Join Mike Gallagher as he navigates the chaotic waters of Minnesota’s political landscape. The clash between ICE agents and activists has become a flashpoint, pushing the boundaries of civil discourse and law enforcement. Gallagher scrutinizes the actions of political leaders, contrasting their current rhetoric with past realities during previous administrations. This episode offers a comprehensive examination of the multi-layered issues at play, highlighting the challenges faced by those on the front line of enforcing America’s laws.
SPEAKER 12 :
From the wild world of D.C. politics to America’s culture clash, brace yourself for the reality check you’ve been waiting for. The one and only Mike Gallagher.
SPEAKER 08 :
Let’s take a look at the timeline yesterday in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 2 p.m. Minnesota time. The Minneapolis police chief says if the rhetoric keeps escalating in Minnesota… were headed towards yet another tragedy. At approximately 8.30 p.m., the governor of Minnesota delivered a video message. He got all dolled up and put the makeup on and stood in front of the official-looking background, and they attempted to do a live stream announcement from the governor. The live broadcast didn’t go so well.
SPEAKER 03 :
Ice agents cannot say conduct these activities. So carry your phone with you at all times. And if you see these ice agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record to peacefully phone ice agents as they conduct these activities. So carry your phone with you at all times. And if you see these ice agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record.
SPEAKER 08 :
That’s right, double audio through the whole thing. It was a nightmare, technically. If that isn’t a metaphor for the Waltz administration, nothing is. But then after the livestream debacle, when it was double audio and all technically a disaster, they tried to clean it up, and we were able to hear a little bit of what Tim Waltz was trying to say.
SPEAKER 03 :
Tonight, I want to share another way you can help. Witness. Help us establish a record of exactly what’s happening in our communities. You have an absolute right to peacefully film ICE agents as they conduct these activities. So carry your phone with you at all times. And if you see these ICE agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record. Help us create a database of the atrocities against Minnesotans, not just to establish a record for posterity, but to bank evidence for future prosecution.
SPEAKER 08 :
So shortly after the disgraced governor of Minnesota pours fuel on the already volatile fire, ICE agents were ambushed. by illegals and activists, one of whom was hitting an ICE officer apparently over the head with a shovel. And that resulted in yet another shooting. This time the Venezuelan criminal was shot in the leg. He is expected to survive. So… We are now, to quote Paul Morrow over at Fox News, Trump is now firmly in Insurrection Act territory with the National Guard, which is probably what Tim Walz and Jacob Fry want. But maybe it’s time to give it to them. Because these two irresponsible fools, to quote Paul Morrow, are going to get people killed. I don’t know who they want killed, because if they get an ICE officer killed, public sentiment is likely to shift towards supporting law enforcement. If another Rene Good gets killed, well, then they’ll get what they want. So they probably want these activist demonstrators and agitators killed. Scott Jennings, our friend and colleague who will be joining us on the big Gulf of America cruise this November, I hope you can sign up and join us. Go to mikeonline.com for details. Scott, of course, besides having his own Salem media talk show, is a CNN contributor. Scott tweeted out Tim Waltz in referring to the federal government as an occupation of is channeling 1860s democratic energy here. It’s unbelievable. End the occupation, he says. Occupation. Federal law enforcement doing their job, the same job they did under Barack Obama, the same exact job they did under Bill Clinton, when they deported a heck of a lot more people than Trump is deporting. Now, all of a sudden, they’re the Gestapo worthy of being called… the occupation by a sitting governor in the United States of America.
SPEAKER 03 :
Folks, I know it’s scary. And I know it’s absurd that we all have to be defending law and order, justice and humanity, while also caring for our families and trying to do our jobs. So tonight, let me say once again to Donald Trump and Kristi Noem, end this occupation. You’ve done enough.
SPEAKER 08 :
End this occupation. Incidentally, you probably didn’t hear this because the mainstream media won’t spend much time covering it. This week, ICE has arrested 13 members of some of the world’s most dangerous criminal gangs in Minnesota, including MS-13 and PISAS gang members. And you should see the list of these guys. 13 very dangerous, violent illegals. Now, you understand. if ICE follows Tim Walz’s demand to get out, to end this, those gang members would still be walking free in Minneapolis and in the state of Minnesota. But none of the ire is ever directed at the bad guys. That’s because to today’s Democrat, The good guys are the bad guys, and the bad guys are the good guys. They flip the entire common sense narrative on its ear. I made an effort to invite somebody who thinks ICE is the problem to call the show. Her name was Millie. It was an utter disaster. Millie claimed to be a Trump voter. They always do, these people on the left. I’m a tribe voted for Trump. I come from a family of law enforcement, she said. And Millie claimed that the ICE officers aren’t really law enforcement. They’re just dressed up. They’re play acting. They’re thugs with masks. And I don’t know how to reason with somebody like that. Last night I thought, you know what might be kind of interesting on the show is to just invite people who think ICE is the problem to call. But there’s no way to be rational with them. There’s no way to have an intelligent discourse with them. Millie kept saying they’re pulling people out of cars. She’s talking about the anti-ICE Black Lives Matter activist who was shown on video this week obstructing the operation, blocking traffic, wouldn’t move her car after being ordered to do so, and they eventually broke the window and pulled her out of the car, and she’s screaming… I have autism. I have a head injury. I have a problem. I’m going to the doctor. I’m going to the doctor. And Jessica Tarloff over on Fox News repeated that. Oh, she was just on the way to the doctor’s office. Yeah, right. That’s what happened. ICE just stopped a woman who was driving to the doctor’s office minding her own business. Now, Jessica Tarloff doesn’t believe that. But Jessica Tarloff and others like her are perfectly content with repeating a lie, a narrative, a falsehood, in order to turn public sentiment against President Trump and this mass deportation. I really feel like we are in la-la land. And I don’t know if you want me to try it again. I can, because there are people out there like Millie. There are people who think ICE is the problem. ICE is not the problem. The activists and the agitators and the criminals are the problem. ICE happens to be the good guys. Law enforcement are the good guys, not the bad guys. How do you reason with people like this? President Trump moments ago said, look, if it doesn’t stop, I’m going to invoke the Insurrection Act. Don’t you think he should? Shouldn’t he militarize the National Guard? Maybe lock up Tim Walz? 800-655-MIKE. Let’s see what you think here in the Relief Factor studios. It’s a Thursday. A lot of breaking news to cover. Promo code MikeG. Somebody just texted, hey, Mike, why don’t you ask the people of Minnesota to call in? Well, let’s do just that. Here is Craig in the Minneapolis area of Minnesota. Hey, Craig, welcome to the show. Hey, Mike.
SPEAKER 10 :
Hey, man, I don’t want to get on your butt here. I’m not going to swear. I’m not going to do this. I like your show. I like checking you out. I’m an insurance guy, financial guy. I’m just trying to throw this out there, give you the big picture. I’m right in Minneapolis proper. I’ve been out to the protests. I’ll be honest. I got your show on right now. I never call into these things, just so you know. But here’s the thing, man. I come from a strong military background. I went to the University of St. Thomas, blah, blah, blah. I have a big military background in my family, Purple Hearts, Medal of Honors. I can go on and on. I’m not going to waste your time.
SPEAKER 08 :
And let me guess, you’re a Trump voter. I’m not. Oh, okay, you’re not. Okay, well, good. All right, we established that. So you’re against. You voted for Kamala. I didn’t vote.
SPEAKER 09 :
You didn’t vote at all. Okay, fair enough.
SPEAKER 10 :
I was hoping Jesse Ventura to get into that. I was hoping Jesse Ventura would run again. But my dad went to Roosevelt High School, Jesse Ventura. He knew him very well, still friends with him. I’m sure you know who he is. But my point is, my point is they stopped me the other day. OK, I’m I look, I tell you, here’s my point is my French Canadian grandparents and my dad’s side came down to America and they were given things. OK, they were given farmland in a certain part of Minnesota.
SPEAKER 08 :
Do me a favor, Craig. I got a bunch of calls. I got a limited amount of time. Tell me the point of, because you’re going to tell us a story about how they stopped you. Let me guess. You were driving down the street and you were headed to the doctor’s office and they pulled you over and they ripped you out of the car. No, no, no, no, no, no.
SPEAKER 10 :
I was heading back to my place and they detained me. And I took two of the mall cops and I threw them against the window.
SPEAKER 08 :
Eric, because he called earlier last hour as well. Go ahead and let’s hit it. Eric! Oh, he can’t find it. Where’s the troll song when you need it?
SPEAKER 07 :
There we go.
SPEAKER 08 :
All right, let’s see if we can get back to some normal callers who don’t just want to troll the show. Sean is in Rockland County, New York. Sean, welcome to the Mike Gallagher Show. Hello.
SPEAKER 04 :
Mike, you are awesome, my man. And first of all, I’ve been hearing a lot through the last few days that Obama deported millions of people. First of all, let me just tell people this is a lie. What they are referencing is border encounters. These are individuals that the border guards encountered at the Mexican border, and they didn’t let them in, or they got into another entrance. There was no big rage inside. Does anybody in this audience remember any kind of a rage inside of America? Of course, they’re just lying, and they’re trying to build up the Democrats. Also— Wait, wait, wait. No, wait a minute.
SPEAKER 08 :
Wait a minute. But wait a minute, Sean. It doesn’t build up the Democrats. There were statistically, and I’ve done a lot of homework on this, there were many more deportations under Barack Obama. There were many more deportations under Bill Clinton. And there were many more deportations. under George W. Bush than there have been in the Trump administration. That’s just a fact. The reason there wasn’t any violence or chaos back then is because you didn’t have an army of agitators and protesters who were disrupting the deportation efforts.
SPEAKER 04 :
That’s the difference. Okay, but both of those protesters, Mike, They say they’re being paid, right? It’s January. It’s tax year. I want to see W-2s. I want to know who’s paying them. They’re getting paid off the books. They’re violating codes in the IRS.
SPEAKER 08 :
Oh, sure. No, I guarantee you there’s a money. I guarantee you there’s a paper trail of people who are getting. I guarantee. These aren’t organic protests. As President Trump often points out, All these signs that pop up. I mean, they got the best sign maker in town. They’re not handmade signs. They’re all carbon copy carbon copies of the other signs. Many of these protests are organized. Many of them are being sponsored by radical activists. And it’s the same kind of people. It’s all white people, mostly white women. And I love what Jesse Waters said last night about white women putting themselves in harm’s way. That’s not natural. That’s not normal to see women like Renee Goode be purposefully confrontational with men with guns and badges. Here’s what Jesse said last night.
SPEAKER 06 :
These are men who are armed, who volunteered to serve the country, who are doing raids against foreign fugitives. And women are getting in the middle of it. The women aren’t trained. The women aren’t up for this. You guys are the ones that are making it really dangerous. It’s unnatural for women to put themselves in this type of dangerous situation. And it’s sick and it’s grotesque and it’s not very chivalrous for the Democrat brass to foist them in the middle of dangerous situations that’s putting them in danger and ICE in danger.
SPEAKER 08 :
Well, and I don’t he used the word unnatural. I’d use the word normal. These aren’t normal people. When you decide, I’m going to drop my kids off at the daycare, and I’m going to go down and disrupt a law enforcement activity. I’m going to go down, I’m going to bang pots and pans, I’m going to throw snowballs, and I’m going to take my car, and I’m going to block traffic, and I’m going to do everything I can to disrupt law enforcement. You’re not normal. You got some screws loose. 800-655-MIKE. Got to get me home.
SPEAKER 11 :

SPEAKER 08 :
Is losing weight getting harder and harder as you get older? It’s not your fault. You’re eating better, you’re moving more, but your body isn’t responding the way it used to. SPEAKER 08 :
You want to know what happened last night in Minneapolis? Rioters destroyed federal vehicles and stole firearms, ammunition, and sensitive documents and laptop computers, all captured on live streams. Molly Hemingway posted on X a moment ago, this is an organized and well-funded insurrection. Why isn’t the federal government treating it one one-thousandth as seriously as they treated January 6th? Yeah, that’s a good question. That’s a good question. Did you see what the governor did last night? Urge people to keep getting in ICE’s face. Keep impeding law enforcement. Get out your camera because we’re going to prosecute these people. Tim Walz is threatening law enforcement officers with future prosecutions. I don’t even like to think about what this country looks like if Republicans lose the midterm elections. I don’t even like to think about it because we’re going to get turned into Somalia. This country will be unrecognizable. We’ve got to do everything we can to make sure that common sense prevails and we don’t let the inmates run the asylum. And there’s a lot of inmates right now running the asylum. Tim Waltz is the governor of Minnesota. Jacob Fry is the mayor of Minneapolis. Bobby Joe Champion is a state senator. I saw this clip. If I told you that a state senator in Minnesota went on national TV and wants people to use weapons against ICE. You know, like guns. And he said, absolutely. Would you believe me? Would you believe me if I told you that a state senator in Minnesota said, Some clown named Bobby Joe Champion appeared on CNN. And this Democrat was asked by the CNN host about the incident that happened last night where another criminal was shot. In this case, it was apparently a Venezuelan illegal who was walloping an ICE agent over the head with a shovel. And they shot the guy in the leg. So he’s going to survive. And the CNN anchor asks state senator Bobby Joe Champion, well, would you be okay if protesters are using weapons, actual weapons, and of course a shovel is a weapon, but any weapons, guns, knives, would you be all right If these anti-ICE agitators used weapons to attack law enforcement, brace yourself for the answer that State Senator Bobby Joe Champion gave on CNN.
SPEAKER 02 :
If there were neighbors and others who came out to help this person, that is just an example of Minnesota being a place where we help our neighbors. And we are clear that the ICE agents have been coming here and there’s over 2,000 of them. And they’ve been attacking and terrorizing our state. So, yes, neighbors will come out and be helpful. I’m not certain if they had brooms or a shovel. That is to be further investigated.
SPEAKER 01 :
If they did, in fact, have some sort of weapons to use to attack the ICE officer, would that change your opinion of whatever unfolded next?
SPEAKER 02 :
Actually, no, right? Because from our vantage point, we wanted to make sure and always wanted to make sure that Minnesotans are being dealt with properly. And when we think in terms of any pursuit or any apprehension of anyone, there’s a way for you to do your work where it’s respectful and it’s fair. We unfortunately have seen ICE not be respectful, not be fair, but to be illegal and to attack and to be very aggressive with Minnesotans. And to see that the federal government has made a decision to attack and send more and more agents here and allow them to misbehave, we think that’s a tragedy and a travesty.
SPEAKER 08 :
We’re into insurrection territory right now. If you’ve got state senators advocating for citizens to use weapons to attack law enforcement officers because they don’t want the deportation efforts to continue, President Trump’s going to have to step in and do something. There’s no way that this is going to be allowed to happen. It is unsustainable. It’s unsustainable for the scandal-plagued, disgraced governor, the outgoing governor, Tim Walz, to take to the airwaves last night, as he did, and tell people to get in the faces of ICE officers and keep disrupting and make sure you film encounters because we’re going to prosecute them. It’s unsustainable for Jacob Fry to lie and say that the officer last week, Jonathan Ross, wasn’t hit by a car. And if he was, it was just a glaze. You know, minor thing, and he was skipping around when it was revealed yesterday that that officer suffered from internal bleeding based on Renee Good ramming him with her car. Ramming him with her car. That’s what she did, and tragically, she is dead. Now, you got a lot of lunatics like Tim Waltz and Jacob Fry and Bobby Joe Champion who are Democrats. There’s a sensible Democrat, believe it or not, not from Minnesota, but from the state of Pennsylvania. Check out John Fetterman.
SPEAKER 09 :
You know, as a Democrat, it shouldn’t be unreasonable to want to secure our border and do it in that way. And now let’s also let’s also talk about ICE. Now, absolutely. Again, what happened in Minneapolis was absolutely tragic. And then now, if you think now this is from The Washington Post, you know, this is the latest statistics. These are people that ICE now are. No, it’s like no. 67 percent have criminal charges, pending ones or that. So that’s more than two thirds, you know, the people now. Now, there are some people that aren’t involved in any kinds of illegal things. You know, but so me, I think two things can be true, you know. Round up all the criminals. Deport them. They shouldn’t have ever been here. And they definitely have to go. And now I don’t know, want to see more and more things happening in Minneapolis now, too. So two things must be true. And I strongly reject the extreme on either side, you know, about this now. So we must be true. And, you know, I watched you earlier in your show. You just pointed out President Obama.
SPEAKER 08 :
deported you know millions of people and there wasn’t having the same kind of outrage here you know here is from from democrats well there wasn’t any kind of outrage because there wasn’t there it was obama there’s outrage now because it’s trump trump’s doing exactly the same thing as barack obama Exactly the same thing. Yesterday I played that CNN report from May of 2016 where CNN did a ride-along with ICE officers in May of 2016. Oh, look, a day in the life of ICE. They’re rounding up criminal illegal immigrants. Oh, look, they arrested the wrong guy. That’s okay, then they got the right guy. It’s good because it’s ICE. That was Barack Obama’s ICE. Six months later, Trump becomes president. promises to deport illegals, and all of a sudden ICE becomes the Gestapo, according to the governor of Minnesota and many others. I don’t know where this ends. Because if you think Trump’s going to back down, if you believe that the federal government is going to suddenly move ICE out of Minnesota, you haven’t been paying attention. Because that’s never going to happen. This morning, President Trump warned that if they don’t get their act together in minnesota he’s going to invoke the insurrection act and i want to go through with you what that looks like so coming up i’ll spell out for you what happens if president trump does what i think he’s probably going to do now they might want him to do that they probably want him to invoke the insurrection act And they can scream and yell and think that that’s a good campaign message. But maybe we should give them what they want before more people get killed. in Minnesota. 800-655-MIKE. Welcome aboard. We’re in the Relief Factor studios. 800-655-MIKE. I was talking to my friend Joey Hudson this morning. We were strolling down memory lane and how grateful he is that he found rough greens because their beloved cocker spaniel, Jesse, stopped scratching. They really didn’t know what to do. They were at their wits’ end. Every night, Jesse would wake them up because he sleeps in the bed with them. Beautiful cocker. There’s Jesse and Simon. Simon is in his little cave, but Jesse sleeps in the bed and would scratch and scratch and scratch. They took him to the vet, couldn’t figure out what the scratching was. They tried all kinds of pills and antihistamines. Nothing worked. And then Joey tried rough greens. He heard about rough greens on the radio. Started sprinkling rough greens over Jesse’s food, and the scratching stopped. Joey swears by rough greens. It breaks the vet visit cycle with the live nutrients your dog needs to thrive from the inside out. There’s a reason rough greens work. His America’s number one dog supplement. Listen, I can get it to you for free. You can try it for free with a Jumpstart trial bag. Absolutely free. All you do is cover the shipping costs. Because the best doctor visit is the one you never have to make. Go to roughgreens.com today. Use the promo code MikeG to get a free Jumpstart trial bag. Again, all you do is cover the shipping costs. Roughgreens.com. R-U-F-F. That’s roughgreens.com, promo code MikeG. And rough is spelled R-U-F-F. Rough Greens. So great. Your dog will ask for it by name. So President Trump this morning on Truth Social threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act. What does it mean? What does the Insurrection Act mean? Actually, what happens? The law has been invoked. The Insurrection Act has been invoked approximately 30 times over the course of our U.S. history. It was used most recently in 1992 during the Rodney King riots. The Insurrection Act is kind of a workaround, which means that the president can deploy military forces to enforce laws that and suppress rebellion within the United States. It’s often referred to as the Insurrection Act of 1807. It’s actually an amalgamation of different statutes enacted by Congress between 1792 and 1871. Again, they did it during the Rodney King riots, and I wonder if President Trump is likely to do it Now in Minnesota, what to me is the impetus for the Insurrection Act is watching these screwball Democrats make no effort to ramp down the violence that’s taking place in the streets of Minneapolis. I have said over and over again, I get it. Tim Walz, Jacob Fry, the governor and the mayor, respectively, are part of the loyal opposition to the Trump administration. I get it. This is America. It’s a big country. We’ve got Republicans. We’ve got Democrats. We’ve got independents. We’ve got radicals on the right and the left. We’ve got people of all stripes, all walks of life. I get it. But a leader has an obligation to advise the citizens… to be calm, to be respectful of law enforcement, to not disrupt or interrupt. I just played Bobby Joe Champion, a state senator from Minnesota, wanting people to use weapons against law enforcement. And here is the guy himself, the disgraced, scandal-plagued Tim Waltz, During a live stream last night, a video message that was released right before there was another shooting when allegedly an illegal from Venezuela was attacking an ICE officer with a shovel. Right before that happened, Tim Walz said this.
Do you realize how stunning that is? How absolutely stunning that is for a governor to say, have your phones with you, use that phone. We want to document future prosecutions against law enforcement. These are not, they act like these are rogue armies. These are members of our community. These are patriots. These are men and women putting their lives on the line. dealing with armies of likely professional activists. He went on to say, listen to the way he went on to call this ongoing conflict between these anti-ICE protesters and the law enforcement community.
SPEAKER 03 :
Folks, I know it’s scary and I know it’s absurd that we all have to be defending law and order, justice and humanity while also caring for our families and trying to do our jobs. So tonight, let me say once again to Donald Trump and Kristi Noem, end this occupation. You’ve done enough.
SPEAKER 08 :
End the occupation. Like Scott Jennings pointed out on social media, we’re into like 1860s Democrat energy here. It’s unbelievable. Referring to the federal government as an occupation. Referring to federal law enforcement officers as occupiers. Holy cow. Speaking of Scott Jennings, I’m going to get him on the show in the next couple of days to talk about our big Gulf of America cruise. People are so excited about the opportunity to hang out with Scott and with me. We’re going to be on the Eurodam cruise ship November 14th through the 21st. And I want to tell you right now, you don’t want to miss out on this. Great Gulf of America cruise. We’re going to set sail from Fort Lauderdale, Cozumel, Half Moon Cay. It’s a great itinerary. And while we explore and enjoy sunshine and sun-drenched beaches and just blue waters, at night we’re going to be doing events on the ship. that are going to entertain and inform and enlighten you. It’s a great feeling to be on a cruise ship with hundreds of like-minded patriots. We’re going to be celebrating America’s 250th birthday. Don’t miss this. It’s going to be a trip of a lifetime. Again, the Mike Gallagher-Scott Jennings Gulf of America Cruise, November 14th through the 21st. For details, just text the keyword CRUISE to 94878. It just takes a couple hundred dollars to reserve your stateroom. And believe me, you want to lock it in because they’re going fast. A lot of people are signing up. Text the keyword CRUISE to 94878. We’ll send you back the link with all the information. Text CRUISE to 94878. Or if you prefer, just visit MikeOnline.com. Click on the Gulf of America Cruise Banner. You’ll see all the information there at MikeOnline.com. I wanted to take the caller. I’m sorry he hung up. Of course, he was from California, naturally, who wanted to argue with me about the raw data, the statistics that confirm that there were way more deportations under Barack Obama, Bill Clinton. and George W. Bush than there have been under Donald Trump. And these people are in such denial that they want to dispute basic facts. It’s unbelievable to me that things that are so black and white, even things we see with our own eyes, video we see, there could be such differing views of what we’re seeing with our own eyes. It’s like, don’t believe your lying eyes! Kind of a shocking reality that we’re in right now in the era, in the age of misinformation. It’s brutal. 800-655-MIKE.
