So many people have asked about the new training requirements that are going into effect per House Bill 1174. which passed. Governor Polis signed it. Even some gun stores in the area are telling people that the stricter requirements to apply for your concealed handgun permit and this new law goes into effect on January 1st, but it does not. Read your bills, people. This law doesn’t go into effect until July 1st of 2025. So look it up. first paragraph of the summary. It says, under existing law, an applicant for a permit to carry a concealed handgun must demonstrate competence with a handgun. An applicant may demonstrate competence with a handgun in a number of ways, including by completing a training class offered by a certified instructor within 10 years before submitting an application for a permit. Pursuant to the act, beginning July 1st, 2025, an applicant may demonstrate competence with a handgun by completing a training class only if the class satisfies the minimum standards for a training class described below. And the applicant completes the class within one year before submitting an application for a permit. And the rest of the, it’s not for you. It’s for me to worry about and people like me. This all instructor’s job to create a course that meets the legal requirements. So there you go. Just wanted to set that record straight for those of you who may be panicking. because you think that you’re running out of time as we’re heading into the new year. You’re not. You have plenty of time to do what you need to do. So as you know, I like to talk about the stuff that most other people don’t talk about, or at least I guess in a way or from a perspective that others won’t talk about or don’t think about. So if you want to discuss anything I’m talking about today, please give us a call at 303-477-5600 and let’s chat about it. We received our yearly Christmas package from my in-laws today. Oh, my gosh. Not only are there the pretty gifts that are always in there, which is so exciting, but my mother-in-law includes shortbread and cookies and a couple different flavors of quick breads. And might I add that my mother-in-law makes the best shortbread in the entire world. And that’s a problem. Her cookies melt in your mouth fast. it’s just insane. Although I can say that UPS or USPS or whoever delivers it, they don’t really take much care in these packages because the cookies always come in pieces, but damn, those pieces are good. I always look forward to this package every year, but my waistline hates me for it, so whatever. I will be embarking on my yearly candy making on Thursday and Friday. I always make soft buttery caramels, like salted caramels and almond toffee. And of course, I have to sample everything I make. So it’s a problem, you guys. I’m sure many of you are in the same boat. So I’m going to start today talking about the possibility of Trump doing away with daylight savings time. We’re going to start light. And I’ll start by saying this. Why do we recognize daylight saving time anyway? What is the point? They use all kinds of reasoning like better energy consumption or giving farmers an extra hour to work their fields or whatever. From the History Channel, I want you guys to hear this. Here’s how Daylight Savings Time got its start. Check this out. Daylight Savings.
SPEAKER 02 :
Twice a year, we change the clocks to get an extra hour of sunshine. But this practice has much darker origins than you might expect. History explains Daylight Savings Time. Benjamin Franklin jokingly theorized about shifting daylight hours while he lived in France. Yet the idea wouldn’t gain momentum until Englishman William Willett published his Waste of Daylight pamphlet in 1907. If the clock was shifted up an hour in the spring, he argued, people would save money by not lighting their homes for an additional hour at night. The British government didn’t enact Willett’s proposal, but nine years later, the enemy did. Germany and Austria-Hungary decided to adopt Willett’s plan in an effort to conserve resources in the heat of World War I. Most other countries fighting in the war soon followed. So remember, the next time you spring forward or fall back, it took a world war to give us our first national taste of daylight savings.
SPEAKER 01 :
So that’s how it got its start in a nutshell. And I know people on both sides of this argument, but personally, I hate it. I hate it. I don’t mind the fallback, I guess, so much because, you know, I mean, I don’t like it to get darker early or whatever. But I’m going to explain more about that in a second. At least we get an extra hour of sleep, right? On that Sunday morning, you wake up and, you know, you feel a little bit more refreshed and you think, oh, my gosh, I feel so great. And you look at the clock and it’s 7 o’clock. That means your body thinks it’s 8 o’clock. So whatever. But think about this. Just because the clock changes doesn’t mean there are more or fewer hours in the day. The sun still rotates around us in the same amount of time. You see what I did there as a flat earther? Luke, you see what I did there? The sun rotates around us. But the number of daylight hours doesn’t change. Only the clocks change, right? And I have to insert here a problem with Word Editor, okay? As I’m writing out my notes… And I’m typing the above sentence. The sentence reads, just because the clock changes doesn’t mean there are more or fewer hours in the day. That was the sentence. The editor in Word wanted me to change the word doesn’t to don’t. What is that? As I’m typing the paragraph, I just spoke, it did it again. Who programs this Word editor? Because I’m sorry, that’s not proper. Just because the clock changes don’t mean there are more or fewer hours? Does that sound right to you? Oh, my gosh. Anyway, good grief. Anyway, the reason for implementing daylight savings time turned out to be all a bunch of BS. The idea of energy consumption goes out the window. They wanted more daylight hours in the summer to keep people from having to turn on their lights. But that point is moot when you consider that our AC units are running like crazy for an extra hour. So that’s going to be a wash, right? At least a wash. I think AC probably runs, consumes a little more energy than a light bulb, right? So there are also studies that suggest a change in time, particularly the one in the spring where we spring forward. They have negative effects on your health. A professor from Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, and she’s also the director of the sleep division, her name is Beth Ann Morrow, she suggests there is a link between daylight savings time and incidence of heart attacks, strokes, and a disruption in the circadian rhythm, leading to more health problems. In an article from theconversation.com, springing forward is hard on the body. This is because our clock time is moved an hour later. In other words, it feels like 7 a.m., even though our clocks say it’s 8 a.m. So it’s a permanent shift to later morning for almost eight months. This is particularly notable because morning light is valuable for helping to set the body’s natural rhythm. It wakes us up and improves alertness. Although the exact reasons are not yet known, this may be due to light’s effects on increasing levels of cortisol. a hormone that modulates the stress response or the effect of light on the amygdala, a part of the brain involved in emotions. In contrast, exposure to light later into the evening delays the brain’s release of melatonin, the hormone that promotes a drowsiness. This can interfere with sleep and cause us to sleep less overall, and the effect can last even after most people adjust to losing that hour of sleep in the start of daylight savings time. Because puberty also causes melatonin to be released later at night, meaning that teenagers have a delay in the natural signal that helps them fall asleep, adolescents are particularly susceptible to sleep problems from the extended evening light of daylight savings time. This shift in melatonin during puberty lasts into our 20s. Adolescents may also be chronically sleep deprived due to school, sports, and social activity schedules. For instance, many children start school around 8 a.m. or earlier. This means that during daylight savings time, many young people get up and travel to school in pitch darkness. And then there is the western edge effect. So geography can also make a difference in how daylight savings time affects people. One study showed that people living on the western edge of a time zone who get light later in the morning and light later in the evening got less sleep than their counterparts on the eastern edge of a time zone. This study found that Western Edge residents had higher rates of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and breast cancer, as well as lower per capita income and higher health care costs. Other research has found that rates of certain other cancers are higher on the Western Edge of a time zone. Scientists believe that these health problems may result from a combination of chronic sleep deprivation and circadian misalignment. Circadian misalignment refers to a mismatch in timing between our biological rhythms and the outside world. In other words, the timing of daily work, school, or sleep routines is based on the clock rather than the sun’s rise and set. So I can attest to this western edge thing. My husband’s parents live in Great Falls, Montana. And I noticed immediately when I was there that it stays light much longer than it does here. Because, you know, if you look at the – I don’t know if it’s longitude or latitude, whatever. It doesn’t matter to me because I’m a flat earther, right? Oh, my gosh. But it just stays light there much longer because we’re on the western part of this time zone. So when we travel there in the summer, there’s still light in the sky at 10, 10 p.m., 10.30 p.m. So Trump, if you’re listening, just get rid of it. Get rid of it. I think it’s ridiculous. Like I said, the light does not change. The daylight hours do not change. It’s just the clock that changes, and then we have to adapt to the clock, and it’s ridiculous. We do enough adapting. We don’t have to adapt to that. So the burning question on everyone’s mind, and this Kim just was talking about this. The hour before me is about these drones. She kind of finished up the show with the drones. What’s up with the drones over New Jersey and elsewhere? And before I came on the air today, I actually saw a – let me see. I’ve got to find it here. The Gateway Pundit has a headline. It’s kind of a breaking news headline, and it reads this. U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission releases report confirming radioactive material lost in transit. Do you guys remember that? A while back, like maybe six months ago, eight months ago, where the radioactive stuff was lost and nobody knew where it was. A shipping container arrives damaged and empty in New Jersey. So it could have something to do with that. It seems like Kim Monson’s guest had kind of suggested that it could be a sniffer, some kind of a sniffer looking for radioactive materials and stuff like that. So my thinking goes back to that whole Chinese spy balloon thing that was floating around over the country. You guys remember that. I mean, who could forget, right? flying over sensitive military installations and just continued floating through the country until we finally destroyed it over the Atlantic Ocean, I think off the coast of South Carolina or something. But I’m sorry, you can’t tell me that our government doesn’t know what these things are and what they’re doing. If they really don’t know anything about them, then we’re in more trouble than we can possibly fathom. I want you guys to listen to this piece that I found today from TikTok on the possible origins of these drones. Check this out.
SPEAKER 04 :
So we now have an update on the origin of the drones, thanks to some amazing research by FFA Family over on X. It seems to be that the drones belong to one of three companies, all of which have Department of Defense contracts. From every image we’ve seen of these drones, they match what these companies produce. So the only real question is, What is the government trying to hide here? Because really, like I said before, there’s only two realities. One, where it was government doing this. Or two, we have a government so incompetent that we can’t protect our own skies. And look, I know that our government is incompetent. I know that they generally suck at everything they do, but they’ve rarely been so blatantly bad at their jobs that things could just fly in the sky above New Jersey, New York, and Langley, all these important places. But now we’re pretty sure these drones are coming from companies here in the United States, and each of those companies has government contracts. So again, the only question is… What’s the government trying to hide? What are they trying to do to the American people? And if they’re not trying to do anything and they’re just trying to distract us, what could they possibly be distracting us from?
SPEAKER 01 :
So, yeah, yeah. What what is this? What is this? Is it a distraction? Speculation is off the chart right now, as you know. You guys probably have your own opinions and speculations on what these could be. Some people say it’s Iran and they launched these drones from an underwater mothership. I think there was actually a legislator that came out with something like that. Maybe it’s our own government spying on us. Maybe it’s aliens from outer space, whatever. Y’all know how I feel about that. But and some people think that it is Iran and that they’re all here to in some kind of a major plan to take Trump out before the inauguration. So I don’t know. I don’t know what they are. I don’t know what they’re doing, why they’re doing it. But up Chuck Schumer is taking full advantage of this mystery and asking for more money from the Department of Homeland Security or for the Department of Homeland Security to investigate them. But I’m sure that all that money that we don’t even have will be put to good use, investigating something that they likely already know about, if for no other reason than to launder that money through a couple defense contractors and stick it back in Schumer’s pocket. Because that’s usually how it goes, right? I don’t have a clue what they could be, but I’m pretty confident in saying they’re probably not up there doing us any favors. That’s just my opinion. If you have an opinion on that, give me a call, 303-477-5600. I’d love to hear what you think. Until then, let’s talk a little bit about health. Now, I want to see what kind of impact RFK Jr. is going to have as head of HHS. And before we get into that whole thing, I want to touch on a form of what I would consider medical malpractice and what they call gender affirming care. Now, you guys know, if you’ve listened to me at all, you know how I feel about this whole gender affirming trans thing. I think I said it last week that if you’re over the age of 18 and you think you’re in the wrong body, then you’re mentally ill. And if you’re under the age of 18 and you think you’re in the wrong body, your parents are mentally ill. But I’ve had arguments with people on social media who seem to be willfully ignorant to what’s actually happening with these doctors who are all on board with this kind of medical intervention. They’ll tell me, doctors are not doing these procedures on minors. And I would like to say, yes, they are. It is complete BS that you even have that assertion. And if you did any kind of research, you would know better. And I suggest that you do it. From an article in the Daily Wire, celebrated trans doctor sued for medical negligence over removal of 14-year-old girl’s breasts. The article says, a doctor… celebrated as America’s best-known practitioner of youth gender medicine, is being sued for medical negligence by a former patient, a young girl who underwent transition and now feels she was deeply betrayed. 20-year-old Kaya Clementine Breen accuses Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy of fast-tracking her attempted gender transition, including puberty blockers, hormones, and a double mastectomy. when she was a young teenager. Her lawyers argue that Olson Kennedy, the therapist she referred Breen to, the surgeon who removed Breen’s breasts, and other medical professionals are all guilty of medical negligence for rushing Breen through procedures that have deeply and negatively impacted her future. It says, quote, Clementine is a female who suffered from a complex, multifaceted array of mental health symptoms as a child and adolescent, the complaint states. She is also a survivor of multiple instances of sexual abuse as a child and adolescent, something that was never explored, addressed, or discussed by defendants in the course of their purported treatment. The lawsuit continues. Her presentation of symptoms and concerns included, among other things, anxiety, depression, autism, undiagnosed PTSD, potential bipolarism, as has been suggested by one of her psychiatrists, ongoing confusion regarding her gender, and eventually psychosis, including audio and visual hallucinations, panic attacks, and paranoia. Her family also has a lengthy history of mental health issues. She needed psychotherapy to evaluate, assess, and treat her complex comorbid mental health symptoms. She didn’t get these things. Quote, instead, she was fast-tracked onto the conveyor belt of irreversibly damaging puberty blockers at age 12, cross-sex hormones at age 13, and gender-affirming surgery at age 14. It goes on, Clementine’s providers deliberately, grossly, and recklessly breached the standard of care in this case, as discussed above, by, among other things, failing to adequately assess and treat Clementine’s complex array of mental health symptoms and prior trauma before prescribing irreversible and life-altering medications and performing surgery, the complaint states. Instead, the defendants coerced Clementine and her parents with the threat of suicide, presentation of false information, and concealment of full information into an ill-advised experimental course of chemical-slash-surgical imitation sex change treatment that was utterly unsupported by any reliable medical research. This so-called treatment of Clementine by her providers represents a despicable failed medical experiment by a knowing, deliberate, and gross breach of the standard of care that was substantially certain to cause serious harm. But here’s the kicker. This is what I want you to hear. The lawsuit is one of a number of cases brought by the detransitioners in recent years, okay? a number of cases. This one is particularly significant given that Olson Kennedy leads the Center for Trans Youth at Los Angeles Children’s Hospital and is widely considered the most notable youth gender medicine clinician in the world. It goes on. Last month, Olson Kennedy revealed to New York Times that she purposefully stopped the publication of a $10 million taxpayer-funded study into puberty blockers and their effects on American children. Olson-Kennedy had hoped the study would show that puberty blockers improve children’s mental health, and her study found no evidence that was the case. She said, quote, I do not want our work to be weaponized, she told the Times. It has to be exactly on point, clear, and concise, and that takes time. Notes from Olson-Kennedy’s meetings with Breen indicate that Olson-Kennedy immediately started Breen on the transition route during their first visit. Breen had not yet met with a gender therapist nor seen a psychologist about her gender dysphoria, and Olson-Kennedy had not performed a mental health evaluation. Three months later, three months, people, Breen was able to get puberty blockers. Less than a year later, Olsen-Kennedy prescribed her testosterone, and in May of 2019, 14-year-old Breen underwent a double mastectomy. Olsen-Kennedy reportedly told Breen’s parents that she was suicidal and would kill herself if they did not agree to cross-sex hormone therapy. So this doctor, if that’s what you want to call this cretin, also wrote in a letter to Breen’s surgeon that Breen had, quote, endorsed a male gender identity since childhood, a statement that contradicted Olson’s own records. Olson Kennedy, that doctor, whatever you want to call her. So don’t sit here and tell me that this stuff isn’t happening and that there aren’t doctors out there who are willing to do whatever it takes to to get these kids this gender-affirming care without even diving into their history, without diving into their mental health. They’ll just start chopping stuff off, start giving hormones, pumping them full of these puberty blockers and hormones, and then start chopping stuff off. Don’t tell me it doesn’t happen because it does. It does. And, you know, these incidents of people wanting to detransition, Not all of them end up in lawsuits, so we only hear about a few of them. So if you’re one of those people who don’t believe this kind of thing happens, and I could name names right now, and I’m not going to, but I’ve argued with people left and right about this stuff. I’ve posted articles. I’ve posted research, all the things, and they either tell me that I’m ridiculous and that I’m in a cult, and then they block me or whatever. So they just don’t want to hear it. Maybe it’s rare. Obviously, it’s quite rare, but that’s no excuse. It shouldn’t be happening at all. Even one of these cases is too many, if you ask me, right? So when we come back from break, I’m going to dive a little bit into Karen Kingston on Substack. I’m telling you, you’ve got to follow Karen Kingston on Substack. We’ll be right back with all this stuff about COVID and the upcoming shenanigans that might be pulled. We’ll be right back.

SPEAKER 01 :
And we are back. I was just kind of going off about this lawsuit that was filed by a young person who underwent a double mastectomy at the behest of this doctor named Olson Kennedy. And, you know, my beef with the medical industrial complex is what it is. But there are so many people involved in this medical… tyranny, I’ll call it, that it goes above and beyond doctors and nurses and that kind of stuff. So Karen Kingston has a sub stack. If you don’t know who Karen Kingston is, she is a researcher that dove deep into the whole COVID-19 pandemic, if you want to call it that, the vaccines and so on. So on December 4th, 2024, the coronavirus pandemic report came out and has inspired hope for justice in prosecuting U.S. federal agencies and individuals who engaged in egregious acts of willful injury against Americans and global citizens while frequently citing 18 U.S.C. 1001 that states it’s a crime to lie to Congress. The congressional report also ignited controversy amongst many members of the medical freedom movement. The major point of controversy comes from one bullet point on page two of Chairman Brad Wenstrup’s opening letter for the 557-page subcommittee report. And it says, quote, Operation Warp Speed was a tremendous success and a model to build upon in the future. The vaccines, which are now probably better characterized as therapeutics, undoubtedly save millions of lives by diminishing likelihood of severe disease and death. Okay, now stay with me on this. This statement, combined with Trump’s and RFK Jr.’ ‘s recent Mar-a-Lago meeting with the CEO of Pfizer, Eli Lilly, and Pharma, it’s P-H-R-M-A, are causing many health freedom leaders to contemplate if every current and even future government official of our federal legislative and judicial branches under Trump is inevitably a deep state operative. Some medical freedom influencers continue to assert that we are simply watching more good cop, bad cop theater. A question naysayers raise is, why would House Representative Winstrip make a key point in the coronavirus pandemic report be the COVID-19 vaccines undoubtedly saved millions of lives, unless everyone involved in the government, including Congress, were deep state operatives? because naysayers and their followers only read the first two pages of the 557-page report. Select experts, again, jumped to conclusions about the intentions of President Trump and Congress without reading the complete document that they provided their expert opinions on. Just like with the Operation Warp Speed contract, which separates Pfizer from the U.S. military and government, thereby opening Pfizer up for liability. Pfizer’s internal SBDD research and development on the invention and manufacturing of the SARS-2 spike proteins, verifying the ingredient of graphene oxide, and the laws regarding childhood vaccines, which hold manufacturers liable if they intentionally misrepresent or withhold safety or injury and death data. What the coronavirus pandemic congressional report actually says about vaccine safety, efficacy, and injuries and data says Biden administration unlawfully issued vaccine mandates causing mass harm and injuries. The COVID-19 vaccines are ineffective and not vaccines. Page 2, bullet 3 of Winstrip’s introductory letter opens up the legitimate debate to drop legal immunity for the federal government as well as those corporations that mandated the shots by delineating the COVID-19 injections as therapeutics, not vaccines. The vaccines, which are now probably better characterized as therapeutics. Safety and efficacy claims were based on political agendas, not science. The report calls out that not only did the vaccine mandates cause unintended consequences, disease, disabilities, and death, but the mandates were not based in science. When Biden issued the September 9th, 2021 federal vaccine mandate, the federal government had evidence that the COVID-19 vaccines do not prevent infections from or protect against transmission of the virus. Ninth Circuit rules that Americans have the right to challenge CDC and government COVID-19 facts in court. Ted, I’m going to take your call real quick. What do you got for me?
SPEAKER 03 :
I haven’t heard this said before about transitioning, and I don’t get it. If the medical establishment believes that you can give a girl boy hormones and turn a girl into a boy or vice versa, then certainly giving a confused girl girl hormones or a confused boy boy hormones to strengthen their natural identity is Does that ever even get tried if someone is uncertain or feeling?
SPEAKER 01 :
Yeah, that’s a really, really good point. Like maybe they’re just deficient in those hormones and maybe bolstering that would give them a little, you know, a little boost in identifying as their natural sex. That’s a really good point. I’ve never even heard that before. So, yay. Thank you. Just give it a try. Okay.
SPEAKER 03 :
You know, I’d like to see this talked up. Thank you very much for your show.
SPEAKER 01 :
Yep. Absolutely. Ted, thank you for calling. So Ninth Circuit rules that Americans have the right to challenge CDC and government COVID-19 facts in court. Congress’s assertion that the COVID-19 vaccines clinical claims were based on politics, not science. is in alignment with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in June 2024 ruling that plaintiffs have the right to reasonably challenge the government’s claim that COVID-19 injections are safe and effective vaccines in a court of law. Congress appears to be more willing to open up the federal government and employers to a litany of lawsuits for mandating the shots. The Ninth Circuit Court ruled, quote, but we do not take judicial notice of the truth of the claims made in such written or oral statements. denying request for judicial notice of article where the government does not concede that the facts included are beyond dispute. For these reasons, LAUSD’s motion to dismiss is denied, vacated, and remanded. Congress concludes COVID-19 facts were CCP propaganda. Are you with me on this? The Ninth Circuit’s ruling is critical because the U.S. government acted in a coordinated and coercive way to harm the American people under the guise of public health safety. The U.S. government uses propaganda to control what information the American people accept as true information. by labeling anything that challenges the official narrative as Russian disinformation, as we all know, right? And that’s kind of a thing. We always hear, no matter what it is, it’s Russian disinformation, whether it’s Hunter’s laptop or COVID-19 stuff or any of the dossier or the Russia, Russia, Russia impeachment stuff, whatever it is. So the congressional report points out that what the U.S. government and government representatives called Russian disinformation regarding the origins of COVID and likely the safety of the vaccines was not Russian disinformation, but propaganda from the Chinese Communist Party perpetuated by the WHO and the NIH. Congress asserts COVID-19 vaccines had adverse events that must be investigated. Not only does Congress support RFK Jr.’ ‘s efforts to audit the COVID-19 vaccines injuries, But Congress provides guidance on which government databases RFK Jr. with the HHS must audit, differentiating between passive and active surveillance systems. And then so passive surveillance, the congressional report explains federal health agencies participate in a variety of interwoven pharma covigilance efforts, including both passive and active surveillance. Passive surveillance is the collection of unsolicited reports from adverse events that are sent to a centralized database. The federal government’s preemptive or preeminent passive surveillance system is VAERS. And we all know what VAERS is, right? That’s the vaccine adverse event recording system, I think. Per the October 22, 2022 Kingston report, passive surveillance is defined as prior to FDA approval, The reporting of any side effect, so that’s symptom disease or death, caused by Pfizer’s COVID-19 injections was passive, consisting mostly of VAERS and Pfizer’s responsibility to notify the FDA if they observed any safety outcomes of interest. Active surveillance includes the BEST and CMS database. The congressional report goes on to explain that HHS had a responsibility responsibility to also engage in active surveillance of serious adverse events and deaths caused by the COVID-19 injections using the best CMS, VSD, and V-safe database. It says, quote, active surveillance involves proactively gathering and analyzing data to verify signals found via passive surveillance or to detect new ones. 1378, the federal government’s primary avenues for active surveillance are FDA, CBER, Sentinel, Best System, CMS data, CDC’s VSD, and V-safe systems. Then U.S. Congress, this is the report in December 2024. Per the October 22, 2022 Kingston report, she says active surveillance means that HHS and the FDA’s CBER-CDRH were obligated to take an active role with near real-time surveillance of side effects and safety outcomes of interest caused by the COVID-19 injections using the best incentives for Medicare and Medicaid services. I guess that’s what CMS is, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. So their electronic records system that they have. So that’s what was in her report in 2022. Best in CMS provided access to over 300 million lives and billions of health care claims. The congressional report goes on to explain how departments and individuals with HHS abdicated their legal duties to present the health claims. of the American people by failing or duties to protect the health of the American people by failing to inform the public of safety signals. In other words, HHS and Pfizer failed in their legal duties to inform the American people of the millions of serious diseases, disabilities, hospitalizations, birth defects, including stillbirths and deaths that were recorded in these government databases post COVID-19 injections. The next heading, is Congress going to act on behalf of the deep state and thwart RFK Jr.’ ‘s COVID-19 vaccine data audit or to stop the recall? She says, no, there isn’t a snowball’s chance in hell that Congress is going to attempt to stop RFK Jr.’ ‘s data audit of the COVID-19 vaccine injuries and deaths, nor is Congress going to try and stop RFK Jr.’ ‘s order to recall the mRNA injections from the market. which will happen within a hundred days of Trump taking office and likely much, much sooner. A typical recall takes seven days or less to complete. Congress will demand RFK Jr. run the vaccine injury reports. Reagan’s National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, or NCVIA, requires Health and Human Services to provide reporting of adverse reactions so that the government can recall reactogenic, which means harmful or lethal, vaccine batches and lots quickly in order to reduce the risk of adverse reactions to vaccines. 42 USC 300 AA specifically states, In the administration of this part and other pertinent laws under the jurisdiction of the Secretary, the Secretary shall, and it says, make or assure improvements in and otherwise use the authorities of the Secretary with respect to the licensing, manufacturing, processing, testing, labeling, warning, use instructions, distribution, storage, administration, field surveillance, adverse reaction reporting and recall of reactogenic lots or batches of vaccines and research on vaccines in order to reduce the risk of adverse reactions to vaccines. The NCVIA laws also require HHS to submit a vaccine safety report across all childhood vaccines to Congress within two years of December 1987 and periodically thereafter. So there you have it. Of course, you’re not hearing about this congressional report because, I mean, I know many of you have taken the vaccine. Maybe some of you are happy that you took it and continue to get boosted. I’m not really sure why, but, you know, it’s something that was never – as you know, was never fully researched. The package inserts on these vaccine vials were left blank intentionally. There’s a reason for that. And there’s a reason why, I mean, why would they mandate something that hasn’t been fully tested? And this is one point of contention that I have with Trump as well, that he continued to talk about the vaccine and how great it was and how it was his greatest accomplishment ever. And on and on and on. And I just, I don’t get it other than something nefarious. Sorry. That’s the way that I feel about it. So go follow Karen Kingston. She is a firebrand when it comes to researching these vaccines. And of course the deep state hates her for it. She has been hit from every angle that one could possibly be hit for putting her research out there. And along the same lines and with respect to vaccines, and what’s still in the works for we the people. Bill Gates is in the news again, and it seems it’s never for anything good. As I sit here and type on my computer with a Windows 11 operating system that Microsoft developed, I think to myself, how odd is it that he went from creating computer software to helping create and promote medical interventions? How does that work? But he is full steam ahead with his depopulation agenda through disease X now. And we will be hearing more about this, trust me. This new disease will be the catalyst for forever lockdowns in 15-minute cities across the Western world. Bill Gates has been doing tabletop exercises with the World Economic Forum. Governments are quietly implementing laws requiring forced vaccination and And Klaus Schwab is dropping hints about the end of America. Now, Klaus Schwab, World Economic Forum. In a name, World Economic Forum, what the hell do they have to do with any medical mandates or pandemics or any – what do they have to do with any of that? Don’t you think that’s kind of a front for something else? Yeah, because it kind of is. So three years ago, Bill Gates was on Stephen Colbert’s show, and he was talking about the final solution for humanity. And that’s how he worded it, the final solution. And then Colbert called him out and said that he probably shouldn’t rile up the conspiracy theorists by using that term final solution. And Gates just laughed and laughed, and they laughed together, and he’s like, right, yeah, right. So the return to normal solution, he kind of corrected himself and said the return to normal solution, which we all know is BS, right? So you guys know how I feel about the COVID vaccine. I’ve kind of made that crystal clear, I think. And now that more time has passed and the stuff that I’ve read and the stuff that I’ve watched, a lot of information regarding the entire childhood vaccine schedule of like 17 different or 72 different vaccines before the kids, even two years old or something. I believe all vaccines are terrible and cause a myriad of problems, including autism, as you guys all know, but it doesn’t stop with just your typical childhood and COVID vaccines. The World Health Organization says that disease X is looming, and they’re giving warnings. And ironically, a vaccine has already been developed for it. But it’s fine. I’m sure it’s fine. I’m sure everybody is just going to line up and roll up their sleeves and give me that needle. Tedros, what’s his face? I don’t even try to pronounce his name. He says that we can consider COVID-19 as the first disease X, and it may happen again, is what he says. So there is a lab in Great Britain. I think Porton Down is what I heard, known for its work. Now, the lab is infamous or known for their work in chemical warfare. and they are experimenting with disease X. So much like the SARS-CoV-2 gain-of-function lab experiments that were taking place at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in conjunction with the Department of Defense, right? So the fact that there’s already a vaccine for disease X that was developed in a lab that also produces compounds used in chemical warfare shouldn’t that tell you all you need to know even they’re saying that the 2025 flu vaccine likely contains some hideous cocktail that’s going to make everyone who takes it very sick and it’s all by design and you hear this stuff and i read this stuff and i’m like okay So why is it then that people will continue? I mean, I still know people that get boosted. They go in and get their boost, the whole booster thing. Why is that? So when disease X comes around this time, are you going to take it? Are you going to take the shot? Will you believe the narrative? And run to the store and just take yourself back to the summer of 2020. Or, you know, the end of 2019 when they started ramping up all the propaganda and all the tickers started showing up on your TV screen. And the number of deaths, the number of cases. And everything’s in red. And they just scared the pants off of everybody. Right? Right. But, you know, of course, me watching and listening to the sources that I watch and listen to, I wasn’t convinced. I mean, like I’ve always said, I was scared for a minute. Everybody was because we fell for it right off the bat because these people are very convincing in what they do and what they put out there. So I was convinced for a short time. that COVID may be more than just a bad cold. I was convinced that, I mean, I remember walking through the store and I, you know, for, for a while there, I was following those ridiculous arrows on the floor and I was trying to stay six feet away from people. And they, you know, the floor, the little feet prints that they had on the floor that were six feet apart and all that stuff. I did it. I did it and I fell for it. I sanitized my groceries when I got home. I sanitized things that I got from Amazon, you know, with a rag with some bleach water on it and, you know, wiped everything down before I put it away and wore my mask. And I remember walking through the store and somebody was walking in front of me and I’m thinking to myself, ooh, I’m passing through their air. Like they just passed through this space and now I’m breathing in the air that they breathed out. Ew! And I just remember thinking that way. And I think a lot of people did, some longer than others, obviously. I still see people running around in their cars with their masks on. But are you going to fall for it again? I really would love to know that if anybody is out there thinking, yeah, I kind of believe what they’ve got going on. I believe what they’re saying, and I really think that we’re going to – You know, this is going to be the end of civilization as we know it. But like I said, I’m sure it’s fine, right? It’s vital work to keep us all safe, according to a news report out of the UK. So this lab that’s working on this compound or working on chemical warfare already has developed the vaccine for disease X, and it’s fine. So yeah, you’re going to go run out and stock up on toilet paper and willingly lock yourself in your house and wear a mask when you’re out in public and all that stuff again, because I’m not. I sure as hell am not going to be doing any of those things. They can all get bent. You know, there’s a part of me that wonders, though, and this is where You know, you kind of flip-flop and you go back and forth and you kind of try to think like them. And, you know, it gets very confusing. But was COVID a test run to see how compliant we would all be? And then just launch this virus that’s, you know, 90% fatal or something. And then those of us who give them the double-barrel middle finger are aren’t wearing our masks, we’re not getting vaccinated, we’re not staying six feet apart, you know, the whole thing. Is that designed to take the rebels of this whole situation and, you know, eliminate us? Is that how it’s going to roll? Who knows? I don’t know. But the people who resist may end up taking a dirt nap, whatever. And to that, I say, oh, well, when it’s my time to go, it’s my time to go. I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees. And I hope a lot of you were in that same kind of boat. But here’s the deal. It was never about your health. Dr. Simon Goddick put this out on X and said, they told the unvaccinated to get the shot because it worked. Then they told the vaccinated to get a booster because it didn’t. Then they claimed the unvaccinated were endangering the vaccinated by not getting the shot that failed to protect the vaccinated. The circus was never about health. It was always about depopulation and control. So I guess we will see what kind of lies they can gin up this time and scare the bejesus out of everyone, the population at large. And we’ll see how many people comply with their new mandates and their new rules. Because as we know, we still see it. You can spend any amount of time at the airport and you’re going to see people running around with masks on their face. Spend any amount of time driving around and you’re going to see people running around in their cars with masks on their face. So alone. So that’s going to do it for me today, you guys. Thank you so much for spending the last 58 minutes with me on She and the Breeze. I appreciate it. Come down to Franktown Firearms and check us out. Until next Monday, same time, same bat channel.
