We search for truth and clarity by looking at these issues through the lens of freedom versus force force versus freedom. If something’s a good idea, you should not have to force people to do it. And socialism ultimately comes down to force. It is not about all the free stuff that they want to give away because there’s never enough free stuff to give away to everybody. Ultimately, it has to come down to force. It’s never compassionate to take other people’s stuff, whether or not it’s their rights, their property, freedom, livelihoods, opportunities, or lives. And force can be a weapon, but policy, unpredictable and excessive taxation, fear, coercion, government-induced inflation, the World Economic Forum’s agenda, the Globalist Elite’s agenda, United Nations, the Colorado State Legislature, this governor, the World Health Organization, land use codes, zoning regulations, ballot initiatives. But I am so grateful. But those two ballot initiatives on the Denver ballot, the Ordinance 308, which would ban fur sales, and Ordinance 309, which would ban… All meat processing in the city of Denver, city and county of Denver, both of those failed. So those ballot initiatives were trying to take other people’s stuff, their jobs, their livelihoods, their businesses. And fortunately, the people of Denver said no. As I mentioned, we have great sponsors, and I talk about that on a regular basis, and one of those is the Harris family. And Susan Harris was on the show on Tuesday, and I am so grateful for their sponsorship of the show. So thank you. Let’s see, our word of the day. I chose the word diatribe, and it is spelled D-I-A-T-R-I-B-E. It’s a noun, and it’s a bitter or abusive denunciation or a prolonged or exhaustive discussion, especially an acrimonious or invective harangue, a strain of abusive or railing language, a philippic. And, again, it’s spelled D-I-A-T-R-I-B-E. And I did watch Harris’s concession speech yesterday, and I think I was expecting a diatribe, and it was not. And I think… We’re all wondering what their next step is going to be. And I guess if I was looking into my crystal ball, there’s still some of these House of Representatives races that have not been called yet. And I think the Democrats really want to take the House. And if they do, I think that they are going to call Donald Trump an insurrectionist and try to refuse to seat him as president. And so that’s why this race here that’s not been, I don’t think, called yet between Gabe Evans and Carievo, or however you say that, has not been called yet. And that is really important. So we need to do what we can to get Gabe Evans over the finish line here. So let’s see here. Our quote of the day is from William Cowper. And I was reading something yesterday and somebody had quoted him. He was born in 1731 and he died in 1800. And he was one of the most, he was an English poet and Anglican hymn writer. He’s one of the most popular poets of his time. He changed the direction of 18th century nature poetry by writing of everyday life and scenes of the English countryside. In many ways, he was one of the forerunners of the romantic poetry. Samuel Taylor Coleridge called him the best modern poet, and William Wordsworth particularly admired his poem, Yardley Oak. And he said this. He said that absence of proof is not proof of absence. And this made me think of the judge’s ruling on Tuesday morning or Monday evening after the Libertarian Party brought the case against the Colorado Secretary of State, regarding the BIOS passwords that were on the Colorado Secretary of State’s website, which is the very important passwords for these tabulating machines. Those passwords apparently were on the website for four months. And basically, I think that the judge rules since the Libertarian Party was and their legal team was not able to prove, particularly on such a short notice, that these passwords were used for nefarious purposes by nefarious people, that everything was okay. Well, I thought this was just an excellent quote, again, by William Cowper. Absence of proof is not proof of absence. And here he said this. He was born, oh, so many years ago. Next thing, this is, do you remember back in 2019, before the 2020 election, where the Democrats had a movement that whoever won the popular vote, that the state’s electoral system, And it was the national popular vote. The states then would pledge their electoral college votes to that particular candidate, even though that state may have actually voted for the other candidate. And of course, there was a big movement on this. And this is from Colorado Peak Politics. And several people sent this to me yesterday. It says the law passed by the Colorado Democrats would give all our votes to Trump for winning the popular vote. And Colorado Peak Politics went on to say, said some 1.4 million voters are feeling mighty smug about their victory over Donald Trump in Colorado, where he lost. He only had 43 percent of the vote. And yet Democrats passed a law in 2019 signed by Governor Polis that pledges every vote cast in the state to Trump because he won the national popular vote. Peak Nation will recall that law led Colorado to join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact along with 17 states and jurisdictions. The compact’s goal is to eliminate the electoral college that Democrats fear favors Republicans and instead elect presidents based on the popular vote, which they thought favored Democrats. And the piece goes on to say, because that’s how Democrats do democracy, by changing the rules in their favor. But not only did Trump win the requisite electoral college numbers, but he’s also beating Kamala Harris in the national popular poll with 71 million votes to her 66 million. Had this popular vote fad caught on, as Colorado Dems and Polos had intended, they would all be forking over their votes this morning to Donald Trump. And that was published yesterday morning. And let’s see some other headlines. As I mentioned, there’s still the Colorado U.S. House District election results for Kerry Evo and Evans. It’s been too close to call. And I’m. this is really a seat that we need to fight for. And so I know that Gabe Evans is going to do that. Cariavo narrowly won that U.S. House seat in 2022 and said at around 9.30 p.m. Tuesday, the Cariavo campaign said that they would not appear at her campaign’s gathering her campaign made a statement. It’s early and this race is too close to call. Our team is closely monitoring votes as they come in and are cautiously optimistic about where we are. Someone texted me yesterday and said somehow, even though Douglas County had all of their votes counted on Tuesday evening, that there was still at least, that Weld County only had 78% of their votes in. And so that is very interesting. So stay tuned. And I’m wondering where our Colorado 2024 election project may be able to come in and help with something on that. So stay tuned on that. Next thing, I thought this wasn’t true, but… But it is. And this was the post-election. This is from the University of Colorado in Denver. Post-election day peace space. Wednesday, November 6th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. What? The post-election peace space to engage in low sensory space with tons of self-care and stress relieving activities. And it is at Seth Tivoli 320. And who is it open to? But students, faculty and staff. There will be light drinks and snacks. And I see if I can expand this. But anyway, it said that there would be the opportunity for let’s see. Activities will include relaxing music coloring, crafting, and other giveaways. My gosh, my friends, this is college students. And people are paying big bucks to get college degrees, taking on all kinds of student debt, wanting everybody else to then pay that off. And these are adults that are going to get together to color and craft. I tell you what, we’ve got a country to save. And let’s see. I think we’ll talk more with Kevin Lundberg about that. There was one other thing that I had on here, and that is how many votes Biden got in 2020. This is from USA Today. And let’s see, I had it here. And It says that Biden received more than 81 million votes in the 2020 presidential election, according to the Federal Election Commission. That was just over 51 percent of the popular vote. I’m just going to let all of you just think about that one today, that Biden got 81 million votes in 2020, and yet Donald Trump won this election with 71 million votes. Just chow on that for a little while. The show comes to you because of our sponsors. One of those is Hooters Restaurants. They have five locations, Loveland, Aurora, Lone Tree, Westminster and Colorado Springs. Great place to get together to watch all of the sporting events and how I got to know them. We wanted to talk about the election. Kevin Lundberg, welcome.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, thank you for inviting me on, Kim. It’s a pleasure to be with you today to speak about some of the good things that happened this week.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, yes. First and foremost, very grateful that Donald Trump was elected as our 47th president because we would be heading towards socialism, communism, I think, under a Biden-Harris administration. And so we’ve got to roll up our sleeves. We’ve got a lot of work to do over these next few years, Kevin Lumberg.
SPEAKER 03 :
Yes, yes, we do. We have the opportunity to start turning this ship of state around as a nation. Now, here in Colorado, it’s a very different picture. But let’s focus on the positive stuff at first because there are just so many opportunities out there. And we were at the brink of destruction. I don’t know how else to put it. And, you know, one of the scariest things about the Harris campaign was you really didn’t know what she had in mind because she didn’t really say anything of substance, was obviously just playing politics to the hilt where Trump was saying, no, I’ve got a better plan and I’ve got a better direction. And furthermore, I gave you four years of of a sneak preview, but now I expect him to really get serious with curing things. He knows he’s got four years and no more. So, yeah, I say buckle up, strap in. This is going to be quite an adventure, and I’m very, very grateful that we’ve been granted this reprieve from the abyss, you might say.
SPEAKER 07 :
So, Kevin, what do you think about, well, first of all, I watched her concession speech, and it was actually more conciliatory than I thought it might be, which concerns me somewhat. But one of the things that really struck me on that speech was, I thank all of you that have been in this campaign with me this last 107 days. I thought, oh, my gosh. She was only out there for 107 days. And we don’t know who she was. Well, we do. I think we know what policy she would have put forward. But 107 days, and she thought she could be president of the United States. She didn’t win primaries. She didn’t win the nomination. It’s pretty telling when she said that, I thought.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, yeah, I mean, the whole thing. Of course, she is the vice president of the United States right now, and the guy running for president was her boss initially. So there really wasn’t that much of a change in their policies and their plans. And, of course, when she was asked the question, so what do you disagree with as far as how Biden has been running things? And she stops for a moment and says, well, I really can’t think of anything. So, you know, it’s 107 days with her name at the top of the ticket. But really, it was just an extension of what Biden was doing. And I’ll tell you, this campaign season is one for the record books in a whole lot of ways. It was an incredible comeback on the part of Donald Trump in the face of insurmountable odds i mean they threw lawfare at him but you know supposedly he’s supposed he’s uh up for being sentenced to a prison next week um which which is a farce complete farce um and the assassination attempts uh just i mean if you were to write a thriller uh novel you wouldn’t have put all this in there because nobody would believe it. And I see a miraculous, well, the miraculous hand of God through so much of this leading to this culmination. Where Harris would have headed, who knows. Why she was doing what she did, who knows. You know, you call it a concession speech, somewhat conciliatory. Well, to her credit, she did speak of the peaceful transfer of power, which is huge, because I wondered whether or not. Remember, she is the vice president, and constitutionally, she’s the one to conduct the meeting that counts the electoral votes. Right. Even there, there’s such incredible irony in the whole thing because, of course, Mike Pence four years ago really did have a case to say, whoa, whoa, let’s hold off and let the legislatures for which there are still deep questions meet and decide things. There’s no question as to who won this go-around. And I’m grateful for the hat. But her speech was laced with we are going to fight, fight, fight still. So it’s not we’re going to pick up and work shoulder to shoulder. No, no, we’re still adamantly opposed to what Trump is proposing, is planning, is going to be doing. And and here’s another curious thing on the Democrat side of the picture is who’s their leader? Is it Joe Biden? Well, I don’t think so. Is it Chuck Schumer? Well, he’s the Senate minority leader, or future Senate minority leader, so there’s not a whole lot in his bag of tricks. The same thing in the House, I trust. Now, if things flipped and we lost the House, that would probably be where the real leadership would be, would be the new Speaker, but as it is, Kamala Harris might be able to assume that mantle of, I’m leading the Democrat Party, but But, boy, she’s a lousy leader for them, and I think it’s just kind of a clown show that continues.
SPEAKER 07 :
So, Kevin, let’s go down memory road just a little bit. Back to 2020, because you just mentioned Mike Pence, and – So after January 6th, so John Eastman was an attorney for Donald Trump. And John Eastman and Elizabeth Eastman were the – he was the – let’s see, the professor of conservative thought and policy at CU Denver. He was the visiting professor. And I knew him. In fact, how I’d gotten to know him was when I was on city council back in 2012 to 2016. He was on one of the national radio shows on a consistent basis talking about the Constitution. And he had said something about… And then somebody referenced it with James Madison had vetoed. Oh, gosh, something because he said it was it was a regional project. It was not a project that was actually benefited the complete United States. What I had based my where my I was concerned about my decision was John Eastman said that there was a president that had vetoed. Well, maybe that’s what it was, but had vetoed, I think it was a road in the Cumberland Gap, because that only benefited that region, but had approved funding for lighthouses up and down the eastern seaboard because that affected commerce for the complete nation. And so I was trying to get my brain around the southeast light rail extension, which was going to be over… $200 million, $96 million was coming from the feds. And it didn’t seem right to me that we would be taking money from our neighbors and borrowing money from our children to build something regionally. And so I’d reached out to John Eastman, had him on the show, talked with him about that, and he became a friend. So we fast forward to January 6th and all that had come down with that. And, of course, then you know how there was such this big upheaval in our country. And so I reached out to him and he was being basically kind of canceled at the University of Colorado. And so I thought, I want to find out what really, really happened. And so I took my rig. I went up to Boulder. He and I sat across the table from each other and we created a podcast. And he explained to me what had happened on the day, I think maybe January 4th or January 5th. He said he was in the office with the… President Trump, Mike Pence, Mike Pence’s attorney, and Mike Pence’s chief of staff. And they asked him from a constitutional standpoint what Pence could do. And I’m doing this from memory, but Eastman I don’t think ever said that Pence could overturn the Electoral College votes, but that he could delay elections. certifying all that or approving it because so many of the state legislatures or states had questions. Their state legislatures were not in session yet and that perhaps he could delay it. And that was what the real question was. And that’s my understanding that advice that Eastman had given to Pence. Do you know anything more about that?
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, I’ve heard the same side from John Eastman on repeated occasions, and I’ve also talked with some other attorneys who were associated with Trump’s campaign who were advising him, and you were quite correct that the whole point was to give the states—remember this, the Constitution says that the state legislatures— are responsible for providing the electors who choose the president. And the way we’ve worked it out is by popular vote in each state, we elect electors who have pledged to support one candidate or the other. But if you look at the Constitution, that’s because legislatures set it up that way. And when there was great question with these swing states, Some of the legislatures wanted to go into session, or legislators, I’ll say, members of those legislatures wanted to go into session, a special session, to unravel this dilemma they had. But their governors, who had the authority to call the special session, refused to do it, being not of the same opinion. And John was absolutely correct that it was constitutionally fortified or the Constitution gave the legislatures that authority. Therefore, they could and should have the opportunity to wade into this very sticky mess. And, yeah, he never, according to John’s testimony, recounting it and i heard him say it um at a meeting a couple of months after the fact that that that i was in attendance too and i’ve heard it the discussion from him since then too now pence unfortunately and and mike pence was a friend of mine i from way back when back when he was uh He was the chairman of the Republican Study Committee of Congress, and I was actively starting the Republican Study Committee of Colorado, and we had an opportunity to interface at that time. And then when he was governor, I had some conversations with him, and, you know, I wanted to believe what Mike Pence was saying and doing, but I think he made the wrong decision. And publicly, it has certainly been presented in the exact opposite terms. The New York Times ran a story that was completely untrue. And John Eastman confronted them, and they refused to change the story. You know, they claimed that, yeah, that it was – that Trump was urging – Pence to simply overturn the election was not at all. The actual point was we will delay this meeting for a period of time. I think it was either seven or 10 days to give legislatures the time, the chance to, to consider it because they were going into regular session that very week. Right. And that was, that was unfortunate, but you know, to fast forward to today, now it’s, She was on the other foot in a sense, but Harris said the obvious because there is no question. Donald Trump has won, and he won decisively, overturning states that the Democrats thought they had a, quote, blue wall, and that blue wall just crumbled. Why? Well, because Harris had the wrong message and Donald Trump had the right message.

We’re an independent voice and we search for truth and clarity by looking at these issues through the lens of freedom versus force, force versus freedom. If something’s a good idea, you should not have to force people to do it. Kevin Lundberg is on the line. You know him. He is a former state senator. He’s the author of the Lundberg Report. And I think, Kevin, the next really big thing that we need to talk about, I think that the Senate has definitely been called for the Republicans. Yes, I thought I saw that there was still some counting going on on a Senate seat, maybe up in Wisconsin. So what’s your understanding on the Senate report?
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, that’s my understanding as well, that they have secured the majority. Still a little bit of question as to what that means, but the biggest point is that the Democrats are not in charge of the Senate, and the Republicans will be. Now, a couple of things come up after that, and that’s who will be the majority leader, who is the one who runs the Senate. There are three candidates, John Cornyn from Texas, John Thune from, I think it’s South Dakota, and Rick Scott down in Florida. And it’s kind of the old guard versus the new let’s make America great again team. And Rick Scott is on the mega side. The other two, I mean, they’re not trying to speak it down, but they are – definitely not going to be as aggressive in promoting what really needs to get done, in my opinion, as Senator Scott would be. So, yeah, we’ve got the Senate at the federal level, and that’s good. That’s excellent. With Trump in the White House, that really gives us a huge advantage, and I trust that we will have the House as well. I understand there’s still some questions as they’re sorting some of the things out, but it looks like that we’ve got slim majorities, but majorities nonetheless in both houses.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, well, it is really, really important that Republicans also would keep the House. And we’ve got this race, I imagine you’re watching it very closely, that’s not been called yet. And that was the race between Caraveo and Evans. And that is on Colorado House District 8, CD 8. And because if the Democrats would take control of the House, I see the vulnerability with the Supreme Court ruling that my understanding is, is that an insurrectionist could not be president. And then they would accuse Donald Trump of being insurrectionist. And I think try to prevent him from assuming that or not assuming that. being the president. And so I see some risk there, Kevin Lundberg.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, yes, I don’t have as much concern with it today as I did a few days ago when we knew that was a real strong idea that was floating around in some of the Democrat ranks. But I didn’t hear any hint of it within the uh, the concession speech on the part of Harris. And, and of course she’s the one who would be actually conducting that meeting. So she talked about the, you know, the, the, the, uh, peaceful transfer of power. She seemed pretty committed within her speech at that point that that’s off the table. Uh, but let’s examine this a little more closely though, because it was such an absurd long shot on their part anyway. Um, because that’s the same argument that was given in trying to keep Donald Trump off of the primary ballot here in Colorado. That’s what, of course, our Secretary of State here in Colorado, Jenna Griswold, said, well, he’s guilty of insurrection, therefore he’s not qualified for this. And, of course, our Colorado Supreme Court on a split decision. But nonetheless, the majority said, yeah, we agree. He shouldn’t be on the ballot because we think he’s a, quote, insurrectionist. Well, it goes to the U.S. Supreme Court, and it’s a unanimous opinion of, no, that’s not the case. You’re misreading the 14th Amendment. There’s no establishment. I mean, it’s just wild-eyed claims that I mean, the Dees have been throwing everything against the wall to see if anything will stick. And that one did not stick at all. So if if that scenario had worked its way all the way through and and if if the Dees had control of the House and if they actually tried to pull that stunt, I’m certain that the U.S. Supreme Court would say, whoa, wait a minute. We already decided that’s not the case. And all of us agreed. So, um, yeah, yeah. It, it, it was a, a wild eyed charge that they threw against it. And, and that this is because Donald Trump said, please, uh, go peacefully. Uh, and you know, let, let your concerns be known. Uh, you know, first there was no insurrection whatsoever, but secondly, Donald Trump had, uh, what was speaking on the exact opposite end of things. And if they had tried to pull that sun, I don’t think it would have flown. I think it would have been part of a lot of unrest that would have occurred, though.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay. Good. Thank you for that. Let’s move over to the Lundberg report and these BIOS passwords. I went down to the court to watch the court proceedings on Monday afternoon. The judge did not give her ruling while we were all there. I had a feeling that she would rule the way that she did. And basically… I felt that the ruling was that even though the bios passwords were out there for four months, that the Libertarian Party and their attorneys were not able to prove that any nefarious people did anything nefarious with those passwords. Hence, everything’s OK. I find that interesting. of concern but you had mentioned in your Lumberg report the hypocrisy of Griswold because when Tina Peters was accused of sharing this is from your newsletter Mesa County passwords all of the machines were replaced and she got several years in prison and as I’m trying to go down memory lane on that it seemed to me that Griswold’s office had something to do with those passwords on Mesa County but I can’t remember help me out here
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, it’s a little fuzzy with me as to who in the world made a password public back in that situation with Mesa County when Tina Peters was the clerk. So, yeah, it’s a real question as to whether she did anything whatsoever as far as disclosing passwords. But the very fact that a password for a machine in Mesa County was up on a public site for viewing very briefly was enough criteria for Jenna Griswold to decertify all of the election equipment in Mesa County. This is the context that this needs to be seen within, is the Secretary of State herself decertified all of the equipment because there was this possibility that something might have compromised access to the machines. And here’s another thing. Griswold was… you know, just playing both sides of this all the way through, because she claimed that the passwords that were available for several months on the Secretary of State’s website were just, quote, partial passwords. Well, no, they’ve got a system where there are a couple of passwords that are floating around there. And as I understand it, the Secretary of State’s office does hold the BIOS ones, and then the software passwords are held by the clerk, and they need them both to go in and do some changes. But that’s at the operator’s level, meaning what the clerks are doing on a daily basis with the election equipment and and interfacing with Secretary of State’s office. BIOS passwords, and I’ve done a little bit of research into this since then, are the fundamental operating commands for the computer itself. And in the hands of somebody who knows what they’re doing, they can get in and manipulate everything just with that password because it is the foundational component structure of how the machine operates. The judge, yeah, obviously said what she said, and no big surprise. I don’t have any confidence in Colorado judges. I really don’t. They play politics all the time. Sometimes you can get some justice if there’s no political implication, but if there is, you can bet that they’re going to put their thumb on the scale and do whatever they want to Because they’ve gotten instructions or they want to support their team or whatever. And that, I think, is just unacceptable. And I’ve seen it happen for decades. And why? Well, because of who has been appointing judges. And who’s at the helm of that? Well, it’s the governors. And we’ve had a string of governors from the Democratic Party who have been appointed. appointing judges who are political appointees. And this is just more of the same. But let me go to this bigger question, and that is, are the machines in Colorado properly certified or not? And my contention is, if there was any credibility to the Secretary of State decertifying the machines in Mesa County in 2021… then there’s every reason to state that the machines in 2024 should not be certified. And I’m deeply troubled by this. And they’re just going to sweep this out of the carpet as best they can. Believe me, I mean, I have significant concerns with how things are counted in Colorado. And I’ve been telling people for months, don’t look to Colorado for any solutions in the election process. Look to the states that have gone down the road to try to cure this in, you know, in Florida and in Texas and California. and some other states that have really sat down and said, okay, how can we make our systems actually work? The bottom line for me is paper ballots, hand counted by citizens, not the machine.
SPEAKER 07 :
Right, and the other thing that came out regarding these machines is they’re manufactured, or many of the components, in China. What could go wrong with that? We’re going to continue the discussion with Kevin Lundberg. We have these great discussions because of our sponsors. And for everything mortgages, in 49 of the 50 states, just not New York, reach out to Lorne Levy.

And you can email me at Kim at Kim Munson dot com as well. Thank you to all of you who support us. We’re an independent voice and we search for truth and clarity by looking at these. Issues through the lens of freedom versus force, force versus freedom. If something’s a good idea, you should not have to force people to do it. Very pleased that we recorded with Drew Dix, an interview with Drew Dix. He’s a co-founder of the Center for American Values. and a Medal of Honor recipient. And the center is located in Pueblo, Colorado. And so in honor of Veterans Day, we recorded our America’s Veterans Stories with Drew, which will broadcast this Sunday, 3 to 4 p.m. on all KLZ 560 platforms. So be sure and check that out. On the line with me is Kevin Lundberg. He is the author of the Lundberg Report, also a former state senator. Let’s talk about a few of these ballot questions. There was some good news on that. First of all, Prop 131, ranked choice voting. I really felt and my ear to the ground was that that was going to pass because it was both not only rank choice voting, but jungle primaries. So two things in that particular question. Over 15 million dollars was spent on this to try to get the people of Colorado to vote for it. And they didn’t they didn’t buy buy it, which is pretty remarkable. Kevin Lumberg.
SPEAKER 03 :
Right. I totally agree. That was, I mean, we’ve got some significant problems with our election process here in Colorado that we were discussing, but this would have just completely scrambled it into a total disaster. And it would have really eliminated the role that political parties play in our elections. And I believe that was the poison pill that even the Democrats figured out, hey, we’re going to lose our our role to it. It would have simply put put people who were rich and powerful in charge with with with no meaningful accountability to the elections elsewhere. And it went down. I mean, I had so many people come up to me and say, but where is the opposition? Nobody’s running ads in opposition to this, and surely it’s going to pass. I agree. I was expecting it was going to pass, even though I was doing everything I could to get the word out. But this was one place where both parties agreed this is a bad idea, and enough word got out to the citizens to take a second look at this and you know, they killed it. And I’m very, very grateful that that went down.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, there were influential Republicans, though, that had their names looking at Ballotpedia in favor of it.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, I would like you to put those names, the Republican brand in quotes, because I think they handed in their their uh republican credentials when they backed that kind of an idea either because they knew what they were doing is which is getting rid of things or they weren’t smart enough to figure it out i don’t know which it is but i can’t you know you’ve heard the uh the term rhino republican in name only well it really fits for this and i don’t try to make a big deal out of trying to categorize everybody who calls themselves a Republican. But if you if you were behind, you know, backing 131, you just weren’t thinking straight. If you considered yourself a part of the political party system, either Republican or Democrat.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, and I find with that what would have been so difficult with a jungle primary is you could have 10, 15, 20 candidates that you would be choosing from. You could only vote for one. And we have a difficult time enough trying to figure out what candidates stand for when they do have a party affiliation. And so I think that would have been really difficult. I’ll throw it over to you. We’ve got maybe about four minutes. What other ballot questions would you like to highlight regarding this election?
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, very unfortunately, Colorado constitutionalized abortion. And I find that a deep, deep, troubling disappointment. It doesn’t really change what happens in Colorado because, well, it does to this extent, and that is that they repealed abortion. the public funding prohibition on abortion. And that wasn’t even in the ballot title. So I really think it was, you know, that thing was just a setup all the way around. And that was a real disappointment there. The limitation on the hunting of big cats went down, and I’m glad for that because that was just unrealistic and not a good idea. I’m very disappointed, though, that the people of Colorado put the excise tax on firearms and ammunition. That’s just making that much more difficult to exercise your Second Amendment rights. It was a bit of a mixed bag when it came to all of the amendments and proposals. I’m not surprised that several went down only from the principle that if you put too many things on the ballot, people are more inclined to just say no, no, no, because I don’t understand them. I had lots of people ask me, you know, issues like that. And very briefly, things, the political structure didn’t change much. The Democrats are still fully in charge of the House and the Senate, and our governor, who… Trump went out of his way to complain about just about every campaign stop he had in the last week of the campaign. Our governor said, well, welcome to the land of freedom. And he has no clue as to what in the world he’s doing. He’s destroying the state. Just this week, a friend of mine used to run about 40 subway shops. And he said, I sold them all at a loss because I cannot… operate under the laws of the state of Colorado. It’s that difficult to do business for a small shop like that. And, you know, Polis is bad news, and he needs to be replaced. Fortunately, he only has two more years to go, but I’m putting my sights on what are we going to do at that point because we need to field a strong gubernatorial candidate that who will follow Donald Trump, not Camelia Harris.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, absolutely. And first of all, Kevin, thank you. I really appreciate you joining us today, and I thank you. And keep up the great work with the Lundberg Report.
SPEAKER 03 :
Well, it should be a fun one to write this time, because overall, it was a great night on Tuesday.
SPEAKER 07 :
And people can find that at KevinLundberg.com. And to Kevin’s point, when I was downtown visiting or watching the court proceedings on Monday afternoon, I was just so sad. This city that I used to just love, it’s dirty and it’s dangerous and windows or businesses were boarded up. And fortunately, that’s not going to happen for our whole country because Donald Trump was victorious on… On Tuesday, we need to roll up our sleeves and we need to each of us go to work on what we need to do here. And our quote for the end of the show is from William Kalper. He said, the spirit breathes upon the word and brings the truth to sight. Today, be grateful, read great books, think good thoughts, listen to beautiful music, communicate and listen well, live honestly and authentically, strive for high ideals, and like Superman, stand for truth, justice, and the American way. My friends, you are not alone. God bless you, and God bless America. Stay tuned for hour number two.

It’s the Kim Munson Show, analyzing the most important stories.
SPEAKER 07 :
I find that it takes work to get your brain around these ideas, and it takes work to engage in these conversations.
SPEAKER 14 :
The latest in politics and world affairs.
SPEAKER 07 :
With what is happening down at the statehouse, I used to think that it was above my pay grade to read the legislation, and it’s not.
SPEAKER 14 :
Today’s current opinions and ideas.
SPEAKER 07 :
I see big danger in as much as we will be giving an unelected bureaucrat the power to make rules about what we inject into our bodies.
SPEAKER 14 :
Is it freedom or is it force? Let’s have a conversation.
SPEAKER 07 :
Indeed. Let’s have a conversation. And welcome to the Kim Munson Show, our number two. Thank you so much for joining us. You’re each treasured. You’re valued. You have purpose. Today, strive for excellence. Take care of your heart, your soul, your mind, and your body. My friends, we were made for this moment in history. Thank you to the team. That’s Producer Joe, Luke, Rachel, Zach, Echo, Charlie, Mike, all the people here at Crawford Broadcasting. Happy Thursday, Producer Joe. Happy Thursday, Kim. And so grateful for the results regarding Donald Trump’s election as president. But we here in Colorado have a lot of work to do. And that’s why we will continue to engage in this battle of ideas on a regular basis. Check out the website. That is Kim Munson, M-O-N-S-O-N.com. Sign up for our weekly email newsletter. You’ll get first look at our upcoming guests as well as our most recent essays. You can email me at Kim at Kim Munson dot com. The text line is 720-605-0647. Thank you to all of you who support us. We are an independent voice. We search for truth and clarity by looking at these issues through the lens of freedom versus force, force versus freedom. If something’s a good idea, you shouldn’t have to force people to do it. And we focus on the issues, not the personalities. We will mention people that are involved in the issues, but we want to stay disciplined on that. I want to say thank you to my fellow board members of the Colorado Union of Taxpayers. Check out the website. Join us. It’s only $25 a year. And the legislature will convene in January. We will be watching all of the legislation. These folks, as I said, it’s all volunteer. They spend hours looking at this legislation and taking positions on that. And then we create a weekly email. And it goes out to all the legislators and the governor and our email list. And it will really keep you informed on what is happening down at the State House and Senate. So that group is Steve Dorman, Greg Golianski, Russ Haas, Bill Hamlin, Carl Honaker, Rob Knuth, John Nelson, Joseph O’Loughlin, Wendy Warner, Marty Nielsen, Rami Johnson and Mary Jansen. When you see them, say thank you. Our word of the day is diatribe. Let me get over here to it. And it’s spelled D-I-A-T-R-I-B-E. And it could be bitter, abusive denunciation or a prolonged or exhaustive discussion, especially an acrimonious or invective harangue. It could be a strain of abusive or railing language or a philippic. And I’m going to have to look that word up. So diatribe is spelled D-I-A-T-R-I-B-E. And, of course, wordplay. What I’m seeing from the, in particular, well, I have this in air quotes, well-educated women is just this diatribe regarding anyone that would disagree with them and regarding Donald Trump. And boy, we saw a lot of that. Our quote of the day is from William Cowper. He was born in 1731. He died in 1800. And he was an English poet and Anglican hymn writer. And he said this, absence of proof is not proof of absence. And I pulled that because of the decision of the judge regarding the case that the Libertarians brought against the Secretary of State regarding the bios passwords. And ultimately, the way I understand the decision was that even though the passwords were out there for over four months, that the Libertarian Party and attorneys were not able to prove to the judge That there were nefarious people that had done nefarious things with those passwords. Therefore, everything was OK. And that was the assurance of the secretary of state’s office. And so, again, I think it is a very important quote that absence of proof is not proof of absence. And I thank all of our sponsors. The Harris family has been a great goal sponsor of the show for many years. And we had Susan Harris on the other day. They have moved to Arizona. And so we had a great discussion regarding Arizona and Colorado. On the line with us is Karen Levine. She is a RE-MAX realtor, has been in the business for many, many years helping people buy homes, sell homes, buy a new build. Karen Levine, welcome to the show. Well, good morning, Kim. It’s good to have you. And with the results of the election, at least there’s now some certainty. What are you seeing in the residential real estate market in the front range here?
SPEAKER 10 :
If I’m honest, I haven’t seen much of a change in 24 hours, but I did speak with my managing broker yesterday afternoon, and she did say she was seeing showings on properties that hadn’t seen activity for weeks. And so I anticipate I’ll start to see those results here in the next couple of days as well. So I think that now that people have a sense of direction per se, they’ll start making some life decisions.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, and there is more inventory in the market right now as well, so there’s more choices for people that want to buy, right?
SPEAKER 10 :
Yes, and there’s lots of great choices, and I’m putting a couple more houses on the market here before year end, and they span the price ranges. from the mid-400s up to 995, so just shy of a million. So I have lots of choices within my sphere of influence of people who have made decisions to move up or move down or move out of state. And I’m happy to help buyers who want to take advantage of those opportunities, as well as sellers who are like, I’m ready for a change now that there’s certainty.
SPEAKER 07 :
And what about interest rates? We had Lorne on yesterday, and he said that the interest rates had actually gone up a little bit. So what’s your crystal ball say on that, Karen Levine?
SPEAKER 10 :
Well, that’s the challenge, and that’s really Lorne’s area of expertise. But when the stock market does so well, which it responded favorably, is my understanding, to the election results, The bond markets then don’t perform as well, or they may perform even better, and when bonds go up, interest rates go down, but when bonds go down, interest rates go up. So we have this weird market situation, but I think what people need to understand is when rates are between 5 and 7, that is where interest rates for 30-year mortgages have typically been throughout history of the 30-year mortgage. Yes, we saw years of 15, 16, and 17 interest rates. And then we, this generation, has experienced the artificially held down rates of 3%. So I think people are getting more comfortable with the fact that, hey, if my rate’s around 6%, that’s pretty typical. And we’re seeing prices adjust downward a little bit to address that affordability.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay. And then as Lauren says, if you find a home that you love and you can, you know, can make everything work with this interest rate, you can, what does he say? He says, marry the house. Take the rate. Yeah, okay. And so there’s a lot of great opportunities out there for families that maybe have been bursting at the seams in their current location. There’s just a lot of great opportunity there. And home ownership, Karen, you and I are going to continue to work. And when Trent Luce was on yesterday, and I was thinking about it yesterday afternoon, he said that he’s really going to work on property taxes, to bring property taxes down for people owning property. And I want to stay committed to that as well, because these taxes, as they get higher and higher, it makes it more difficult for people to own their own home. And so I’m committed to work on that issue as well, Karen, because I think it’s super important.
SPEAKER 10 :
Well, I think that we would all agree that taxes in themselves, whether that’s property or sales or income, taxes in its totality takes away obviously buying power of the consumer and puts more money in coffers that are run by government. And government never does things cheaper or better than the private sector does. And when we allow small businesses and people who work hard to provide those services in the marketplace for us, we get a better service at a better price.
SPEAKER 07 :
Absolutely. As one of my friends has said, that when government gets involved, typically the price goes up, the quality goes down, and the supply becomes limited. And so we want to keep the free market in there as much as possible. If people want to explore buying or selling their home, what’s the best way for them to reach you, Karen Levine?
SPEAKER 10 :

SPEAKER 07 :

You can email me at Kim at KimMunson.com as well. Thank you to all of you who support us. We’re an independent voice. We search for truth and clarity by looking at these issues through the lens of freedom versus force, force versus freedom. If something’s a good idea, you should not have to force people to do it. Very pleased to have on the line with me Dr. Tom Copeland. He’s the director of research at the Centennial Institute of Colorado Christian University. He writes regularly on public policy and the intersection of politics, culture, and religion. And he had a piece that was recently published in the Denver Gazette. And it’s regarding, it says, Colorado’s sex trafficking crisis. And we’ve not talked about that for a while on the show. And I think that it’s important that we do talk about this. So, Dr. Copeland, welcome to the show.
SPEAKER 18 :
Well, thanks, Kim. It’s a joy to be with you.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, and this is a really important subject. And of course, sex trafficking had received a lot of attention with the Sound of Freedom, which was the movie that was released, I guess it was a year ago. But I think that we sometimes don’t really realize that this sex trafficking is happening right underneath our noses. And the fact that there’s been so many unaccompanied minors that have come across the border, I think in your piece you said there’s over 32,000 kids, that we don’t know where they are. This is tragic, Dr. Copeland.
SPEAKER 18 :
Well, it really is, and the numbers are even worse than that sounds originally. It’s clear that Inspector General for Homeland Security told Congress that ICE has lost, quote, lost more than 32,000 unaccompanied minors just based on a number who have failed to appear for their immigration hearings. But worse than that, ICE has actually failed to notify or schedule hearings for almost 300,000 unaccompanied children. So the total number could be a third of a million. It could be almost 333,000 children. They just don’t know where they are.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, they seem to know where I am all the time. How is it that they can’t know where these children are? This is unbelievable.
SPEAKER 18 :
Yeah, it really is, and it’s just one of the terrible side effects of the open border policy is that, yes, there are a lot of unaccompanied minors who come across, sometimes sent by family for a variety of reasons, but ICE does not do a good job of vetting their sponsors, and that’s really the key connecting point where someone who is claiming – This child should come with them. I have to present documentation and driver’s license and various things indicating that they are an appropriate relative or family friend. But ICE is in just such a hurry because they’re so overwhelmed with the number of illegal immigrants that they’re just processing them to get them through. Whistleblowers have said they’ve been told by supervisors, like, just sign off on them. Just get them out of here because we can’t. I think they didn’t want the optics of having hundreds of thousands of children kept in camps, basically, right? They don’t want them incarcerated. But so in their hurry to just process more and more illegals overall, they have just completely dropped the ball on vetting sponsors. And they know that there are quite a few kids ending up in sex trafficking.
SPEAKER 07 :
This is unconscionable. So where do these nongovernmental organizations come into play with the sex trafficking?
SPEAKER 18 :
Well, as far as I understand the organizations, most of them work on helping victims of trafficking. So there are several here in Colorado. If anybody’s interested, you can just Google sex. sex trafficking relief organizations in Denver, and you’ll find a number of them. So they’re often trying to help these children, in some cases, but also adults, first of all, get out to the extent that they’re able to do that, and then provide a range of services and counseling and housing and education. And their resources are limited. These are mostly small nonprofits. These are not massive multi-million dollar organizations. And so they really could use the help and the support of small-time donors, $25, $50 on a regular basis to help keep them afloat. There are a few organizations that are actively involved in investigating or trying to help women get out of, women and young men particularly as well, get out of their traffickers’ clutches. One of those is called the Exodus Road. It’s based down here in Colorado Springs, and they do work both internationally and here. The one that was featured recently in a couple of news stories in Texas is called Shepherd’s Watch. And the woman there goes and effectively tracks down where trafficking victims are and then gives the information to police so that they can go in because it’s obviously very unsafe to try to break in and get somebody out of there. So there are a few organizations like that that work actively to uncover and then get law enforcement involved in releasing children. The other one I guess I would add internationally is called International Justice Mission, and they do most of their work overseas. No one ties all those organizations together as they’re faith-based. There may be other secular organizations out there, but there’s a strong movement among Christians to really help fight trafficking.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, I think we really are called to, first of all, shed light, understand this, and then definitely we need to be working to stop this. And so you’ve got some things that we can do. I think and I think possibly with the new administration, I think that those things will help. But Colorado has a pipeline from the border up to Denver. And then with Trin Aragua, the Venezuelan gang saying that they are making Denver their headquarters. We’re kind of ground zero for this whole problem from what I can see, Dr. Copeland.
SPEAKER 18 :
Well, we are in many ways. And you’re right. It sounds like Trinidad and Argo has set Denver as kind of their headquarters. So, you know, I’m not really going to weigh in specifically on the whole apartment takeovers in Aurora, but… Similar situations have developed in other cities where this gang is active. And so clearly there’s a hotbed of gang activity in these areas where we’ve had massive illegal immigration. You know, tens of thousands in Denver, and they’ve tried to push them out to the suburbs, Boulder as well. So there’s this, you know, there’s sort of an underlying concern context for the gangs to operate, partly because of our sanctuary cities, partly because of that access up I-25. It’s not just I-70 in Denver, but really I-30, I-40, and then 70, 80, and 90 up north of us. through Wyoming. There are lots of ways to get back and forth across the country. And that stretch up I-25 is much more open and clear from the border up to Colorado than the routes that go through the American South, you know, from Texas to Alabama and so on. So we’re probably a faster route to get people through. But I think you’re right. Probably the biggest change that I anticipate happening, at least immediately with President-elect Trump, is that my guess is that he’ll issue a number of executive orders on day one to reverse a number of these Biden executive orders that opened the border. So it’ll take some time probably to to really ramp up enforcement, although immigration numbers have fallen a little bit in the last few months. But I think that’ll be the first thing that he goes after, and that will certainly begin to stem the flow. But we still have several million people here, including a fair number who are involved in either sex or labor trafficking. So it’s still going to take time to fight to stop this.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, it is, as human beings, it is important that we do that. One of the things that in your piece you mentioned, and I’ve heard it before, that the cartels, we’ve always thought about them as drug trafficking. And, of course, that’s tragic as well. We’ve lost so many of our young people to, like, fentanyl. And so that is super tragic. But with drugs, they sell them once with drugs. sex trafficking, and this is just so tragic, they can sell that child, that young girl, that young boy more than once. And so it’s a revenue stream for them. And I think it’s hard to fathom, but it’s important to understand that.
SPEAKER 18 :
Yeah, and it feels hard to talk about people as commodities, but that’s exactly how they’re being treated. You’re right. If they manage to smuggle a bunch of fentanyl pills up here and somebody buys them, they consume them once. Hopefully that person doesn’t die from the experience, although that seems pretty frequent. But then the traffickers have to produce more fentanyl and cross the border with them again. So they’ve got a constant challenge of crossing the border on a regular basis with drug supplies. And again, they’re gone once. But with trafficking victims, right, they can, they’ll use them you know, 10, 20, 30 times a day selling sex. And of course, it’s not that the victim receives any of the proceeds. The trafficker makes it. And then, you know, if things get a little dicey, if they think someone’s got onto what they’re doing, they’ll pack up and move to a different part of town, a different city, and take these women and children with them. So, and the thing is that, you know, it’s not only that these victims are unwilling to But many are very young, children especially, and they’re often kept drugged. or they’re basically force-fed alcohol so that they’re less resistant. They’re kept there by fear, by physical abuse, and certainly just by the pain and agony of their experience. So it’s very hard for them to break out of it. But, yeah, they’re part of, unfortunately, just a market. And that’s the other side of it is that there’s market demand everywhere. Right. Sadly, there are people who will spend money to go and abuse others for their own gratification. And, um, at least in many places, you know, Florida, I put this out in the piece that Florida and a recent bust, uh, also arrested a whole bunch of Johns. And I think that’s one of the things that law enforcement, um, where it has the resources needs to go after the buyers as well, because, uh, if, if there’s a strong warning against, uh, against buyers, maybe that will help reduce the overall demand for affect women and children.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, I think we need to take a multi-pronged approach for sure on this. I’m talking with Dr. Thomas Copeland, and he’s the director of research at the Centennial Institute. We’re going to continue the discussion regarding this important subject. All this happens because of our sponsors. And we saw something very positive today. that happened regarding the denver ballot and that was basically on the ballot was the question to stop meat processing in the city and county of denver and the voters of denver said no because meat processing meat is a great protein source for our diets and for that steakhouse experience at home for that great protein source check out lavaca meat company

You can call in at 303-477-5600. Do join me on Saturday at 1.30 out at the USMC Memorial. There will be a great presentation event in honor of our veterans and Veterans Day. And you can get more information by going to usmcmemorialfoundation.org. That is usmcmemorialfoundation.org. I’m talking with Dr. Thomas Copeland. He is the director of research at the Centennial Institute, and he has a very important piece, Colorado Sex Trafficking Crisis. And first of all, Dr. Copeland, Joe, during the break, producer Joe said he was just staggered, staggering amount, 300,000 kids that we don’t know where they are. That is unconscionable that that could happen in the United States of America.
SPEAKER 18 :
Yeah, it really is. And of course, we have to hope and pray that the vast majority of those children are not stuck in trafficking. But it’s clear that there are tens of thousands of people who are caught in that. It’s estimated that probably 400,000 people in the US are in some form of bondage or slavery. So a chunk of that is labor trafficking, but a huge chunk of that is sex trafficking as well. And one of the things that motivated me to write this piece, was there a couple of new studies that are out, including one from the Common Sense Institute right here in town, talking about what you call commercial sex trafficking at large scale. And we are the 10th worst state in the country for sex trafficking. which is interesting because we’re not really aware of it. We don’t use it in the opening, but we’re just not really watching or paying attention or hearing a lot about this. So here’s the thing. We’re 10th worst in the country. There were 84 confirmed cases of sex trafficking in 2023, and that’s up not quite double from 2016, but it’s up significantly, maybe 75%. And most of those are focused in a couple of counties and maybe not surprisingly a lot along I-25, but Adams, El Paso, Jefferson, Denver, Larimer, and then Boulder County actually jumped from seventh to third up in 2023. But I think the thing is because there are so few cases that go to trial and so on or lead to the arrest of traffickers and so on, it’s part of why it goes along kind of quietly because we’re just not aware of it. It does not make the news. But there clearly are still thousands of cases that go unreported, and that’s based probably just on the work of these nonprofits that work with trafficking victims who will tell them, well, oh, yes, I was in a house with six other girls or whatever. So they get a sense of the much larger numbers of those who are trafficked. But we just, again, we just don’t hear about it on the news. And victims are often reluctant to reach out. Sometimes they don’t really realize that this is what’s happening to them. In the case of migrants who have come from, let’s say, well, Mexico and Central America especially, you know, the police forces in those countries are pretty broken and pretty corrupt. And a lot of people just don’t trust law enforcement. So there’s a concern, especially for migrants who are trafficked, that they’re just reluctant to come forward because they don’t trust the police either. So it’s really a challenge to find these victims.
SPEAKER 07 :
You know, Dr. Copeland, I’ve been thinking about this. And, of course, it’s tragic that Coloradans enshrined taxpayer-funded abortion into our Constitution. And so many of abortion has been a hot-button issue. And women have said, my body, my choice. There’s been that component over there. But there is a very dark side of abortion, and that is these… young women and girls that are being trafficked, there’s a direct correlation, I think, between, and in Colorado, at the age of 12, you can start to make medical decisions. So this whole thing is interwoven, I think, regarding trafficking and abortion, taxpayer-funded abortions. I think all of that is tragically connected, Dr. Copeland.
SPEAKER 18 :
Well, I agree entirely. Of course, without getting into too much detail, traffickers want their want their victims to be as available as possible. And you know, they can’t afford you would say having one of their, one of their trafficking victims you know, out of commission for nine months to have a child. And so they, you know, they frequently will take them to an abortion clinic and, or sometimes using methapristone and so on to abort their children. So this is happening to children as young as 11 and 12 years old. One of the studies I found said that as many as 30% of trafficking survivors say they were forced to undergo multiple abortions. And so, right, it’s connected to the dark. It’s already a dark side. the abortion industry, you know, Planned Parenthood is only interested in making profits off killing children. And now what’s going to happen in Colorado, at least, is that not only will Planned Parenthood continue to make money from, including from sex trafficking victims who are forced to have abortions, but now we’ll be on the hook for it too. Taxpayers will have to fund this. You know, part of the language of the amendment is use this particular word impede, right? Anything that might impede someone’s access to abortion is, is banned. Well, if they can’t afford it, then the impediment is money. So they, you know, taxpayers have to pay for it. Impede might be parental notification or impede might even be that, you know, Planned Parenthood would have to check, you know, check the identity of the person who brings a girl for an abortion to look for signs of sex trafficking. So, yes, the new amendment really compounds the problem for these trafficking victims. And now that Colorado has become such a hub for abortion, our out-of-state abortion rate has more than tripled, maybe four times higher than it was just a couple of years ago. We’re going to see more and more of this happening in our own state, in our own backyards.
SPEAKER 07 :
So what we have to do, I think, Dr. Copeland, is we have to engage in this cultural question. I know that it’s been a big political question, and I was reading something yesterday that they think that in – The next election cycle that abortion will not have the oomph that it’s had in the past election cycles. But that doesn’t mean that we I actually I think I prefer to get it out of the political realm. And then we have got to engage in this battle of ideas on a person-by-person basis to make the case for life, particularly here in Colorado, where we do have such aggressive abortion policies, which is now enshrined in our Constitution.
SPEAKER 18 :
Well, that’s absolutely right. And I think one of the challenges for those who are fighting against the amendment was probably funding. The pro-abortion side raised between $9 and $10 million, which is more than 10 times what the pro-life side had available. Once people learned exactly what this amendment does, not just taxpayer funding, but how extreme it is, and the fact that it really bans parental notification, in polls, people were much less likely to support it. But it was such an uphill battle. And I think maybe a lot of people were unaware. I think a lot of Christians were really unaware. I’m not sure how many churches were preaching and talking about it. I know that Catholic parishes across the state all had messages in the last month about the problems with this amendment and the importance of the pro-life cause. But, you know, we just didn’t have great turnout. We weren’t able to get people educated properly. in some ways, quickly enough. And unfortunately, you’re right, it’s now in our Constitution, and it’s going to take, I think you’re right, both in terms of personal messaging, I think supporting our pregnancy resource centers. And ultimately, I do think there’s still some things, I mean, unfortunately, politics is interested in you, even if you’re not interested in politics. I think we’re still going to see more things coming out of the state legislature. I think there are some things that can be done to push back against it. For example, the Democrats voted down a bill to increase mandatory minimum sentencing for traffickers. We’re worse than California. California actually has a pretty aggressive law on penalties for traffickers, and we’re not doing that. So I think it’s going to take work on all those fronts, our personal relationships with our neighbors and family, training young people, educating them on the harms of abortion, supporting the organizations that are doing good work in this area, and then, you know, where possible, chipping away at the edges of this trafficking problem.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, and very quickly, let’s just go through. You had some solutions on what can be done regarding this particular sex trafficking problem.
SPEAKER 18 :
Well, right. For the federal level, I mentioned President Trump closing the border. Our congressional delegation, our senators and congressmen in Washington need to hold Homeland Security accountable for this terrible oversight and just missing hundreds of thousands of children. And we need to make a higher priority, I think, of prosecuting sex trafficking cases. For Colorado, as I mentioned, we’ve got sanctuary cities. They’re undermining the rule of law. They attract illegal immigration. And we need to step up and say, no, sanctuary cities are a violation of the Constitution. Certainly, state and local resources, you know, our district attorney’s offices, local police, you know, they need task forces. They need the ability to have officers and investigators who can track down these victims and get them home. Um, medical professionals, you know, again, um, many of the younger women who go for abortions at clinics, um, you know, there are signs if one is trained, but they may also go to a regular doctor’s office or urgent care for other needs for STDs and so on. And so I think that would, that would be useful to get more medical professionals trained. And finally, Just, you know, Planned Parenthood and other providers should be required to report on the age of people who are under 18 who are seeking an abortion because that will give us some indication. Anytime a child under 18 is pregnant, there’s a high likelihood that something terrible has happened to create that situation for them.
SPEAKER 07 :

The center is located in Pueblo. And Pueblo is known as the home of heroes because there were four Medal of Honor recipients that all grew up in Pueblo and they were all living at the same time. And so in honor of Veterans Day, Drew Dix, who’s one of the co-founders of the Center for American Values, we recorded an interview regarding these Medal of Honor recipients and also what the Center for American Values is doing. That will broadcast this Sunday on America’s Veterans Stories. But again, check out their website. That is AmericanValuesCenter.org. If you want to call in, 303-477-5600. Text line is 720-605-0647. And this is from Jenny. She said, and leftists have the audacity to say they are the party fighting against slavery, another sign of their hypocrisy. She’s absolutely spot on. We’ve got Action Anne on the line. Action Anne, what’s on your radar?
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, I want to remember and remind listeners that Jared Polis, January of 2010, said, sponsored under Title IX that a child determines their gender. It took him five more years to get 100 percent of the Democrats and two Rhino Republicans to sign on to that bill to pass. So that’s where part of the problem starts with this sexual confusion. And also he sponsored a bill sometime in Congress that if a U.S. congressperson was accused of sex assault, that case was sealed and paid by the public, I mean by the taxpayers, right? So we have a history of this Mr. – actually his name – he was born – his original name was Jared Polis Scutz. But when he had a police record in 1999, he changed in about April of 2000 to switch his name to be Jared Scutz Polis instead of Jared Polis Scutz. So there was no police record you could find on Mr. Polis, who was running for the state education board, the Colorado Board of Education. So people couldn’t see that he had this police record. And he won by 90 votes in a 1.6 million cast ballot vote. Okay. So only 90 votes did he win by. Okay. That’s a point and four zeros and a five, I think, percentage win. So he’s got a history of such criminality with sexual-related issues, right? I just want people to know that. And if you go to frankspeech.com, you can hear Tina Peters in prison. There are interviews with her in prison, so get to frankspeech.com, because this is all connected to Polis, okay? He appoints the appellate judges, as well as the Supreme Court judges and the district judges. So our court systems in Colorado are just scary.
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, thank you, Action Anne. And she brings up an interesting point, which one of our other listeners brought up as well. And in fact, I’m pretty sure that I had the book. And so Polis’s mother is Susan Polis Schutz. That’s S-C-H-U-T-Z. And they were the founders of Blue Mountain Arts, made a ton of money on that. But, yes, that is my understanding is that Jared Polis, his last name was Schutz, that’s S-C-H-U-T-Z. And that is my understanding of what Action Anne described there. We are – the veil is off. on all of this. And now that it is, we need to speak truth, we need to be active, talking with our friends and our family, and we need to reclaim truth here in our country. So now we have Gammy on the line. Gammy, what is on your radar? Good morning. And it’s Schultz, S-C-H-U-L-T-Z. That’s the family. Well, you know what? I’m looking at it right now, and on the Internet it says S-C-H-U-T-Z.
SPEAKER 09 :
Wow, that’s crazy. But you’re right. They own the Blue Mountain Card Company.
SPEAKER 07 :
Right, right.
SPEAKER 09 :
Okay, here’s the deal. Here’s the deal. You had this gentleman, Mr. Copeland, on, and he was – grazing on it, but it’s so much bigger than the numbers that he has. Literally 50 million people worldwide are currently enslaved, either sexually or commerce, you know, work some way. And also, The whole thing about the children, the numbers are greater than anyone could fathom. And it’s $150 billion a year industry to sexually abuse these toddlers and children and women and men and boys and then sell their body parts when they’re done using them up. It’s better than fentanyl. So it’s horrible. Let me tell you something. There’s also groups like ARC, ARC, and, of course, Tim Ballard’s group, Our Rescue, are all doing major work to expose it. And our own departments of… Human services and all, they don’t even vet half these people that they put kids in touch with. But it’s worse than that even because we might have won an election. We know that the machines are the things that are corrupted. This goes all the way back to the cartel del Sol in Venezuela. who has spent trillions and taken over a dozen or more countries, interrupting both smartmatic dominion connect to each other. And they have done this on ways that they keep the intellectual property inside the machine. So you’re not going to find the theft. You’re not going to find the steal. It’s way past any barrier. And way up our cyber experts know it, like Sean Smith, Clay Parikh, Mark Cook, Mike Lindell, Joe Altman, they all tried to expose it for four years. So we need to dig deeper than just a surface. Yes, there’s other cheating, you know, everything. But the first thing that I wanted to bring to you today is StolenElectionsFacts.com. That gentleman was CIA, and he exposed Gary Bernstein. And he exposed what really has been happening. And we need to know that locally is the only way we are going to take America back. Even though Donald Trump might have won, we as local communities have got to dig in because they’re embedded everywhere. And if we’re going to save our children… The schools have to stop grooming them completely. Laws have to be passed to stop the theft of parents and children.
SPEAKER 07 :
Right. Gammy, I can’t believe how informed she is on all of these different issues. And she is absolutely correct that we each need to step up ourselves. When I say locally, the first place that we start is with ourselves. And I know that many people are busy taking care of their families, trying to keep everything together. But all of us need to choose one thing, at least one thing, and the thing that keeps us up at night. And we need to become involved in that and be active and engaged in that so that we can reclaim our country and the dignity of human beings, the sanctity of life. And this great idea of America that all men are created equal with these rights from God of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. And when children are being held in any kind of slavery or our young people are dying from fentanyl, that is not life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. So we must work to reclaim that. Our quote for the end of the show, I went to William Kalper and he said this. He said, the spirit breathes upon the word and brings the truth to sight. So today, be grateful, read great books, think good thoughts, listen to beautiful music, communicate and listen well, live honestly and authentically, strive for high ideals, and like Superman, stand for truth, justice, and the American way. My friends, you are not alone. God bless you, and God bless America.
SPEAKER 04 :
We’re talking about freedom We will fight for the right to live in freedom
