It’s really one of the best GDP announcements or releases that you could imagine because there’s blockbuster growth way above expectation. And there’s also a real, real almost collapse in inflation. It went down by about a percent and a half all the way down to 2.1%, which is the Fed’s target. And so to have high growth with low inflation and also high income growth, personal income growth was 3%. That’s just like a… Yeah, it’s…

So we’ve got a lot of stuff obviously happening. We’ve got some economic news that popped. And then, of course, there was that tsunami yesterday, which I think there’s damage. But I really do feel like some of it was kind of. I don’t want to say overblown, because you don’t want to say tsunamis are ever overblown. But I think a lot of people associate magnitude with damage, and that’s not necessarily the case. But we’ve got this. We’ve got a whole bunch of stuff to get you set up for the day. Welcome to the radio program. Dana Lash with you. We’re at the top of this first hour. And of course, we’ve got some cultural issues. Congress, not in session currently. So it’s a little bit of a slow going. It’s kind of good when they’re not. In D.C., actually. I’m not hating on it. I’m not hating on it at all. And then, of course, we’ve got some updates about the tragedy that was in Manhattan. So we’re going to get to all of that here. So first off, welcome to the program. Dana Lash with you. And POTUS visited Scotland. He’s back. There’s a lot of discussion about Gaza with regards to UK and France. We’re also going to dive into because the Arab nations are reacting very interestingly, I think. Very interesting reaction from some of them. And then, of course, you just heard some of the audio there. The U.S. economy. Post 3% growth in the second quarter of this year. And it apparently exceeded some of the predictions from economists and reversed the previous half a point contraction. I was trying to think of the correct economic term for it. The contraction. So these are all good things. And this is in spite of the press saying that I mean, I was told that we were going to be broke and all of this stuff came. I was told that it was just going to be bad and we were going to be all broken. End of the world. In wars, probably. You know, don’t forget all the wars. I was promised war and famine and what else? Oh, death and destruction. I was promised that I wasn’t going to have any voting rights. What else? I mean, yeah, did I cover everything? Oh, we’re like selling kids at the border. Actually, that was technically under Democrats. So all of these things, but instead it was better than expected. Wait, didn’t we get that last time? We did. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. We’ve got that. That was literally the same headline we just had. Like for the last time we had an economic update. So the economy cane is recovering. Is nature healing?

It’s actually as Trump’s cabinet described it would go and opposite of how the media and Democrats said it would go, which is weird.

It’s so weird because, you know, when they usually tell you that something’s going to go a certain way, that’s typically, you know, it’s gospel truth and you can take that to the bank. That’s, you know, how a lot of that goes. It’s total gospel truth and you can take it to the bank. That’s what I’m told. That’s, you know, the realization, or at least that’s, you know, how it’s presented to us. So… All of these things, all of these are good things, better than expected. So what does this mean? This means that now I want to see an improvement in the housing market that remains to be seen. And it’s not a shortage of housing either. And I get aggravated, especially when I hear some Republicans kind of go that route and act like it’s a it’s somehow a shortage. It’s not GDP surge, three percent. And the I heard Letnick said that the Trump economy has has officially arrived and that Biden’s first quarter is behind us. I think it already arrived, though. Or is that just me being just a little bit specious? I mean, I felt like it’s kind of already here, right? What do you mean Trump’s economy already? I mean, we were already seeing benefits in terms of some energy prices. What else? We got trade deals happening. The last headlines that we had. I mean, what am I missing? That’s what Nick says. So real GDP grew 3%. Consumer spending is up. Inflation is cooling. The nature is healing, although I’m going to say it’s not officially healed until we have an abolishment of the income tax. But I digress. You can’t get them all immediately. You can’t get them all immediately, but we can try. So these are all good things. And I think… The continued also, I think the continued deals that are being made, I think is going to help kind of quell any uncertainty in the economy as well, because we had the Japan, I think what Philippines, Japan, I think we’re waiting with Taiwan. There was a deal that was made just announced with the EU. So these are this is all good stuff, all very good stuff that we’re seeing. And I don’t know how Democrats are going to counter this. going into midterms because, I mean, you can point to I mean, you can we’ve shown you charts and graphs charging. Well, you I mean, you can see people can see in the economy. I mean, there’s there’s, you know, a paper trail, so to speak, of when things started the upturn. So you can definitely tell. But yeah, I think these are all good things. These are I’m I’m I now just you know what, if you have if if we have bigger, larger tax cuts, we cut some of this other spending. It would absolutely just. I think it would be a shot in the arm further for this economy. Well, we’ll see. I was told, though, that it was going to be disastrous. Can’t the left just be happy for a hot damn second? Can they just be happy for a second? Look, you guys got a better economy. The better economy benefits everybody. It works for everybody. Good heavens. So some of the other stuff, too. caught my eye. I’m pulling this up. You would think I’d have an easier time with this four and a half foot gaming screen, but you would be incorrect. While all of this is happening, I keep seeing these headlines. And I was asked about this last night. I had a thing with Fox Business. Let me pull this. Here’s this is what I’m looking for. There’s this whole piece in the Washington Post and they’re trying to understand why young men keep voting GOP. Because in a lot of the latest surveys, and it’s of likely voters, there’s a huge surge in independence towards the GOP. There’s a growing number of women, but particularly men, are really leaning GOP and Democrats can’t figure it out. They can’t figure it out. They don’t know how Republicans, particularly with dudes, they don’t know how Republicans are doing it. And so the Washington Post, I thought this was interesting. They said that they had a focus group, you know. Who do you get for your focus group if you’re having a focus group on this? You can’t have a bunch of beta dudes and then have a focus group. They had a focus group and they said several were saying that Democrats don’t have a mass. They they don’t have a masculine politician. Is that all? I think that’s kind of a cop out. I mean, I accept it because I think there’s some truth to it. But I also think they don’t have policies. They don’t have good solutions for any of our nation’s problems either. That really goes into it. They can’t get away from identity politics. And I know that the bait here is to dive into the masculinity aspect of it. But they can’t get away from identity politics in this at all. That’s what this is really like diving into. They can’t. They’re so close. It’s not even a masculine politician. They don’t even have a masculine position. And actually, some of them said that they, you know, except for Obama. Wait, let me pull this up. Yeah, except for Obama. They don’t have a man. Do you think he’s particularly masculine? Yeah. I mean, I don’t know. He’s I don’t know what it is about. I don’t I don’t find him particularly. I mean, define masculine. These people can’t even define what the hell a woman is. So how do I expect them to define what masculine is? The piece of our WAPO have Republicans won young men. they dive into some of the reasons why. They had a number of focus groups. And it was all conducted by Democrats. They said it was, oh, well, it’s some Democrats. Well, it’s mostly Democrats. These are all Democrat firms. They’re like, oh, it’s all Democrat firms. They said that the absence of a masculine… politician they they’re they’re crediting that with some of the men moving away from the party and i think it’s way more to it than that i still can’t believe that they cited barack obama as a masculine leader they said a masculine leader is like outlawed in the democrat party right now according to like apparently all their focus groups Well, it’s toxic. They’ve turned it into something that’s toxic. They’ve attacked masculinity for ages. And then, you know, nothing says masculine like poop booty juice. purchasing children with his partner, purchasing children with his partner. That’s what it is. It’s a purchase. Dana, you’re so mad. I don’t care. That’s what it is. I’m not going to soften it because someone else is weak in spirit and they can’t handle the reality, the weight of the reality. That’s what it is. If you don’t like it, go to hell. But that’s exactly what it is. Good grief. They looked at these surveys of young men and they said 18 to 29, they’re the least likely to support Democrats of any age. And it just gets worse from there. In the meantime, you have Pooh Booty Juice out there trying to take the lead. He and Gavin Newsom are going to duke it out. Maybe they’ll throw in Wes Moore, governor of Maryland as well. But they’re trying to figure out how can we reach out to men? Well, calling them toxic like you have for the past, I don’t know how many years now doesn’t help. having horrific policies, offshoring jobs, making the business climate heinous. Maybe stop electing Democrats who would rather you guys die in fires and in tsunamis than actually do anything to properly manage Hawaii. Because he got he got embarrassed when he was standing with Trump at that when he was at the Fed and they had that press conference and he was standing there next to him and he. Welcome back to the program. It’s Dana. It feels like a Monday, though, doesn’t it? It kind of feels like a Monday to me. Yeah, I’m a little aggravated today and I’ll tell you why. I got there’s a couple of things. First and foremost, let me tell you how frustrating it is. So we’ve got this issue of this dude in our town. Right. And this is the guy who tried twice to get into. Mar-a-Lago and kidnapped Trump’s granddaughter and then he’s like walking around our town right out there walking around and he’s like targeting young girls and approaching young girls and say the sexual innuendo and things like that and there’s been enough I mean it a good friend of mine had it happened to her daughter and then I’ve been hearing from a lot of other people that live in this town and So I’m just, you know, you almost want to pull your hair out at some point because it’s like, okay, well, clearly something needs to be done and this guy needs to get off the street and there’s enough there where it can happen. And I wasn’t the only person who thought that. There were a lot of law enforcement who also thought it too. Trying to get people to actually follow through and give and follow through with law enforcement and give interviews and normally I don’t talk about you know personal stuff like this on air it is so frustrating and I kind of lost my temper a little bit with one individual yesterday I’m like look everybody’s been working to try to get this guy off the streets and you know people need to actually work with law enforcement to make this happen you know this is all about following through you know the guy is not considered a prohibited possessor he’s not been adjudicated mentally unfit because nobody has followed through. Do you know how many times people like this fall through the cracks? I mean, I was looking at just the story of Manhattan. This guy had a known history of mental illness. And how many people knew about it? How many people made the effort to try to make it to where he would be legally determined to be unfit and that would have consequences that may prevent disaster in the future? I don’t know. So maybe it’s because I’m looking at that. I don’t know what it is, but it just, you know, it aggravates you because you’re like, OK, you see danger. You’re trying to solve the problem of danger. Why can’t why can’t there be follow through with some others? Right? Does that make sense, Cain? It’s like, why can’t there be follow-through with others? Yes, you do need to talk to law enforcement. You need to share experiences with us. Yes, you need to follow through. You need to contact these people. And it needs to be enough. And then, you know, to get to the point where it necessitates that, you know, maybe they obtain a warrant, etc. It’s like pulling teeth. It is… Every now and then I’m reminded about the either transactional or… absolute inaction of the human species. And then I sit back and I’m like, this is why aliens don’t visit us. But it is true. When you look at the situation in Manhattan, when you look at the guy, I have a story right here about the guy who went on the stabbing spree. All these dudes had histories. They were well known to be violent. They all had histories, every single one of them. It’s stunning. Like this guy, one of the new developments that came out about the Manhattan killer, this guy, even though they knew that he was struggling with mental health, he held a job as a security guard in Cain, God help us all, a private investigator. That’s how he had a permit that was expired, but that’s how he had a permit. Is that not something else? Is that not something else? His dad was a LAPD and he had a security guard license in both California and Nevada. And yet, everybody knew that he had mental health issues. Everybody knew it. And I think when you’re at the point, if you’re an observant person, and someone within your orbit is so disturbed that they could actually go and kill people, I think that kind of manifests in other ways. I think if you’re being… if you’re observing this properly, I think that that kind of, I mean, wouldn’t you say, Cain? I mean, I think it’s kind of obvious at that point that something’s off, something needs to be done. This person maybe shouldn’t be a security guard, maybe shouldn’t be a private investigator, right? Why the inaction? Every single one of these instances, I mean, guys, without exception. So now you can see why I get so mad about this situation in my town. You can see why I’m livid and I got real testy with some folks in private conversations yesterday. It’s like, what’s the problem with follow through? Is it because it takes effort? From what? You’re going to have to stop watching Real Housewives for a second? What? Yes, I did say that in conversation, if you’re wondering. This guy, he earned, he was getting paid. LAPD salary. They’ve got he was his dad. They’ve got his dad as a police officer. They list him as a police officer. And this guy was listed as a had a security guard license. Now, the permit. So when you hear investigators talk about this guy’s permits, his was specifically a security guard license that permitted him. And it’s very specific. But that expired back in March of twenty twenty one. But he still had it on his person when everything went down, unfortunately, on Monday. So all of these red flags that stick out, that you don’t need a dissolution of due process to follow up on. And that’s the other thing. And this is why I get so mad about inaction. And no follow through on threats and things like that. Because when there’s a process to do it. And it does take… It’ll take some effort. But it’s not Herculean effort. You just got to do it. But there is a process to get dangerous people off the streets. Or make it to where… Dangerous people that easily would fail the test in a court of law. Right? And when that isn’t done… You have the gun control activists, the left that sees it. They seize upon it and they go, we’ll see. This is why we need to ban guns. They remove the absence of follow through and in its place substitute the false argument that there that there could have been a law in place to prevent it. The crazy thing is there are laws in place to prevent all of these things. But it does require people to do their civic duty and follow through. And a lot of people don’t give a rat’s backside about civic duty. Let’s be honest about it. They don’t. Whenever I did, and I did phone banking and I did block, I did canvassing. I did all of that for years. And I got tired of doing it because it was the same people that went out and did it all the time. It was literally for like six years, the same group of us that did it all the time. The same people every election. I mean, every now and then you would have a couple of new people. But then when things didn’t go, you know, when it was too close or somebody or the candidate didn’t win, then you would have all of these other people get really mad about it. And it’s like, can you imagine if that if all of those people that had the concern after the fact had been activated and could plug in and get involved? and do something, can you imagine the results that could be achieved? Civic duty has fallen by the wayside entirely. Just being a participant in people’s local communities has fallen by the wayside. I think some of it also is social media. You feel connected, but it’s a false connection. You’re not really connected. It’s fake connection. That’s what it is. So to my point, I got really mad about some of the absence of follow-through on some of this stuff. And I’m like, look, it’s not even one of my kids that’s in the square dealing with this stuff that’s in our town that’s dealing with this stuff. It’s all y’all’s kids. I’m seeing a problem. I want to solve this problem. There has to be follow-through. Dear heavens. So I don’t know, Cain. Maybe I’m just, am I being too mean? When you see this stuff in the news and you’re like, my gosh, that’s the common denominator. Everybody knew these guys had problems. I mean, the guy who was crawling over Mar-a-Lago two separate times, not once, but twice. Where’s he getting his money at? Anyway, the guy apparently works at McDonald’s. I don’t know where the guy gets his money and how he’s able to cash bail every time. How does that happen? I got lots of questions about this stuff. So… The other thing I got real sassy about, I put this up on X. I’m sure I’m going to get some hate mail about it. I’m going to hear from some operative who’s going to try to yell at me. So we’ve been trying to get Senator Josh Hawley on the program. And I wanted to ask him about this plan that he has. He wants to do legislation to raise the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour. mandatory minimum wage, $15 an hour. This is literally what the left has been pushing for how long, Cain? How long has this been happening?

Yeah, like forever, forever, forever. Why is it a Republican that’s doing it? And this is on top of him wanting to send these like $600 to $800 rebate checks, stimulus checks, basically, that they said are from tariffs to everyone. And it doesn’t matter. Apparently, you have to be under a certain salary threshold, income threshold. So the people who actually pay the most in taxes aren’t going to get any of their money back. It’s going to be redistributed to everybody else who didn’t pay as much or didn’t pay anything at all financially. through this, you know, at least the initial drafts that I’ve seen of this proposal or the initial discussion of it. And I wanted to ask about it. And I don’t know if the comms people are like, oh, well, she’s probably going to be critical, which should not dissuade anybody. I’m not rude. Critical isn’t the same thing as being rude. I’ve Now we can’t get him on. Now, when he wanted to come and talk about his book, my gosh, when any of these lawmakers want to come and sell a book, I mean, they will find my number. They will find my personal phone number from someone and they will get it. And I will get direct messages. I will get direct texts. Cain gets blown up. And it’s not just Cain, Steve gets blown up. Like, oh my gosh, when they have a book to sell, It doesn’t matter if they’re in session or not. They want to get on and talk. They want to get on and sell that book. But when it comes to asking hard questions about legislation that has no place in the sphere of conservatism. Then it’s like you can’t even get a response back from their comms team or they say things like, yeah, we’re working on it. As you know, it’s a busy time. No, I don’t know that it’s a busy time. You’re right. Politics began the day that you were born and decided to go work as an underling for a politician in D.C. You’re right. We didn’t know how this works. Thank you so much for cluing us in on it. Maybe you can give us another lesson the next time your boss has a book to sell. I’m tired of this. Anyone who thinks that I’m not here to be anybody’s friend. I’m an arbiter for the people. That’s what I do. I’ll be an arbiter for the people. But I have some questions about this, as do you, because this is our money. And I want to know why it is being proposed that we pay for any of this. Why is the government proposing a federal minimum wage tax? We shouldn’t even have a federal requirement for this. And you know what? If our economy worked the way that it was supposed to without Washington, D.C. putting its boot on its neck, we would not even have the issue of discussing one. Everything is at the whim of the market, despite the fact that despite all of the ways that the government wants to manipulate it. A $15 an hour federal minimum wage proposing that at a time when we have not even weaned ourselves off of the previous poor policies of the previous administration? When we are just now starting to get good news about the economy and this is what Republicans want to propose? Are you high? Did you somehow accidentally trip and fall into a mountain of cocaine left behind by Hunter Biden? Because then and only then would I go, oh, well, that makes sense. I see why they proposed that. They’re high. That’s the only way that this makes sense. Why in the world are we even flirting with this idea? This is not 4D chess. I feel like you have some lawmakers that are in search of a legacy and they want to build a legacy so fast. They don’t want to spend the years in the trench doing it. That’s what it is there. They provide a tariff rebate check to American workers and families. Those are stimmy checks. So why is it that I pay six figures in taxes and I won’t get a damn thing back? But people who didn’t pay anything in are going to get the money that the government stole from me. Like where and everyone’s like, oh, Dana, it must be rough. Look, when you are I came from nothing just to establish this literally like was a statistic came from nothing. Poor kid couldn’t even afford notebook paper. Single mom. It’s weird when you get to a certain point because you might get into a tax bracket and everyone’s like, oh my gosh, you’re in that tax bracket. You could be the poorest person in that tax bracket. Nobody picks up on that nuance. And when you are the poorest person in that tax bracket, you are hammered. And then it doesn’t help when you’ve got a Democrat in the White House and you get audited every single year that a Democrat is in the White House. That is not an exaggeration. So it’s, you know, double whammy, double whammy, double whammy. So, yeah, some some people out there get real sensitive about this issue. And they’re like, oh, Americans… I mean, he had said Americans deserve a tax rebate after four years of Biden policies. Okay, why not just abolish the IRS and stop government spending? If you want to help American families, stop government spending that’s driving up the cost of every damned thing they do. Stop spending. And surely do not spend our hard-earned dollars sending stimmy 2.0 checks to people who didn’t pay anything into the system. Even when… We were just starting out in life and had nothing. Young, you know, poor married couple had nothing. And I got married like right when I was in my 20s. I never, ever would have ever demanded that any other American subsidize any aspect of my life. My gosh. Because I had self-respect. I had self-respect and I was motivated to do better myself. I could not even imagine. I would feel disgraced. I cannot even imagine anyone that even has a remotely Republican fiber in their being thinking that proposing something where you are redistributing the wealth of your voters is an okay American proposal. I’m just floored by this right at a time when we’ve got we’re trying to get we’re trying to get everything down to some sort of normalcy here after four years of a Biden economic disaster. So that’s what it is. It’s a stimmy check. There’s stimmy checks. The full bill is it’s up online and that’s exactly what it is. It’s a stimmy check. So how is and I mean, it’s getting a lot of momentum. Republicans pass something like this and they’re going to lose support. This is not what I did not vote for this. I sure as hell did not vote for this. And I don’t want any Republican politician out there thinking that an R after their name is going to protect them. Y’all forgot some of you wouldn’t be where you were had it not been for the Tea Party that put you there. Some of you wouldn’t be where you are had it not been for the Tea Party that helped build your momentum. And just as easily as they put you in that seat, by God, they can rip you out of it, too. Don’t ever make an enemy out of an ally. So this stuff, I mean, I’ve been reading the bill. That’s exactly that. That’s what this bill does. So how is this? Can you imagine this instead of paying down our debt? We’re going to be doing this. What does this do? Good night. Think of the effects of this. And that’s not the only thing. I mean, we got the stimmy check and then you got this mandatory minimum wage that’s being that’s being proposed. My gosh. By the way, these are the same Republicans. They want to pay women to have babies with your with our dollars. They want to send out your money, our money in the form of stimmy 2.0 checks. And they’re also proposing mandatory minimum 15 dollar wage. Wait, did we just stumble into some alternate reality where Democrats are now calling themselves Republicans? Because that’s the only way that this makes sense, really. The math isn’t mathing. Have we not seen… I mean, I’ve had story after story, headline after headline, where… When you see cities, towns, municipalities, when they enact minimum wage restrictions, a lot of businesses go under. Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, they’re hit hard. So now we have Holly who’s introducing legislation on federal minimum wage, $15 an hour. I mean, good grief. It’s like Bernie Sanders proposed this. I mean… These, it’s called the Higher Wages for American Workers Act. It’s already happening. Yeah, it’s already happening. 2026, and it wants an increase in subsequent years to match inflation, which is completely direct, like related to government spending. Hawley’s working with Democrats to do it. Wow. And we’ve never, conservatives have always opposed to federal minimum wage. because it also is costly for consumers as well. See, I want to warn you about the dangers of populism. Populism is not a set of beliefs. It is a tactic. Anyone who sits here and tells you that they’re a populist, I’m sorry, but that’s an idiotic thing to do. I had somebody tell me that, and I’m like, that’s moronic. That’s a tactic. It’s not a set of principles. You’re either a constitutionalist, you can be a libertarian, you can be a democrat, you can be a republican, you can be a conservative. I kind of think conservative constitutionalists are the same thing. I say constitutionalist. But populist is just a tactic. It is a way of messaging. It is a way of connecting with voters. It is a way of planning narratives. That is what populism is. It is not a belief set. It is a messaging tactic. Right? That’s like saying, I’m a shouty. I’m a shout. Okay, that’s just like a designation for the decibel and type of audible emanation from someone. That’s not a thing. It’s just a message. It’s just a way of delivering something. That doesn’t make any sense. It’s kind of a bad example, but it’s the best I got right now. But I don’t know why. And Cain makes a really good point. You’re saying that Hawley plays into this narrative from Democrats that the economy is not improving and won’t improve without government help.
SPEAKER 09 :
Yeah, exactly. We see the improvements already. We see the real wages because of the decrease in inflation. And by the way, you know, the Trump administration has let go 70,000 federal workers. So that is automatically a cut in spending right there. But we’re seeing real wages outpace inflation, which is how that metric is measured. Right. We don’t need government intervention. We need actually less government in order to make this work better.

Yeah. So this is what they’re proposing. I mean, remember, Hawley also worked with Bernie Sanders to cap credit card interest rates at 10%. Remember, he did that last year as well. He once and when he was in in the last session, he introduced a bill that would require companies that make a billion or more to pay. He was giving them a standard that they had to meet to pay their employees. So if Holly thought your company was making X amount, you had to pay your employees X amount. That was actually a piece of legislation that he had proposed in the Senate last session. Yes. If you’re asking me if I’m questioning Josh Hawley’s conservative credentials, you’re correct. I am. And I have every right to based on this body of proposals. And anyone in their right mind would also. You absolutely would. Now, in Missouri, they had approved a ballot measure to raise the minimum wage to 15 an hour. The legislature repealed part of it, but the one that would allow increases to it to adjust for inflation, which I think is asinine, because inflation is strictly, I mean, government’s controlling that, not consumers. And so government’s creating, without really consumer participation, this scheme that increases or decreases inflation, and then you’re going to tie inflation minimum wage to that. I mean, you’re going to wreck the economy further. It allows them to keep spending while also putting more of the onus on the consumer. It’s an asinine, anti-constitutionalist, anti-math proposal. And I feel like with Republicans, because normally you’re like, well, you know, there’s more you can get more flies with, you know, honey and to know I want to get flies with fire. How about that? Because we’ve done this and these people ought to know better. I have no chill when it comes to bad proposals because I expect more from people who present themselves as individuals capable of doing math. Don’t you? This is, let me show you how to do a correct hillbilly accent here, Doja Kitty. And I guess that they done got all upset, you know, because they weren’t getting their grass feed. So all these random ass heifers that were on TikTok, they got real upset, Kane. They decided that they didn’t like this girl because she wasn’t just pretty. She is unapologetically pretty. And that’s the problem. So women, I think, for the past, I don’t know how long, have been fed a diet of complaining and moaning. And blaming all of their unfortunate choices in life on men. That’s what women have been raised on. And it’s like all of these like skittle haired third and fourth wave feminists that have lamented the male gaze. She does not eschew the male gaze. She invites it. She welcomes it. She’s not intimidated by it because she’s confident enough at confident enough as a woman to recognize that that’s power. Women have been led to believe that bitching and moaning is power. Playing the victim is power. They have forgotten how to use their feminine wiles. They have no idea. Well, some of them don’t have it, especially the ones that have Franken beans cane. They definitely don’t have it. But she invites you to look. She appreciates the male gaze because they buy her products and they watch the movies that she’s in and they watch the television show that she’s in and her power and her marketing appeal is in her feminine beauty. It’s not in victimhood. And victimhood is the only tool. slash source of power that most of these modern feminists know. And what gets me is that all of these women out there, they have been raised on this steady diet of complaining and blaming men for everything, everything in their life, all their unfortunate choices. They blame on men only then to turn around and surrender their locker rooms, their sports teams, their advertising, their spaces to men. That doesn’t make any sense. They champion morbidly obese women like in Victoria’s Secret ads, which by the way, they do prove that it is possible to even make lingerie repellent. And then they shame Sweeney and any woman that looks like her or shaped like her for being quote unquote provocative. The first time I ever heard of this actress was in a story where people were like shaming her because of something that she wore on the red carpet because they said she had too much cleavage. And I was looking. I’m like, she has boobs. It’s not too much cleavage. Good grief. You know, what do you want her in a burka? Like, shut up. It’s not too much. She’s a woman. She’s not dressed skanky. She’s got no more cleavage than they had in the 17th century. Please get some smelling salt. But they were slut shaming her because she did not look like what the skittled haired third and fourth wavers wanted women to look like. Right. And so. I mean, so much for body positivity, I guess. That’s out the window. If you look like Sidney Sweeney, you can be shamed for your body. Everyone else, if you’re morbidly obese or if you have a penis, then it’s all about, yay, body positivity. And so as a result of women doing all of this, masculinity has been denigrated. Men don’t want to pursue women. Marriage rates are declining. It is, it’s, it’s, it’s like these broads because they couldn’t attract a date. They don’t want anyone else to either. So you have companies and I love that companies are doing this. I love that American Eagle did not do a Bud Light. I love that they did not do an Ulta. I love that they got an honest to goodness woman, a woman that looks like a woman that looks like a lot of other women. I know more women that look like Sydney Sweeney than look like Dylan Mulvaney. And Dylan Mulvaney’s a dude, just for FYI. That’s the joke. But she’s a real woman. She’s pretty. And the left has devolved into such a state of hysteria that they immediately went to Godwin’s Law. You know? And that’s what I said. Like, oh, it’s Nazi because eagle, American eagle. And then Sidney Sweeney, two S’s. Like, oh, my gosh. It’s like going back to the old standard of beauty. What is the phrase that I saw someone say? They said that, oh, retro sexiness, which I don’t know. I think it was a phrase made up by a bunch of unical seamsters, but whatever. Retro sexiness. Have you ever heard that phrase? Have you heard that phrase used recently, Cain?

I’m hoping that if we start going back to like actual women looking like women and being good looking and feminine, that we can go back to having like more manly, masculine, testosterone driven men. Like have that be the norm. Because that has been the norm for forever. Okay, so I had a conversation with, when we had dinner with friends, we had this like a whole conversation about this one night. When I was in fifth grade, there was a dude in my fifth grade class that I swear to you had a mustache. By seventh grade, dude was getting a beard. When I look back at my parents’ yearbooks, the men, even though they were like 17 years old, looked like they were 30. Yeah. Then I went down this whole rabbit hole of how testosterone has been on the decline. Of course, other chemicals for women, but for men specifically, testosterone has been on the decline, which is why men look younger for longer and they develop later, et cetera, et cetera. Do you think there’s something to that? Because now I’m like, when you look at dudes, I shouldn’t say this. I was not like a drinker in high school. I did not do any of that stuff because I had a very strict parent. But I did go to a house party one time. And our friend, who was a senior in high school, was already balding and had a beard. No joke. And he would stand on the porch and wave at people because everyone thought he was the dad. I kid you not. I kid you not. You do not have any… Where do you have that today? Right? Right? Where do you have that? It’s just so weird. So my whole point is that I want to get back to where to these these actual standards of attractiveness, because women like men that are like that and men like women that are like that. And I’m done with all I’m done with the freaks dictating what our standards of beauty are. I’m done with men trying to dictate to women how to do their makeup. People like Dylan Mulvaney and that other dude who’s got the hair care line at Ulta trying to dictate beauty standards to women. No, no, no, no, no. So I think that it’s less about American Eagle. I think it’s even less about Nazism and all of that. It’s even less about race. Although you have the usual suspects trying to make that a factor. I think that it is a war on traditional standards of beauty. And she is like the avatar for that resurgence. And that’s why she’s getting so much. A naked Florida man hits a house with his SUV and won’t stop accelerating. Police officers in Florida are recovering after a drawn-out incident with a naked man in his SUV. He rammed into a house with a vehicle and refused to stop accelerating until he was removed by force. Why does he have this many names? 38-year-old Dustin Andrew Joseph Klein. You get one. Ruined multiple people’s nights when he ran into the house. He was driving a Chevy Blazer, and he was just completely N-E-K-K-I-D, naked. Naked, too? Naked. He was totally, entirely naked. He was the only occupant. They said he was sweating profusely. His pupils were just total pinpoint, and he would not stop accelerating. And the car’s rear tires were dug into the soil. So he threatened their lives. They had to, like, tase him repeatedly. What a mess. And then they had to put him in a hobble and a spit mask. He was evaluated by emergency responders, taken for treatment. Clearly, he was under the influence of something. Third hour, on the way, go nowhere.

Sadly, really sadly, Israel is becoming a pariah nation. And all over the world, people are looking for any situation where the government of Israel under Netanyahu and his right-wing extremist friends are starving children. And people are trying to do one thing or the other, get food in there, or at least tell Netanyahu that if he doesn’t move in a very different direction, they’re going to be recognizing the Palestinians there.

It’s not Netanyahu’s responsibility to move in any direction other than in defense of Israel. Again, where are the hostages, Bernie? It’s Bernie Sanders. Where are the hostages? Nobody’s starving people in Gaza any more than Gaza’s own democratically elected government of Hamas. That’s the entity that did all of this. That’s the entity that started this. Where are the hostages at? Because if you’re demanding anything without returning the hostages, you don’t have a right to expect anything in return. This is the democratically elected government of Gaza. It is the popularly supported government of Gaza that is choosing to do this to its own citizens. So the question isn’t why isn’t Israel doing anything for the citizens of another entity, an entity that attacked them and killed tons of them and kidnapped their people, including kidnapping Americans and holding for hostage. And why is Hamas doing it? That’s the question. Why do they attack aid trucks and steal aid and then sell it on the black market? Why does the media buy into this Pollywood nonsense? Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you. Top of this third hour. You can watch the radio show, the stream of the radio program, Channel 347. The New York Times ran the story about starving Gazan children. Clearly, they had one narrative. There’s a reason why they did this. they actually had to do a walk back of the story. And the story was this emaciated kid that they had on their front page and they used him as proof of famine in Gaza, right? They had a whole story. It was a giant photo. It took up over a quarter of the page. Their whole front page went all the way down to the fold. Well, They had to correct it. First, they said that the child, oh, he’s severely malnutritioned. Actually, he was born with a health condition, a serious medical condition. All of his family look healthy and fine. He has a serious birth defect. All of his family look healthy. And I just, even when I first saw that story on the New York Post, times even when I first saw this this image I thought you know that’s really weird why is he starving but his family looks completely healthy and well-fed right the mom looks healthy and well-fed all of his siblings look healthy and well-fed why does what well it’s because he was born with a birth defect and they the New York Times literally had to tweet out a correction and They said, oh, after publication, we learned he also has pre-existing health problems. No, that’s the big thing that he has. None of the other kids are starving. Nobody else in that house is starving. He has a pre-existing health condition. And that’s what that’s what’s driving this. And they they didn’t print a retraction.

They tweeted it on their communications.

Yeah, it was on the New York. It’s called New York at NY Times PR, the New York Times communications channel. Yeah, they didn’t put it on the original account. They literally lied to you and committed blood libel. This is insane. That’s propaganda. That’s not an error. I’m just… I mean, they have literally… They cropped out one of his healthy brothers. So there’s apparently the full photo that’s circulating. And his totally fine, healthy, well-fed siblings are standing right next to him. And all of these people from Bernie Sanders, all these Democrats, all these celebrities, they’re all using this. They’re all citing this as the… Oh, well, look, they’re starving. And, you know, Israel’s… You know, they’re really bad right now. They… I mean, it’s the craziest thing. They… I would probably wager, Cain, if you had to guess, how many people probably saw the original story compared to how many people saw the correction?

Well, if you look at the amount of followers on the New York Times, their original account on X, it’s millions. And if you look at the PR one, it’s 80-something thousand maybe, 90,000. So millions saw the lie and maybe thousands saw the correction.

It is something. That is something. And they were trying to say, oh, the dad was shot by Israelis while he was searching for food. In fact, according to video and local reporting, he was fighting with Israeli soldiers, trying to kill them. And that’s why he was shot. Jiminy Christmas. This was on their very big front, right on the front page, right below the masthead. And now you have all of these other media institutions lying about it. They just needed something to confirm their existing bias. That’s really what it was about. They wanted something to confirm their existing bias. I mean, you can’t make this stuff up. So they have this, and looking at, I mean, this is like one of, it was on the cover of Daily Express. It was the same kid on the cover of the Daily Express, which is a British publication, on the cover of New York Times. But wait, there’s more. Let me pull this up. So my friend, he’s at Red Steve’s on X. Axios, just like maybe 15 minutes ago. published a story that had the exact same New York Times photo on the cover of it, continuing the narrative. So Axios tweeted out, If I can get this thing to open, it’d be great. Axios tweeted out this story where it said at least 16 under 16 children under five. They’re saying it was start. They’re dropping off because of starvation, starvation related illnesses, extreme lack of food, etc. They literally are using a picture of this kid again who was born with a birth defect. And they’re trying to say it’s because of starvation. And they tweeted this out. Actually, it was like an hour or something ago. About 25 minutes ago. Oh, yeah. They tweeted this out, and they used the exact same kid and the exact same mother that are on the cover of New York Times. Yes, Kane?

No, none at all. And the New York Times cropped out the image of the little boy’s healthy brother. So the mom is healthy. The little boy’s brother is totally healthy. They cropped out the healthy brother and the New York Times piece so that they could just make it seem like all the kids are like this one kid. But again, he literally was born with a birth defect. He has all kinds of health issues that he was born with. Has nothing to do with Gaza and Israel. Nothing to do with that. So why are they running a photograph presenting this kid as a starving kid when the New York Times literally had to run that back yesterday? Yeah. And Getty News still has it on their wires. This is insane. So when are they going to, are they going to, is Axios going to issue a correction? This is the fake news that’s running around. And this is why you have people like Keir Starmer going, well, you know, Israel’s got to stop starving kids. And we’re, because they won’t, we’re going to recognize the fake name Palestine as its own sovereign entity. Which brings me to my next thing. So you have France and the UK that are going to acknowledge a quote unquote, this made up word, Palestinian state. Even though Hamas is in their charter, in Hamas’s charter, they explicitly deny the right of existence to Israel. They explicitly state that their neighbor to the north is not going to have any peace. They don’t believe that they can exist by themselves. And now you have, this is what I thought was interesting. This was over actually at New York Post. It’s Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. They have joined calls for Hamas to disarm and exit Gaza to end the war with Israel. They like the and again, fake name Palestinian Authority. Palestinian Authority under the Palestinian Authority of Hamas and Fatah. Fatah runs West Bank. Hamas runs Gaza. Hamas has they were overwhelmingly elected in 2005 and they were going to win. What was it, 2013? They were going to win the next election, but then it was suspended because they were going to win. They were taking over power and even basically supplanting Fatah in West Bank. And the difference between Fatah and Hamas is Fatah will recognize Israel’s right to exist, whereas Hamas refuses. So there’s your big difference. So Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt have joined calls yesterday for Hamas to disarm and give up Gaza. The Arab League, the EU, and 17 other nations want Hamas to stop ruling over Gaza. They want a two-state solution, etc. By the way, Hamas has always been opposed to a two-state solution. Fatah even used to be also, but then they changed. I still think that’s a terrorist organization, but, you know, it is what it is. They believe that Israel can exist, whereas Hamas does not. So the declaration that they signed read, quote, in the context of ending the war in Gaza, Hamas must must end its rule in Gaza and hand over its weapons to the Palestinian Authority with international engagement and support in line with an objective, the objective of a sovereign and independent, quote unquote, Palestinian state. Now, France and the UK, they immediately were like, yes, we’re going to reward their terror attack on October 7th. We’re just going to get them statehood. They did not even demand that Hamas give up their guns and leave. They didn’t even ask for Hamas to return the hostages. They just said, no, no, no, we need to recognize this state now. Where at least you have Egypt and Saudi Arabia and the Arab League, they’re all like, yeah, because they know better. They’re like, no, no, no, no, no, y’all gots to go. Remember, in Egypt, they have dealt with Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim Brotherhood was banned. El-Sisi, remember, Muslim Brotherhood hated him. And when Hillary Clinton went over to Egypt, she was backing and working with the Muslim Brotherhood ahead of the Green Revolution. They were working with all of these Islamists. The Obama administration, when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State, they bent over backwards to help these Islamists. And it was an absolute contravention of the United Arab Emirates, who their leader, their head of their family there hates Islamists. And that is Al-Zaid. And then you have Salman, who is the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, who cannot stand Islamists. And they have a weird relationship with Qatar. Qatar has to play footsie with them because they share a gas field, essentially, in the Red Sea. They share this gas field. They share this gas field in the Persian Gulf with Iran. So they there is this very there’s this another power struggle that’s part that’s related to but separate from Israel and Gaza. And that is of Sunni and Shia represented by Iran, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc., So, I mean, think about this. The Arab League knows better. These Arab nations, Egypt knows better. Egypt and Jordan were sending aid trucks into Gaza, and Hamas was attacking those aid trucks and stealing the aid and reselling it on the black market. That wasn’t even Israeli aid. They’ve done it with Israeli trucks, too. So I do think it’s interesting that you have Egypt and France, or sorry, UK and France, that did not demand that Hamas leave Gaza. They did not even demand that they return the hostages. But You have Egypt and Saudi Arabia and UAE and these other nations that are like, no, no, no, you guys got to leave Gaza. Get out. They actually went one further than France and the UK. That’s wild to me. We got more coming up.

I have to say, I think it was classy the way that the Osbournes handled Ozzy’s funeral and all of that stuff. They laid him to rest in Birmingham earlier today. I mean, it’s night over there already, but well, evening anyway. But they had a brass band that played some of the hits, Ozzy’s hits, ahead of the hearse. And the interesting thing is that the family paid for all the costs associated with us. Yes. The Birmingham didn’t pay for this. The Osbournes did. So apparently they covered the security and all of that because they, the fans, I mean, you can see the throngs, thousands lined the streets. You’re talking block after block, after block, after block. I saw the map of the procession and it like was going through the whole city. And, uh, They I mean there are thousands of people out for this but the osbournes paid for that So they had ozzy and he wanted to do his last show The reason that they had him seated I read was so he the show could be insured And it was something that sharon apparently came up with to have him seated in this throne for his final concert So that they could have the show insured because insurers were nervous about ozzy standing there for that long and then with this the um The family, they had the procession that went through his hometown. They drove past his childhood home. the owners put flowers and a sign in the front of the house, which I thought was a very sweet gesture. And then they also stopped at a moment in front of fans where they had this huge flower tribute, all of these flowers, like mounds of them out in the middle of the town. And the family got out and thanked people and laid flowers down. And I thought it was a nice way for them to kind of, you know, cause he’s, you know, he’s like, that’s their hometown boy, you know? Um, but I thought it was a nice way for that. I just, I’m just, can you believe all that? I mean, you would think it’s like the Royal family or something driving around Birmingham. I mean, that’s how many people came out. I mean, it, I, I don’t even see parades where there are that many people that come out anymore. Uh, but that’s how many people came out for this. It was pretty, it was pretty stunning. And then they had that brass band, like I said, that we’re playing, uh, versions of Ozzy’s songs, uh, And they had all the kids there. And so it was very, very sweet way of going. And I mean, obviously, you know, his wife looks just absolutely devastated, which she was. I mean, they were married for forever. So that’s some of the latest with that. So they laid him to rest today. A couple of things that we still need to make sure that we push off of the show rundown. There’s a number of things that we’ve been that we’ve been touching on. Can I just I miss this one. I meant to get to this one a lot earlier. In fact, I got a couple of ones. How many men are immediately going to their eyes are going to glass over? A lot of women like period pieces, period dramas, right? And the last one that I think a lot of women liked was the one with Keira Knightley, The Pride and Prejudice. Now they’ve done a million different versions of Pride and Prejudice. The best one was the BBC one with Jennifer Isle and Colin Firth. And that was serialized. And that was through, that was like, you know, 15 to actually 20 years ago, probably. They did one with Keira Knightley, which is pretty good. Now they’re doing another one. Netflix is doing it and I’m immediately nervous. I sent this to one of my friends last night and I’m like, they’ve got to stop this. I don’t know what to think of it. it’s gonna it’s gonna be a series i don’t not like a film apparently it’s gonna be like a series emma corin is in it and olivia coleman uh plays the mother i don’t know what i think about this yet i don’t know what i think about the casting apparently emma corin is going to play uh elizabeth bennett and i don’t know what i am i is this too in the weeds Is it two in the weeds? The casting, you got to be very particular with the casting because each of these characters are such characters, right? You can’t have an ugly chick play Jane Bennett because she’s described as the most beautiful girl in the town. So you can’t have some ugly chick playing Jane Bennett. You need to have someone pretty and like sharp playing Elizabeth Bennett. I don’t know. I don’t know what I think about it. I don’t know. But they’ve got… The guy that they have playing Mr. Darcy is not the guy that I would pick for Mr. Darcy. This guy named Jack Loudon. Olivia Colman, I think, is fine. But I think she’s too… She’s so serious an actress. I can’t see her playing, you know, kind of like a tart, like, you know, Mrs. Bennett. I don’t know. I just… I have problems. Rufus Sewell is playing Mr. Bennett. These are British actors. I don’t know. Why do they need to do another one? Why can’t they just… come up with some original content? Why do they keep having to redo the same period drama over and over and over and over and over and over again?

I think it’s because every iteration they’ve done has been somewhat successful. You know what I mean? And I think they’re seeing this and they’re like, all right, guys, we need to make some more money. What are we going to do? Let’s bring it back.

The Keira Knightley one had amazing cinematography. It was beautifully lit. Well directed, although I thought some parts that were not in the book were a little bit contrived. There was one like when they she was standing in this like, you know, the stat with all the statuary after leaving church and she ran through a thunderstorm. I was like, OK, that’s a little contrived. That’s not how it happened in the book at all. And that. But I mean, it was good. Right. And you’re right. It was popular. But why do they got it? Now, the reason I got really into this in terms of this particular story is because I was terrified that they were going to woke it. Jane Austen wasn’t a feminist, but she believed in women being intelligent. And there’s I think a lot of that is. I think it’s misrepresented in a lot of the way that some of these period pieces are approached today. Like this, they redid the Buccaneers and that’s on Netflix. It’s trash. The Persuasion. I think the one with Dakota. What’s her face? No, the other one. Don Johnson’s Dakota Johnson. That one was trash. So many of them are trash. So I was looking to see if it was going to be woke trash. And I’m I I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know what I feel about this casting. I don’t know if I’m going to watch it. I don’t know. I don’t know. I just I just can they not come up? You know what else they need to do? And this is my. We don’t have enough good horror films. They’re so bad. And there’s few like one of the last good horror films I saw. What was it? I mean, let me see. Make sure I have this. Nobody. It’s called No One Will Save You. That is a great one, and I think you can get it on Netflix. It’s called No One Will Save You, and it is a good horror film. It’s very good. Very good. Because I’m very particular about my stuff. I’ve seen it twice, and I think it’s very good. But there’s not a lot of really good horror films. I mean, we’re getting ready to go into, you know, fall. I need horror films. Like, why isn’t there a steady diet? You get Hallmark, and you get all the Christmas stuff. I want some good old-fashioned ghost stories. I want some good, like, whodunits. I want some good, like, thrillers and horror films that come out. Is that too much to ask instead of doing another Pride and Prejudice? Pride and Prejudice was zombies. I did see that, and I did read that book. That’s the literal thing. It was actually quite good. It was actually quite good. All right. So the immigration headline that I told you you were going to just die over, it’s from The Bulwark. They have a guy whose name is Jesus. Well, they said his name is Jesus. He’s a carpenter, and ICE arrested him. Oh, no. Yeah, Kane. They arrested Jesus? Mm-hmm. His name is Jesus Teran. He fled persecution in Venezuela. So they found this guy who entered the… country really was persecution was it they found this guy who uh entered the country illegally and his name happened to be jesus and now they decided to compare him to christ over at the bulwark which called itself the bulwark because they were the non-trump supporting republicans that basically turned into democrats right i think they couldn’t even acknowledge like one good i don’t care if you don’t like trump or like him you should at least be able to acknowledge when he does something good or not and they can’t even do that so they were in this whole story I am shocked. It’s a guy who had his asylum claim denied in 2015. So he entered illegally under Joe Biden and the bulwark is comparing him to Jesus. Wow. That’s pretty much it. Yeah. That’s not blasphemous. What does that mean that goes out there? And it’s the guy that they drew and it said, you should let in more refugees because Jesus said to be compassionate in the Bible somewhere. And no, I’m not a Christian and I have nothing but contemporary or backward religious beliefs. So yeah, this argument wouldn’t work on me, but maybe if I use it on you, you’ll do what I want. That’s the meme. They became the meme. They actually just did the meme. I, uh, wow. That’s not really going to work. I think that’s maybe why they’re, you never seen those people doing anything anywhere. Uh, one last thing too. Uh, so Oreo and Reese’s fans, the headline is that they have been begging for a mashup for a decade. And I like both of these things individually. And I’ve never asked for this mashup.

Because the silky, chemically induced peanut butter filling of the Reese’s has the chocolate candy coating. And that’s what I need. If I wanted the cookie, I would eat the cookie. I just, I mean, if you, Steve is so excited about this. I think I burst his bubble and I was like, what?
SPEAKER 09 :
I’m not so sure I’m on this fence. I’m not on the side that you’re on where it’s like, no.
SPEAKER 10 :
The peanut butter filling is going to be too strong for the biscuit. It’s going to overpower the biscuit, whereas the vanilla was a compliment to it. They each complimented each other. The peanut butter is such a strong flavor. You have to have that hard chocolate shell, that rich chocolate shell.
SPEAKER 09 :
I think you might get enough chocolate with that cookie. Yeah, I don’t think so.
SPEAKER 10 :
I disagree with you, but that’s okay if you think that. Steve, you’re really excited about this. You’re going to eat this up.
SPEAKER 15 :
No, I definitely will, but it just came up on my mind. I had three in a row scrolls on my feed where this was debated between three different people, and I was like, okay, I have to think about how I feel about this. I like Reese’s and I like Oreos, but I don’t know how I feel about both of them together.
SPEAKER 10 :
Do you call it Reese’s?
SPEAKER 15 :

Yeah, it might be. I know it’s Reese’s, though, isn’t it?

Because he’s not the only person I’ve ever heard. Reese’s? Is that what you used to? Reese’s. Lorraine, do you guys in Chad that live on the East Coast, y’all call it Reese’s? Anyway, I don’t know how I feel about this. Like I said, I love the Reese’s peanut butter cups. I’ll eat those and I’ll eat an Oreo separately. I would never eat both of these two together.

There’s like so many unspoken laws about the East Coast. And then you get New Jersey and the whole state is divided by whether or not you call it a Taylor ham or a pork roll. That’s it. They don’t care anything else. Are you Taylor ham or pork roll? People go to war over this. Oh, my gosh.

So I’m told by listeners and everybody else that they do say Reese’s on the East Coast. I am today years old learning this and we are dying. And then Steve was like, well, what do you call, you know, the thing that you put your groceries in when you go to the grocery store? And I’m like a carton. He’s like, no, it’s a buggy. It is a buggy going up near Philly and in Ohio.
SPEAKER 15 :
They’re going to get offended if you call it that. It’s like Pittsburgh and Ohio. That’s who calls it buggies and pops and stuff like that.
SPEAKER 10 :
Buggies and pops. The story of Pittsburgh and Ohio. That sounds like a. It sounds like an NPR program. Well, then I was saying like, oh man, I really want some hot wings right now. Like I want some good saucy hot wings and I’m too lazy to make them myself right now. I used, I would do them and I put them in the oven. I’d get some Frank’s red hot little crystals. Because crystals is different. Put that franks in with some butter. Man, I’d be basting them wings with the franks and butter. Or tendies. You put some tendies in the oven, get that franks and butter, and then add some crystal in it. Not meth, but like the hot sauce. I just realized I probably should be a little bit. Appreciate that clarification. And then I was like, yeah, I get all flats. And Steve’s like, yeah, all flats. And Cain’s like, what?
SPEAKER 09 :
What? Why all flats? It seems like a lot of work. No, it’s not.
SPEAKER 10 :
It’s like you snap them little bones apart and you got a little tendy right there.
SPEAKER 09 :
You got a little gristle cap on that one.
SPEAKER 10 :
I have to do math in my head to eat them drummies and I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to be like, wait, this is a cartilage right here.
SPEAKER 09 :
What kind of math are you doing in your head eating drummies?
SPEAKER 10 :
I just, the drummies, I feel like if I’m going to eat a drumstick, I want a turkey leg. I want to feel like I just ripped a leg off a brontosaurus and I’m barely carrying it around with me. These, the little drummies with hot wings are a little dainty things. And I’m like, it’s like a pinkies out thing. I want flats. I get all flats.
SPEAKER 09 :
Just for clarification, I don’t mind the flats at all. I eat the flats just as much as I eat the drummies. Glad you clarified that, sir, because I thought you hated them. I think that the flats are more of a chore to eat than the drummies.
SPEAKER 10 :
Flats are delicious. Steve, what do you like off flats?
SPEAKER 15 :
I used to work at Buffalo Wild Wings in high school, and I was a server for four years. I’ve eaten so many wings in my lifetime that I just decided that it’s so much. There’s more meat. It’s deceiving. There is more meat on a flat.
SPEAKER 09 :
Is there? Yes! All right, we’re going to have to do this experiment. Yes! Because I don’t know.
SPEAKER 10 :
More meat on the flat.

Like if I’m at a buffet or something and I’m like putting wings on my plate, I’m picking the drummies.

Oh, what an idiot. We believe that the current stance of monetary policy… We’ve had five months of superb past expectation economic growth. Wages are up. Real wages are up. People are now out… They’re priced out of their homes because of the interest rate, right? They can’t afford a home because the interest rates are too high. Jerome Powell is sitting on his hands. It’s purely political at this point and incredibly stupid.
