SPEAKER 03 :
From the wild world of D.C. politics to America’s culture clash, brace yourself for the reality check you’ve been waiting for. The one and only Mike Gallagher Show. Sitting in for Mike today, here’s Joey Hudson.
SPEAKER 08 :
Welcome in on this Thursday edition of the Mike Gallagher Show. A lot to cover today. Boy, it was just a busy, busy late afternoon, early evening, a lot going on at the World Economic Forum. President Trump announced late yesterday afternoon that he will not be imposing the additional tariffs that he had threatened as he announced that there is what he’s calling a framework for a future deal involving Greenland. It’s kind of interesting how quickly things changed. We had the president, before he left to go to the World Economic Forum, threatening tariffs. When asked how far he would go with Greenland, as you’ll recall, he said, wait and see. You’re going to find out. Well, that was just typical Trump posturing to make a deal. And now it appears that the deal is close and everybody’s happy about it. After President Trump announced this new Greenland quote framework that had been agreed upon, NATO Secretary General Mark Ruda told Fox’s special report with Brett Baier, this is in cut number three, that the U.S. had come to terms along with other allies in the area with a deal that was going to benefit every single country involved. This is NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte.
SPEAKER 05 :
We basically discussed how can we implement the President’s vision on protecting, yes, Greenland, but of course it is not only Greenland, it is the whole Arctic. And as you know, there are eight countries in the Arctic, Russia, which obviously is not in NATO, and seven other countries, including the United States and Canada, but also five countries in Europe who are in that Arctic region. How can we collectively make sure that we defend that Arctic region, therefore implementing his vision of that necessity? And he’s totally right there, because we know that the region is opening up more and more. The sea lanes are opening up more and more for the Russians and the Chinese and other adversaries to be active there, which is potentially a threat. What is at stake here, as I said, is basically two things we have to work on. One is to make sure that the Arctic is protected. This is our seven allies, including the United States, working on that, implementing that part of what the president has been pushing for. I would argue tonight with you on this program. He was the one who brought the whole of Europe and Canada up to this famous 5% at the NATO summit in The Hague, which is crucial for us to implement. equalize our spending with the U.S., but also protect ourselves. And this is the framework which you see in his post.
SPEAKER 08 :
Now, protecting the region, protecting our interest, protecting the interest of other countries in the region, that’s been the goal all along, hasn’t it? That’s what President Trump has been saying from day one, that we need to protect, number one, America, but number two, our allies. So, you know, all this back and forth, all the posturing that we saw heading up to or leading into President Trump arriving in Davos, what was all that about? By the way, speaking of the World Economic Forum, did you happen to see that Governor Gavin Newsom was turned away. You know, he was over there. There was some part of the conference he was going to be the speaker. He got there the first day and just blasted President Trump and European leaders. You know, he was the big man on campus telling people how it was going to be. So the story is that yesterday afternoon, just literally an hour or so before he was set to speak, His staff was contacted and said, well, we’re not going to be needing the governor to speak after all. They canceled him. Now, you think Trump had anything to do with that, or do you think the European leaders just kind of came upon that by themselves because he trashed them as well? Couldn’t have happened to a better person. I guess he got on Soros’ jet. and licked his wound and flew back to California. I never understood why Gavin Newsom needed to be there anyway. I mean, he’s not a world leader. You can’t even really call him a leader of California, right? 800-655-6453. The president also chimed in on this so-called framework that they’re discussing. In cut number two, the president talked about how this was the way to move forward for all countries involved.
SPEAKER 07 :
Yes, the people of the UK can rest assured that they’re going to be okay.
SPEAKER 08 :
Again, that was the goal all along. Trump wanted to make sure America first, that we were going to be safe, that we’re going to be protected. But yes, our European allies as well. That was the goal. Now, the president said that Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff will lead the negotiations and will report back to him as far as finalizing the deal. They’re also going to play a big role in the Peace Board, and the President made that announcement yesterday as well. We’ll get you up to date on that and who actually showed up, but more importantly, who didn’t. The empty chairs in the room. Some of our allies did not support the President with his Peace Board. There’s a lot to cover today. 800-655-MIKE, 800-655-6453. I know you don’t like it when we talk about The View and the ladies on The View. Many of you chastise me for calling them the ladies of The View. But I’ve got to share this one with you in today’s show. Sonny Hostin claimed that President Trump may have defamed the illegal aliens when he held up their mug shots in a news conference early this week. Remember that? Remember when the president, I guess it was a Tuesday? when he had the news conference talking about the accomplishments of his administration this year, in the first year, and he talked about closing the border, talked about the ICE enforcement, and he held up some mugshots of some of the really bad people whom ICE has been able to take off the streets that makes communities safer. Well, Sonny Hostin seems to think that That he defamed them. She went through this whole tirade. And I’m going to share it with you in just a few minutes because you’ve got to see this. And if you’re watching on the Salem News Channel, you’ve got to see her. And you’ve got to see the reaction of the whole panel. Talk about a bunch of dummies. But Sonny Hostin says they should sue the president. Why? That’s coming up next. I’m Joey Hudson, in for Mike.

Joey Hudson in for Mike, 800-655-MIKE, 1-800-655-6453 is how you join the conversation. And I hope you will. You can text me. You can also email me directly, joey at joeyhudson.com. But give us a quick call. We’ll put you in queue. We’ll talk as time permits. Some good news today. We’re told that consumer spending… is up, rose 4.4 percent, the Americans’ gross domestic product. This, of course, is a measurement of the health of our economy. The output of goods and services rose at 4.4 percent annual pace in the third quarter, up from 3.8 percent. in April through June, earlier in the year. So this is the best growth, the biggest growth, since third quarter in 2023. Consumer spending, which accounts for about 70% of our GDP, grew at 3.5%. A surge in exports and a drop in imports contributed to the third quarter growth, we’re told, by some of the financial officials as well. So, you know, I realize that there’s still a lot of families struggling. Prices are still too high. But we’re moving in the right direction. I really believe that there is hope. And we have to understand, President Trump just this week celebrated his one-year return to the Oval Office. He’s implemented a lot of the programs. that is making this growth possible, but it is taming inflation. We just got to work on getting some of those prices returned to pre-COVID prices. Whether that’s possible, I don’t know. Of course, the other option is to get earnings up, and we’re seeing that rise as well. So we just have to be patient. I know it’s tough for some people. It’s hard going to the grocery store. Fortunately, gasoline prices are down, so it’s a little bit easier filling your car with fuel. And you’ve got to understand that if it’s easier for you to fill your car with fuel affordably, then it’s also easier for trucking and all the other business and commerce to fill their vehicles with fuel, which means ultimately that’s going to be passed on to the consumer. It’s taking less, costing less, to get goods to the stores on the shelves that you and I purchase. So we’re headed in the right direction. I know it may not seem to be fast enough for some, but let’s hold on. Let’s keep the hope. Also, boy, we’ve got a massive winter storm on the way. This is widespread from the south to the midwest. particularly the northeast as it moves in our direction, going to start affecting many of these areas tomorrow night, Saturday, Sunday. Just depending on where you are, it could lead to a lot of snow. In some areas, a lot of ice. In pretty much all areas, some cold weather. So we’ll get into some more details for you on what to expect, but just be ready. I’ve seen a lot of people posting and a lot of videos of the lines in the grocery stores. What is it about the threat of a snowstorm that sends everybody to the grocery store to get milk and bread? I had one friend posting on Facebook complaining because he waited a little late yesterday afternoon to go to his grocery store and there was no bread on the shelves. They promised to restock today. But do we just not keep enough food in the house to anticipate these events? But it’s going to get pretty rough, I’m afraid. Looks like those of us in the south, my home state of South Carolina, looks like we’re probably going to get more ice than anything. And that’s worse. I’d rather get 6, 8, 10 inches of snow than less than an inch of ice, which is what’s being forecast for my area. Because that ice brings down tree limbs onto power lines, which means we have power outages. Again, just be prepared and be safe. 800-655-6453, President Trump, in announcing his Board of Peace, promised that the board would, quote, work with many others, including the United Nations. Now, as he made the announcement, he had some chairs lined up behind him, And it was interesting to see some of the people who were seated there, representing countries like Argentina, Bulgaria, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia, Jordan, Morocco, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey. The list goes on. There were 20-plus there. But again, what was probably even more telling is who wasn’t there. The Board of Peace was conceptualized back in September, you may recall, as part of President Trump’s 20-point plan for rebuilding Gaza and developing peace between Israel and Gaza. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, the president’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, were very instrumental in this. And at one point, they laid out a plan, showed some renderings of what Gaza could look like. You know, the president wants it to be sort of a tourist area. Jared Kushner, in his presentation, suggested that’s not totally unrealistic. It had some conceptual drawings of what a Gaza could look like as a tourist destination. Now, isn’t that going to be wild that if in a few years people from all over the world are going to be planning vacations to Gaza? It’s beautiful property. It’s right on the Mediterranean, beachfront. And Kushner said that he would like to see hundreds of thousands of new housing with shopping, with some industrial projects. Just really a mixed use to rebuild the country, and they all feel like that’s going to be an easy enough thing to do with everyone working together. 800-655-6453. We’ll get to some of your phone calls. Your comments on our text line are welcome. Email me directly, joey at joeyhudson.com. Glad to have you on this Thursday edition of the Mike Gallagher Show. I’m Joey Hudson, in for Mike.

Is losing weight getting harder and harder as you get older? It’s not your fault. You’re eating better, you’re moving more, but your body isn’t responding the way it used to. That’s not willpower, that’s metabolism. For many people, years of dieting is quietly slowing down your metabolic system. So the harder you try, the less progress you make. Joey Hudson in for Mike today on the text line. Texter says, have I missed something? Where is Mike? Hope he’s not sick. No, Mike is fine. Mike’s having fun. He just had a, he’s starting off 2026 right by taking a little vacation time. So Mike will be back tomorrow, actually. So today’s my last day with you. You know, typically when I am filling in for Mike on Fridays, we do free speech Friday. I’ve had a couple of text messages asking me about different things. Maybe we should just, since I won’t be here tomorrow, since Mike will be back, maybe we should do Free Speech Friday on Thursday. What do you think? Let me know. Text me. 800-655-6453. Another texter says, Joey, I love it when you do talk about the ladies on The View. Well… They reach, I don’t know how anyone, and I want to say this as kindly as I can, but there’s just no other way to say it, but they’re just dumb, aren’t they? You sit there and you listen to them, and particularly yesterday with Sonny Hostin. So let me set the stage for you. You remember the other day, we talked about it quite a bit here on the Mike Gallagher Show. when the president had his news conference prior to leaving for the World Economic Forum, and he talked about the success of ICE all around the country, of removing bad guys. He, of course, focused on Minneapolis, because that’s where the headlines have been the last few weeks. But he held up some mugshots of some of the bad guys whom ICE have detained and are… or deporting. These are some real bad guys. I mean, rape, murder, robbery. So he held the mugshots up. Well, on yesterday’s episode of The View, co-host Sonny Hostin accused the president of potentially defaming those illegals because he showed their mugshots. Hostin said that she found it distasteful and disgusting that the president held up photos of what she described as mostly black and brown people while referring to them as predators, rapists, and murderers. All right. Let’s just pause right there. So she’s upset because the president referred to these bad guys as, and I’m reading, predators, rapists, and murderers. Well, guess what, Ms. Hostin? They are predators. They are rapists. They are murderers. Some of the people that the president spotlighted had been convicted of murder multiple times. And she thinks that they should sue the president for holding up their mugshots? Now, of course, the White House pushing back on this, as you can imagine, because, look, the White House is letting everyone know that they are in full support of what ICE and DHS is doing out in our communities. Trump’s message on Tuesday was very clear, concise, and blunt. We’re going to continue the operation. So that’s sort of the backdrop. That’s what took place this week. So yesterday, Hostin is arguing that the people that ICE are picking up, and she cited a stat of that 70% of detainees, she said, are not convicted criminals. In cut number six, Hostin makes the case, or tries to make the case, that they should sue. Here it is.
SPEAKER 04 :
I thought what was so distasteful and disgusting, quite frankly, was the fact that he was holding out pictures generally of black people and of brown people and calling them predators and calling them rapists and calling them murderers. You know, to the world, the president of the United States, there is no data that says that those people are rapists and criminals. In fact, if you if you look at whatever data that we have, 70 percent of the people that ICE has detained don’t have criminal convictions. don’t have any criminal record. Did we know about those individuals? I couldn’t tell. I was watching it live. You couldn’t tell, but I’ll tell you, if he defamed somebody, they better sue the President of the United States, or they better sue somebody.
SPEAKER 08 :
They better sue the President of the United States. Now, I want you to take just one minute. It’s pretty simple. I’m sitting there watching this, just wanting to go through the screen. And all the people in the audience seem to be clapping, yeah, yeah, he needs to sue them. Do you think it ever occurred to Sunny Hostin and her co-host up there that if you have a mugshot, you have been arrested? I mean, how do you get a mugshot otherwise? And these same ladies, remember when the president had his famous or infamous mugshot? Because of the Democrats? I bet they were happy when his mugshot was shown all around the country, all around the world. Really? They’re upset because the president is holding up mugshots and they’re suggesting these people have a suit for defamation? How more idiotic can you be? I mean, do you think that they really believe that, or are they just trying to do this so people like me will talk about them? Were they doing this for a fact? 800-655-6453, love to hear from you on this. I mean, what really stood out was them trying to make a legal argument that these people have a case for defamation. And when she starts talking about, well, it’s just the black people and the brown people, Well, yeah, you know, looking back on it, most of the ones that he held up were black or brown. But again, they were convicted criminals. First off, they’re a criminal just because they’re in our country illegally. That’s against the law. That should get you a mugshot in itself. But everyone that the president spotlighted, everyone that Greg Bovino has been spotlighting, because he’s been holding up mugshots this week too, have been people who have committed criminal acts. Yes, they’re predators. Yes, they’re rapists. Yes, they’re murderers. That’s why they have a mugshot, in addition to being in our country illegally. And she’s upset, because the president is… It’s holding up these mugshots. 800-655-6453. Text me. I want to hear what you have to say about this. Are we going to have a whole boatload of new legal filings? Maybe the ACLU will start representing these people to sue the president for defamation. Email me as well, joeyjoeyhudson.com. Let’s go to the phones. Robert is in Florida. Welcome, Robert. You’re on the Mike Gallagher Show.
SPEAKER 06 :
Hey, Joey. Hey, as you were talking about the crazies on The View, it brought back a memory when I was a little boy. I think we’ve all been there. We’re standing in line at the grocery store with our mothers at the little conveyor belt, and you look up and you see the National Enquirer, and it has, like, Julie Andrews is having a baby from an alien. And even as I was a little boy, I wondered, like, who’s buying this garbage? And I think we know the answer to that. And this was, you know, the 50s, the 60s. And for the first time 10 years ago, I went to Vegas. I’ve never been there. I walked into one of the casinos, and all I saw in a smoke-filled room was women from the ages of 40 and 60, 70 years old pulling slots like they were on methamphetamines. And the people that buy tickets to Oprah and The View, the common denominator there should be addressed. And we need to understand these kooks in Minneapolis all fit that very same profile. And I’m just wondering, as a 60s baby, what’s happened to these middle-aged women where they plop their hair off and get angry at everything? It’s kind of concerning.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, and Robert, you make a good point. You know, if you look at a lot of the videos of the Minneapolis protesters, what do you see? Primarily a lot of middle-aged white female liberals. They’re by far the ones out on the street doing a lot of the protesting.
SPEAKER 06 :
Um, they’re more, they’re, they’re much more impressionable or they, they have a desire to be part of a, a team for them to buy tickets and sit in that audience at the view. Um, it, it, it, it’s, it’s intriguing to me as a man that’s been married for 26 years to see this demographic start to kind of, you know, mold itself into our society. And, uh, It would be interesting to talk about what’s been going on for 40 years, that this wasn’t really a happening thing 20, 30 years ago. So it seems like that Marxist indoctrination is getting inspections of our society, and I’m just glad black and brown people – have figured it out and have moved on. So we’re down to the crazy white girls.
SPEAKER 08 :
Yep. That’s a good way to put it, Robert. Hey, appreciate your phone call. Have a great day. 800-655-6453. You know what I always wonder about, and particularly in reference to The View, is when people are signing up to be in that studio audience, how do they do background checks on them? Do they have a questionnaire? I mean, those ladies were clapping and yelling. You would have thought that there would at least have been one or two or three or four in that crowd that would have stood up and said, wait a minute. These are criminals. The president is holding up mugshots of criminals who’ve been arrested for the very things that you’re saying they haven’t been. They’re rapists who have been detained by ICE. They’re murderers who have been detained by ICE. You would have thought that somebody would have challenged her. But they all, they’re just smiling, laughing, clapping along. Like, yeah, let’s go get the president. Let’s sue him. Let’s start a GoFundMe. A GoFundMe legal fund to help these poor illegals whose mugshots have been seen all around the world. All I can say is bless their heart. I’m Joey Hudson, in for Mike today.
Welcome in to today’s Mike Gallagher Show. Joey Hudson in for Mike. Breaking news out of Minneapolis today as we have just learned about the arrest, yes, an arrest of Nakima Levi Armstrong. Now, she is the lady who is very proud of the fact that she orchestrated, coordinated the disruption of the church on Sunday. So let’s just back up and do a little quick recap of Ms. Nakima Armstrong. We saw her dancing around, parading around, yelling and screaming in this church on Sunday, clearly disrupting the service, clearly breaking the law. And yesterday, I think she had started thinking, whoa, maybe I went a little too far. Because she was on CNN yesterday on the Aaron Burnett Out Front show, And in cut number eight, she is kind of rethinking. She’s trying to rewrite the narrative. She says that she went to the church peacefully, that they didn’t immediately start protesting, that they sat down, they’re part of the service, and that when the opportunity presented itself was when she asked the question of the pastor. And that’s when they started the protest. Now, we’ve all seen the video. Now, let’s just take her for her word for a minute and assume that they did go to the church, they did sit down, they were part of the service until she then disrupted the pastor. Is there any point in a church service? First off, I didn’t realize that pastors necessarily took questions from the congregation. I know they’re always happy to answer your questions before the service, after the service, but I don’t recall any video where the pastor opened opened the floor for questions, and this Ms. Armstrong stood up to ask her a question. And they immediately disrupted the service. They immediately, like a bunch of idiots, start parading around the sanctuary, disrupting God’s house. Well, yesterday she was asked if she had been contacted by the Department of Justice. Here’s what she told Erin Burnett in cut number eight yesterday.
SPEAKER 01 :
And I do want to correct something that was said in the beginning. We did not rush into that church. We actually went and sat down and participated in the service. And after the pastor prayed, that is when I stood up and asked him a question in response to his prayer. And he responded to me. And then I proceeded to ask him about Pastor David Easterwood and how is it possible for him to serve as both a pastor and the director of ICE for Minnesota. And instead of responding to me, as soon as I said the name David Easterwood, the pastor said, shame, shame. And that is when I led us in chance justice for Renee Good and Hands Up, Don’t Shoot. So I want to clarify that. We didn’t rush in. We didn’t bust in. We were a part of the service until I got up and posed that question to the pastor.
SPEAKER 08 :
Oh, I feel better already, don’t you? She just asked a question. And the pastor said, shame, shame. What an idiot. Well, I think yesterday, and again, she was asked if she had been contacted by the Justice Department. She claimed she had not. Well, she was contacted today. I’m taking way too much joy in this. She was arrested this morning. She was arrested in a statement that Pam Bondi posted on X. She said this, Minutes ago at my direction, HSI and FBI agents executed and arrested in Minnesota. So far, we have arrested Nakima Levi-Armstrong, who allegedly played a key role in organizing the coordinated attack on City’s Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. She went on to say, we will share more updates as they become available. Listen loud and clear. And she put this in all caps. We do not tolerate attacks on places of worship. Now, Ms. Armstrong was the face of that protest on Sunday. She’s now the face of those who are going to be held accountable. And we’ve been talking about mugshots, and we’ve seen a lot of mugshots this week. The president held some up in his news conference before leaving for the World Economic Forum. Each day, ICE and Border Patrol have been holding news conferences telling us who they have arrested this morning. And we’ll share some of that with you earlier today. They had their daily news conference. They again held up mugshots. They put them on the monitors and told us who they had arrested and why they arrested them. And the reason that’s important is because also yesterday, and we’re going to share this with you a little bit later today in this hour as well, Sonny Hostin on The View is suggesting that these illegals who the president held their mugshots up for during his news conference on Tuesday, that they should sue him. They should sue the president for defamation because he held their mugshot up. Folks… I mean, I’m pretty creative. I couldn’t make this stuff up. I could not write this stuff. I mean, this Ms. Armstrong lady trying to justify the disruption of the church service because she says that she didn’t start until the pastor kind of called her out because she was questioning whether or not one of their pastors could also be part of ICE. Let’s just explore that thought. Is there any reason that this pastor could not work for ICE? What is the conflict? She keeps saying that he had a conflict of interest. Unfortunately, and I don’t know the situation with this church, don’t know what size church it is, but there are pastors, there are men and women who are called to pastor who also have to have other jobs. And I don’t know that this has been confirmed. She seems to think it’s the case. So what if one of the pastors at this church is also an ICE agent, also works for DHS in some capacity? Is there a problem with that that I’m missing here? 800-655-6453. Joey Hudson in for Mike today. Hope you’ll join the conversation. 800-655-MIKE. Your calls are welcome. We’ll put you in queue. We’ll talk as time permits. Send me a quick text. You can email me directly, joey at joeyhudson.com. We’ve got a bad storm coming our way, folks. Over half of the nation, we’re going to be affected by this winter storm that’s making its way across the country, going to hit my home state of South Carolina and the Carolinas sometime starting tomorrow night, going into Saturday, going to get real bad Saturday, Sunday, extremely low temperatures, snow in parts of the country, a lot of ice in other parts of the country. So just be prepared. Be safe. Go to the grocery store, stock up. Everybody else is. I’ve seen images all around the country of people lined up to get their milk and bread. Why is it that every time we have a threat of a storm, people run to the grocery store for milk and bread? 800-655-MIKE. Joey Hudson in for Mike. Hope you’ll join the conversation on this Thursday edition of the Mike Gallagher Show.

What was accomplished with their “No King” protest?
