I mean, obviously, I have to rest for a few days and circle back with my team, but we’ve we’ve run an amazing race. All things considered, the deck was stacked against us, especially in the deep red south. And we’ve narrowed the margin. And for me, that is that is a celebration worth having.

So that’s Afton, Ben, just dear God. I’m so grateful that Tennessee voters. Aren’t they didn’t choose her because I literally would rather slice all of my veins open and bleed out horrifically than have to deal with Congresswoman Afton for God knows how long. Because I feel like she’s one of those when you get her in there that she stays in there forever. Right. That’s what it feels like. She’s once she’s in, she’s in for forever. Right. And the Republican, thank God, won last night. Thank the Lord. The Republican won. So happy for that. So my whole thing is. It could have been worse. And I’m actually kind of surprised that it wasn’t. But it’s still pretty bad. And I know everyone’s like, Dana, why are you such a killjoy? I’m not being a killjoy. I’m being a realist. Do you want me to sit here and blow smoke up your cheeks? And just make you easy in what could be a massacre coming up in midterms? Or would you rather… Hear me out. Would you rather be like, Dana, just give me the straight T now so we can course correct? I was telling you guys about this yesterday. It’s a major problem. Would you rather me be honest about it so we can course correct? You know, that’s the real issue here. So he won by single digits in this race yesterday in Tennessee. And this is when the special elections and congressional house race, blah, blah, blah. And he won by single digits. And I think… There’s it’s we have to have the conversation as to what Republicans can do better with messaging going into midterm because it doesn’t. I’m not saying that the left is celebrating it there. The reason that you see all of these headlines about it from the left is. It’s not because they’re trying to will it into existence. It’s because they see blood in the water and they’re they’re they’re really excited about this. They’re super excited for their chances coming up in November. There are in midterms. Excuse me. They’re super excited for their chances. I don’t want them to be excited for their chances because I don’t want them to win. I don’t want them to win at all. But this is where we’re at. So me talking about this, it’s not me trying to be a killjoy. It’s me saying, look, there’s some there’s some legitimate things here to be concerned about. And Republicans are going to have to get a handle on it. Otherwise, we’re going to be looking at, you know, a massacre coming up. That’s the that’s the real list. That’s the realness of it. So, you know, this is in looking at this particular race. It’s, I mean, it’s, well, we avoided narrowly, narrowly avoided the seventh congressional district race. So we don’t have to hear how much she hates country music and all that stuff for a while. So that’s good, right? We don’t have to hear about all that for a little bit. She’s probably going to run again. She seems less like a, people kept calling her an AOC. She seems less like an AOC and more like a, A Beto or Rourke, kind of. Does that make more sense? She seems more like a Beto. She’s like trying to be the anti-hipster, which ends up being super annoying. But I don’t know what’s worse, the people who complain about hipsters or the hipsters. Who’s worse? I don’t know. But anyway, that’s… So, thankfully, we won’t have to listen to her for forever. And we’re not going to have to deal with that. But honestly, it could have… I mean, Matt Van Ups ends up winning. But again, single-digit win. And part of it was, I think, it probably would have been better had we had a greater turnout. We probably would have had more… I think we would have felt a little bit better about it today. But… It could have been better. But some of this, I think also, they ran a goober. They ran a bad candidate. They ran a bad candidate. They ran a bad candidate who was too much to the left. She was too much to the left. And I don’t know. It’s… Bad when they didn’t have anyone else there. I have some. We’re going to dive deeper into this. But this Afton Ben with her hating. Don’t we have like some flashback audio of her? Yeah, we do. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That’s yeah. She says the Republican majority time is coming. I disagree. I disagree with that. It could be, but we’ll see. So we’re going to talk more about this. Also, let’s see. We got a couple of other things that we’re going to dive into as well. We’re going to get into some of the latest with what’s being proposed in D.C. federally. And we’re going to we’re going to get into some of the things with POTUS. Let’s play some because he was very, very busy yesterday. Let’s let’s do it. We’re going to get into the affordability aspect of it. We’ve got the D.C. and fighting. And then, of course. A number of other things here that we’re going to dive into. So let’s just this is cut 10 play cut 10 for us. This is talking about the Republican wins yesterday and the Democrat losses. This is one thought.

I think that’s the wrong lesson to take away here. This is a, well, Trump did win it by 22, but Marsha Blackburn in the midterm in 2018 when Trump was unpopular only won the district by half a point. So Matt Van Eps is going to win it by nine tonight. The lesson to take away from this is Democrats picked the wrong candidate. They had three state representatives running. They picked the liberal wingnut. The person who said she hated country music, she hated Nashville, she was uncomfortable with prayer, she wanted to bully state troopers. That’s the problem Democrats face in primaries all over the country in 2026, that they may nominate a left-wing nut who can’t win the general.

And that’s the problem. She was a left-wing nut, and that’s the issue of it all. She was like a total progressives progressive. Ben was a progressives progressive. She wasn’t a household name, and they ended up gambling by picking somebody who was so damn far left that she couldn’t even get in the moderates. She couldn’t do it. She couldn’t drag in the moderates. It wasn’t going to happen. And typically, it’s always hard to flip a seat like this if you’re the outside party, if you’re not favored to win. But you have to have a big turnout advantage. You have to have a huge persuasion advantage as well. And you can only do that with a more moderate candidate. Like when they ran Conor Lamb in 2018, he was able to do that. Ben was way too lefty. And that’s the problem. They ran someone thinking that… they ran someone who was so far to the left that she was unable to do that magic in the margins. And that’s what you ultimately have to be able to do is get that magic in the margins. That’s the thing of it. So we’re going to talk more about that because we got a lot still on that because there’s other… There are other races that we can kind of look to and see sort of a trend because the thing that is driving down Republican enthusiasm is – And we’re going to we got to discuss that. But I don’t think that a blue wave is building. I know that’s what CNN is saying. We can still get out far enough ahead of it to stop that from happening yesterday. Now, looking at Minnesota, guys, this keeps getting worse and worse. So we’re going to talk about the three programs. that were engaged in massive taxpayer fraud and because they got federal money it’s not just it’s not just an issue of state taxpayer dollars it’s federal taxpayer dollars too but then i don’t know if you saw this this was something that transportation secretary sean duffy put out as we were getting ready to get off air yesterday about how one-third now think about this the commercial driver driver’s licenses in minnesota one-third of them were issued illegally Now, think about what happened with California and all of the people, illegal aliens that were getting CDLs in California. Now, in Minnesota, one third, one third of non domiciled CDLs were issued illegally. Now, what the Transportation Department did is say you have 30 days to fix this or you’re going to lose 30 million dollars in federal funding. This, again, all comes down under whose watch? It all comes down on Tim Walz’s watch. It all comes down on his watch. This is just it’s catastrophic. This is can you imagine all of this coming in if he had been vice president? Sean Duffy issued a letter yesterday. telling the commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Bob Jacobson, as well as Governor Tim Walz, that, look, you are in violation. You are not in legal compliance. And did the math, gave the receipts. A third of these issued illegally. That is stunning. Now, this is on top of all of the other stories of fraud that we’re going to dive into. Fraud that he knew, that Tim Walz knew about, because one of the departments engaged in it is a department that he oversaw. He was championing this program. So Trump has pardoned a Democratic congressman who’s accused of taking $600,000 in bribes and acting like a foreign agent. This is, of course, Henry Cuellar and his wife Imelda, 70 and 69 respectively. They were charged by the Department of Justice last year for accepting $600,000 in bribes from a bank headquartered in Mexico and an oil and gas company that’s in the Balkans. And they were apparently reportedly reportedly funneling this money through all kinds of stuff. Like, I mean, and apparently their kids were involved in helping to create these firms to launder funds. So Trump said that he looked the way he looks at it is that it was a witch hunt. And so he wanted to pardon them. And that not everything is a witch hunt, though. Got to say. So, Sean Diddy Combs accuses Netflix of stealing footage for 50 Cent’s docuseries. You know, he and Fitty hate each other. I’m Team Fitty, just FYI. Not that anybody needed to know that, but, you know. So, and Fitty’s just been trolling him this entire time, which is hysterical. So, all for that. But he says that they were stealing footage from what he was doing for 50 Cent’s docuseries. Let’s see. Would you buy a fold phone? I don’t I don’t know if I like that. Anyway, in Evanston, Illinois, Evanston, a church nativity scene features a zip tie baby Jesus and Roman soldiers as ice agents. Talk about blasphemy. This is blasphemous. That’s just lame. It’s Lake Street Church of Evanston, which is a BS fake cult and not an actual church. They don’t honor actual Christian theology, and they decided to deuce all over the birthday of our Lord and Savior by making this ridiculous giant crèche outside. These churches are just jokes. This is just goofy. If I were there, I’d probably knock it down. I’m not joking. I mean, that’s just me. I’m not encouraging you to do that, but I’m just saying I don’t have the patience for it. They literally have a doll with zip ties around the wrist. So this is why people stop going to church because you have Satanists like the people at Lake City Satanic Church of Evanston who do this kind of garbage. It’s blasphemous. Shame on you. I mean, you know what the Bible says about people who lead the flock astray? They have millstones tied around their neck and they’re dropped into the depths. That’s your future. Let’s see. We got a whole bunch of other stuff coming up, including… That new taxpayer-funded socialist welfare program. Now you got the Texas lieutenant governor all excited about it. And you know, there’s this fake narrative that the Democrats talk about affordability. They just say the word. It doesn’t mean anything to anybody. They just say it. Affordability. I inherited the worst inflation in history. There was no affordability. Nobody could afford anything. The prices were massively high. Do you remember when we took over eggs? You did a great job on that, Madam Secretary. Agriculture, Brooke. Eggs were four or five times higher than they had ever been. They said, don’t order eggs for Easter at the White House. And we ended up doing it, and we got the egg prices way down, lower than what they were before. But the word affordability is a con job by the Democrats. I watched the other day where some very low IQ Congresswoman talked about affordability, affordability, affordability. She had no idea. Their prices were much higher.
SPEAKER 09 :
One of the things that they have to be careful of with POTUS here is you don’t want to give the appearance of not believing the. real pain that’s felt by people still because of prices and, you know, the cost of, you know, some goods and things of that nature. You want to be really careful of that, especially right now when, you know, where it concerns the economy, you, you know, you just have this, you still have, I mean, we’re still dealing with, I think, I think it’s safe to say, Kane, we’re still dealing with like leftover Biden nonsense. And so, you know,
SPEAKER 18 :
Yeah, the Big Beautiful Bill doesn’t kick in until January. So any of those permanent tax cuts, any of the other things that we enjoyed from that bill, we won’t see it implemented until January.
SPEAKER 09 :
And the problem – and this is what I think Republicans need to be really careful of – is that you want to make sure that you’re not – you don’t do what Biden did. Remember, what was it Biden did? Biden was acting like, oh, well, we don’t really have any problems with anything. Everything’s hunky-dory. It’s all – and it wasn’t. People were struggling and they felt like – Denying that meant that you were pretending that the problem didn’t exist and that it wasn’t a real issue. And you can’t do that. I mean, you’ve got to be careful with that kind of stuff. And that’s why I think this messaging on that is a little off. Because it’s not a media narrative. Again, they’re trying to find… something the media wants to have some way to try to hurt Republicans on their strongest issue going into midterms. And that strong issue is, of course, the economy. And they want to hurt Republicans on this. And so the last thing that really Republicans need to do is do anything like what Biden did and act as though these problems aren’t real and they don’t exist and that people aren’t really feeling that pinch that’s why I’m like oh when I heard that sound but I’m like no no no no no no don’t say that don’t say that POTUS don’t do it don’t do it like don’t don’t go to that route because that then the media is going to do that they’re going to and of course they will you just don’t you you anticipate this you just don’t want to give them any room I say this and I have a piece that’s up about this on Substack it ran early this morning and I say this as respectfully and as someone who wants it to, wants us to win, wants the right, wants the right, excuse me, to be successful going into the midterm elections. And it’s hard when you are dealing with bad, I don’t agree with some of the policy. Like, so yesterday, just an example, I don’t want Republicans helping Democrats in this, in this tactic of trying to make Republicans look weak on the economy. So to that point, Republicans, I said this, this is the headline, have introduced a new taxpayer-funded socialist welfare program. And this was yesterday. We talked a little bit about it yesterday. This was yesterday when they came out with the Dells. Now, I want to be very careful and explain these are two separate things here. What the Dells are doing, the Dell family, they pledged over $6 billion of their own money, $250 into the accounts of 25 million children. This is separate from what I’m talking about with taking from the U.S. Treasury $1,000 and giving it to newborns from January of 26 into December of going into 28. So it’s very different from that. It is a donation to that program, and there are – different requirements for the Dell’s $6 billion. So the Dell’s $6 billion has a little bit different requirements than just the Trump accounts by themselves. It is a donation into the Trump account. So I think some people are a little confused on this because they were telling me, well, Dana, you know, this is just from the Dell’s and it’s all private. It’s not. Anybody can donate to this. So you can have philanthropists donate. Notice you haven’t seen Bill Gates donate to it. Just saying. You haven’t seen Warren Buffett donate to it. Private individuals can donate to these accounts in the same way that the Dells did. That’s why the Dells donation is being described as seed money. But it is not the program itself. So they’ve pledged $250. This is to the tune of, I think, like $6.3 million. billion of their own money to expand this program. So it’s the largest ever philanthropic one of in our recent era in this country. Now, I did a lot of digging on the story last night. What what is absolute fact is that this their donation is separate from the Trump accounts starting each Trump account for babies born between January 1st, 2025, December 31st, 2028, they get $1,000 in their accounts. It’s not a tax credit. People are trying to act like it’s a tax credit, but it’s not a tax credit because it’s actual money drawn from the U.S. Treasury. And that means from the taxpayer. So it is absolute federal taxpayer dollars. And it again, this is for all babies born between January 1st, 2025, December 31st, 2028. And when you look at the number of children expected to be born, the projected estimate of births in this two year period is going to exceed seven million. So that roughly translates to about seven and a half billion taxpayer dollars that are required. That’s required. Here’s the other thing that you don’t know, because this is part of the one big beautiful bill. It was it was buried in the one big beautiful bill, the Trump accounts. So I went and I dug into it. Do you know that anchor babies are eligible? This is honest to God, indisputable fact, black and white in the one big beautiful bill. So the parents do not have to be here legally. Parents can come over across the Rio illegally as long as you have a baby in the United States. If it is a baby born in the United States in that period, they are eligible, meaning anchor babies absolutely can get that $1,000 U.S. taxpayer subsidy. Now, it goes into their account where it can accrue interest and you can do all kinds of stuff with it, but it is still taxpayer dollars. It’s drawn from the U.S. Treasury. It is not a tax credit. So I think a lot of people don’t know what tax credits are. This is not a deferment or a reduction in your tax. It’s actual cash. That’s why they say it can grow over a period of time. It’s going into these bank accounts. So the Dells money is a separate donation to those accounts. And they have… It’s a fewer and they have their own restrictions. Their restrictions are a little narrower. But the $1,000 absolutely… anchor babies are eligible. And the key eligibility rules for the Trump account under age 18, anybody can, by the way, baby born in the United States gets a social security number, regardless of whether or not their parents are here legally. So born in the U.S., if you have to have, you have to get a social security number or otherwise be eligible for one. And the parental requirements, quote, undocumented parents can open accounts for eligible children, end quote. That is a big problem. I checked off record, well, background. I checked with two lawmaker friends of mine, and one of the reasons that one of my lawmaker friends opposed this was because of that language. So it absolutely is true. So it’s automatic enrollment for qualifying newborns beginning May of 2026. The parents and the guardians manage the account until the child turns 18, meaning if they’re illegal aliens, they’ll manage the account. So that is and again, it was all authorized under the one big, beautiful bill. This is Republican championed welfare reform. The fact that you had somebody like Senator Ted Cruz championing this blows my mind because it’s socialism. This isn’t an investment. I hear people say, oh, it’s an investment. That’s what Democrats say to try to justify stealing your tax dollars for their pet projects. They say it’s an investment. Then invest your own damn money. I am taxed out of the nose. If you want to be generous with money, be generous with your own damn money, not ours. A baby born in the United States does not have a right to $1,000 from taxpayers. Now, for the people who like to cite Hungary, I will have you know, Viktor Orban in Hungary did this back in 2000. And the idea of this welfare, paying people to have children, it didn’t work. It didn’t work in Hungary. In fact, the… The birth rate is now at a record low. It dropped. The birth rate dropped to pre 2021 lows. They only had like maybe a slight gain, but it’s already gone. I discussed this in my piece over at Substack. By the way, something you need to know, illegal aliens can get Social Security numbers. That’s a fact. So you don’t have to be here as a legal citizen. Yeah, you were talking about that language.

And that language says both parents plus the baby must have Social Security numbers. They don’t say must be citizens.
SPEAKER 09 :
Exactly. Exactly. And eligible for a Social Security number. Not even have one. So in Hungary, when they tried this, remember, I don’t know if you guys remember hearing people talk about, oh, Viktor Orban, they’re doing this amazing thing in Hungary. So their modest gains stalled for birth rates and it reverted back to post-21 rates. Now it’s decades low below replacement. So it didn’t work. You know why? Because there’s a million other factors involved in this. It’s not just whether or not you have money. So like I said, people can invest their own money, not ours. Some say that it’s not welfare per se. I had someone tell me that because it’s a one-time payment, it’s not welfare. Guys, frequency of welfare does not define welfare. Taking taxpayer dollars and redistributing them to other people, especially people who don’t pay taxes or who pay far below those being forced to contribute to the socialist quasi Ponzi scheme. That’s a tenet of socialist economic policy. I will have you. I will remind you that the top one percent pay 50 percent of taxes. The top 50 percent. I mean, look at this. And this is latest data, federal income tax data from 2025 Tax Foundation. The top one percent, their income actually even fell. Top 50 percent of all taxpayers pay 97 percent of all federal income taxes. The bottom 50 percent paid only three. Now, you tell me this is not income redistribution. It absolutely is. This is exactly this is something I would expect from Barack Obama. And then and then to add insult to injury, you have Ken Paxton out there celebrating it. Ken Paxton posts this morning on X. He said the new little Texan savings fund. He says, I love the idea to invest a thousand dollars. Look, using the socialist language. And then he confuses. He talks about the Dells giving six. Remember, the Dells, they have their own separate restrictions that go along with this. He says one of his top priorities is to pass the new little Texan savings fund. He wants to give tax Texan Texas taxpayer dollars. An additional one thousand dollars. The gall. We’ve got more on this. We’re not even remotely done because this is going to be a disaster. And if you think that this is not going to be expanded, by the way, I have receipts in my sub stack post where I quote lawmakers who are already talking about expanding this. You know, these are the same people who said they were going to repeal Obamacare. And then what do they do? They voted to expand the damn subsidies for it. Just four weeks ago. It’s all very real, by the way. The state provided evidence to the FBI and the FBI would not have launched an active investigation in absence of evidence. You also would not have a separate inspector general investigation. You would not. And honestly, you do need a federal investigation. I said this on Fox Business yesterday because I was asked, well, is this something that the federal government that you that Congress should investigate? Yes, because it wasn’t just Minnesota tax dollars. It was federal tax dollars as well. So as a result, you have a U.S. House committee and the Treasury Department. The Treasury Department is also acting on some of the evidence that was presented to the FBI that have launched investigation. You have multiple massive fraud schemes. So this is what I need people to understand. You have the Medicaid scheme with autism, right? You also have the housing stabilization services scheme. Then you have the feeding our future scheme. That’s not even including the CDL stuff that came out yesterday. So, I mean, that is and we’re talking like over a billion dollars, way over that. So the latest is that the House and the Treasury and the FBI are all now investigating this because it’s just a massive it’s just an absolute wreck. It’s billions, I mean, hundreds of millions of dollars. So the first was this feeding our future. And the Feeding Our Future was the COVID era program that was introduced to help feed kids. This had to do with like school and hungry kids and all of this stuff, right? They flagged irregular… The Minnesota Department of Education were the first to flag irregularities in it because the whole… And the New York Times highlighted this as well. I think this was… Gosh, how I’m looking at the the number, I think it was like two hundred fifty million dollars. I mean, this was one of the worst one of the word this. Well, actually, all of them are bad. If I had to say which one was worse, I don’t think I could. So that it was a nonprofit, a Minnesota based nonprofit called Feeding Our Future. And this is considered to be the largest of all of the. pandemic frauds that have taken place, this is considered the largest because it was over $250 million that was stolen as a result right out. Now, why is Governor Tim Walz implicated in this? Because the Feeding Our Future Fund was was created under the Minnesota Department of Education. Remember, it was about meals served to hungry kids during the time of COVID. There was a lot of discussion as to, well, what happens if schools are shut down? How are kids going to get their school lunches? Sometimes that would be like the best meal a kid would have during the day. So what ended up happening is these feeding our future food sites, they overrepresented the number of meals they were serving to hungry kids by the thousands upon thousands. And then they set up shell companies and they were selling the story, selling the number of meals. And then all of the reimbursements they got, they pocketed the millions of dollars in cash from it. Now, the reason, as I said, Tim Walz is directly implicated is because this came this was created, conceived and run by the Minnesota Department of Education, who oversees directly the Minnesota Department of Education. Governor Tim Walz. Governor Tim Walz also promoted the Feeding Our Future Fund. He bragged about the Feeding Our Future Fund. And he was even implying that other states should be as great as his state and implement something like this. And the other thing, too, is when they first started getting – there were concerns raised to Governor Walz’s office. Like within the first year, actually. Like I think this kicked off in 2020. Within the first year, these concerns were being raised because people were like wondering about these kickbacks that they were receiving. And of the report, for instance, this was on – So page 48, they found that the Minnesota Department of Education had loose to non-existent oversight requirements for high-risk sponsors. They hesitated to exert any authority and oversight responsibilities. They also undermined its own ability to investigate the scandal. On page 55, it stated, Missouri Department of Education inappropriately asked Feeding Our Future to investigate complaints about itself. So it investigated itself and it was like, we don’t find anything here. It’s OK. No joke. No, it’s bad. The New York Times has a really I can’t believe I’m saying this. The New York Times has a really good breakdown of not just the feeding our future fund, but also, I mean, all of the all of the fraud that’s involved in this. I mean, it was not just in the feeding our future. It was also in the Somali diaspora with the autism and the Medicaid, et cetera. Remember, because you had apparently we’re supposed to believe that one in every four or five kids in Minnesota has autism. By the way, how are we establishing guidelines on autism nationally and all of this stuff under make America healthy again with these numbers? Exactly. So, so far, over a billion dollars in taxpayer money has been stolen in just these three fraud schemes. And 59 people have already been convicted. So when Ilhan Omar is sitting here going, well, you’re believing that? Yes. Yes, you absolute terrorist. We are believing it because people have already gone to jail for it. And more and more is coming out. They I mean, there’s I think that pretty much almost everything that they ran all government wise is affected by this. And that’s kind of what The New York Times is actually intimating here as well. This is bad. It’s so, so, so bad. And the. The defense that people have been giving, especially for the case with the Somali autism story, because that’s the other thing. You had social service workers who were slamming the governor and apparently they were also blowing the whistle, saying that he was 100 percent responsible for this massive fraud that’s been happening. being fleeced by everything from the Feeding Our Future to the autism claims that have been filed to the housing stabilization services, which, you know, all of this stuff. I mean, this is crazy. And also, by the way, the Feeding Our Future, that also involved a lot of people in Somali diaspora. I mean, this is crazy. And that’s when you had, it was… Minnesota DHS, remember they had their account briefly suspended and they said that Walsh was 100% responsible. The people who have been trying to blow the whistle on this, which is I think one of the reasons why they decided to go to social media, because the people who were blowing the whistle on this, they started getting targeted. Remember, I’m going to pull this up. This guy worked with, who was it? So this was, let me pull this up, New York Post. This is in April of 25. One of, I mean, these are the kind of people that they have to deal with in Minnesota state government. Dylan Adams, 33-year-old fiscal policy analyst for Minnesota, he keyed all these Teslas. He was caught on the Sentry cameras on Teslas, keying all of these Teslas. One of the public service, one of the people talking about this, we’re saying these are the individuals that we have to work with in this government. There absolutely is retribution for people who try to draw attention to the fraud, to the amount of fraud that’s happening. I mean, the government is loaded with super far left Marxists. And so when someone does try to raise the raise alarm about some of the fraud that’s taking place, they get targeted. They’re the retribution is swift and severe. So they I mean, this is it. This is bad. So you have three separate schemes and the Department of Human Services, a number of employees tried to blow the whistle on it and they were silenced by this. In fact, we pull this up. The media won’t even touch it. The media has been really, really quiet about all of this. Isn’t that interesting? The media won’t talk about it. They’ve been trying to ignore it, which is basically them trying to run cover for all of this stuff. They don’t want Tim Walz implicated. I know Newsbusters has done a really good job watching some of this, but the local media there, they haven’t really touched it. National media, some local media have, but it’s been more independent press. ABC, NBC, CBS, they haven’t even mentioned Walz this past week. They haven’t talked about any of the fraud schemes at all whatsoever in in the news. Newsbusters has the full Jorge Bonilla has the full write up about this over at Newsbusters. They have not had any mentions of any of this at all in the past eight days on any network news. Actually, this was a day ago, so nine. No mentions of it. Now, what they probably will start doing, and this is what CNN started doing. You see what what Omar did. Oh, well, you know, it’s a witch hunt. They’re going to try to pass this off as a witch hunt, even though you’ve already had a number of people convicted of fraud and they’re investigating tons more. It’s over a billion dollars. And again, it’s not just Minnesota money. This is this is because they got they receive federal taxpayer dollars. for a lot of these programs, especially the Feeding Our Future. They received federal taxpayer dollars for this because it was a COVID program. They also, I think the Housing Stabilization Services, I think that also received, I don’t have the figure, but I think that also received federal taxpayer dollars as well. So yeah, they absolutely need to have a federal investigation into this. It’s disastrous. And it’s not just the crazy thing, too. Two other things about this is with a lot of the autism claims, and this was, I think it was like one in four, one in five. The… I mean, I am. And they already had their first defendant charged in this, by the way. This was just in September. They had a 28 year old Asha Hassan who was charged in the 14 million dollar autism fraud. And that was just one aspect of it. It’s like way more than that. And the. new york times talked about how researchers one of the reasons why whistleblowers began also raising alarm is because there was a surge like a 350 surge in autism diagnoses amongst specifically somali children in minnesota specifically that demographic so obviously that made people go um we need what is happening here we need to investigate this and that’s how a lot of this stuff was was was discovered And so now with that, through that program, here’s the other crazy thing. And I can’t believe I’m even citing. So CBS only just wrote about this. It’s not been mentioned on their network, but it’s on their Web site. They only just now discussed how Minnesota tax dollars through that program found its way to Al-Shabaab. And that’s a an al Qaeda affiliate that is in Somalia. So remember how we said that the biggest funders of Al-Shabaab were Minnesota taxpayers? That’s absolutely true to the tune of millions. They’re still trying to get an end on the amount of money that was given to that. This is so unbelievably bad. I don’t see how Walsh escapes being charged unless there’s evidence that comes to light that shows that he was trying to stop this. He looks complicit. I don’t see how you get around this. Okay, so a Korean hacking scheme targeted 120,000 home cameras for intimate times footage. Wait a minute, who has cameras like in their… bedroom or anything like that. I’m just wondering. Unless, you know. They said they stole footage from about 120,000 cameras, illegally manipulating and then selling hundreds of videos to an overseas-based website. Which, and the website, apparently half of the content was from that. And yeah, so they are being they’re being investigated. Pornography is illegal in South Korea. You and the charges for that kind of crime, taking footage and using it in that purpose. It’s going to should be. It’s pretty strenuous. Costco is suing the Trump administration seeking a refund of tariffs. The wholesaler is the latest company to file suit over this portion of economic policy. They’re asking for a reconsideration of all tariffs collected under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act for it to be considered unlawful. Landlines are in again. So we’ve been talking about the insane fraud in Minnesota under Tim Walz and the Feeding Our Future Fund, particularly, which was the COVID era program that received federal funding as well. That’s why there’s a house and federal oversight investigation into this from the House Treasury investigation, as well as an FBI investigation, because that received federal taxpayer dollars because it was a COVID era program to say nothing of. the housing stabilization services fraud, the autism fraud, and then I’m not even touching the CDL thing besides mentioning it yet because that’s a whole other thing. I know that’s weird to say, right? Because I was working late yesterday. I had two late nights in a row, and I was working late yesterday, and I saw this fly up on X, like someone retweeted it into my timeline. And I’m like, that’s a weird thing to say that, the way that Ben Stiller was talking about it, he posted, uh, Somalis are not garbage. Immigrants and refugees from anywhere are people like you and me. They should not be demonized. This country is built on the backs of people who’ve come from other places. It’s what our country is all about. And they need a little blue heart. And I’m like, why is he, who’s, what is he talking about? Like, what, what does he, what does he mean here? Well, then I saw this story, pull this up. Uh, this was in the, uh, um, cabinet meeting that POTUS had yesterday and he was discussing the fraud and he apparently said that, you know, it was what ended up happening. The fraud that’s happening there is garbage. He said, you know, our country’s at a tipping point. And he was talking about the fraud. He said that, you know, made a knock on Tim Walz. And then he also was talking about how it’s garbage, what’s being done, because it’s a major, major scandal, a major. The New York Times did it. He was responding to a question about the New York Times investigation on it and how it’s singularly in Minnesota, Somali diaspora, their community there. And that’s when he had said that what’s happening is garbage, etc. So the media is like Trump called all Somalis garbage. So that’s what ABC said. Quote, President Trump ended his cabinet meeting on Tuesday by unleashing criticism on Somali immigrants whom he described as garbage, saying that he doesn’t want them in the United States. First off, that’s not actually what he said. Secondly, why would he say that? Is it because of the over a billion dollars in taxpayer fraud? Do you want to know of, so far, 86 people have been charged. And that’s just, so you have the Feed in Our Future child nutrition program. That was $250 to $350 million stolen. The housing stabilization services, which was tens of millions. The autism therapy services, they’re still trying to figure out the final tab on that because the initial case alone was $14 million. Out of the 86 people charged, 78 are Somali. Cain, would you consider that a majority of people charged?

That seems like a lot to me. And that’s just in one. That’s just in the feeding our future that they’re getting involved in. I’m not even talking about the other stuff. Because it’s I mean, it’s ongoing. And these are like new charges. So. Yeah, I would say that that’s pretty significant. It is safe to say that it is a fraud scheme that is rooted in one particular community in Minnesota. These are statistics. If it makes you upset, then get mad at the people doing it. Don’t get mad at the people who are like, wow, 78% Let me look at my notes. 78 of the 86 are from the Somali community there. That is just simple fact that comes from the charging docks. So that’s not that’s not them. People trying to be mean about this. By the way, this is cut to this is what Trump said. Listen to what he said. This was yesterday. Listen.

But this beautiful place, and I see these people ripping it off. And now I’m understanding, and you’re going to look at, I hear they ripped off Somalians. Ripped off that state for billions of dollars. Billions. Every year. Billions of dollars. And they contribute nothing. The welfare is like 88%. They contribute nothing. I don’t want him in our country, I’ll be honest with you. Somebody would say, oh, that’s not politically correct. I don’t care.

I mean, he’s in terms of talking about fraud and talking about a community that’s involved in fraud. He’s saying he doesn’t want I what is so bad about that? Here’s what Time magazine said. This is actually their headline. Quote, what to know about Trump’s targeting of Somalis in Minnesota. uh what what about what to know about uh somali diaspora in minnesota and billions of dollars what they’re targeting of u.s taxpayers are you i mean what in the world it’s just another version of their republicans pounce the media does this all the time So they’re trying to make it like Trump is attacking all Somalis and Trump is without telling you what was happening. So now I was looking at the Ben Stiller thing going, oh, now I get it. And what’s funny is I responded to it. And I said, whether or not some people who defrauded taxpayers are immigrants is irrelevant to the fact that some people defrauded taxpayers, especially when the amount is around a billion dollars and millions were funded to Al-Shabaab. Oh my gosh, the people who like, I mean, his fans apparently are really real winners. But my point remains. It is now they’re trying to dodge the fraud by acting like it’s Trump who’s being just racist when it’s racist that you have a faction in a community that’s hiding, that’s using racial politics as a way to cover wrongdoing and using it as an inoculation against accountability. And that’s what it is. Oh, you can’t hold me accountable because I’m Somali. That’s what it is. Let’s be real about it. I mean, this is and I mean, the New York Times piece. Listen to this. It is so insane. The programs. So the feeding our future. The cost, it started at like three million last year, a balloon to one hundred and four million dollars. It start actually. Sorry, it was two point six million. It was under three million. That’s when it when it began in 2020. It was the budgeted projection was 2.6. Last year, it was over 104 million. The autism program was about 3 million, 377 million now. That’s how much it ballooned in like four years time. All under Tim Walz’s reign. Look at that. And he wants a new, he wants a third term. Tim Walz wants a third term. It is crazy. Absolutely crazy. This is and when people within the government try to raise in Minnesota government try to raise alarm, they were targeted. And now you see the media is running cover for all of them. That’s why you had that whistleblower account saying, yes, Tim Walz is absolutely responsible. They said, we let him know of the fraud early on, hoping for a partnership and stopping it, but we got the opposite response. He systematically retaliated against whistleblowers using monitoring, threats, repression, and he did his best to discredit fraud reports. And instead of partnership, we got the full weight of retaliation by Tim Walz, certain DFL members, and an indifferent mainstream media. It’s scary isolating the leftist wondering who we can turn to. And they’re right. They are absolutely right. And per the New York Times, the majority, the vast majority, the overwhelming majority, they’re Somali. They’re Somali. So that’s why you have this investigation. Now, in the meantime, oh, man, they’re really playing. I want you to listen to it. Yeah, we do have time for this. This is crazy. Is this let me see. Where’s the audio where the mayor starts trying to speak? OK, yeah. So you got to listen to this. This is cut 12. The Minneapolis mayor. I felt like this was a hostage speech. He is now talking about cooperation with ICE and says he will not cooperate with ICE. This sounds honestly like an ISIS video. Listen to this.

Like, don’t get me. Here I am. Now, while all this was happening, the Department of Transportation, we talked about this with Sean Duffy. a headline earlier, they did an audit. A third of their commercial driver’s license were illegally issued. Oh, and there’s more, guys. Oh my gosh, where to even start? Okay, so a man, a Florida man with a comeback, that had a comeback with a warrant doormat. Well, they did. And they arrested him in a fraud scheme. Christopher Musick, 57, of Daytona Beach, was arrested on charges of organized scheme to defraud and grand theft over $100,000, according to Volusia County Sheriff’s officials. They said this yesterday. He was arrested. Oh, my gosh. He is like a very old looking 57. What is this crime? Man ages you. He had 10 prior felony convictions. I just like the doormat. They were like, oh, okay. And so they did. Look at that. Don’t tempt them with a fun time, you know. A Florida man ran from deputies and hid under a mobile home for 14 hours. Oh. I mean, you think they’re not going to get you out, dude? Do you think that’s not going to happen? 33 years old, drug possession, violence, he was resisting with violence, battery. He had a lot of a lot of offenses. It was like one in the morning. They got the call. Deputies heard a gunshot. They went saw a man trying to hide in the woods. They tried to make contact with him, and then he fled and crawled under a mobile home. They found drugs and guns, all kinds of stuff. They established a perimeter. They evacuated the occupants of the mobile home. They had to deploy gas and pepper balls to force him out. This whole standoff lasted like 14 hours. I probably would have handled it different and had him out. I know that they have rules of engagement, so to speak. I have my own. I’d have been like, well, we’re going to spray underneath there with some lead, and you might want to get moving because you’re going to get hurt. He was taken to jail, no injuries, so good on them. They caught the guy, but man alive. I mean, why do people think that they’re going to be able to out? They’re going to get you out. This doesn’t make sense to me how they do this stuff. Let’s see. Oh, man, a Florida man got tased because he was stealing some snacks. And he got tased. This comes from the Fox affiliate out there. 29-year-old Joseph Tamburo broke into his workplace Thanksgiving night, used a cinder block to shatter the front door glass, and then busted into the vending machine and stole the snacks. He refused to leave and was tased and treated for minor injuries. So now he’s in the pokey. Because for snacks, all for snacks. Was it worth it? I mean, good heavens. I’m trying to figure out. I mean, I got a bathroom brawl. I have a, oh, no, I don’t want that one. Oh, no. No, I got a Dunkin Donuts brawl. Uh-huh. I got a Ferrari. No. Here, let’s do this one. Let’s do the donut trade. Dunkin Donuts. So this is a Florida man launched a donut tray in a Broward Dunkin’ Donuts at a worker, kicked the worker in a tantrum over how long he had to wait for his food. And in his mugshot, he’s like, he looks like, yeah, I did it, Ann. He’s like, yeah, okay, in his mugshot. I’d share it to, but it’s having trouble putting in Slack for some reason. Let’s see. Pembroke Pines, Florida, 36 year old man was arrested. He assaulted a Duncan employee because he did not like how long it took to prepare his food. Police officers were called. It was right before noon. And the employee said she walked out of the restroom, saw Timothy Lewis arguing with another worker about the time, the wait time for his order. And according to the report, the first employee said she didn’t know how to prepare the sandwiches and needed to wait for her coworker to return from the restroom. he didn’t want to wait so he was mad and then apparently he told them he was on 9-1-1 to request a refund that’s not really what they do and then as one of the employees began recording him Lewis grabbed a donut tray and said he was gonna take it if he didn’t get a refund then he threw the tray at the employee kicked her in the stomach knocked her over he tried running out of the restaurant but he was stopped and identified and arrested he’s from Jamaica originally We got a third hour on the way. I have zero issue using lethal force to defend my life or the life of my family or a loved one. And this is where, you know, not everybody has that value. Not everybody shares those values. And I and I think I like his viewpoint on the Venezuelan, you know, the drug boats, because all of a sudden now the left and I’m not two wrongs don’t make a right. If you think it’s wrong, then don’t then then why? You know, you don’t want to keep you don’t want to keep doing it. But I think that one of the reasons I don’t like comparing the. obama droning with the venezuelan drug boats is because you have to remember in a lot of these instances we actually were in other countries we went into their airspace we like one of them wasn’t it um with uh some narc like uh oh i can’t write like in colombia i remember that we followed like some drug dealer something down a river and we ended up taking them out with a drone something like that so we were actually like in other people’s countries, sovereign entities. Very different from a boat that’s blasting through the waters coming up to the United States. Don’t you agree? This is very different. And that’s like one of the big reasons. And I know I did it myself yesterday, but I was just highlighting the fact that, well, all of a sudden they have a problem with it now. But it’s still incredibly different. And I think those comparisons actually… further make what, you know, Trump’s order and Secwar’s order, it makes it look even better. It’s very, and we’re going to talk to Kurt Schlichter about this. But this, they keep flirting with this, oh, the military’s going to stop it. But it does make you think, you know, we’ve got a lot of people that they’ve been able to install in these Hyatt positions, and it does make you a little concerned, right? Right. I don’t know. However, I think what service does not inoculate you from criticism. And I don’t believe that only service people should ever speak that’s anti-American. But this guy running his mouth, I went and looked at his backstory. I think the only time he ever worked in the private sector was when he – because when he immediately graduated college, he went to work for Chris Dodd, one half of the secretary sandwich with Teddy Kennedy. I’m sorry. I just made you all vomit in your mouths. I’m really sorry about that. But it’s true. He did briefly coach – Harvard Law School’s intramural women’s basketball team. And then he’s never practiced law. He literally went to school and then immediately went on the government teat. Immediately. This guy’s never worked in the private sector. He hasn’t done anything. And he’s out there, well, I think these people are just… He just seems divisive and cranky. So to sit here and say people like Hug Seth and others, they’re the biggest crowd of wimps. I mean, Trump didn’t serve, but he did get shot and got up and said, fight, fight, fight. So, you know, pound sand, dude. What would he I mean, these people get get called socialists and they fall down like LeBron. Stop it. So done with us. I’m so done with us. So I do think if you look at all the stories and I remarked, I’m gonna pull this up real quick. I remarked about this to Cain. So, One of the one of the sites I don’t advise you to go to this Web site. I don’t want to give them attention, but I like to monitor it because you can see the left. They’re so goofy. They show you all their cards because they they track their own trending narratives. And then you can see what narratives are trending and which ones are coming up and you can anticipate their attacks. So that’s it’s on memorandum. All of them. It’s about Pete Hegseth. He risked endangering. Pete Hegseth is literally the devil. Pete Hegseth probably puts pineapple on pizza, which is delicious. I will fight you. They are going at him so hard because they they need that victory of taking him out, which makes me want to keep him in there all the more. Right. Right. I just want to make fun of these people so bad because they feel like they deserve it, right? And honestly, guys, we deserve it too. Treat yourself. We deserve it too. None of this is going to help them. Now, a quick note. We started the program talking about the Tennessee stuff last night and how, lo, we do not have to deal with a Congresswoman asking Ben. Sidebar. Some of you did not believe that that’s how she spelled her name. Out of all the things I get feedback about sometimes, it’s hysterical. I got, a few of you were like, well, you know, it’s fine to disagree, but you shouldn’t like make up stuff about her name. Guys, that’s literally how her name is spelled. A-F-T-Y-N. I wasn’t being, Cain, I wasn’t being mean. That’s literally how her name is spelled. She’s like, that’s it. And I feel like it’s very fitting for her, considering that all of her soundbites are complaining about other women having fun in Nashville. But anyway, I want to urge some caution. Now, I’m not trying to do the what the media is doing. The media is trying to incite major panic, but they do smell of blood in the water. And here’s why. I told you guys now the Van Epps, he won this. He won his race last night. Congressional 7th District in Tennessee special election by plus nine. I don’t I have a different standard of measure that I use in determining a victory and in determining strength and stability. Just a reminder, this was a district the previous Republican took it plus 20. Trump took it plus 22 and 20 in the last election, 2024. There should have been a wider margin. And the only reason there wasn’t wasn’t because of. Republicans, it was because of what we couldn’t control. The Democrats picked a stupid candidate. They picked like if Beto and AOC had a baby, it would be Afghan ban. It’d be her. She’s like all of the worst aspects of them in one person. So. They ran a really bad candidate. So when they when and I think if they would have ran someone who was a little bit more moderate in that district that I think that they would have been successful. So when Conor Lamb ran, he was you know, he was more of a moderate and he was very successful. in his race because he was more of a moderate. She wasn’t. And also, she does not have a likability factor. If you’re a woman in politics, and I think this is especially true if you are a female. So women on the Republican side have to work hard at not being stuffy, but also not looking like, you know, harlots. On the left, they just have to work hard at being likable because there is I don’t know what it is. There is this crazy precedent with women on the left that are just unlikable. Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar. I mean, keep going down the list. There are hardly any women. There’s not a single woman. female Democrat that you can look at and go, oh, okay, I could have a beer with her. She’s cool. You know what I mean? I think it’s like a trait on the left. We joke about the Karen progressives. I’m not making fun of the name. Just please stop. But we joke about that type of progressive woman. But I really do think it’s like a personality thing with them. Don’t you think so, Cain? I think it’s like a personality trait that they have. So as a result, they have to be likable. She was not likable. Not likable. There were a couple of people that I heard of that lived in Tennessee. God love you. They live in the district. And they were kind of watching the race, but not really. And they said, well, I listened to her before I made up my mind. And I couldn’t… Hang on. I can’t give the person’s name because of where they work. But they said… I could not listen to her for more than 15 seconds before I had already decided that she was annoying and exactly the type of person she was complaining about. What is it with Democrat women? Question mark, question mark. So not only were her policies like really unrealistic, she was just annoying and unlikable. So they really screwed the pooch by picking that kind of a candidate. That was their mistake. What if they had picked a good candidate? What if they had picked like a more moderate candidate? I think it would have been a tougher race. And in a district that was plus 22, that’s a problem. So what Republicans have to do, and I’m not saying this to de-spirit anybody, I want to win. I will run over your all’s grandmothers to win. I’m not even joking. I will back over that lady in the drive to win. I’m sorry, but it’s true. I want to figure out, no offense, I want to figure out what’s happening that we’re seeing these slides, especially in districts that were really safe. Now, I know a lot of people talk about New Jersey and Virginia, but Virginia, Trump was carrying these well. So there’s a twofold problem. I think there’s a problem with messaging and also Republicans have to figure out how to win when Trump is not on the ballot. And they have to figure out how to motivate voters and get them to turn out without Trump being on the ballot. This is a problem when you have a coalition or a big tent. without that figurehead. This is where you get into the starfish versus the spider theory of politics. You have to figure out a motivation aside from the personality and they haven’t figured it out. Well, Jackie Vernon, apparently it came out that his son exposed him for having three secret families. So, you know, the snowplow’s got to stay in your own walk, is what I’m saying. He settled down with his wife, Hazel, and their children, and one of the sons revealed that he was remembering his dad, and he revealed that his dad had at least three secret families because an unknown woman and her son showed up at their house sometime before he passed away. So, I don’t know. I still like Frosty the Snowman. I just think, you know, keep your snowplow in your own yard. I don’t know how else to put it. Four children were hurt because a bouncy house got swept up by a gust of wind. This is in Texas. Of course it did. Four children were swept up and they actually know. Sorry, this is Sydney, Australia, but it’s from WFAA, a Texas entity. The inflatable castle became detached from the ground. Wind blew it up into the air 23 feet and over a fence. Five kids were inside at the time, but only four were taken to the hospital, ages 19 to 13, non-life-threatening injuries, so they were okay. It was all back and arm injuries. Yeah, and it also ripped away a generator. It ripped right… You’ve got to really… When it’s really windy, you shouldn’t have those things out. And also, they’re germy and disgusting and bleh. Four firefighters were arrested for hazing a co-worker, including waterboarding the victim. Well, that’s not good. That shouldn’t have happened. That was in Florida. Yeah. But I hesitate at making that comparison because they actually went into other sovereign nations, sovereign airspace. That’s not what we did. That’s not what this is. This was a boat heading towards the United States full of fentanyl and their known cartel members. And it’s a very different scenario. So enlighten us with all this. Give us your perspective.

First of all, the stuff about narco-terrorism is going to be a real surprise to a lot of dead people and their families. The narco-terrorists in Colombia, for instance, I believe they blew up an airplane. They’ve assassinated public officials. They assassinate public officials in Mexico all the time. Is there some sort of… Is it a magic word that you have to have, narco-terrorists, to justify eliminating our enemies? I don’t think so. I think it’s a good thing. I was also, if I had been around a couple hundred years ago, I would have supported hanging the pirates and hanging the slavers. The lack of pirates and the lack of slavers in the Atlantic kind of testify to how efficient that process is. But, you know, I sent you a text a little earlier because I had kind of a thought. challenge for people who think, well, we shouldn’t blow up boats full of poisonous drugs coming to America in their little Miami Vice fast boats. And my thought was, what if they had HD, which is mustard gas? I was, among other things, a chemical officer for a while. I’ve been around mustard gas. I know what it does. It’s bad. Would you Democrats say, no, you can’t blow up barrels of mustard gas coming to America? And first of all, I encourage them to take that position. I think that would be great for us as Republicans. But no, they’ll definitely say, well, yes, you can do that. The big difference between mustard gas and those drugs, Dana, is that those drugs have killed 100,000 Americans in the last year. Mustard gas has killed none. Yeah.

That’s a great point. I love that. Like that’s the variable. It’s the it’s asymmetric warfare is what it is. I feel like a lot of people don’t understand that this is not the days of the Redcoats lining up and, you know, kind of committing a war of attrition and seeing who can shoot more people in a field while standing in a straight line. That is not that’s not how wars are prosecuted anymore.

No, no. And wars are serious things. You know, contrary to what you may hear, you’re allowed to kill the enemy. And there is no one-shot rule. That may be my favorite thing. The one-shot rule. Well, you hit them. Now they’re wounded. You can’t finish it.

Yeah, I would think that if you have… So enemies, you know, narco terrorists that are on a boat, one, you blew up. My only criticism was that, you know, we should be able to get it in one shot. You know, you know, but that’s me. You blow up the boat there. And I think this is speculative because there were also accounts of there were no witnesses to there being individuals left on the remains of the boat. But, you know, regardless of whether or not there were, I would think, you know, you do a double tap.

Well, the facts, of course, are important with the law. I don’t know if I don’t know if you mentioned it, but I was a lawyer for.

Yeah, yeah, that’s right. He’s a he’s a big time lawyer, though. Everybody as well. So he’s a chemical agent lawyer. I mean, he covers it all.

Got some big wins. But the. The facts are important. What facts do we have? Evidence is important to me as a lawyer. First thing I do is test the evidence. What we have here is double or triple hearsay. That is, I heard or my source says he heard from some other people about what something happened, which is like double, triple hearsay. From anonymous sources. So I don’t know who the declarant is. A declarant is the person who gives the hearsay. Hearsay is a statement offered in evidence to prove the matter asserted. You spend about half your first year of evidence on hearsay. Traditionally, we don’t allow hearsay because it can’t be tested. It can’t be challenged. You don’t know if the person had the foundation to understand whether they could even adequately testify. We don’t know. Who’s testifying? Well, they’re not testifying because they’re not under oath. We have a who’s saying what about anything. And of course, other evidence has come out that totally contradicts it. But, you know, hey, let’s go with these anonymous sources that we can’t cross examine. And, you know, I like cross examining people. When you examine a witness and they’re lying to you, you can make them look really bad and you can beat them really effectively by cross examination. Just throwing that out there.

Yeah, I like that. And this all gets into what they were. There was a lot of, as you were saying, hearsay about Secwar, Hegseth.

They don’t like the idea that the military doesn’t respond to them. There are a lot of left-wingers in the military. People will be like, what? Generals? Well, they’ve got to be conservative. No, no, no, no, no. Most generals are freaking socialists. Why? Because they run a giant government organization where they don’t have to produce anything and they can make people do what they want all the time. And they think that’s how things should run. And it is how it should run in a mill. I was a colonel. I commanded a lot. And when I commanded, I told people what to do. And like the centurion who talked to Jesus, they did it. Right. But that’s not our society, Dana. That is not how we live in America. So these guys are basically, some of them are basically socialists. So when you start saying, well, they’re conservative generals. The reservists, yeah, because most of us own businesses on the outside. If you’re a successful reserve general, you’re going to be a successful businessman usually. But active duty? Very, very. They are not conservative in the sense that we talk conservative.

I know that there’s a lot that goes into this because people are saying the reason that that SEC war and that the administration can’t. use you know have kinetic action against these boats is because it’s you know we’re not at war with venezuela etc you don’t i i don’t think that you have to be at war with another sovereign country to protect your border especially when you’re talking about fentanyl which a tiny amount can kill an entire city where you you have the i mean that’s what our government is paid to do with the uh taken by force of our tax dollars right they’re supposed to protect the populace protect the citizenry protect our sovereign borders isn’t that what this is

Well, you know, people are babbling about the Geneva Conventions, which, of course, are between nation states.

And terrorists are, yeah, they’re not privy to those.

These are illegal combatants. See, there’s two sides to the law of war, Dana. There’s the whole other side that lets us take unlawful combatants and execute them, which, frankly, I think we should have been doing for a long time. I think that would have solved a lot of problems. The law of war is not a get out of free car. It’s like when they talk about due process for immigration. Where’s my due process? And then you find out the guy’s had an order of deportation for like 10 years and hasn’t deported himself pursuant to the order. And you’re like, the due process is done. No, no, no. You don’t get the due process. Just they do until they win. Now, we’re not doing that anymore. And here’s the other thing. If you think we can’t, again, a motorboat with, you know, four engines is speeding its way to Miami. Right. it’s got mustard gas on it can we destroy it if your answer is no if you if you if your answer is no the laws of war prevent it i propose we change the laws of war now they don’t prevent it but if they did i don’t understand why we’re somehow supposed to sign on to a suicide pact I don’t. I refuse. I’m not a party to your contract. If you bring your voice into America, you’re taking your life in your own hands.

Aren’t some of these also the restrictions? Do they keep up with the changing times of how conflict is prosecuted, like especially with asymmetric warfare? That’s one of the things that I was unsure because I would think that it would you need to in today’s era.
SPEAKER 04 :
Oh, the laws of war are just fine. OK, and you understand them. You know, if there’s somebody in a hospital bed and he’s wounded, you can’t walk in and shoot him. OK, all right. I agree. But if somebody’s on a ship that’s burning that you’ve already hit once, you’re allowed to finish it off if he’s there too bad. OK, you know, when you’re when you’re Fort Benning at the infantry school and you’re trained on ambush, right, you ambush someone and then you assault through the kill zone and you shoot everybody in the kill zone. Why? They haven’t surrendered and they’re likely to turn around and kill you. OK, war is about killing people. That’s why you don’t do it lightly. Right. And I’m not saying to blow up these boats lightly. I think it requires consideration. We’ve made that consideration and an evaluation of whether it’s a good idea. It is a good idea. And now we’re doing it. But the idea that the law of war somehow means you can’t wage war is absolute nonsense. There’s nothing wrong with the law of war. OK, what’s wrong is this bizarre application of it. I don’t know where these people are stupid or think we’re stupid. It’s one or the other. But the law of war is not designed to make sure the bad guys win.
