Stephen Colbert BLASTS CBS for denying the James Talarico interview but completely lied that they just didn’t want to give “equal time” to Jasmine Crockett. Meanwhile, school districts across the country are reconsidering their picture day partnerships after social media posts pointed to a link between major school photo company “LifeTouch” and Jeffrey Epstein.

SPEAKER 05 :
It’s his life mission to make bad decisions. It’s time for Florida Man.
SPEAKER 02 :
All right, so this one is an interesting one. Who among us hasn’t? Let’s just, I’m kidding, none of us have. A man arrested for a DUI after he fell asleep in the Taco Bell drive-thru. Now, first up, I’m going to get some hate for this. But I tend to like some Taco Bell. It’s tasty. And I will sit in a long Taco Bell line. Although the Taco Bell in our town is the worst Taco Bell ever. We have to go to a different town to get Taco Bell because it’s bad. But I’ll sit in that line for a long time. Sometimes you get sleepy sitting in the line. That’s without alcohol. This guy, well, he was drinking. And he decided to go early Tuesday. And he fell asleep in the Taco Bell drive-thru line at 140 in the morning. And Florida Highway Patrol had to respond to state trooper who was in the drive through line. I mean, this guy’s luck. Right. He noted that the black infinity directly in front of his patrol vehicle failed to move forward. So this dude was in front of a state just happened to be in the Taco Bell drive through in front of a state trooper. Right. He’s drunk. He passes out, essentially. And then after the patrol, the trooper honked. That didn’t do anything. He activated an air horn. No response. Activated the siren. No response. Then he had to get out of his vehicle and check on the driver. Evan Villano, 21. He was asleep at the wheel. He did not even respond to verbal commands. This dude was passed out. When he finally woke up, he was placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI. And his breath alcohol level was twice the legal limit. So he was taken into custody. So if you’re drunk, don’t drive. And definitely don’t drive into a Taco Bell drive-thru line and sit there because the Lord is going to put a trooper behind you, as we saw in this story here.
SPEAKER 05 :
And for people that are keeping score at home, this is a new story. We’ve actually, this story’s new. We’ve had a Taco Bell, people passing out in the Taco Bell drive-thru story.
SPEAKER 02 :
Well, one was KFC.
SPEAKER 05 :
I think there’s two others this year alone that we’ve had.
SPEAKER 02 :
One was a KFC.
SPEAKER 05 :
Right.
SPEAKER 02 :
But the other two, and you are right, were Taco Bell.
SPEAKER 05 :
Not kidding.
SPEAKER 02 :
Is it surprise you that it’s not a Del Taco? Because I thought for sure.
SPEAKER 05 :
I don’t think Del Tacos are everywhere.
SPEAKER 02 :
Really?
SPEAKER 05 :
Taco Bells are everywhere, but Del Tacos aren’t.
SPEAKER 02 :
Oh, man. Del Taco, them tacos with some ranch dressing. Oh, a Jack in the Box taco with some ranch dressing. Oh, my gosh. All right. A Florida man smashed a car with a hammer in a Publix parking lot in a revenge plot. Nothing says getting revenge like smashing up someone’s vehicle and getting arrested. It was an ex-girlfriend. He thought he was damaging her car, but he’s not the brightest bulb. So it wasn’t her car. It was a random public employee’s car. This poor employee has to come out and see their car all bashed up. So and it was another female and she was like very upset and terrified. So Volusia County Sheriff, they responded. At first, it was called in as a burglary in progress. And they found a man sitting in front in the front passenger seat holding a hammer. He was hitting the in-car radio while sitting in the vehicle. He broke into this vehicle. This guy, it says he’s 37 years old. I don’t believe that, looking at the images in the body cam footage. There is no way. This man is lying about his age. 37-year-old Justin Allen, he broke into the vehicle. He was mad. He was getting revenge on his ex. But he said it was his girlfriend’s car and she had robbed him. He had tools, including the hammer, in his own car. He smashed all the windows up. They ran the license plate and they said, hey, genius, it don’t belong to your ex. It’s an actual employee of the grocery store. It’s her car. And the employee was, oh my gosh, she was so distraught. He basically, I mean, $17,000 in damages. That’s how much? $17,000 in damages. With a hand? Well, yeah, he busted up everything. They also found white powder powder in his front pocket and it was cocaine. And he goes, yeah, it was cocaine, but I just found it on the ground. He posted 10,500 bond. I feel like she should get to bust up his stuff, the employee with a hammer. We have more in store. Stick with us. Are you being lied to about your retirement? I mean, the advice sounds familiar. Max out your 401k and your IRA and hand your life savings to Wall Street and just hope that the market cooperates. If that were the only way, why do so many people then risk outliving their savings? Why does the inventor of the 401k call it a monster that should be destroyed? The time has come to hear the truth. SPEAKER 04 :
Did you have any issue when they were going to air the interview last night, when they promoted it or when it was supposed to air? Or did anyone from your campaign?
SPEAKER 03 :
No, we didn’t have an issue. I mean, we’ve never run into an issue with Colbert. And even as you talked about the view, you know, supposedly this FCC complaint came about because I had more time than Mr. Tallarico when I went on there after I declared my candidacy. So, you know, listen, I will tell you that I have no love for Barry Weiss. I have no love for Brendan Carr whatsoever. But I do think that, as you also mentioned, Kimmel, it is important that we resist in this moment. And so there were a number of options that could be put on the table. And frankly, you know, the late show decided that this was the option.
SPEAKER 02 :
And so. First off, welcome back to the program. Top of the second hour, Dana Lash with you. So this is such a stupid thing. So basically you have this congressional fight over this seat. You have Jasmine Crockett and James Tallarico. Both are unapologetic morons. And they want to go to… Because Crockett got redistricted out. She’s served a term in… Tallarico’s in his fourth term in state house. She’s served a term in Texas house. They’re battling in a primary, right? And the primary voting, early voting is now underway. I think, what is it? March 3rd is the voting date. Early voting is now underway. So this all… started right as early voting started. This was all a plan. So this is what happened. Anybody who knows the equal time rule in broadcasting, and we talked a little bit about this yesterday, every broadcaster has to understand the equal time rule. And The situation that Colbert decided to put himself in with his stunt, he was going to have on James Tallarico, who’s challenging Crockett in a primary. And then realized he was well, he was advised by CBS’s lawyers that, yeah, well, just so you know, you can have him on. But these other lawmakers are going these other candidates are going to contest it and they’re going to want equal time because early voting started. And you’re within the two week period before an election. And so equal time for public public airwaves means that if you have one on in this time period, you have to have all of them on for equal time. Otherwise, it’s looked at as an in-kind campaign contribution. So those are the rules. That’s how it’s always been. Anybody who’s ever been in broadcasting knows this. Only idiot digital whores and people like Brian Salter don’t know this. So he was advised by the lawyers, which is apparently a Zionist thing. I mean, this is how stupid it’s getting. The woke Reich is going to be on the side of Colbert before the end of the week. I’m waiting for it because Barry Weiss is Jewish and she runs CBS and the woke Reich love taking potshots at that, just like the left do. So Colbert, he was the one he was advised by the lawyers. Look, you can you can air this. But just so you know, if you air it, then all of these other candidates in this race and not even just in the Democrat primary Republican, too, are going to demand equal time. So he was like, well, hell, that means I mean, his whole show would turn into a series of Texas candidates. And he would have to accommodate it because that is the federal the federal law. And no, it’s not the federal law because Trump just decided to make it so. Because of precious baby Beto O’Rourke part two, James Tallarico. And that’s what he is. Sidebar. Where the hell factory is it that Democrats get these dudes stamped out? They’re all the same dude. They’re all the same. They all look the same. They act the same. They talk the same. They’re douchey. They all are the same. So anyway, he was advised, look, you’re going to have to have every single one of them. on now you could say and i’m going to hit you with this cane because kane’s like well i don’t remember the last time equal rule was enforced uh when kamala harris went on right before the election and they had to pay a fine because trump sued him that’s when it was enforced because that fine would not have been levied had it not been for equal time remember that whole thing is 60 minutes and they had a kamala harris and they didn’t have trump and they tried to satiate trump by running a thing what was it after super bowl or something like that So that was that was an equal time consideration because they had her on in that period and they did not accommodate Trump with the same amount of time. That was an equal time enforcement. So this they told Colbert, you’re going to have to have every Tom, Dick and Harry on that’s in this primary and not just Democrats, Republican, too. So he decided, oh, well, that means we’re going to have Jasmine Crockett on. We can’t do that. This is why Jasmine Crockett cited against Colbert. Because they like Tallarico. They don’t like Extensions McLashes or Wig McGee. They don’t like her. So she’s mad because she was left out. So if he did it and just did it digitally, so FEC, the digital aspect, they can’t control that. So he could release it digitally and the equal time rule is inapplicable. So that’s what happened. He did not want to be forced to host every not just his Tallarico’s primary opponent, but every other one. And then they decided to pull the stunt and act like, well, it was the Trump administration that made us do it. Wait, I’m sorry. Hold up. You’re saying that the Trump administration literally went back in time, right? They went back in time. And created this rule to only apply to you. So they went back, just to be right, all the way back to 1934. The Trump administration got in a time machine and went all the way the hell back to 1934. When you had the Communications Act that passed, and it’s based on Section 315A, that’s specifically the equal time aspect of the Communications Act of 1934. So Donald Trump got into a damn time machine, went all the way back in time because Stephen Colbert is so important in his own mind, and created this law only to have it apply to Stephen Colbert right now? Because that’s what you’re arguing. It’s been the law since 1934. This is not hard. Well, unless you read with pictures. This is what Colbert said. Listen to this stupid nonsense. He is such a drama queen. Heaven help me. I may have to use my get out of free jail card with Brennan Carr to describe him accurately. Listen to this.
SPEAKER 10 :
Fellas. I am well aware that we can book other guests. I didn’t need to be presented with that option. I’ve had Jasmine Crockett on my show twice. I could prove that to you. I can prove that to you, but the network won’t let me show you her picture without including her opponents. So I’ll just just I’ll have to show you this picture of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein instead.
SPEAKER 02 :
You know why? Because you’re within you. Absolute walking mental abortion. You are within the equal time limit. the equal time period, two weeks before an election. If you’re going to be in broadcasting, shouldn’t you be smart enough to know that? Why is Stephen Colbert such a drama queen dumbass? It’s like the male Carrie Prejean Hezbollah. It’s like I’m watching the same person just with short hair and glasses. It’s insane. People who create these problems and then act like they’re the victims of the problems they created. No one is telling Stephen Colbert that he cannot have anybody on. What they’re telling him is that, hey, hi. According to the law that was passed in 1934, equal time of the Communications Act, Section 315A, states that if you’re going to, within two weeks before an election, feature one candidate, you have to feature all the candidates in that specific race. So he could have shown anybody’s picture up until the two week period before the election. Why is this so hard for the stupid left? Why is this so hard for them to understand? He’s acting like it’s an edict from Trump and Brendan Carr because he wants to get his side mad and lie and create a problem. I absolutely cannot. There are people, look, when I say that I despise people, which is a stronger word than hate, hate isn’t strong enough for me. I don’t really say I despise a lot of things or people, but I actually do despise Stephen Colbert. I think he is a dishonest, evil charlatan. I think he’s a walking mental abortion. He was the least funny thing that was ever on The Daily Show. He was created by Jon Stewart. And now he’s in this late night time slot. And he thinks that you are all stupid. And he’s so bitter and twisted because of his political zealotry that he cannot even be prevailed upon to be honest about broadcast law as it pertains to the equal time rule, section 315A of the Communications Act of 1934. Because he thinks you’re stupid. Whenever people lie to you, they’re insulting your intelligence. Know this. Whenever they lie to you, they think you’re stupid and they’re telling you that to your face. Treat them accordingly. And that’s what he’s doing here. Oh, my gosh. Brian Stelter, Mr. Potato Head over. What the hell is he on? I don’t even know. Don’t don’t don’t remind me. I don’t care. He’s been going on and on about this all morning, acting like, oh, my gosh, it’s Brendan Carr that does this stuff. It’s Trump FCC. What? Why are people still promoting this lie? This is so asinine. It’s not even clever. Like you had, like for instance, this is what Brian Stelter tweeted about Colbert. He goes, quote, Colbert is not mad at CBS. He’s just disappointed. I’m so surprised that this giant global corporation would not stand up to these bullies. What bullies? The 1934 Communications Act? Wait, did Trump, let’s ask the Google. Let’s satisfy the dumb progressives out there. And yes, I know I’m name calling, but that’s all the courtesy of effort that they are due because they put so little effort into what they do. Come on. Let’s see. Let’s ask AI. Did Donald Trump create the Communications Act of 1934? Let’s ask. Oh, no. Oh, no. Donald Trump did not create the Communications Act of 1934. Yes, I know, guys, probably because he wasn’t alive. But that’s irrelevant to the left. It was signed by one of the worst presidents to ever live on this rock, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He signed it on June 19th, 1934, to establish the FCC and regulate interstate and foreign communication. The law was enacted over 80 years before Trump took office even. So why are they acting like this is a Trump and Brendan Carr thing? Because they’re dishonest, immoral, evil people. That’s why. That’s all there is to it. Anybody who’s promoting this should not be taken seriously. This is Colbert trying to once again get some kind of attention for himself while also helping out a Democrat during the primary. Now, remember, this was all right before early voting kicked in. What do you think the goal was to do something like this right before? Cain, tell me about the money. What’s that? The fundraising that you were telling me about on break.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yeah, well… hang on sorry i would i’m like multitasking over here so talarico’s raising money oh yeah okay so so what happens was they create this and and this happens all the time this isn’t just this is just an example of the mo they actually go out there create this sort of fight and act and you know they’ll make it up if they have to it doesn’t matter but on that projected victimhood they end up raising money for the campaign. And that’s exactly what Tallarico did with Stephen Colbert. All they did was create this faux outrage. And then everybody who believed it and were suckered into it were like, oh yeah, of course I’ll donate to Tallarico. That’s going to be great. He’s being suppressed. Two and a half million dollars they were able to rake in off of this faux outrage.
SPEAKER 02 :
Yeah, exactly. And then you have Stelter. I’m going to sorry, I’m going to we’re going to I’m going to be really I’m going to be a hood rat on break. He goes, whether you believe Colbert’s account of what happened or the CPS statement, the bigger picture is the same. Pressure from Trump’s FCC is influencing decisions at broadcast TV. Oh, dear heavens. So I’ve been paying attention to what’s happening with gold and silver lately. And honestly, it’s pretty shocking. Gold and silver have risen to record highs in relation to the dollar. And after talking with Colin over at Noble Gold Investments, I really get it. This isn’t about trying to time the market. It’s not about chasing some get rich quick opportunity. It’s about protecting what you’ve already worked so hard to build. And when the economy feels uncertain and when currencies start weakening, when people get nervous about their retirement accounts, historically, they look for stability. And physical gold and silver have always been a part of that conversation. Now, I appreciate, I think, maybe the most that Colin and his team, they don’t pressure people, right? They don’t use hype. They didn’t use that with me. They just simply walk me through my options. They answer questions and they treat you with respect. And that matters. Tom Homan is calming tensions and rounding up illegals after taking over ICE operations in Minnesota. It’s amazing what happens when the locals cooperate. SPEAKER 05 :
And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It’s time for Dana’s Quick Five.
SPEAKER 02 :
All right, so first up, apparently betting is taking over America. Everybody’s gambling now. I don’t gamble. Polymarket is a big thing. I just don’t gamble. I have only gambled one time in my life, and it was the quarter machines. And I took 25 cents and won $7.50, and I was like, I’m done. That’s it. And they kept trying to give me drinks. And I’m like, I’m on to you. I’m like, I’ll just have an ice water, please. And I could tell they hated me. But I was like, I ain’t doing this. I see this. So I just never got into it. A staggeringly stupid man tattooed some children. Oh, it’s the BBC, so let’s see what part of Britain he’s from. Oh, Patrick Coe. It’s a Newcastle. He’s a staggeringly stupid man who tattooed three children. He’s been jailed for three years. His victims thought that he was giving them temporary tattoos, but he actually permanently disfigured them, according to the Newcastle Crown Court. He’s 31 years old. He admitted three counts of child cruelty. First off… When the needle came out, that’s when you kind of knew that it was permanent. Just saying. Oh, in Aberdeen, a man was stabbed and the suspect was found hiding from police under a car. Oh, but here’s the thing I want to get into. Nantucket. Nantucket’s like the fancy place on the East Coast, right? Yeah, yeah. I have a friend who’s family, a friend from college who’s family. They used to go on vacation on Nantucket. But apparently eight months of wastewater data show lots of cocaine in the water in Nantucket. Tons of cocaine. The opioid level’s relatively low. They sampled the water. It’s through their island sewer system for eight months. and their Nantucket’s wastewater monitoring program identified lots and lots of booger sugar. They said, yes, it’s, you know, that cocaine spikes may not necessarily reflect a surge in use. Oh, really? Well, I’ll be dang. Look at that. Doesn’t reflect a surge in use. It just magically appears in the water.
SPEAKER 05 :
What does it reflect?
SPEAKER 02 :
Yeah, just maybe. I don’t know. They said, well, it could, you know, when unused drugs are discarded. Yeah, that’s what happens. People pay a lot of money for cocaine and then they flush it down the toilet. Sure. OK, we’ll just go with that. Trying to protect their rep up there. We have a lot more on the way. Nobody go anywhere. Stick with us. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you. Do you guys. OK, so how many remember those awkward school photos from the 80s and 90s and even into the aughts? I don’t know if they still do photos today, but everybody remembers, right? I have a photo. I remember I thought it was the coolest background ever. This was like in like 89, 90. And I was in sixth grade and it was a, the boys could pick from blue or green background and the girls could pick from like a purple or like hot pink background. So I totally picked hot pink, right? And I even wore like a matching shirt and everything. And it was one of those where you had the hot pink laser background in the back. And then you just did the Napoleon Dynamite, like where Uncle Rico’s telling you to put your chin on your fist, like one of those. And that was my school photo. That was the one I liked the most because I looked like an alien on the other ones. And it was done by a company who did all of the photos. They did all of the school photos for kids. Everybody had a life touch. school photo, 80s, 90s, and into the early aughts. Well, well, now there’s some questions. Kane says that if you had a LifeTouch photo, you’re in the files. Because now the former CEO of the investment fund that purchased the parent company of LifeTouch is in the files apparently. Now school districts across the country, says NBC News, are reconsidering their picture day partnerships after a social media post pointed to the link between the company and Jeffrey Epstein. Ten districts across four states have canceled or paused their contracts with LifeTouch, the nation’s largest school photographer. Others says that they are still going to work with the company, but some have conducted ongoing reviews to make sure. The controversy centers around Leon Black. He was an associate of Jeffrey Epstein’s and former CEO of Apollo Global Management, an investment fund that purchased Shutterfly, Life Touch’s parent company in September 2019. So hold up. So then if you use Shutterfly ever, then you’re right. Life Touch and Shutterfly. How many of y’all people put out Christmas cards with Shutterfly? I know you have because I’ve gotten them. I’ve gotten Christmas cards that have said Shutterfly on the back and it’s like people with their families and dogs and all that stuff. So post on Facebook. Why is it that Life Touch but Shutterfly is not being mentioned? Like why are they going after Life Touch but not Shutterfly? Shutterfly is the parent company. I’m curious. Anyway, all these posts on Facebook, they’ve called LifeTouch’s proximity to Einstein’s orbit a, quote, parental red flag. And they’re like, you don’t want to have your kids’ photos and data kept by a company that could have linked to Epstein. Can I just pause for a moment? So, Cain, not only did our parents allow us to ride on the back of pickup trucks down gravel roads and stay out at all hours with no way of knowing where we were. And we like literally we could if we were thirsty, we had to find some hose water. But also apparently a child predator was associated with a company that took our school photos.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 02 :
Wow.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 02 :
Gen X, man. So LifeTouch says that all of this, all these ties are completely false. They said that they’re committed to students’ privacy, that the timeline of events does not even support a direct connection, that Apollo’s acquisition of Shutterfly came two months after Epstein was jailed on sex trafficking charges and a month after his suicide while he was awaiting trial. They said, no LifeTouch executives have ever had any relationship or contact with Epstein. We’ve never shared student images with third party, including Apollo. Apollo and its funds also had no role in their daily operations. They have no access to student images. Now, they have emails and texts from the Justice Department that indicated that Black got financial advice from Epstein and all this other stuff. Black’s name is in there more than 8,200 times, although some of them are duplicate records. So Black would not comment on LifeTouch. He said he’s got health problems that have been exacerbated by dealing with epstein okay uh his lawyer says he’s not done anything wrong uh there was a parent who in texas asked her school to cut ties with life touch after she read about the connection so the malakoff independent school district they’re canceling life touches their spring portraits because of life touch so i don’t know she said it feels tainted You don’t want any, but you don’t want. Okay, so Shutterfly is though too, right? Why is that getting left out? Do you think it’s tainted? Do you think that Life Touch is out there mining your kids’ photos for pedos, Kane?
SPEAKER 05 :
I’m sure that probably happens. What I think, and I’ve read this before. Because you know it’s more than that, right? It is more than that. I would imagine that they’re using these photos to feed AI. In other words, they want facial recognition to be more accurate. So what better way to do it than to bridge what you’re currently putting on Facebook or Twitter or whatever, your current avatar, versus your young picture, right? So you feed AI this stuff. they now can do facial recognition more accurately. I think that there is… Yeah, there’s a lot more nefarious reasons out there than just that. But I think the PETA thing is the worst one.
SPEAKER 02 :
The company… Is there? Oh, man. Lorraine has a link from their website. They’re freaking out. They’re like, here’s a public statement from our LifeTouch CEO on rumors. And they’re like, no, we’ve never provided images to a third party, etc. And they said there’s so much misinformation and they follow all the rules and all this stuff and they’re not named in the Epstein files and all this other stuff and safeguard your students image. I will say that I think I see more parents that put their kids information out on social media more than LifeTouch ever has.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s fair.
SPEAKER 02 :
Let’s be real. Like I see them all. I see parents, moms and dads on Instagram all the time and they have their kids all over it. I’m like, you know how unsafe that is? And they’re public accounts. They’re not Private accounts, they’re all public. And it’s like, you know how unbelievably unsafe that is? But yet some of them are.
SPEAKER 05 :
And that statement you just read didn’t really address the fact that it’s the CEO, the former CEO of Apollo Global Management that actually bought LifeTouch. So that’s the third party. No one’s saying that exactly LifeTouch was doing this directly with Epstein, but it’s this third party connected.
SPEAKER 02 :
Well, they would have access to it is what the intimation is.
SPEAKER 05 :
And other life touch type companies were bought up by BlackRock and Vanguard as well. I think there’s a lot of it that has to do with data, whether it’s with AI or whether, I don’t know what it’s for, but I think.
SPEAKER 02 :
Or maybe that’s literally the only company that’s taken school photos in forever. And it’s just an easy check.
SPEAKER 05 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 02 :
It’s also that. It could also be as simple as that.
SPEAKER 05 :
But yeah, they’re not the only ones to be purchased by large, these global investment funds and these big firms. So other photo companies like Lifetouch have been purchased by these third parties.
SPEAKER 02 :
Right. Well, I don’t know. I’m just saying. I don’t know.
