The second path also requires us to raid our reserves. It would mean withdrawing $980 million from our city’s Rainy Day Fund in fiscal year 2026 and $229 million from the Retiree Health Benefit Trust in fiscal year 2027. These are steps that have been taken before, but only in moments of extraordinary external crisis. Mayor Bloomberg’s response to the 2008 financial collapse and Mayor de Blasio’s response to the enormous revenue shortfall caused by the pandemic. We do not want to have to turn to such drastic measures to balance our budget.
SPEAKER 13 :
I am so grateful that I don’t live in that hellscape that’s called Manhattan. I am so grateful. I get to live in a place like Texas where you have a bunch of pretend Republicans that jack up your property tax rates while acting like Christ is King. Hi. Welcome to the show. Dana Lash with you. It’s a radio program. If you’re expecting some foxified whore up here on television to read off a prompter, it’s not going to happen. It’s a live radio show. So that’s what we do. So I don’t I don’t feel bad for any of these people. They voted for it. And if they didn’t vote for it, what did you do to to make it to prevent this from happening? That’s the million dollar question with us. And that’s I mean, you know, no offense. I really don’t care. But, you know, everybody saw this was coming. That’s why so many people are leaving Manhattan. That’s why so many people are leaving. Because everybody saw it coming. They all saw it happening. They all knew what was going… How do you not know what you’re voting for? The guy who’s like, oh, I’m gonna… You’re not gonna have to pay rent. You’re not gonna have to… And then he turns around and breaks all of his promises. Because the nepo baby, who has never even had to balance a checkbook, decides that, oh, wow, I can’t… I guess that none of this… I guess none of this is gonna work. I guess that, you know, wow, huh. We’re actually gonna have to… like try to do some stuff, we’re actually going to have to, how is he, okay, so the thing that he’s wanting to do, explain this to me, how does he think that saving, that somehow he wants to freeze rent, but property tax, no. Property taxes are still going to be the same. Well, yeah, they’re going to be raised. Let me look at that. I’ll get my glasses on here momentarily.
SPEAKER 08 :
Cut one. He said 9% hike in property taxes.
SPEAKER 13 :
Oh, it is 9%.
SPEAKER 08 :
The hike is 9%.
SPEAKER 13 :
I thought they were going to go up to like 12%, honestly. I mean, not that 9% is any better.
SPEAKER 08 :
But that’s a 9% hike, so it probably is somewhere around 12% or 13%.
SPEAKER 13 :
Jiminy Christmas. I don’t think property there is worth that much, honestly. What are you getting in Manhattan for your… You’re living in a shoebox on top of people. What are you getting for your money?
SPEAKER 15 :
Free buses?
SPEAKER 13 :
No, you don’t get that either. No, you don’t get free… Hey, maybe you can get stabbed to death on the subway. That’s always fun. Yay! Maybe that can happen. That’s a great… That’s a great… That’s a great thing for people. Have that happen. So we’re going to dive into all of this. And… We’re going to dive into all of this because this is coming to every city. It’s coming everywhere. It’s coming to every state if people don’t show up for midterms. And honestly, I’m going to tell you something. I am not in any kind of mood to indulge victimhood. And Republicans love to be they love to self-victimize. Oh, my gosh, we didn’t show up and vote. Poor us. Look what they’re doing to us. Yeah, well, you know what? You should have shown up and voted. Don’t feel bad. You get what you get it. I you know, I have no problem. I could just leave this modern life. Go out in the woods somewhere and live in a cabin and not talk to anybody ever again Unless I have to upon death, you know, like yeah, go ahead and burn me up or whatever like make my wishes known I’m totally fine with that because I hate everything. I I hate everything. I don’t believe. I mean, thank heavens we have a Savior because I believe people are utterly irredeemable. So I’m okay with that. But not everybody is. You know what I mean? Like some people, that might make them sad. They might be a little sad about that. I don’t care. We can do that. Cain, I think, would be perfectly happy too. Imagine all the produce you could grow. Oh, great. And then no HOAs, none of the garbage, none of that stuff.
SPEAKER 08 :
I’d farm it up.
SPEAKER 13 :
You’d farm it up. What are people getting for a 9%? So they’re going to jack up the taxes because you never, ever own your own property. So they’re jacking up taxes. This is like COVID era stuff. And then freezing the rents. So the property owners and we’ve gone through this before. Let me know if I need to dive back into the minutia again. But everybody knows property tax or property owners. I don’t know what people like commies like Mandani think that they just that they are like these richy rich people who didn’t never had to work for anything and they just had a building drop in their lap. I mean, honestly, is that what they think? I mean, I’m being really serious. And the reason I ask that is, do they not understand the significance of this? What happened during COVID when that all went down? Like what happened during COVID? You had a lot of people who were going under and they went under with their properties too. They did a survey of landlords. They even went under with their properties because you had all of these people that were given unconstitutional rent, they had a rent moratorium. So you had these property owners that had to go and they had to pay for everybody else to live. That’s no way to go through life is you’re paying for everybody else to live. That’s just garbage. And so I, you know, I I feel bad for them. But at the same time, you should have known what’s coming. Here’s the other thing. And some good people were doing the math on this. So that the preliminary budget that they’re proposing for New York City. Do you want to know what the preliminary budget is? It’s actually more than the entire state of Florida. $127 million. It’s actually greater than the entire state of Florida, the budget that they’re going to have for Manhattan. That’s something else. That is unbelievable. That’s undoable. How do you have a budget that’s that insane? So that’s their… Preliminary budget, $127 billion for New York City. Now, the entire state of Florida is 117. And everybody’s leaving New York for Florida. They’re all leaving Manhattan for Florida. Kane, what did you just ask in Slack?
SPEAKER 08 :
I’m like, gee, I wonder if there’s any fraud going on in New York. Surely not. In New York City with all of that, with all of that budget.
SPEAKER 13 :
Surely not. Surely there isn’t any. I mean, I would think no, maybe. I would think no. Not me. I mean, do you feel bad? Am I supposed to feel bad? Because I don’t. This is what you voted for. It’s what you voted for. It’s what you ended up getting. All right. So welcome to the radio program again. This is not a TV program. We’re simulcasting radio. I’m going to start making public the emails of the individuals who are like, why are you not looking at the camera all the time and reading a prompter? I swear to heavens, I’m going to actually put your email out there. So don’t send me another one. If you want to go stare at women because that’s your fetish on television is they’re overly made up, then you go. There’s a number of cable networks you can go to. All right. So this is for people who like news and they like analysis. And we’re crabby today. We are because it’s, you know, I mean, good grief. Have you seen? It’s the never ending news cycle of hell. just constantly. You got war drums with Iran. You’ve got nonsense in Virginia. You got nonsense in Manhattan. You got nonsense everywhere. A whole bunch of stuff. And we’re going to get into some of this. The disinformation board is sort of back in a way. I don’t know if you guys have seen this. So we’re going to dive into all of that. But here’s the next thing too. So we have the The New York City, now they’re seeing what they’re what they’re getting. The illegal immigrant spending tops 10 billion because he wants another one point two billion for that even. So see where now you can you’re starting to kind of understand why what their their budget is, why it’s greater than that of Florida. And so, I mean, I really no one cares about the stuff that they do in New York City, except to highlight this is how insane socialism is. People wanted socialism. So they’re getting socialism. That’s exactly it. Also, in addition to this, in Islamism. So I had a piece that went up about. the dog issue last night, and we’re going to dive into that coming up. But because there are developments in it, of course. I also have a very interesting history surrounding the individual who made the original remark, and we’re going to dive into that as well. But right now, this Biden official that created the disinformation board, like the one who created it, not was just going to be a part of it, but one who actually created it, has now been appointed as a FISA court advisor. Tell me why you think that this is problematic. Everybody remembers the stuff with the FISA court, right? You guys all remember this was back in 2016 when you had the unregistered P-baby agency that is Fusion GPS. I can’t say what I really want to call them. The fusion GPS run by somebody who was actually advocating for Russian oligarchs, but they were unregistered foreign agents, but they get to skate by because they’re Democrat and it’s different. Maybe I’ll just become a Democrat and just commit horrible crimes and it’s different because D, right? God, don’t tempt me. Oh, man. So this disinformation board, when all of that happened, everybody was thoroughly apoplectic, understandably and justifiably so. And now they have this official who did it, the Jennifer Daskal, which rhymes with rascal. Now she’s going to be appointed as a FISA court advisor. She was the one who also selected that Nina Jankowicz lady, the annoying theater kid. who sang a song about disinformation and all of that nonsense. So this official, she’s going to be consulting with these judges. She served as the co-chair for the quote-unquote Ministry of Truth, and now she’s been appointed to serve as the amicus curiae for the court. It’s known as Friends of the Court, so they advise judges on legal issues and things of that nature related to surveillance warrants and national security cases. I am literally 0.1% away from just completely reverting to a totally lawless state because of headlines like these. You know what I mean? Do you realize that I’m not the only one? Do you know how many of us there are out there that are literally, I’m not joking. You guys like think I’m joking. I’m really not. This is a giant warning. I’m really not. So we have this clown who’s now going to be advising judges on the FISA court, the same FISA court. If you remember back in 2016 that that Fusion GPS was laundering information through so that they could go and surveil bad no-no people who are doing bad no-no things on the bad no-no Trump campaign. But, you know, Trump’s the tyrant. So I’ve been told he’s the worst tyrant ever. What a sucky tyrant. Jeez, he’s so horrible as a tyrant. I’ve never seen anybody fail tyranny so hard in my life. Do you trust this? Do you trust this lady being a consultant for the FISA court, foreign intelligence surveillance that already had, they already got in trouble for getting wiretaps on conservatives? No. where’s the swamp draining happening where are people in dc paying attention to this why did this i mean this came out at the free beacon it should have been an alert that came out from a lawmaker why wasn’t it maybe because they were all busy trying to flex on the epstein stuff we got to get moving as we do so the folks who help make the program possible so i’ve been paying attention to what’s happening with gold and silver lately and honestly it’s pretty shocking Gold and silver have risen to record highs in relation to the dollar. And after talking with Colin over at Noble Gold Investments, I really get it. This isn’t about trying to time the market. It’s not about chasing some get rich quick opportunity. It’s about protecting what you’ve already worked so hard to build. And when the economy feels uncertain and when currencies start weakening, when people get nervous about their retirement accounts, historically, they look for stability. And physical gold and silver have always been a part of that conversation. Now, I appreciate, I think maybe the most that Colin and his team, they don’t pressure people, right? They don’t use hype. They didn’t use that with me. They just simply walk me through my options. They answer questions and they treat you with respect. And that matters. Noble Gold has helped people protect their savings with physical gold and silver. They’ve been doing it for nearly a decade with transparency and real customer service. SPEAKER 08 :
And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It’s time for Dana’s Quick Five.
SPEAKER 13 :
All right, so first up, Meta patents an AI that lets people post from beyond the grave. This is one of the stupidest things I’ve ever heard of, and we are all dumber for having heard this story and reading this headline. It is so stupid. You deserve to be dead if you’re working, if you’re trying to obsess over how to, like, post on Facebook from beyond the grave. It’s honestly, it’s just, humans are dumb. This is why aliens don’t visit us. I wouldn’t want to either. Good grief. I would just literally go after all of our resources. So yeah, Meta, the owner of Facebook, they were granted a patent for an AI system that can simulate a user’s activity. For what purpose? Immortal accounts. That’s what they’re calling them. That’s disgusting and disturbing. It’s supposed to be able to respond to content posted by still living users. And the patent was first reported by Business Insider. It’s a large language model. And the neural networks learn, etc., etc. I just find that… Why don’t you go ahead and just stuff your loved one and just set them over in the Lazy Boy? That way you don’t have to mess with AI models with Facebook. Shia LaBeouf was arrested and charged after brawling in a New Orleans bar on a five-day Mardi Gras bender. I feel bad for this dude in some ways. I mean, I feel like he’s a jerk, but I also feel like he’s really going through something. And I know that the media loves to prey on this sort of stuff, but there’s a lot of video of him brawling out in the street during daylight. Yeah, yeah. And he went to the pokey for it as well. We have dogs coming up and Islamists. It is the people over at Burna Gun. And Burna Gun, as I’ve told you before, Burna Gun is the, it’s not a firearm. It shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can deter threats from up to 50 feet away. And it’s made here in the U.S. of A. But Also, I’ve told you a million times I carry. I mean, I don’t know how many times you need to hear it. I carry. I use lethal force. I don’t buy. I train for it. I don’t care. That’s not the point. The point is that sometimes you have to go to places where you’re deprived of your Second Amendment rights. So what are you going to do? I mean, you diversify your weapons array anyway. You have. rifles and you have pistols and you have blades, you have different calibers. I mean, it’s not a big thing to imagine you would diversify in other ways as well. And that’s what this is all about. This is especially great for college kids who aren’t allowed to protect themselves. They’re under 21, but old enough to live on their own. What are they going to do with the burner gun? There’s no background check. There’s no, they don’t, doesn’t care about gun-free zone signs because it’s not a gun. And it, and it shoots those chemical irritant projectiles. Again, 15 shot capacity per cartridge for the Burna Compact Launcher, the CL. That’s the only one you need to look at. The Burna CL. 15 compared to like one or two rounds from a stun gun. I mean, it’s just not even comparable. Visit Burna.com slash Dana and check out the Burna CL today. B-Y-R-N-A. Burna.com slash Dana. Ready when you are. Make sure you’re following the podcast so you never miss an episode, especially when the news gets crazy. And while you’re there, leave a quick rating and review. It helps us get this show in front of more people who need some sanity in their day.
SPEAKER 14 :
Because, I mean, free speech is a pure bullshit if nobody knows how you are guided through this so-called free speech, especially when it’s to be guided from one hated speech to another hated speech. I just want to have a transparent road through these different speeches, and I want, by the way, to have a sort of public order. I want to avoid racist speech, hated speech, and so on.
SPEAKER 13 :
And the third one… Who asked the Frenchman? Look, they went from Voltaire to this. How far they have fallen. I mean, the speech is mad, is it not? I’m going to drop that last one there, Steve. I know all of the best words in Spanish and French and Italian. Come talk to me. So welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you. Bottom of the hour. Is anybody actually… Surprised? I mean, seriously, look at that society. They went from Voltaire to, oh, this do not know. I mean, my wife, she was my professor, no? We went from Voltaire to this. He thinks that free speech is BS. I mean, why do we have to keep propping up these statist entities? Right. I don’t think free speech is that. I know you don’t, but that’s what he thinks. He’s and he’s he says that the free. I love how they say that the way that what he’s intimating in his response is that. Limitations on speech. It’s not an infringement on your rights. It’s a protection for you, Cain. Right. That nice old French man, he’s just wanting to protect you. That’s how they promote it. They promote it this way. And that’s verbatim what he’s saying here. That he’s promoting it as a protection. It is the weirdest thing. Yes, you need guided speech. Pure free speech is bad. It must be guided. By whom? Whom should guide it? And all of the people that have celebrated this, of course, they’re all European people. Oh, yes, yes, we need strong regulations. It’s important to a functioning society, says one lawmaker. It’s important to a functioning society. So they like speech so long as it doesn’t upset any narratives is ultimately what they’re saying here. I mean, I’m not surprised to hear it, but it’s always it’s sad all the same. I mean, free speech is free speech. They’ve been going at free speech for quite some time over in Europe, especially on social media platforms, because that’s one of the last places where people can object to the statism and the Islamism that’s been spreading through these company or these countries. I, that’s, you know, that’s the meaning of it. How sad though. What an unbelievable statement. Yes, free speech is, it’s pure free speech. It’s BS. It has to be moderated. Well, then here’s the question. Who becomes the arbiter of what is or is not acceptable? If it has to be moderated correctly, then first off, who moderates it? Number one. Number two, what is, what does it mean to moderate it correctly? Because when we talk about free speech in the United States, we mean speech that is free from prosecution by the state. You still have free speech regardless, but there are some forms of speech that are protected from litigation and some that are not. People cannot punish you for your speech. And it’s a very hard thing to litigate here in the United States. And once the state tries to assume the arbiter of all that is good and moral, I mean, the state, right? The godless government. You want the godless government with no moral compass to be in charge of that. Apparently, that’s what Macron believes. You’re taking an unconditional right and you’re making it conditional. And when a right is conditional, that is a permission. You have to get permission. Thus, it’s no longer a right. And what they’re talking about when they mean speech, they mean speech that is constraining, speech that constrains speech with which they disagree. They don’t like to have, they don’t believe iron sharpens iron. They don’t believe in the battlefield of ideas. They don’t believe that the best cure for bad speech is more speech. They don’t believe any of these things at all. The issue of dogs, if you sign up to my newsletter over at Chapter and Verse, which is on Substack, is the facilitator, is the platform. I wrote about this because I feel like it kind of falls into some of this as well. You know that the fight that everybody’s been having with that Randy Fine guy and all of that, you realize that none of this is about actual dogs, right? Do you think that… Cain, do you think that the leftists that are freaking out about this, do you think that they understand that none of this is actually about dogs?
SPEAKER 08 :
No.
SPEAKER 13 :
I mean, I think that some of them would like for you to believe that it is because it’s easier for you to think that somebody said something about dogs and then we’re not really talking about the bigger issue, which we’re going to do now. So if you – I talked about this a little bit on the program yesterday, and this concerns – I don’t want to go through it all again because you guys know what it concerns. The congressman from Florida versus an Islamist woman over a dog post because she had tweeted. I cannot believe this was like two days of a news cycle. God help us all. She had tweeted. Finally, New York City is coming to Islam. Dogs definitely have a place in society, not as indoor pets. Like we’ve said all along, they’re unclean. And she’s like talked about this ad nauseum. She’s made multiple. She wasn’t joking. She said what she said. Have the courage of your convictions to not have to laugh it off as a joke. I love these people that talk so big until they’re called out, until there’s some kind of accountability. And this is that’s the that’s the post. By the way, I love that flag. I wish that was an actual real flag. And no, I did not make it. There was a nice reader or a listener who sent that to me. So she, Nardine Kizwani, and this is important to know because I’ve seen a lot of people, I saw a lot of people on the left and then I saw a lot of the digital whores in the woke Reich that also jumped on this and they decided to side with Islamists on this. I don’t know if you saw some of it, but this woman wasn’t being a joke. She was being serious. By the way, dogs in Islamic countries do not fare well. I have this whole headline that I can’t even bring myself to click the story. It talks about this is ahead of the World Cup. Three million dogs are going to be massacred by a firing squad ahead of the World Cup. It’s a horrible, awful story. Yes, it absolutely it’s an absolutely true story, too. This is the real. And it’s just it’s so awful. The story, it has to do with the 2030 World Cup preparations. And apparently there are shocking images, videos and reports of dogs being just brutally killed in Morocco because they’re getting ready for World Cup preparations. They were confirmed in 2023 as a co-host alongside Spain and Portugal. And now they’re doing widespread calls of stray dogs across Moroccan cities. You know, they did this in Gaza. I don’t know if you guys knew that or not. They did this once in Gaza. They had the mayor of one of the towns in Gaza do this. I’m actually looking for my tweet on this. They did the same thing where they called for people to call stray dogs. And then it was like a competition. Who could more brutally murder a dog? It’s a real 100%. I went and looked it up. It’s a 1,100% true story. There is a real problem. And it was the mayor of Hebron. This was in West Bank. He offered 20 shekels to anyone who killed a dog in his city. And the Gazans took to the streets and filmed themselves torturing and killing dogs in the most brutal ways. There’s a photo of an image of a guy stabbing a dog and beating it upside the head as the dog cowers on the floor and tries to defend itself. Real. I think everybody who defended Nardine Khazwani should be forced Clockwork Orange style to watch these videos. That’s what I would do if I were president. I would be dragging them in there by their extensions and I’d be forcing them to watch all of these videos. So they’re doing the same thing in Morocco. And by the way, again, a thousand percent true story. That is a thousand percent true story. So they’re doing the same thing in Morocco ahead of the World Cup. So you see there is no love lost between the the Islamic community and dogs. Islamists hate dogs particularly. So when Randy Fine wrote, if they force us to choose the choice between dogs and Muslims, it’s not a difficult one. We are talking about culture here. Everybody knows that that’s what this was in reference to. Right. I don’t have a reason at all whatsoever. And I owe nobody nothing. I mean, out of all of the the you know, the people in the woke right that are like bitching and moaning about this. And none of these cowardly peons have had the you know, the courage to actually interview some of these people. Fine. And I’ve gone back and forth on this program before. But it’s irrelevant whether you like him or not. Everybody knows what he’s talking about. He’s talking about a violent colonizing culture that demands accommodation of their preferences over that of Americans and man’s best friend. And we’re not trading back our culture for that culture. We’re not trading our culture for a culture such as that because there is no debate. But you have bigot baiters out there that are going to bait. And that’s exactly what she did. Now, let’s understand something about Nurdine Khazwani. So she called find a bigot. And then everyone from AOC to Jake Tapper piled on. You had all the woke Rikers that piled on. They were so upset because they’re all Islamists, too. The woke Rikers are just a bunch of bakabazi dancing for Qatari checks. I’m going to get louder and more meaner about this, by the way, as the months go by. I hope you’re ready. So Khazwani calls find a bigot. And… She posted, quote, Randy Fine posted this genocidal statement about me. And she goes, no one’s forcing you to choose. Yes, you literally were talking about choosing. But let’s do discuss genocidal statements. Nurdine Khaswani, the radical Islamist that the woke right and the left were defending. You know, she’s on video threatening to set fire to a man for wearing an IDF sweatshirt. She tells him, I hate your shirt, walks up to him with a lighter, flicks it and literally tries to put like the flame on his sweatshirt. She says, I hate your shirt and I’m going to set it on fire. I’m serious and start threatening him on video, which is on my sub stack, by the way, if you would like to go see. But that’s not all she’s done. She’s and this is according to that conservative bastion, The New York Times. Everybody knows The New York Times, right? She’s led chants. She’s one of the people that has led the riots at some of these crazy college protests that turn into riots. She shows up there, she incites everybody, and then all hell breaks loose. And the New York Times, that conservative bastion, reported on some of it. She led the protests, Hamas flags waving against the memorials for October 7th victims. Her group… that she ran. First off, they get out there and say, globalize the infatata. They chant from the river to the sea. The state of Israel’s got to go. Things like that. So this isn’t just, I mean, she’s an Islamist. That’s what Hamas screams. Hamas screams this stuff. So the October 7th Victims from the Nova Music Festival, there was a memorial for them and they were her and her group protested the memorial by waving Hamas flags and screaming, globalize the intifada. That’s according to The New York Times. They wrote, quote. Well, actually, here’s one of the chants that they had. They were all repeated like robots. They had her voice. She recorded this and then they blared it. It said, quote, on October 7th, the Nova Music Festival is the place where Zionists decided to rave next to a concentration camp. That’s exactly what this music festival was. It’s like having a rave right next to the gas chambers during the Holocaust, end quote. And they played it over and over again and chanted it over and over again. It was so bad that at the time, AOC on June 11th, 2024, actually had to condemn it. She said, quote, the callousness, dehumanization and targeting of Jews on display at last night’s protest outside the Nova Festival exhibit was atrocious anti-Semitism, plain and simple. And then she said anti-Semitism has no place, etc. That is what near Dean Kaswani’s group did. The Within Our Lifetime group, that’s what it’s called. They’re documented on college campuses harassing Jewish and non-Jewish students, Christians alike. There were New York Times and others. They pushed students up against walls. They chased students around campus. They also got on city subways and demanded, quote unquote, Zionists and Jews get off. And made them raise their hand and would run them off the trains. And she wrote on X, we don’t want Zionists in New York City or schools anywhere. That’s who the woke Reich and all the left are defending. Oh, by the way, they also mourn terrorists. They had a big thing for Hassan Nasrallah, who is the head of Hezbollah. These are the radical Islamists that incite violence and then they run away when accountability arrives. And she’s doing the same thing with the dog thing. And like I said, there are a lot of woke Rikers that have been very silent on this issue. And the ones who aren’t silent, they joined the left entirely and attacking fine or attacking anyone that that was talking about her remark. And they’re the same woke Rikers, by the way, who also refused to ask their best friend Steve Bannon hard questions on their little podcasts, all of them. Yeah, so no. If there’s any question, I would choose my dogs over Islamist and woke Rikers any day of the week. And anybody who’s offended can pound all the sand in the Sahara. End of debate. That’s who they’re defending. And it’s on purpose because they’re on the same side. As we move, our partners that bring you the program, it’s the folks over at WebRoot. Now, in the name of transparency, can you put up My name is in the files. Yes. And what does it say? It says, well, we need to plan to get to Monaco. John Lennon’s charity. It should say Julian Lennon’s charity is paying for it. They don’t they don’t want to charter. So they’re looking for private owners. Here’s the info. And they give all the information. And they’re saying, do you want to offer your G2? And it looks like they said no thanks. So in other words, anybody can be on this list. Well, this is my point, because I’m telling you, when I tell you people are trying to turn me into… I wasn’t his girlfriend. I wasn’t his friend. You were too old for him. I was not only too old, but it was at a time, you know, where this is just not…
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah, no, these are the rules that we’re playing by now, though. We’re going to burn all witches. We’re going to dig ditches and burn witches. That’s the kind of vibe that we got going up here, Rob Zombie style. That’s what we’re doing. I mean, and if you’re not ready to dig ditches in Bernie’s witches, then get out of my car, right? I’m just saying. No, no, no. These are rules, man. By the way, can you imagine being like, I was grifting for a free plane ride, and that’s your defense? Like, look, I was begging for a free ride. Like, I wanted private owners. I didn’t want to pay for a charter. When she says, I didn’t want a charter, that’s what she means. She wants a free ride. No, no, no. Burning witches digging ditches, y’all. That’s what we’re going to be doing. Coming up, second hour on the way. Don’t go anywhere. We’ll find you. It’s the folks over at Super Beats. SPEAKER 17 :
Did you have any issue when they were going to air the interview last night, when they promoted it or when it was supposed to air? Or did anyone from your campaign?
SPEAKER 01 :
No, we didn’t have an issue. I mean, we’ve never run into an issue with Colbert. And even as you talked about the view, you know, supposedly this FCC complaint came about because I had more time than Mr. Tallarico when I went on there after I declared my candidacy. um so you know listen i will tell you that um i have no love for barry weiss i have no love for brendan carr whatsoever but i do think that as you also mentioned kimmel it is important that we resist in this moment um and so there were a number of options that could be put on the table and frankly you know the late show decided that this was the option and i so
SPEAKER 13 :
First off, welcome back to the program. Top of the second hour, Dana Lash with you. So this is such a stupid thing. So basically you have this congressional fight over this seat. You have Jasmine Crockett and James Tallarico. Both are unapologetic morons. And they want to go to – because Crockett got redistricted out. She’s served a term in – Tallarico’s in his fourth term of state house. She’s served a term in Texas house. They’re battling in a primary, right? And the primary voting, early voting is now underway. I think, what is it, March 3rd is the voting date. Early voting is now underway. So this all – started right as early voting started. This was all a plan. So this is what happened. Anybody who knows the equal time rule in broadcasting, and we talked a little bit about this yesterday, every broadcaster has to understand the equal time rule. And the The situation that Colbert decided to put himself in with his stunt, he was going to have on James Tallarico, who’s challenging Crockett in a primary, and And then realized he was well, he was advised by CBS’s lawyers that, yeah, well, just so you know, you can have him on. But these other lawmakers are going these other candidates are going to contest it and they’re going to want equal time because early voting started and you’re within the two week period before an election. And so equal time for public public airwaves means that if you have one on in this time period, you have to have all of them on for equal time. Otherwise, it’s looked at as an in-kind campaign contribution. So those are the rules. That’s how it’s always been. Anybody who’s ever been in broadcasting knows this. Only idiot digital whores and people like Brian Salter don’t know this. So… He was advised by the lawyers, which is apparently a Zionist thing. I mean, this is how stupid it’s getting. The woke Reich is going to be on the side of Colbert before the end of the week. I’m waiting for it because Barry Weiss is Jewish and she runs CBS and the woke Reich love taking potshots at that, just like the left do. So Colbert, he was the one he was advised by the lawyers. Look, you can you can air this. But just so you know, if you air it, then all of these other candidates in this race and not even just in the Democrat primary Republican, too, are going to demand equal time. So he was like, well, hell, that means I mean, his whole show would turn into a series of Texas candidates. And he would have to accommodate it because that is the federal the federal law. And no, it’s not the federal law because Trump just decided to make it so. Because of precious baby Beto O’Rourke part two, James Tallarico. And that’s what he is. Sidebar. Where the hell factory is it that Democrats get these dudes stamped out? They’re all the same dude. They’re all the same. They all look the same. They act the same. They talk the same. They’re douchey. They all are the same. So anyway, he was advised, look, you’re going to have to have every single one of them. on now you could say and i’m going to hit you with this cane because kane’s like well i don’t remember the last time equal rule was enforced uh when kamala harris went on right before the election and they had to pay a fine because trump sued him that’s when it was enforced because that fine would not have been levied had it not been for equal time remember that whole thing is 60 minutes and they had a kamala harris and they didn’t have trump and they tried to satiate trump by running a thing what was it after super bowl or something like that So that was that was an equal time consideration because they had her on in that period and they did not accommodate Trump with the same amount of time. That was an equal time enforcement. So this they told Colbert, you’re going to have to have every Tom, Dick and Harry on that’s in this primary and not just Democrats, Republican, too. So he decided, oh, well, that means we’re going to have Jasmine Crockett on. We can’t do that. This is why Jasmine Crockett cited against Colbert. Because they like Tallarico. They don’t like Extensions McLashes or Wig McGee. They don’t like her. So she’s mad because she was left out. So if he did it and just did it digitally, so FEC, the digital aspect, they can’t control that. So he could release it digitally and the equal time rule is inapplicable. So that’s what happened. He did not want to be forced to host every not just his Tallarico’s primary opponent, but every other one. And then they decided to pull the stunt and act like, well, it was the Trump administration that made us do it. Wait, I’m sorry. Hold up. You’re saying that the Trump administration literally went back in time, right? They went back in time. And created this rule to only apply to you. So they went back just all the way back to 1934. The Trump administration got in a time machine and went all the way the hell back to 1934. when you had the Communications Act that passed, and it’s based on Section 315A. That’s specifically the equal time aspect of the Communications Act of 1934. So Donald Trump got into a damn time machine, went all the way back in time because Stephen Colbert is so important in his own mind, and created this law only to have it apply to Stephen Colbert right now? Because that’s what you’re arguing. It’s been the law since 1934. This is not hard. Well, unless you read with pictures. This is what Colbert said. Listen to this stupid nonsense. He is such a drama queen. Heaven help me. I may have to use my get out of free jail card with Brennan Carr to describe him accurately. Listen to this. Fellas.
SPEAKER 04 :
I am well aware that we can book other guests. I didn’t need to be presented with that option. I’ve had Jasmine Crockett on my show twice. I could prove that to you. I can prove that to you, but the network won’t let me show you her picture without including her opponents. So I’ll just just I’ll have to show you this picture of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein instead.
SPEAKER 13 :
You know why? Because you’re within you. Absolute walking mental abortion. You are within the equal time limit. the equal time period, two weeks before an election. If you’re going to be in broadcasting, shouldn’t you be smart enough to know that? Why is Stephen Colbert such a drama queen dumbass? It’s like the male Carrie Prejean Hezbollah. It’s like I’m watching the same person just with short hair and glasses. It’s insane. People who create these problems and then act like they’re the victims of the problems they created. No one is telling Stephen Colbert that he cannot have anybody on. What they’re telling him is that, hey, hi, you’re According to the law that was passed in 1934, equal time of the Communications Act, Section 315A, states that if you’re going to, within two weeks before an election, feature one candidate, you have to feature all the candidates in that specific race. So he could have shown anybody’s picture up until the two week period before the election. Why is this so hard for the stupid left? Why is this so hard for them to understand? He’s acting like it’s an edict from Trump and Brendan Carr because he wants to get his side mad and lie and create a problem. I absolutely cannot. There are people, look, when I say that I despise people, which is a stronger word than hate, hate isn’t strong enough for me. I don’t really say I despise a lot of things or people, but I actually do despise Stephen Colbert. I think he is a dishonest, evil charlatan. I think he’s a walking mental abortion. He was the least funny thing that was ever on The Daily Show. He was created by Jon Stewart. And now he’s in this you know, late night time slot. And he thinks that you are all stupid. And he’s so bitter and twisted because of his political zealotry that he cannot even be prevailed upon to be honest about broadcast law as it pertains to the equal time rule, section 315A of the Communications Act of 1934. Because he thinks you’re stupid. Whenever people lie to you, they’re insulting your intelligence. Know this. Whenever they lie to you, they think you’re stupid and they’re telling you that to your face. Treat them accordingly. And that’s what he’s doing here. Oh, my gosh. Brian Stelter, Mr. Potato Head over. What the hell is he on? I don’t even know. Don’t don’t don’t remind me. I don’t care. He’s been going on and on about this all morning, acting like, oh, my gosh, it’s Brendan Carr that does this stuff. It’s Trump FCC. What? Why are people still promoting this lie? This is so asinine. It’s not even clever. Like you had, like for instance, this is what Brian Stelter tweeted about Colbert. He goes, quote, Colbert is not mad at CBS. He’s just disappointed. I’m so surprised that this giant global corporation would not stand up to these bullies. What bullies? The 1934 Communications Act? Wait, did Trump, let’s ask the Google. Let’s satisfy the dumb progressives out there. And yes, I know I’m name calling, but that’s all the courtesy of effort that they are due because they put so little effort into what they do. Come on. Let’s see. Let’s ask AI. Did Donald Trump create the Communications Act of 1934? Let’s ask. Oh, no. Oh, no. Donald Trump did not create the Communications Act of 1934. Yes, I know, guys, probably because he wasn’t alive. But that’s irrelevant to the left. It was signed by one of the worst presidents to ever live on this rock, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He signed it on June 19th, 1934, to establish the FCC and regulate interstate and foreign communication. The law was enacted over 80 years before Trump took office even. Oh, so why are they acting like this is a Trump and Brendan Carr thing? Because they’re dishonest, immoral, evil people. That’s why. That’s all there is to it. Anybody who’s promoting this should not be taken seriously. This is Colbert trying to once again get some kind of attention for himself while also helping out a Democrat during the primary. Now, remember, this was all right before early voting kicked in. What do you think the goal was to do something like this right before? Cain, tell me about the money. What’s that? The fundraising that you were telling me about on break.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah, well… sorry i would i’m like multitasking over here so tallarico’s raising money oh yeah okay so so what happens was they create this and and this happens all the time this isn’t just this is just an example of the mo they actually go out there create this sort of fight and act and you know they’ll make it up if they have to it doesn’t matter but on that projected victimhood they end up raising money for the campaign. And that’s exactly what Tallarico did with Stephen Colbert. All they did was create this faux outrage. And then everybody who believed it and were suckered into it were like, oh yeah, of course I’ll donate to Tallarico. That’s going to be great. He’s being suppressed. Two and a half million dollars they were able to rake in off of this faux outrage.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah, exactly. And then you have Stelter. I’m going to sorry, I’m going to we’re going to I’m going to be really I’m going to be a hood rat on break. He goes, whether you believe Colbert’s account of what happened or the CPS statement, the bigger picture is the same pressure from Trump’s FCC is influencing decisions at broadcast TV. SPEAKER 13 :
Gosh, Little Sisters of Mercy, you can’t go wrong with that. All right, let me pull this up because following in true form, I was picking a fight on break. So let’s see here. Let’s go to the Meat and Tatey show. I can’t believe it’s already 1230. We keep blowing up drug boats. Then stop sending drugs. Dana, you shouldn’t. No, I’m done. I’m done being nice. You’re just like, I don’t blow your ass up to stop sending drugs to the United States. It’s real easy. You don’t want to get blowed up. Don’t do stuff to get blowed up. I’m OK with this because it’s asymmetrical warfare for the people whose heads are so far lodged up their backsides all the way up into their colon so they can give themselves their own colonoscopy. It is asymmetrical warfare. Stop being deliberately stupid. All right, moving on. Dana, why are you in such a mood? Let’s find out, right? Let’s see. Adults who still play are happier and less stressed. What does that mean? Play what? That’s weird. It’s weird. What do you mean, playful activities? Like what? This comes from New Zealand, so I don’t know.
SPEAKER 07 :
It’s all about attitude.
SPEAKER 13 :
They said adult play can be defined adult play because this is getting real creepy here. We’re in an Epstein era. So this is all real creepy. What does that mean? The article doesn’t state it. It’s a giant waste of time. Washington Senate okays an income tax on millionaires. Next headline. All the millionaires are going to be leaving Washington. Two out of three Americans take medication every week because everybody is completely overwhelmed and overmedicated is why. That’s it. And we got a lot more on the way coming up. Senator Eric Schmidt, stay with us. Are you being lied to about your retirement? I mean, the advice sounds familiar. Max out your 401k and your IRA and hand your life savings to Wall Street and just hope that the market cooperates. If that were the only way, why do so many people then risk outliving their savings? Why does the inventor of the 401k call it a monster that should be destroyed? The time has come to hear the truth. SPEAKER 13 :
Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you. We are at the bottom of the second hour. And of course, we’ve been going over the whole Colbert people who think that you’re all idiots and you don’t understand what the Communications Act is and the equal time rule, etc. They also think that you’re most of us are too stupid to figure out how to properly vote. If I have to hear one more person tell me as a woman that I am somehow being suppressed because I’m too stupid to figure out how to get proper documentation to vote. If I hear that one more time, I’m going to be pulling hair out. It won’t be my own. It’ll be theirs. So welcome back. Joining us now. One of the rare people that I like in D.C. because I hate most of them with a burning passion of a thousand suns. But I like this one. And yes, maybe it’s because he’s from my home state of Missouri, the show me state. Senator Eric Schmidt, who was a kick in AG and now he’s a kick in senator. And his background gets better every time he’s on the program, by the way. I just look at the nice setup. He’s got his book back there, everything. You guys are very familiar with Senator Schmidt, a patriot. And he joins us now via video. Senator, always a pleasure. I mean… Why the the effort to mislead people about this? I’ve seen even like moderately Republican women out there, lawmakers saying, oh, well, I don’t know. They act like they’re very concerned. Women are apparently being so put up on, Senator. We are just too stupid to go out and get the proper documentation required to vote. If you. or a dude and you change your name. You have to do the same thing. If you move to a different state, I’ve done this. You’ve got to do the same thing. What the fear mongering on this is so sexist.
SPEAKER 19 :
By the way, it’s great to be with the pride of Jefferson County, Missouri. Thank you.
SPEAKER 13 :
I appreciate it. You know, that’s the one compliment that I actually would put as my epitaph. Appreciate that.
SPEAKER 19 :
That’s right. It’s good to be with you. Yeah, it’s just insulting and it is the fear mongering because that’s all they have left. They know that. If, by the way, if Democrats actually did what the polling shows Democrat voters want them to do, they would be all for this, right? It’s like 70 plus percent among Democrats support having to show your ID when you go vote. And you ought to be able to in this country prove that you’re a citizen of the United States of America. I mean, no sane country would have a system that does otherwise. But I think we kind of know what it’s all about. There’s a couple things happening at the same time which I don’t think are unrelated. One is we’re having this discussion about illegal immigration and the Democrats are effectively trying to kneecap law enforcement and ICE’s ability to move forward with deportations. And they’re also having this how do we secure our elections with the Save America Act legislation at the same time. The Democrats have lost the argument with the American people. Their only play left, and they’re not even that quiet about it anymore, is to import 15 or 20 million people to affect either redistricting, the census, or allow them to vote. That’s what’s going on here, and it’s pretty shameless. But I do think… this is a they’re at war you know against common sense here people like regular normal people if you ask them this question of course they say yes you should show be able to show your your um your driver’s license to vote just like when you check into a hotel like i mean anyway it’s crazy
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah. Or buy cigarettes or buy a bottle of wine or if you’re going to go rent a car or I mean, or if you’re I mean, there’s a number of things. I mean, we could sit here and go through the list, but it’s just weird that it’s only racist, bigoted or sexist when it has to do with voting. And that’s what mystifies me. So it’s OK. If you had to have all this done to show that you had an injection of an experimental liquid of some kind that did not actually protect you from the Wu flu, then it was then it was not racist, sexist or bigoted to make sure you had all your ideas and uploaded them into the app. But to vote. Oh, no, no. It’s so sacred that we don’t need that. We don’t need photo photo ID. And then the next argument that they had and I saw this being promoted is that, oh, well, noncitizen voting is so rare. We don’t really even need to do this. Well, that’s not true. You know this, Senator. You’ve talked about it before.
SPEAKER 19 :
Well, that’s right. And by the way, notice the progression now of the argument. It was, that never happens. And now it’s been proven that it does happen. It’s like, well, it’s not that many. And then the next progression will be, well, it’s not that bad, right? Like they’re here. So we’re in the middle phase of the rationalization. But it’s funny because, you know, I was doing a show yesterday and they played a clip of Chuck Schumer. 20 years ago defending this so it wasn’t that long ago that the democrat party was like kind of a mainstream political party at this point now where we’re at it’s been you know woke for a long time they don’t believe you know in in basic like you know, gender, like there’s two genders. They don’t think you should have to show an ID. They don’t believe in borders. It’s been pretty radicalized and they continue to move further and further left to sort of placate this base that’s been, you know, radicalized too. So I don’t know where we’re headed on all this, but I do think that if, if we keep talking about and doing something on these common sense issues, you know, we can save this country. If somehow we give in to what the left wants to do, like i said you’re going to have non-citizens voting all across this country they’ve already done it to affect apportionment a lot of people don’t know you don’t have to be a citizen to be counted in the census and that affects where the congressional districts are and by the way the electoral college so i think it’s time to get serious about this i think it’s kind of safe to say too senator we’re talking with uh senator eric schmidt from the great state of missouri that that’s really i mean if you’re going to have fraud it’s going to happen in the census first i think
SPEAKER 13 :
That’s where it starts.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah. In 2020, you know, there were there was a lot of there were a lot of problems with the 2020 census. And the Democrats, I think, know what’s about to happen in 2030 with deportations, fixing some of those irregularities and actually having secure elections. They know that they’re going to lose. So the only play left is to try to cheat.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah, that’s it. Well, that is that’s all they have. Is this going to I know that there were a couple of holdouts in the Senate, some the same to like predictable Republicans that always hold out on on everything. But is this going to pass? Is it going to get through the Senate?
SPEAKER 19 :
I hope so. You wish we had a little bit more. I think the number of co-sponsors, though, is very, very high now, which is always a good sign that people are publicly supporting it. I would hope so on this issue. Like I said, not only is it like 80 plus percent among the population, among Republican voters, it’s like 95 percent. I mean, you really have to I don’t I don’t know who the 5 percent are among Republican voters that wouldn’t want to vote.
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah, I don’t know who those freaks are.
SPEAKER 19 :
I don’t know where they’re at. Maybe that’s just the margin of error we counted in.
SPEAKER 13 :
We’re going to drum them out of the party. Those are freaks. I don’t know where they are on that.
SPEAKER 19 :
Yeah, so I think, look, my perspective on all this, Dana, from now until election, that Republicans, we need to play offense. Look, we’ve secured the border. Deportation should continue. We’re going to continue to move forward with this common sense agenda. If you think about it, what was 2024 about? It was a return to common sense. The American people saw the excesses of the Biden administration. They saw… the open borders they saw the censorship they saw all this stuff that was happening and they rejected it so it’s incumbent upon us to continue to push forward and earn the trust of the voters and and uh because look if the flip side of that is going back to what we had before that would be a disaster and if they if the democrats take the house it’s just going to be impeachment after impeachment after impeachment um they’ll overreach but it won’t be good for the country
SPEAKER 13 :
I wanted to ask you about this story that we had earlier, because I know you and I, when you’ve been on with me before, we’ve talked about the disinformation board. This has to deal with this Biden appointee who has been named as an advisor to the FISA court, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, for people just turning in. She’s being labeled as a friend of the court. She’s going to advise judges on legal legal issues related to fraud. Foreign surveillance warrants and national security cases. So immediately, Senator, I’m going back to 2016 when you had Fusion GPS, which operated as an unregistered lobbyist for Russian oligarchs that were laundering opposition, discredited opposition research through the press. Those names were still redacted. They took those articles that were the Hillary Clinton DNC information. They took it to a FISA court. A judge signed off on it. And before you knew it, they almost compromised the CIA asset against Russia, Carter Page, namely, by trying to claim that somehow he was operating against the United States on behalf of Russia. The whole thing is bizarre, but it highlights the political zealotry. And then you had this disinformation board that was led by a theater kid named Mina Jankowicz. Now, this lady who created the board is… is advising FISA. That is not going to restore our faith that has not even been rebuilt in this entity.
SPEAKER 19 :
No. And you’re right. Like, if you want to talk about the 10 year journey on where we’re at with this stuff in the censorship industrial complex, which, by the way, I write about in the book. Yes, you do. Because we filed the lawsuit that kind of exposed a lot of it, the Missouri versus Biden lawsuit. But, yeah, it started with that fake dossier that they effectively laundered into an intelligence document to spy on a presidential candidate. OK. Obama and crew were so distraught that Trump actually won that they knew it was false. They knew the Russian asset story was fake, but they continued to use it to try to sideline a presidency of somebody duly elected by the American people. Then of course we had the FBI working with big tech in 2020. Then you had the disinformation governance board. You laid it out just right. This person now, She was the legal counsel. She actually created the documents to create the Disinformation Governance Board. This person has no business doing anything in government, let alone advising a pretty secretive court about what kind of warrants can be issued, sometimes against American citizens, even though it’s technically for foreign surveillance. So the good news here is, I hope… The FISA is up for reauthorization, and one thing that I’m going to push for is a different way of having these people appointed so it’s not just the judges on the FISA court picking these advisors, that Congress would have a role. And if we do that, if we get that done in whatever the reforms look like, this person will not be in the position that she’s been appointed to.
SPEAKER 13 :
That would be amazing. That is actually wild to me that Congress doesn’t have insight into this.
SPEAKER 19 :
It’s just those judges. It’s just those judges that pick those advisors. And so it’s very insular. It’s very secretive. There is a limited role for that court. But what you can’t have is that become some. sweeping fishing expedition with American citizens. That’s not what that court is supposed to be. It’s supposed to be about foreign surveillance for people who want to do harm to the United States outside of this country. And then we saw the abuses, right? It made its way into a presidential campaign when they didn’t like President Trump. And then, of course, they felt like they had the white hat and they thought everything was game during COVID. Everything they thought they could censor Americans who had opinions they didn’t like. And that we have to push back against that at every turn.
SPEAKER 13 :
That was one headline. Not I mean, most being in this industry, most headlines. I’m like, oh, that’s awful or that’s bad. That was a headline that I really that actually unnerved me just because of how close everything got in 2016. I mean, you had Democrats actively trying to upend a free and fair election. And we know they were because they got in trouble by the FEC and they ended up having to pay a sizable fine, both the DNC and the Clinton campaign. I’m glad that you’re pushing for that. That’s definitely one thing that we’re going to we’re going to watch for. I know we’re running out of time, but I do want to touch on your book. By the way, everybody needs to go and read his book. If you haven’t the last line of defense, how to beat the left in court, because if anybody knows how to do it, it’s Senator Eric Schmidt, because he’s done it. over and over and over again. It’s why they tried so hard to keep him out of the Senate and they lost. It’s so good to see you, Senator Schmidt. We’d love to have you back. Thanks for all you do.
SPEAKER 19 :
Anytime, Dana. Thanks for all you do.
SPEAKER 13 :
Of course. Thank you.
SPEAKER 08 :
It’s his life mission to make bad decisions. It’s time for Florida Man.
SPEAKER 13 :
All right, so this one is an interesting one. Who among us hasn’t? Let’s just, I’m kidding, none of us have. A man arrested for a DUI after he fell asleep in the Taco Bell drive-thru. Now, first up, I’m going to get some hate for this, but I tend to like some Taco Bell. It’s tasty. So, and I will sit in a long Taco Bell line. Although the Taco Bell in our town is the worst Taco Bell ever. We have to go to a different town to get Taco Bell because it’s bad. But I’ll sit in that line for a long time. Sometimes you get sleepy sitting in the line. That’s without alcohol. This guy, well, he was drinking and he decided to go early Tuesday and he fell asleep in the Taco Bell drive-thru line at 140 in the morning. And Florida Highway Patrol had to respond to state trooper who was in the drive through line. I mean, this guy’s luck. Right. He noted that the black infinity directly in front of his patrol vehicle failed to move forward. So this dude was in front of a state just happened to be in the Taco Bell drive through in front of a state trooper. Right. he’s drunk he passes out essentially and then after act he the the patrol the trooper honked that didn’t do anything he activated an air horn no response activated the siren no response then he had to get out of his vehicle and check on the driver Evan Villano, 21. He was asleep at the wheel. He did not even respond to verbal commands. This dude was passed out. When he finally woke up, he was placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI. And his breath alcohol level was twice the legal limit. So he was taken into custody. So if you’re drunk, don’t drive. And definitely don’t drive into a Taco Bell drive-thru line and sit there because the Lord is going to put a trooper behind you. As we saw in this story here.
SPEAKER 08 :
And for people that are keeping score at home, this is a new story. We’ve actually, this story’s new. We’ve had a Taco Bell, people passing out in the Taco Bell drive-thru story.
SPEAKER 13 :
Well, one was KFC.
SPEAKER 08 :
I think there’s two others this year alone that we’ve had.
SPEAKER 13 :
One was a KFC.
SPEAKER 08 :
Right.
SPEAKER 13 :
But the other two, and you are right, were Taco Bell.
SPEAKER 08 :
Not kidding.
SPEAKER 13 :
Is it surprise you that it’s not a Del Taco? Because I thought for sure.
SPEAKER 07 :
I don’t think Del Tacos are everywhere. Really? Taco Bells are everywhere, but Del Tacos aren’t.
SPEAKER 13 :
Oh, man. Del Taco, them tacos with some ranch dressing. Oh, a Jack in the Box taco with some ranch dressing. Oh, my gosh. All right. A Florida man smashed a car with a hammer in a Publix parking lot in a revenge plot. Nothing says getting revenge like smashing up someone’s vehicle and getting arrested. It was an ex-girlfriend. He thought he was damaging her car, but he’s not the brightest bulb. So it wasn’t her car. It was a random public employee’s car. This poor employee has to come out and see their car all bashed up. So and it was another female and she was like very upset and terrified. So Volusia County Sheriff, they responded. At first, it was called in as a burglary in progress. And they found a man sitting in front in the front passenger seat holding a hammer. He was hitting the in-car radio while sitting in the vehicle. He broke into this vehicle. This guy, it says he’s 37 years old. I don’t believe that, looking at the images in the body cam footage. There is no way. This man is lying about his age. 37-year-old Justin Allen, he broke into the vehicle. He was mad. He was getting revenge on his ex. But he said it was his girlfriend’s car and she had robbed him. He had tools, including the hammer, in his own car. he smashed all the windows up they ran the license plate and they said hey genius it don’t belong to your ex it’s a actual employee of the grocery store it’s her car and the employee was oh my gosh she was so distraught he basically i mean seventeen thousand dollars in damages that’s how much seventeen thousand dollars in damages Well, yeah, he busted up everything. They also found white powder powder in his front pocket and it was cocaine. And he goes, yeah, it was cocaine, but I just found it on the ground. He posted ten thousand five hundred bond. I feel like she should get to bust up his stuff. The employee with a hammer. We have more in store. Stick with us.
SPEAKER 11 :
Why are Republicans so interested in Bill and Hillary Clinton? It’s because they’re trying to distract from the fact that Donald Trump is in the Epstein files thousands and thousands of times. In those files, there’s highly disturbing allegations of Donald Trump raping children. What? Donald Trump threatening to kill children.
SPEAKER 13 :
What? This is Ted Lieu, by the way, who’s best friends with Ed Buck, like actually best friends with Ed Buck. Ed Buck is well, Ed Buck went to prison because Ed Buck was a grody old dude, man. Ed Buck did some stuff. Ed Buck gave Ted Lieu a lot of money, lots of money. They did a lot of stuff together. I mean, I don’t know what all Ted Lieu was involved in inside Ed Buck’s apartment, but I’ll set it up for you. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you. Top of this third hour. Yeah. Back in 2017, you there was a 911 call that came from this apartment in West Hollywood. And when the deputies arrived, they it was a two story apartment building. When the deputies arrived, there was an older dude there and a wife beater. And he’s standing on the stairs and they followed the guy to the living room. And there was a young black man laying unresponsive on a mattress right on the floor. Right. So officers were like, oh, by the way, the guy was totally naked except for some white socks that he was wearing. And a couple of minutes later, the paramedics arrived. They when the guy was already dead, though, by the time first responders arrived, the guy and the wife, Peter, who led them in, he his name was Ed Buck. And he was like a 60-year-old some odd dude, big-time progressive donor, big-time progressive activist. He knew all the Democrats all over California. And he called the dead guy his friend. About maybe like an hour or so earlier, Buck had told law enforcement that, oh, my friend injected some meth. And then… He said, my friend became real warm to the touch, et cetera. He said he put ice on him and all this stuff. And then he said that he called 911. And the deputies looked around the apartment, and they found a lot of weird stuff in the apartment as they were kind of looking around. And they also saw another guy arrive at the apartment while they were there doing all of this. And he had the same build, same race as the dead guy on the floor. And he carried a white bag. He wore a hat. And they discovered that for a number of years, the tenants at this two-story apartment building had been calling law enforcement to report these dudes, young men. dudes, young black men coming in who looked they were either homeless or disheveled or on drugs, something. And they were coming in and ringing the buzzer at all hours and on their way to see Ed Buck. Tons of them every week. And They I can’t say some of the stuff that they called. There was a lot of very inappropriate things that spilled out of Ed Buck’s apartment into the sidewalk outside of the apartment building. And that’s all I’m going to say, because it’s disgusting. So. The police asked, Buck, are you expecting more visitors? And the guy was very confused as he came in with his white bag. And so the deputy leaned over the railing, told the guy, the store’s closed. You know, you need to leave. And so the guy left, right? They discovered, long story long, they said it was a meth overdose. They said that apparently this was not the first that happened with this apartment. There were multiple men that died at Ed Buck’s apartment. They died the exact same way, months apart. I mean, it was very serial killer-esque, right? And people began starting to ask questions as this started to filter out through the community and gossip. And then they found out that apparently there was some advertising on some websites, like some West Hollywood websites. I can’t even say the name of that one or this one. Oh, no, I can’t say the name of that. They’re very inappropriately named websites. Let’s just say that. But they were a pattern. And this guy was a major Democrat Party mega donor political activist. He was considered New York Post once called him high profile. He was very close to Ted Lieu. And he was apparently being shielded from any kind of investigation due to all of his Democrat affiliations and his donations and his status within the political community. And other individuals, younger men who were homeless or dealing with or were considered kind of transitional, they were being warned about having anything to do with Ed Buck by other members of the community. And one of them had said at some point, you know, this is an emergency for people who look like us. This was something that came out to law enforcement later. So all of these dudes, all of these dudes, a pattern again. That he was accused of essentially taking advantage of these guys, drugging them and doing whatever he was doing. And then they, yeah, they weren’t making it out. There’s a lot that we could sit here for. He would like troll gay bars, looking for victims, things like that. I mean, it’s very evil what this guy was doing. And it happened, apparently it was going on for a very, very long time. We could sit here and go back all the way to 1991. And start looking at Ed Buck’s pattern of abuses if you wanted to. So just to set the stage, he is a very evil bad guy. Kind of Silence of the Lambs kind of stuff, right? I’m just saying, like almost to that degree. So he was very good friends with Ted Lieu. And remember, Buck’s in jail. He would these men later as they went through these the oh, gosh, what am I thinking of the the forensics reports? They did toxicology during as they were investigating. And it came out that not only did they have meth, but they had some other very interesting drugs, drugs that would be used to actually sedate people. And so, you know, there were questions with Buck sedating these guys and then raping them. And they were overdosing and dying because it kept happening. And all the whole time he was being protected because of his status. I mean, he donated hundreds of thousands of dollars. He raised money. He was considered a big time bundler. And so no one was interested in anything that Ed Buck did. They just they wanted his money. I mean, name a Democrat in California and they got money from Ed Buck. Name a Democrat in L.A. They were they had an Ed Buck fundraiser. That’s how he was like a micro Epstein. But for like dudes mainly. Right. Right. So that is who Ted Lieu has received tons of money from. It is who Ted Lieu has campaigned with. There’s tons of evidence. In fact, it got so bad that he finally had to say that his campaign was going to give back some of the money, some of the donations. And this is the New York Times, September 18th, 2019. So the stuff that he just said in the soundbite that we played about Trump is completely uncorroborated by any shred of evidence. You don’t have to like Trump. I’m not asking you to like him, but I am asking you to not believe these idiots because what he said there was so unbelievably inexcusable. Now, he didn’t say that on the floor, which is interesting because they’re protected from libel and speech if they say it on the floor. Ted Lieu did not say that on the floor. So I would imagine if Trump wanted to go after him for slander, he could. Because slander is when you say it, libel is when you write it. So he wasn’t on the floor. So he doesn’t have those protections from my understanding of the law. But that’s insane. And everything that he was saying of Trump is essentially kind of the stuff that, you know, his friends was were accused of doing. So and he’s in jail. So I just that’s insane to me. Why would you as a lawmaker go out and say something like that? How could such a thought? Because the only thing that all of the emails and everything have shown is that, well, it showed that Steve Bannon was Epstein’s absolute best friend and worked so hard to rehabilitate him for years. There are more emails with him almost than anybody else. It showed some pretty bad stuff. But one thing it didn’t show is anything that Ted Lieu said. One thing it did show is that Trump was one of the first people to want this guy bounced. He didn’t want him around Mar-a-Lago. He was hitting on his friend’s kids. He thought it was nasty. He didn’t like it. So it does show that. And I would imagine that a lot of his motivation came from that he has a young daughter. He had a young or a young daughter at the time. I mean, you know, when all that was like kicking off, I don’t think Ivana Ivanka Trump was married at that time. Why would you want your kids and your grandkids around that kind of stuff? Right. So that’s one thing it did show. So Ted Lieu coming out and saying what he said is one of the craziest things and most depraved things I think I’ve ever heard. I don’t know how you could make up something like that and weaponize. Have that thought in your mind. I just think if you’re thinking those things to say about someone. That says more about you than the person that you’re slandering. That’s really disgusting. That’s like something a predator would do, right? It makes me wonder, is that, is Ted Lieu projecting? Kind of makes you wonder, you know, that’s how does this gross? These people are soulless. So I wanted to touch on a couple of other things here. As we are moving through. So hold up. New York Times. This is Olympics. So you remember the what’s the one the figure skater Amber Glenn? She was the figure skater who was like, I’m here. I’m queer. And it’s like, you know, being represented is like being gay figure skating. And she acts like she’s the first gay person to ever be on the ice as a figure skater. No one asked Johnny Weir his thoughts. By the way, Johnny Weir was not annoying when he was on the ice. Thank you. Is Johnny Weir a flamer? Yes. Is he completely over the top? Yes. Was he annoying and was he like browbeating you and lecturing you six ways to Sunday? No, he wasn’t. He had one job and he did it. He skated and he skated well. That’s like Freddie Mercury. Freddie Mercury was gay as the day is long, but he sang songs about fat bottom girls. He did his job. Come on. This chick is annoying AF. So she gets up and she ends up dropping to 13th place. This is after she went off on Trump, after she got super political. And what was the quote she said? They can’t stand to see two woke bees winning. That was her direct quote. She was talking about herself. I think that if you say things like that, You need to win. Right? She got a little bit over her skis there, it seems like, doesn’t it? Well, yeah, but the same cane. So she came in 13th place. She didn’t do a jump, and then she ended up crying at the end. That is the, I mean, I don’t know. This is why I haven’t been watching any of it.
SPEAKER 08 :
If I was blessed enough to be in the Olympics and represent the United States of America, I would probably be less political and more athletic, right? And I think that’s where she fell into it. I think she just got into the politics of it, got her feelings all, and she lost focus on the athletics portion of this thing.
SPEAKER 13 :
I had to say that one of our sometimes contributors, PJ, over at Chapter and Verse was going to write a piece saying that she looked like Gollum’s sister. And I’m like, that’s actually kind of mean even for you. We’re not having that. I can’t. I can’t. Although it’s true. Oh, I’m here. I’m queer. I’m in 13th place. They don’t like to see two woke bees in 13th place. Maybe you should win more.
SPEAKER 08 :
And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It’s time for Dana’s Quick Five.
SPEAKER 13 :
All right, so first up, apparently betting is taking over America. Everybody’s gambling now. I don’t gamble. Polymarket is a big thing. I just don’t gamble. I have only gambled one time in my life, and it was the quarter machines. And I took $0.25 and won $7.50, and I was like, I’m done. That’s it. And they kept trying to give me drinks and I’m like, I’m on to you. I’m like, I’ll just have an ice water, please. And I could tell they hated me. But I was like, I ain’t doing this. I see this. So I just never got into it. A staggeringly stupid man tattooed some children. Oh, it’s the BBC, so let’s see what part of Brittany’s from. Oh, Patrick Coe. It’s a Newcastle. He’s a staggeringly stupid man who tattooed three children. He’s been jailed for three years. His victims thought that he was giving them temporary tattoos, but he actually permanently disfigured them, according to the Newcastle Crown Court. He’s 31 years old. He admitted three counts of child cruelty. First off… When the needle came out, that’s when you kind of knew that it was permanent. Just saying. Oh, in Aberdeen, a man was stabbed and the suspect was found hiding from police under a car. Oh, but here’s the thing I want to get into. Nantucket. Nantucket’s like the fancy place on the East Coast, right? Yeah, yeah. I have a friend who’s family, a friend from college who’s family. They used to go on vacation on Nantucket. But apparently eight months of wastewater data show lots of cocaine in the water in Nantucket. Tons of cocaine. The opioid level’s relatively low. They sampled the water. It’s through their island sewer system for eight months. and their Nantucket’s Wastewater Monitoring Program identified lots and lots of booger sugar. They said, yes, it’s, you know, that cocaine spikes may not necessarily reflect a surge in use. Oh, really? Well, I’ll be dang. Look at that. Doesn’t reflect a surge in use. It just magically appears in the water.
SPEAKER 07 :
What does it reflect?
SPEAKER 13 :
Yeah, just maybe. I don’t know. They said, well, it could, you know, when unused drugs are discarded. Yeah, that’s what happens. People pay a lot of money for cocaine and then they flush it down the toilet. Sure. OK, we’ll just go with that. Trying to protect their rep up there. We have a lot more on the way. Nobody go anywhere. Stick with us.
SPEAKER 03 :
Brighten up your timely news consumption with a Dana Show podcast where every update comes with a little dash of not so serious on YouTube, Apple or wherever you get your podcasts.
SPEAKER 13 :
Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you. Do you guys, okay, so how many remember those awkward school photos from the 80s and 90s and even into the aughts, right? I don’t know if they still do photos today, but everybody remembers, right? I have a photo. I remember I thought it was the coolest background ever. Do you remember? This was like in like 89, 90. And I was in sixth grade and it was a the boys could pick from blue or green background and the girls could pick from like a purple or like hot pink background. So I totally picked hot pink. Right. And I even wore like a matching shirt and everything. And it was one of those where you had the hot pink laser background in the back. And then you just did the Napoleon Dynamite, like where Uncle Rico’s telling you to put your chin on your fist, like one of those. And that was my school photo. That was the one I liked the most because I look like an alien on the other ones. And it was done by a company who did all of the photos. They did all of the school photos for kids. Everybody had a life touch picture. School photo, 80s, 90s, and I ended the early aughts. Well, well, now there’s some questions. Kane says that if you had a LifeTouch photo, you’re in the files. Because now the former CEO of the investment fund that purchased the parent company of LifeTouch is in the files apparently. Now school districts across the country, says NBC News, are reconsidering their picture day partnerships after a social media post pointed to the link between the company and Jeffrey Epstein. Ten districts across four states. have canceled or paused their contracts with LifeTouch, the nation’s largest school photographer. Others says that they are still going to work with the company, but some have conducted ongoing reviews to make sure. The controversy centers around Leon Black. He was an associate of Jeffrey Epstein’s and former CEO of Apollo Global Management, an investment fund that purchased Shutterfly, Life Touch’s parent company, in September 2019. So hold up. So then if you use Shutterfly ever, then you’re right. Life Touch and Shutterfly. How many of y’all people put out Christmas cards with Shutterfly? I know you have because I’ve gotten them. I’ve gotten Christmas cards that have said Shutterfly on the back and it’s like people with their families and dogs and all that stuff. So post on Facebook. Why is it that Life Touch but Shutterfly is not being mentioned? Like why are they going after Life Touch but not Shutterfly? Shutterfly is the parent company. I’m curious. Anyway, all these posts on Facebook, they’ve called LifeTouch’s proximity to Einstein’s orbit a, quote, parental red flag. And they’re like, you don’t want to have your kids’ photos and data kept by a company that could have linked to Epstein. Can I just pause for a moment? So, Kane, not only did our parents allow us to ride on the back of pickup trucks down gravel roads and stay out at all hours with no way of knowing where we were. And we like literally we could if we were thirsty, we had to find some hose water. But also apparently a child predator was associated with a company that took our school photos.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 13 :
Wow.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yeah.
SPEAKER 13 :
Gen X, man. So LifeTouch says that all of this, all these ties are completely false. They said that they’re committed to students’ privacy, that the timeline of events does not even support a direct connection, that Apollo’s acquisition of Shutterfly came two months after Epstein was jailed on sex trafficking charges and a month after his suicide while he was awaiting trial. They said, no LifeTouch executives have ever had any relationship or contact with Epstein. We’ve never shared student images with third party, including Apollo. Apollo and its funds also had no role in their daily operations. They have no access to student images. Now, they have emails and texts from the Justice Department that indicated that Black got financial advice from Epstein and all this other stuff. Black’s name is in there more than 8,200 times, although some of them are duplicate records. So Black would not comment on LifeTouch. He said he’s got health problems that have been exacerbated by dealing with Epstein. Okay. His lawyer says he’s not done anything wrong. There was a parent who in Texas asked her school to cut ties with Life Touch after she read about the connection. So the Malakoff Independent School District, they’re canceling Life Touch’s, their spring portraits because of Life Touch. So I don’t know. She said it feels tainted. You don’t want any, but you don’t want. OK, so Shutterfly is though, too, right? Why is that getting left out? Do you think it’s tainted? Do you think that Life Touch is out there mining your kids’ photos for pedos, Cain?
SPEAKER 08 :
I’m sure that probably happens. What I think, and I’ve read this before.
SPEAKER 13 :
Because you know it’s more than that, right?
SPEAKER 08 :
It is more than that. I would imagine that they’re using these photos to feed AI. In other words, they want facial recognition to be more accurate. So what better way to do it than to bridge what you’re currently putting on Facebook or Twitter or whatever, your current avatar, right versus your young picture right so you feed ai this stuff they now can do you know facial recognition more accurately um i think that there is yeah there’s a lot more nefarious reasons out there than just that but i think the pedo thing is the worst one the company
SPEAKER 13 :
Oh, man. Lorraine has a link from their website. They’re freaking out. They’re like, here’s a public statement from our LifeTouch CEO on rumors. And they’re like, no, we’ve never provided images to a third party, etc. And they said there’s so much misinformation and they follow all the rules and all this stuff and they’re not named in the Epstein files and all this other stuff and safeguard your students. I will say that I think I see more parents that put their kids information out on social media more than LifeTouch ever has.
SPEAKER 07 :
That’s fair.
SPEAKER 13 :
Let’s be real. Like I see them all. I see parents, moms and dads on Instagram all the time and they have their kids all over it. I’m like, you know how unsafe that is? And they’re public accounts. They’re not
SPEAKER 08 :
private accounts they’re all public and it’s like you know how unbelievably unsafe that is but yet some of them are that statement you just read didn’t really address the fact that it’s the ceo the former ceo of apollo global management right that actually bought life touch so that’s the third party no one’s saying that exactly life touch was doing this directly with epstein but it’s this third party connection well they would have access to it is what the intimation is And other life touch type companies were bought up by BlackRock and Vanguard as well. I think there’s a lot of it that has to do with data, whether it’s with AI or whether I don’t know what it’s for, but I think.
SPEAKER 13 :
Or maybe it’s that’s literally the only company that’s taken school photos in forever. And it’s just an easy check. Yeah, that’s also that it could also be as simple as that.
SPEAKER 08 :
But yeah, they’re not the only ones to be purchased by large, these global investment funds and these big firms. So other photo companies like LifeTouch have been purchased by these third parties.
SPEAKER 13 :
Right. Well, I don’t know. I’m just saying. I don’t know. I mean… I feel like we just all need to just follow exactly what the politicians said and make them rue the day that they decided to be too over the top sensational with certain things with us. I’m all for that. Let’s just ride that crazy train to its final station. Let’s do it. By the way, Trump says if Iran doesn’t make a deal, then the United States may have to use its military bases on Diego Garcia and the UK and warns that an attack from Iran would potentially be made on the UK as well as other friendly countries. He had a big old post. Here’s an important section. Should Iran decide to not make a deal, it may be necessary for the United States to use Diego Garcia and the airfield located in Fairford in order to eradicate a potential attack by a highly unstable and dangerous regime, an attack that would potentially be made on the UK as well as other friendly countries. Now, obviously, This has to do with the big, we talked about this at the time as well, Keir Starmer. And the issue with the Diego Garcia and the joint US-UK military base that’s on the island. He announced this agreement to transfer the sovereignty of these Chagos Islands. He was going to secure a 99-year lease to maintain the military base. So basically you end up losing sovereignty and you end up paying a buttload of money to… this other entity, right? And by the financial terms, it’s 101 million annually. And then the total costs are going to be like over 3.4 billion long term. So they got a lot of criticism for this, a lot of criticism. And it’s something that it’s been called a very bad deal. I mean, it’s really about undermining the West is what This has been about this was I think they first started pushing this like me. I think it was look at my May of last year, I believe. Yeah, it was May of last May of last year. And the It’s British Empire, British colonialism, et cetera, et cetera, is what it has to do with, which is why there was a UK presence that was there in the first place. And it’s in the Indian Ocean. And I mean, it’s important. It’s an important strategic area. And it’s been regulated, run essentially by the Brits. So he’s decided to do this. And he got a lot of pushback for it. There was a lot of pushback. The deal they had, it was very punitive. I mean, it was just like the UK decided to flog itself in this deal. I don’t understand it. They’re going to give this back and then they’re going to pay them billions of dollars a year. in order to continue it. I mean, it’s a very bad deal. So Britain first put a base there. This was like back in World War II. They had a base there. They were going to monitor Axis naval movement. Things like surface raider sorties and submarines and Things like that. They wanted to monitor the Axis Naval Movement and it closed in 46 and Britain allowed for usage rights to the U.S. during the Cold War. Right. For those purposes, they the island marriages they gained. I think it was in the 60s. They became independent. And the UK were giving them money to leave out the Chagos Islands. And there was no objection from that from the government at the time. So they were able to have like this 50 year lease, etc. The largest island is named Diego Garcia. And so they had this UK, this joint military base there. And so now it was it’s it’s remote. So it’s safe from attack. But it’s but we have the technology and the ability to actually use it to launch stuff. And so when we started closing Cold War bases in and around the the Atlantic, Pacific, etc., this was one of the ones that that remained. It was one of the few that remained. And now we have like what I think 400 active military personnel that’s there on Diego Garcia out there in the Indian Ocean and about 2000 civilian contractors there. So we, Starmer just basically surrendered. It was really a kick in the groin from the UK what they did. It’s not what a good ally or a neighbor would do. And it caused a lot of uproar within British Parliament. So now they’re leasing it from us. The Chagos deal is going to allow them to lease it. I think, what was it, a 99-year lease? And like I said, I know they said it was 100 and something million pounds sterling, but with all of the added costs, et cetera, it’s going to be over 3.4 billion. That is what you would do if you wanted to kneecap the West. I am sure that all of America’s enemies were cheering that move from Keir Starmer. So and Thatcher was the one who was trying to preserve some British control over it. Now, look how bad we’ve fallen. So looking at this from POTUS, this his post about this, his tweet about this, this is really not so much a jab at Iran. It’s also a jab at Starmer.

Duran Duran was just the best back in the day. Still are. Welcome back to the show. Eight backcountry skiers were found dead and one remains missing after an avalanche in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Apparently, wasn’t there another avalanche somewhere else, like a collar somewhere? Lots of avalanches. I don’t like this. I’ve been skiing. I went skiing one time. Once. Now I like to look at it. I just don’t like to be in it. Because it’s like, let’s make walking harder on mountains. That’s what skiing is, right? We’re going to take your legs and feet and make it awkward. Skiing. That’s what skiing is. And it is awkward. And I remember we even had a ski instructor. And he was like, oh, you did 18 years of ballet. You’re going to be great at this. And I’m like, ha! My body was like, I’m going to show you. And I wasn’t. And my husband, who is very, I mean, I can run. I am a very good distance runner. And I played soccer. I am a very good distance runner, but I had a ballet. And I ran, right? I was horrible at basketball. I tried so hard. It was horrible. And I love the sport. And I like the idea of skiing, but it just doesn’t work. I don’t know. My husband is very naturally athletic with everything. It’s insufferable. And he’s like, he’s like, you know, all over the mountain, carving it up, skiing uphill, going downhill. I mean, whatever. I don’t know. That’s what he was doing. And my kids were great at it. But here’s old mom, you know, and I’m like, oh, my gosh, Sonny Bono killed himself trying to ski down a hill. He died. He ran into a tree. You know, Liam McGregor. We’re not Liam McGregor. Liam Neeson’s wife. I’m like, that’s terrifying. So at one point I had like what they call a yard sale and I literally fell down a mountain because I tipped over by accident. It was at the end of the day, the ice had refrozen. It was kind of warm out in the afternoon and I was getting ready to tip over onto the advanced part. And it was like a literal Wile E. Coyote moment. I’m like, geez, here we go. I’m just like, I’m dead. And I just gave up. I’m like, fell down the mountain. skis everywhere and i slid on my face under a bush and i promise you there was a fetus on a snowboard and it flip and he came up and was like are you okay a lot of people enjoy skiing i mean it seems like your story is a little more an anecdote more of an anecdote than anything else where are you getting this language that’s how you say what is an anecdote what here well here it is listen
SPEAKER 12 :
And so I’ll give you like an analogy or actually an anecdote, not even an anecdote, a reality of how that can serve people.
SPEAKER 06 :
Sorry, I’m an anecdote.
SPEAKER 12 :
What did I say?
SPEAKER 13 :
What in the Jill Biden?
SPEAKER 12 :
I’m an anecdote.
SPEAKER 13 :
Anecdote. I mean, I just think if you’re going to be in commentary, you should be able to read and say words. Anecdote. Bogota. C.C. Plodway. They’re the same person. They’re the same person.
