We hope that you will learn some things that you’ll be able to use to engage with your colleagues and your friends and your family as we are in this big battle of ideas that is raging in America. And as you know, we search for truth and clarity on the show. looking at these things through the lens of freedom versus force, force versus freedom. If something’s a good idea, you should not have to force people to do it. And it’s never compassionate nor altruistic to take other people’s stuff, whether or not it’s their rights, their property, their livelihoods, their freedom, opportunity, childhoods, or lives. And force can be obviously a weapon, but we really see it with policy and unpredictable and excessive taxation. And we saw fear and coercion through COVID, see them play that out. Government-induced inflation is a silent thief because your money becomes worth less and less. The agenda by the World Economic Forum and globalist elites, they use the United Nations, Colorado State Legislature, the Colorado governor, but local governments. As one of our listeners had texted me, she said, What’s happening with this agenda is they’re thinking globally and they’re acting locally. And you can see that playing out in municipalities and counties and the state of Colorado with, I’ll put this in air quotes, transit-orientated developments. Transit-orientated developments. If people want to live near transit, certainly from an economic standpoint, if they want to, they should, but there’s all kinds of subsidies available. that are pushing developers to build these four- and five-story apartment buildings. And then we see legislation and ordinances, actions at the local level, the county level, that’s trying to limit our freedom of mobility and what this is this is the agenda of the world economic forum is that everyday people will not have freedom of mobility will live in rental units and will not be able to create wealth that’s opposite to the idea of america so this is this big battle of ideas that we are engaged in and remember if something’s a good idea you should not have to force people to do it So let’s let’s jump into the other things that we do here. Wanted to say thank you to the Harris family for their goal sponsorship of the show. And let’s our word of the day is iniquitous. And it’s spelled I-N-I-Q-U-I-T-O-U-S. And it could be characterized by injustice or wickedness, wicked or sinful. I think it’s very wicked to steal from one person to give to another. But yet we see government doing that under the guise of redistribution. And so I think that redistribution forced by government is very iniquitous. So your challenge is to use the word iniquitous. in a sentence today and i went to thomas jefferson for our quote of the day he was born on 1870 excuse me 1743 he died july 4 1826 he and john adams died on the same day which i think is providence but he was an American founding father and the third president of the United States. He was the primary author of the Declaration of Independence. He was the nation’s first U.S. Secretary of State under George Washington and was the nation’s second vice president under John Adams. He was a leading proponent of democracy, republicanism, and natural rights, and he produced these formative documents and decisions at the state, national, and international levels. and this is what he said he said when once a republic is corrupted there is no possibility of remedying any of the growing evils but by removing the corruption and restoring its lost principles every other correction is either useless or a new evil And that is why these elections are so important in our country. That is the way that we remove those that are corrupted and have moved away from our principles. We are at our third founding in our country right now to see if we can reclaim these principles of our American founding. And we’re engaging in this battle of ideas to do so. and several headlines. The first one, we’ve been going through the 50 wins in the one big beautiful bill. This is from whitehouse.gov. We’re on 41 through 45. And number 41 says it reforms and streamlines the federal student loan program to drive down tuition costs and simplify repayment plans. It says this includes reasonable limits on amounts that students can borrow. This is huge. The government should not be in the student loan program. And that occurred under the Obama administration. So it wasn’t really that long ago. And then we’ve seen student loan debt balloon. We’ve seen… The cost of tuition balloon. And then we’ve been paying then that these many of these professors that lean to the hard left to indoctrinate our children. In fact, I was talking with a friend who had a friend who the children grew up in the house, very conservative, go off to college. And four years later, guess what? They have an indoctrinated leftist. And so, and one of the ways that happened then is because of these higher and higher tuition rates, then there was more money to pay these professors to indoctrinate our children. It was, it’s quite, quite the diabolical plan. So anyway, number 41 in the 50 wins in the one big beautiful bill is addressing that. Number two, it strengthens account, excuse me, 42. It strengthens accountability for students and taxpayers on federal student loans. This bill imposes skin in the game requirements to hold universities financially accountable to the government on defaulted federal student loans. I have been thinking about that for a long time. This is a great idea. Number 43, it implements critical reforms to Pell Grants to make sure they prioritize students who truly need financial assistance while promoting completion. Says this legislation allows grants to be used for short-term high-quality workforce training programs to support Americans who want to learn a trade instead of the traditional four-year colleges. Number 44, it increases timber sales on federal lands. This means an increase in timber production and improvement to forest management, improving the resilience of timber and saving billions on future wildlife suppression costs. Love what that says. Number 45, it authorizes the sale of expanded spectrum MHZ to strengthen rural broadband and secure technological dominance in AI and other emerging technologies. That’s one that I’m going to say, hmm, stay tuned. I’m not quite sure I’m jazzed about that. In fact, when I first got involved in watching all of this when I was on city council, there was… a company that was called Eagle Broadband, I think, and they were receiving millions and millions of dollars for rural broadband, and they didn’t really deliver much whatsoever, but they made a lot of money. So I would say I might be a little concerned about number 45 on this. The other thing, and this is a for many, many years, and this is the California’s bullet train project. In fact, I think it’s been out there for 20 years. There have been those that are buying land up around where they think this project is going to be in the hopes that that land would go up in value. Well, Trump, finally, he did this. This is from Yahoo News. It says the Trump administration pulls $4 billion in federal funding for California’s bullet train project. Once again, if California wants that bullet train project, Californians need to pay for that. If Californians don’t want to be paying more taxes for that, then they need to vote out the people that are pushing that. That’s why elections are super important. And that’s why we’re also doing such important work over in the elections arena as well here. So stay tuned on that. Well, it’s good to have you. And just a quick snippet. You were back in the – where we were founded, Washington, D.C., and Williamsburg. Just give us a quick synopsis of coming home now.
SPEAKER 05 :
Okay. it was absolutely amazing to see, you’ll get a refresher on how the country was founded and then coming back home. Um, you know, it was even little things, you know, looking at, you know, I grew up in the Washington DC area and obviously that has, you know, lots of people there, lots of builders, things like that. And one thing that stuck out is on the East coast and in the Maryland, Virginia area, um, In D.C., they have all the trees. They’re transit corridors. It’s, you know, two to three lanes each direction. But they have these big, beautiful trees lining the corridors. Everything is green. And I come home and I see the typical Colorado where developers are just destroying the trees. They’ll plant new trees, but we have to wait 30 years to get the really tall, you know, beautiful trees. And… Yeah, it was kind of sober coming home to see all the development being done without keeping the environmental things, right? And just destroying everything as a path to just build, build, build.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, and that is what you’re seeing in Lakewood with this density. In order to accomplish this density and lack of parking, they then have to take out all of the trees and the vegetation. And I know that you’re on that issue. We’ll probably talk more about that next week. Let’s talk about radiant painting and lighting. And explain to me how you prep a house for exterior painting.
SPEAKER 05 :
Oh, absolutely. So what we do is go out and power wash. Usually the Friday or Saturday before, we’re going to paint the following week or same. But we power wash to get all the dust out. dirt, cobwebs, peeling paint off the house. And then when we show up to paint, if all the peeling paint did not come off, then we will hand scrape that. We prime all the bare wood. If there was bare wood where Paint with peeling, we use a different primer to basically seal it so that it will not keep peeling once we put that paint on. And then we also caulk everything that needs to be caulked. And then once all the prep is done, then we start the painting or staining.
SPEAKER 09 :
Karen Gorday, in this climate here in Colorado, is there a certain rule of thumb that you need to paint every X number of years? Yes.
SPEAKER 05 :
Well, it depends on the quality of paint. So there are paints that are only going to last, you know, maybe five or six years. But then there’s also paints that are going to last 10 to 25 years. So my recommendation typically is if someone is keeping their house, that at a minimum they’re doing the paint that’s going to last at least 10 years because no one wants to paint their house every couple years. And when I say paint’s going to last… you know, five to six years, it will start showing its age within two or three years. So, and you never want to wait till it’s completely end of life because then you’re losing that protection on your house.
SPEAKER 09 :
Okay. So I think that’s really important for people to think about that. And that sometimes can be some of the delayed maintenance that people aren’t paying attention to. So it’s important to make sure that you’re using a critical eye as you’re watching things around your home. The other thing is, I can’t believe that we’re at the middle of July. As fast as time is going, Christmas is right around the corner and you are running these Christmas in July specials.
SPEAKER 05 :
Absolutely. So it’s 20% off of interior painting that takes place between November and March, and then $200 off of Christmas lights. If you reserve those now, we’ll install them early October. We’ll put a timer on there, and you can plug it in when you’re ready. And yeah, it’ll be $200 off.
SPEAKER 09 :
So question, on the lighting, people, I assume, buy the lights, and then you install them, or how does that work?
SPEAKER 05 :
Nope. We supply commercial-grade LED lights, and then basically we work with them, design what they want, purchase the lights, put them on their house. At the end of the season, we come back, take them down, store them, and they’re ready for the next year.
SPEAKER 09 :
So does the person own those lights then, or does Radiant Painting and Lighting own them?
SPEAKER 05 :
Radiant Painting and Lighting owns them, but we’ll come back every year and put them back on.

She lives out in Elbert County, and I met her regarding this issue of Xcel Energy wanting to build a transmission line across Elbert County and threatening eminent domain to take people’s property. And so I wanted to get an update from Carrie. Carrie, welcome. Hi, thanks, Kim. And, Carrie, I got to meet you in person when I came out to the hearing, and I made some public comments. Give us an update on what’s happening.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, as you know, on the 25th, the Board of County Commissioners denied both of Excel’s permits for their power pathway through the county. And on July 2nd, they signed two resolutions, one for each permit, outlining all of the reasons why they were denying the permit. The county believes that XL will be appealing the decision, most likely to the Elbert County District Court under Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure 106. They also have the option of appealing to the PUC. There is a 28-day limitation period for filing decisions. this appeal to the district court, which would put it at the end of July. And as of yet, the county hasn’t heard anything. Since the county has denied the permits, Excel continues to serve people with condemnation orders for immediate possession for eminent domain, even though the commissioners have denied the permits.
SPEAKER 09 :
And even though they’ve not gone through the courts, not gone through the PUC yet, they are actually serving papers of condemnation on this property?
SPEAKER 08 :
Yes. This is unbelievable. 30 landowners have been served with eminent domain already. There are 9 or 10 who have refused to sign but who have not yet had papers filed against them. So they’re kind of in a limbo wondering what’s going to happen. XL is continuing to serve those papers on landowners, even though the county has denied their permits.
SPEAKER 09 :
How can they do that?
SPEAKER 08 :
The PUC and Colorado State Government have given them the powers of eminent domain for their project. So my only guess is that they are pretty confident that their appeal will win and they’ll be able to continue. So they’re just trying to bulldoze their way through.
SPEAKER 09 :
This transmission line is going from where to where?
SPEAKER 08 :
So it’s going from Harvest Mile, which is off of Quincy, kind of close to the Aurora Reservoir, down to the Tundra substation in Pueblo, which is near the Comanche coal-fired power plant.
SPEAKER 09 :
Okay, that doesn’t seem like that should go through Elbert County, though.
SPEAKER 08 :
Oh, no, it’s… It’s 550 miles. They’re winding it all through several counties. So we’ve told them that there are other options. We’re not saying no, don’t come into Elbert County, but there are easements to the east, transmission and utility corridors to the east that they could use that they don’t need to get right-of-ways for, but they refuse to consider those.
SPEAKER 09 :
So instead, if I understand this right, you said there’s already transmission corridors and easements that they could use for this transmission line. And again, from the Aurora Reservoir to Pueblo, it doesn’t seem like you need to go east to Elbert County.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, their reason is they want to open up the eastern plains for wind and solar development. So that’s why they would be coming east. and then curving back around, is it opens up all of the eastern plains. The route that they have chosen opens up our entire county for wind and solar development because wind and solar can be built within 35 miles either side of the line.
SPEAKER 09 :
Okay. This transmission corridor for this eminent domain that they’re serving condemnation papers on, how wide is the transmission? How much land are they asking? They’re not asking. How much land are they demanding?
SPEAKER 08 :
Are they stealing? Yeah. The easement is 150 feet wide, 75 feet on each side of the tower. Okay. As it runs along, say, Highway 86 or Kiowa Bennett Road, they’ll be taking 150 feet swath of people’s property along the road there.
SPEAKER 09 :
That also means then that they’ll have this transmission tower right there on their property as well, correct?
SPEAKER 08 :
Correct. There are some people that have… would have a tower less than 100 feet from their home. And these towers are anywhere up to 199 feet tall, with the majority of them being 140 to 170 feet. And so they would have this tower 100 feet from their home.
SPEAKER 09 :
And again, there is already easements on other property. And those other easements, is there shorter transmission lines in those other easements that are a possible option?
SPEAKER 08 :
I’m not sure what you mean by shorter transmission lines.
SPEAKER 09 :
Okay, so is there already some kind of transmission line or something in those easements that you said could be another option?
SPEAKER 08 :
Yes, yes. And part of Elbert County zoning regulations, states that the transmission lines or new transmission lines have to be co-located along other infrastructure, if at all possible, and it is possible. So they’re not following our county regulations.
SPEAKER 09 :
And the other thing that I thought was important to realize is this land is being taken from the people in Elbert County, but the people of Elbert County don’t even use Xcel Energy for their electricity, right?
SPEAKER 08 :
Correct. There is absolutely no benefit for Elbert County. Xcel says that we will get some money in fees and taxes, but the… the costs to Elbert County far outweigh any benefit that we would get in tax revenue.
SPEAKER 09 :
So I’m just pondering on the Constitution, on the General Welfare Clause, because I think sometimes eminent domain is connected to general welfare. I think, for example, for national security, if we needed some land for a military base at a strategic location, you know, different things like that. But there is no way… that this can be for the general welfare in taking somebody’s land and them not even receiving any benefit from that. So that’s not the general welfare. That’s not the general welfare of everybody. That’s the welfare of some. And the some is they say that they’re opining, I would say, that they want to provide electricity to the Front Range, to the urban corridor. But yet the people in rural Colorado are paying the price and they’re receiving no benefits. So there’s no way that’s general welfare in my mind.
SPEAKER 08 :
I would agree with you. Exactly.
SPEAKER 09 :
So next steps. I just want to keep this in the forefront, Carrie Giblets, because I think that this is something that is so important for people to understand. So if the PUC and Excel can come in and take the property of the farmers and ranchers in Elbert County, be careful because the next thing is they may be coming into your property here in the urban corridor and wanting to take that for some reason as well. So that’s why we need to be watching what is happening regarding eminent domain, taking people’s property, Carrie. What’s the final thing you’d like people to know on this? And we do want to stay on top of this issue.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, we’re just hopeful that if Excel does appeal that Our voices are heard. The county has outlined so many reasons why this route is not a good idea, why the application needs to be denied. We just hope that that would be heard by our district court or by the Public Utilities Commission.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, keep us in the loop, because this is such an important issue. And the idea that the permits have been denied, and it was an incomplete permit that they were requesting as well. I think it’s important that people understand that. So this incomplete application is denied. And they are continuing to serve condemnation papers on people to take their land. This is not American, in my opinion. This is not the way it’s supposed to be. This is truly, truly wrong. Okay. Carrie Giblets, thank you for keeping us informed on this. Jenny said Excel is rushing this project because tax credits end after 2026 for projects that have not begun construction. So our goal is we need to get this thing delayed because not only will it protect the people of Elbert County and this land grab there, but then there will be this huge land grab to take land on the eastern plains. Because these tax credits, this wind and solar, cannot exist without all these tax credits. And tax credits are, again, government-picking winners and losers. We need to get rid of that across the board. Everything needs to stand on its own from an economic standpoint. So we need to work to delay this project. And so we need to support the people in Elbert County to do so. So this is super important. Well, you certainly are, and you’ve been on the show before, but if people are new to what you’re doing, first of all, tell us a little bit about Jason Bailey and your journey.
SPEAKER 04 :
Sure, yeah. You know, I’ve been doing business for 40 years, and I had a business, a restaurant by a city and county building a couple blocks away for 14 years. We lost the building. A new owner bought it and vacated the building for new development, which is great, I believe, on private property. That was 2022. And, you know, I had the city of Denver on my back for 14 years with that restaurant, and I just got pulled into politics. I would never choose to do this. So I formed an organization called Citizens for No New Debt. And, you know, when I was working at the restaurant, working six, seven days a week, I saw the mayor of Denver, Mayor Michael Hancock, just taking on more debt. And I know that you can’t get government debt paid back on average without debt. twice as much tax money. And it just makes no sense. I mean, we can expect people to be working for a living and laboring for a living and the government’s taking our money and giving it to, uh, to the banking system so that they can use debt so that they can try to get policies done sooner than, than, uh, than it should be done because they don’t have the money in the bank. You know, they, our government’s just got to spend the money they have and, uh, forget the whole idea of government debt. It’s counterproductive. It’s not business debt. And I’m just keenly aware of this. And so the organization is the only organization that I know that’s focused on this one single point, pushing back on government debt. Right now we’re focused on the city of Denver. The mayor of Denver wants $800 million this November, and we’re going to defeat it. So we’re on it, and – We just need to do some advertising, get our messaging out there. His messaging is nonsense. If you take a look at our website, citizensfornonewdebt.org, we write quite a bit about this campaign. So we’re on it. And, Kim, it’s always great to be on your show. Thank you so much.

Well, Jason Bailey, I thought I saw a headline that, which is amazing, I about fell over, that the Denver City Council, who seems to like debt and control of people, that there was some pushback on this potential $800 million request that might be on the ballot for Denverites this November. And I thought, huh, well, that’s a little bit refreshing. What’s your thoughts about that?
SPEAKER 04 :
Well, thank you. And so, you know, at the end of 2022, we had to vacate the restaurant. And so I started talking with city council every week. I went to the general comment and public comment, and I did that for two years. So I know the Denver City Council very well. And I see them do this over and over. They’ll kind of talk. you know, as though they’re not sure about the vote. But when it comes to debt, I’d be so surprised if council does not approve this probably in August. So, you know, city council, they will give some pushback to try to get concessions from the mayor and try to keep the voters happy that they’re really looking at both sides of the equation. But for the most part, city council they always want more revenue there’s no end game to what they want and control uh so they always want more money in control and um they they uh i’ll bet i’ll bet anybody’s money they uh they’ll they’ll approve this debt package in in august and then it’ll go to the ballot in november you know so how they’re gonna how will they sell this what is this going to be for Well, they’re going to sell it by pretending to be Santa Claus and telling people, you know, get your Christmas list ready. We’re going to fulfill your Christmas list. So, you know, it’s just the same story. They promise everything. And they never, ever talk about the debt or the amount of money to repay that debt. It’s always what the voter is going to get. So they gaslight the voters. They say, hey, you’re going to get parks and recreation centers and libraries. The thing is, if we don’t use debt, we can buy more parks and more recreation centers and more libraries, and we can cut back on tax money. The Republicans want less tax. The Democrats want more budget. Kim, hey, I have an answer. Less debt, because it solves both of those problems. Debt is just too expensive. Government debt makes no sense. I have a home mortgage. I think a home mortgage makes a lot of sense, because you’re going to either buy your house or you’re going to rent. And so different forms of debt need to be looked at individually. Some forms of debt make sense and some don’t, you know, like a payday loan probably doesn’t make a lot of sense. Government debt never makes sense. You know, our government should be trying to take as little as possible to get the job done, roads and your basic services from government, not as much, you know, as they can take to pay back that debt, you know. So government debt is not business debt. And unfortunately, a lot of people think that, you know.
SPEAKER 09 :
Right, because government, a business has to produce. Government does not produce anything. The only way that government gets revenue is either by borrowing or by, I’m thinking about the federal government, borrowing from our kids’ future or taking it from the people. That’s the only two ways that they can do that.
SPEAKER 04 :
Yes, yes. I don’t even see debt as revenue. I see there’s only one way that all things government gets paid for. It’s money from the people to the government. I think debt is pretending to be revenue. I think debt is the opposite of revenue because it will always take twice as much revenue on average before we get those banks paid off. So I think there’s only one way from the people to the government, and that’s how – uh, how all things government are, is, is paid for.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, and I really think that we, you’re on no new debt and, uh, I really am getting over to no new taxes. I think the two are very connected. You make a distinction in a way between the two. Yes.
SPEAKER 04 :
It was definitely a distinction, but, uh, they, they go to, they go together, you know, um, Like the wheels on a car, you know, there are two different things. But they just go together because the debt will always drive more taxes. It’s impossible to get as much tax money. It will always drive that tax money up. So, you know, I mean, you know, on the ballot in November, the first line will be from the mayor of the city. Without raising new taxes, will you approve $800 million in debts? You know, that’s like asking the voters to confirm 10 minus 5 equals 10. Will you approve this? And they’ll say, oh, yeah, sure, we’ll approve that.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, and regarding on the federal level, so many people have been very frustrated with the CBO, the Congressional Budget Office, uses a static model in their modeling instead of a dynamic model. And the difference is, with a static model, you put in X, you say, this is what the tax rate is, we’re looking at revenue now, if we increase taxes, then we should get X. But they don’t take in the human factor, which is the dynamic model, is if you increase taxes, people make adjustments. Because I think people feel that, yes, there are some taxes to pay for the proper role of government. But I think that the excess taxes, people will do things to try to figure out how to minimize legally that tax burden. And so there have been those that have said that the big, beautiful bill will balloon the debt. But yet I think they’re looking at this from a static model versus a model that might be growing the economy. Right. But I understand. I’m certainly concerned about that. But people forget that, yes, we’ve got this federal debt over here, which is really we’ve got to do something about it. But then meanwhile, back at the ranch, people are saying, oh, yes, to this new school district tax or extending the school district tax. Yes, to extend this rec center tax. Yes, to extend this tax for fires, our firefighters, which we all believe that we should be, for sure, supporting our firefighters. But when I’m driving by new fire stations that are pretty nice, I’m thinking, well, I may be paying too much in taxes. And so we have to be… disciplined at the local level, this potential $800 million that will be on the ballot in Denver, the voters have to be disciplined and say no, because not only do we have the federal debt over here, but to put more and more debt on us at the local level, we’ve got to say no to that.
SPEAKER 04 :
We have so much debt at the local level. And, you know, I like the firefighters and I don’t want my house to burn down. But the fire department is an empire And they want more and more and more and more money, more control, just like city council, et cetera, et cetera. And so, yeah, I mean, I just – you know where i draw the line is debt um and you know whether you want a park or a police station uh we should do it without that uh it just never makes sense to use debt and pay twice as much for the park or twice as much for the police station or twice as much for the fire department you know it just uh it never makes sense it’s it dead you know all the money that we give to the bank uh it just will never buy so much as a cup of coffee for anybody and um You know, that’s where I draw the line. I think the Republicans and the Democrats and everyone else, we should all be able to agree that this debt makes no sense. And, you know, at the federal level, there’s an organization called Truth in Accounting, and they do such a great job of talking about the real debt at the federal level, because all the numbers we hear, $37 trillion, $38 trillion, they don’t include Social Security. And once you put that into the equation, all this money that’s is going to be due and is obligated to people who need it to live for 20 years or 30 years or 40 years, it’s well over $100 trillion. It jumps way north of $100 trillion at the federal level. So we’re in deep, but we can never give up. We’ve got to stay on it. And that’s what my organization is about, is just writing and communicating just how counterproductive government debt is. And yeah, it’s all over at the local level. It’s just ridiculous.

The fire department in Wellington says the fire department already owes residents over $300,000, and they are asking for a 0.5% sales tax. And and Jenny’s concerned, is this going to be for the fire department or what? What can happen? There may be some other things that they may want to accomplish, such as in this case, maybe a new rec center. And she says, why can’t the school facilities be used for recreation? I think that’s a very good point. But what can happen? I remember when I was on city council. One of the first things that some of the PBI said is that money is fungible. And what that means is they move it around. So they may move it around to a pet project over here that they want to get done. And then they’ll come over here and ask the voters for the tax for something that they know the voters really would value, such as schools or roads. But yet the money that could be used for that has been moved over to pet projects. And I would think that a lot of that might be occurring with what’s going on with the potential ballot question with Michael Johnston and a potential request for $800 million in For the city and county of Denver. And when you look at the results of your money so far in Denver, when you go into Denver, the city that I used to love, it’s now it’s dirty, it’s dangerous. And it’s because of terrible public policy that that is occurring. And so we need to, as Jason says, no new debt. And we really, I am to the point, no new taxes as well. I think that government has plenty of money. They just have a priority challenge. And so I think that it’s really important that we say no new debt, that we start to vote to keep more money in our pockets instead of giving it to government. In a way, we’re voting away our property rights with these higher and higher taxes. And so we have these discussions, again, because of our great sponsors. And one of the first things that we have to do is stop the money, giving the money away to government. And so we’ve got to make government more accountable to us, to we the people. And I really love what Jason Bailey is doing with Citizens for No New Debt. And I also love this. I mentioned this in the earlier in the show, that the Trump administration is pulling the federal funding, $4 billion in federal funding for California’s bullet train project. So California, Gavin Newsom, and all those that have been making all of these decisions, about California and these high gas taxes. I was just thinking about, I’d been out in California, I think at the beginning of March. And let me see if I can figure out the average gas price for a gallon of gas. Let’s get that right now. Price in California to compare here because I was able to fill up the other day in the 270 range. And just think about this. So the average gas price in California, and it’s because of taxes, is, okay, this is from Fox LA. It says California gas prices are increasing on July 1. What we need to know about that. So let me get that for you. Just think about, okay, so it’s going to increase 1.6 gallons per Give us the gas price here. Okay. This is so frustrating when they can’t just give you the exact price here. So anyway, it was in the $4.60 range, if I can remember right. Think about that. $2 a gallon of gas, approximately. More in California. what that does to Californians and how much money that takes out of their pocket every time they go to fill up their car so that they can have freedom of mobility to go where they want to when they want to. And so California has all these high taxes on their hardworking people. They’re giving money to illegals. They have all of these other programs, for example, this $4 billion bullet train that basically goes from nowhere to nowhere. And if they if Gavin Newsom and company wants to do that, OK, but they need to be responsible for that. They cannot be looking to the federal government, which is taking money from their neighbors and our neighbors and are their neighbors in this case and taking money from our children. in the form of government debt. So each of these states, and this is what the founders wanted, they wanted each state to be a petri dish, to be responsible for itself and the decisions that are made, and that the voters would be engaged and that they would vote people out that they did not agree with what was happening. Now, what happens, though, is politicians say, we’re going to tax somebody else so that we can give you money for free. Well, there is no free money. Nobody could receive something for free that’s not been taken from somebody else first. And there is something immoral about taking something via force from one person to give to another. But PBIs have figured out that that’s a way that they can keep themselves in office. And so that is why we have to be engaged citizens. That’s why we do this show is to help you get your brain around these issues and understand that. Because when PBIs come to you and ask for tax increases, there’s a lot of things that that they’re obfuscating. And that is why when we do our voters guide, we really help you try to unpack those things. And I congratulate you. With that, an example I recently highlighted is ranked choice voting. Even with $14 million coming in to try to get the people of Colorado to vote for that, the people of Colorado said no. And so stay tuned on all these issues. It’s important that you understand them. Thomas Jefferson said this. He said, and deserve neither. So today, be grateful, read great books, think good thoughts, listen to beautiful music, communicate and listen well, live honestly and authentically, strive for high ideals, and like Superman, stand for truth, justice, and the American way. And we’ve got a lot going on out there in our world today. But let’s go ahead and jump into our word of the day, which is iniquitous. It’s spelled I-N-I-Q-U-I-T-O-U-S. It could be characterized by injustice or wickedness, wicked or sinful. And in the first hour, I talked about forced redistribution that government does of wealth. Helen Creeble in her Lens of Liberty moment made such an important point. And that is, if you want more of something, you incentivize it. If you want less of something, you tax it. And it is no wonder that homelessness has exploded in America. Denver, because in the metro area, but particularly in Denver, because so much money is being pushed to that industrial complex, the homelessness industrial complex. And there’s a lot of people that are making a lot of money on the tragedy of homelessness. So if you want more of something, incentivize it. And homelessness in Denver is a perfect example. If you want less of something, then you tax it. And as Helen said in the Lens of Liberty at the top of the hour, that they tax our homes, our property, our clothes, our food, our transportation. And these are all the things that make people’s lives better. And so they want to tax the things that make people’s lives better. So connect that dot. And the quote of the day then goes to Thomas Jefferson. He said, or a new evil. And we need to do that at the ballot box. And we need to be electing people that understand the proper role of government, that as elected representatives, that they are to represent the people, not these special interests. And when we talked with Kerry Giblets in the first hour regarding this land grab by Xcel Energy in Elbert County, that Excel is serving condemnation papers on people when a permit has not even been approved. It was an incomplete permit. And Ginny had said the reason is that they are pushing this so quickly is that all these tax incentives And tax credits, all this stuff goes away at the end of 2026. We should not be having tax incentives and tax credits because that, again, is government putting its finger on the lever and determining winners and losers. And when I went out and watched the procedures and then made public comments, I reminded the commissioners in Elbert County that they were representatives of the people of Elbert County. They did not work for Excel. And they made the right decision that they denied this incomplete application. But Excel is doubling down. And so we have to continue to shed light on all of this. One of the things that I’ve been doing is going through the big, beautiful bill on the White House dot gov’s website and highlighting. They said there’s 50 wins in the one big, beautiful bill. number 41 reforms and streamlines the federal student loan program to drive down tuition costs and simplify repayment plans 42 it strengthens accountability for students and taxpayers on federal student loans 43 it implements critical reforms to pell grants to make sure they prioritize students who truly need financial assistance while promoting completion 44 it increases timber sales on federal lands And number 45, it authorizes the sale of Expanded Spectrum MHC to strengthen rural broadband and secure America’s technological dominance in AI and other emerging technologies. That’s one I probably want to look a little more at. But there’s so many things that are moving us in the right direction here on the federal level in the big, beautiful bill. And so we want to continue to shed light on it, but be honest about it. There’s things that we like and the challenges that are in there. We need to go to work to try to fix that. There is always opportunity, and right now there is opportunity in the residential real estate market for people that are, there’s choice finally on people being able to look at different homes to really buy the home of their dreams, and Karen Levine can help with that. Karen Levine, welcome. Good morning, Kim. So what’s the latest? What should people know? Midsummer, residential real estate. What should people know?
SPEAKER 06 :
Well, I think you sort of hit the nail on the head, which is buyers have choice. And it’s the first time that we have seen the real estate market moving towards what would be defined as a buyer’s market. I was on a Zoom meeting yesterday with the National Association of Realtors head economist. And nationwide, we are moving towards a balanced market. But he indicated that should interest rates mortgage rates drop from hovering around seven down to six, the amount of buyers that would enter the marketplace would then cause us to return to a multiple offer situation. So that would mean buyers would be in competition, more competition, and that would potentially cause values to move back up. Values aren’t plummeting at all. They are seeing some downward pressure. And really, the statistics showed that appreciation was just slowing. Our economy is very, very strong. The housing market is strong. But right now there’s this window of opportunity for buyers who can handle the higher interest rate, even though they may not like it. but at least can get into a residential unit or an investment unit. And they can do that without potentially being in a competitive situation, which allows them the opportunity maybe to negotiate a little bit better on price and terms.
SPEAKER 09 :
OK, Karen, so I’m going to surmise something. We’re not each individual’s different and each individual has to look at their own situation. So I’m not giving any advice, but I’m just thinking, OK, let’s say that you are and we’re coming into the school year. Let’s say that you have a school district or an area that you want to live in. and there are multiple homes for sale, and you look at all of these and you find a home that you really like, and you would love to have it at a lower interest rate, but right now you might be able to get some concessions because, as you said, at this point it’s a seller’s market. So if you could handle that payment and do negotiations, which you could help them with, they might be able to get into that home with these concessions. And then if interest rates go down, they could refinance with Lorne and have an even more manageable house payment. Do you see where I’m going with this? Does this make sense?
SPEAKER 06 :
Yes. And just to clarify, because there is the potential of it being a buyer’s market, And we know there’s pent-up demand. We know based on the data that there’s buyers out there that want to buy but are hesitant because of the cost of those monthly payments. In your scenario, if a seller is willing to give some concessions, the concessions potentially could go towards an interest rate buy-down, get them the rate that they’re comfortable with now, even though they need to qualify, at the full rate. And then when rates do come down, which the NAR chief economists believe we will see them move down over the next 12 to 18 months, they can refinance and have that same payment or better.
SPEAKER 09 :
Right. We can’t guarantee that. We are certainly surmising. Each person needs to think about that. But in a buyer’s market right now, you could help potentially with some negotiations. So I could see how there can be some real opportunity. And so I think people should give you a call because when you don’t know when there’s unknowns, many times that’s when there can be some real opportunity. But you don’t know unless you give you a call. So what’s that phone number?

And the other question is, you will sit down with potential buyers, either in person or certainly you can do that online, but you go through different questions to determine what it is they’re really looking for. Because sometimes I think people don’t even know what they’re looking for until they sit down and think about it.
SPEAKER 06 :
That’s funny you would make that statement. We have a bad, I think it’s a very bad saying in the real estate market. It was a saying I heard very early in my career, which was buyers are liars and buyers are not liars. Buyers just don’t know what they don’t know. And so what happens is that they have in their head what they believe the property is that they want to buy, but they don’t know that maybe that property package of things that they like or want may not be available, may not exist in the communities they want to live in, all the things. And so that’s my job is to help them navigate what the market has available for them and how that can best meet those goals and dreams. And then when they find the right house, they feel at peace and they’re excited because It’s exactly what they wanted, but they just didn’t know that until they got there.

Well, school’s right around the corner, and parents are getting their kids, will be getting their kids ready for school and wanting to have everything in order. But you have written a very important piece that we’ll publish this weekend in our newsletter and then have at the website, Top 10 Scams in Public Health that Parents Should Know. Let’s go through this, Pam Long. Where should we start?
SPEAKER 07 :
Okay, there’s 10 of them, so this will be like a fire hose, but don’t worry, you’ll get this in the Kim Munson newsletter this weekend. So let’s go over like the first five, like an overview, because these are more on the side of the private sector when you’re at your doctor’s office type of pitfalls. Okay. The first one, violations of informed consent with vaccines. So doctors and nurses routinely fail to inform parents of any vaccine risk by design because of the financial compensation system, which awards them up to $400 per child if the majority of the patients in a clinic are vaccinated. So what would true informed consent look like? Potential benefits, known adverse reactions, including disability and death, lack of liability for the doctor and the manufacturer, options to test for natural immunity in lieu of vaccination, and rights to vaccine exemptions. So that’s number one. Number two, violations of religious rights in daycares, schools, colleges, and employment regarding vaccines. So in recent years, schools and employers have attempted to ignore people’s religious exemption rights with vaccines. These rights are in the U.S. Constitution. And instead, these entities try to impose illegal religious scrutiny tests, which are clearly prohibited in the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. So parents report to me every school year that their school or some program, like a camp, say that they do not accept these non-medical or religious exemptions. And my advice to parents is know your exemption rights. Do not rely on administrators to inform you correctly. Colorado Revised Statute 25-4-903 contains your vaccine exemption rights, which all schools, daycares, colleges, employers are bound to follow. And the courts have ruled that the denial of religious exemptions is discrimination over and over again.
SPEAKER 09 :
So, Pam, a quick question on that. How you and I got to know each other was back, gosh, now what year was it, where there was basically, I can’t remember which bill it was, but it was basically taking away or it would put in place a situation where unelected bureaucrats could force us to take vaccinations without our permission. This is where you and I really got connected on this. And so how is it that we get to a point where schools then could attempt to try to force people to get these vaccinations? How did we get to that? And refresh my memory on that particular bill, because RFK Jr. actually came out and testified on that. They had a Sunday session on this because it was so contentious. So refresh our memory on that.
SPEAKER 07 :
So since 1978, if a parent wanted to exempt from any or all vaccines, there’s now 76, 78, depending on what brand you take, recommended for children up to age 18, which is insanity, right? So parents are starting to say, wait a minute. Maybe I don’t want all 78 doses of every vaccine on the market. And so back in 2020, 2021, there were two bills sponsored by now Senator Mullica, who I’ll call a pharma shill. That’s what he is. And they’re really anti-parental rights where no longer can you just present a letter to your school saying, hey, I’m exempting from these vaccines because that’s my decision as a parent. They created a form, an exemption form, an exemption process, which in short, tries to deny all exemptions, right? Doctors won’t sign these forms or your other option is to go on the CDPHE website and take a, what I call a re-education module, which tells you these vaccines are completely safe and effective. And it puts you in a tracking database. Like there’s no good option anymore. There’s no private option. It’s all under duress, under coercion. And so most parents do the online education modules, print out a completion certificate and use that for exemptions at schools. It’s not perfect, but we still have exemption rights. And you can see where this is going. It’s very heavy handed. It’s very coercive for vaccine uptake. And that should trigger a little red flag in you. Why is there so much coercion and surveillance on these vaccine issues?
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah. Yeah, I think that should be a big red flag for sure on that. Okay, so thank you for that clarification. What’s number three?
SPEAKER 07 :
Three, violations of consumer protections at hospitals and pharmacies. So, you know, these entities have adopted some predatory sales tactics for profit, too, especially during cold and flu season. So every fall, the local pharmacy at your grocery store will offer customers up to 8%. pneumonia, shingles, you know, RSV, influenza, and a few more. And so I’ve reported in detail and I provide references to these vaccines have very low efficacy and serious adverse reactions. COVID vaccines do not prevent death or hospitalization. And the influenza vaccine actually increases risk of infection to all other respiratory viruses by 65%. So there’s really no consumer protections out there informing people of they may not be safe and effective as they are marketed to you in a predatory way in the grocery store. Hospitals have intentionally vague language in their consent forms. They use the word biologics. So when you go into the hospital for any reason, for a scheduled appointment, for the ER, when you sign in a consent form, there’s a word biologics. And it’s a catch-all term. And what we know has happened in several cases is that… Patients have been vaccinated while under sedation, unknowingly knowing that they consented for it because of this word biologics. And when they confront doctors, hey, I didn’t consent to get a vaccine today, you know, to complicate another procedure. they’re told, well, you consented to biologics. So I tell people to ask the hospital staff to print out that consent form. Really read it carefully. Don’t just sign it, even though you may not be feeling well. Take a patient advocate with you. Line out these vague words that you don’t want to consent to, and you will get a little pushback on that as well. They’ll tell you they don’t have the technology to print anything anymore. But they do. I assure you they do. Yeah.
SPEAKER 09 :
okay hey next question when you go into the grocery store and it says get your vaccine it’s free well somebody is the pharmaceutical company providing the vaccine at no cost that’s you know that’s the perception another red flag and you know it should like i’m getting something for free nothing is free right so and some of these
SPEAKER 07 :
Grocery stores are offering you a free lunch at the deli. We should not be exchanging our health for a free chicken dinner, right? We should be thinking, what am I injecting? Let me look at the ingredients. We should take a very… consumer review approach to what we’re injecting in our bodies just like we do for buying a home or making a big purchase or buying a car we should start reading you know what the manufacturer has to say about this product and getting eight vaccines in one day at the grocery store let’s just like stop and think about what are we doing like if you were infected with eight different viruses at one time You can’t possibly have a good health outcome from that. It would overwhelm the immune system. Just drug interaction alone should be a red flag for anyone that thinks that this is convenience or this is not malpractice.
SPEAKER 09 :
That’s an excellent point. Okay, let’s get to number four.
SPEAKER 07 :
Four, violations of medical ethics at doctor’s offices. So Colorado is leading the way in the nation for minor consent laws passed under Governor Polis’ two terms, which allow children at the age of 12, 12, to consent for pretty much anything in health care. This is very irresponsible to assume that a 12-year-old child can manage their own health care. We’re including contraceptives, abortion, STD testing and treatment, HIV, So doctors will often tell the parents of a 12-year-old child if they go for their back-to-school physical and they just turned 12, and parents are not expecting this. They don’t know how to respond. It’s like they’re being ambushed. hey, parent, you can’t go in the exam room anymore. Well, in actuality, the child can opt to have his or her parents or guardian or any person they want, any adult, to come to any medical appointment, just like any adult. I would advocate for any adult. Like my children are, you know, 25, 21. I go with them to medical appointments. They don’t have insurance. They don’t really know their medical history, contraindications. They don’t really have the knowledge and wisdom yet. Everyone benefits from taking a patient advocate with them into medical appointments.
SPEAKER 09 :
Absolutely, and that is such important advice. We’re going to continue the discussion with Pam Long regarding her essay that we’ll be rolling out here. And you have all these links. The amount of research you do is amazing. But let’s talk about number five, privacy violations and the CIIS database for intended coercion. Ouch. Wow.
SPEAKER 07 :
So the Colorado Immunization Information System, which is a vaccine tracking database, which really expanded during the pandemic to include everyone, you know, from from womb to tomb, you know, from includes adults to not just our students. And so this is where your doctors or your schools are. input your vaccine records into a government registry. And it is intended to be coercive. It uses the data for reminder recall home visit operations, which target people for vaccine uptake, sending you something in the mail. You might throw it in the trash, but that means you’re on someone’s list and they want you in compliance or recall for a quarantine or during an outbreak or even a home visit where someone, a provider comes to your house and asks you in a very coercive way, if you would like a vaccine where you feel like you don’t have a choice. So the real goal and goal for the state registry is to combine with and create a federal vaccine tracking database by 2030, which connects to real ID. So your vaccine status can be tracked for compliance in real time, whether you’re going to school, work, or travel.
SPEAKER 09 :
No, this is of such great concern. Okay, let’s go to the next one, and surveys. Let me just mention surveys. You can get information. You can try to move public opinion on surveys. I’ve seen government use that. Interestingly enough, Governor Polis is supposedly going to use an online survey to determine if – People want to spend $29.5 million on a bridge from the Capitol across the street to the park. And so surveys, I find them very suspect. And you said there’s a fraud in school mental health surveys. Unpack that, Pam Long.
SPEAKER 07 :
So right after your public health is ours here in Colorado, put people in lockdowns and created a mental health epidemic in our young people. Then then they really started pushing these school mental health surveys, you know, from these private partnerships. And what these are complete frauds. These are. Parents need to opt out of all mental health surveys at schools. I’m talking about I Matter, Healthy Kids Colorado survey, because they’re just data mining students for highly sensitive and even self-incriminating information, which could have lifelong repercussions. These are not valid instruments used by mental health providers in the field to diagnose mental health disorders by the Diagnostic Standards Manual. This information is designed to be collected by third parties, people who are not mental health professionals, for referrals for counseling, SSRI-type drugs, and gender dysphoria counseling. I would even go on to say, because I am familiar and I’ve written about the Office of Gun Violence Prevention, they are using this data from school health surveys. And these surveys are designed to data mine and profile minors, which could result in a lifelong label, which later disqualifies a person from gun ownership.
SPEAKER 09 :
So, Pam Long, one of the things that I’ve been coming to my attention is these AI centers and all of the electricity that they’re going to take. There’s all of this information going in. And I think in some ways I used to think, oh, the AI centers, that means that you’re going to have chat GPT and it’s going to answer questions and you could ask them to help with your college paper or whatever. That’s not the case whatsoever. These AI centers are places where all of this data mining or data mining on everyday individuals, that’s where this is going. So the next thing that in these conversations, particularly with Virginia Maka, I realize that school districts, at least in Kansas, I’m trying to find out in Colorado, but taking the data on our children and selling it for profit. And so all of this data is probably not only being processed. you know, put together whatsoever, but very possibly it’s also being sold. And so I think that how do we crack this nut on all this data? I think this is the first thing is, is that parents should own their children’s data, not the school district, not big tech. I think parents should own their own their children’s data. What do you think about that?
SPEAKER 07 :
A hundred percent. Data is the new oil. And my next point, number seven, really illustrates this. So I want to talk about the health and privacy risk of these health data trackers. So there’s been a controversy of Secretary Kennedy at HHS making a public support broad statement, he refined it later, about supporting the use of wearables that track health data. And these wireless technologies have health risks, but they have huge privacy risks as well. So first of all, these wireless technologies, if you’re wearing something that’s tracking your health data on your body all the time, it is emitting radio frequency radiation in direct contact with your body. And that has a cancer risk. That has risk to the reproductive system. It has risk for neurological disorders. There are legitimate health risks. But on the privacy side, to your point, Kim, is that this biometric data, everything about you, like creepy levels. I’ve sat in on some presentations on the creepy levels of data to include your sexual activity data. This biometric data is being made available to employers, medical providers, private corporations, artificial intelligence systems, insurance companies, and government entities. So this is a surveillance infrastructure. This is the groundwork for the surveillance state to create psychological targeting, predictive modeling, social control, and just unprecedented intrusions into our personal freedoms.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, and you mentioned this, that HHS Secretary RFK Jr. has stated support for this. And this was one of those things when I saw that headline, I’m thinking to myself, I don’t like that very much. There’s a lot of things that I really like that Secretary Kennedy is doing, but this is a big one that I’m very concerned about.
SPEAKER 07 :
He really walked it back after that congressional hearing of no one’s mandating that you wear, you know, you take a chip or you wear, you know, a device. So you really have to appreciate, you know, what it did, though, actually was it has people like me talking about it, explaining to people the risks of wearing these, you know, an Apple watch or, you know, any type of health. data tracker that just happens to be the most common one you know it could create a heart arrhythmia and I’ve talked to people like yeah all of a sudden I have this new diagnosis and it’s unexplained and I’m looking at the Starbucks barista explaining this to me and then she’s wearing one an Apple watch and I’m like do you know there are that’s an associated you know side effect of the Apple watch and she has no idea what I’m talking about and So, again, it goes back to informed consent. Are you reading the product manufacturer’s information about the device that, you know, we can’t just blindly accept some of these new technologies, and we need to be opting out of all of these surveys and ways that even our phones collect health data. Like, we need to be opting out and saying no to all this data that is being collected on us.
SPEAKER 09 :
Right. And I’d like to have this. I did buy the URL for Own Your Kids Data. And I want to go to work on that because I think that’s a spot because I had initially posited the idea that we, the people, should own our own data, that we should, if they’re collecting it, and we should… And I know that we give permission. If you want this app out of convenience, convenience is going to be our downfall. I’m concerned about that. We say, okay, and we don’t know what we’re signing. But I think that the place where we can say is parents do not want that data collected on their children. They do not want that data being sold. And I think that that’s the spot where we can start to really shed light on this. I don’t know what that’s going to look like exactly, but it seemed like it was a good idea to, And so we’re going to move forward on that. So we’re talking with Pam Long. Okay, number eight, corruption in family court in these parent evaluators. I think this is the biggest scandal in Colorado currently that is flying under the radar that parents have no idea. And they get blindsided if they should find themselves in court with a contentious divorce where the court… Let’s people, parents believe that they have to hire this thing called a parent evaluator to assess the health and safety of their children in custody cases. And these people, there are no certification requirements for parent evaluators. There’s been two cases of complete fraud with fake credentials, unfit, biased towards child abusers, and they charge parents up to $10,000 for their alleged services. Number nine, fluoride. The federal courts last year decided that fluoride is neurotoxic and that water fluoridation, it lowers IQ. And in our state, we’re still fluoridating water. And this will probably drag on for the next decade because the EPA is appealing this court decision. So do whatever you have to do. Make your own decisions on fluoride in your water, in your dental products. And then lastly, I think there are some predatory organ donation risks based on some of the data and anecdotal evidence that came out of the pandemic of what was happening at hospitals. I think it would be prudent for a family to designate organ donation only after a family member is deceased and not before so that when a person goes into a hospital, There is no temptation to maybe for the staff or the doctors to view that person as an organ donator versus a person that they need to save their life.
SPEAKER 09 :
Boy, I remember, and I’m going to have to check, but it used to be you could put on your driver’s license that you’re an organ donor. That’s probably not a good idea, right?
SPEAKER 07 :
Based on some of the red flags that, you know, in my reading, I would advise against that at this point.
SPEAKER 09 :
Okay. And how can that happen, though, be an organ donor? Would it be in the will that somebody would say that my family can make that decision after my death? Is that how that works?
SPEAKER 07 :
You could put it in a will, a trust. You could designate a patient advocate. You can have a living will. There’s so many ways. You can be, you know, whoever’s in charge of you after you die can make that decision for you. So there’s many ways to do this, but I don’t think it’s something we should be advertising to, you know, a predatory health care system that, hey, I have organs I want to give you, like, while you’re still living.
SPEAKER 09 :
While you may not be ready to give them up yet, right? Right, right. That’s important. Okay, very important piece here, Pam Long, and we will be publishing it this weekend, and lots coming in on the text line. We’ve got Ron on the line. Ron, what is on your radar?
SPEAKER 22 :
Hey, Kim, I think what she’s saying is great, and I hate to take away from it, but it’s about your first guest is when he was saying about the council, they act all concerned and then they’re going to pass that millions of dollars or billions of dollars eventually. If what we have and what’s been proven is that these voting machines are corrupt and corrupted, that’s why I think that they’re allowing these to go through because they know that They’re going to pass these bills and they’re going to get the money.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, and I think to your point, Ron, is that we need to make sure that we have free, fair, honest and transparent elections. And there is significant concern about potential manipulation with voting, tabulating machines that can be connected to the Internet or what kind of machines. Software is in those machines. And a lot of people have questions. And so we need to get answers to these questions instead of when we have seen people on both sides of the aisle say, nothing to see here, it’s the gold standard, move along. Well, we realize that that may not be the case. And that is why I want to say thank you to all of you listeners and supporters out there for stepping forward to fund the two lawsuits that we have filed. United Sovereign Americans is doing a name change to Unite for Americans. And Marlee Hornick, one of the co-founders, will be on the show on Monday in the second hour with some new developments. So you will not want to miss that. And then also the other lawsuit that we have that shows that there are people that voted in the Colorado 2024 election that should not have voted. And certainly, we have many inflection points. We’ve got the machines, the mail-in ballots that are flying all over the state, a chain of custody of those ballots. There’s many challenges, and we need to get that cleaned up. Ron, thank you. Any other comments, Ron?

Pam, there’s a lot going on. We’ve got just a few minutes left. And any other thoughts regarding our elections here in Colorado?
SPEAKER 07 :
I don’t think we have the gold standard. The gold standard should always be a moving target. We should always be improving. So just to say that, you know, we have a gold standard, it’s like saying the science is settled, right? No, we’re always moving for improvement. Right.
SPEAKER 09 :
Right. So that is really important. And I did want to go back to one of these points that you had made, and that is regarding all of this data collection on individuals. And I know that people like to wear these different devices that will tell you how many steps that you’ve taken each day, which… It’s kind of cool to know those steps. But as I looked at that, I thought, oh, I see danger, danger in uploading that information. Because what if then somebody says, oh, you weigh this much, you should weigh less than that. You’ve not taken enough steps to do that. And I could see the opportunity for force and coercion in that. So I really am so concerned about these data trackers.
SPEAKER 07 :
Well, Kim, I think the takeaway here is, I mean, let’s look at the Amish, right? They’re not using health data trackers. They’re very fit and healthy people. They just eat clean food and get exercise in their daily routine. They don’t hit the gym. They’re not wearing the trackers. Generally, they’re not injecting themselves with anything. So, I mean, maybe we just need to get back to the basics and what the creator gave us works.
SPEAKER 09 :
Well, right, and Thomas Jefferson, a great founder, really understands freedom. He had had a quote about walking every day is so important, and I’m trying to do that. I could use, I think, a few more hours in the day. I’ve not been able to do that daily walk that I’ve been trying to do on a regular basis, so…

You can do it, Kim. Get out there in the sunshine.
SPEAKER 09 :
I know. Okay, next, and we’ve got time, I think, for this last question. This is from Sandra. She said, please ask Pam Long if one can specifically state no vaccine directive into your medical file. And you mentioned something that I’m very concerned about. If somebody goes in to get a new knee, a new hip surgery, they have not taken the COVID vaccine yet. I’ve been concerned that they secretly might be injected with that. And so that is a valid concern, yes?
SPEAKER 07 :
Yes, print out those consent forms, write no vaccines, like be very explicit or any, like your kids going on a field trip, they, you know, they want a medical consent, no vaccines and whatever other concerns you have, no drugs, no, you must call me parent before you do anything. I mean, I was that person. I was writing all over those consent forms for student field trips, the doctor’s office, anything health related. I’m customizing that form to my liking.
SPEAKER 09 :
OK, that’s great advice. And again, and Sandra said, yes, stated explicitly. Pam Long, as always, thank you for the great work that you’re doing. Parents are waking up 100 percent, like at least 70 percent are saying no thank you to experimental vaccines.
