In this eye-opening episode, Kim Monson and her team explore the pressing issue of development versus property rights. With discussions focusing on local legislative impacts and controversial housing legislation, we shed light on the rampant social engineering happening in our communities. Join us as we strive for a conversation on freedom versus force, examining policies and their effects on human flourishing and prosperity.

SPEAKER 14 :
The socialization of transportation, education, energy, housing, and water. What it means is that government controls it through rules and regulations.
SPEAKER 21 :
The latest in politics and world affairs.
SPEAKER 14 :
Under this guise of bipartisanship and nonpartisanship, it’s actually tapping down the truth.
SPEAKER 21 :
Today’s current opinions and ideas.
SPEAKER 14 :
On an equal field in the battle of ideas, mistruths and misconceptions is getting us into a world of hurt.
SPEAKER 21 :
Is it freedom or is it force? Let’s have a conversation.
SPEAKER 14 :
Indeed, let’s have a conversation, and welcome to the Kim Monson Show. Thank you so much for joining us. You each are treasured, you’re valued, you have purpose. Today, strive for excellence, take care of your heart, your soul, your mind, and your body. My friends, we were made for this moment in history. And thank you to the team, that’s Producer Joe, Luke, Rachel, Zach, Echo, Charlie, Mike, Teresa, Amanda, and all the people here at Crawford Broadcasting. Happy Wednesday, Producer Joe. Happy Wednesday, Kim. And Wednesdays are Wings Day at Hooters Restaurants. You buy 20 wings, you get an additional 10 for free. And their locations are Loveland, Aurora, Lone Tree, Westminster, and Colorado Springs. And that’s for to-go or to dine-in. And how I got to know them, it’s a really important story about freedom and free markets and capitalism and PBIs, politicians, bureaucrats, and interested parties trying to control our lives. So a very important freedom story. How I Got to Know Them. You can find that at my website, which is KimMonson, M-O-N-S-O-N.com. While you’re there, make sure that you are signed up for our weekly email newsletter that goes out on Sundays. And it highlights our upcoming guests as well as our most recent essays. You can email me at Kim at Kim Monson dot com. Thank you to all of you who support us. We are an independent voice on an independent station. And we search for truth and clarity by looking at these issues through the lens of freedom versus force, force versus freedom. If something’s a good idea, you should not have to force people to do it. And it’s not compassionate nor altruistic to take other people’s stuff, whether or not it’s their rights, their property, their freedom, their livelihood, their opportunity, their childhoods. Their lives via force and force can be a weapon, but it can be policy and unpredictable in excess of taxation, fear, coercion, government induced inflation. The agenda by the World Economic Forum, the globalist elites played out through the United Nations, the Colorado, this Colorado state legislature, this Colorado governor. And then all of these land use codes and zoning regulations and all of those things that control our property really is taking away our property. And remember, if something is a good idea, you should not have to force people to do it. On the show, we focus on the issues, not personalities. I certainly will mention people that are involved in these issues because that’s the way it works. But we want to stay focused on the issues and not get into the personality fighting because that doesn’t accomplish anything whatsoever. Our word of the day is injustice, and it’s spelled I-N-J-U-S-T-I-C-E, and it could be wrongdoing or malpractice, an offense, crime, villainy, injury. infringement, violation, abuse, criminal negligence, transgression, grievance, breaches, damage, infractions. I love this last one. And this was, it said, a crying shame. I’ve not heard that term in a long time. So injustice, there is a lot of injustice that is going on these days in the name of equality. And We are all to be treated equally under the law, no winners and losers with government and PBIs. And whenever we have tax incentives, treating people differently, I’ve been thinking a lot about Trump and this big, beautiful bill. And I’m a bit concerned with the spending on it, number one. There looks like there’s some good things in it. And I like the fact that lowering taxes is a good idea, but I wish you would just do it across the board. There’s no tax on tips, no tax on overtime. I like that idea, but we need to, instead of picking winners and losers, We need to be reducing taxes across the board. So he’s doing good work on that. Let’s just keep on keeping on. Our quote for the show is from Victor Hugo. He was born in 1802, died in 1885. He was a poet, novelist, and dramatist who was the most important of the French Romantic writers. Though regarded in France as one of the country’s greatest poets, He’s better known abroad for such novels as Notre Dame de Paris and Les Miserables. And he said this, between the government, which does evil, and the people who accept it, there is a certain shameful solidarity. And so, again, we have got to make sure that we are working to get government involved. all levels back into their proper role and it is a Herculean task to use our word of the day from earlier in the week several the headlines that I wanted to go through this first one was written by gosh okay here we go this is from uh creators and this is by from by betsy mccaughey and uh she was a former i think uh let’s see she lieutenant governor in new york and is founder of save our city and i think i need to get her on this is probably one of the best pieces that i’ve seen on the attack on um on on our american way of life And yesterday when we had Mike Rollick on, he talked about House Bill 24-13-13, which several jurisdictions are suing the state of Colorado on it because it is legislation that was passed regarding housing and transit-orientated communities. And I think that I had given the wrong – I think I was looking at House Bill 25 yesterday instead of House Bill 24-13-13. And so Betsy goes on to say this. She said across the U.S., Democrats are waging war to crush a lifestyle they abhor and call it small town America, single family neighborhoods, quiet streets, town centers stamped with their own historic character and almost no signs of the vagrancy and homeless encampments that plague cities. Democrats want you to have none of this. If you’ve worked for years to save up for a home in one of these havens, forget about it. The Democrat Party is using brute legal force to remake towns using a cookie cutter formula that forces each of us to have the same proportion of houses and apartments, the same mix of low, middle, and upper income residents, and the same reliance on public transit, all controlled by state politicians. Any town that resists gets shamed as segregated, though this isn’t about race, and they also are called snobby. On Saturday, the Connecticut legislature passed a bill, House Bill 5002, which should be called the Destroy Connecticut Towns Act. It’s headed to Governor Ned Lamont’s desk for signature. The new law dictates how many low-income and moderate-income apartments each Connecticut town must provide, and mandates that towns also foot the bill for the schools, parks, public transportation, and other services low-income residents will need, and local taxes will soar. And she goes on to really explain that this bill explicitly says its purpose is to ensure economic diversity in each town, but this is about social engineering, not remedying housing shortages. And the Obama administration was pushing this through on something called Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing through these community development block grants. Whenever you see the word grant there, that means that there’s money and it also means that there’s control. And there was a big pushback on that. And so what happens is Democrats and the radicals that are controlling the Democrat Party, they just retreat a little bit and then change the names, but don’t change the policies. And we saw this playing out last year in this House Bill 1313. Next headline that I wanted to mention, and I’m questioning this, and this is from CNN. It says, family of Colorado anti-Semitic attack suspect was taken into ICE custody and has had their visas revoked. Now, reports are this guy was here illegally. He had overstayed a visa. He was here illegally. And then he has a family of, I think, five children and a wife. And they’re all here. How on earth did this happen? And so it looks like those visas are going to be revoked and they will all be expelled from the United States. But how are they living? If he wasn’t working, how are they paying their rent? How is this? How did this happen in America? And so there’s a lot more questions regarding this guy that did this fire, this Molotov cocktail attack in Boulder on Sunday. Next thing, Mike Lindell, his trial is going on in Denver right now. And this is from the Denver Post. It says attorneys for a former Dominion voting systems official said in court Tuesday that MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s false claims about him were fueled in part by Lindell blaming the official for his management from conservative television. And it says opening statements kicked off yesterday in this trial in federal court, and it will decide whether or not Lindell defamed Eric Coomer. And Lindell’s attorneys are arguing that Lindell believed what he was saying regarding Eric Coomer. And so, again, this is a big, big trial that’s occurring right now here in Denver. So stay tuned on that. Next thing, the spending, not only at the federal level, really is of a lot of concern. And again, I hope the Trump administration will claw this stuff back. In fact, I saw a headline that Trump plans to tap Biden’s Green Bank to make billions in loans. I don’t think that’s really what we want to do. We want to quit spending. all of this money, and I’m concerned that those spending and loans might be for some of these CO2 pipelines, which it makes no sense to be bearing CO2, which is plant food, underground. And so anyway, Denver says, despite budget shortfalls, Denver is moving forward with major construction projects using money from capital funds. And… This spending is unsustainable, and we have got to get this under control. And then the last thing, Rami Johnson and I were up in Cheyenne yesterday for a luncheon. Thank you to Sandy Shaner for inviting us to the Federated Republican Women’s Luncheon. There were a lot of guys there as well. And it is crazy, but right here in our backyard, there are two things that have occurred regarding boys or men in girl spaces. One is Jefferson County, where on a field trip, unbeknownst to parents, they… Jefferson County had an 11-year-old girl. They had a boy as her roommate in an overnight trip. And so the Trump administration is going to target that. It says the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights is taking actions throughout June to honor the 53rd anniversary of Title IX being signed into law. And one of the first actions announced Monday was was directed at Jefferson County Public Schools. And then the other is up at the University of Wyoming, where in one of the sororities, there is a guy that said that he thought he was a girl and was living in the sorority, really had not made much effort to even look like a girl. And apparently in the sorority, the showers, was watching the girls shower and undress and reacting like a male. And some of the girls have sued on that. And that is going to court as well. So those are two things right here in our backyard. And the Trump administration is taking a look at that. So this is super important. On the line with me is my fellow Colorado Union of Taxpayer Cut board member, and that is Rami Johnson. And got to spend some time with her yesterday. Rami Johnson, welcome to the show. Good morning, Kim. It’s so good to be with you again. Well, we got to spend some time in the car yesterday driving up to Cheyenne for the Republican Federated Women’s Luncheon, and they were very interested in the documentary A Climate Conversation, which you and your husband, Walt, financed. I had the great honor to moderate it, but it was really a great day, and I want to say thank you to Sandy Shaner for organizing that up there, Rami.
SPEAKER 06 :
Yes, it was very nice to meet everyone. They are very happy to be part of hearing about that movie. But, you know, Kim, in all honesty, something that was extremely disappointing to me was was across the board their viewpoint and concern for Colorado. Yes. You’re hearing this everywhere. Yeah, it’s heartbreaking the way that we are viewed nationally now.
SPEAKER 14 :
It really is. People ask me what’s going on in Colorado. And California and Colorado are putting in policies that are really detrimental to human flourishing and prosperity. And so that’s why we’re doing the work that we’re doing at CUTT. at the Colorado Union taxpayers. And I do want to give a shout out to our fellow board members, Steve Dorman, Greg Golianski, Russ Haas, Bill Hamill, Rob Knuth, John Nelson, Wendy Warner, Marty Nielsen, you, Rami Johnson, Mary Jansen, Dave Evans, Corey Onozori, Paula Beard, and Ray Beard. And we are rolling up our sleeves. We’re going to be working on our ratings report that will be coming out. It’s a monumental task. And so we’re going to be working on that. But Ramey, you are watching not only things at the legislature with what we’re doing at CUT, and we at CUT are going to be watching things at the local level as well. And there’s a lot going on in Jefferson County across the board. But in particular, you’ve got your eye on the federal center. So what’s some of the new things that people need to know about that?
SPEAKER 06 :
Yes, I’d like to give you an update on this. The Federal Center, that land, it’s 59 acres. After it was sold to the developer, he very quickly changed the name of it to The Bend. It’s always been known as the Horseshoe Property. Well, the entire community is concerned at this point about what’s happening out there. For those who are aware and are getting more and more aware, Unfortunately, Kim, our city council had a unanimous vote to go ahead with the build-out on that property. And Karen Gorday, a lady that you know, did a very in-depth expose of the federal center. And the Lakewood Reinvestment Authority, which actually came into – was voted in in 1997 – which is basically a public-private partnership, and it’s supposed to give the city the authority, the ability to revitalize certain areas of the city to keep our community thriving. Well, they weighed in on this one, and so the city went ahead and went with what they recommended, which was a build-out. The city council had a split vote on a metro district for 8-3 to allow that to happen, which I’m having a little bit of problems with that. But basically, the builder can do whatever they want now. The LRA, or the Lakewood Reinvestment Authority, blighted the land issue. It’s unbelievable to me, for one thing, Kim, that you can blight vacant land. The big problem is not it blighting. The big problem is that there’s contamination and nobody is addressing it of what’s exactly out there and to what level it’s out there. There’s terrible concerns about that. A gap analysis was never done. A gap analysis tells you Basically, how much it’s going to cost a developer, and in this case, the taxpayers, because we are involved because of a tax increment financing that was put in place. We’re on the hook as well to help with this. It’s going to have 2,100 apartments. It will have 1.5 parking places. It also has retail space. I don’t know what to say. Our state representative, Rebecca Stewart, was very involved in legislation that actually makes it so that water boards can only charge a certain amount on tap fees And this was really a slap in the face to the citizens of Lakewood. She went along with what the administration wanted. But in speaking with other folks regarding the Green Mountain Water Board, there’s concern if they have to provide water to a contaminated site. There are some people that view this as a love canal type of situation. And so it’s to be determined, I guess, what’s going to happen with that. But if you don’t mind, I’d like to kind of switch over to Belmar as well. Okay. There’s an area in Lakewood that’s just called Belmar, and its land is just south of our library. Okay. It’s basically, it was open space. It was land that I never knew that the city could have purchased. When Adam Paul was mayor, apparently he was aware that the city had the opportunity to buy this. And he opted, I think, single-handedly not to purchase it. Well, a developer did get a hold of this. And it’s been a very contentious issue here in Lakewood. They immediately, when they got control of it, took down 59 or 60 well-grown trees. They just cut them down immediately kind of just to slap the face of the people that are having so much trouble with this. It’s basically its own ecosystem with all the beautiful trees that are out there and all the animals and birds that are there. So the people that have been fighting this, the amount that’s going in over there, they gathered money quickly to have an injunction. And at the hearing, someone from the city, and I intend to find out who that was, was sitting with the builder saying, during the hearing, and the builder, of course, won. So they are going to be putting up 400 high-end apartment houses, Kim, luxury apartments. The problem with that is that they’re taking out all of these beautiful trees, but there’s a beautiful development across the street and east of townhomes the value of their property has immediately gone down. And once again, our state representative, Rebecca, was involved in legislation that is what people refer to as fee-in-lieu. Basically, that means that a developer can give money to the city instead of putting some land aside for… Oh, for open space, if you will. She betrayed the people of this city, in my opinion. Council, I did not realize this until just recently. They changed the policies and procedures three years ago, and they basically have just given our staff all the authority. We have a toothless city council at this point, Kim. And bureaucrats are basically running our city. They work for the developers, in my opinion. But something that I think everybody needs to really be aware of real quick is that our city manager makes $400,000, Kim. She is the highest paid in the state. And it’s time for her to step down with cause.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, and, Rami, I love property rights. I love development. I love people being able to develop land and create homes. But what we have happening here is this coercion through apartment buildings. We just see more and more and more of these incidents. And we’ve got to remember that there are property rights of the people also that lived there before. So the water rights, we need to make sure that all those things are in place as well. So when you’ve got, as you mentioned, the city staff and the developers sitting on the same side of the table, I think that’s where it can be a real problem. And I see that not only just in Lakewood, but I’ve seen that across the board as well. So And it’s changing the fabric of our neighborhoods, which goes back to this piece that I highlighted at the beginning of the show by Betsy McKay, who was a lieutenant governor of New York, how all of these policies are changing the fabric of. of the American dream. And I think that that is the underlying thing that people are concerned about is the coercion and the coziness with what is going on with some of these different developments, correct?
SPEAKER 06 :
Yes, you’re very polite. I would call it collusion. I think it’s egregious. We don’t have a democracy here in Lakewood. We are run by bureaucrats They are totally aligned with the developers. And it’s just not the city that I grew up in. It’s not the state I grew up in. But we need a whole change of administration, to be frank with you, Kim.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, and that’s why elections matter so much. So we’re going to be talking with Mark Cook about that in the next segment. Ramey Johnson, first of all, thank you for your service by when you were in the state legislature. You’ve served on Lakewood City Council. You actually did run for House District 30, which was against Rebecca Stewart. She is sitting in this seat at this time. And not only did she have these bills that you mentioned earlier, One of them was a favorable water tap fee for specific developed areas, which that’s not fair to be picking winners and losers. But she also was a prime sponsor of House Bill 1312, which is the egregious trans activist bill. And so elections do have consequences. So we’re going to keep working on that, shedding light. And we’re not going to give up on Colorado, Ramey Johnson, but we’ve got a lot of work to do.
SPEAKER 06 :
You’re awesome, Kim. Take care.
SPEAKER 14 :
Oh, thanks, Rami. And yes, we can’t give up. We must continue to shed light on what’s going on. A little bit of light, a little bit of transparency goes a long, long way. And Karen Levine has been a sponsor of the show for many, many years. And for anything residential real estate, you want to make sure she is on your side of the table.

SPEAKER 11 :
Where I come from.
SPEAKER 14 :
Welcome back. It is a Wednesday. Thank you for joining us. Wanted to say thank you to the Harris family for their goal sponsorship of the show, because we truly are an independent voice on an independent station looking at these issues. Wanted to mention the USMC Memorial Foundation. I got to know through Paula Sarles and the whole group at the Cooper’s Troopers, a number of our Marine veterans from World War II. And one of those guys was Don Whipple. And he was a young guy at Iwo Jima, Battle of Iwo Jima, and he just recently passed on. And I will be honored to attend his services. He will be buried out at Fort Logan. But this Sunday for America’s Veterans Stories, we will rebroadcast one of our interviews with Don Whipple. In his honor, an amazing man. I am so blessed that our paths have crossed and really grateful for that and also grateful for the USMC Memorial Foundation and all the work that they do to honor our military and our veterans and working on the remodel of the Marine Memorial out at 6th and Colfax. More information about all that, go to USMCMemorialFoundation.org. That is USMCMemorialFoundation.org. And there’s something crazy, I would say, that has happened in Arapahoe County regarding elections. And I know it kind of seems like it can be eyes glossing over kind of stuff. It’s the cast vote records. Very important. And we want to dig deep into this. Apparently, they were changed. And so we have on the line with us Mark Cook. He is a cybersecurity expert here. and has really been watching a lot of the things regarding our elections and very knowledgeable. So, Mark Cook, welcome to the show.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, thank you. Thanks for having me.
SPEAKER 14 :
And your credentials are pretty significant regarding cybersecurity, Mark Cook.
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah, I’ve been doing this for quite a while, especially with elections. That’s all I’ve done for the past About four years is dive into all of these election, we’ll say irregularities, but it’s actually just been a multitude of nothing adding up across the board going through as a county to county, state to state. There’s so many instances where things do not match up, even in reports directly coming from a lot of clerks. And I don’t think the clerks even know that things aren’t matching up because I think the clerks are just depending on the systems to do all the work for them and not realizing that things aren’t aligning. And this Tasso record with Arapahoe County is the most obvious in our face that problem that has shown up.
SPEAKER 14 :
So Mark Cook, again, this is pretty detailed for people, but in the big picture, we have to have honest and transparent and fair elections if we are going to continue with our constitutional republic. And if we don’t have honest, fair, and transparent elections, then we are headed towards tyranny. And we are seeing tyranny in a lot of different states. So let’s dig into the weeds on this cast vote record. What is that exactly?
SPEAKER 09 :
All right. So a cast vote record is pretty simple. Imagine like an Excel file and a list of all the ballots from start to finish, all the way down, and then the columns going over from left to right are the choices on the ballots. So essentially, it’s a list of all ballots and how every choice on the ballot was voted. So it’d be a one for a yes, a zero for a no, or a cell would be blank if that contest was not listed on the ballot. So essentially, you could see how every single ballot was voted all the way down from the very first one that showed up and was tabulated to the last one that was tabulated. You can’t see who voted because there’s no name on it. There’s no way to identify the voter. It’s just the ballots.
SPEAKER 14 :
And are these the actual ballots or are these images?
SPEAKER 09 :
It’s just a list of the choices on the ballots.
SPEAKER 14 :
Okay. Okay. So it’s just a record of that. Now, there are ballots. So can we get access to the ballots or the images of the ballots to reconcile that with a cast vote record?
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, I believe they’ve probably already destroyed the ballots themselves. And there is part of the problem. The citizens go test their ballots, and we have, as citizens, pretty much no way to know if our ballots are actually being tabulated properly into the machines and the data that comes out of the machines, the results, if they even align with what we have put on the ballots. So they kind of hide those ballots away. They seal them up. They make it so you even have to go to a judge to get access to look at our own ballots. It’s the most ridiculous thing ever. And how these tabulation systems work is they take those paper ballots, they feed them through the machine. The machine supposedly, allegedly makes an image of each one of those paper ballots, just like a scanner would. And then the software inside the machine is supposed to go through that image of and count where the dots are and how many dots there are in those areas. But there’s so many things that can go wrong in that process, and mistakes, let’s say programming mistakes. And we know that there have been programming mistakes because elections have actually been overturned after elections. citizens demanded a hand count. They’ve taken the ballots after a fight, got the ballots recounted and realized the computer count was wrong. And then they’re told, well, it was just a programming error, but don’t worry. It didn’t happen anywhere else. That’s usually what we hear. But of course they don’t know that it didn’t happen anywhere else because we only know that it happened if we actually hand count all the ballots. So then those ballot images are on the computers. And then we’ve got to fight to get access to the ballot images. Now, I have not seen them yet for Arapahoe County, but the ballot images that are on the computer, there is no way to know that the image on the computer hasn’t been modified and is the same as what is on the paper. Because if, let’s say I was a bad actor and I wrote the software to tabulate these ballots, I could… Pretend I’m reading the ballot in, and I could put whatever I want into the ballot image as it’s stored on the computer. I could move the votes around. I could change the image, and no one would know the difference. And if nobody looks at the paper to compare the paper with the digital images, there would be no way to know that that happened.
SPEAKER 14 :
OK, so and then those records of those images of those ballots can be destroyed after a couple of years. Yes or no?
SPEAKER 09 :
After 25 months in the state of Colorado, the counties are allowed to get rid of them. Yes, which is ridiculous. I mean, hard drive spaces are cheap now.
SPEAKER 14 :
I’ve always wondered why, because it doesn’t take that much space, really, to keep all those records for a long, long time. I’ve always wondered why those images could be destroyed after just two years, or just a little over two years. So there’s all that over there. But now getting over here to Arapahoe County, you said that this is kind of like an Excel spreadsheet. You’ve got all of the different ballots and all of the different columns. And something happened where that was changed. And that’s… that’s a real concern. So tell us, you know what, Mark, let’s do this. Let’s go to break because this is a big question. And we really want to let you have all the time to give us the answer on that. And this is such important things to be looking at. And we have these discussions because of our sponsors. And for anything mortgages, you want to make sure that you are talking with Lorne Levy.

And welcome back to the Kim Monson Show. Be sure and check out our website. That is Kim Monson, M-O-N-S-O-N.com. Sign up for our weekly email newsletter. You can email me at Kim at KimMonson.com as well. We are talking with cybersecurity expert Mark Cook regarding discrepancies in the cast vote records in Arapahoe County. So set this up for us. What happened? Once this cast vote record is set and certified, it should not be changed, correct?
SPEAKER 09 :
That’s correct. It should not be changed. It is a record of all the votes cast. There should be absolutely no need to change it after the fact.
SPEAKER 14 :
But it appears that maybe that happened?
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, it’s actually – it did absolutely happen. It’s not that it appears it happened. It happened, and the county admitted that it happened. So let me start with a little bit of background on this. There is a case in Nevada right now that a pastor is actually suing the Secretary of State of Nevada because their cash flow record has problems. And there is a brilliant mathematician that has looked at a lot of cash flow records around the country. And he’s seen a pattern. There’s a particular way to look at them to compare the types of votes against other types of votes. Correlated votes is what I call it. And he’s looked at them and found that there’s a peculiar thing about the data that is completely inorganic, meaning unnatural pattern. And what he was doing is. looking at correlated elections, like people that vote for, we’ll say people that vote for Trump, how do they vote on other issues and people that vote for Biden? How do they vote on other issues? And typically they would, they should in a real world vote according to their party alignment. That’s typically how that works. But what he’s found is in many States, many counties, that the voting based on the cast vote record shows that the people that vote for the Republican candidate and the people that vote for the Democrat candidate on particular issues, they vote in unison. Their change of vote is in unison with each other, which is very bizarre. And let me bring this to a real world example for people. Let’s say two people are running from one point to another, and they’re in a race. And the two people aren’t necessarily next to each other. One person’s ahead of the other one. But as one person speeds up, the other person speeds up. And then that person slows down, and the other person slows down. So they always match the rate of change of their speed. Wouldn’t that be weird if you have two runners and they keep speeding up and slowing down, but they do it in unison? You would think they would be connected somehow. And that’s what he’s seeing in the data. Actually, anyone that uses Excel can actually look at it. It’s a pretty simple calculation. And you can graph it and you can see the rate of change of the votes tracked by between those voters. And so he’s found that. And that doesn’t happen in normal cast vote records. In a normal election, that would not be there. And so that indicates that there’s manipulation in the data. It’s unnatural data. Maybe fake and made up, very possibly. Probably it is. So the Arapahoe County cast vote record, when he came across that, he did that same test on that. But he found something even more peculiar in the Arapahoe County record. And that was not only were they speeding up and slowing down at the same rate, the two people were standing right next to each other at the same time. So as they were running from one point to another, they were literally directly next to each other. And the translation for that is, well, the Democrats and the Republicans, people that voted for the Democrat candidate and people that voted for the Republican candidate, Both voted exactly the same way on this particular issue regarding property taxes. Identical. When one went up, the other one went up. Then one went down, the other one went down. And they also match if they’re right next to each other as one sped up, the other one sped up and slowed down and slowed down. So they would track completely side by side all the way through as well. And I’m talking within like a percentage point or less. And that was very peculiar. Now, some people may say, well, yes, that could be normal because, you know, it’s possible it’s a tax issue. So, you know, Democrats and Republicans are going to vote the same on the tax issue. And that would hold true possibly, except for the other counties in Colorado that he analyzed did not show that. The other counties showed a much more natural pattern of Democrats voting in one way on that issue and Republicans voting in a different way on that issue. And so that was the peculiar thing. It was so obviously fake. There’s just no way that it would have happened normally. And so they’ve been battling this in this court case in Nevada. They’ve been trying to get this data admitted into court, especially Arapahoe County data. Then what happened is a couple, about a month ago now, I happened to be talking to this mathematician and we’re looking at the data and we go pull up the data again from the county website. The data at the county website suddenly was a whole new file. The cast vote record, which is the records of votes cast for the 2020 election that had been there for years unchanged, suddenly was a new file and totally different. We opened it up and we compared the two, and there’s actually 15.8 million changes to the votes. The votes were shuffled around completely inside this file. And even the totals at the bottom, the results of the election, the results of the contests, some of them changed a little bit. Not much. I think the most I saw was 11 votes difference on it. But they changed. And so how does four years later the votes change dramatically? in an election and how do all the votes get moved from one ballot to another ballot across the board? I mean, out of all the 350 something thousand ballots, only five of them were not touched. All the rest were changed. And I totaled up, calculated all those changes, and it was 15.8 million votes, meaning the way that people, according to the data, the way that people cast their ballots, the choices they marked on the ballots were now completely different It was the most bizarre thing. And as we’ve looked into it, there’s a lot of other changes they made. But when you look and rerun that data through Ed’s test to see if it’s tracking side by side as these two runners run down, suddenly it looks just like all the other counties now. The data was quote unquote fixed. So that artifact that was unnatural is now gone and now it looks natural. However, They induced, they got rid of that problem, but they induced other problems in the file. And so what happens is if you have a cash flow record, let’s say it’s a natural, normal cash flow record that accurately reflects the will of the people that was on the balance. If you want to control the data in that cash flow record, if you force data to change inside the record, mathematically, programmatically, you’re going to induce a type of signature in the data that shows it’s fake. If you try to control something, you’re going to induce a pattern in the file that someone could look at and say, hey, this pattern shouldn’t be here. It’s unnatural. So what they did is what it looks like is they tried to get rid of that pattern, but in doing so, they created other obvious patterns in the file, probably in haste. And so we start talking about this and talking about all these changes. And then all of a sudden, Arapahoe County, within a day or so, comes out with a statement on their website. And they say it says on or about, I think, October 29th, 2024, that they were notified by this assistant Yale professor that said there was a problem with the cast vote record and that they looked into it and had their experts look at it and they realized it was wrong. So they went and fixed it, quote, unquote, and put out a new one. So essentially what they’ve done is they’ve admitted that the record of the votes that were passed that everyone depended on as a record of that election in Arapahoe County was wrong. And we’re told everything’s always perfect out of these voting systems. Here they are, the counties admitting four years later, after telling everyone everything was accurate, four years later, now they’ve changed 15.8 million votes on an election that happened years ago. Why would they do that? Why would they wait all this time? And the other very interesting thing is, why didn’t they say anything on October 29th? a week before the 24 election. If this professor came in and told them there’s a problem with the data, why wouldn’t they have mentioned it to anyone? Well, that’s when Jenna Griswold was going through that massive embarrassment for getting caught having posted the BIOS passwords for most of the county’s election systems in the state of Colorado on the Secretary of State website For, I think, at least four months, they were out there in the open. And remember, the BIOS password getting leaked out for one county is the reason why they persecuted that clerk, Tina Peters. And here we have the Secretary of State of Colorado put out all the BIOS passwords for the entire state. And, of course, no investigation, nothing ever happened to her. Yet they persecute a single clerk that didn’t even release the password. Someone else released an old password that had already been changed in the county, but yet they lied and claimed it was a new password and persecuted this clerk. So the whole thing is just completely dirty. We know now that Arapahoe County’s original record of how all the votes were cast in the county was absolutely wrong. And that amendment that it was passed, obviously manufactured votes on is an amendment that costs a lot of people, a lot of money as their property taxes have increased. And that was a statewide issue. So we, they got some answers that they need to come forward with and they better hold some water. So after they put out this notice, they claimed that they made the change in, um, April, early April is when they changed it. However, when I analyzed the file, I can see they made the file in February. So they waited another two months before they even put it out there, and then they still didn’t tell anyone. I mean, they didn’t let the voters in Arapahoe County know either.
SPEAKER 14 :
Wow. So, Mark Cook, we’ve got to have some more conversation about this. This is so important. We’re out of time. But I really thank you for your work on that, and we will get you rescheduled on the show here very soon. Thank you.

SPEAKER 13 :
Happy Wednesday, Kim.
SPEAKER 14 :
And I I know that that was very detailed in that conversation with Mark Cook in our number one regarding these Arapahoe County cast vote records. But once my understanding is once an election is certified. those records should not be changed whatsoever. And so the fact that Mark Cook and mathematician Ed Solomon have looked at this and seen that these records have been changed, That’s a serious, serious problem. So we’re going to stay tuned on all of this. We have these important discussions because of our sponsors, such as the Harris family. I thank them for their goal sponsorship of the show. And our word of the day is injustice. And I think it’s an injustice of what has happened with these cast vote records in Arapahoe County. Now, it sounds like perhaps the… And outcomes, as Mark said, it doesn’t sound like the outcomes on maybe change that much of the votes. But what it sounds to me like and again, thank you to Mary. She texted this in. is that perhaps there might have been shuffling votes around to hide that particular pattern that they found out about. And so changing those records, that’s not okay. Because once an election is certified, that should be locked in. At least that is my understanding on all of that. So anyway, this looks like this could be an injustice. It’s an injustice. If we have people that are changing our elections, that is an injustice, which is our word of the day. And it is spelled I-N-J-U-S-T-I-C-E. It could be wrongdoing or malpractice, an offense, crime, villainy. Injury, infringement, a violation, abuse, criminal negligence, transgression, a grievance or a breach, damage, infraction, or a crying shame. And as I mentioned in the first hour, I’d not really heard the term a crying shame in quite some time. But the word is injustice, I-N-J-U-S-T-I-C-E. And if, in fact, this change in this cast vote records, and they really need to be able to take a real look at that, and particularly when the Gallagher Amendment was repealed, And the Gallagher Amendment had been in place to keep guardrails around property taxes, residential property taxes. And once the Gallagher Amendment disappeared and then we saw the increase in assessments, valuations of property taxes. Then we saw property taxes go up significantly. All of these things are connected to these elections. And so it’s really important that we make sure that we have free, fair, honest, and transparent elections. Our quote of the day is from Victor Hugo. He was a poet, novelist, and dramatist, one of the most important of the French romantic writers. He is known for his novels, Notre Dame, Paris, and Les Miserables. And he said, between the government, which does evil and the people who accept it, there is a certain shameful solidarity. And of course, he lived 1802 to 1885. And so what we realize is generation and generation, human nature does not change. And our founders understood that. That’s why they put in place the Constitution to have people that would govern ourselves and have limited government. And, of course, we’re way out of the bounds on that. We need to get that put back in the proper role. And I talked in the first hour about a piece by Betsy McCauley, who is a former lieutenant governor in New York, regarding home ownership and this manipulation by politicians of our neighborhoods. And we’re seeing it in many states across the nation. But people here in America, and I loved what she said, that our homes in a way are like little mini estates that European aristocrats used to have where they had gardens and houses. Well, we have our own little mini estates here with our single-family homes, with our yards, and one of the ways to make that happen, of course, is to be talking with Loren Levy regarding mortgages. He does everything regarding mortgages in 49 of the 50 states, just not New York. Loren, welcome to the show.
SPEAKER 05 :
Hey, good morning, Kim.
SPEAKER 14 :
And what’s happening with interest rates? I haven’t really been paying attention this week.
SPEAKER 05 :
That’s okay. We’ve been in this range around… area with rates for quite some time now it’s interesting um there was a meeting you know maybe a week or so ago face to face with uh the fed chairman powell and trump and trump basically asked him to lower rates and evidently the word is that it got contentious but then today just this morning as i was getting ready to call in we got the adp employment numbers which are that’s the private sector without government hiring and that came in quite a bit lower and so trump we just had uh put out a tweet or whatever saying you’re too late to Powell to start lower rates, comparing him to Europe and things. So we’ll see what happens at the next meeting. But for right now, we’re in this range where the 10-year Treasury I always refer to has been between $430 and $450 for quite some time. So we haven’t seen much movement in rates in the last few weeks.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, I’ve seen different things regarding the economy. And of course, there have been those that have been so concerned about tariffs that that would be inflationary. However, I saw a report that we’ve not seen inflation out of control. What are you seeing, Lorne Levy?
SPEAKER 05 :
I agree. I just see what I read because it’s hard to tell because a lot of the tariffs are haven’t even technically taken effect yet because they get talked about, but then they get put on hold for a while as a negotiation tactic. And we’ve talked about that for a long time, that the president we have now is a negotiator, and some of these are just tactics to get people to the table. So they’ll say there’s going to be tariffs, but then they won’t actually implement them. Now, I do know some of them haven’t implemented because you see the amount of money that they talk about coming into the Treasury. But some of the bigger ones haven’t been implemented yet. And I think that’s what’s held off with some of the Fed moves is, you know, what if the tariffs do take effect? What happens to inflation then? And so that’s been kind of a holdup with them, I think. So we’ll have to see what happens with this. But it’s creating that uncertainty we always talk about.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, and I hear that the businesses, they don’t like uncertainty, and I get that. However, there’s been such uncertainty, I think, over the big picture of America with the trajectory that we were headed with all of that spending and more and more government control. Does it appear that we’re going to… get this spending a bit under control. I’ve talked with a number of people that have said that this big, beautiful bill that will increase the national debt. And I’m concerned about that, Warren Levy.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yeah, that’s a factor. And some of the biggest guys in the banking world have been mentioning that, you know, what happens to our federal government bonds if we just keep creating more debt and people start to maybe even consider weaponizing that against us and not buying it. because a lot of that debt gets bought by other countries. But then on the other side, with the uncertainty, what you have that could potentially be affecting the economy is you have big companies that do what’s called CapEx, spending on capital expenditures, large ticket items that they don’t know what to do yet, so they’re holding off on that spending. And that could cause something for the economy, because if they spend that money, that’s really a boom for our economy, creates jobs and everything else. But again, with that unknown of what their numbers are going to look like, they’re holding off on some of that spending, which is affecting things as well. So, you know, for right now, the good news is that people who are interested in looking at moving or purchasing homes or doing anything like that, the rates have been kind of stagnant for a bit. And so you have that certainty of, you know, what the rate’s going to be roughly. And so if you can afford the payment now, it shouldn’t change too much on you while you’re in the process of looking for that house. And then if it drops later, like I say, we can always just refinance it down the road.
SPEAKER 14 :
Okay. Okay. And if people want to sit down and talk with you about anything mortgages, what’s the best way for them to contact you?

SPEAKER 07 :
Hi, Kim. Great to be back. Had a wolf in your backyard lately?
SPEAKER 14 :
Not yet, but it sounds like some people do, yeah?
SPEAKER 07 :
They seem to be scattering pretty good, although I saw a report of the sixth dead one found, so celebrate that.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, and I saw a report yesterday that in California, livestock producers are having their cattle killed by wolves. And I hadn’t even realized, why am I not surprised that there’s wolves in California as well?
SPEAKER 07 :
Interestingly enough, I had Diego Barrison, who’s a dear friend of mine, He immigrated from Italy to Northern California. His family raises Piedmontese cattle and grapes. They raise grapes as parent stock for vineyards all throughout California and in Italy as And about three weeks ago, maybe a month ago, I had Diego on talking about what’s going on in Italy because there’s new information and farmers are not able to allow their animals to be outside overnight because of wolf depredation in Italy, back in the home country where he came from. And the week after we had that broadcast, it came out that in his county, there had been some wolf kills in Northern California where he lives. And this week you can find wolf depredation in new areas of Colorado, new areas of California, and it continues to be a problem in Arizona and New Mexico. And it seems like a little thing, but all of these little things are really starting to add up to be something very significant in our food supply.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, and those that are pushing these policies, they know exactly what they’re doing. And I did want to correct something. Thank you, Richard, the limo guy, regarding the pronunciation of Betsy’s last name. He says it’s McCaw. She had written – she’s a former lieutenant governor in New York, and we talked about a very important piece about the changing the fabric of – our neighborhoods. It was titled, let me get to it here. It says, The Democrats’ War on Small Town Values and Property Values. And it’s one of the best pieces I’ve seen regarding the work that they’re trying to do to change the fabric of our communities. And so we are at the We are at the point where we have to really take a stand, as you say, on a regular basis. And what I see happening is the doubling down at the local, county, and state level of these radical activist progressive policies, such as the wolves, which is livestock depredation, which affects our food supply policy. or the doubling down on dictating in the urban areas that you have to have apartments and subsidized housing and all of that together, dictating that. And Colorado’s in a big fight on that. It’s House Bill 241313. So we’ve got I think I take in great comfort when Trump was elected. And there’s a number of things that I really like that he does. But I am concerned about the spending that is in this big, beautiful bill, Trent Luce.
SPEAKER 07 :
It’s one big, ugly package is what it really is. And spending is clearly between two and three trillion dollars somewhere. And people tend to forget, if you look at the amount of growth government had during Trump’s first tenure as president, it was unparalleled by anything that had happened, even FDR. And then Biden took it to a new level. And on this pace, Trump’s second term will outpace the growth of government that he even did in the first term.
SPEAKER 14 :
And so, and again, I’ve talked with so many people that they say, I love looking at the news every morning because it’s, and there’s some things that Trump really has delivered on. And one of those is the border. And of course, since we’ve last talked, Trent Luce, we had this attack up in Boulder. A guy with an incendiary device threw it into a crowd of people. people that were having a vigil for Israelis that are being held in Gaza.
SPEAKER 07 :
I followed that, Kim.
SPEAKER 14 :
Yeah, and it’s crazy to me that we have a guy that’s here illegally, and then the Biden administration gave him a work visa, and then come to find out he’s got a family of five children and a wife here as well. And my understanding, again, I think Richard said that these people are on a plane out of America. But I do think that Trump’s done a good job on this out-of-control immigration. So I’m happy about that.
SPEAKER 07 :
I’ve got a different take on that now. And I keep track of what Kristi Noem does because she’s encroaching upon violating our liberty as individual citizens. or legal entities in this country. And it appears to me, and I always ask the question, Kim, because I went to the border, you know, I got banned on four different social media sites from Eagle pass, Texas. And I had a personal tour with the Texas national guard at Eagle pass and where they’re crossing. And I was there and help detail. I didn’t help, but I was there standing with the front line, the Texas national guard. When these people were crossing the river, this young couple were crossing the river, and the day before I was there, 1,700 crossed the river. But what I never could figure out is that during that entire time that Biden was welcoming and paying people and just encroaching upon our constitutional authority every single day, the media was bringing it to us every day. Every day they were telling us how unconstitutional Biden really was. And this is a media that was his friend. And I’m like, why are they showing us? Why are they getting people in the United States so outraged and letting us know what he’s actually doing? Now I know. And I know because the rally cry and the people who are supporting Trump because he’s fixing this Biden problem. We are being played like pawns in a chess game. They wanted these atrocities to be so big that it would appear as though Trump’s fixing them when, in fact, we need to keep track of the people who he is violating their rights. We need to maintain the Constitution first and foremost. There is a legal way to come into this country. And if they’re here illegally, we need to get rid of them. What does that look like? I don’t even know. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t include putting them in an El Salvador prison and paying the El Salvadorians Six million dollars a year to house them. How does that benefit our problem other than making it safer here for our citizens?
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, that seems like a good idea. Yeah, that seems like a good idea.
SPEAKER 07 :
How many legal people are you willing to sacrifice in the name of fixing these Biden problems?
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, but now I know that you’ve got the example of your friend out in Nevada, and he’s had some workers come in on the visa programs. But it sure seems to me like Trump is sending a whole bunch of people back that are not here legally. And that, I think, needs to be done, Trent Luce.
SPEAKER 07 :
I do, but you didn’t answer my question. How many legal residents or legal workers are you willing to sacrifice to get rid of Biden’s problems? Because there were two raids on two businesses in Madison, South Dakota, three weeks ago, and there were people legally working in those two places. By the way, as governor of South Dakota, Kristi Noem gives one of these entities a grant to continue to expand and do things in Madison. Three days after she comes back to speak as Secretary of Homeland Security, there’s a raid in Madison, South Dakota. They take people into custody, some of them legal to be here working, and now their future is in jeopardy here. How many people are we willing to risk? And I also have employers telling me that we have legal people showing up that are not willing to come to work here. because they’re afraid that they’re going to be confused for somebody and deported, so they go off the grid. That’s happened every single week I get somebody telling me, I’ve got that happening at my place.
SPEAKER 14 :
So the question is, then, and I see what your question is, and we’ll leave that on the table, go to break and come back, is, of course, the answer is, ideally, we don’t want to sacrifice anyone that is here legally and or American citizens. But the question is, then, on the table is, how do we… what do we do? Because there are so many people that are here illegally. What do we do? So we’ll leave that as the question out there. And I know that we also want to get to executive orders. I did some homework on executive orders as well. And a couple of things. I wanted to mention the Center for American Values, which is located in Pueblo on the Riverwalk. I would highly recommend that it would be something that you would visit with the children sometime this summer. Because the Portraits of Valor tell the story of these men that took action when a situation presented itself to defend those around them and save lives. And the center is nonpolitical. It’s nonpartisan. It’s just focused on these foundational principles of honor, integrity, and patriotism. And those things have really been under attack, just like our Second Amendment. And that’s why I’m very pleased to have the Second Syndicate as the sponsor of the show.
SPEAKER 13 :
The Second Amendment was established to ensure that all individuals have the right to resist oppression, stand firm against government overreach, and protect our ability to defend ourselves, our families, and our freedoms. Today, that right is under relentless attack in Colorado. We search for truth and clarity by looking at these issues through the lens of freedom versus force, force versus freedom. If something’s a good idea, you should not have to force people to do it. And we will be broadcasting a show for America’s Veterans Stories this Sunday with World War II Iwo Jima veteran Don Whipple. And Don just recently passed on, very special man. And in his honor, we will be rebroadcasting this interview. His services will be later on in this month, which I will have the honor of attending. He will be buried out at Fort Logan tonight. And so the USMC Memorial Foundation is doing such amazing work to remember and honor those that have given their lives, have been willing to give their lives for our liberty. And it’s important to support them. You can do that by going to usmcmemorialfoundation.org. That’s usmcmemorialfoundation.org. Trent Luce is on the line. We’re talking about the Trump administration had mentioned immigration. And this came in here and from one of our listeners said that I said that the majority of us are willing to have the people here legally, which to me is questionable. Look at the guy here. that did the Criminal Act in Boulder. And actually, this is a really important point, and that is, from an immigration standpoint, bringing people in, these students in to come into our premier universities such as Harvard, It’s changed the fabric of our universities. I remember I was out in California and I went over to Stanford because I wanted to go to the library and try to do some research. I think it was on Valerie Jarrett. I was trying to find a yearbook regarding when she was at Stanford. I think that’s right. And interestingly enough, in the library, when I got there, that particular yearbook that I was looking for was missing, which I thought was curious at the time. But anyway, the fabric of Stanford was not the cross-section of America. It looked to me like it was primarily students from other countries. And now we’re looking at it from a money standpoint. That’s what’s happened at many of the premier universities. So we’ve got we’ve got a lot of work to do on this immigration side. But I do think that Trump’s doing a lot of good stuff on this at Trent Luce. And so what would your what would be your response? How many people here illegally are we willing to keep here illegally? in order to protect some people that have come here legally. How many people should we keep here illegally to protect those, Trent Luce?
SPEAKER 07 :
Number one, I believe the whole immigration thing is a distraction from the true cost of Trump, which is local control loss and a screwed-up energy policy and food policy. Number two, all universities, not just the Harvards and Stanfords of the world, have this whole DEI admission thing that’s been taking place. Our two daughters are at smaller schools. It’s the same thing at every school. That’s gravely concerning. And we need to get the illegals out of this country. But let’s remind ourselves that before Biden became president, there were 12 million. We knew. We talked about it. 12 million illegals in this country. There needs to be a plan and a slow approach to correcting this wrong. We’ve been going about it in this haphazard, quick way, and I’m not willing to sacrifice one legal citizen or legal worker in this country to accelerate getting the rest out. Why can’t we take our time and do it with investigations like anybody would do? Why is that to be done by July 4th?
SPEAKER 14 :
Okay, energy policy. Again, we’ve seen headlines, drill, baby, drill, shovel, baby, shovel, which I like very much. And we’re all very encouraged here in Colorado with Chris Wright as the Secretary of the Department of Energy. And then I’ve seen two different headlines. One, you had mentioned that in the executive order that Trump had issued that he was in support of the CO2 pipelines. And then I thought I saw another headline that said he was not. But it makes no sense to be bearing CO2, which is plant food, under the ground. And you and I have talked about that many, many times. And Rami Johnson and I were up in Cheyenne yesterday speaking about a Climate Conversation, our documentary. So, you know, where are we at on these CO2 pipelines with Trump?
SPEAKER 07 :
He’s 100 percent supportive. I’ve got that directly from somebody who called. I was standing by a guy called Donald Trump Jr. He’s because he takes all of his energy direction from Harold Hamm. Harold Hamm is the guy who created and took to the field fracking. Harold Hamm has invested billions into CO2 pipelines. He is going to he is the reason Trump is the reason that it was in that big, ugly package to begin with. We were told he was very reluctant to pull it out. There’s a delegation of South Dakota state elected officials who are in D.C. today to try to get on top of this. I still expect him to federalize it and tell the states that they have no control over CO2 pipelines. I today, later this afternoon, I’m going to where they are currently constructing CO2 pipelines in my home state of Nebraska to go to that area today. that you were in yesterday, to bury it a mile and a half deep under earth. They always throw out there that this is all about enhanced oil recovery. Well, if it was, they’d already be doing it because once they put it in a place of pore space under Cheyenne or in the Denver Formation or in the Bakken in North Dakota, it has to stay there for 12 years. So it’s not about enhanced oil recovery. We’re being lied to. and we’re putting people at risk and the people that I probably care most about in this scenario are the first responders who are not properly educated about how CO2 works, what happens when you encroach upon it. It happened in Mississippi. There was a rupture. All of the first responders show up. Their engines died. There were 70-some people that ended up in the hospital. This thing will kill people. It is what we use. CO2 is what we use to kill pigs, turkeys, and chickens. And I have noticed, and I’ll challenge all of our listeners here, Take note of the gas stations that are now moving their CO2 containers outside of the gas station instead of keeping it inside. And that’s because 100 people a year die in restaurants and bars and gas stations and places that have CO2 containers. These canisters will kill and so will a CO2 pipeline when the CO2 is compressed to 2200 PSI and expands at 500 times the rate it was in that pipeline.
SPEAKER 14 :
Okay, so we always make the argument in climate conversation that CO2 is plant food, that CO2 is good for us, that with CO2, plants thrive and prosper. But you just said that CO2 kills people. Doesn’t that play into the narrative of those that say that CO2 is bad?
SPEAKER 07 :
No, not at all, because CO2 is in the Earth’s atmosphere at 430 parts per million. A greenhouse that uses CO2 as literal plant food, like God put it in the atmosphere, has it 800 parts per million. It doesn’t kill anybody in a greenhouse at 800 parts per million. It kills people when it’s concentrated in a pipeline and asphyxiates them because it removes oxygen from their lungs. We have it at 7%. In the turkey, chicken, and pork facilities that use it, 7% of the atmosphere is CO2, and at 7%, it kills people. At 0.043%, it’s plant food. It’s about the concentration. You have no danger if you just allow it in the atmosphere or put it in a greenhouse. When you compress it in a pipeline at 2200 PSI and it expands until it disbands, you’re in danger. The kill zone… We’ve determined the kill zone is at least six miles on a 24-inch pipeline with compressed CO2 at 2200 PSI. Six miles. You have two minutes to get out of that path or you will die.
SPEAKER 14 :
Okay, now I’m going to change gears going back to something that came in on immigration. And this is something that Helen Creeble, who she’s since passed on, but we have her in between the first and second hour with the Linza Liberty. And she’s really just very reasonable in things that she, as she looks at government and proper role of government. And she had come up with something called the red card solution. regarding immigration and employers that need to have workers to come in across the border. And the red card solution would be that these people that want to come to America would be vetted on the other side of the border. They would have a red card, which meant that they could come in and they could work here in America and they would be here legally. And that seemed like that was a solution that made a lot of sense. Are you familiar with the red card solution? Have you heard that before?
SPEAKER 07 :
No, I haven’t.
SPEAKER 14 :
Okay. Well, and I know that former Congressman Greg Lopez, that is something that he’s put forward as well, and he and Helen Kriebel knew each other very well. And, again, that would be to have people vetted on the other side of the border. They would be given a red card where they could come in. And they could work here. And I think the employers would be involved in that as well, probably interviewing people to come in and work as well. So let’s change gears. You know what? We’re just about to.
SPEAKER 07 :
Let me just make another comment about that. People always say we need immigration reform. We do not. We need immigration enforcement. We have a green card system. We have an H-2A system. We don’t need anything else. We simply need to follow the rules and the Constitution that we currently have.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, I don’t disagree with you on that either. And OK, so we’ll continue these discussions. We need to talk about executive orders because I did some homework on that. And I know that that’s one of the things that you’re very concerned about, Trent Luce. And these discussions happen because of our sponsors. If you’ve been injured, you want to make sure that you reach out to John Bozen and Bozen Law.

SPEAKER 11 :
It’s a great day to be here.
SPEAKER 14 :
It is a great day to be alive, and we are in this battle for our state and for our country to get government back in its proper constitutional role. I’m talking with Trent Luce, a sixth-generation farmer and rancher, and we have Eric on the line. And Eric is so well-informed on so many issues. Eric, welcome to the show.
SPEAKER 10 :
Welcome. Well, thank you, Kim, for welcoming me. Hi, Trent, you great American. Hey, Eric. I got a simple fix. I was talking to Kim’s great producer, Joe. I mean, a work release jail program. You know, the short timers that are in jail, Kim, for a year or so that are on minor charges, misdemeanors, you know, driving offenses, simple stuff like that. I would be the first one to raise my hand if Trent Luce was the sheriff of that specific jail. Who wants to go work? I do. Well, we got construction work. We got farmer work. We got all this kind of work to do. Who’s willing to do what? I’m willing to do anything. Kim, imagine all the money that I’m going to speak for myself that I’m going to be making today. If I work minimum wage to replace all these illegal aliens jobs that people say that the American people won’t do, I’m an American. I would do it. It would solve all the problems because they’re all over the America, Trent and Kim, to do that job release jail program. And you would get a lot of qualified people that are in jail that wouldn’t know how to do that. As a resource. I don’t know. What do you guys think?
SPEAKER 14 :
I think that that’s a great idea. And this came in from on the text line. It says, I absolutely respect and love to hear Eric Manning on all of these radio shows. You tell him that we all support him immensely. And thank you. So you’re always thinking outside the box. Trench your comments on that. And then we’ve got Ron on the line as well.
SPEAKER 07 :
Actually, I think this has legs, and mostly because four times I’ve been to Louisiana State Penitentiary as a visitor, not as a resident, just in case you’re wondering. Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola is very unique in the country. The Texan prison system and Louisiana prison system still have farms. These inmates… who are trustees, what Eric just said, have earned the right to go and be trusted, go out. And I have personally witnessed 1,000 inmates at Angola hoeing a row, and 100% of the food consumed in the Louisiana State Penitentiary is grown in their prison system at the hands of the people who are occupying those prisons themselves. to take that to the next step and bring them out and work on farms and in industry, I have no problem with that whatsoever. I think it has absolute tremendous merit. The only thing I want to make sure that Eric’s clear on that he said, I do not support illegal workers in this country. I support the legal system being enforced so that people feel comfortable legally working in any of the jobs that Americans won’t do.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, and to Eric’s point, though, we need to get to a point where there has to be – I don’t ever remember thinking that there are jobs that Americans shouldn’t do. I don’t think that any work should be beneath us if, in fact, we’re working to take care of our families and put food on the table. Ron, what is on your radar?
SPEAKER 08 :
Hey, Kim. Yeah, I have this deal with these Muslims and – jihadists and all this other stuff if if it was you or i or um trent loose or anybody said that we if you don’t believe in what we believe we’re going to kill you the whole world would come down on us they would call us hitler uh nazis they would go in there but yet these people can go in here and do this and catch people on fire and uh you know through all this hate speech and and cause riots and everything, and it’s supposed to be okay. I don’t understand. I think we should deport them all and let them fight their wars and everything in their country because their own people won’t even take them. They won’t even take them in other Muslim countries. So what does that say?
SPEAKER 14 :
Okay. I think that’s a very interesting point as far as there seems to be no tolerance for the Western worldview, but there seems to be, there’s been so much tolerance for other worldviews here in America. So Ron, thank you. Trent, you want to weigh in on that?
SPEAKER 07 :
Only that I believe in the Second Amendment, as I believe in all of the Constitution. And I also believe that you need to be here legally. If you’re not here legally, you’re subject to leaving.
SPEAKER 14 :
I and that’s what we need to have the Trump administration doing. So let’s see. Let’s go through. This is another comment. This goes going to the CO2 pipelines and we’ll have to do executive orders next week. I think it says this is from Sandra. She said regarding the CO2 lines going underground, who will be liable when they would rupture? That’s a really good legal question. What what’s your thoughts on that, Trent?
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, there’s actually precedent because the companies where the rupture was in Mississippi and then there was a rupture in Louisiana, which did not have any human impact. The companies that built them claimed immunity and the insurance company was left holding the bag. The insurance company, now you have a growing number of insurance companies who are openly stating, we will not insure your property if you have CO2 pipelines underneath them.
SPEAKER 14 :
So then ultimately where that will probably go back to is to the taxpayer then, right?
SPEAKER 1 :
100%.
SPEAKER 07 :
The same people that paid for it, the people that don’t want it.
SPEAKER 14 :
Okay.
SPEAKER 07 :
And yet the whole reason they’re chasing it is for this $85 per metric ton tax credit. Who needs a tax credit? The Bill Gates, the Jeff Bezos, the Warren Buffetts of the world, and George Soros, believe it or not, needs a tax credit apparently. These are the people that chase this.
SPEAKER 14 :
But I thought that these elites are the ones that said that everybody needs to pay their fair share. So you’re saying that they actually want to get tax credits so that they don’t have to pay some of their taxes, right?
SPEAKER 07 :
I would just say that there’s a lot of people seeking to get the headlines that are going to be pleasing to people. But if you follow their actions on the ground, it doesn’t match their rhetoric, which is why I have a problem with Trump.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, we certainly – okay, next question, and we only have a few minutes. But would you be more happy with Kamala Harris, Trent Luce?
SPEAKER 07 :
No, absolutely not. And the reason Kamala Harris was there is because people knew that Trump was going to be a problem, but they brought a negative 50 in to compete against a zero. So no way was Kamala Harris better. Absolutely not. The question should be why in the United States of America in 2024 are these the two options we have to pick as the leader of the best free world in the world?
SPEAKER 14 :
But who do you think would have – I think that Trump is a man for this time because America has been on a trajectory that’s not sustainable. Of course, then I look at the spending here.
SPEAKER 07 :
Who built that from 2016 to 2020?
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, it was before 2016. It was before 2016.
SPEAKER 07 :
Look at the acceleration at 2016 to 2020 and the size of government and the intrusion at every level of local government. It accelerated in 2016 to 2020. And keep in mind, I was on the Trump advisory tag advisory committee during that four year period of time. I had a direct line to the White House. And it was the things that I was getting back, the feedback that I was getting, the people that I was communicating with. And the people who will not be a part of this Trump team because we learned in the first Trump fiasco, this is not the place we need to be going.
SPEAKER 14 :
But who would you say would be the person that could lead us out of this place that we have been heading? And I submit it, certainly there are things that happened with COVID, the big expansion of government. I agree with that. But I also think that the expansion of government was much, much earlier than Trump. And it was Obama and it was Clinton and it was the Bushes.
SPEAKER 07 :
So I think that that’s… You haven’t looked at the expansion under Trump, have you, Kim? Look at how much it expanded under Trump. Look what he’s doing to the farm community. Continues to decimate the farm community by giving payments, by giving payments. And we’re as bad as a crack-addicted person now. And the answer to your question was Ryan Binkley.
SPEAKER 14 :
Okay, I’m sorry. So my question was, who would you recommend? And you’ve got a name for us?
SPEAKER 07 :
Ryan Binkley. I was supporting Ryan Binkley through the entire Republican primary and had him on the air several times. And the man would have been the best person to begin the process. And we’re not going to make it happen overnight. That’s the issue. But he was the one in the field that you asked me who it was. That’s who I chose and that’s who I supported.
SPEAKER 14 :
And I don’t know him. So we’ve got two minutes. Tell me about this guy.
SPEAKER 07 :
He’s a businessman and a pastor from Dallas, Texas that just put God first, understood the power of we the people, and because he was the right one, at every turn, he was rejected. He did actually finish higher in most primaries than people give him credit for because anybody who met him, anybody that knew him, knew he was the real deal. And consequently, media didn’t want you to know about him.
SPEAKER 14 :
Well, and coming in on the text line, there are a number of listeners that said that we are Trump supporters and we have these discussions because we have to have these discussions because these discussions are happening in our state and in our country. And we have to have these important discussions so that we can reclaim Colorado and reclaim America. So I appreciate you, Trent Luce. I’ll be thinking a lot about this conversation throughout the week. And I think it’s important to have them. So have a great week. What’s your final thoughts you’d like to leave with our listeners?
SPEAKER 07 :
Oh, we talked about the tea party that occurred. We talked about it going to happen. We had our modern-day tea party in Bismarck in the Missouri River. It was fantastic. We need to replicate it all throughout this country.
SPEAKER 14 :
And I think that we are in the third founding of our country. And I’ll try to get to some of these other text messages as well. But our quote for the end of the show is from Victor Hugo. And he said this, perseverance is the secret of all triumphs. So my friends today, be grateful, read great books, think good thoughts, listen to beautiful music, communicate and listen well, live honestly and authentically, strive for high ideals and like Superman, stand for truth, justice, and the American way. My friends, you are not alone. God bless you and God bless America.
SPEAKER 11 :
And fast on a rough road riding High through the mountains climbing Twisting, turning further from my home Young like a new moon rising Fierce through the rain and lightning Wandering out into this great home And I don’t want no one to cry But tell them if I don’t say
