’s a group called White Dudes for Harris and then he said some other things and then he said I’m not worried about them because most of their wives and their wives and lovers are voting for me and I just thought that was absolutely hysterical. So as we descend into more chaos approaching November 5th, the news just keeps getting more disturbing. Our country is nearly unrecognizable right now and I mean we’re still going about our business, we’re doing our thing, we’re going to work, we’re raising our families, we’re doing, you know, going shopping and paying too much for groceries and paying too much for gas and all that stuff but you would have to be dead inside not to feel that something is happening. Something is brewing, there’s just an underlying feeling. I don’t know, as I drive to and from, I live in Parker and I drive to and from Franktown to go to work and I’m driving down Highway 83 and I’m seeing all this vast country and this open spaces and you know stuff and I think to myself, you know, there’s so many people in this country and so much, there’s so much love and so much good and so I don’t know. I try to avoid cities whenever I can, I don’t go to Denver ever. I’m just, I’m kind of afraid if you’re if we’re being honest. I just don’t I don’t want to see that I know it exists and and all that stuff. I know that the needles on the ground and the homeless encampments and you know civic center park turning into a homeless encampment and the whole thing and people just kind of get displaced and they move all over the place and I hate seeing it. I do. I’m not going to lie. But one of the questions that I’ve always asked, it throughout my whole life actually, you know, since I knew what the military was, I have always asked myself, would the mill, it’s one of the many questions that I’ve asked, would the military ever turn on the people? And I’ve asked that question for decades literally just kind of like, you know, why I always thought that I would be alive. This is crazy you guys and maybe you haven’t heard me say this before but when I was a kid, I always thought that I would be alive to see the return of Jesus. I don’t know why. It’s just a thought that I’ve had. It’s a feeling that I’ve had and when I learned as a little Lutheran growing up in prokyl school, I’ve always thought, you know, when my mom told me, you know, Jesus is going to come back to get his people or whatever I’m like, well, really? Oh, okay, well, when’s that going to be? But then, you know, the thing would advance in my head and I’d be like, yeah, I’m going to be around for that. I’m going to see that. And I know that’s kind of crazy but that’s how I’ve always felt as a child and as I was growing up, I’ve always felt the presence of God. I’ve always had an open line of communication with God and the whole thing. So I’ve asked that pretty much what’s about the military. I’ve asked this as a genuine question, a genuine curiosity because that’s how my mind works. Okay? Well, this is disturbing and I hate to spring this on you guys but there’s a headline from techknockercy.news that will kind of make your head spin. The headline reads, “The military’s huge power grab to nullify Posse Comatotus, paving the way to kill Americans on American soil.” That alone should send chills up your spine. The Posse Comatotus Act of 1878 was passed by Congress and contained only one sentence prohibiting military forces from being involved in law enforcement on domestic soil. It has been watered down over the last 50 years but has now been shattered into oblivion since the Department of Defense unilaterally declared it so. Can they do that? Well, no. But who can stop them? The expected melee after the November 5th election could literally spark Civil War II. Okay, this is from the DOD directive 5240.01, the stealth expansion of military intelligence powers in life or death domestic scenarios. Okay? Now, take the words “life or death” with a grain of salt. We take it with a grain of salt but they don’t. Okay? Oh, I hate reading this. Imagine waking up to discover that the U.S. military has quietly been granted the authority to assist in domestic law enforcement activities, including the use of lethal force against U.S. citizens in certain circumstances. And again, keep that word “certain circumstances” in the back of your head. Now consider that this change was enacted just weeks before an election already surrounded by concerns about unrest, civil liberties, and potential government overreach. This is the reality of this DOD directive. A quick summary of this directive, it has new provisions. Okay? The updated directive expands the circumstances under which the DOD can assist law enforcement including the use of lethal force. Assassination explicitly forbidden, it says, while assassination is banned, the new language allows for lethal action under imminent threats and imminent threats as in quotes. Concerns about civil liberties. The expanded definition of “national security threats” is raising alarms, particularly given DHS’s broader definition of domestic terrorism threats. High-level approval required. Any intelligence shared that could lead to lethal force must be approved by the Secretary of Defense, but component heads can act immediately for up to 72 hours before obtaining approval. Because the U.S. prepares for one of the most controversial and closely watched elections in its history, a concerning update to DOD directive 5240-0.01 has quietly, quietly, they never announced this stuff, right? Has quietly been put into effect. Reissued on September 27, 2024, this directive governs the Department of Defense’s intelligence activities and now includes provisions authorizing lethal force in certain circumstances when assisting civilian law enforcement. While the directive forbids assassination, it opens the door to lethal interventions under national security conditions, albeit with stringent restrictions on how such interventions are to be authorized. Most directives reissued under the authority of the Secretary of Defense as per standard Department of Defense procedures carry significant weight in shaping military operations and intelligence activities. While DOD directives are typically internal policy documents, the implications of this particular update extend far beyond the walls of the Pentagon, potentially affecting civilian life and constitutional rights. A quiet update with loud implications. The reissue of DOD directive 5240.01 repealed previous versions, including the 1982 DOD 5240.1-R, while the update might seem routine, the changes regarding the use of lethal force and domestic operations are significant. And a lot of the stuff that I’m emphasizing right now are bolded in this particular article. In the 2016 version, the directive primarily focused on intelligence collection and ensuring civil liberties protections for U.S. persons. It emphasized strict oversight and the need for authorization before collecting U.S. person information. However, the 2024 version expands the military’s role, particularly in assisting civil law enforcement and authorizes lethal force under specific conditions, raising questions about its use during potential civil unrest surrounding the election. Okay, that’s kind of huge right there. There is a place that you can go read the entire directive, but there’s differences between the 2016 and the 2024 versions. We’re going to focus on the 2016 version first. The 2016 version of the directive did not mention the use of lethal force at all. Instead, it focused on civil liberties protections, ensuring strict oversight for operations involving U.S. citizens, intelligence collection restrictions, limiting when and how U.S. persons information could be collected, and privacy safeguards protecting privacy rights and preventing unauthorized data collection. The 2016 directive centered around intelligence gathering with no mention of lethal force. The new provisions in the 2024 version, okay, the 2024 update, it produces a dramatic shift, particularly regarding domestic operations. Section 3.3.82C now explicitly permits lethal force in cases of imminent threats or national security emergencies provided the action complies with legal oversight, specifically DODD 5210.56, which governs the use of deadly force by DOD personnel. Key updates include use of lethal force. The directive allows military intelligence components to assist law enforcement and operations that involve lethal force. Conditions for force. The directive specifies lethal force can be used under conditions involving imminent threats, legal oversight. Any use of legal lethal force must comply with DOD 5210, blah, blah, blah, ensuring proper legal frameworks are followed. Okay, so there’s a section here that talks about an actual section of the new updated document. Eric, I’m going to continue Eric, I’m going to go ahead and take you. What do you got for me by buddy, Eric? Hey, mama, brock, I’m real fat. So the ones that stay home instead of going out to vote for President Trump, imagine your Thanksgiving coming up. Imagine your Christmas that’s coming up. Imagine your New Year’s Eve that’s coming up. Imagine your New Year’s Day. Just picture that. Yeah. And Kamala is in the White House. Well, and she won’t be in that problem. Eric, here’s the big problem with all of that. And I completely agree with what you’re saying in the long run. But in the short term, directly after the election comes and goes and Trump wins, that’s full entire span from November 5th to January 25th, 2025 could be complete chaos in this country. You know that. I forgot to add Yellowstone. You know that the fifth season comes on November 10th. Of course. And I have this on my Facebook page that if any civil unrest interferes with the premiere of Yellowstone 5.5, I’m going to be ticked off. Yes. But I just want everybody to know we got to give President Trump. Are you doubters out there? You know, you’re not going to have a wonderful year, 25 or Christmas or New Year’s or then even if you don’t get out. God bless you, everybody. I agree. Much better. God bless you, Eric. Some thanks. Bye-bye. So one of the most significant changes between 2016 and 2024 of these directives is the removal of explicit references to constitutional protections. In the 2016 version, there was a clear emphasis on ensuring that intelligence activities adhered to constitutional guidelines, particularly concerning the protection of U.S. citizens’ rights. This included strict oversight on intelligence collection, ensuring that military actions and intelligence operations respected privacy rights and civil liberties. In the 2024 update, however, this explicit affirmation of constitutional alignment is no longer present. The omission is particularly troubling given the expanded scope of the directive which now permits the use of lethal force under certain circumstances in domestic operations, including assisting law enforcement with imminent threats to national security. This raises serious concerns about how these new authorities will operate without the constitutional safeguards that were previously mentioned. While the directive still claims to operate under legal oversight, particularly referencing compliance with DOD 5210.56, which governs the use of deadly force by the DOD, the lack of an explicit constitutional framework in the language of the new directive could lead the two military overreach with fewer checks on power. This shift creates a dangerous ambiguity, potentially undermining the civil liberties that the 2016 version aim to protect. As the directive expands the role of military intelligence and domestic affairs, the absence of the constitutional assurance has opened the door to broader interpretations of the national security threats further eroding the boundaries between military and civilian law enforcement. The shift from 2016 directive clear cut protections to the 2024 versions more vague language is a cause for concern and demands closer scrutiny to ensure that U.S. citizens’ rights remain safeguarded. Framing the 2024 directive as a restriction, not an expansion. Although the directive expands the DOD’s powers, some interpret it as more restrictive than it appears. In 3.3 places, tight limitations on when intelligence sharing can occur and requires approval from the Secretary of Defense before any action involving lethal force is taken. Leaple force is taken. The requirement for high-level approval may serve as a check on potential misuse of military force. The 72-hour provision, a time-sensitive response mechanism. The paragraph 3.5 introduces a 72-hour provision allowing component heads to provide immediate intelligence assistance in time-sensitive circumstances without prior approval from the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. So key points, immediate action. Component heads can act in situations where time constraints prevent obtaining prior approval. If to lethal force, this applies in scenarios where lethal force might be necessary to prevent imminent harm. 72-hour limit. This authority is valid for up to 72 hours after which formal approval is required. Immediate reporting. Component heads must report their actions to the U.S. D.I. and estimates, the U.S. Department of — you know what I’m talking about. Approval required for Constitution. For continuation, any further assistance must be formally approved beyond the initial 72 hours. So why this timing matters. The timing of this update, just six weeks before the election raises concerns. With debates surrounding election integrity, civil unrest, and political manipulation, the expanded powers granted by the directive could lead military intervention and domestic affairs if civil unrest arises. Okay, think about that for a minute. Adding to the concern is the Department of Homeland Security’s recent expansion of what constitutes domestic terrorism. The DHS has flagged individuals questioning COVID-19 origins, vaccine efficacy, or election integrity as potential threats. Okay. And to me, that’s terrifying. This raises questions about how the DOD’s new authority is to use or assist civil law enforcement to use lethal force. So there is a screenshot involved in this article that I’m reading from. And this screenshot is from NBC Nightly News, something that most people are familiar with. And there’s a big screen that says potential terror threats. Number one, and not only that, these potential terror threats have the little yellow triangle caution symbol right next to them as their bullet points. Number one is opposition to COVID measures. So lockdowns, masks, social distancing, vaccines, all that stuff. Being locked in your home for weeks on end, whatever. The second one is claims of election fraud and belief that Trump can be reinstated. That’s number two. And number three, 9/11 anniversary and religious holidays. You guys, do I need to say more about that? Okay. So the expanded role of the military and domestic affairs as allowed by the updated directive raises several civil liberty concerns. The right to protest. There are fears that expanded authority could suppress legitimate protests. Privacy rights, increased military involvement in domestic intelligence gathering could infringe on privacy. The hence what I was talking about earlier with, you know, if you’re not in Facebook jail, you’re not trying hard enough, they gather all that stuff. Due process, the military’s role in law enforcement could bypass standard due process protections. Things like the J6 prisoners are still there. Still there after four years has gone by almost, well, now, three years, whatever. Freedom of speech, the broad definition of national security threats could target individuals for their political beliefs. And obviously we’re on the wrong side of that. Civilian control, the expanded military role could erode civilian oversight of the military. So, to me, this is absolutely terrifying. The recent reissuance of the DOD directive represents a significant legal shift that could potentially compromise core constitutional protections that we hold dear. This directive opens the door to scenarios that may threaten these freedoms. Challenging the Pasi Commatatus Act. To act traditionally limits the powers of the federal government using military personnel for domestic law enforcement. Potential First Amendment concerns, natural health advocates and others exercising their First Amendment rights. Like we are with, you know, for the vaccine stuff and the lockdowns and the COVID stuff and all that, you’re a terrorist. Fourth amendment considerations. This directive also allows intelligence sharing between military and law enforcement under emergency conditions, raising questions about the right to privacy and the potential for expanded surveillance. DO process implications, which is fifth amendment, the possibility of military use of lethal force in domestic scenarios and produces concerns about how DO process protections might be maintained before potentially life altering decisions are made. These constitutional considerations underscore the far reaching implications of the directive and highlight the urgent need for public scrutiny and debate. So in conclusion, a shift toward militarization of domestic affairs. The 2024 update to DOD directive 5240.01 represents a significant shift in the military’s role in domestic law enforcement. While proponents argue that high level approvals add oversight, critics see it as an expansion of military power in domestic affairs. With the election approaches, maintaining a balance between national security and individual rights becomes ever more crucial. The implications of this directive may reshape the relationship between military power and civilian governance in the U.S. All the more reason why the conspicuous absence of reporting on the subject is further concerning. And why open public debate on this change of DOD policy should be engaged as soon as possible. We hope this article contributes towards that goal. So that was from like I said, TechNocracy.News, you can go and find that article yourself and read through it and look at the actual documents. They have photos of the actual documents that are embedded within this article. I took them out because it would have been kind of redundant because the article explains everything pretty well. But maybe you’re one of those people who thinks the military will never return on the American people. Really, you think so? You don’t think? You mean the radical woke transgender military that’s been MK-Ultra and brainwashed by the woke brass in charge? You mean impressionable young men and women who’ve been indoctrinated and brainwashed so hard by ultra-left wing demonic lunatics to not only accept but to embrace this whole Democrat demonic narrative? Now I’m not saying everyone in the military is a demonically possessed lunatic robot because they’re not. There’s obviously not. But the brass, some of the brass right now, who they will carry, they will give unlawful orders at the drop of the hat, but that’s the problem. The unlawful word. It’s not, the unlawful is no longer in play here because of this new narrative, this new directive. Right? Because everything going on here, the threshold of what terror is is way lower than it used to be. If you’re like me, your white Christian unvaccinated conservative who believes 9/11 was an inside job and the 2020 election was stolen, you’re a terrorist. And what they are being allowed to do with terrorists right now, yeah, that’s right, lethal force. Think maybe they can get approval and maybe they don’t need it. Oh my God. So I have a joke for you really quick. This is going to be, I know I’m fliching from dark and doom and gloom to a joke, but it’s kind of funny. Luke, you ready for a joke? I’m ready. What do you call a teacher who doesn’t pass gas in public? I don’t know what. A private tutor. Wow. Wow. Oh my goodness. So remember, if you want to change the way Washington DC is working, you have to change who you send there. Go vote. Go vote. That’s going to do it for me today.
