New York City swearing in their new Democrat Socialist mayor yesterday. He’s already starting some controversy. Israel has accused Mamdani of pouring anti-Semitic gasoline on an open fire today after the anti-Zionist politician spent his first day in office revoking city policies that supports the Jewish state. We’ll jump into that as time permits. Cracker Barrel did it again. Just when things were kind of easing on Cracker Barrel after some of their strategic mistakes this past year, they didn’t serve black-eyed peas and greens yesterday. Do you know the symbolism of that? I know it’s sort of a southern tradition, but as I’m learning from many of you who are texting and emailing, you have your own traditions like this. Cracker Barrel, a lot of people, particularly in the south yesterday, was planning to go to Cracker Barrel for their black-eyed peas. And greens weren’t there. They didn’t serve them. Took them off the menu. We’re going to jump into that. And then, of course, this Minnesota issue that we have been talking about for the whole week, actually. I mean, it started last Saturday when this young man posted his video. We’ve gotten other things. A new twist in that. If it’s possible… For things to get any weirder in Minneapolis, there’s a new twist to the story. A Minneapolis Somali-run daycare center is now reporting that they had a break-in, and guess what was stolen? Important documentation. Nasrullah Mohammed is the manager of Nokomi’s daycare center. He told reporters that a suspect entered through the kitchen at the rear of the facility, damaging a wall and breaking into the building’s office earlier this week. He said the alleged prowler stole important documentation, including children’s enrollment information, employee documentation, and their checkbooks. Now, how convenient is that? Because now he claims he can’t tell you the names and give you the information on how many children he had enrolled. That was stolen. He can’t tell you about the employees who worked for him because that documentation was stolen. I mean, what a time for this to happen, huh? right as the federal government is taking a deep dive, looking into Minnesota daycare centers. Now, let me be fair here. His center was not one of the ones that was spotlighted in this video, in Nick Shirley’s video. But I guess he probably saw the writing on the wall, and he realized, well, those others are in the spotlight. They’re going to be coming knocking on my door, too, so I better get rid of the data. so that I have a good excuse when I tell them I don’t know who my students were, who I had enrolled here. Notice how you also had someone standing behind the manager holding a sign, racism has no place in child care, in one of the videos. This is one of the videos that we had shared with you earlier in the week. And you had others circling around. You had one woman just hysterically yelling, they’re ICE, they’re ICE, don’t come to the door. Well… Guess what? These centers are now blaming Nick Shirley on threats that they’re receiving. They’re claiming that because of his video, that they’re getting threats from all around the city, and now it’s hard for them to even be open because things are getting hostile. Now, guess who else is getting threats? Nick Shirley says that he, too, is starting to get death threats. That… That since his video went viral, that he has people calling, harassing, and yes, threatening. Threatening to do harm because of the information that he has provided. He claimed this on a podcast. In cut number 12, Nick Shirley was on the PBD podcast, and he said that he had been warned by people that he would be Kirked, as in Charlie Kirk. I’m assuming they mean when they say you’re going to be Kirked, that you’re going to be assassinated, just like Charlie Kirk. They’re so mad. The civilians are so mad. Because can you imagine, for years you’re at the dinner table talking with your family about how everything’s good, oh, we don’t need to worry because the government and whatnot. I mean, 81% of these people are on welfare, but on top of that, they’re collecting millions of dollars through these companies. Tax-exempt, by the way, especially the daycares. So can you imagine how mad they are now? That’s why they’re right now… There’s, like, people are so upset. Like, there’s, like, bounties on me here in Minnesota because people are so upset as far as the fraud that’s being exposed because they know their time’s up and they know everyone’s just sick and tired of this happening inside their own state and across America.

Yeah, there was apparently, like, a bolo that they used. That’s the word that some people told me was on me. And… I can’t reveal too much just because I don’t want to reveal. But, like, yeah, lots of messages, death threats, obviously, on social media. And then it’s just not the most safe thing for me to be moving around privily right now.

This is a classic case of shoot the messenger, isn’t it? They don’t like what Nick Shirley has uncovered and the fact that it’s going to lead to additional investigation. So they want to eliminate him. Now, that was Nick Shirley on Triggered, which is Donald Trump Jr.’ ‘s podcast. But isn’t it sad that we live in a day that someone like Nick Shirley just is looking for the truth, and now his life is being threatened? You know, a congressman from Florida, and we’re going to get into this coming up next, over the New Year’s holiday, said that Congress and the federal government, the FBI, the Department of Justice, needs to treat this like they’re dealing with the mafia. And he’s right, isn’t it? You look at some of the similarities between these businesses and how the mafia operates, it does give you a glance of mafia, doesn’t it? And maybe he’s right. Maybe we do need to treat this as mafia and use the same tactics that the FBI and the DOJ would use if they were investigating the mafia. Because I’ve said from day one, This is bigger than those individual daycare owners and daycare operators. There’s a bigger influence somewhere who’s telling these people how to do this. This in reference to this very tragic break-in at one of the Minnesota daycare centers, and all the records are gone. Somebody broke in, and they took all of his records of the kids that supposedly he served, of his employees, even his checkbook. Now, the police made a note on the incident report. The computers, laptops, other things of value, they were still there. Didn’t take them. Don’t you think you would have, if you’re going to do this, don’t you think you would have at least picked up a couple laptops or something on the way out the door to make it look like it was a real break-in? Because who is really going to believe that someone broke into the daycare center? Now, let me be fair here. This was not one of the daycare centers that had been targeted by Nick Shirley. But it was in the same general area. And I’m sure the owner felt like that he was probably next in line. So he conveniently says, well, my daycare center was broken into. Sorry, they took all my records. So I can’t tell you who the kids were who stayed here. I can’t tell you the employees I had. Texter makes a good point. Hey, surely he can just call some of them. Surely he knows some of them. The point is, he doesn’t want to. He doesn’t want there to be records for the federal government to review. This is just all part of this scam. But the most interesting part of this is you and I have celebrated what this 23-year-old independent journalist, Nick Shirley, has done. The mainstream media, CNN particularly, they’re finally deciding we have to be investigative reporters here. We can’t just take his word for it. We need to investigate ourselves. So CNN… Whitney Wilde interviewed Nick Shirley, was featured on the Anderson Cooper 360 show this week, during which Wilde questioned Shirley’s methods of investigation of the sinners. And you can tell she’s trying to discredit this young man. This is cut number 11, and she is trying to make Nick Shirley look like he just made this up. Here’s the interview.

We’re from CNN. Can we talk to you? This is MAGA YouTuber Nick Shirley. Back at a daycare in Minnesota, he alleged was a fraudulent facility in a now viral video.

You’re going to say it’s a left or right issue? No, fraud is fraud. I’m not out here trying to put a twist on things.

Shirley’s viral video released over the weekend in which he says he’s uncovering tens of millions of dollars in fraud at Minneapolis daycares run by the Somali community was retweeted by Elon Musk and Vice President J.D. Vance. In the video, Shirley tries to open locked doors and talk to people at various daycares he claims are frauds. Did you come during their normal operating hours when you came to visit?
SPEAKER 14 :
I came at 11 a.m., I believe, and I also came the following day later in the day. The point of it is not whether or not I came at the right time of their operation hours. The point is that blocked out doors, they can’t give you any information. You call that number, no one answers. I wasn’t trying to go inside. There should be a way for somebody to actually be able to call that number and somebody to be able to answer. These aren’t real businesses.

But surely you don’t think a daycare should just be unlocked. You shouldn’t be able to just walk into a daycare.
SPEAKER 14 :
It should be a reception.

No. Every daycare is locked. Their doors are locked.

And so, okay, you bring up a fair point. But why can’t they actually give me information how to enroll a child?
SPEAKER 18 :
Federal law enforcement has been investigating fraud in Minnesota for several years. Both Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel said on social media they’ve indicted dozens of defendants. DHS has posted multiple videos of agents they say are conducting a massive fraud investigation. Do you think that federal law enforcement hasn’t done enough? I mean, they would say, look, these fraud cases have been going on, but they’ve already done like 80 indictments. The cases have been going on, you know, for years.

Why did I show up one day in Minnesota and go to all these daycares, no children? They’re receiving millions of dollars. We uncovered nearly $110 million in fraud in one day.

How do you know that all the allegations that you’re making are true?

How do I know that? So this is just a portion of that interview. And Nick, he was very patient with her. But it’s very obvious that CNN was trying to discredit him. CNN would rather try to discredit this young man than to admit there’s fraud, than to admit that there’s Somalis in Minneapolis who are stealing our money. They want to go after him. Again, it’s a classic case of shoot the messenger. Why is that? Why would CNN be so dead set on discrediting Nick Shirley? I don’t get it. I get maybe you ask them questions, you do your own investigation, but that was a hostile interview. She was just following him around, again, trying to make him look like the bad guy, not the Somalis who have made off with billions of dollars, our dollars, our money, our federal tax dollars. And if you kind of dig around a bit, and I was surprised when Tracy gave me a list of other Democrat socialists who are in an elected position. There are three members of the U.S. House of Representatives already. There are 45 state House members, 14 state Senate members that swear to the DSA. There are other local school board members, city councils, mayors. This party is going to continue to try to build, and Mamdani is their leader. It’s unbelievable to me. The total disgrace that that entire state has dumped upon the rest of this nation. They ought to be ashamed, and everybody ought to shame them for it.

Yeah, well, I think they’re going to see that, Susan. But let’s be fair here. It’s not all Minnesotans. There are some good people in Minnesota. We’ve had a lot of callers this week talking about this, and they’re ashamed of their state. They’re ashamed of what’s happening. And don’t forget, our buddy Mike Lindell is from Minnesota. So there are a lot of good Americans who are ashamed at what their state has allowed to happen. They’re ashamed of their governor and that he’s been looking the other way, overlooking this. Why don’t we make a new federal law where illegal aliens are not allowed to buy or rent any housing property or buy or rent any automobiles? If you don’t have a place to live, you’re going to go home.

Yep. Yep. True. Well, you know, John, that’s a good idea. The Democrats, you know, they love putting up in nice hotels and giving them free airfare to go wherever they want to in the country, giving them free bus fare. But you’re right. I mean, if you make life hard, they’re not going to come here and stay, and that’s been the problem. We’ve just been giving things away, free cell phones, free meals, free housing, etc., Are people going to come? It’s really sort of been a magnet to attract others. They have a network, and they call Uncle Sam and say, hey, come on over. It’s good over here. They give you free stuff. They’ll put you up. They’ll feed you. Why wouldn’t you come here? I hope that the Republicans show their strength and say everything you do is going to be fought in court like they’ve done to President Trump. It’s a very simple process for me. You want to go out and treat people differently? Let’s do the equal protection clause and say, you know what, you can’t do that legally. There is the Eighth Amendment.
